Yvresse perfume--more like eau du tom cat. Whatever was in this bottle made me gag. It should have been one of my favourite perfumes but it was just total fake.

I have made an order and paid then realized the postal address is my old address. I emailed then straight away informing that and gave them my new address. They replied next day, thank you for contacting them and now my order has been released to processing??? I then emailed them back to double check if they are sending it to my new address or do I need to request for a refund and start another payment. Next day email from the company telling me they have no control of the item and is going to my old address?? They received my email before even processing, don't know why they ignored or not bothered to read the email before and then go ahead with the processing?? This is my first experience with shopping on USA, never thought happy shopping turnout to be a big disappointment.

Purchased Miss Dior from FragranceNet.com and it smells like gasoline. I threw it in the garbage and chalked it up to one of life experiences. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a set and paid extra handling charges to get it here faster. Arrived 8 days later and all broken inside of it. I had glass all over my floor and perfume all over the packaging and floor. Then called and the Customer Service person told me to pick up all the glass and put it in a box and ship it back. If I couldn't pick up all the glass I wouldn't get a new set. Who can pick up all shattered glass all over your floor. She then explained that "too bad" and "send it back".

I ordered a small bottle of Euphoria. When I got the order it smelled of a knockoff. All the knock offs have a lingering smell. I have read several reviews and found many people have the same thing. I am just glad I ordered a small bottle and not an expensive large one. I also in the past got a knockoff of one which I can't remember the name again only a small bottle. Snake bite you once shame on you snake bite you twice shame on me. NO MORE from them.

I purchased the Gucci Guilty for woman from them and after two months since the bottle started getting rusted. It then mind boggled me that every time I used it that it only lasted no longer than thirty minutes. Given the fact that I had a Gucci Guilty from Nordstrom in the past which lasted hours. The bottle was in perfect gold coating after a year and a half later of owning it. So I called fragrance net and requested an explanation to this fake perfume and they offered me a $20 certificate, since they have a 30-day return policy. That was all they can do for selling a fake item, why would I spend more money on a non authentic company. Very disappointing. Will never purchase perfume from them or anyone online.

I placed an order with them today for Givenchy III perfume. The list price was $104.48 but since last night they've been sending 4 emails offering 20% discount. I figured I was getting a bargain. The price with the discount came to $83.58. However, the surprise came at the checkout. They've added $21.03 for Fedex and $9.87 sales tax, as their website order confirmation indicated, which didn't make sense. Considering that this was the third time I was ordering from them, I thought I'd check previous invoices where they've charged me only $9.95 shipping, which is the rate for Fedex Ground, plus local duty and tax charges when it arrived.

I ordered 5 bottles of perfume and when I received them, all of them were knockoffs. The Duende had a foul old smell, the 212 didn't smell like 212 (I don't know what that was). I didn't get past those bottles to open other bottles because I was too disgusted. This company should NOT be selling knockoffs without informing the customers. I am pissed!!! What a waste.

I work for a very well known cosmetic co....even w/in store discount, can't match deals of fragrance net offers...I've bought quite a few times esp. My favorite DKNY be delicious, as unboxed. Loved it. No difference from what I sell daily at full prices. I even offer the site to my friends. Highly satisfied returning customer.

Received a fake (or so old it smelled awful) Acqua Di Parma cologne. Was forced to pay a 20% restocking fee since I had opened the package. Will never order from them again, total ripoff.

I ordered a perfume a month ago. When it arrived I was pretty happy because it seemed original and the price was lower than anywhere else. I'm not an expert but the bottle color is now totally scratched off and my friend who works in Macy's said it was fake right when it came. I didn't believe her but now I know it's true since she brought over her perfume (same brand) and you can totally smell the difference. I'm really pissed. I could have gone to Chinatown and get it for half the price if I wanted fake!!!!!!

I ordered the sample of Escada perfume, $9.71. Imagine my surprise when I opened my package and this teeny tiny sample was in there and this little thing was 1/2 empty!!! What a rip off. I have ordered previously and was very happy. Not sure I'll order anymore.

I received my order today from FragranceNet.com. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found a used candle, wick had been lit, burned and showed where wax melted as candle was burning. Candle obviously had been used I have never heard of such a thing, ridiculous and deceiving business practice to say the least. Candle was advertised as new, not partially burned. I have requested a refund for full amount.

Hi! At least you are in US and customers' laws there really work. I live in Brazil and 40 days ago I decided to buy some fragrances on fragrancenet and one of them was a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. Well, I paid the credit card last month and the pack never arrived. In the last email I sent to the store they simply answered that they were going to refund the value of my purchase in my credit card. They didn't send me any tracking or confirmation number when I made the purchase, but as they had a number there and saw they were having problems to send it, why didn't they tell me before? They charged it normally, but would it hurt to give me any notice? In the end my boyfriend's birthday was 2 weeks ago and I had any gift to him yet. This company is very disrespectful. I'll never buy anything with them again and I definitely don't recommend. The worse experience on I-commerce ever!

I received my shipment which included several lotions. And they all smelled like only old gone bad perfume does. I could understand maybe if there was one but I got 4. First and last time I do business with them.

My efforts to reach cust. svc. took almost 2 hrs. After that the replacement order was wrong also. Just want a call tag to send second wrong order back and credit to my card. Have already sent an email and since they are closed on weekends, then thought of calling cust. svc. again on Mon., just annoys me. The first email I sent on first wrong order was ignored. So never again with this company just want my credit to my card.

A fraudulent charge came up on one of my checking accounts. There was a charge for $56.40 made on Dec. 8 at 10 PM according to my bank. The line at this business is continually busy. When I went online and typed in my usual info for sites, it rejected the info saying that I had no outstanding orders and none had shipped. There are no confirmation emails in any of my email addresses... Had to cancel my card and now I get to wait for a new one. The bank will make sure I get my money back, but whatever is going on over there needs to be checked into.

So this is the 1st time I ordered from this site. My colleague got an offer in the mail and we both decided to try it without reading reviews prior. We assumed it was legit, it came in the mailer! After ordering, I decided to do some research and read some poor reviews which scared me. I then decided after not getting a tracking number right away to call and see what I could find out. The PHONE AND EMAIL PROVIDED were not working, not in service... This really scared me as I ordered two bottles of fragrances.

I ordered a fragrance. The return policy dictates I get an RMRA number from Fragrancenet.com. There is no answer at their phone number and I emailed them without success. I will call my credit card service but I would like the vendor to honor their return policy.

I have used this site for years with great results till the last few orders. The smell of my very expensive perfume goes away almost instantly as well as they have raised the prices. I don't go to malls very often but the site claims that they are up to 50% off store prices which is very untrue. They are actually higher!!! I'm so pissed I can't see straight... I'll never use this site again & everyone should be aware of their fake product & high prices!

Ripoff. I ordered Gio Armani Diamonds for women. What arrived was obviously sitting on a shelf somewhere until it rotted. What a huge disappointment! I tried contacting the company by phone (on perpetual hold), email (would not accept the complaint form on their site) and fax (no response). Hmm, that makes me smell a rat! I turned them into the BBB. I will never order from them again. We'll see what happens.

I bought 3 very expensive perfumes, Eau de toilette of O de Lancome. Two of them were for presents and one was for me. I have been using this perfume long enough to know that its fragrance does not disappear easily. Just with a little spray, the aroma stays all day in your skin and dresses. I have no idea what they put inside that perfectly packaged container, but definitely, it was not eau de toilette. In a second, the smells dissipates, leaving your clothes totally free of perfume. I was very embarrassed when my friends commented that the perfume was "estrange", meaning no smell.

I ordered a cologne for men 20 days ago, and I haven't received it. So now, I want to cancel the order.

On the 6th, 8th and 11th, I placed 3 orders over the internet. I have been ordering my perfume from this company for many years with no problem, though I have read some bad reviews of goods not arriving. These were ordered in time for Xmas presents. They were a total of $244.20. I did not pursue the problem of them not turning up till 7/1/11 as I do not like harassing people and presumed they were tied up somewhere. The first reply from them was from Leanne who said it was a custom related matter and they would arrive.

I purchased and paid $114.96 for a men's cologne. I received the totally incorrect item, I have emailed fragrancenet.com numerous times but no response. This site came up on eBay while I was looking for men's fragrance. I used Paypal for my purchase. I think this is a bogus company and that I have lost good money using this site. It should be deleted as fraud.
