    I was having issues with my phone service being extremely slow. I contacted US Cellular online and chatted with a person by the name of Zoro. They were very professional, very friendly and all of the above. They fixed my phone and it is much faster. I have been with US Cellular for 22 years and plan to keep it that way. Thank you Zoro and thank you US Cellular

    Hi my name is Daniel **. I live in around the area not too far off from US Cellular of Marion nc and I think it is great and at the price is right. The store has a wait line for them all the time at my time period to pay bills but it is worth every single dime and penny that it requires to ensure the liability of a phone plan with u.s. cellular. I enjoy my service with them and the people are friendly to me when I pay u.s. cellular in the store at u.s. cellular of McDowell county💸 💸 💸 💸. When I use my phone I don't have to worry about statistics so that way when I use my phone luckily I just got a new one and updated my plan which is good. I got good ratings with the store and I encourage others like myself to use it and going in to pay them is better because they are good at heart people inside.

    I enjoy it every time and hate it when I have to sit in my vehicle/car due to I am handicapped/disabled. The service is good. I've only had one or two dings where I couldn't get service but it was revised and took note of and resolved that same minute the place is clean and respectful at u.s. cellular of Marion North Carolina. I do not mind going inside. They seem to have good air inside and it suits me.

      I went to the store in Waterville to upgrade my phone I felt so horrible because I didn't get there until close to closing time; but Bryan ** was so nice and helpful to me! Even though we had some troubles and I ended up being there past close Bryan made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy and comfortable even though I kept apologizing Bryan never once made me feel bad or uncomfortable!! Big shout out to Bryan and the Waterville team! You all are the best!!!!

      My fiancé and I visited the Buckhannon location yesterday and were very pleased with our experience. Brittany and Anthony provided a wonderful experience as they took their time explaining everything and very pleasant to talk to. They both were very helpful and did not rush us. Moving forward, we will only be visiting the Buckhannon location.

      The internet speed are non-existent. I had my service with them for years and it consistently went down hill. Constant issues with their tower. I purchased a booster and upgraded equipment, nothing worked. Less than 5MB download speed and less than 1MB upload. Lost a lot of money and then was told that I had to pay off their crappy equipment if I wanted to cancel my service. They advertise high speed for streaming, gaming, etc. They lie.

      Should be against the law to be able to sell phones and a service plan and provide no reliable signal, burner phones from Dollar store has more signal, have been a US Cellular customer for over 25 years, just upgraded to a newer phone because sales person said it would get better since, didn't happen, I live in the Joplin Missouri area and places can't even make a call, display says phone not registered to a network.

      I was a US Cellular customer over 20 years, just switched to another carrier as of the last year 3 of our 4 phones had no service at all. Called multiple times to address and nothing was done to fix it.

      I think they lie and very damn rude. Expensive hidden fees. Will nickel and dime you. Whoever gave these people a good review is full of it. Can't wait till you people are finished. By the way you owe me over 2k.

      Called customer service. Got five different associates after being on hold over forty five minutes. Then told they won't be able to help me to talk to general manager at store level. He didn't even want to talk with me. He had associate talk with me. Still no satisfaction. Would not even try and work anything out.

      Last month I paid double on one of my accounts (which was in good standing for 30 years), so on April 22 I got a bill in the mail for one cent. I paid that by personal check, sending it through US Mail on the same day I got the bill. It is now May 5th and it hasn't been cashed. Instead I got texts saying my account is past due. The bill-pay feature over the phone said I need a balance of at least $5.00 to proceed. So I called US Cellular, trying to talk to an agent to get the penny paid over the phone. The agent sent me a website to do so. I said no, I want it resolved over the phone. It ended up costing me $7.01 in all, with $7.00 for the phone call. Bad business!! Don't go with US Cellular. I have an account with Verizon as well, and they don't screw you like this.

      U.S. Cellular is one of the largest wireless carriers in the United States. It was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Chicago. The company offers traditional plans and no-contract, unlimited prepaid plans, called Simple Connect Plans, for basic phones and smartphones.

      • Canada and Mexico: U.S. Cellular customers can make unlimited calls and send unlimited texts to individuals in Canada and Mexico for a single additional fee each month.
