I have been ordering from Fragrancenet.com for over 5 years. Never had a single bad experience until now. My items were sent via OnTrac. I placed the order November 28th. After almost 2 weeks On Trac informed me the package was lost. Fragrancenet.com resent the item. After almost 2 weeks again On Trac finally informed me that the package was undeliverable. I will not get this item by Christmas now and it was a gift for someone. I no longer trust fragrancenet.com to get my order to me and will gladly pay more elsewhere for reliable shipping. I asked repeatedly they not use On Trac and they insisted anyway. Crummy way to do business. Can't trust them anymore.

Boyfriend bought me a 1.7 oz Si perfume. Packaging was good until I noticed it said 50 ml but 1.6 fl oz. So I returned it because it looks like a FAKE. Why is this company allowed to rip people off. At least they issued an RMA without questioning.

Prices were great, products in sealed containers with current date codes and delivered on time. The last time I ordered Nioxin from Walmart the containers were not sealed and the conditioner was watery - looked to be diluted.

Laugh Out Loud! LOL.... I ordered a bottle of Gucci Men's Perfume ($166.91) and received a Christmas Toy with KOHLS price tag on the box for $19.99. Evidently, they have some inside theft going on & taking high end products for theft or resale and putting junk in boxes and shipping. I tried calling to discuss situation but can't get a person, rather a phone loop. I think they should close business until they locate the Theft Ring that is doing this. My 2 Cents. I simply called Chase Bank to dispute the $166.91 charge and if they want their Toy back, sent them email to send a PPD return label.

I was always very happy with Fragrancenet and have spent over $700 there over two years. I ordered two bottles of perfume and received one in a box. I called right away, because online it looked as if both were mailed. I was already to try to prove that the more expensive bottle was missing from the box. (The box was only large enough for one bottle of perfume.) The first words out of the lady's mouth were, "We'll replace the bottle immediately. I will contact our warehouse right now." Wow. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you again Fragrancenet!!!

I ordered iS Clinical Active Serum which I've been using for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, I didn't open the package for several months since I still had some left in the bottle I'd already opened. When I finally opened it the serum was discolored - not clear like it's supposed to be. The expiration date stamped on the bottle was fine and it may have been authentic, but I heard that if it is stored incorrectly or mishandled, it will cause this change in color. Of course I want to return it but apparently they don't do returns on skincare products so I'm stuck with a sub par item with no recourse. Stay away from this company!

I have ordered from FragranceNet 6 times. Only ONE TIME has my order been delivered to the correct address. Every order, except one, has been delivered to the wrong building, wrong address, hundreds of yards away. They have a strange, unrecognizable delivery service (CDL) that has NEVER delivered to the correct address in my case. The only correct delivery of FragrenceNet merchandise (1 out of 6) was delivered by a recognized, major carrier service. Of course, I will never gamble again upon FragranceNet. The odds are terrible.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on the 17th with FragranceNet, giving more than enough time for delivery. They shipped it with CDL — a carrier that is completely unreliable. My package last scanned in Kearny, NJ on the 22nd and then vanished. First CDL claimed they never received it, then they said it was lost. Nothing but contradictions and lies.

Run, don't walk away from making purchase with this company. They collect extra money for expedited shipping then don't expedite shipping. I sign up for text alert on shipping. I did not receive one text alert, notify when it was shipped and if it would be delayed. I was on the phone a day after I was supposed to receive the shipment for hour tracking down the package. I was not offer a refund for the expedited shipping. Then I was email from a manager saying, please return item and we will refund. I order a total of 3 separate orders and choose to return all. If you value good customer service, DON'T SHOP HERE.

I used to do a monthly FragranceNet.com order...funny, they claimed they delivered the last one...never found it. Never heard of the weird shipping company they use now...I'll find a new place to buy fragrance.

I've been purchasing from this site for years but always did standard free shipping. Recently, I've placed an order and paid extra for next day. I did not receive my package as promised and now I'm scrambling to find a gift. I give them the 2 🌟 rating on shipping. Their colognes and perfumes are legit so they receive me credit there.

I ordered for the first time, what a disappointment, I purchased Emporio Armani, everything looks real until you try it on. I am sorry I have worn this cologne in years and this is not emporio's odor. It smell counterfeit all the way.

Long-time user of Armani Code. Be wary. This is an imposter, it's slightly different and wears off quickly. If your heart is set on the original, look elsewhere. It's heartbreaking. I've been wearing this scent for more than 10 years. It's the only fragrance I wear. I compared the scent with my last bottle of Armani Code. I will admit it's close but it's not exact. I'm still in search of the original. If anyone knows where I can purchase a new bottle, I would appreciate it.

Totally scam. DON’T BUY from them. They show you your currency to the end but at the end send you US dollars bill. Sent them email but they say it is what it is, did not care at all. Don’t waste your money.

Took my $ and then never delivered the product. Said they needed me to send more $ with a PayPal account. No credit card. Only way they can scam you. So not use PayPal or vendor. They will steal your money!

I have ordered from them several times now and have never had a problem. I not only got the best price anywhere, I also got great service. This last order was delivered by OnTrac and arrived on time to my door. I feel like the people that did not get their products may have had a different delivery service than Ontrac and that service would have been the issue. I cannot say for sure only that I have never had a problem.

I was suspicious that Fragrance.Net and Perfume.com were the same company. I could have sworn that they use the same address in Hauppauge NY however, I cannot find that information now. After reading many reviews saying the products were subpar or not delivered at all with no accountability from the company, I am 100% confident that this is indeed the same company since they both operate exactly the same and both are based literally 10 miles from each other. I lived in that area for 20 years, I know. Don't buy from either. Bad people.

You might think you are getting a deal but their products are old. Some Shampoos do not have a date of manufacture. But you can verify by using the barcode on the back of the bottle. I purchased a Nioxin shampoo and it turns out the shampoo was 8 years old. Never using this site again. Go to this website once you receive the product to confirm that its less than a year old. **

I purchased 2 bottles of fragrance in November. My tracking said it was delivered, but I have several cameras on my house and no package was delivered. I emailed FragranceNet.com several times with no response. I tried to call multiple times but was stranded on the phone. I contacted PayPal and they refunded my order.

I have made 3 purchases from this company with great results. My collection of colognes are improving. No complaints. When I did complain which was my mistake, they did reply back to me. Thanks so much.

I made an order that was never delivered. When trying contact their number you are referred to email. I have sent multiple emails in regard to my purchase and all I get is an automated response. I have yet to get my purchase or and estimated time of arrival..

Special promotions are a joke. Current get $25 off anything getting what you want. Price with discount at the end of the day is about the same as always. It’s insulting when the price is raised just to offset the coupon. This really sad.

I ordered 4 bottles of cologne as gifts for Christmas, everything came in one box packaged nicely. I did not have any issues and the delivery time was just as expected. I will be ordering again very soon.

I ordered a cologne and I didn’t received it. I checked the track link that they sent me and it shows that the package was delivered at my door, but that didn’t happened. I made a complaint and other than say you have an open case with us, nothing else has happened.

Do not order from here unless you like giving your money away and not receiving what you paid for. Crap company. Crap customer service. Phone service has a recording that tells you they unexpectedly can't answer calls anymore. Probably cause it's a scam. I've disputed with my bank.

Products never arrived. Customer service doesn't exist. Never respond to my email. No chat available and no respond on the phone either. Tracking company states call Fragance.net. Used it before without problems, calling the credit card to recover the money.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! After spending over hundred dollars and waiting 2 weeks. Still NOTHING. OnTrac is a scam and so is this company! Couldn’t get replies from either company so I went straight to BBB with my complaint. I want a refund and they can ship the fragrance back to the supplier! I’m done. Usually with BBB complaints you will eventually see a refund. Best believe I won’t stop there if I don’t. Standing up for my hard earned money. Just wrong what some people/companies will do to take your money!

I ordered a cologne/perfume that was over $200 for a Christmas present and they said shipped but then I got notice for a shipment company that tracking number didn't work. They have held on to my money for over two weeks. I tried calling to no available and sent a message and called them out and now they are saying cancelled order, refund money and "You can wait 5-7 business days." They are scammers. The shipment company says the tracking number they gave me doesn't exist and I can call the tracking company because it looks like they don't exist!

As I look at the other reviews some of them I agree with. I order perfume from them and it not worth it. You can't see what you getting because it comes in a case that you can't open up and the fragrance don't last at all. By the time I put it on and go to work, I can't smell it at all. This will be my last time ordering from them. Disappointed 😞.

I have not received my order yet, I tried reaching out to this company, they're not taking calls and you have to email them and no reply to the email. I also travel. To contact OnTrac which they're using to deliver my order, no live person to talk with. I'm not trusting this company at all and want my money back.
