Ordered Creed Aventus off www.fragrancenet.com. They shipped it thru OnTrac shipping. Received tracking info. A few days later I received a notification that it couldn’t deliver. I did an inquiry thru OnTrac, no response. Two days later, I received a notification that it was delivered. But when I got home that day. Nothing was there. I checked the email, and OnTrac had a proof of delivery photo with package left on porch. Only problem, it wasn’t my porch. I sent an inquiry to OnTrac, they told me to contact Fragrancenet. I contacted fragrancenet, they told me the package was marked as delivered and no refund or even an inquiry. They told me to take it up with OnTrac. So now I’m out $400 with no one even doing an investigation. As far as I know, the delivery person picked a random porch miles away from my home, took a photo and kept the cologne. Now I’m forced to get a refund thru my credit card company for fraud. So buyer beware, seems like a big scam.

Don't bother ordering from this store. They don’t deliver items. Worst is the say to contact via phone, chat or email and they won't answer any of them. The phone number rings and they put you on hold for an hour to tell you we can't take your call right now. The chat is always down. They don’t reply to emails. Am still waiting for my delivery from last week. Cheap shipping company delivered my item to someone else house and they won't return any of my request.

I recently purchased Dior Sauvage parfum from Fragrancenet after seeing their advertisements online. The promise of high-end designer scents at a fraction of the price seemed tempting, but unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. First off, the fragrance itself did not smell similar to the original designer perfume. I and sever others who tried it noticed that the scent didn't last nearly as long, and it had a synthetic undertone that made it clear this wasn’t the real deal. The longevity was poor, and the projection was weak. While the price is significantly lower than the original designer fragrances, you’re definitely sacrificing quality. In the end, I regret not spending a bit more on a genuine product. If you’re looking for the real thing or a high-quality dupe, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I paid for express shipping and for the 2 days it was supposed to be en route the status only showed shipping label created. The day it was due I emailed and got a response that the carrier didn’t update the status and my order was on the way. A couple hours later I checked and my order had just been picked up and would be delivered in 3 more days, missing the occasion. I emailed again, no response. I’ve heard that some of their products may be counterfeit, and with that kind of customer service I don’t doubt it. Won’t be back.

I was a semi-regular customer, with orders about twice a year. I recently had to return an item because it was ordered by mistake--forgot to delete it from my bag before checkout. When I realized the next day, I attempted to cancel, but this was denied. A few days after receiving the package, I returned the one item of two ordered. This was hand delivered to post office with Fragrance.net provided label and all instructions followed on 10/11/23. It stayed at my local post office for 2 weeks. I sent an email to complain, and it moved after a few days. Now it's stuck at another location. It still has not been delivered as of this review on 10/31/23. FedEx is not even providing delivery dates anymore. I'm not ordering again, just want my money back. Lesson here--they do not do returns.

How is this company still in business. I ordered original Polo Green, Drakkar Noir and CK One. All three showed up in good time. The packaging all looked legit and I was super excited that I got all three at such a good price. I still had a little bit left of my old bottles and didn’t think to test the ones from FragranceNet. Silly me. Anyway, about a week later I reached for the new bottle of Polo Green and right Off the bat I knew something was off. It vaguely smelled like real Polo. Then I grabbed the Drakkar and same deal, barely smells like the real deal. Then I grabbed the CK One and it didn’t small at all like CK One.

Fake perhaps?? And empty!! I ordered Obagi Moisturizer and an Obagi Toner as I love that brand and use it all the time, HOWEVER, this was the first time ordering from Fragrance.net. I received both rather quickly, but sometime was clearly off.... The toner had the protective plastic sealer on the bottle as it always does when I order directly from Obagi ...BUT... The Obagi Hydrate Moisturizer did NOT have the sealed plastic around it at all, and it felt so incredibly empty that the pump would not even dispense anything.

Hello everyone, I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and haven’t even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Don’t waste your time here.

My recent first (and last) purchase was for a bottle of fragrance for a friend, I was pleased to get a shipping confirmation 4 days later until I saw that they use a horrible shipping company that refuses to deliver to our neighborhood since some of their drivers were caught stealing packages a few years ago. They are still mad that they got caught so they refuse to deliver to our community of about 100+ homes in a rural setting. That shipping company has 1 star reviews at BBB, Yelp, and Trustpilot (and complaints about package thefts) sure enough the shipping link showed that my package was automatically returned to sender on the same day it arrived. There is no option to NOT choose that company since the shipping was free I had no choice.

Beware Canadian buyers. Despite the dollar flag clearly indicated "CAN" it's US dollars, then they charge you a fee to send it despite free shipping. Ok, whatever. But then the product wasn't sent so they give you a refund after 21 days because it never was sent. Ok fine, but then they make you eat the fees of shipping which never happened anyway and refund you less than what you paid them for. Terrible business. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I was sent the wrong item (twice). I specifically ordered a particular product but was sent the wrong one. I sent item back with a prepaid label and then they sent the wrong item again! They would not allow me to just order the correct one over the phone. They said I had to order it all over again from their online site. I am awaiting my refund that should be applied to my credit card. I won't do business with this site again. I don't trust them.

Horrendous customer service. I placed my order August 8th. I received a completely different item than what I ordered, it wasn't even similar to what I purchased so they obviously sent me someone else's order. I reached out to customer service and received only a return label in response, no apology, no explanation of when or how I will receive the product I actually ordered. I had to reach out to customer service a second time to receive an extremely dry response just stating that "a reshipment will be issued upon recipt of the returned item." Still no apology for the mistake or the inconvenience it caused.

Counterfeit products being sold by them. They also simply send a message saying it has been shipped when there is no proof of shipping. Stay away from this company, they are internet frauds. They don't have products and they simply charge your credit card.

They will rip you off. The perfume is expired and usually smells like alcohol and chemicals but I needed some perfume at a decent price so I took a chance and hoped I wouldn't get perfume that was expired. Instead of expired perfume, I didn't get any. They will steal your money. I paid for 1-2 day shipping costing 15.95 and I didn't receive it until 6 days later. There's no one you can get through to help with any problems. I live in a small town and there's not a huge selection of perfume. I ordered from them for a special event and need it ASAP, why I paid for 1-2 shipping and I didn't get it in time and I actually ordered in plenty of time if you actually get the correct shipping you pay for. Nobody to live chat or call on weekends. They literally stole my money and just sent it regularly mail.

My son's first purchase! When the package came, it was already partially opened with the contents empty. We contacted and asked for a replacement to be expedited as my son was traveling to Japan and wanted to take it with him. It never came in time. I called again for him and they apologized..I asked them to send a replacement and they said they would. Six days go by and I call to check on the replacement. I was told the replacement was damaged. The lady did not offer another replacement but said we would get a refund in 3-7 business days. They didn't even offer a discount or coupon. Sad. I am afraid that I will not see any refund. I feel they are not legit. Also, I spent 45 minutes on hold. Never again.

As fake as it can get! I have been using Tom Ford for three years and what I received from this company can't even classify as a knockoff! The moment I opened the packaging I knew something was off. The box was off, the bottle label was just so wrong, the stickers at the bottom were a clear giveaway and then the scent was just the worst attempt at trying to replicate an original. Do not fall for the deals. Their stuff is not even worth 5% of what you'll end up paying. Complete trash!

Be honest and state that the item is not the original scent. Let people know they are not getting a deal, just knockoff perfume that is actually overpriced coming from this company. You're better off buying from street sellers, corner stores. Wasted my my money.

I just received my order. It only took a day. So why one star. The bottle of Boucheron I ordered is fake. It smells horrible, not even close to the original. I’ll take the loss, don’t want a refund. I had a feeling it would be fake.

Used them for the first time recently based off various fragrance communities recommending the site for deals and legitimacy. My overall experience is positive with them minus a few caveats. They took a while to ship. And when they did, it was handled by OnTrac (part of LaserShip). I absolutely hated OnTrac as they could never deliver my package, thankfully a FragranceNet customer service rep over the phone was very understanding and resent my order via UPS and it arrived promptly. So at the very least, they accommodate reasonable issues. But please, please cut your shipping ties with OnTrac.

Because of their aggressive advertising to me email, I ordered 3 times the COMPLETE SKIN CARE SYSTEM of PRESCRIPTION YOUTH skin care products. One on 07.27/2023, another on 08/04/23 and another on 10/17/2023 in the amount of $114.31, $114.31 and $118.12, totaling $346.74. I am a senior and have vision problems, but my sister noticed on Mother's Day 2023 when I gifted her 1 of the products, that the products had been expired since 10/2022. I had only used 2 creams from the 12 pieces contained in the 3 packages.

I have been ordering from this company for quite some time!! This time I placed an order on 4 May 24 and my order took 11 days to receive!! I finally received my order on Tuesday, 14 May 24. I called customer service on yesterday, 13 May and waited on the phone without being able to connect with a customer service representative!! This is very unacceptable for a company!! I sent them an email letting them know how I felt about their poor customer service and told them that I will no longer be ordering from their company!! They have definitely LOST MY BUSINESS!!!

I ordered some perfumes on Fragrancenet during the winter for the Spring season. It's finally Spring I got excited to start wearing my Spring fragrances. I opened a perfume to wear, it was Si Passione by Armani, it smells like nothing...just air! They sold me a FAKE/EXPIRED PERFUME. So I sent an email explaining what happened and that I have been a long time customer and I got an email back a hours later (which I was not expecting so soon). They asked if I wanted a refund back to my original payment or they would send me a new bottle. I emailed back saying I wanted a refund. Never heard back from them.

Fragrances.com offered me 37% DISCOUNT that did not exist. They now have my contact information that I was required to give only to find out the discount they claimed was applied to my order was NOT applied. BAD SITE.

The customer service was awful. Their delivery company lost my items (and you can’t contact them directly). Then said they can’t locate and then after refund was processed, days later dropped it at my porch. I kindly told them I have it now and how I can pay and return some items. I already purchased some of items in the store as needed as a gift and could not wait. They said no partial returns are possible, and their process to pay for it is only paper checks (why?). I asked if can wire to their bank, and they said it MUST be checks which I simply don’t use and don’t have. Otherwise must return, they did not try to accommodate me at any point of the process. Asked for a phone payment, new order placement or wire. Stubbornly No, it must be checks… Will be returning opened items which they said is ok. So they’d rather get the opened items back rather try to accommodate a customer. Just a headache, not worth saving couple dollars off the retail price.

For all Canadian perfumer lovers...Fragrance.net only sells in USD! Do Not, believe you will be charged in anything but American Dollars despite the fact that they advertise, and show your total in CND, you will be charged in USD on your credit card. I was tricked by this false advertising and when I emailed them about this miscommunication, I was basically told " tough". Even when I sent them a screenshot of the advertisement, they resent a reply that stated they only do business in USD.

I ordered 4 colognes 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received it. It said 2-5 business days. I feel like I've got scammed for 65$. I don’t know if I've got scammed or they are backed up. I am still currently waiting to receive them.

Gave it ONE star because I can't give a -5 stars... The WORST customer service EVER!!!! Prices are ok, not the cheapest ones, sometimes good "promotions" on certain items. Been a customer for MANY years. At this time, had a problem with my order and I got NO help whatsoever from just sec which was also extremely rude and cold. Showed no intentions to try and help me. They lied about my order being "processed" and shipped, when the website clearly showed it as "in our warhorse". They also declined my cancelation request, which I placed after not getting help to fix the mistakes in my original order...and again they lied saying they could not cancel after being shipped, and again, website showed it as not being shipped yet... I WILL NEVER use this company again...

I ordered original Juicy Couture and they sent me another juicy fragrance. I will never order another bottle. I hate to order something and receive 2nd or 3rd product. Send what I asked for. Fake advertisement.

On Easter, I received a $20 coupon, so I was going to order the "opium body moisturizer" priced at $67.89, with coupon, that should have brought price down to $47.89! So when I go to check out, they raised the price to $96.99!!! Minus my $20 coupon, the price is now $76.99!!! $9.10 higher than the original price!!! I will never do business with this company again! Buyers beware!!!!

I ordered 3 powder foundations because they've become hard to find here in Canada and the price was right. Cost was $99, shipping took longer to arrive but we're in Canada so I was ok with that. The foundation colour is nothing like my other BareMinerals 12 Original powder foundation, much darker when compared. I suspect the product had been re-labelled only because there's such a big difference in colour. I initiated a refund and was told that although no return shipping label was available for Canada that I should email the receipt for return shipping and they would reimburse the cost of return shipping. I just received the refund today. They refunded $77 for the product, not the full $99, and chose not to reimburse the return shipping costs as promised. So it's a loss of $42.

I just went on a shopping spree at Neiman Marcus for high end colognes for my kids for Christmas. A bottle of Clive Christian Immortelle Masculine at Neiman was $550.00 before tax, on FragranceNet.com it was only $243.00. I like the service at Neiman however paying more than double the service is not worth the extra cost in my opinion. I put both boxes up against each other the one from Neiman and from FragranceNet.com there were some slight differences in the boxes however the cologne smelled right and I don't think this is a knock off and if it is, it is very good. The delivery took a little longer than I would anticipate but it did show up.

I changed my address in my profile. Nowhere in my profile was my old address evident. They sent the product to my old address! Refused to issue refund. Do not spend money with this company. Customer service was terrible.

I ordered a fragrance for my wife's birthday. When I placed the order I chose a shipping option that said USPS 2-4 business days. I ordered the beginning of the business day on Monday which means it should have been delivered on Wednesday, Thurs or Friday. It was not and this was a gift for my wife's birthday which was on Sunday. As of Sunday it still had not been delivered. To make matters worse, it was being delivered to our vacation home and we will not be back for at least 2 weeks. The email confirmation I received when ordering says 2-4 business days. It does not add any extra wording such as NOT GUARANTEED. However when I contacted the company their response was, "Well we don't guarantee delivery within that specified time." No Apology. No attempt to make things right. Just Plain dishonest.

I purchased a 2.4 oz bottle of Bacarrat Rouge 540 Extrait. Cost, $370. Believe me when I tell you it is 100% fake. I know because I've owned the real stuff and know what to look for. By the way, it smells great, for about 30 seconds. I hate getting ripped off, but I detest getting ripped off by someone that sits behind a computer and not being able to do ABSOLUTELY nothing about it.

I called customer service today and spoke with a very helpful rep. Unlike the chat rep, the phone rep found my order in less than 30 seconds, gave me the order number, corrected my account info and let me know that the order is being delivered today. I’m a happy customer now. Chat rep wasn’t helpful, but the phone rep went above and beyond.

I opened a claim with this company. What a scam! I orders Nishane Hundred Silent Ways and received Oscar De La Renta. So you send me something cheap and I paid for something especially. Unacceptable!!!

Ordered 3.3 Oz. Creed Aventus for my sister as she loves the cologne and has worn it for over a decade. Usually she buys it from the counter at Neiman Marcus, but asked me to help her buy some online because it would be more convenient for her. She wanted it quickly, nowhere was offering next day or express shipping...until I found FragranceNet.com. They shipped overnight and Hey it was even a little less expensive than Neiman or Nordstrom online. When the bottle got here, she knew immediately that it was not real. While the packaging looked nice, the smell was not even close. She had a little left from a real bottle from Neiman Marcus, so we could compare the two side by side. It wasn't even close - Didn't smell like it at all.

I bought Ralph by Ralph Lauren and Ocean Di Gioia by Giorgio Armani at Fragrancenet because their site Guarantees 100% Authenticity. Both brands I buy regularly. Most importantly, I've been buying Ralph for over 20 years because it is my favorite so, without question, I KNOW what it's supposed to smell like. The Ralph that I received from Fragrancenet smelled like rubbing alcohol mixed with a hint of a mystery perfume - ZERO likeness to Ralph by Ralph Lauren. The Ocean Di Gioia at least smelled similar to the original, only more like a cheap imposter that immediately disappeared when dry. I was highly disappointed since I paid only a few dollars less than normal price. I can see if it was a fraction of the price, then it would be my fault for taking the chance. Both were even wrapped in what appeared to be original packaging but knock off products have really come a long way these days so the packaging does not signify authentic to me. I absolutely received fake perfume from this company.

Website is outdated. Major issue in processing orders. Placed an order, was charged, but didn't receive a confirmation or email for the order. Talking to their customer service department is an extremely difficult task. Wait times are over 30 minutes for both phone calls and online chat and it seems to be the same rude and disrespectful woman. 0/10.

I put an order in for a delivery to be done BEFORE Valentine's day and PAID FOR overnight delivery - to be delivered the next business day. It was a Thursday - maybe after hours to be fair - so let's say Friday. No delivery on Monday the 13th. I tried to call but waited on hold for an hour and still no response. I looked to see the status on the 14th and found that my order would be delivered after 30 other orders were delivered and it was too late. I guess you get what you pay for and honestly, I'm not even sure the products are real. I'd either stay far away if you are looking for any sort of customer service or resign yourself to ordering very early and know exactly what fragrance you want so you can tell if it's real. On the whole, I'd stay away.

I made a purchase on 12/30/22. No confirmation email, no tracking number was ever sent. Tried contacting them multiple times but heard nothing back. Finally got product 11 days later but now they won’t let me return. Do not order from them please. They are the WORST company I’ve ever purchased from.

I have ordered hair products a couple times and had no problems. Both items ordered showed up within a week from order date. Prices are great and about the same as a licensed cosmetologist gets from salon supply store. The products appears legit with all proper packaging. Definitely will use FrangranceNet.com again!

I bought an aftershave lotion by mistake, I was trying to buy a perfume not aftershave so I cancel the order no more than 1:30 hr after and they declined to cancel my order, I emailed them I need to cancel and again they denied and they still shipped and delivered my order, I tried to contact them by phone and they never answer the phone, so I had to do a bank transaction dispute in order to get my money back and sent the item back to them. Is the worst service I ever seen even when I explained over email to them that I want to buy a more expensive item from them. Don't you even try to buy something from this site.

They never returned my multiple order inquiries made on their website. Their phone number kept disconnecting me multiple times over a couple of days. My order got marked as shipped right after I requested they cancel it, which they declined. The carrier is still waiting on the package though as I write this. It took them 13+ days to ship 2 boxes of perfume. They never reached out in any way. I just keep getting more emails to buy. And in none of those emails or their website does it state to expect shipping/delivery delays. Not sure my order will arrive in time for Christmas now. Will think twice before buying from them again. Giving them 2 STARS because they offer discounts to get their products at a really good price, and they have a large selection available. It’s just whether you can count on them.

I'm giving one star because of the Fedex post they use for shipping/delivering your order. Some thief a fedex postal person too a picture of an opened box with garbage it in front of my house and submit that as proof delivery. I'm going to get to the bottom of this but, I shouldn't have to if they employed a reasonable shipping method. I ordered 87.38 worth of fragrance and received nothing but a fake delivery picture on my account.

When you order from this company you have a 50/50 chance: you either get what you ordered or they send you whatever they have in stock that's not selling (because it smells awful) and then you have to deal with the process of having to return the crap you never ordered to begin with just so you can get your money back. I ordered two Clarins perfumes that I cannot find anywhere due to being stationed in a remote location with my military husband. What I got what some Gucci perfume that smells like something your grandma would want to receive for Christmas in 1995: ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I'm 39 and I'm not about to smell like Mrs. Doubtfire.

The company changed all their products and prices this year, 2022. Items that were sprays are now splash fragrances. All the small to large Versace perfumes and colognes are all water and other. I buy these same products every year. I just spent $300 dollars with them and was taken. Not to mention, false advertisement. Depending upon the time of the day, they will advertise the sets as sprays and you will receive a splash cologne or perfume. It does not matter if you buy the item for men or women. I realize this recession has forced prices to increase, but not this much or to actually cheat customers. Don't waste your money.

After doing due diligence I made a purchase of $100 that bought, retail, $450 worth of Perfume and Cologne. Everything was exactly as expected and the reasons behind the steep discounts were also as expected. I have purchased gray market products in the past, including a very high end watch that is well known on the gray market. Gray market products are 100% real. "Gray market" is simply a business term that identifies products sold outside normal supply channels. It can cover everything from food to cars. Any product can be sold on the gray market. It is definitely frowned upon but not illegal. And not fake.

I have been buying from FragranceNet for a long time and have spent a lot of money. I have in the past been very happy with all my purchases until now. I subscribed to travel size and Florabotanica which is one reviewed to last hours. The travel size I have IS A FAKE. It lasts maybe half an hour even on clothing. Disappointed.

I bought some hair product and paid for it on June 2, 2022. I contacted the supposed to be customer service twice through email and never got a response. I think I will contact my credit company $ refund.

My mistake buying here. I looked carefully at the bottle and packaging of the product I bought from Fragrance Net (FN), a 6.8 oz. bottle of Dior Sauvage Parfum discounted to $172 from an original $220. The packaging and bottle appeared real. After the 1st day of trying this product, I realized this is not a Parfum. To be certain, I bought several testers of Sauvage Parfum, EDP and EDT. Initially, I applied the tester contents of the Parfum to my inside right wrist and a like quantity of the FN product to my left wrist at 7 AM. By 4 PM the scent of the FN product was gone while the tester scent was still going strong. Indeed even after a shower, I could still smell the real product the next morning. Further testing revealed the product I bought from FN to be equivalent to the Sauvage EDP. This is counterfeit and fraud, for there can be no other reasonable excuse. I would suggest to any prospective buyers to stay away from this purveyor of counterfeit products.

I bought perfume from Fragrancenet for my wife and me. CARON. I know this brand since I was in high school so I know it very well. It can't last an hour on you. Unbelievable fake, spent almost $200 for fake items... Ripped off.

2022-Jan-23. I've purchased from this reseller, more than 5 times in the past. However, I recently ordered Fahrenheit. Upon arrival, I IMMEDIATELY knew it was FAKE faux bogus counterfeit. See attached photo where the AUTHENTIC bottle is on the left. Fake bottle attributes (1) spray nozzle is different, (2) fragrance is weak AND different, (3) Wording on front in a tightly-spaced font, (4) glass bottom is thicker AND curved on edges inside where contents reside, (5) wording on the rear describing combined scents does not exist on ANY year's worth of purchases. I called FragranceNet to complain and request a FULL REFUND but it was denied. This is UNACCEPTABLE .. especially, for such a trusted name in reselling.

My order was shipped on 12/29/21 and has been lost in transit ever since. FedEx can't give me an answer, yet it's been going back and forth to FedEx locations for weeks now. I've tried emailing and calling Fragrancenet but never get an answer. Looks like my $50 is pretty much just lost now.

I ordered and received Acqua Di Gio with a packaging slightly different than the one advertised on FragranceNet.com. First red flag. I opened it, the smell is the same but maybe 5 to 10 % strong than the one I usually buy. I know how it smells. Second red flag. I just request to return the order. We will see how shipping goes. Don't waste your time, effort and money like me on this website, unless you want an authentic products.

I am using Fahrenheit on and off for about 20 years. Fahrenheit is generally really strong. However, this one that I received smells and feels the same as the ones I purchased before but is just about 10 to 15% of the strength of the original one, and after several hours it can not be smelt anymore. Would not buy it again. I also posted appropriate comments but they were never recorded on the site under the product I purchase. Next time I will buy my stuff in a department store. Definitely NOT ORIGINAL.

I have been buying from this seller since 2014. My last purchase in Dec 2021 was made 12/6. As of 12/23, it has not arrived. Per FedEx, not expected till 12/27. Absolutely not acceptable. Customer service has an 800 number that never responds. Only answers to your email through its comment box. There is no incentives to buy from them, since there's no program for frequent buyers. Some points are given but it has no redeemable program.

First time ordering from them, it took forever to ship and I live very nearby. Ordered one bottle of Black Aoud by Montale, and instead received like 10 bottles of ** old Adidas sprays from like 2003. Called several times, emailed several times. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone after holding for FIFTYYYYY MINUTES. They said I will have a refund in 3-7 days. We will see if it actually comes....

I have ordered and received good products for myself and as gifts to others for years. I've never gotten a diluted product, never packaged differently, no issues whatsoever until December 2021. I had a gift order sent to my son's apartment. Fragrancenet offers a tracking option. I saw it was delivered on Friday at 12:20pm. My son said it was not there. We are sure it was likely picked up by porch pirates. Arrrr! Curses be to thieves who steal gifts from mothers to sons! Anyway, I emailed CS about the problem but it was after the clearly stated hours of CS operations. Monday afternoon I called 1-800-PARFUMS. I was on the phone a total of 38 minutes. I ordered perfume and over a week later an item that was claimed to be in stock has not been shipped. They sent me a bogus tracking number that shows no proof it was shipped. I asked for my money back and they just keep making excuses. Absolutely unprofessional and are liars. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

It was the first time that I ordered from this website. I ordered two Burberry Brit for women and men. For her is just fine but the men's one came in totally different box than the picture on the website. Even the Burberry font and logo is different which surprised me a lot. I contacted the customer service then they said to send it back for a refund but the problem is I paid a noticeable amount for shipping and I need to pay for a return which doesn't make sense at all.

My interest in perfumes started earlier this year, and right at the beginning I bought multiple perfumes in a short period of time. Online I saw FragranceNet being heralded as very trustworthy and reliable. I have placed two orders with them, the first I was satisfied with. I placed a second and, to my surprise, was given one of my favorite scents in an opened box. This fragrance has almost zero smell, and was certainly tampered with. When I emailed customer service with concerns, I was told that some boxes just come without cellophane, and it's out of their hands. Huh? I'm glad I at least learned my lesson to buy from a place I trust. I don't want to waste any time or money worrying about the authenticity of something I spend a good amount of money on, EVEN at a discounted price.

Ordered 3 bottles of cologne and 1 bottle of perfume from this company. When my package arrived I was missing a bottle of cologne I ordered. I contacted customer service and they took care of this issue and shipped me my missing bottle of cologne the next day. I am pleased with the helpfulness and response by them to fix my issue. I will use again as the products I bought are legit and at a good price.

I've ordered 3 different perfumes from them since they were listed so cheap compared to retail stores like Dillard's or Macy's. I mean I was pretty sure they are somehow fake or at least diluted heavily, I wanted to give a shot because they are not my favorite brands or colognes. I got a Davidoff Cool Water 6.7 FL. OZ., Eternity for Men 6.7 FL. OZ. and Versace Pour Homme 3.3 FL. OZ. as tester and I've paid little lower than $100 for total. But also I had a small tester pack from Marshalls for Eternity, so buckle up for what I'm gonna tell you now.

Worst customer service! They don’t respond emails and you can’t call them! They charged me for an order that wasn’t completed. Now I’m dealing with after pay for 15 days and they don’t respond them as well.

The perfume I ordered, Fever, by Jimmy Choo, was not the product I received. The packaging was believable but the perfume was not. Not even close. I have called their customer service number many, many, many times but gave up after being on hold for 45 minutes. I have emailed the company, also many times--no reply. I even sent a letter to their headquarters. Again, no reply. There is no customer service. Their Jimmy Choo Fever is fake. It took me a while to realize that I had been a victim of their con simply because I never expected it. Their website looks legit and there are many good reviews. Hmmm. Have you noticed they sound like they were written by the same source? I taught college English for 20 years and can recognize writer's voice and know that many of their reviews are written by the same person. I invite Fragrance.net to contact me. Bring it on.

My order came in less than a week, delivery service used had the nicest guy. I wasn’t home so when he called he waited for me to get ahold of a neighbour to give my package. When I opened the box I got coupons and testers. Only place I will get perfume going forward!

Bought couple perfumes this past Thanksgiving from Fragrancenet.com. Both of these perfumes I have used earlier that was bought from local stores such as Macy's or Neiman Marcus. So I know how exactly these perfumes smell and how long the scent lasts. The ones I got from fragrancenet.com didn't even lasted half hour which was indicative of stale perfume. Never buying from them again !! Also dealing with customer service was a nightmare. No-one answers the calls or responds to emails. To get one email response you will have to email them like 5 times.

I ordered one perfume called Paris Hilton for my sisters birthday on 20th January. It was expected to come on 27th January. But it was not delivered till 31st January. I tried to track it and then I came to know my package has been lost. After that I tried to contact Fragrancenet.com for almost 2 days but no one is responding me. I have sent 3 mails and tried to call lots of times. I want my package before 3rd February. Overall it has been very poor experience by my side. I didn’t get my package and I lost my money. The last few times I’ve ordered from Fragrancenet.com have been troublesome. I ordered my boyfriend and I eleven fragrances on Tuesday, to be sent to his house. We’re in a long distance relationship and we both frequently travel back and forth from Chicago to Atlanta. Because we do this we rarely check bags, when we fly...only a carry on. So, right now we’re both working toward having most of what we need at each other’s homes already so that we’re able to continue to keep it light. For those that fly, you know that it can be a hassle to get through TSA with things like toiletries and beauty products. So we’re focusing heavily on that.

I placed an order for 2 bottles of cologne which is a Christmas present for my Daughter. The order was placed on 12/8/20. My charge card was billed. According to the tracking information the items were shipped on 12/8/20. I have not received my order which according to tracking on the FedEx the product was delivered to Northport Fl on 12/12/20 not to my address is in Sarasota Fl. I have made 5 attempts to contact this company to no avail. Christmas is 7 days away. I am upset and saddened by this company. It may be the faulty delivery to an incorrect address but this is not my problem!! I need my order before Christmas or I want to be fully reimbursed for the order never received.

Do not waste your money on this site. I bought a bottle of perfume from this company that I’ve been wearing for a number of years. When the perfume is sprayed on my body the smell does not last, nor does it smell like what I am used to wearing. I’ve sprayed the perfume on a article of clothing to see if it would last on that. The next day the clothing smelled of alcohol. I’ve wasted my money and time on this company. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Bad business.

I placed an order of a La Prairie product on Dec 1st, 2020. The money was taken out of my account but never received the product. I've trying to contact the company since and no response. I opened a claim with PayPal against this company and I will take any measures possible to process and have this company highly fined for FRAUD.

I am a cologne connoisseur, I have been since a kid and I'm very familiar with fragrances. I recently bought 3 colognes from fragrance.net recommended from a friend of mine because of their low prices..Boy oh boy was this a horrible buy. They are all alcohol and water based, the scent is there but won't last 20 min. They should be shut down for stretching out scents and selling them as if you're getting authentic cologne.

I ordered a tester bottle of Juicy Couture. I'm not sure what this company sent me but it is most definitely not that! I want to send it back for a refund but they won't answer the phone or my email. I have attached a picture so that you can see what I am talking about. I wear this perfume every day and have a bottle here currently. What they sent me is some off-brand knock off that smells horrible.

I ordered a lotion and perfume set Lalique Amethyst but after smelling it I knew instantly it was a fake. Next to no scent and bottles look different. Don't advertise as real when you know some of your products are fake.

I've noticed a few of the reviews are less than perfect saying they were disappointed in their purchase because the unknowingly received 'testers'....If you notice though upon checkout you are given the option (if and most likely it is available) to purchase a tester or BNIB. I ordered a bottle of Dior Homme. I have been using this for years so I have empty bottles to compare with. What they shipped was slightly different than the original in the package size and the dispensing pump design. The smell was clearly different, more alcohol and less substance. I could not make phone contact with them (don't even try!)... You always start being Nr. 40 0r Nr. 39 in the queue. Ridiculous! I waited half an hour and I gave up! Next I contacted Visa and as a result they sent me a prepaid label and an RMA to return the product. I returned the product but I did not receive the refund. I emailed them about the refund and they said that they can't refund because too much time passed. It was probably a month. They offered me a coupon which I did not care for. I concluded that they are a bunch of cheats and I will never buy from them!. This is my experience.

I bought the Versace Dylan Blue Pour Homme fragrance and quickly, sometime later, canceled the order. After a few minutes, I "received" the refund by Paypal while it was not yet reflected in my bank account. The next day, the purchase transaction was reflected, but not the refund. I ordered the Anti Gravity Spray Weightless Volume Spray and they sent me the wrong product. I contacted them and they told me to return the product for a refund and said they would also pay for the return shipping. First they did not give me a full refund until I complained. Then they would not pay for the return shipping. They are unreliable and untrustworthy and I will no longer order products from them.

I ordered perfume as an anniversary gift for my wife, then the product never arrived and when you call the company no one answers. You can only contact them by email and it takes forever. Then they tell you that you have to wait 10 business days before they will review if you got your package or not. They ship it in Fed Ex to start then it gets switched to the postal service so there is no way to track where your package went.

I purchased 2 perfumes and paid for 2 day delivery, as I was flying out and I wanted them to be delivered in 2 business days time. I placed order on July 24, 2020 and expected to get it on at least July 29, 2020. I left and when I checked their website I saw that it had been delivered on July 31, 2020. So be warned, early shipping does not happen. They will always send by USPS and not by any earlier courier services, though they charge for it.

This is in regard to my first purchase/experience with this company. They sold what is, no doubt, a fake Issey Miyake flanker (the bottle is crooked, the lid and sprayer are both crooked). The perfume had already been primed/sprayed and had liquid dribbling out the spray hole. I emailed them (twice) with photographic evidence to initiate a return for the reasons above, and they refused to respond. I can't resell something that I know is fake, so I'm out the entire cost. Absolutely unethical and repulsive.

Based on the recommendation of my friend, I was longing to buy a perfume. However due to Covid situation, the malls are closed, so decided to buy online from FragranceX. The perfume, I ordered is known for its sillage and being very long lasting. However what I got delivered smells very synthetic like it is mixed with benzene and diluted. The sillage is extremely short lived as within 10-20 minutes, it is completely gone and needs to be reapplied. I should have bought from Macy's rather than ordering online.

I purchased several products from Fragrance.net and was happy with the price and experience until I saw that I had been substantially overcharged to what was quoted in my tax invoice. When I contacted the company about it they explained that this was “an exchange fee" charged to me by my bank. When I queried this statement and explained that my bank (ING) does not charge any international exchange fees, they advised: “Please note, international banks may charge a fee when converting funds to the proper currency. FragranceNet.com is not responsible if additional fees may incur.”

I wish I could give negative stars. Making a purchase for Mother's Day 2020 (amid Covid) and decided to pay the upcharge of nearly $14.00 for GUARANTEED 1-2 day delivery. With everything going on I felt it was worth the extra expense to ensure delivery on time for the holiday. The order shipped quickly, however showed estimated delivery in three days, via UPS GROUND service (not guaranteed). Shortly thereafter it was bumped to five days for delivery - after the holiday. I reached out to Fragrancenet and they did refund my delivery fee, but made excuses when I asked why they did not use an expedited service when it was requested and paid for. I explained that charging a customer for a service and not providing it is fraud. I was then blocked from sending DM's on twitter

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Have I order some perfumes and received authentic products? Yes. But I have also ordered some perfumes and received fake products. I was sold an "Out of box tester." It still cost me $70, and the juice inside was TOTALLY FAKE. It wasn't even perfume. It was scented water, or god knows what?? The scent instantly left me after about 1 min. Couldn't even smell it by placing my nose directly on my skin. Not only that, previously, they wouldn't let me charge $500 to my credit card. They said the addresses need to match exactly for a "High dollar amount." First off, the address did match 100%. This was not my card company saying this. The card was charged, then the Fragrancenet refunded me and cancelled my order just because they wanted to. Customer service is also awful here. I'll start by saying this is my "go to" online store for scents. I have bought many different scents at great prices and still continue to resort to this online store. Only once did I return a scent that was absolutely awful. It was expensive, over $200, so I felt obligated to return it and get my money back. I forget what it was. It was a blind buy so I didn't know how that scent was really supposed to smell. I was able to return it but I was on hold for a long time. Typically if I don't like the scent I give it away. I don't bother trying to return it.

Nioxin is measured in ml and ounces. I like buying the larger size to save money. Unfortunately, I picked the smaller size. They were not accommodating at all and would not let me return 3 of the 4 small ones I purchased in error. I decided I would keep one for travelling. A smaller size is nice for that, but not for every day use in my home. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PICK your size of hair product from Fragrancenet.com. I WISH I could block them from my computer. I do not care to deal with a company that won't take a return. I DID not open it and would NEVER tamper with a product. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED with their service!!!

I purchased the 3.4 oz Creed Iris Tubereuse from FragranceNet for $106 and I was so excited, because this bottle is $315 in department stores. When I received it, everything seemed legit as far as the packaging. My first suspicion was, I noticed the cap on the bottle was white and the cap on the department store bottle is gold. The fragrance smells the same, but it doesn't last. If you know anything about Creed fragrances, they last for hours and you only need to use a small amount. When I use this bottle, I spray a lot and it only last for an hour or so. I will never order from this site again. Buyer beware!

I purchased items from this pathetic company twice. The first time I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took them 4 days just to process the order. I just ordered from 2 weeks ago and my order has not processed. I understand stand what’s going on with the virus, so I tried to cancel my order. Of course they declined the cancel. They are notoriously slow with shipping and customer support is nonexistent. There competition meanwhile ships a lot faster but doesn’t have certain fragrances that I want.

I reported this website to the FTC. I work closely in this department and have them under investigation. The customer care number is fake with no real live person to provide service. I cancelled my order and ordered a stop pay from the bank. They did not send my items of course, but they kept a portion of my money taken from Afterpay. Avoid and report this company if you have been scammed as well by googling government reports on fraudulent merchants or google FTC reports. Stay alert!

I placed an order online on Sunday. A few minutes later I decided to cancel it. I called the company but they were closed. I sent them 2 emails requesting to immediately cancel the order. I also did that through their website. On Monday morning, first thing I did was to call their Customer service number. They did not have enough agents. I called 5 times and the same thing all the time. Next thing I see is an email from the company notifying me that the order was dispatched through FedEx.... I am very upset. When something is too good to be true it usually is. I’m a cologne connoisseur. It’s a passion of mine. One of my favorite colognes is Dior Homme Intense. They are a really good counterfeiters packaging and box look authentic as well as bottle itself. I have bought this product in France at Dior so I know what it smells like. Unfortunately it’s hard to get in the USA unless you find it online. Took a chance with Fnet. Bad idea. The smell is the same but so weak compared to the authentic version. I think the reason they sell for less than any one else is that they water down everything and add alcohol and water so that they make a killing and for the average consumer they think the are getting the real thing. Also ordered Valentino to confirm my suspicions and it was horrible compared to the real Uomo I got from Nordstroms. I found DHI at overstock and it smelled perfect but more of a accurate price but that’s because it wasn’t watered down. Don’t waste your money.

The message service said I was caller 2 in the queue yet I still waited over 35 minutes to talk to someone. They gladly took my payment then sent me the wrong item but they won’t even let me know if the correct item has been ordered or if it will ever be. These people are crooks.

They send me the wrong cologne and I have returned it and still did not get my money back, I have ordered Prada Luna Rossa cologne. They send me different bottle, they did not even apologize. They asked me to return it but still I am back and forth with them in order to get my money back. Very bad experience.

Do not order from Fragrance.Net. I ordered via Afterpay. I have had zero problems with ordering from any of the stores via afterpay and have used afterpay for almost two years. My order arrived very very late. So late I contacted afterpay which directed me to fragrance.Net. I reached out to fragrance.Net. They had no record of my order. None. Then about a week later I received an empty box with some samples. My original order was Versace Bright Crystal. This company should be closed and fined. Total scam.

This website is scamming Canadian buyers! They display all the prices with CAD next to it but when you order the item that you think is CAD they put a little * with the mention that the amount will actually be charged in USD which is considerably different!!! So example they say that X perfume is 37CAD but at the check out they charge 37USD!!! Therefore the product advertised as CAD WAS NEVER ACTUALLY IN CAD! And then when I wrote to them asking wtf is up with that they say “the consumer was manually convert the price”. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous. It's extremely dishonest and disgusting in my opinion.

On 12/2019 I ordered from Fragrancenet.com but when product came, packaging material said Fragrance.com. I should've know this was too good to be true with their cheap prices because I hadn't heard of the company. Once I received product the cap busted off and as awful as that was it revealed indentations on the sprayer that looked like someone has removed the sprayer allowing a possibility someone putting fake perfume inside. I cannot deny this is a strong possibility as the perfume smells wrong, it's not the Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue I'm used to. Thank you.

My order took long to arrive and they basically sent me fake imposter perfume. Customer service is difficult to reach. No one answers the phone. You need to obtain an authorization number in order to return but no one answers. Save yourself the aggravation and buy your fragrances from the store.

I received my order of Dolce and Gabbana and Elizabeth and James fragrances. I went online to see the ways I could check for authenticity. On the outside, they checked all the boxes. The packaging was good, the barcode was where it was supposed to be, the batch code on the outside matched the one on the bottle. I opened them and tried a small spritz of each. Gross. These are definitely not authentic. I typically don't wear fragrance, but ordered these two because I think they smell so good (the authentic ones that department stores sell, that is) that I was willing to make an exception. Like so many others, I should have known the prices on FragranceNet.com were too good to be true.

I ordered Opium, Bright Crystal and Eternity (all EDP) and they are all fake. They smell almost like the real teeing but not quite. The Opium is the most off. And the fragrance lasts about 10 minutes for all three. This company sells well produced fakes and should be shut down.

The reason, that I ordered from unknown company, were that I find cologne which I loved and I couldn’t find anywhere. That was my big mistake. I’m very disappointed my order came after Christmas, two another fragrances which I bought, they are fake too, but smelled like original. The Bill Blass Nude is fake and the scent is very bad. I received an email stating that my order was on HOLD. The email requested my full name, address, and the phone number on back of my Credit Card. I verified and everything was correct. For Christmas I ordered as I do every year my daughter's signature fragrance Viva La Juicy and the new one glistening Amber. Both 3.4 ounce EDP. The website guarantees they sell 100 percent authentic fragrance. No fakes. On the back of the original Juicy which was wrapped in cellophane and unopened I found a sticker easily pulled off cleanly, I'm guessing they overlooked this one bottle and that’s why the sticker was there. But it said “Generic EDP” then some Arabic writing. This is only significant because my research revealed there is indeed a Middle Eastern company making “very good” counterfeits. Yes, they sell fakes. Or at least I seem to have gotten 2 fakes. I’m going by the sticker and the lack of smell of a perfume I know very well and it’s not even a good counterfeit.

I ordered an expensive perfume (Amouage) through FragranceNet. When I received my perfume, I realized that the plastic wrap wasn’t sealed properly. When I opened the box and pushed the pump it sprayed on the first push. New perfume shouldn’t do that. I believe they sold me a used or returned product.

I did some research on the company and they guarantee their products are authentic. I received the products I ordered....3.3 oz Light Blue and 1.6 Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana. THE PRODUCT IS FAKE which is why they can offer such a good price. The packaging is different and the lettering on the bottle is the wrong color but most importantly the fragrance lasts 1 minute and fades. I wrote to the company and they responded to the fact that I wanted to return the order and said they will send me a return label. They did NOT acknowledge that the product is not authentic. I've also had this happen with GROUPON. If you aren't paying full price (unless the dept stores are having a sale) then it isn't real.

I ordered 3 bottles of fragrances for gifts for Christmas. Firstly it was not stated that it was US dollars, and secondly my products never arrived. I was told they were but they never did as 3 of us were home on the day they said the shipment arrived. Now I am out of pocket around $800 as I had to go and buy alternative gifts for Christmas Day tomorrow. I work 2 jobs and money is so hard to come by. Angry and lost faith in online shopping.

I've always known that you get what you pay for. I am super pleased with the price and was thrilled with the speedy delivery of my fragrance order. I was VERY disappointed that the cologne I purchased as a gift arrived in a box boldly marked TESTER. I figured I'd just use a different box, only to open it and discover that it also did not include a bottle cap! I would have appreciated knowing this. I placed an order on December 7th with the false advertisement “Expedited Free Delivery”! I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive originally scheduled for December 18th and now the status is updated to be delivered on December 21st! Wow New York to California takes only 14 days lol! Trying to contact their CS agents is harder than winning the lotto! Yes you start at caller 40 and you wait and wait until when you reached down to caller 25 they automatically disconnect you! Try again and you will not be able to get to the lucky 40!!! You are told to call later! Finally I got to a live person who told me that they can’t do anything for me to deliver my package before the 21st when I am going away for a month! They can’t reroute the package, they can’t overnight another package as a courtesy to the customer! Wow what a service! Don’t use them and don’t fall for their false advertisement!

Dior Sauvage at Macy's retails for 120.00 for 3.4oz. They are charging 197.99 for this item. WHAT A RIP OFF. When asked why this is price above retail, they deleted my instagram comment. That makes absolutely no sense. You're advertised as a discounted website yet you charge higher than retail stores???

One month ago I wanted to buy to my mother a unique perfume called Sicily by Dolce and Gabbana from Fragrance.com. Initially, I was excited that I found one piece remaining and I placed my order. However, several days ago having not heard anything from them. I called and asked where is my order. They said that unfortunately they did not have it in stock! (even though they extracted the 170$amount from my bank). I cancelled the order and added my self in the waiting list.

I have purchased from this company multiple times. The last order I received the item arrived opened, the original seal was missing. I asked to return and they sent me a return label. The item was received back and confirmed by their customer service rep. They have now been lying to me for a week. Saying they refunded my money ($100) back to PayPal. The refund has not been done. I have called paypal but they also show no refund and have helped me open a dispute. It is impossible to call this company. The hold times are over 2 hours! Do not buy. If you need to return you will have a very hard time getting your money back.

I came across Fragrance.net while on the internet. An ad popped up, so I decided to try it....MISTAKE. I should have researched a little more before placing an order. I paid double for something that I found on Amazon for half the price. Since the Item had not yet shipped or even been processed I canceled the order and later on that evening I got an alert that the cancelation was declined. I placed the order on the 22nd and after finding the exact same product on Amazon moments later for half the price I went back to the website to cancel. I then went to Amazon and placed the order and received it on the 24th (shipping free I'm a Prime member).

Today I have received the following letter requesting for additional information and just think how eligible is their request for additional information if money is already paid and deducted from my credit card? They don't read the order? They have more information about me than they need. Why do they need the name of the company? Bank phone number? They are going to call my bank after they deduct the money. WTF?

I have placed an order on October 16th and today it’s the 25th and never received it. They took $300.19 from my card and I emailed them several times but still no response. Don’t waste your time and money on this site.

Early this morning I ordered a couple perfumes (I get the FragranceNet emails all the time, and I was needing one of the perfumes, but wanted to wait until ordering another one, so I would get the "free shipping", where you had to have an order of $59 or more. Well my ordered DID come to around $67.39, which was fine, as I have always been happy with their products. I received a confirmation showing the cost of $67.39 which was put on my credit card, but...at the bottom they added on TAX!!! This I think is tricky! When I confirmed the cost, they did not have any tax added on then. This I am NOT happy about. :)

I highly recommend ordering from Fragrancenet.com. I've never had an awful experience with them, and I always turn to them when I'm having a hard time finding a specific perfume in store. Honestly a 11/10.

I first tried this perfume at Macy's and loved it. The scent lasted all day. What I received from FragranceNet doesn't last 2 hours. The smell is very weak. I have sent an email to Dior to ask if this company does sell authentic Dior. I am extremely disappointed. I did try to leave a review at FragranceNet but they wouldn't allow me to do so.

How would they be in business for 20 years if they sold fakes? Some of these one star reviews smell like competitors trying to take down a business. I ordered Magie Noire, a few sample colognes,and JZ men's aftershave balm. Everything came as requested, in perfect condition. They even added some other samples, a nail clipper, and a gift card toward a wine purchase. I'm not sure what happened on the previous reviews, however, this is a legit site with genuine perfume/cologne just like you would buy in the department store...for a lot less.

Placed an order Sunday evening. First issue was they did not state they were quoting USD so by the time I checked my online bank statement 5 min later and saw I had a debit of just over $565 AUD when website stated $382 - a completely different amount. I came across FragranceNet, while searching for a birthday gift for my boyfriend. I was hesitant to order because I couldn't understand how they were able to provide designer fragrances for such low prices, especially compared to more well-known companies. I decided to take the risk. I ordered Burberry Touch for Men (1.7 oz) and Gucci Guilty Black for Men (3 oz.). I placed my order around 4 pm on 9/17 (Tuesday). I received the tracking info on 9/18 (Wednesday) around 3 pm. I received my items, as well as a complimentary nail clipper and sample cologne, on 9/20 (Friday). (Note: Their warehouse is located in New York, and I am located in New Jersey, which might explain the fast shipping time.)

They sent me the items I wanted. 2 from Lancome product but they sent me one and the other perfume was missing too so for my order that was 4 in quantity they sent me 2 but in my invoice it was 3. Anyway after calling and sending email they agree to reimburse but they didn't pay for the shipping totally. I never buy anything from them and I don't recommend this company to anyone especially in Canada because we get charged because of the currency and when they reimbursed also we get charged so I lose money. The prices here are higher than department stores. For example Dior Sauvage eau de toillette 3.4Oz is $95 plus free shipping on sephora.com or macys.com but it is 139.99 on fragrancenet.com and if you use their 30% off coupon the price will come to $97.99 plus you have to pay for the shipping.

I put my correct address on the shipping information section and they said that my address was incorrect. I told the lady on the phone that it was FragranceNet's mistake and she told me that I was incorrect and that I put in the wrong address. She then asked me to read my address back to her and I did and it was the same on that matched the shipment information I filled out online. She still proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and that she could just re-send the product but that would take up to 12 days to get to me. Did not even offer rushed shipping or a discount for the mistake. At this point I had ordered my product over a month ago and told her to just issue me a refund. The lady on the phone was not helpful and I had to wait on the phone for a representative for over 40 minutes and that was my third time trying to get in contact with someone from fragrancenet this week (the previous days I waited over an hour but had other things I had to do).

*** Buyer beware *** Fraudulent business. Ordered 3 bottles of perfume which all smelled like rubbing alcohol. After returning the products, the merchant never issued credit. FTC should take an active stance against such unethical business practices. Don't fall for this scam.

I purchased the 3.3 size of Creed Aventus for $303. When the box arrived it had a bad oil stain on the shipping box. When I opened the shipping box, the Creed box was not sealed. The box looks real, the bottle looks real but it is totally a knock off. The cologne does not last more than an hour. The real Creed will stay with you the entire day. I will never purchase from Fragrance.net again. Lessons learned. If it sounds too good then it is, especially anything from crappy Fragrance.net.

I have bought both Men’s and Women’s fragrances from FragranceNet.com and they were counterfeit, not the original Designer product. The fragrance does not last, the Designer brand does. I am very disappointed in FragranceNet.com. I will never buy from them again. I imagine their makeup is counterfeit too.

I was searching the net for a fragrance (specific) brand. FragranceNet had it for $44.72 (6.oz candle), no tax, shipping cost $6.95. Total purchase: $51.67. I placed order, paid with PayPal, etc. By the time my order was completed, the total was: $56.64. I called the seller, waited around 15 mins., I spoke with a customer service person. The explanation I was given, made no sense. I was informed either I would receive discount or free shipping, one or the other. Folks I shop mostly online, since 2000, that would be almost 20 years. I'm not new at this. If you advertise an offer, then stick to it. I didn't select any coupon, I just simply selected what they had advertised. I immediately cancelled my order. I will not purchase from this seller. Customer Service person was very rude.

I placed a large order of 8 bottles of fragrance. 4 men’s and 4 women’s. All 4 of the men’s were off & the one woman’s that I’ve opened is off. One of the men’s leaks and one the sprayer is loose and barely sprays. I feel these products we’re either counterfeits, 2nds or very old turned stock. I ordered a small bottle of Creed Aventus for over $200. I put some on when it first arrived, and it smelled like the real deal. The following day, I put some on and noticed that the scent was different, and it only lasted about an hour. I don’t know if it’s the real Creed Aventus or a watered down imitation. The vendor offered to exchange it, but I don’t trust that I’ll get a genuine product. I’ll pay full price at an authorized retailer next time.

I purchased a Creed fragrance for my husband for his graduation gift. If anyone knows Creed, you would know that Creed is supposed to last all day. I spent over 130 dollars on his Creed Fragrance and it is gone 15 minutes after spraying it. It's not real or the shelf life expired. I have contacted the customer service to return this and for them to refund me. They have not contacted me back yet. I ordered Angel by Thierry Mugler and Giorgio by Beverly Hill and I'm very please. The price for both items was very affordable. I used to wear Angel when it first came out in 1992 and Giorgio of Beverly Hill in the 80's. Both fragrances are very authentic. I have ordered an fragrant off of Amazon quite some time ago. I can't remember the brand name but it and believe me it was an fake. The prices on FragranceNet for both fragrant are far better than Amazon listings, compare shopping. I purchased 2 perfumes after I saw an offer which arrived via email. I ordered two "Eden" by Cacharel. As I live in New Zealand I was aware of the delay in the post. Once I received my parcel I only received 1 Eden and the other was another perfume by Cacharel. I have since emailed FragranceNet twice and tried sending to two different emails and still no-one has replied. Poor customer service!

I decided to add Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence to my order as a last minute impulse, after reading the fragrance notes. Right up my alley! When I received my order, everything was intact (as usual), and I settled in to gloat over my latest haul. When I got to the Marc Jacobs, I opened it, looked my fill at the gorgeous bottle... Then it hit me! The BOX said Divine Decadence, but the perfume was just Decadence (wah wah).

I purchased a perfume that my significant other loves for his birthday way ahead in time so as it gets to him by his birthday. Two weeks after his Birthday I received an email that they couldn't deliver my gift!! I sent an email inquiring about the reason, but no one responded! I ordered 2 perfumes from Fragrance.com, CH Carolina Herrera (new) and Jimmy Choo. It seemed too good to be true.... The deal looked awesome and the delivery was fast. I was looking forward to it soo much you can’t imagine my disappointment. First as soon as I opened the box with CH perfume I heard this “jingle” sound!! It sounded like a toy or something broke inside the perfume box. When I took the bottle out it was The CH letters that were making the sound. You can clearly see it was fake. I try it on. The smell didn’t last 2 minutes. It was so diluted and watered down that you can barely smell anything. The other perfume Jimmy Choo, had a bit of the original smell but after 20 minutes it disappears. I spent 103$ dollars on garbage. I’ve learned from my mistake, and I’m not buying anything from them ever again.

I got this bottle for Mother’s Day from FragranceNet.com. It is supposed to be Flowerbomb. It doesn’t look like the same bottle that I got from Macy’s nor does it smell like Flowerbomb! It is a totally different color as well! I’m so disappointed.

I ordered two perfumes. Viva la Juicy and I love Juicy Couture. I got my box after 3 weeks and when I opened I got only one in there. I call them. No one answer. I emailed them, no one reply. Very disappointed because I paid for two but got one only.

I purchased two bottles of Creed, one 3.3 of GIT and one 2.5 of Royal Water, and both appear to be fake and/or tampered with at a minimum. Out of the two, the Green Irish Tweed looked the most convincing, but the cap was hollow (no cap within a cap type as with legit Creed), and the atomizer top was blank i.e. didn't have Creed stamped on it.

I bought a Moschino Fresh eau de toilette as a cute gift for a friend I was staying at for a couple of days. I wanted to remove the barcode stickers on the back of the bottle as I had to present it nicely (it didn't come boxed). Removing them left me horrified! It clearly stated "TESTER NOT FOR SALE- ILLEGAL SALE" under BOTH stickers which I removed. Now I gave a gift that made me look terrible. Giving her something that looked like a free sample I picked up somewhere... Never mind the fact it says ILLEGAL SALE. So 2 stars. One because it smells great, and the other because shipping was quick. Otherwise, I was pretty peeved.

So before I bought my perfume, Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy, I search and research and I was so confuse because people say they sell original perfume and some say they sell fake. And I just ordered it, it doesn’t take take that long from US to CA, like 5 days and it was on Easter too. When the perfume came I tried it but something off, the box is ok but it just looks kinda different to me, and I tried the perfume it smells not 100% like the original, and then I tried to check the batch code online and nothing appear. And when I check all of my perfume I bought from Shoppers or Bay they show up when is it make, when is it expired, etc. Too bad :(

I am a UK customer and my order was quoted in GB pounds but when I checked my credit card statement the transaction had gone through in USD. Now I understand that I had not read all the small print that actually says that products are sold in USD but my point is my order was quoted in GB pounds with no exchange rate quoted on it. Had they have done just that one simple thing I could have used another credit card that would not have incurred an exchange rate charge or probably in my case not ordered as I ended up paying more than expected by the quote. BUT equally important is the fact that the company has ignored my emails of complaint - fantastic customer service!!!! SO UK BUYERS BEWARE.

On 04/03/2019 I placed an online web site order which was confirmed and later received an e-mail stating that the online screening process had CANCELLED my order totaling $305.63 for some lame half-** inept reason. Apparently this business does not need or want my business however they failed to CREDIT back or REFUND the pending charge of $305.63 on my credit card account. Hate waiting for pending charges to drop-off since it takes several days to do so.

So, I stumbled upon these ConsumerAffairs ratings while searching How to review the products I purchased from FragranceNet.com. I am super surprised at the negative reviews, but they are typical customer complaints you will see anywhere. From experience at other retail stores NOT ALL Perfumes and colognes last longer than a few hours and most of the time we do not realize how good we still smell until someone says, “The perfume you are wearing smells great.” One time I purchased a perfume from Sephora (a very well known store) and it lasted about 25 minutes on me and no one can tell I applied it.

My wife ordered three fragrances from FragranceNet as presents to me this past Christmas. Dior Sauvage, Dolce & Gabbana The One, and Dunhill Icon. They were evidently out of the Dunhill, but sent a gift set with the EDP, aftershave balm, shower gel, and carrying case at no extra charge. They are all amazing scents, and I get compliments on whichever one I choose to wear. The D&G only lasts about 5 to 6 hours on me. The Dior lasts 12 hours plus. And the Dunhill somewhere in between.

I purchased total 7 bottles of Ferrari and Jaguar colognes. After my purchase through PayPal, I was browsing internet looking for the reviews about FragranceNet. There are SO MANY BAD REVIEWS! Starting from fake cologne, diluted or simply outdated. There are so many reviews about slow shipping. NOW I WAS WORRIED. I even sent an email to support that why my items are not arriving. Today I got all my colognes and tested it out. I will start from bad side. Clearly shipping is not the fastest. It took almost 2 weeks and more to ship it from NY to Canada Vancouver. After the order, it took 4-5 days to ship it out just from the warehouse. Maybe I ordered during the peak business days. Who knows. However, all the cologne I got seems to be genuine when I tested it.

Here is my advice on FragranceNet. 1. Their products are in fact legit. However keep in mind never ever buy testers. Testers are going to be watered down because, they are always watered down in department stores. Always pay the extra few bucks for the boxed product. 2 Do not order on the weekends they are not open. They get delays from so many orders and your product will be late. 3 expect a delay in your product because the warehouse shipping is in fact overwhelmed. But if you order the boxed product you will most likely get a legit product. Follow these steps for a good delivery. Good luck and know this when you get a bargain. There will be certain issues to make up for it.

The orders take forever to process! Don't expect your package to deliver within 2 weeks at least! Seriously would never recommend anyone to shop from these guys. I hope the products are legit at least. Not sure, will wait and see when I get the delivery.

This perfume did not smell at all like what you would get in a department store. There is no way this is real. It last at the most 5 minutes. My husband doesn’t even smell it when I get in the car and it’s only been on for about 20 minutes.

I just don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been buying for years. The same Eternity. Usually 2 or more at a time. I have NEVER had a problem. Scent lasts forever. Even though I've been wearing this scent for over 20 years my co-workers and others are always amazed by the scent. I even ordered the anniversary scent in a silver bottle. I didn't want use it, just display it but I ended up using it. I also love given gifts and no problems. Bought my son a few different colognes, expensive ones, and he loved them.

Every order was packed carefully and no mistakes made. I did have an issue once, and customer service sent out a new one immediately without question. I seriously doubt that they sent "some people" fakes and some get the real thing. They have consistently given me the "authentic and real product" for years and years now. It pains me to see writings to the contrary as they are just NOT true. This store is the most reliable perfume store that I patronize (aside from beautyhabit.com, which is great too). Usually you cannot even find the frags cheaper even on eBay. It is a STELLAR deal.

Beware!!! First of all I placed an item in my cart - I did not buy but somehow my credit card was charged and the item was shipped out. Upon receipt of the item I requested a return label since I did not order the item. Mind you I just opened the box to put a copy of the return label inside and taped it back up. Took the item to the post office. I did not receive my refund. I inquired about my credit and was told that the returns department received an empty box.

I purchased a Vince Camuto perfume, Giorgio Armani cologne, and Versace cologne. All 3 were terrible. My Vince Camuto doesn’t even last 3 min on my skin. Literally I can just smell it as I spray it on and then it dies and there is nothing to smell on my skin after 3 min. The Acqua Di Gio smells rancid and then leaves a banana scent on my husband, the Pour Homme smells extremely watered down and is gone before the hour. I was so excited to get these magnificent scents for such a deal and it was heart shattering to experience this. Never, ever will I purchase from here again. I should have checked the reviews first. Huge disappointment!!!

I bought two perfumes from FraganceNet Dark Revel by John Varvatos and Dirty English by Juicy Couture, you can right away feel in both Perfumes too much alcohol and they are cut with water they barely smell and last a few minutes. A total scam. I will never buy anything anymore from FraganceNet!

I was reading the negative reviews and becoming hesitant in making the purchase. Creed Oud at over 50% below retail. I have bought in the past high end men’s perfume and have always been happy with the outcome. Sometimes the bottle caps fit a little loose. The fragrance itself always seemed legit. So for this purchase I decided to go ahead based on my previous experiences although this website was very negative. I ordered a 4 oz 100 ml which they stopped making in 2017. I had a quick communication to confirm order.

I want so badly to believe that FN sells the real deal and the orders I’ve received seem in every way to be genuine...until...the scent wears off in under an hour. I don’t know if it’s watered down or if it’s a fake that contains only top notes, or maybe it’s really old, but when I would get it from a department store for five times the price, I could smell it on my skin many hours later...but the stuff I get from FN, seems to be gone entirely, within an hour or 2 and it doesn’t even leave a base scent at all. So, they give all these reasons as to how they can discount the price so much, but I’m learning that you get what you pay for and that lesson is very apparent here. I’ve just recently bought another bottle from the department store and I’m going to do a full side by side comparison to once and for all prove to myself that it isn’t my imagination.

I ordered a bottle of perfume for Valentine's Day and it quoted me one discount price and when I got ready to check out it charged me the regular price almost $30.00 more, I immediately cancelled my order 5 minutes later and got no immediate response. The next day they tell me on the phone they could not cancel it, it was too late, and it hasn't even shipped, so don't order anything without being sure of everything, it skipped the summary review page before charging my card, never again.

These guys replicated products. They do not sell original perfumes. Buyers beware and don't waste your money. Bottles are crappy, fragrances are crappy, worst customer service. I will never deal this company ever again.

I ordered a $150 bottle of perfume. All I got was an empty box. Rude customer service. I doubt I’ll ever get a credit. I will let my bank handle this one. Don’t order from this company. Complete fraud.

I ordered Gucci Toilet water by Gucci Sport as a gift. The order came - according to the batch code and the calculator of the perfume product, the shelf life expired 67 months ago! Since the return can be made from the US, and I am in another country, for me this is a problem. I do not recommend this online store, because I do not believe that goods with such expired shelf life can “accidentally” be in stock. I hope that my feedback and experience will be useful for other users and will allow you to avoid a similar fate.

I have seen several really negative reviews of Fragrance.Net on this site and am amazed. The experience I had, this past Christmas season, was excellent. I purchased Issey Miyake Perfume along with Issey Miyake Eau de Toilette for my daughter for Christmas. It was a last minute gift...was not sure I could get it in time for Christmas Day, but it arrived as promised, packed carefully and safely, and the product packaging was original. Since this is my daughter's "go to" fragrance, and one she has worn for years, I asked if she was disappointed in any way. Her answer..."No issues here! I love it!" Needless to say, as long as their service is "as promised", I will continue to buy from and recommend Fragrance.Net. Thank you for the good buying experience.

I just buy two perfumes, which were supposed to be original. The boxes were a joke! They were a totally false impression, nor did they stamp of authenticity as they claim. The fixative of that smelly substance that they call perfume did not last 5 minutes. I tried to write an email and casually my user account is not registered! I am very disappointed and frustrated.

I placed a order on January 4th and even got an email back from FragranceNet.net stating that they received my order on January 4th. I then received a email on January 7th saying that my order shipped along with FedEx tracking number information. Now I placed this order as a birthday gift for my wife, which her birthday is on January 14th. I figured I placed the order in plenty of time to receive it by her birthday, especially since the website claims 3 to 5 day ground shipping.

I placed an order on 1/8/19. In the order summary the shipping interval clearly stated "3-5 business days." However, when I checked the shipping status, delivery is projected for end of day 1/22/19 - a 10 business day interval. Standard USPS would have been quicker than whatever ultra-cheap FedEx method they chose... Now my purchase will not arrive in time for the intended event, and customer service gave me boilerplate blah, blah, blah and basically wrote me off. Several significantly better options out there. Beware this company, their deceptive business practices, and their circa 1997 fulfillment process...

Ordered Tender Romance by Ralph Lauren and the liquid was dark yellow, smelled more floral unlike the true tender romance and the scent only lasted an hour. This company does not sell 100% authentic brand names and should be shut down for selling counterfeit goods. BUYER BEWARE.

I purchased Aqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani and it gave my husband a rash around his neck. It doesn’t smell the same. My parents bought a large bottle of my favorite Dolce Gabbana Light Blue and I have a each on my face and it smells like alcohol not like the original Light Blue from Macy’s. We just purchased these for Christmas. Ridiculous. I will never buy anything again from this company.

The packaging was fake and the bottles came with no caps. These are obviously knockoff products. The packaging was extremely poor and you can see it wasn’t original Burberry. Would never use this company again. Buyer beware!

I purchased this product since they did not carry Olay Miracle Boost Concentrate (which is $19 at Target). This poor substitute was sold at this site for $36, which supposedly is at a 30% discount. First night I tried it, I was very disappointed. My forehead lines were more prominent, NOT a coincidence. Tried a second time, still no improvement. Went to Target, found my Miracle Boost Concentrate at so affordable price of $19. Love that product, WORKS!! Wrote a review on the FragranceNet site about the lousy way overpriced super serum. They NEVER printed it. Wrote another review, still NOT THERE. Don't waste your time on this site. They steal your money.

I ordered 4 bottles of perfume with FragranceNet.com and one arrived broken. I called and it took 25 minutes to reach an operator. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or management no one was available. This company tries to make it difficult to reach management and their phone service has many recordings, some of with violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Disclaimer: I am a consumer advocate that has appeared many times on TV, including Dateline NBC.
