I have to say to those that are seniors and say,"I would never be able to learn to use a smartphone " that was me... So 1 1/2 years ago I got a Apple iPad from my husband for Christmas with a warranty that he paid $100 extra for so anytime I needed to learn to do this or that I called Apple Support. It came along with the 2 year warranty. In 6 months I felt confident enough to buy my first iPhone. I can't tell you how much I depend on it... I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

The Apple iPhone's operating system is extraordinarily good and easy to use, it also has apps of all types available for it. The only main drawback is its battery life, and the fact that its battery is not replaceable.

Apple's appeal is its branding and, discerning what its younger consumers want. Its customer service is pretty decent and if you are worked-up about an issue, you can be sure to end up on a friendly note with the representative.I have had persons from their central office call and write to me -- wanting to make sure that I was satisfied. Also, little things like having your iPhone track your sleep pattern and reminds you when you usually go to bed is impressive.

The product is great but the customer service rep is crap. Maybe Apple pressure the rep to just tell the customer terms and move on just like At&t but anyway also is costly other than just like any other corporate giant.

Fast forward few years later phone has to upgrade because of Battery wearing so I got me the fabulous i-Phone 6+. Of course it was ok at first till the system asked me to update the software. And what do you know now I can't connect my i-Phone to my $1,300 MacBook Air. Why coz it's no longer compatible. So I called apple to see if there is anything they can do. Nothing. Apparently I have to buy a new Laptop to be able to connect the Phone. Wait a minute! Did they just suggest me to buy another thousand dollars Laptop. I wonder if they thought I was Oprah who has chump change to spare????
So anyway since I can't get this working what do I do. I cancelled my Fido service whom by the way made me pay hundreds of dollars for the iPhone via contract that does not do any more than a regular android. I went ahead and got me a new provider. And got me a Motorolla Android. Now my new dilemma comes into effect when I tried to transfer my Phone Book to my new Android using Bluetooth. i-Phone Bluetooth not working too... Ha ha ha!!!! The iPhone 6 is a fine model with rich features and ease of use. I am not sure why Apple needs to release so many models and variations. While I understand the profit motive I am not sure if the consumer is really what the company worries about. Take some of their later models like 7 and 7S, with more pixel cameras, etc., it seems their engineers are making the products for themselves. Truly, how many consumers really even care for those features?

I have been impressed with the Apple user interface for years since leaving an early Android phone. Android was difficult to configure and Google Play was a nightmare to use and Apple made it much more user friendly. However as Apple continues to evolve they are falling into the same trap Android users experience. Having to regularly update the OS will eventually mean my older iPhone will not have enough memory and its processor will not be able to handle the requirements of the new OS or all the apps I use. Battery life is still something that no one seems to be able to solve but I still would rather have an Apple over an Android.

I think it is a great phone compared to others I have owned. It is easier than others once you get used to the differences. I find the phone to be highly valuable from day to day and week to week. Even without updating apps. Overall great features... But you accept it has moods and you need to expect an occasional cycle of rebooting or clearing memory out or it begins to hang and lag. But... It's not likely Apple's fault. The developers vary in their response to updates, without which the phone WILL slow down. If you keep the apps in control, it behaves better.

Apple knows it has compromised the quality of its products and yet it's still not providing customers with their money's worth. iPhone 7's and 7+ are defective products that apple refuses to acknowledge. Instead they are hoping customers spend more on an overpriced iPhone 8. The warranty on the phones are a joke! The screen is the easiest part of the phone to break and once it does your warranty is voided! The batteries are defective in iPhone7 and 7+ as was mentioned early upon the 7 release yet no one is doing anything to make customers whole. Samsung glass on their phones are of a better quality and the customer service is 10x better than apple. Since the day I have bought the phone, I have been facing issues such as Voice Breakage, Battery easily going down, Phone gets heated up just in minutes of use, Network goes off, Charging takes few hours. Thinking that it could be service provider fault, I have tried changing service provider thrice but with no changes in the performance of the handset.
Apple being the leading brand in mobile industry, the kind of problems I am facing from past so many months is to be accountable to the company. I bought an Apple iPhone in February of this year. It came with a one year warranty. One month later, it wouldn't charge. Apple replaced the device. Three months later, I have major battery/software issues again. I went to the store to get my problem taken care of, only for this girl to derail from the issue at hand and push some ** corporate propaganda about software troubles. Here's the thing. No matter how you spin it, I shouldn't have to waste my precious time every 2-3 months trying to fix a phone bought a few months ago. Apple replaced my iPhone in March with another crappy iPhone. They probably gave me a refurbished one when I PAID for a NEW one.
This girl patronizingly started explaining to me the difference between software and hardware. I have a freaking Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, graduated summa cum laude. The last thing I need is for this know-nothing explain to me the difference between hardware and software. No! What I need is for Apple to sell me a decent quality product in exchange for my hard earned money. Their crappy products are already overpriced. You'd think that they'd use that money to at the minimum professionally train their staff. Nope! Low quality overpriced products, awful service seems to be Apple's business. She said the only way to fix my issue is to erase everything and start over. So now every 2-3 months I have to erase my entire iPhone? I should not have to waste my time every 2-3 months to troubleshoot their crapola phone.
Their waiting times are so high, and the entire store setup where you form a line in the middle of the product displays to get checked in is so stupid. You'd think they would at least have a registration counter, separate from the product display traffic. Nope! I have had an Android phone before I made the regrettable decision to switch to an iPhone. Big mistake! NEVER-EVER had a problem with Android phones. And I was using an LG device. For all the hype Apple products get, I never thought I will be having this much trouble with them. Stupid logistics, crappy products, and low quality customer service. If I have another issue with my iPhone while under warranty, I will be suing. Their treatment of customers coupled with their faulty products are unacceptable considering the astronomic prices this company charges.

The customer service with Apple is going downhill. When you buy expensive products, normally there is great representation behind them. I had a defective phone, the phone NEVER worked. When I took it in to get fixed, they said I would have to pay $200 because my screen was cracked (which I did not care about). If there was no crack on the screen they would have covered this under warranty. I argued that they sold me a defective phone and no one seemed to care. They were rude and this experience with Apple makes me think about EVER buying another Apple product. I explained that I have multiple Apple products and have been an Apple customer for 10 years, spending thousands of dollars and didn't seem to care.

They were unable to resolve the issue and ultimately I had to make an appointment at their store. They found that the battery was swelling and replaced my phone with a "new" one in early Dec 2016. In mid Dec 2016 I went to the Grand Canyon. Photo touch screen unresponsiveness problems started with the new phone. I revisited the store where they made some adjustments in Jan 2017. I found later it wasn't fixed. I made many many calls to AppleCare without resolution.
Problems have multiplied. On 2 calls I made 2 days ago I had to turn the phone off in order to hang up. On another call the screen went black and I was unable to make the phone respond at all (I even tried turning it off but that didn't work either). The screen returned when the other party hung up on their end. Now, intermittently, the touch is unresponsive...whether taking photos, editing them, messaging, etc the touch becomes unresponsive till I turn it off and reopen. AppleCare had me do a reinstall of factory settings but say if that doesn't fit the problem it will cost $329 to repair/replace ($800+ initial cost for faulty new phone now faulty replacement phone=2 phones in 18 months). I am outraged. It should have been replaced in January when I had to return to the store for "adjustments" that didn't work! I feel like a sucker.

My iPhone 7 (which is 9 months old) is having a GPS problem. It won't track or record correctly. I went to my carrier whom I got it thru, after trying all fixes known to man (which I had already done about 5 times) it was determined that is definitely my phone that is screwed up. At that point I had to call in and tell the tech in whatever location the story again and have her tell me to do all the troubleshooting AGAIN. I explained to her that I had done that no less than 10 times already. Finally I was transferred to Apple Support. While waiting for them to tell me to do all the things I had already done the tech at the carrier store told me I should take my phone to an authorized Apple repair shop.
So, while I'm on hold with Apple I get on my car and start driving to the shop. Apple comes back and tells me to repair my phone. I will need to send it in and then it would take at least 5 days. I say "Do you send me a loaner on the meantime?" The answer is NO. I run a business and this phone is my life line. My husband is deployed and this phone is OUR lifeline but, hey no problem you can live without it for a week!!!! I say, "Are you kidding me?" Apple then tells me to go ahead and take it to the authorized shop and that would be easier and quicker. Ok... I hang up and finally get to the shop. Guess what!?!? Same story!!!! They would have to send it in and I get no loaner. I will just not have my expensive phone for at least a week. Not be able to talk to my husband who is 5000 miles away, can't keep my business going, can't check on my elder parents. NO BIG DEAL!!! Worthless. They are worthless.

I can only give them below 0 stars. Today I am going to share my experience about DHL courier service. They are fraud. It was happened to me that's why I want it wouldn't happen to my friends and other family members. Actually a month ago I rang DHL courier service to find out if I send iPhone 6 by courier then what's procedure. Customer service guy told me over the phone "We charge £79.92 to send phone to India" and I clearly asked him when phone reached in India do I need to pay extra money but guy told me "No you only need to pay £79.92 in UK you no need any insurance on the phone." I said OK.
My husband send phone from DHL and when he send it he asked the shopkeeper same thing again and we get same answer from the shopkeeper and even they said, "If no one get your parcel in India parcel will automatically come back to the address from where we send." Now we are ringing them from 4 weeks. When we ring them they said "You need to send us letter you want your parcel returned." We send them letter. Then they said "Wait from 2 days, we'll get back to you." Then no one get back to us. When we rang they said, "It's Friday today we'll let you know on Monday." We waited Monday all day for phone call no one rang us on Monday. We rang again today and after that much harassment they said we don't have return policy. They said "We need 30000Rs and we'll deliver phone otherwise we not gonna return your parcel."
So please friends don't send anything from DHL they are so unresponsive, fraud cheater. ** company. I am just sharing my bad experience with this company. If they don't have return policy then why they told us couple of weeks ago, "If you want your parcel return you need to send a letter." Just because they think the costly item in the courier that's why they doing. They only want money. Different stories they telling us every time. These fraud companies should be shut.

Also, why if I have my phone on Do Not Disturb with the purple moon highlighted, am I hearing it ring anyway? If there's something else I need to do to make it work, why to that, too? I never had to when I first got it. And yes, I've done Resets, the short and the complete, factory-status versions. I once brought the phone to the local Apple store for help with the camera and didn't really get anything resolved. Weird service, too. I left the phone with them and went off to do other errands for about an hour and a half or so and got somewhat chastised when I came back for being gone so long. Huh?

On Friday morning when FedEx opened I dropped the phone at FedEx. I was tracking the phone, which was going from Salem, Oregon to Rialto, California. FedEx is open every day including weekends. My order went from Portland, Oregon to Memphis, Tennessee. It spent a day there and went to LA where it sat for an additional day and was finally received on Tuesday after 4. That is not 2 days.
Now they are starting their 5-day count before my refund hits my debit card. They got the phone yesterday and according to my debit card issuer they still have not started the return. I believe they sent the phone to Tennessee to extend the time they had to process my return. We all know that the actual time to get back on my card can be as little as 5 minutes. APPLE for 1 could not tell me why my phone "randomly" went into lock mode. It just happens sometimes (they said). Also APPLE could not explain why it could take up to 4+ days to get this rectified. "This is the process Mrs. ** and I am sorry but there is nothing you can do but wait." "I have provide all needed information to verify that I am the original owner of the phone. I gave you my original store receipt, why does it take 4 or more days to verify." "Ma'am that is the process."
"We have been without the phone already for 5 days and possibly another 5 days and that is all you have to offer? I would like to let APPLE know of my concerns, who can I address them to, why THEIR PRODUCT that I paid big money for just quits?" "Laughs" "chuckles" at me... "Why are you laughing sir? I hope that I can let everyone know the CRAPPY customer service that they provide. They sell you a product and just do not care after the fact. At the end of the conversation I said that on that following 4th day that I would be calling if I did not hear from them. He said NOTHING. We sat there quiet... I asked, "Are you still there?" He said, "Yes..." I guess he wanted the salutation to come from me... "No thank you Mrs **", no nothing just a hang-up. I hope anyone who reads this takes heed of it. I am just pissed! Why? I bought an iPhone 7 to replace my iPhone 5s. I have spent over the last 24 hrs trying to get the new iPhone working just like my old one. Apple says you should easily be able to move from one iPhone to a higher upgrade which is obvious. I mean other than that it will be plain stupid to any company to make harder for customer to change from one model to a new model. Unfortunately, that's what am experiencing now.
When I plugged in the new iPhone 7 plus and started the setup, I got to the option of restoring my old backup to the new Phone so my setting, text messages and other stuff can be on the new phone where I expect them to be. I tried many times and the error I get is either the backup is corrupted or not compatible. Which I believe for the compatibility because my iPhone 5s is running a latest iOS 10.2.1 and through no fault of mine, the new iPhone 7 Plus is running iOS 10.2 so the next obvious step is to update the iPhone 7. As gruesome as it is, and after my tries and wasting of my precious time, iTunes finally downloaded 2.5Gb of the update only to tell me the update is corrupted. I ain't doing this again.
So I tried getting through to Apple support so I can tell them my piece of mind while I buy a software that can do that for me. Only for me to realize that Apple intentionally makes is difficult for customers to use the online support. I mean it is nearly impossible to reach a human being in Apple, I wonder if there are humans who actually design and build the phone. I mean Apple prefers to call you than you call or chat or even email them. No am just sitting there not sure my next step. Why didn't I get an Android phone?

iPhone 7 review. The sleek design of the iPhone 7 is accompanied by some also challenging factors in the cosmetics of the phone. I won't put the whole phone to shame, seeing I've been an iPhone user since 2012 and since then have seen the enormous improvements of their phones and the capabilities they carry. Drastic changes from the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 6 are the ports located and the bottom of these phones. Up to the iPhone 7 every iPhone was delivered to you with a 3.5 mm headphone jack with a charging port to the right of it and speakers to the right of the charging port. While as the iPhone 7 stands different in this because of the headphone jack being removed and replaced with speakers.
Now the charging port also stands as a place for headphone connection. While not too bad of an idea, Apple left us with a slight problem. If you ever need to listen to music and charge your phone you better play it aloud or invest into some Bluetooth headphones. This problem isn't too major but just something that can cause problems. Other than that the phone's overall speed is good and I find myself using the camera from the phone a lot more often than my personal camera now. I owned previously the iPhone 6s and wasn't disappointed by anything other than my low storage captivity of 16 gb. But now with the new iPhone 7 the standard storage is 32 gb which saved me a lot of struggle. Now I can hold onto all the memories I make through videos and photos. The iPhone 7 is worth the purchase for a more developed experience with phones and their capabilities.

I have IPHONE 6 date of purchase is 11/13/14. The warranty good for a year. Couple of month after the warranty had expired the battery started to drain very fast. Couple of months later the phone no longer powers on - unexpectedly shut down. On July 1st - which was very hard to schedule an appointment - I went to a local Apple store to find out what happened to the phone, they weren’t able to diagnose the problem. All they could do was replace the battery to see if the battery was the problem. After replacing the battery the phone still wouldn’t powering up. Then they put the original battery back in saying since the battery is not the problem, and because the phone warranty has expired the only option is to replace the phone for $299.00 plus Tax. I can’t offered to pay over $300.00 when I just paid for the phone costing almost $600.00 which make the total of about $900.00 just to be able to use IPHONE 6 when IPHONE 7 was almost out.
I found it unfair to pay $600.00 for the phone and be able to use it for a little over a year. My IPHONE was put aside until I heard about a program for unexpected shutdown issues due to manufactured problems, so I called Apple support on December 14th case ID:** Was on hold for at least 30 min. Explained to the rep. the problem I experienced with my phone. The conclusion of the call was my phone is ineligible for the program and the only option is to replace the phone for $299.00 plus Tax (same thing I was told before) I gave up. I believe this is unfair to pay this high price to purchase a phone and only use it for a little over a year. My decision after this experience is to stop purchasing Apple products. Apple doesn't care; they just want your money.

My phone is exactly 1 year and 1 month old. Right after I installed iOS 10, the phone started shutting down when the battery is on 40%, without a warning. Taking it to the nearest iPhone store, these were my given offers: Your warranty is finished so you can send it to the lab, get parts that are not apple, and pay full price for them. Give us your old phone and get a small discount on a new one. Stay with a nonfunctional phone. Obviously, all of these answers are unacceptable, to say the least. Is Apple seriously telling its customers that after a year they can go ** themselves?
I can't even send them an email to their support. They're forcing me to go again to the local iPhone store. In short - do yourselves a favor and stay as far away from iPhone as you can. They'll do anything to make you upgrade, even break your phone. I hope that there's a shred of decency still left in this company and I'm waiting to hear back from you with a reasonable suggested that will not leave me hating your company and banning it forever while telling everyone I know to stay as far away from your products as possible.

Informed that my 6s iPhone required an 'in warranty' recall involving the replacement of a defective battery. Apple support advised me to contact the Apple store directly to verify availability of parts and schedule a repair. First I was unable to contact the store (transferred all over). Second they wanted me to make a road trip to have the phone checked then make another one perhaps two trips to effect a repair.

I gave this review two stars because I had a previous history of Apple purchases and being very happy. Looking through my records and old electronics, I have an iPod touch, an iPod mini, a MacBook Pro and an iPad all of which I had positive experiences with. So, when I was looking for a phone in October, 2015, it seemed logical to get an iPhone so it would communicate with all these other Apple products. My previous phone was a Google Nexus which was a great phone. Only trouble is I couldn't do WiFi calling with it.
So I finally got an iPhone 6s through T-Mobile back on October 16, 2015. I was happy with the phone for a year. However, about a month or so ago, the screen started acting crazy. (see the images below) Briefly, the issue is it turns on and all the white is gray and the black is dark gray. Sometimes it starts scrolling through all these screens as if under someone else's command. Finally, when it looks like this I can neither swipe the screen nor touch to access any of my apps. This phone has never been dropped and was always in a case. I think I have a lemon.
In any case, it is my opinion that a $700 appliance should last longer than a year and a month. I went to a T-Mobile store and since I didn't pay the extra money for the insurance and it is a month or two beyond the one year warranty coverage, there is nothing they could do. I can understand from T-Mobile's perspective that they did not manufacture the phone but I was given very few options other than to upgrade. They encouraged me to set up an appointment at the Apple Store. When I went to the Apple Genius Bar, it was working and they ran a diagnostic which could find no problem. Don't you know the next day it started acting screwy again so I made another appt at the Apple Bar for next week (12/21/16).
I would appreciate the intervention of someone other than a sales associate at Apple to discuss options. I have enjoyed using Apple's products for many years but, if this is a sign of today's quality, I will probably opt to buy a Google phone next (again, my previous Nexus still works fine, it just doesn't offer WiFi calling). I do have the T-Mobile receipt dated 10-16-15 with the register #, transaction #, and sale rep # but I am not sure if this is at all useful to Apple. Thank you, in advance, for your time and assistance in this matter.

I am a very unsatisfied customer. I decided to subscribe to this site and to write this review with the only purpose of maybe saving you from buying a product from Apple. I know it makes little sense as you don't have any more reason to believe me more than anyone else. But I'm so fed up of my iPhone 4S... It used to be my best friend, a wonderful companion, but across too many useless updates, it became a really useless piece of silicon Here are my points:
I never asked for any update, except the one for night shift that was actually a complete hoax. (They could not tell you that actually it is not supported on your device until you had taken the step of upgrading...) But whatever you do, and as though they knew you'd be reluctant, you have a nasty pop-up that seems to be designed for you to accidentally accept the upgrade. I really wonder how legal this is... You'll end up upgrading, don't worry. Whenever I perform one of these upgrades, I tend to lose some of the autonomy. Not an impression, a fact. It is counted in hours. The last one saw my autonomy drop by 4 hrs.
I had my battery replaced, the iPhone was soooo much better, then came an upgrade and it was bricked... Google will immediately diagnose the source of the issue and placing back ANY official battery will do the trick. I work in the field of consumer electronics. I can assure you this is ON PURPOSE. There are thousand ways to prevent a device from getting bricked by an upgrade. This was designed so that the less techie would drop the phone and move to a newer one. It is a FACT.
From the day Apple announced that iPhone 4S was end of life, it started bugging even more. (Like so many times I receive a stupid message that something was wrong on the page and it needed to reload, nothing is wrong on the page. Something is definitely wrong on the iPhone!) I have been allowing an upgrade about every 2 years, so I won't believe there was suddenly a new technological leap that would explain why suddenly I have issues I had never had before. So please, believe all the ones who like me tell you that Apple is abusing you. Apple doesn't care about you. Just check this:
The emission level of their phones is so much higher than the competition, even Huawei does better! I consider that such a behaviour (programmed obsolescence and programmatic obsolescence) should be punished by the law, but as it is not, it is our duty to punish them by refusing their crap. I personally decided that the only way I would ever use an iPhone again would be if I'd receive it for free. As a comparison, my old pre-Microsoft Nokia is still working (3g of course). Most probably they were too good... Take care.

My iPhone 6 after downloading update 10.02 on phone shuts off showing full charge and will not hold a charge for more than 40 minutes max. It will be on charger provided by Apple for hours, I will leave house and with a few minutes of use will go from 100% to 80%. Then I will go on internet for 3 minutes and phone will drop down to 1% or completely die. If plugged into wall charger it will work but very slow response, sometimes loses personal wifi connections, also screen sometimes freezes and is non responsive.
Also bluetooth no longer working and my phone has randomly made calls or gone online to websites while just being charged on table with no human contact. Went to Apple store and were of no help solving issues. I had a few connection and battery drain issues with IOS 9 but nothing like this since installing to IOS 10.0.2. I'm afraid to update any further when promoted by Apple. They no longer offer the older operating system to revert to and my Macbook pro doesn't recognize my backup I did before I installed the 10.0.2 version. My phone is basically nonfunctional unless plugged into wall charger.

Concerning Apple update 10.1.1. There are many changes. None of which are good. I purchased my SE iPhone on 10-25-2016 and it had the old software. The reminders and calendar notifications were very handy on the lock screen describing what was coming tomorrow and what was today. Great information at glance. Since the update: I or anyone can read and respond to text messages without unlocking the phone. I or anyone can read the transcribed voicemail and perform the callback without unlocking the phone. It now creates its own picture albums that I do not want. It has created a memories album that has caused lots of problems with my fiancée, she doesn't believe that the phone is the source and I can't fix it.
I have pictures in a map that I don't want. I can't delete any of these because they are removed from my photos. When the phone is placed face down and turned back over it turns itself back on. Why does this phone turn itself on when placed on the charger? Battery life is in the toilet since the update. The new text messaging must be for children; certainly adults have something better to do with their time than babysit an Apple phone. I don't have the ability to change these items because it's written in the software. Having spent many hours trying to work out the update issues at the Apple store, my only conclusion is that the PRIVACY THAT APPLE TALKS ABOUT DOES NOT APPLY TO OWNER OF THE CONTENT!
Everyone involved with these software innovations should be fired. I would think they have better things to do with their time. I had planned to buy my fiancée an Apple Iphone, but I can't do that to her. In short this is my first, only, and last Apple product! For myself I will buy a new phone having had great luck with all of my Samsung and Motorola phones. I will also post these comments on every site possible and hopefully keep someone from making a big mistake.

This company does not stand behind its product. They refuse to admit the widespread issues plaguing the 6. I ended up with 2 defective iPhone 6. One of my employees also had one he purchased himself and returned to store in under two weeks for the same issues. Apple did nothing for me, even taking to one of the top care advisors in California 5 days before an appointment at their Apple Store (an hour drive from me). Greg ** told me that yes phone was defective (after 3 hours of diagnostics) and that Best Buy has stock to replace. I told him they don't sell T-Mobile phones, is he sure they have stock? He said yes. Get to Best Buy and no they don't. They can only diagnose, not replace. Apple does not give them replacement stock.
Tried calling Greg back at the store and for several hours later. After that I'm told I can drive an hour to the Apple Store and wait for likely hours in hope they can work me in, or give him my cc #, and when I send old phone back they will refund, which will also take 'til the end of next week to get! All of this for them to only replace "like for like" so another 6 that most likely has the same issues I am having now. I was not asking to upgrade, I don't want any 6 and I don't want a 7. Told me I could pick from one of those options or nothing they can do, the 6+ and 6S have recalls, not mine.
As a construction business it is critical that I have working phones, phones don't work means it's costing me time and money. Apple does not understand this! He was very shocked to hear what their rating is on here and the 81% negative on the BBB for products and service. T-Mobile store was limited on what they can do because of Apple's policy, and Apple does not care about the hassle they cause the consumer. In the end, T-Mobile Business Care saved the day and took the defective phones back, and got me 5S. T-Mobile told me they get dozens of calls for issues with these phones, but Apple says, "It's a small, vocal group."

Went to apple and because phone was 20 days over 1 year warranty they refused to remedy situation except ask for over 300 dollars for a new one. They refuse to acknowledge design defect to avoid liability and they won't get one penny from me. That's for sure.

Iphone 4 and Apple Products are terrible. Pictures come out sideways and there's no app on Windows to rotate them unless you download a 3rd party app. Everything needs a third party app to correct the poorly designed operating system. I can't wait 'til I can go back to Blackberry. I gave my iPad to my 3 year old niece because I hated it so much. When someone sends me a video and I try to listen to it outside of wifi, the sound doesn't work. I have to reboot the phone and it only works once. If I pause the video, I have to reboot.
Lastly, since the last upgrade it now only lets short video clips to be sent. Every video requires an edit to shorten. I hate they force you to upgrade and their upgrades are always worse than the issues they supposedly fix. I really don't like Apple products. This will be my last Apple product. I have to google fixes all the time and Apple doesn't seem interested in fixing known long time issues. They think they know what I want but they never ask their customers what their biggest gripes are about their products. Not a fan.

I purchased an iPhone 8 months ago. When I purchased the phone I also purchased an Otterbox and screen protector. The screen sensory failed. The screen is not reading touch. I have had many phones and understood the sensory needed to be replaced. The representative wanted me to troubleshoot the phone. That was already done and I explained that. Any and everyone knows the basic troubleshooting steps (turn phone off, take battery out, replace battery, restart). This will not fix the sensory in the phone. I currently on hold still as I am typing this and have been for 3 hours. My daughter says "mommy just hang up". They would love that. Problem still not solved. Currently on hold.

Same here am a loyal customer of Apple. I got MacBook, iPad and I used iPhone 5s from last 1.5 years. Now I thought to upgrade myself so I bought iPhone 6s 64 GB Gold. After 2 month I got so many problems in my phone. Sometimes volume rocker button is not working. But few days back I noticed a black patch (dot like a thing) appears on my screen. I thought it may be the dust or something else but after checking it I found it appears on the inner side of the screen. I just rushed to the Apple service centre where the service guy told me "Sir it is a physical damage and we are sorry we can't replace it or changed it in warranty."
So I have to spend 23200 INR more, so they replace my phone with the new one. I just want to know the answer from him that without damaging the phone how can it break. And he is like "Sir by the force applied to the screen." But I was not in mood to hear anything from him because it's not my fault that it broke or something like that. I just gone mad and I walked out of the service center. But after few days while working in my office I saw many line appears on the screen without touching it... So suggest me guy what I can do with my phone. Am planning to throw the phone. Because paying 23k more is not the worthy.

1 year warranty - buyer beware, Apple wont budge... even for their defect. I have a 16-month old iPhone 6 plus. Never dropped, wet or mishandled in any way. It started randomly sending keystrokes, opening sites, sending random strings spontaneously when I attempted to text, opened music - as if someone was typing, all with the phone on the table. It even did it for the "Genius", and he advised that this could be the case of a solder coming loose between the phone's motherboard and display. The reply was that it's out of warranty, I didn't purchase insurance to make sure an $800 phone would last longer than a year. Hmm, come to think of it, I've never bought 2nd-year breakdown insurance for any big or small ticket items. Best they would offer was a $350 replacement with 3 months of warranty. Gone are the days when you could walk into an Apple store with a defective product and walk out with a new one. I won't buy another Apple product if they won't stand behind them.

My name is Richie ** and I am an Apple products user. I have an iPod, MacBook, and two iPhones (6 b 6s plus). For years I and my family have been a loyal Apple users and a fans but my quite recently my love and pride for this company, its brand and its products went from hero to zero. My wife's iPhone 6, 64 gb which I had purchased 1 and a half year back had started giving us serious problems where initially the phone started running slow then eventually the screen of the phone would freeze and would get stuck. This would happen regularly. After this the touch screen became unresponsive and no matter what I did would regularly hang. I did reset the phone, all the settings and the data but to no avail. The phones touch would not work properly even after turning my phone into a new iPhone. There were times where I took a video of my phone typing things on its own.
To my last resort, I went to the authorized Apple center near Wonderland, Pune (unicorn) and showed my phone to the service guys. They checked the phone through one of their device and found no problems with the software of the phone and said that there is problem with the hardware of the phone and in India Apple does not have hardware support for iPhones and the least they could do is offer me an exchange where I have to pay 25000INR and will be getting a new iPhone which would not have any accessories and will only have a 3 month's warranty. I declined this offer as it was absurd and ridiculous. The next thing I did was to contact Apple India support and spoke to them explaining the entire situation. I told them that I just want my iPhone to be repaired and got the same answer that Apple India does not provide hardware support in India.
I had a long chat but Apple does not seem to care about its customers' satisfaction at all. Now I am stuck with a 64 gb iPhone 6 that I paid a fortune to buy and to know now that Apple cannot repair iPhones after the warranty is over. Which makes me questions about the brand itself that wants to just milk its customers of their money and does not wants to provide after sales service if you do not go for their extended warranty. I am amazed by the fact that will buying iPhones we are not made aware of the fact that after the companies provided warranty if anything happens to the iPhone related to the hardware side then Apple itself won't be able to help its customer.
Now every time an iPhone faces a hardware issue the most Apple would do for its customers is replace the phone by making its customers pay additional amounts on top of keeping the damaged iPhone as well. This is nothing but a loot and a monopoly by the so called world's most "profitable" company which just wants to sell its devices without been concerned on customer satisfaction. A big thumbs down to Apple and its products. I will make sure everyone comes to know the reality of this company. Shame on you Apple.

Horrible Experience! Had to drive 3 hours to bring a dead phone to the store for replacement under warranty. After repeated testings in front of me clearly showing the phone was dead, and one of the 'geniuses' telling me that they will give me a replacement on the spot, I was told that actually, the phone needs to be sent to a different place for further testing for about a week. The manager was a total ** unable to give me a reason as to why I'm not getting a replacement phone right away.
A loaner was offered that was inadequate and so I ended up paying full price for a new phone of the exact color and specs as my dead phone hoping that I might be able to keep it and get refunded when the dead phone would be due a replacement. Turns out that was not the case and so 5 days later I had to drive again 3 hours one way to return a new phone and get another new phone in return for my dead phone. Not to mention hours of wasted time on the phone with different apple care staff.
To make things worse, after receiving my replacement phone I realized it came with the Samsung chip known to heat up and drain battery faster than the one with the TSMC version of the chip. After wasting more time arguing with a technician and another 'manager' I decided to give up and go drive another 3 hours home with an inferior replacement phone for which I paid $1000 when originally purchased. I would never recommend anyone the Apple store in Oakbrook IL, horrible service!! I have been an iPhone user since 2008, but I am seriously considering my next phone something other than apple. And I would never recommend anyone an iPhone at all!!! If you still need to go to apple store my advice is to avoid the 70 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL 60523.

It is not even 2 years when I bought Apple iPhone 5S. I bought it almost in 40,000 INR, if you are an Indian then you can imagine the value of this amount. I faced 3-4 issues in my iPhone 5S: Silent Switch is not working, No Vibration, No ring when someone calls. It is almost 3 weeks when first time I talked to Apple Care online chat but before that visited Apple Care center and they told me that this cannot be fixed. I talked to Apple Care Chat Support again, and they told me that go to another Apple Care Center to take 2nd Opinion. So, I went there for 2nd opinion and I got the same reply that this cannot be fixed (Note: Apple care center guy did not even touch the phone).
I Talked to Apple Care Chat Support and they called me. The guy who called me asked me to go back to Care center again and then they will call me to talk to Care Center guy. He also said if they refused then there are other options, no need to worry. I again went there and someone from Apple called me to talk to care center guy. Care Center guy said that it is a hardware issue and replacement is the only option and for that I have to pay 21000 INR. The other reason I got from Apple that there is no repairing center in India. So I think it is my fault I bought an Apple phone.
Can someone answer my questions? Why Apple is making a device which is not repairable? If my phone is out of warranty, for example after 12 month and something happened then I have no options other than throwing this in dustbin? Why Apple says that they have a great customer service? I cannot see that they have proper Apple Care Centers and service? Now, what should I do with this phone if nobody can fix it? I have no options other than post this incident on several Social Network sites so that people are aware of this hidden fact, should I do this? I was thinking to buy next version of iPhone (7) but do you think I should buy that? Should I recommend someone to buy Apple products? Apple is a big company and I know they don't care even if I am posting my problem here or on a Social Network. But, I just want people must know about these hidden facts.

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." ~ Albert Einstein. My wife and I purchased our iPhone 6 in July of 2015. I rely on my iPhone for my business, and my wife uses it, considerably, for her business as well. For the last several months we both have been experiencing so many problems, yet, Apple refuses to acknowledge that the iPhone 6, in my opinion, is a lemon. They have us doing the same thing over and over and over again. Restore, replace, restore, restore, etc... This is insane!
Apple originally stated there was nothing wrong with my phone and the problem was with the apps (Nice! Blame someone else). After restoring the phone back to factory settings 2X, they eventually admitted that there was a hardware problem (duh) so they replace the phone (with another lemon). They started up the phone for me at the Apple store and I tried to restore from backup once I got home. It wouldn't restore so they had me re-set it once again and start over (insanity). The tech said: "This should clear everything up." However, it is still not working properly.
Now my wife's phone has been literally dialing people on her contact lists, sending text message (8^&$&()_+=) to different contacts, sending people whom she is speaking with, her location, without even touching the phone. It almost seems as if the phone is possessed. I would go into detail with all the problems we have encountered, however, there are too many to list.
I called Apple today and spoke with Kelley ** and she scheduled an appointment for me to speak with someone at the Genius Bar at one of their store locations. Mmmm. Isn't a Genius a person who is exceptionally intelligent or creative, either generally or in some particular respect? Then why can't they figure out that the iPhone 6 is a Lemon? Both my wife and I have had it with all the running around (literally) Apple has been giving us. If they don't upgrade our phones, we WILL go to their competitor. It's as simple as that!

Years ago, I switched to Apple and stayed a loyal customer because of their commitment to having a quality product and respect for the consumer. But today that didn’t happen and I am one unhappy consumer. About a year and a half ago I purchased an IPHONE 6+. As I indicated, I was a loyal Apple customer with Apple computers, tablets, and phones. But this IPHONE 6+ which I purchased through Verizon was different. The photos it took seemed fuzzy, sometimes the speaker quality deteriorated, and I kept having to reset it, far more than I had with my IPhone 5. Once, in the Apple store, buying something else, I talked about my photo concerns to a sales employee, but he assured me that I just hadn’t set my settings correctly and should go online and do that. I did and there didn’t seem to be an improvement.
But I was a blind, loyal Apple customer and as someone who consults in schools, writes college textbooks, and runs an antique stall in a mall on weekends, I just didn’t have time to thoroughly investigate. I figured that Apple was over-advertising its IPHONE 6+ since I felt that the IPHONE 5 had both better quality voice tone and photos. Silently, I decided that the next phone I purchased would be a Samsung like my friend had. I was always having to use his phone’s photos because mine were so fuzzy. I once again started taking a camera around anytime I thought I would be taking photos.
After a week on the road this summer, I had had it. I had to have my friend provide the pics for all my Trip Advisor reviews because mine were so fuzzy. So I Googled to see if others had this same dislike of the IPHONE 6+ that I did. That’s the first time that I found out that Apple had distributed some lemon phones with fuzzy camera pics. Apple didn't mention the questionable voice quality or constant need to reset in those phones. I immediately marched over to Verizon the next day where I had purchased my phone. They had never heard of this photo problem and seemed a bit skeptical about what I said. Their manager Googled on the spot, and discovered that my model was one of the Lemons, but Verizon was not allowed to replace the phone. He told me I should go to an Apple Center where I would be taken care of. Because of past experiences, I had no reason to doubt that.
This is summer, and so I have a bit of time and went to the Crocker Park, Ohio Apple Center the next day. That morning before I went, I tried to call an Apple technician because usually the phone service is so good, but after 30 minutes of waiting on the line, I gave up. Later I got a message that I had missed my call... phone had been on and who knows what happened on Apple’s end. Expecting the same adherence to quality I always received, I was shocked when the Apple staff were so cavalier about my problem. “You could have gone to the Apple website and read about the phone problems!” “We aren’t like a car dealership. We don’t notify anyone about recalls.” Clearly this problem had been hidden under the rug from the consumer.
I was then told that since my warranty was up, my only option was to 1. only have the dreadful IPHONE 6+ camera replaced (without addressing the other defective issues in this phone which is undamaged by anything I have done), 2. pay $399 for a new IPHONE 6+ which I have no confidence in, or 3. wait until December when Verizon will provide a new phone. The manager said that I made him sad, insinuating I was unreasonable. I said that I just wanted to have a new IPHONE that wasn’t a lemon. I routinely negotiate very difficult dealings in schools with teacher’s unions, getting their teachers to teach phonics and I am a reasonable person and good negotiator. I have always had experiences with Apple where it was clear that customer satisfaction and the quality of their product were the most important thing. But not today.
Apple has always felt a bit like family because their products are so much a part of my work. But I left the store with my defective lemon IPHONE. Why have the camera fixed when the phone has other problem. They WOULD NOT give me a replacement phone, because the warranty was up, even though I had asked about it earlier in one of their stores and was brushed off. At that time I was under warranty. No one cared to address the other issues with that phone, just as after I got it, no one wanted to address the camera issues. I told the manager that if he could not give me a replacement, then I would rather wait, use my friend’s Samsung photos and in December buy a Samsung myself. I wrote down what he had said about my options and clarified them with him to make sure that I wasn’t getting it wrong --- fix the camera (just the camera), buy a $399 IPhone, or wait.
I don’t know if you can help me, but this was such a dreadful experience and I lost so much trust in APPLE and worry that they won’t let customers know about future defective products, nor make it right when the consumer finally finds out. Was this a fluke of a store manager, or has Apple changed its attitude toward the consumer. As of now, I can't imagine buying another Apple product.

I purchased an iPhone 6s plus. Within a month and a half it has stopped working. I purchased an $85 LifeProof case for it because it is after all a phone that costs $800. I dropped it from the counter which is maybe 2 feet off the ground. The phone shut off and will not work. Since I was honest and told Apple that I dropped it they will not even entertain the thought of warranty. I would have been completely fine paying if there was physical damage to the phone. Before I could get to that part of the conversation they were insisting that there is no warranty without even looking at the phone. Not once did I ask for it to be covered under warranty. I simply wanted it to be looked at to see if it might be a warranty issue. Rather than coming up with a solution or trying to figure out exactly what is going on I was told by the supervisor that the phone cannot be dropped even a foot or it voids warranty.
Wow. Great customer support by Apple. I have 3 iPhones and 2 iPads. I will never spend money on Apple anything again. You have forever lost my business. I enjoy using my iPhone and most Apple products largely because of the capacitive touchscreens they have. It's very responsive and has almost no lag time when being used. Yes, it has a lot of other functions, but their touchscreen is really what works for me. I've not used a lot of other touchscreen phones, but all of which that I have do not compare to the iPhone's.
What I don't like about the iPhone is the short battery life. I wonder if their engineers and designers have figured out a way to increase the battery life without compromising most features, for example the size, of the phone. Maybe they have and are just postponing to use the technology yet in order to churn out an extra batch or two of the iPhone series along the line to maximize profit. Some other phone manufacturers have figured this way out, but also seem to be stalling on introducing the technology to their current and makes. Perhaps they are intent on increasing the business for portable battery packs and Apple would be inclined to create their own line of such, product locked, of course.

I tried agreeing with them and thought I had started having problem with hearing, but in May 2015 I compared it to another phone belonging to my friend at the same time and was sure that my hearing is fine and the problem was with the phone. I went back to Apple store and they said that I will have to go to AIS store only to claim it. So I had to go to another place for it. They checked my phone thoroughly and said it was faulty and they changed my phone immediately.
Again the same problem started with my phone in Jan 2016. I was overseas during that time and had to go Thailand to claim again!!! Now when I am here they said the warranty expired since DEC 2015 and that's 1 year since I bought my phone. But I think the warranty should be valid 1 year from the date it was replaced cause when they changed the faulty piece the warranty should start from day they gave me a new piece. I have had all iPhone released so far but the problem happened only with this one so far. I think I should move towards Samsung as most of the other people. The company is going down after Jobs. Brought my iPhone 5 into the 'Genius Bar' at Pentagon City location. Although my phone was coming apart due to the battery swelling up such that the screen was detached along one edge and the bottom. I feared that the phone might catch fire, as I have heard tales of such things occurring with poorly made batteries like the one Apple used in my iPhone. This should NEVER happen with a battery that is made properly. I have L-I batteries much older than the one in this phone that are fine. If Apple buys shoddy, dangerous goods, why must the customer be made to pay. Is Apple's contention that the phone should barely outlast the payments? That's sure what this looks like to me. What a RIPOFF!

I decided to update my phone's software last Sunday expecting it to have a faster and more efficient effect on my mobile. Unfortunately, this update - iOS 9.3.2 - was a total letdown. I usually don't update my iOS immediately once the newer version is available to wait and ask feedback first from my friends or contacts who already got theirs since Apple's update usually comes with some sort of negative effect to the phone's performance every single time.
This time around, although there were some improvements in the apps (I think they fixed some of the bugs), the battery life is so terrible. The battery drains so quickly!!! Imagine having your battery at 100% and then after 2-3 hours of browsing the net (using wifi), the low battery notification pops up! I'm not even calling or texting actively! I even closed the apps that I'm not using to save power but it didn't actually help in slowing down the drain. Not really sure what to do now. I can't plug in my phone every 3 hours to make sure it wouldn't die on me. This is so inconvenient and I hope Apple would do something about it ASAP.

I have been using an Apple iPhone 5c off on a monthly network plan with my provider. I should be getting a replacement for the phone already since the usual hold period is already up, but all I can say is that the iPhone really holds up to the test of time (or at least 2 years). I dunno, maybe I was lucky not to have a lemon, but my phone is still working fine. Maybe a little degraded from the usual wear and tear and used up battery charge cycles, but it is still working. My unit still receives crucial updates and applications are still supported even though my phone is nearing its end on its short tech life span. However, I cannot say the same for the accessories that goes with it. I have bought four lightning cables in a span of 2 years. So that would mean that I will need a fresh new lightning cord every six months. What's oddly irritating is its steep price for something that lacks quality.
But nonetheless, my phone is still working and I would like to know how long Apple or the developers to still support old phone units like mine. To simply put, the phone really is worth the cost especially if you're gauging on lifespan and usability. But, I cannot say the same for the accessories, although there are third party accessories already in the market which we can choose from.

I see what they are trying to do here. The phone really looks nice. It's light and doesn't feel cheap at all, but the biggest gripe I have with them making this thing is they sacrificed a lot with the battery. Everything else what you would expect from Apple, but you have to deal with your phone asking for a charge in the middle of the day, which is not good you're always on the go. I tend to charge my phone overnight and keep my data turned on the whole day. By noon, I practically only have 60% of my battery. That's considering I've only been at work for only four hours. It's not convenient to buy a battery pack to charge it especially if I paid so much for the phone. Overall, everything else works fine as long as I can keep my phone on.

Why does Apple not have a complaint email address. They state to phone them, well if your phone is not working and that is what you want to complain about, how then are you to call them? Why does Apple not have an email complaint address? I have tried to use your feedback address etc but it would not take the whole email I am sending. Another issue you need to fix.
Went into Apple market mall May 12, 2016, as my iPhone 5s stopped working for no reason. I was browsing google chrome when it suddenly shut down. Upon reboot stated google chrome did not shut down properly. I closed this and all running apps. It then shut down again and will not restart. Brought into apple genius bar and they could not do anything, stated the obvious that they could not turn it on and therefore requested I get a new phone. I stated no, I want this phone repaired and my data retrieved such as Notes app etc. They again stated they could not do anything. I stated, "is this the extent of your repair facility, that you cannot turn it on so get a new one??"
I then brought to a real repair shop that is at least trying to change the battery and screen etc. diagnose properly. Why should I have to go to a separate repair facility to try and have my iphone repaired at a cost to me? This is the third iphone generation I have had and each time your phone stopped working for one reason or another. I had iPhone 3, 4 and 5s. The phones have never been dropped or abused by me. Do you not make a reliable long lasting product? I have had my previous iphone be disabled for just updating the phone. Ridiculous.
If you want to keep me as a customer you better start making this right. I wasted three hours in your genius bar for them to tell me what I already knew, that they could not turn it on. They stated the repair department will not be able to fix or retrieve any data but never tried to give to the repair department. Really, your apple product, it was not dropped, damaged or submerged in anything, just stopped working while in use. Unbelievable. On top of this my iPhone 5s is my only phone and form of communication. I am now using my old broken iPhone 4 until something gets done about my current phone repair. Apple product, support and help is garbage. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase anymore Apple products.

I have purchased iPhone 6 in November 2015. Within four months I'm faced problem of bending. I have invested huge amount to purchase iPhone but due to bending problem it's not working. My iPhone is in warranty period but still I'm not getting any replacement of my piece. What kind of service iPhone is providing to their loyal customer? I'm going to bring this case in front of other customers by giving this news in newspaper so that they will think before purchasing iPhone 6. I need you to resolve my query as soon as possible.

Last 3 months my IPHONE has used over 12 GB per billing cycle and Verizon has increased my bill to over 200 per month. After numerous calls to Verizon their network engineer confirmed the phone used the data. Apple forced me to talk with 3 different tech support idiots and the last SOB stated he would NOT authorize a new phone unless the NEXT LEVEL OF APPLE ENGINEERS said it was a faulty phone. Sorry I bought this POS phone and sorry I had the misfortune of being stuck with Apple support - that company SUCKS!

I recently received a new iPhone 6s from Apple two weeks ago because the one I got 4 months ago basically quit working. I had the glass screen protector and the thickest case protector they had in their store. I dropped my phone while walking my dog. It fell flat and the glass under the protector is shattered. Yet the protector is in perfect shape. Having to buy a new phone is quite a financial expense at $699. I can't afford that so now I'm stuck with a mess is a cracked screen. I hope that this phone continues to work until I'm able to switch to another phone. With the bumper and the screen protector this shouldn't happen so easily. Very disappointed that Apple would continue to provide such weak glass screens. I see that Samsung reports of a stronger glass.

NEVER AGAIN! Incredibly disappointing experience. Have had a cheap flip phone for years and purchased my first more economical iPhone SE through the online Apple store. First of all they didn't tell me it would take 3 weeks to arrive until it was too late. Apparently everything is made overseas in China. During the two weeks I had this phone I never once had a satisfying conversations because no one was audible. I made dozens of phone calls to Apple care and several trips to the Apple store, 45 minutes away from my home in heavy traffic and difficult parking.
Each time the clerks fiddled with it and then ensured phone was in perfect working condition and to give it more time to adjust. I finally returned it. Other than the iTunes and photo features, it was a piece of crap. I was given a refund but no one compensated me for my lost hours and time away from work trying to fix the problem. In the end had to abandon all the addresses and iTunes downloaded. Apple isn't the same product it used to be and potential customers are fools if they believe they're getting a bargain and a good product.

It is beyond ridiculous to purchase an Apple tablet or mobile device. EVERY mobile manufacturer makes their devices with the ability to add more storage through any brand microSD card. But no, not Apple. When I brought this to their tech support attention the tech told me, and I quote; "Then buy the next highest tablet!!!" As if I have money to waste! Idiotic to say the least. I just purchased two Samsung S7 for my wife and daughter as presents. Both are 32 gig and two 64GB microSD but these devices can handle 200 gig and came with VR headsets and best of all, it was buy 1 get 1 free! Nuts to you, imbecile Apple. The devices the S7's replaced were S3's and best of all the S3's are still in perfect condition.

Yes, Apple Care accepted that phone has internal damage due to other reason and offered a replacement. Satisfied with Apple care but in India B2X services is pathetic. Apple should think of that and take ownership of customer care.

I bought iPhone 5S last month. One day suddenly noticed there was dead pixel on phone. I took it to iPhone service center (B2X Service in India authorized service center for iPhone). They said that internal LCD connector is damaged and won't be covered under warranty. The phone has no marks or scratches on it, no dent nothing and service center says that pressure has been applied in such a way that internal LCD connector got damaged but no physical signs of damage on external surface. What the hell! It is against laws of physics. I could not believe this justification and has asked Apple to review once more. They are not ready to replace or exchange or even repair in paid services. I have asked Apple care to look into this and has assured that their senior technical team will review. Hoping for the best. Please think twice before buying Apple phones.

I have been with my iPhone 5s for almost 2 years now and it is still working very well. I haven't had any problems with it yet. This is my second iPhone - first one was an iPhone 3gs - and they both don't disappoint! Generally, the cameras of Apple are great. Love the quality of capture even sound for videos. I can't wait to get the next model and give this to my mom. At its condition, I'm sure it will still go a long way. Apple stands for excellence and durability.

I bought an iPhone 6s (16gb, space gray) device on "Mar 8th 2016". I captured too many pics within a short span (hence its 16gb device). I faced storage issue. So to get out of it I copied all the pics and videos to my ex-HD, and I deleted all pics and videos from iPhone, but when I saw the manage space under storage, it displayed photos app is using 6.3gb. After this I contacted customer care by dialing up (no.0008001009009). They asked me to download iTunes app in my PC, and to take backup. After all this they asked me to restore my device. As hoping for the best I did what all they said but finally they messed with my iPhone and made a statement to contact Service center (case id: **).
When they don't know how to handle the problem, how can they experiment on my device? Finally it's not working and they are telling that it's a hardware issue. If there is an issue in s/w or h/w why the ** they have to bring it on for the customers? I am recommending my friends not to buy any Apple products. Note: Not only this issue there is an issue wrt to dialing a number. If you can't dial a number you have to dial "*#31#" and then you have to try out your dialing number.

So, I have an IPhone 6S for 3 months now. It's been dropping calls daily and lately people are calling saying I just called them. I don't keep my phone in my pocket, it stays on my desk at work, and on the table at home. I do not know these people, they don't know me, and I do not use my phone at work. So I called customer service at AT&T at 10:48 am to complain. Yes I have insurance on the phone so I was switched to Asurion the insurance carrier. Software problem they say so I'm switched back to AT&T. So far three people I told my story to.
AT&T then connects me to Apple since they make the phone and software. I'm up to five people - it is now 12:35 PM. Again... explain the issue, the person repeats what I said but somehow the story changed to fit their understanding. I ask not to be transferred again, but guess what?? I'm transferred back to Asurion. I was floored. Too many people looking for jobs to have to deal with these guys.
So I'm on the phone throughout my lunch hour and still working while they are on speaker. Phone now has dropped my calls 3 times and agent at Asurion connects me again to Apple. Tired, sore throat, I ask for a supervisor. Now I'm mad. After 7 agents, 3 hours, and no end in site, supervisor at Apple takes my number and agrees to call me at home so I can connect to the cloud in my laptop at home at 7:30PM. Later at home he calls. We are on the phone another 3 hours, factory reset phone, all backups done and says he will call same time tomorrow to restore phone and see if it's still dropping calls. This was all on a Friday. Well no one called on Saturday. I have no contacts, pictures, music or email on my phone and numbers call but None of them Apple. So 10:30 PM Saturday night I restored phone to backup and still dropping calls and echoes while talking whether reset or not.
Apple is Gangsta. You buy apps from their App Store only, music from iTunes and they control their markets but can you control your unknowledgeable staff? I will be calling again Monday and something has to be done. Ridiculous. If they thought it was software as they suggested, they should have just given me another phone. I pay insurance against this sort of thing but what good is it if I can't use it? Apple is gangsta!!

I bought the Apple IPhone 4s in Nov 2014. When I put on charge the apple logo comes up and the itunes logo after that, it does not start up. I sent to the service center and was told that it cannot be repaired. It is devastating! Twenty five thousand rupees going down the drain. I'm sure there would be a way to restore settings... Kindly let me know if any help can be extended to me by the company.

I used to be a very loyal customer with Apple but for the last six months I've been having nothing but troubles. I hate my iPhone 6...this is the worst cell phone that I've ever had!! The nightmare began one night when the microphone stopped working. After that, I got a replacement at an Apple Store but after one month of use, the WiFi problems started. The WiFi went in and out like in 1 minute. They replaced the iPhone again and after 1 day the WiFi problems began again...and now I have a dark spot in my camera lens. This will be my fourth replacement in less than 6 months. The truth is that these cellphones are meant to be disposable after some time of usage. However for the price, I was expecting something more well-made. I am very disappointed with Apple. They didn't even respond my feedback messages! Don't buy iPhones...they might be beautiful outside but they are a piece of CRAP.

They keep my phone for 2 weeks and told me I can't claim under warranty? I start using iPhone start model 3g, 4s, 5 and 6 Plus and feel very disappointed. 1 year only can use.
