    I PLACED a order, they took out more money than my original order. They also said I would receive it with 4 days - now it going to be around the first of the year. When I place my order number in to check my order they say it doesn't exist. There is no way to contact this company until after the holidays!!! I'm filing a complaint with the FTC, PLEASE JOIN ME IN DOING SO!!!

    I have a first time buyer. I placed an order of $314. Because it was over $300, it was flagged for fraud. Once cleared this lag the entire order. Two items were out of stock so they delayed the entire order hoping that it would come into the company. After waiting five days, they decided to refund the money for the few items and then finish the entire order. This lag the order by 10 days. I ordered 15 days before Christmas, and now it will arrive three days after Christmas. This company could have expedited this to arrive on time. They decided to send it USPS, and now it will be late.

    Now I’m reading these maybe knockoffs. I will probably return the entire order. Very disappointed here. But I have not received the packages so can’t describe the condition it will arrive in- still no presents under the tree. They could’ve avoided the situation have they called me and said the items were not in stock or email me and then let me decide whether or not to wait. Of course I would not have waited. I would’ve had them send the items they had in stock and then refund the rest.

    When the price seems too good to be true, it is for a reason. Ordered two perfume, one for men and the other for women. Both items are fake, the smell seems original but does not last, like the actual one bought at Macy's. Will not order from this company again. Try to save a few bucks and got taken for a ride. Just buy from real department store. You been warned.

    I have been shopping on FragranceNet for nearly Seven years and have literally had zero problems with them, so I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Everything I have ever ordered has been legit, and the coupons they offer help a lot to reduce cost. If you don't like a coupon you can scour the web and find a better one and they will apply it as long as it's for their website. Also when they give you a shopping deadline they always deliver. I have never not gotten an item on time, this year is no exception. Their holiday shipping did go up this year, but I think that is reflective of higher shipping prices across the board with all shipping companies that they are forced to pass on. Overall I can recommend them.

    I ordered Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue men's cologne. It arrived in a timely fashion. The bottle looked legit however, upon closer observation the bottle cap is not legit... No biggie. It was a different size bottle so maybe it is different. Definite difference did not end at the bottle cap. The liquid in the bottle is a complete knockoff. Now they have my money and I have a bottle of pony urine. More accurately it should be labeled Blue Light not Light Blue. Completely unhappy... NEVER TRUST THIS COMPLETE FRAUD OF A BUSINESS.

    I worked in a major dept store for many years in the fragrance department, sent to many training seminars by top brands etc, which taught me much about shelf life of products and how they smell when bad, top notes, middle notes etc etc...I know fragrance. My sister bought me a 3.4 oz Pink Sugar EDT spray from FragranceNet.com and yes it was sealed in what appeared to be real packaging but the smell was terrible! I’ve had 3 previous bottles and they all smelled light & wonderful but this FDN bottle was a nasty dark old smell that ALL bad fragrance has.

    I will not tell my sister because I would hate to hurt her feelings. She thought she really got a bargain and was so excited to tell me how much she saved. I’ll never personally order after this experience. Shame on you for selling bad quality perfume. Most of us work hard for our money. FDN should refund my sister’s money & pour this stuff out. Pink Sugar is just a fun 2nd fragrance I wear on the days I want a break from my Coco Mademoiselle. Don’t you find it odd they don’t sell that brand perfume? Hmmmm.

    It was written that my order had been delivered and had been left in such a place but that she had nothing! At dinner time, someone just "launches" my perfumes on my balcony. So, two options; the delivery person has no respect or wrong address (Canpar Express company).

    The first order I placed this year was a batch of 6 perfume samples. One two of those samples were completely empty, they were the small spray sample types. I contacted them about this and they did do a refund on those. The next order was for two perfumes. My complaint here is the time it has taken to receive my items and I have yet to receive them. If you order over a certain amount you get free shipping but, I ordered on the 4th of December and still have not received it. They are on the East Coast, I am on the West but this is a ridiculous amount of time for shipping. I ordered something that came all the way from England, standard shipping also on the 4th, and I received that yesterday! So, these perfumes, being gifts for Christmas, if there are any problems, there will be no way to send them back for timely replacement. I am disappointed with my experience at FragranceNet.com and I will not be shopping there again.

    I ordered Michael Kors shimmering perfume. I needed a small bottle to carry in my luggage. I have a big bottle that I bought from another store. The bottle I got from FragranceNet does not smell anything like the real shimmering. I have emailed two emails but no one seems to want to answer. I'm left with no choice but to do a chargeback. I'm not paying for this stuff. It stinks too bad to put on anybody!

    I am always suspicious when I read reviews that are overwhelmingly bad when I’ve had an experience that is overwhelmingly positive. This always leads me to believe that there is a concerted effort underway to discredit a company or product. Such is the case with FragranceNet.com. I ordered a fragrance at a deep discount (a fragrance I’ve bought before at a much higher price). It arrived at my door five days later - from the opposite coast, no less. The product was nicely packaged (with a few samples tucked in!) in a cardboard box with the fragrance box safely nestled inside.

    The fragrance itself was in its original box, sealed with clear film, and one hundred percent authentic (I know because I’ve used it before). In addition, I did have to contact their customer service and I got right through to a real person on the phone. The agent was respectful and helpful. I don’t know where all these bad reviews are coming from, but I had nothing but a great experience with this company, start to finish. Am I one of the privileged few, or were the planets somehow aligned just for me? Haha. I HIGHLY doubt that. Much more likely is that someone is trying to discredit FragranceNet and scare you away, so please keep that in mind.

    I highly don't recommend this company for loyalty in customer service. I've been a customer of theirs for about 10 years. I recently correspond with somebody in chat to try to see if they would work with me on a large bottle of a particular cologne for men. This was going to be a gift to my uncle that is on his deathbed. Their lack of customer service and empathy is truly disgusting.

    I bought two perfume for my sister's birthday with the shipment date and arrival date of 12/1/2019. I receive a notification that the item was delivered while I was at home, I did not receive any package from any carrier and it was not in my mailbox. I send an email to FragranceNet informing them what had happened. No one seems to care. My sister’s birthday is today and I don’t have a gift for her. “Sad”!!! I know that a gift was purchase and no care or concern is shown by the customer service representatives. No one have the common courtesy to reach out to me. Stick to the evil you know. “AMAZON” will never and have never treated any customer this way. I am a first time and last time customer.

    Was charged for perfume that doesn’t spray... just leaks from the neck of the bottle. No top to bottle. Came from Fulfillment 800 Los Angeles St. Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA. Completely unusable. Perfume just dribbles in your hand. Came in a padded bag with no paperwork.

    Fake cologne to say the least. Google Express and everything. But the cologne is fake. Fake website address on the Gucci Guilty 3oz bottle. The website and the clear wrap says it all. Even the recycle sign on the bottom is backwards. The smell is off and cheap. I got robbed basically of my hard earned money on Black Friday.

    My mom purchased two bottles of our favorite perfume and the atomizer pumps are broken on BOTH bottles. New full perfume bottles and no way to get it out of the bottle onto your skin. Not one, but both bottles won’t spray out. What a joke this company is. Horrible reviews! Should have known better than to order from FragranceNet.com. Buyer beware!

    I'm repeat client. I have order list of perfumes, all the prices online being shown as Australian dollar after the discount, later I submit the order payment. As I have seen on the screen it's Australian dollar. Next day I have find they withdraw from my bank account same amount number but with American dollar by convert currency, the different was big. I advise anyone use this website to take pictures for the screen of the total amount. Example the Aramis was 23 Australian dollar. but they charge me 23 US DOLLAR. So the Aramis become nearly 34 Australian dollar. Copy the screen before you submit your order. They keep losing more and more clients.

    I have placed 2 different orders in the last day, orders accepted, credit cards charged. They send me quick Thank you for your order emails, then within hrs after placing the 2nd order, the orders go on HOLD. Tried all forms of communication with the company to no avail. Don't know what to do, I am requesting refunds, but no one seems to answer and from what I can tell, if the order is ever sent, it's going to either be Fake or Watered down. Wish I would of check the reviews on them 1st before believing their Fake website. How can they continue to operate like this and no law agency closing them down???

    I should have read the reviews before buying from this company. The ref insisted that their products are not counterfeits. I bought 2 fragrance as Christmas gift for a dear friend, very obvious, both fake! I saw their ads, the prices are great! My friends told me to send it back. Aand on top of that, my PayPal account got hacked days after I made the purchase. Lesson learned "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". Buyer beware!

    I have been ordering with them for about 3 years and I am happy with my products. Once I ordered my mom about 5 different perfumes that are much more expensive in Austria for half the price, I found out later that Austria doesn’t allow Perfumes to be sent, return was easy and customer service was fast, kind and professional. Today I returned men’s perfume and shower gel for a guy I stopped dating and the same again, the customer service was prompt and have sent me the return label right away.     I ordered many fragrances from this only this year. Creed Aventus first one, sent it back for a newer bottle. Looked real but I returned it. Got a bigger one immediately. Noticed the juice wasn’t clear. It was aged 2016 batch, very yellow to green color. Sent it back. Went to get the same smaller one. That one color was better but it barely lasts on me about an hour or so so I decided to order Creed Irish Tweed and Silver Mountain Water. Didn’t really smell the Silver Mountain Water after 30 mins. Green Irish Tweed I did but sent them back. Didn’t think nothing of it.

    I ordered my wife and me some fragrances, my wife Good Girl CH. My wife right away was like, "This don’t last." I said, "No. It’s real." People say it’s tested the Creed bottle and box looks legit and we got the Marc Jacobs For Women. Looks real, smells real. That one lasts more than a 3 hours. I ordered Armani Acqua di Gio. It's a Fake. I can’t smell it, watered down. I go to Macy's, get a real one, compare boxes. Very close but it is a fake. The bottle exactly the same. Sprayed them both. The one from Macy’s more potent and not watered down and has the smell of the real thing.

    Crazy thing is I think it’s a hit and miss with this company and everyone should buy a real one higher price and compare boxes first off and I mean really close and it's fake. You can tell by boxes being different color, the writing not shining like the department store box. Be careful because their batch code on the fake Armani is close to the real. Very close. I’m not sure I’ll do business with them anymore and keep your boxes and empty bottles from your old fragrances from department stores so you can open theirs and compare. I always get my money back with FragranceNet but yes shipping can be improved.

    I too wish I would have read the reviews before buying from this company. I purchased Calvin Klein Eternity. Something was not right with this perfume. Any other time when I would wear Calvin Klein, I could still smell it on my wrist at the end of the day. This perfume, I believe, is watered down and it does not last for hours like the real deal. The color also seems lighter than the real perfume you would buy from a reputable business such as Belk, where I usually would buy it, and I will from now on! You get what you pay for!

    I prowl the internet for my favorite “throwback” fragrances often to find my favorite Gwen Stafani perfumes from 2008-2014 fragrances. They’re RARE. On the 18th of this month I ordered a tester for the sole purpose of more fl oz. for my buck & received it on the 20th LESS THAN TWO BUSINESS DAYS for shipping. Ordered it through eBay and the item was sold by Fragrance.net. It's authentic and smells amazing... had to leave a great review for the amazing service, don’t know how they have such bad reviews?

    I have made five orders from this company... four trying different colognes and the fifth was an order replacing a cologne I had ordered before and really liked. All products I have ordered have been real, batch numbers match packaging match and most of all the bottles and scents are a match. The price is amazing, and the discounts from buying in bulk and having specials direct thru the manufacture are great because they pass the savings in to the consumer. This is the only way I will purchase cologne anymore, and I save more than half by buying thru them and not the mall.

    I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT JUST WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY; I feel so sorry for all the customers who have been 'robbed' by them. This company will roll you. I purchased Versace Versus 100 ml fragrance a year ago. Upon opening it, I discovered a small black insect caught inside the fluid content. Therefore I will not use it, nor can I now give it away. My sister who works in skin care at a leading department store saw it and quickly picked up that the bottle had been tampered and that it does not smell like the authentic Versace Versus. Hence it was a fake.

    I​ truthfully have sent in one year 5 emails/messages that included four attached photos of the insect to verify my complaint and have never to date received a reply to any of my mail. As I am in Australia, I haven't called them but soon will be doing so. Yet after my purchase, I was being bombarded with THEIR marketing emails. I had to unsubscribe four times before they finally removed my details from their database. The solution is to close down this company. They are trading unethically and doing things the dirty way. My suggestion to everyone out there is to please contact the head fragrance house, eg. Prada headquarters, Italy, and report this scamming company to them. They will not support this company selling mock imitations of their fragrances and will have them blocked from trading and hopefully close them down. After all, the dirty money trade is illegal.

    I have purchased from FragranceNet.com from many years. This year only I have purchased of 8 different fragrances and never had a problem. My last order was for Versace Homme Oud Noir. When I first sprayed it I didn't like it. The smell was awful. I thought I might be just me but then my wife smelled it and she looked at me with disgust. She told me "This couldn't be right". I wrote customer service about it and never received a reply. I tried to write a negative review about the product and the review was never posted. Tried twice and I realize that it seems like they do purposely to keep high rating on the fragrances.

    I ordered Jo Malone English Oak and Hazelnut and Cartier La Panthere. The fragrance in the Jo Malone bottle is very different from the one I purchased at Nordstrom. It seems to be a knock-off with very different notes. The Jo Malone fragrance has a strong oak note, but the one FragranceNet sent has almost no oak in it. The Cartier fragrance came in authentic-looking packaging, but it is spoiled and has a rancid smell.

    I have shopped with FragranceNet.com for 10 yrs. I purchase my Clarins skincare from them. At Saks it runs close to $400. From FragranceNet, $157.00. Once I accidentally ordered multi active day cream - dry skin... Saks exchanged it for me. I've also bought dozens of perfumes, bond no.9, Chanel, Burberry, etc... All the real thing!! Plus free shipping has it to me within 5 days. In all this time, great products, price and awesome customer service. I've always gotten a live agent when I've called. To those that say they're not helpful, well... All I can say is check your tone and attitude. Being kind goes a lot further than demanding immediate results. Weather is not under their control. 5 ☆ rating from Myself and 10 friends that shop with them. Thanks FragranceNet.com! Without y'all I couldn't afford my regimen any longer.

I have always received authentic cologne, in the box, and unopened or watered down. I've had such a great experience getting expensive items for 50% off.     Horrible... I placed the order, they took money out of the account (little over $400.00) then all of a sudden order is on hold. I have to confirm billing address which I entered when I placed the order... so I emailed and called and 24 hours later still order on hold. First and last time I will ever use their service... customer service rep (I spoke to two) were no help whatsoever. Use any other site but theirs.

    I used to order all my fragrances from here, until sellers on eBay and Amazon started offering the same, at very competitive, even lower prices, including Paris Hilton. And from the negative reviews I've read, of other customers receiving fake or watered-down versions of the designer perfumes, doesn't surprise me at all. Fragrance.net used to be the go-to online designer perfume shipping site. Not anymore.

    Ordered tester 3.4 oz Viva La Juicy Eau de Parfum spray for $44.64. So excited to receive in mail and immediately sprayed on. Couldn't smell fragrance, sprayed again, nothing. Sprayed my whole body and clothes, got a whiff of scent. It was so watered down. Complete waste of money. Will never order from them again.

    First of all, since it is a $500+ order (stupid me) without reading the reviews of the company, it was put on hold and was released after I called. Was suppose to get the delivery today as per tracking, but no luck. Plus all these reviews of fake, I am worried now I will be out of $500+ and be stuck with fake ones. Does anyone have any success getting the full refund? As I will be sending it back, based on all the negative reviews.

    I ordered 2 bottles of Estee Lauder Beautiful Perfume on June 1st. I finally received shipping information on June 6th that started my perfume would arrive on June 12th. On June 12th the tracking information was changed to June 14th. June 1 to June 14th is 14 days and 10 business days but their website claims shipping in 3-6 days. If you need you perfume quickly do not order from this company. Also, after reading all the reviews I'm just hoping I do not end up with fakes.

    Very disappointed with what is obviously a fake product. I smelt this Bond No. 9 Gramercy Park perfume in Saks and the product I received from FragranceNet.com not only smells very different, it's as weak as can be. This is the first and last time I'll be purchasing from this supplier. I wish I'd have read all the other negative customer reviews before making this purchase.

    I was on a waiting list for the Gucci Bloom to come in. I received an email notifying me that it was in. I placed an order on the 7th of May and on the 9th I received an email that it was out of stock again. I called and spoke to a C.R.S. who told me that they were not out of the Gucci Bloom, She stated that it was in the warehouse and it would take to long for someone to go and retrieve it and send it to me. I do not believe that this is the reason they cancel my order, I believe it is the price I would have paid for it. I have spent a lot of money with this company. I think this was very unprofessional and I will not be doing business with them in the future. But it was in the warehouse.

    I ordered perfume from FragranceNet a couple of weeks ago. I bought a perfume named Chloe, Gucci Premiere and Coach by Coach. Omg, I’m so annoyed because I thought I was getting real legit perfume. With my Gucci Premiere, the bottle is peeling and some of the fake glass is falling off. On top of that, you can see through the supposed paper so you can see the glass which you’re not supposed to (I’ll add pictures). When I received samples of these perfumes from Scentbird I fell in love with them and the smell lasted on me all day.

    I was always getting compliments on how good I smelled. But with the FragranceNet perfumes, they literally last 30 min tops and the smell is gone. I spent good money on these perfumes so I would expect to get what I paid for. What I can’t understand is why a fraudulent company like this is still in business? I’m so pissed that I didn’t read the reviews before I bought these damn perfumes. Now I’m out of $400. I so badly was hoping that these perfumes were as real as their names. Very disappointed. These people need to get shut down!!

    As you're reading, don't buy from this company! All their products are either fake or watered down. I bought Armani Code that last 20 minutes on me and doesn't smell exactly like the one you get from Macy's or Sephora.

    I ordered my favorite perfume Bond No. 9 “Bryant Park”, and “Fling”. Both sizes are $250.00 per bottle at Saks and their own brand stores. I found them for around $98.00 each with coupon for 30% off on FragranceNet.com. This should have told me but I was excited because the website has been around since 1997 (they claim) and states “genuine” brand names. I sprayed them and they smelled like sour old cheap hairspray - that’s the best way I can describe it. I called my cc company to dispute the charges, got an RMA from FragranceNet customer service and sending back.

    I hope the rest of the return goes smoothly because I have read several terrible reviews from other customers. I am documenting as much as possible to avoid any disputes the company may try. The only good thing is I received my order at the time requested when I placed it, one business day. I’m reading lots of others unfortunately didn’t get theirs in time or never received at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, FRAUDULENT FRAGRANCES INSIDE BOTTLES.

    I see so many bad reviews for this company. Yet, they've been around since 1997. I watched some YouTube reviews rant about them. So, I decided to try them out. I ordered 3.4oz Versace Pour Homme & 3.4oz Tommy Hilfiger both together retail at $139 + tax at Macy's online. I got both for a little over $60. I ordered them on a Friday with 3-4 business day shipping (Free Shipping btw). So, I knew it'd be the next week sometime when I received them. In a timely manner, I received email updates regarding shipping & my tracking #. I tracked my package & was scheduled for delivery Saturday, 4/28. I received my package today 4/26 to my surprise.

    Also, to verify your scent is authentic, look for the batch code on the box or bottle. Run it through http://www.checkfresh.com/. FYI, both bottles I ordered check out at less than 1 year old. Which for a well-kept fragrance is AWESOME at that price! Don't wait, go for it! These others either had a rare experience, are lying or whining too much about nothing seriously. DEALS for DAYS!

    UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. IT TOOK ALMOST ONE WEEK BEFORE RECEIVING IT AND I PAID $15 U.S AND IN Canadian money it much more. Staying power of J.Lo Love and Glamour is not impressive at all. It disappear within a couple of hours. I am not sure if it is the real deal. Also, communicating with the agents at FragranceNet.com is quite a challenge. They take a long time before answering. The perfume was advertised in Canadian money but at the checkout, I had to pay in U.S. money. The price of the perfume was equivalent to the price of shipping and it really cost me almost $45 in Canadian money. I am not happy with my purchase and will never buy from FragranceNet.com especially that I just found out that they are not even accredited. Stay away from that company, then again, it is my own experience.

    I bought first Michael Kors Amber. I bought it because it was cheaper than in the department stores and what I bought is definitely not real. I like Kors because it lasts for a long time. I can smell it for weeks on jackets I've sprayed it on. This that I bought from FragranceNet.com I cannot smell it 20 minutes later. And it smells different. Also I purchased Ed Hardy 3.4oz. What they sent was 1oz. I never return things I just take the loss and after reading some reviews I'm sure if I tried it would be the same results as everyone else. They will do nothing. I'm really angry about this because I spent over $100. That's a lot to just throw away. This company needs to advertise correctly. Their products are fake and they don't sell the volume they advertise and you order.

    I bought Bond # 9 Scent of Peace perfume, but the fragrance is different and does not last at all. I have tried this perfume before so I notice the difference. I have tried to contact Fragancenet but have not receive any response from them. I paid for a very expensive perfume and received a very cheap product. I definitely wasted my money.     They are stealing money for a fake order. I did not receive my order and nobody takes the responsibility of my loss. They are terrible at managing the shipment of orders.     I've spent over $2000 on high end designer fragrances from Fragrancenet, as I've become a collector. I've only ever received authentic fragrances. Just ordered YSL La Nuit de l`Homme, D&G Light Blue Eau Intense, and Prada L'Homme. Again, when I receive them in a few days, I have no doubt they'll be legitimate. My Acqua Di Gio Profumo/Original, Essenza, Gucci Guilty, Versace Dylan Blue, etc, etc all last all day long. I've also had a friend who works for a Versace retailer verify the legitimacy of my fragrances - all checked out.

    Perhaps people are getting older product, perhaps people aren't realizing fragrance companies change their scent formulation when a scent is overused or it becomes too popular, perhaps people aren't realizing what fragrances last and what fragrances don't. I'd say if you're planning on purchasing from here do some research and learn about the scent. You’ll find a lot of fragrances aren't meant to last all day, some only a few hours. As for me, I'll continue spending my money here.

    For Christmas, my mother, who is very hard to shop for said she wanted Jimmy Choo Illicit. I had ordered from FragranceNet.com a couple of times in the past and was pleased with the product. I ordered the Jimmy Choo, but instead got Lacoste, labeled with the Jimmy Choo sticker. After multiple attempt to contact someone to no avail, I went on their Facebook page and posted the negative review stating what happened, then they responded. I needed to pay for shipping to send the product back and then they would send what I ordered. And they blocked me from their Facebook. I have NEVER had to pay for a company's mistake and NEVER will do business with them again. BUYERS BEWARE.

    Over the past couple of months I've slowly been making purchases and increasing the size or frequency of purchases once I determined how legit the products were. I've pumped in over 700 dollars into this site, all on fragrances that were at a heavy discount, and have had absolutely no problems. To my amazement, the free shipping option is typically extremely fast, often faster than what they suggest the delivery time will be, and most of my shipments arrive within a week traveling halfway across the US.     I have been a regular customer of FragranceNet for several years, primarily for my own use, but occasionally for gifts to others. In Nov 2017, I placed an order for Acqua di Gio and Eau de Iceberg Sandalwood for myself, and Happy by Clinique for my wife. Until recently, my wife had been using Happy from a previous purchase, but in the last month, she has opened the new bottle and has noticed that the new fragrance is much weaker out of the bottle and it disappears very quickly. She still has enough of the earlier bottle to do side-by-side comparisons and she is convinced the new one is diluted. I have verified what she says with my own male nose. Definitely a disappointment.

    I was going to send a note to FragranceNet about this, but I just read a lot of their previous customer reviews, and it doesn't seem like my problem is unique, nor that the company will do much about anyone's complaint. My own experience has been very good til now, but given the general trend, I may have just been lucky, and I might just have to switch suppliers not take a chance. I have not yet opened the 6.7 oz Acqua di Gio, and I am apprehensive that it too may be a fake. It hurts to lose faith in a formerly trusted supplier. Perhaps it was just too good a deal to be real.

    I'm very disappointed. As a repeat customer, I placed an order online and wanted it shipped to my work address for convenience and security. They took my money then sent an email saying they had to place the order on hold and refused to ship it to my work address. I call customer service and they said it was because "it's a high dollar amount." I don't like having things shipped to my apartment because it could go walking. Instead of calling the number that comes up on Google when you look at the address and asking for me to verify I'm here or trusting me since I'm a repeat customer and the zip codes are close they just said no. Now I'm out my funds until they are released and no product. You lost a repeat customer and I won't ever recommend you again. I'll be happy to give someone else my "high dollar amount" business.

    I received five bottles of cologne from FragranceNet Mr Burberry comma in a 5-ounce bottle. You spray it on and it has a similar smell to the real Mr Burberry, but 10 seconds later there is no scent at all. Pretty much the same thing with the other four bottles that I received from them. Four of the bottles were different brands of Burberry. I contacted Burberry and asked if I could give them the barcodes to see if it was made by them and was told no, but I was told by Burberry that FragranceNet is not an authorized retailer of their products. That, and the fact that the scent doesn't last for more than 30 seconds is enough to make me dispute the charges against his company and want to return these immediately. I will be emailing them this week to try to get an address to send them back to, but I addressed the problem with my bank and filed a dispute on the charges because of the quality of the products. They look very real though.

    I don't get all the negative reviews that I've seen regarding this site. Since last year I have ordered a total of 9 colognes from FragranceNet.com. They all smell great and all met my expectations. As far as I can tell all of them are authentic, the packaging always looks correct and I always check the batch codes on the bottom of each box/bottle and they are always legit. If I had to complain about anything it would that the shipping via FedEx takes a bit longer than I would like. I would prefer USPS or UPS. Other than that I have no complaints regarding my purchases from FragranceNet or the quality of the products.     I place my order around the 31st New Year's Eve night after midnight. They took the order they said that I would receive this order January 3rd. January 4th we had a very bad snow storm in New Jersey. The shipper is located in Carlstadt, New Jersey, approximately 16.5 maybe 17 Mile from my house. The Courier is CDL. Do yourself a favor. Do not order from these people. I believe it's a scam. You're online waiting to talk to a customer service person an hour if not more. They give you no reassurance.

    I called January 6th, The Courier service is CDL. They said to me, "Oh we'll deliver it on the 8th." So that meant that I had to stay home from work again and wait for them. They never came. You would be better off ordering your product from Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus or Macy's. You will never get your product. This place is a SCAM. "BEWARE." People at The Courier Service very nasty. I strongly advise that you do not purchase anything from FragranceNet.com.

    Stay away! I cannot believe that a company can exist without a customer service department. They probably sell Chinese made fragrance, which makes it possible to sell cheaper than leading stores. The last order I placed, cannot be found, the shipping company doesn't have it and FragranceNet doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to emails or fax. The amount of the order is $82.00 and I cannot get a hold of anyone to refund my money. This is truly terrible business and terrible customer service.     Stay away from this company at all costs. The product I purchased, Prada Milano Infusion d'Iris, appears to be fake. The bottle looks off. The label on the bottle isn't on straight, the plastic wrap on the outside of the box didn't fit tight. I attempted to contact the company through online chat which had me wait for a half hour, it counted down to me being number 4 on the wait list then it just froze. Also submitted a complaint through their online submission form with no response. Ordered on December 18 for delivery by Christmas, received on December 28th. Showed as "in stock" when I ordered. Shipping label created December 21st, finally shipped December 22nd. It was shipped by FedEx SmartPost which transfers the package to the local post office for delivery essentially delaying the delivery even more. The company appears to value their bottom line more than having a happy customer. Would never shop here again.

    I ordered the 3 oz Versace Crystal Noir, Eau de Perfume that I had smelled and seen in one of the major department stores, where it only was available as eau de toilette but looked exactly the same. Mine does not smell strong as the one I had tried and the scent does not last long. I am very disappointed, When I ordered it originally I had given a different shipping than billing address and got the message if I ordered something for $8 there would be no shipping charge. So I backtracked, added Obsession by Calvin Klein (haven't opened it yet so I don't know whether that is "real") and finished the order. At no time did the website take me back to the shipping address, so I assumed everything stayed the same as it was before. As soon as I printed out the order I noticed the shipping address was the same as the billing address (FL).

    I e-mailed right away and got the message it could not be changed; I called - the same. I e-mailed back and forth with them several times over the next few days. I told them this is ridiculous as the order only just was placed and I won't be in FL for another month. They claimed nothing could be done; the order was already forwarded to their shipping department. Within 10 minutes??? So now I am beyond their time period for returning the order. I won't order from them again, however. Have there been other claims of potential knock-offs?

    Placed order with FragranceNet on 12/16/17 because they promised one day free shipping. One day shipping should have meant that my order would be shipped on the next business day, which would have meant yesterday 12/18 and I should have received it today 12/19. I repeatedly called their 800# only to have a recorded message say they were too busy to take calls and immediately disconnected me. TWICE I stayed on their website. "Chat" with them for over 2 hours both times only to get a message when it was my turn to be served telling me to "leave a message."     I initially placed an order with them the end of Nov, and had the "free shipping" applied and 1-2 day delivery. Well I got the "tracking" email from them with the link to the transit vendor called Columbus Online. (Another HORROR) WELLL it never arrived and when I looked at the shipping company email it said delivered. I called the shipping vendor and got screamed at immediately from a very rude woman and she said there, “I have NO IDEA how you received the email saying it was delivered.” I said, “I have the email from your company in front of me saying it was delivered and I didn't receive it.” She rudely said... "Do you have a camera to prove it???" I said, “YES I DO.” She checked and stated my package was CLOSED out by them!! But WHY???

    I TRIED contacting FragranceNet and I couldn't get past the 30th in the queue so I sent an email... A day later they sent an email and said, "We will send a replacement order." I received another shipped email from FragranceNet, and a track your order from them and this Columbus Online Ny vendor with the date of 12/12 delivery and it’s 12/15 and NO whereabouts of my package. I emailed FragranceNet again yesterday to ask where is it and they wrote me back stating they CANCELLED my order and stated they credited my account. My banking shows NO CREDIT. So now no package. No money... I have used them in the past when they were using UPS as the shipping vendor with NO PROBLEMS. They switched to their other shipping vendor called Columbus Online Ny and it’s a HORROR!! As long as they use them I am finished with FragranceNet!

    I have used and ordered from this site in the past with no problems other than slow delivery... but this is crazy. I ordered the Gucci Flora Perfume on the 29th of November and the tracking data is some shady third company I have never heard of. The email tracking shows that it has been in the warehouse ready for shipping since the 1st of December! It is now the 13th of December and it's still there!

    No movement. It seems the company has changed... because now there are reports of fake fragrances, crushed boxes, and terrible customer service. I have tried calling three times. The queue's were over an hour each time, no one waits that long and wastes their phone minutes for that. I have also been online in the chat queue for over 1 and 1/2 hours to see where my perfume is... and what's their excuse before I get a refund and never use their service ever again. I was once a loyal customer. But never again!

    I have been ordering from FragranceNet for many years and never had a issue with my orders. The smell is great and it lasts. Shipping has always been on point. I'm disappointed by reading the poor reviews though. It's more bad reviews than good and that bothers me. I shop at Macy's also and love high end perfumes but they were so much higher and I realize why. You pay for what you get I guess. I was going to shop for the holidays as I usually do but after reading these poor reviews I think I will stick with Macy's or Carson's.

    I ordered a gift from them to cost me I'd say about 20 bucks. A few days later I realized they still haven't sent me any updates about the order so I contacted them. I tell them I got charged for it so they obviously took the order. Their response was, "We find nothing with your information or email." They obviously changed it on their own because I have no other email but now I'm left with no order and having to fight with my bank to remove the charge.     I spent quite a bit of money on my latest shipment from FragranceNet and noticed that although the fragrances on some of my fans was there, it didn't last long. At first I thought that my nose just got used to it but when I asked my colleagues and family if they could smell the perfume on me, and btw, I did make sure to order perfumes for their longevity, my friends all said that they could barely smell anything until they actually smelled my wrist or temple. So it wasn't my imagination. Ironically, the only one that lasted for a few hours was a sample vial I purchased that had an oil base.

    I believe that these were samples that, although appropriately boxed and wrapped in cellophane, are possibly either sample bottles sent to stores by each designer house or they are ingeniously packaged knock-offs.     I have been a customer for a long time and place orders not only at Christmas, but all year. I recently placed an order and received e-mails confirming my order, as well as tracking confirmation. It seems FragranceNet is now using alternate (and sub par) ways to ship their products. Each time I checked, the date was pushed back. I had to call several times and each time waited for close to an hour. One representative told me that she would give me a 10% credit, since I was having so many issues. It was a nice gesture, however, after days of still not receiving my items, I decided to cancel my order. FragranceNet decided to consider my credit part of my refund! What a sneaky thing to do! It wasn't a considerable amount of money, but a credit is different than a refund. They have permanently lost my business and I have also shared this information with my friends. Shame on them for being so deceitful!

    I have order expensive fragrances (Miss Dior, Gucci Rush, Cool Water by Davidoff) overall value was CAD $236.60. I ordered them as presents for my daughters and husband. Unfortunately 3 expensive fragrances came in with damaged boxes/wrapping... I sent an email to FragranceNet.com with pictures of damaged Items and asked for some solutions like refund for damaged items, resend fragrances that was crushed by shipping company.     I love FragranceNet because they offer basically every brand of perfume that you could ever want at insanely low prices. I typically get the "Unboxed" or "testers", because they are so much cheaper and you still get a completely full, unused, legit product! It's more inexpensive than the ones in the original box just because it sat on a department store shelf, in a box and never used, for a month or two!     I have been purchasing a particular fragrance from this site for years without problem. It is not typically sold in stores, so I was really pleased to be able to purchase it here.     I sent two emails a week ago on their website to request that I return an item. I have had no response. Today I am trying to reach them by phone. I am number 33 in the queue.     Ok so I am good at recognizing cologne and perfumes due to selling them for yrs in department stores. Even to the extreme of having sensitive customers say I can wear this but I want to try something different with similar notes and being able to direct to similar scents without causing allergy reactions. I live in a small town so it's an hour drive to buy any so I decided to try it out. I just received Burberry and it is definitely not right, either it's old or a bad batch. So I'm not saying they are lying. I'm just saying I spray it and it has little to no scent at all, very disappointed. It does truly seem as if it's just a knock off. Do not buy from here. You are not fooling anyone. These are not good quality products. I will never purchase here again. 100% sure not the products I have used for my entire adulthood.

    Beware! I made an order, a legitimate order from them and they kept marketing to me more with notices saying FREE SHIPPING if you purchase $** more... Several times. I should have stopped then, but doubled my order to get free shipping. Everything went through PayPal fine. I was notified that of the charge. Then suddenly 12 hours later I get an email saying that the order has been cancelled with this notice: "Your order did not pass our order screening process and it has been cancelled." No other explanation.

    When I finally got on their chat, I was informed they do not deliver to a postal address. However, MY POSTAL ADDRESS is a deliver street address and for the reason that packages are stolen from our neighborhood front doors. I have never had any company do this in all the years I have used my service. And, they should have at least had the courtesy to tell customers this either up front on the website when you pay or at least in the email they sent. They NEVER took the time to contact me and find out more before just canceling this. To be frank... I now totally don't trust them and wish I'd read other complaint reviews I have now see about them.     I've been ordering from this company for years, but in the past year, I have noticed that the products appear not to be authentic and the customer service is horrific. As I sit and type my complaint, I've been on the phone for 1 hour and 27 minutes and just now number 10 in the queue trying to speak to a customer service representative.

    Last several times I've paid $19 for 1-2 day delivery which didn't occur. This time I placed order on 09/07 at 11:15am CST paying $8.95 for 3 to 4 business day delivery. It state if your place order before 1:00 pm, it will ship the same day. I contacted them on Monday, 9/11 as order was still in warehouse and informed them it was a gift. I got an apology. This is absolutely absurd.     Like so many reviews have stated, the product they sell is not good. I thought I got a great deal on Eternity EDT 6.7 oz. spray. The product arrived in what looks like original packaging with the cellophane wrap but it is either fake or very old. Product is discolored, smells very strongly of alcohol and what little scent there is does not last. Their policy states that you can only return unopened items! I have sent an email to their customer service. I will update this review if they stand behind their product but I have little hope. IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS.

    I have been trying to reach the location of my order since May and had no answer so far. I placed an order to be delivered at a hotel in New York, but the package got there just after the person who was supposed to receive it had already checked out. Such package stayed in the hotel for some time and then it was sent back to FedEx, as the hotel informed me. The FedEx was supposed to send it back to FraganceNet, but the problem is that I have already tried to reach them by their page and had no answer at all.

    I have already filled many of those complaint forms they have in their homepage but although they always say that I will receive a reply promptly, I have never received any. So my point is, as I have never received my package, FraganceNet should either try to contact me to resend it to another address or refund me. What is it going to be?

    I have been buying from FragranceNet.com for some years now, which I didn't have any complaints. But recently I have noticed in the last two orders that the perfumes are not the same. The perfumes are knock off and don't last. Something that I noticed, they are now using plain boxes and the color in the perfumes are lighter than the real ones.     I Tried fragrance.net for the very first time. Unfortunately, I did not review Consumer Affairs first. I purchased Estee Lauder Sensuous. It was very weak and smelled mostly like alcohol. Inferior product. I still had some of the fragrance that I purchased at a department store for comparison. Fragrance.net is a shadow compared to department store buy.     I called FragranceNet today because I wanted to place an order but I did NOT want their damn magazines and I wanted to know how to opt out of getting them. In the past I have had to jump through hoops to find out WHO exactly sent them and a phone number in order to cancel them. It was more trouble than it was worth! Anyway, after waiting for 25 min. for a customer service rep, I was told that "when you click on an item you can scroll to the bottom of the page where it says Bonus and cancel." Guess what? THERE IS NO WAY TO CLICK ON IT--the cursor doesn't allow you to! I told the woman on the phone this and she played dumb, and I told her she lost a long-time customer.

    Later on, via the computer, I verified the non-working "bonus" button in a chat session with someone from this company. I was told "you could NOT opt out." REALLY? How dare they automatically send magazines? I have a bad back, live in an upstairs condo and do NOT need to carry more garbage out! I will NEVER order from them again. Not EVER. I'd rather pay full price and avoid the magazine hassle!

    I have ordered and I have never had any issue with the company. As a matter of fact when I mailed my sister a birthday gift from FragranceNet.com and her sleazy post office stole the package which was tracked to the building and FragranceNet.com get replaced it free of charge. I was as humbled that a company would do this in this day and age. It was a nightmare proving the local post office stole it but they did. Great company, great deals.

    Things can affect perfume, there's a lot of whiners on this site who may be ignorant of the many things that affect perfume. I however was professionally trained at Christian Dior. Temperature, your own pH (wait 20 minutes after you shower to apply because your pH changes thereby affecting the scent). The person who thought the counter sample was the actual is mistaken. Counter samples are abused and are sometimes made differently than the actual product. I would like to see they have weekend hours though. Perhaps the whiners should continue to purchase their goods at their local drugstore.

    I placed two orders on May 11, 2017. Both orders were unreasonably delayed for "security" reasons and my purported protection. After waiting over a month, and at least a half-dozen phone calls and emails to the customer "review" section, I have yet to receive the second order. Apparently, and per customer service in a very lengthy phone call, I was accused of being lucky that my one order was released by mistake! FragranceNet.com version of the tale is that my name and address did not match my credit card information. What?? This is the same credit card I have had since 1982!! Then, the next reason I was given was that my email name did not match my order. So what?? I would like some modicum of privacy, as it is only a confirmation email address, which is valid. I responded to all FragranceNet.com requests for information, follow up, details, explanations, etc., all to no avail.

    Now, FragranceNet.com wants me to wire them money or send a certified check or they will "hold" my order indefinitely. Excuse me?? I do not intend to give up my rights under UCC and various consumer protection laws with the utilization of "cash" in any transaction, unless I am handing the money to someone directly and we have a written contract and/or exchange the property on the spot. I cannot tell anyone what to do. Legally I should not even advise anyone not to do business with this type of company. So, here is my advice: If you value your sanity and are willing to throw good money away for nothing, by all means, order from FragranceNet.com. However, BUYER BEWARE. When FragranceNet.com had such phony reasons for holding my order, even after I provided everything they asked for, AND my other credit card worked just fine, I am really glad I found this site.

    Now I will be carefully checking my first order for reproduction and/or tampering. By the way, this is also known as a form of fraud, particularly when the company knows what they are doing is wrong and does it intentionally without the proper disclosures. No, I do not think that we should just believe it was all too good to be true, and as such, we are just silly consumers who got what we deserved. Therefore, simply be careful and NEVER send cash, certified check, wire transfer or the like UNLESS and/or until you know the receiving party is reputable and you have some form of recourse against them if they act improperly. I can safely say when things smell fishy, they breathe with gills, and they have fins and scales, they are probably a fish. If you have had better experiences with another vendor, supplier or seller, keep using them.

    FragranceNet.com is not worth the risk, regardless of the alleged dollar savings. It will only cost you in the long run/end. If my first order is a fake, I will definitely follow up on this site and certainly consider taking other action against FragranceNet.com. By the way, if there are enough of us, and we can find a good attorney, some of us may wish to file a class action suit against FragranceNet.com. I am not an attorney, but there are so many serious complaints and financial losses/damages posted on this site, I shudder to think how many more there may be elsewhere on the internet. I will also be checking ripoffreport.com, as it is a good site to get an initial vibe on a company before doing business with them. If I find anything, I will add that in my review/post about my first order. My fingers are crossed for a positive outcome, but my brain tells me the result might be otherwise.

    Lastly, I am cancelling the second order. I am so glad I "Googled" FragranceNet.com, better late than never, and grateful to those people on this site who have share their good, but mostly terrible, experiences with FragranceNet.com. In addition, please go to this site: **, which is the Federal Trade Commission who can also work with local law enforcement in the applicable area to get something done to stop this company from ripping people off. Hopefully, once and for all.

    I needed a quick gift for a friend and chose to order from FragranceNet.com. They were $20 or so cheaper than the department stores I would usually buy from and they offered free 2-day shipping.     When "Envy Me" first came on the market, I fell in love w/ it. I saw the ad on my email page, and ordered it ($53.89) and a Gucci fragrance (About $30), new to me.     Ordered 3 perfumes - Stella by Stella McCartney, Burberry, and Lauren by Ralph Lauren. First, the good part: My order arrived quickly, nothing was broken or leaky and all perfumes seemed to be in the original manufacturer's packaging right down to the cellophane that was neatly wrapped over each of the perfume boxes -- bottles nestled inside like they should be, same as if you purchased in a department store.

    Now for the somewhat bad: The Lauren was a 'hopeful' purchase being that this perfume has been discontinued for ages. So I can't completely blame FN. But my own original bottle -- which is easily over 20 years old -- smells incredible when compared to the Lauren I got from FN. Either theirs is a bad knock-off, or it has been altered, or it is original and has gone waaay sour. No way to know. But it's hard to believe 'sour' when my old, nearly empty bottle still smells great. So that purchase was a bust.

    The Stella however, DOES smell like Stella -- but I'm still slightly skeptical because the fragrance doesn't last long at all and the 'layers' that this fragrance has, disappear quite quickly leaving only one note. So, I'm wondering about the quality of this purchase as well. From the moment I spritzed it, something just didn't seem right -- and I hadn't even read any of the bad reviews here that would have offered me the 'power of suggestion' that something could be wrong. Bottom line, the Stella was not a complete bust.

    Now, the totally bad: The Burberry. I only smelled this perfume once -- magazine strip -- and loved it enough to buy it. But the Burberry from FN doesn't last more than a second, which is a good thing because it smells very weird if not plain awful. Not at all like I remember it. Complete bust. Waste of $$. Are all these particular perfumes the real thing? Originals that have simply degraded in some way due to age, exposure to temperature extremes, etc? Who knows! Have they been tampered with - diluted, etc? Who knows!

    All I can say is that the packaging and bottles sure do look authentic. And it's hard to believe FN has a crew of perfume elves who take apart wrappers, open boxes and bottles, add a dilutant and then put everything back together again so flawlessly.     My review is not as much related to the fragrance experience but the company policy of guerilla marketing by selling my name to a magazine company WHO WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. I used FragranceNet.com to purchase a gift. I began receiving InStyle Magazine. I tried contacting InStyle and they would not cancel the magazine because I was not the person who ordered it.     I've been buying Annick Goutal's Eau d'Hadrien for years at Saks, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus. In the last few years I've ordered it from FragranceNet.com. I received two bottles of the EDT and they are, in fact, the real deal. Unfortunately, the product is old and has turned. So the predominant fragrance is off and smells of alcohol. This is a very light citrus fragrance and it cannot sit for a long time without turning. Clearly, they are buying old stock. I called the company to complain, waited 35 minutes to get someone who said that they were busy. They would send me labels to return the bottles. Seriously, you haven't done me any favors. I have been charged, don't have my product, and now have to return merchandise. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. Not worth the hassles. Pay full price-you get what you pay for. The purchase price of the fragrance was priced in £ sterling but only at the last minute did I notice a massive price hike added by way of a conversion fee, as well as a charge for postage - neither of which was made explicit when I looked at their website.     I have been purchasing Versace Bright Crystal and Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia from them for several years. I purchased the same items previously from Nordstrom and was looking for a deal and I thought I had found it. I was talking to my sister who also purchased these items from them and we both thought that they seemed off in color and packaging but just let it go until I got curious.     Please be warned. I have bought several items over the years from this company. I received a shipment of perfume and cologne which the box was completely soaked from broken bottles. I opened it and it was all completely destroyed. I took pics of the products, emailed them, sent them chats and called several times to no avail. They still have not got back to me. I was forced to cancel with my credit company who was also unsuccessful getting a hold of someone that worked there.

    Months have gone by and decided to order again which I wasn't able to. Why? because I have a chargeback and they refuse to do business with me! Come on.     WARNING WARNING!!! ATTENTION AUSTRALIAN SHOPPERS!!! I purchased 2 fragrances from this website as the prices were very inviting, sadly I did not check the reviews, big mistake!!! The 2 fragrances that I ordered I have been using for many years so I know the scents of them extremely well, the ones I received from FragranceNet.com were fake, no doubt about it, the packaging was identical but the scent was fake.

    I emailed them with my complaint but no response, I went to Australia Post to return the products only to find out that it is illegal to ship these products back to USA as 100ml of perfume is considered dangerous goods and no way possible to do so. That answered my questions as to many reviews stating that many unhappy customers returned their fragrances and heard nothing more as they would have arrived at customs and been thrown out as it is illegal. I was just extremely upset as the fragrances I purchased were supposed to be Christmas presents, not only were they late but also they were fake. I had to purchase presents to replace the ones that didn't arrive and I was out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Not Happy.

    I called my bank as I purchased with my credit card and told them what happened, the bank sent me some forms so they could investigate my claim. I am happy to tell you my effort was worth it, after a few weeks of waiting the bank reimbursed my account as they found FragranceNet.com could not prove the fragrances I purchased were authentic???

    I urge anybody who has been ripped off by these scum past and present to chase your refund, you will be rewarded and learn never to make that mistake again. When something looks too good to be true, IT IS! It's worth the effort, I feel happy to have my money back so now I can buy the authentic product as I know it to be. I have not received any response from FragranceNet.com at all. I don't know the return policy for other countries but it does pay to do your homework.     I can't believe there is not laws against these thieves. I ordered Burberry perfume and 2 more other ones. But Burberry didn't smell fresh. It just smelled like alcohol and there was some Arabian writing that was so weird for me. It wasn't the first time I smelled Burberry. My sister gets it once in a while and hers smell so good.     I ordered a parfum in January 3. After I check the tracking number around January 9 and that said me the package delivered, but I never received nothing. I called the FragranceNet customer service and they told me they gonna make an investigation because the package was delivered. And they gonna send me a new parfum. That was around January 12. Now February 9 and I don't receive NOTHING. The problem is this company didn't use insurance for the packages. So I went to the USPS and they couldn't help me because I don't have insurance. That was my first and last order from this company. They should send me a new one, but nothing. So this one star what I give is one more that they deserve.

    I ordered from this company on more than one occasion. I have never had a fake perfume or a bad experience. I think so many people trying to get over on the company. To be honest how can you go wrong with that 35% off coupons that are always coming out and free shipping. I mean honestly. Don't think media people. I've never had a problem with them yet. All my perfume even the testers they said would come unboxed were sealed and boxed and goodness every other perfume I've ever bought that they told me would come and unpackaged came packaged perfectly with the seals on and everything so not really sure where you people are getting your stuff from.     These guys are crooks. I ordered a large boxed bottle of cologne on eBay, only to find when it arrived that the seal on the bottle had been tampered with and the cologne was diluted.     Ordered Creed Aventus through PayPal. Upon receiving order it was fake. Sent the item back and even though they sent me an email saying they would issue an credit they never did. I opened a claim with PayPal and according to them FragranceNet told them they never received the returned product. After hours of my time I was able to find the FedEx tracking number showing they did receive the product on 12/27/16. Do not do business with this company. They are horrible.     I placed a large order including 8 bottles of perfume for Christmas presents. Our family Christmas was going to be delayed by one week and one day, according to the website, there was plenty of time, to receive my order in time for our Christmas. I confirmed that through a phone call to customer service at which time I placed 2 orders, the largest which was to come to my home for 8 separate presents. I began calling the number listed on the website (several times) when I had not been emailed a tracking number. There was no answer until well after New Year's. LeAnn in customer service could hardly even discuss my orders due to her own confusion. Her supervisor refused to talk to me.

    Finally, I was told my orders were 'stuck in the warehouse' for some unknown reason. It took several additional days to send me tracking info. Finally FedEx info showed up but I didn't receive my order until Jan. 8, 2017 and now I have to pay postage on each item to get it to their intended family member as no one lives locally. So, 8 items X $5-6 each of additional postage costs, I have to pay now makes FRAGRANCENET.COM A STINKING PLACE TO DO BUSINESS AND CANNOT RECOMMEND IT. Additionally, Customer Service didn't care! When I asked for the phone number to 'Corporate' I was told 'there isn't one' and was given an address that I could send a letter to -- not even an email address! They don't want to know about any trouble caused by their company so 'Buyer beware -- you have little to no recourse when they screw up.

    I placed orders on the 26th and on the 27th assuming both would ship out in a day or two and be here before the new year, but no. The order where I paid $8.95 on shipping didn't even process for four days. Both orders are still there in their warehouse, and I'm sure they will remain there until January 2nd or later. I've been pleased with previous orders, but I can't say that I haven't read many reviews where people got fakes. On Dec 19th I ordered 2 gifts for Christmas from FragranceNet because they offered Christmas Delivery FREE w/ min purchase. With 6 days to receive it, a 2-4 day shipping option I felt I was safe. NOT! I took every precaution - I left a note on the order's site - 'If Not Before Christmas. pls cancel'. I've since called the 800 number to follow up, Thur & Fri, but got recording, "...due to high volume of calls, no one avail to take your call, please call back"... then disconnect.

    Two days trying to call, and periodically checking FedEx tracking. I did noticed it didn't even go out til Dec 21! Two days before it even left them! And to make it worse, it was sent with "SmartPost" - 7-10 Days/No Date Specific, End of Day Delivery! Tried calling Corp offices? No answer Fri & closed weekends! Surprise, surprise! Surely the days prior to Christmas are some of their busiest and no one working, answering calls, no customer service in the event of problems? That's unbelievable!

    Somehow I still received the Perfumania in 2 days - but had returned it to the store as it was drawn on my bank account - not my CC! Talk about a mess. But in the end, I don't have gifts for Christmas!! I usually read reviews before using online sites, but this outfit looked too big for lousy service; they also go by Discount Perfume.     I'm very disappointed by the service and was ripped-off. I paid for expedited shipping to get my package by Christmas and unfortunately won't get it until the Wednesday after. The backstory is that on 12/22/16 at 1:30 p.m. I ordered my item and an hour later received an email that the item was shipped with a tracking number. I checked the status of the shipment several times the following day and USPS didn't receive the package until 6 p.m. 12/23/16 even though I got an email the day BEFORE that the package was sent from FragranceNet.

    The worst part is that USPS sent me a text that I wouldn't get my item until 12/28/16! I did not pay $13.95 for 2-business day shipping to NOT get my item until 12/28/16! The was the most expensive shipping option available and I bought the item under the impression that the latest date that the item would get to me is 12/24/16. I called the company's 1-800-727-3867 toll-free number three times and kept getting the message that all agents were busy and the line would hang up.

    To top it off the company's website says NO refunds on shipping. "You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error."

    Yes, they made an error not ensuring that their customers get what they paid for! I paid for 2-business day shipping, was emailed that the item was shipped 12/22/16, and therefore should be getting the package on 12/24/16. But the reality is that THIS company did not ship (or take my package to USPS) until 12/23/16 and that USPS says I won't get it until 12/28/16! This is totally unacceptable and I wish there were other ways to advise people to not waste your money on a company that lies to its customers and whom are hard to get in contact with!     On Dec. 12, 2016, I ordered two men's cologne from this company. I rec'd the order on Dec. 18, 2016. I opened one of the cologne packages to test the fragrance. It seemed like a weak smell based on my experience with the cologne. Upon closer examination, it appeared that someone, somewhere tampered with the seal of the atomizer. I am drawing my own conclusions, but I cannot prove what actually happened. I suspect that someone tampered with the cologne bottle to either remove some of the cologne or put something else in its place. I suspect that this bottle/cologne is not genuine, therefore, I am skeptical about it being the 'real deal'.

    I do not wish to use this cologne anymore and I am attempting to send both items back. After attempting to contact FragranceNet.com for an RMA number several times via phone and two emails without success, I opted to go through PayPal to resolve this issue. I cannot recommend FragranceNet.com because of their poor business model.

    I have ordered two perfumes through them and neither were fakes, and I know how to spot a fake perfume, bag, pair of shoes, etc. It's possible that the company has changed, or they've bought fakes on wholesale without knowing. Most perfume bottles are sealed, so there is no way for them to be filled by some other watered down liquid. Some guy is complaining about free magazines... lol. What? It's free. Call the freaking magazine and tell them to stop sending it.

    When purchasing the perfume from their website, it showed in CDN dollars and I thought that was what I was being charged. When I look at my bank statement, they had charged me as though the dollars were shown in USD and then proceeded to convert it to CDN which tacked an extra $25 onto my bill! I spent over an hour on hold waiting to speak to a customer service rep and then they said there was nothing they could do or would be willing to do and that it must have been a glitch on my computer.     I have shopped online for fragrances and other personal care/beauty products for years. I decided to try FragranceNet.com to try a fragrance they had a good price on. They shipped me the wrong item and when I contacted their customer service, through the chat function and provided the shipping documentation present with the incorrect item, the service rep only offered to allow me to take my time and effort to return the item and that they would not ship the correct item until they received and processed the item they shipped me in error (hair product). I expressed that this was not satisfactory and the rep, Lisa, dropped me from the chat function.

    I engaged the chat function again with Lisa to get a managers contact info and to express my displeasure with the customer service. Lisa gave me an email address for a manager, Pamela, who I contacted and never received a response from, and then Lisa dropped me again. I returned the item, and had to contact them again after more than a week of waiting for some kind of recognition or correspondence. FragranceNet finally sent me an email that states I will get a refund at some point after they process the return. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and would strongly discourage anyone from spending any money with FragranceNet. They in no real way tried to rectify the situation, past allowing me to help them correct their mistake at my cost!!!!

    I need to firstly say that although the customer service representative was not overly accommodating she was efficient and apologetic albeit not over when I requested to return their fake perfume. Now on to the review. I really should have known better... I ordered 3 oz of Vera Wang (tester) for under $20... First mistake... Then I ordered Estee Lauder's Beautiful also a tester that was approximately $80... Now keep in mind these are two of my favorites perfumes. So the Vera Wang is a dark brown color... It's supposed to be a pink hue. The scent faded in 0.2 seconds and it smelled watered down to the wateriest degree (I know that's not a word but this perfume was so bad I had to create words to justly describe it's horrible news). The Beautiful although it seemed like the real Beautiful the scent was so faint that I barely knew I was wearing it.

    Listen if you want the real thing especially when perfumes that never go on sale in department stores then don't try to get them from this place. These perfumes are either entirely fake, watered down or created by doppelgangers of the authentic designers. Save your money and yourself the hassle and buy the retail at reputable stores.

    Do not do business with these people under any circumstances. I purchased perfume and unknowing got subscribed to magazines. They have sent at least three different magazines to me unasked for. Trying to cancel has proven near impossible. They are not worth it. You wait over a half hour to 45 minutes just to get through to their so called customer service.     I placed an order Monday night for perfume intended to be a late birthday gift for a date on Friday evening. I purchased the expedited shipping to the tune of $14 because hey, 2-3 shipping on a 4 day purchase should be good, right? Wrong. I called on Wednesday morning (within 10 minutes of them opening) and sat on hold for almost 20 minutes before I even reached anyone. And then the woman who "helped" me was more interested in arguing with me than actually trying to answer my questions. In the end she advised me it would be sent to the warehouse that day, and then shipped that same day. Also wrong!

    I bought 4 perfumes recently. 1. Dolce & Gabbana - The One, 2. Paris Hilton - Tease, 3. Elizabeth Arden - Provocative, and 4. Mariah Carey - M.     I'm curious how Consumer Affairs can speak to the accuracy of its reviews of this site when it appears every review is telling the same thing: these are fakes and they have terrible policies and service. The problem I have are the random rave reviews of how great this company is, which have to be planted by the company... how does Consumer Affairs account for this? For once this seems to be a situation where there are only very few random positive reviews none in between and all the rest horrible. How can these positive reviews be true?

    I'm now completely unrealistically cautiously optimistic my order won't be a complete disaster but I'm quite certain I'm to be severely disappointed for my birthday. Why can't Consumer Affairs of all people DO something about this company if it is truly fraudulent. Yes the prices are very low, but not like $10 off the street vendor and you know it's fake.     It would seem this company is under new management. I've been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced any issues with my purchases being delivered to Australia (with FREE international shipping when purchasing over $100). Now, they falsely advertise, and their shipping is not free. I've tried contacting them for verification on what is happening and why it's all changed.     I have been wearing this perfume for years. When I sprayed the bottle that Fragrancenet sent to me, I almost choked. It was full of ammonia and alcohol. It was either bad or fake. In any event, they sent me a return label to send it back. Do they know how their return policy works? Give the package to USPS and wait 7 - 10 days for FedEx to pick it up? I called and e-mailed Customer Service. They care not. Hassle-free returns they say? Yeah right. I'm working with AmEx to get my money back and will never order from them again - I urge you to follow suit.

    I have placed several orders with this company over the years and never had a problem except with Lancaster Sunwater which is a perfume I used in the 90s. The stock they have now is old and not nice to the nose. Do not order this, you will be disappointed. I tried to place another order a few days ago to take up the offer of free international shipping for orders over $100 USD. I discovered that New Zealand was no longer on the list of overseas countries. I sent three e-mails to the info@fragrancenet.com with no reply. I have stayed up tonight until 1.00am to contact them via telephone. Phone was answered and I was told that they don't ship to New Zealand anymore and she had no idea why that was the case. There was no option at all except for me to take myself off the e-mail list and deal with being treated as a second class citizen.

    I ask... Could they not have e-mail everyone with a .nz e-mail address and advised of this and why, why is my money and location not acceptable to them? I am very peeved to say the least and have no idea how to get around this problem. {sighs} I hate to have a good relationship go down the **. There are a number of scrapbooking stores out there in the USA that can ship to NZ so I don't see the problem.

    I used this company as a drop shipper giving them consistent continuous business. The company refused to give me a refund on a return despite the fact that the item had tracking and was signed for by their employee. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. They credited me as FragranceNet would not respond to them. They then suspended my account without notice over $94.00 that was rightfully owed to me.     I bought 2 fragrances I have used for almost 30 years, L' Air Du Temps - Nina Rici and Estee Lauder White Linen.     So I go online to order another cologne. This would be the 4th. Right out of the gate, I want a tester vial size. It costs $1.99 and then with discount (30%) it's $1.39. Great. I go through the process of ordering and I get to payment (through PayPal) and they want $6.95 to ship this!! $6.95 for a tester vial... the little tiny bottle half the size of my finger??? It has no weight to even register. IT'S a SPRAY VIAL. So, I call these idiots. Someone, after awaiting 5.25 minutes being #1 on waiting list, Susan answers phone. Susan, to be as polite as possible, is completely incapable of being a telephone operator for anyone other than a "hit squad"... She tells me can't help me, that's what the computer does, I can order more to help defray the costs. What? I don't pay that much for a full on bottle of perfume or cologne and this piece of work wants me to order up to mask the cost. Seriously?!

    Okay Susan, I need to speak with a manager. Oh! She's not available. Really?! She can give you an email. We go round and round on this and the, (words fail me as I cannot use profanity or insult this... person) hangs up on me to prove a point. I call back. She again hangs up. Me thinks that this "company" is being run by some very SMALL minded people and the likes of me and others continue to help them along by buying into their completely incompetent service when really, with all the spamming you get in your email (from FragranceNet) it's probably worth it much more so to buy from a local store. Really, you at least get to smell the fragrance before buying when shopping local anyway.

    My advice... DO NOT SHOP FRAGRANCENET unless you're into being treated like crap. There is no receipt or order number as I am not going to provide this company with any further purchases and will refuse the last order made once it arrives. They obviously are doing well enough to give up patronage from people that pay instantly.

I contacted FragranceNet.com about the situation and they had a replacement order sent immediately. Turned out that the shipping company delivered my first order and FragranceNet.com had already sent the replacement order.     I bought a number of Zizanie Eau de toilette for men. Gave some away as presents, all of them have developed a body odor type of unpleasant smell.     I received a bottle of Cashmere Mist as a Christmas present and thought it odd that the ingredients were in Spanish. Never in the 10+ years since I have been wearing this cologne has the box ever been in Spanish. The inside gold lid also came off in the top of the bottle and it doesn't spray like my authentic Cashmere Mist. The color is off and the smell is not powdery like the original. This site is selling fake product and should be shut down. They are a disgrace!

    I took a chance on your company FragranceNet.com. There was a discount offered to me of 30% off the order so I ordered over $500.00 worth of colognes. While waiting for you guys to figure out how to process the order and emailing you back and forth the requested information to prove to you who I said I was, a regular first time customer, I waited weeks to get an email that it would be submitted for processing and delivery. During that time, I had several websites that educated me on how much of a chance I was taking, trusting your company. Horrible reviews abound, and even though you are considered a trusted store by Google, I created an online chat with your customer service department because calling is a total joke. During that chat, I cancelled the order due to save myself the worry I was sure I was in for. I was told that it had already been sent for processing and that I could return it once I received it.

    I was sent an RMA return label by email. About a week or so later I received the order in the mail. First glance everything looked good so I cracked open the most expensive cologne, Aventus by Creed to smell it. It smelled NOTHING like anything Creed would make, let alone the cologne I purchased for over 300 bucks. I then opened the Acqua Di Geo to try that. Nope, the bottle was fake as was the fragrance. It leaked all over the box and my bathroom. I knew at once that at least two of the bottles were fakes so I didn't bother opening the others. I mailed them back. What a waste of time, effort and money. I'm extremely disappointed in Google for trusting this online store and outright angry at FragranceNet.com. STOP SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS!!!

I called today 12/17 and was on hold the 1st time for 52 mins, called again and was on hold for 49 mins after being 48 in the queue to get actually hearing a live voice to be transferred after hearing my complaint and was advise they are not taking calls at this time.     I'm kicking myself because I know if something is too good to be true, it probably is. I purchased B by Balenciaga, the big $145 bottle for $75 after a coupon. It arrived in a timely manner but the scent wore off almost instantly. When I had tried the tester in Sephora I sprayed it twice on my wrist and it was still strong enough to notice it the next day. Unfortunately I already threw away the return label it was sent with and have emailed them to have another one sent. Otherwise this will have been a very expensive mistake.
