I went on my Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro and chose "My Account Downloader." I needed minutes for a full year and they offered 3 options. One was $99 for 1,000 minutes, 1000 text messages and internet time. The other was for $150 for 3,000 minutes, 3,000 text messages and internet time. And the last package was for $199, but I cannot remember what the numbers were for that. The first time I chose that option for the $150 package, it said an hour later that there was an error. My internet went out and I thought maybe that had something to do with it. I went back in through my cell phone and chose the $150 option again. My minutes finally showed up, but not all of them, and I only received 2,000 text messages.

I called their support number and was told that 2 payments went through, so they canceled one for me. However, They told me they do not offer any package with 3,000 minutes or 3,000 text messages. They also told me to wait 24 hours for all the minutes and text messages to show up. I did and the next day, the numbers did not change. I called again. This time the lady treated me as a nutcase because I told her that I bought the $150 package for 3,000 minutes and 3,000 text messages.

She told me they never offered a plan like that. I went to bring it up on my phone, and the 365 day option plans were now gone. So I have no proof as they removed it. She was rude when she said, that she already explained why I was not going to receive my minutes and goodbye. I like TracFone, but their service people leave a lot to be desired. I should have just bought a new phone with the minutes already included. It would have saved me at least $80 and also be so much cheaper!!! I will do that next year.

First of all, these people are in India or South America, so their accent is really thick and they speak really fast, making them extremely difficult to understand. When I ask them a million times to slow down, they always stretch their words out for the next few words (sounding sarcastic and condescending) and then go right back to talking fast again. In fact, they talk so fast that I have to keep saying, "waitwaitwaitstopstopstop" because when I just say "wait" one time, they don't even hear it because they don't take a breath. I have to constantly repeat things, and they are constantly answering questions that I am not asking, while not answering questions that I *am* asking.

They put me on hold for a long time, but what is most annoying is that every 2 minutes, they say, "Okay, ma'am, I am still working on your account", like a broken record. Just work on it and shut up! That might not seem like a big deal if you are on hold for 5 minutes, but when you are on hold for an hour it makes you want to scream. Just when I am getting calmed down with the music, or just starting to nod off, they come back and say, "Okay, ma'am..." making me think they have solved the issue, so I get my hopes up, but then they say, "...I am still working on your account." Then, it takes me another 2 minutes to calm down, at which time they come on again to tell me they are still working on my account. When they have figured out that they don't know what to do, they either hang up on me or transfer me indiscriminately to another person, or department altogether.

The other person has no idea why I have been transferred because the customer service rep didn't my account, and I have no idea why I have been transferred because I wasn't even told I was going to be transferred. So me and the new rep are sitting there like, "um, why am I talking to you?" Then, I have to go through the whole thing all over again. Give my number, verify this and that, explain my problem, get put on hold, get told they are still "working on my account", ask them to speak slower, and get hung up on. So, that's first of all.

Second of all, all I wanted to do was change my payment method. I was on 50min/mo with triple minutes for $11.48 per month and I had accumulated over 3,000 minutes. I paid automatically on a credit card each month. Well, I had to cancel my credit/bank card for other reasons, so I went online to change my payment method directly from my checking account. I tried to delete the CC method, and I got an error message. There was an option I clicked on to add my checking account information, account number, routing number etc. I entered all of that and got an error message. So, I called customer service. "Jacob" went in on his end and deleted the cc, which enabled me to process the checking account method.

I thought everything was fine, but after I hang up with Jacob, I get an email stating that I canceled my value plan (50min/mo, Triple Mins, $11.48, All 3000 mins accumulated). Mind you, I'd been on the phone for about an hour already, and online for 2 hours. I call them back, explain everything, and they keep telling me that I cannot use a checking account as a payment method and that this has been the rule since August 2018. They said that I have to have a credit/debit/check card to purchase a plan, and that they would restore me to my old plan and accumulated minutes when I call in or go online and enter a cc number.

So I have to go to the bank and get a new card, which I had not planned on doing because I wanted to avoid getting a card after another event happened that has nothing to do with Tracfone. All of this information is just the latest information I have. See, with Tracfone, information changes depending on with whom I am speaking. That is to say, one person says *this* is the reason/solution, and another person says *that* is the reason/solution. It took me 4 hours and at least 3 different times calling (after being hung up on) to get this last reason/solution, and being told that I can get put back on my original plan and have my minutes restored. Now, understand that I currently have service and those 3,000 minutes are still on my phone for me to use now, but at the end of this service date, unless I have re-newed, they will be lost. I have to renew before the end of service.

But here's the thing, separate from the payment method, they kept saying that I cannot be put on another (same) plan (to restore what Jacob cancelled) because there is a block...because their "system" shows that I am already on a plan. LOL OMG Y'all! I can't even, anymore. THIRD, and last, before all of this started like two days ago, I had decided to upgrade my little tiny LG phone to an iPhone 6s. They had them on sale for $299. It's supposed to arrive today, and I am supposed to be able to transfer everything over to it from my LG, but so help me God, if I have any problems with doing that, I think I am going to send the phone back, not renew my plan, and ask for a refund on the 3,000 minutes that Jacob will have deprived me of...which I paid for.

That being said, I've had the same Tracfone for about 15 years and never had a problem with the phone or the service. For $11.48/mo, 150 minutes, rolling over, it's a great deal. HOWEVER, the customer service is absolutely, 100%, all day, every day, terrible, horrible, make you want to pay $45 to Verizon directly JUST so that you can speak with an American with half a brain, bad. I figure one of the reasons Tracfone is so cheap is because they farm out their customer service for the cheapest they can get it, which means poor service.

So, if you can get through it, and maybe even lose a little money now and then when they screw you over, then Tracfone is a good deal. I'm shopping Verizon and iPhones today because I am thinking about not even opening my new Tracfone/iPhone, sending it back, and being done with them. But, my mom keeps telling me that I'd be saving a lot of money by staying with Tracfone, even if I end up losing my 3,000 accumulated minutes. She's right, but I'm so mad I can't think straight right now. Just know this, if you KNOW that you are going to have to call their customer service, be prepared. Pray and seek the Lord because it will test your salvation.

Kevyn of TracFone Technical Support Chat would not answer the questions that I asked him and was EXTREMELY rude. He treated me as if I should already know the answer to questions that he intentionally tiptoed around. Right from the start with each question he would avoid answering me and then he would say over and over again, before I could respond, quote "Is there anything else that I can assist you with" (trying to get rid of me), instead of waiting for a couple SECONDS for me to respond.

And then while I was typing trying to get him to answer my question instead of waiting for me he waited 20 seconds and then said, "I haven't heard from you in a while, ending chat". I couldn't believe it. He then continued to do it until I told him he was rude and needed to give me a few seconds to respond. It went on for a while like this until I just told him I was going to report him. There is more unbelievable rudeness from him that I just don't have time to get into now, but I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in all my life and I am 54.

I don't know why but I gave serial numbers and VIN numbers. I told them how many minutes I had left and the zip codes for the same home. One in my husband's name and one in my name. I lost 497 minutes besides what I wasted talking to them. I am not happy about this matter.

Dreadful experience with TracFone! We have a TracFone, and since their policy is that the service expires every year, but if you renew they add minutes to your minutes, we called to renew. Their customer representative by mistake, after we paid by credit card, instead of adding minutes, wiped out our old minutes (4,438). So we were put on hold and told to call back in 24 hours. We did and we were put on hold again and told again to call back in 24 hours and again for 3 times. Tonight after being put on hold forever they told us they cannot do anything about it! So wiped out our minutes instead of adding minutes, got paid for it, and did not resolve the issue.

I got an inexpensive smartphone for my daughter with a 30-minute-per-month plan, and it worked for a while but then it stopped giving access to voicemails. People could leave a voicemail, but there was no way to retrieve it or even change the settings (like you couldn't make a recording saying "Please don't leave any voicemails on this line"). I called CS repeatedly over a period of months, and they would just have me do the same process of resetting the phone over and over. I would spend an hour or more on the phone with them and they would just have me do it like 7 or 8 times, transfer me to someone else who would then have me do it again a few times, and it would never make a difference.

So I finally called them and said they needed to do something or I would report them to BBB. They sent a new SIM card, which did nothing. Then they made me reset it over and over. Clearly the thing would never work. I asked for a new phone... and they said "The warranty is expired - so no". And I said, "If you hadn't wasted months telling me to reset it and sending me this SIM, it would have still been under warranty." So I complained to BBB.

TracFone then decided they would replace the phone and said that when I got the new phone all the minutes I had accumulated on the old phone would automatically be put back on. Of course, they made it as difficult as possible to get the new phone - didn't give me the ticket number, said it got "delayed" because they didn't have the same model for replacement, then sent it to the wrong address even though the address on the account was up to date. When I got the new phone after almost 3 months, I tried to activate it according to instructions, but it wouldn't activate. Called CS and they said they needed to set me up with a new account and that my old phone number couldn't be restored. WHAT??

My account was fully active when I sent in the phone for exchange. I never cancelled my recurring payment plan, never removed the phone from the account, nothing. But they deleted all my information and now claimed they couldn't restore any minutes/data (I had over 24 hrs of minutes - over $100 worth). I would have had to restart a new plan with no minutes. YEAH, RIGHT!

So I made a new complaint with the BBB. Finally got another response from TracFone corporate saying they are going to be restoring the phone number and minutes. Ha! I'll believe that when I see it. Even if they do, it shouldn't have taken this kind of effort to get it done. There is no excuse. Most people would have given up but I don't like it when companies try to get away with this kind of blatant consumer fraud. Everything has been very intentional, especially the CS that purposefully sends you round and round in circles to tire you out rather than letting you use the warranty while it's still good.

Customer service will NOT unlock the phone because I haven't had this "device" for 160 service days. I didn't ask to have this phone sent to me nor am I responsible because the old phone was no longer supported. I had my old TracFone for 5 1/2 years, the time for that they do not have to honor--because it is no longer "the device in question." They indicated this condition is within the FCC regulations and will not make any exceptions. I proceeded providing usual billing information and the transaction completed with the statement that auto-fill was established. A few days later I checked my CC posting and noticed it was higher than I expected. I accessed my TracFone account and displayed the billing details which showed that I had paid the usual price of $125 instead of the promotional price of $118.25 but auto-refill was set-up.

I was told by several customer service people that the promotional price is only offered once you have auto-refill established and they claim that I added the time before I subscribed to auto-fill. I tried to explain to a chat rep and a phone rep and their supervisors that once I selected the promotional offer I had no control over the order of each step. Their claim is that I first added time and then applied for the auto-fill, which is incorrect. They refused to discuss it further and would not look into the matter of how the promotional steps were programmed, placing the issue squarely on my actions. This is either a process issue or a bait and switch. My impression is that customer service has no intention of issuing credits for any reason.

After dealing with major medical issues for several years, I finally reached a point where I needed the "free cell phone service" funded by the government. I would be very grateful for such a service if I actually received it. Every single month since activating this service, either my calling ability or internet access stops working only a few days into the month. I call in and of course they say I have reached my limits. I rarely even use this phone. No one, other than my doctors and such, even has this number.

Every time I call customer service I am told that I can buy more service. However, I cannot even get a printout of my calls so I can verify that I am actually using as much as they say. I am told that their system is not set up that way. So they can say that you use whatever they want to say, but they don't have to document it? No one at the customer service center seems interested in helping with anything UNLESS you say that you want to go ahead and pay for more service. Then their tone changes right away.

The FCC website gives the Lifeline service requirements (as of 12/01/2017---750 minutes of talk time and 1GB mobile data) but the Safelink reps say they only provide 350 minutes and 500MB data. They freely admit that they only provide half the service required... but you can buy more service if you need it. Isn't this government fraud? Their "defense" is that when you activate their phone, you automatically agree to the terms of service, which is the lower amounts of service provided. TracFone should be removed from the government program immediately. They provide only half the mandated service. I wonder if they only bill the government half the amount. I think not. They are using the Lifeline Program so they can get people to reload 10 or 15 dollars at a time to keep the phone on. Yes, I have written complaints to the FCC as well... but the public, especially vulnerable low income groups, need to be aware of TracFone's game.

This company's service is unacceptably poor. Cust. svc. reps very difficult to understand due to foreign dialect. It seemed as though they couldn't understand my simply stated problem as any "corrective" data they input to solve the problem made the problem worst - to the point of account numbers being entered wrong, thus my attempts to access my account online gave me 'no account' messages - so I couldn't access my account to add minutes (I'd used most of 60 minutes on calls to them!).

I'd been hung up on during my explanations, repeatedly quoted back wrong issues, couldn't access my account online to add more minutes and the final straw today was receiving a new message giving me the bank account balance and a partial number of an unknown-to-me person! An earlier message I'd received was directed to "David" - not my name or gender or addressing my issue! This was a new TracFone and first time used! It took 6 days for it to be activated! I talked to 3 different service reps with very poor English over 3 days, last rep yesterday hung up on my call, poor website 'help' access and inability to access my account, wasting minutes on calls to their service desk and money wasted on purchasing 120 more un-refundable minutes I couldn't add due to inability to access my account (that apparently didn't exist although I was able to call them)... I was finally assured it would work. After several attempts and a failed callback on TracFone's part I was told service was initiated. I paid 45 dollars for initial minutes but my on-line account said I had $0.00 in it. Nearly every phone call I made to family resulted in the people on the other end saying they couldn't hear or understand me. Last week, I was told I was being transferred to another "dept" for assistance and after 10 minutes I was disconnected.

Today, when I tried again, I was again "transferred" and after 15 minutes of dead air time I didn't know if I was still connected or not. So, I hung up and went to ATT to switch back to ATT for prepaid cell minutes. They are 25 cents/min while TracFone is 20 cents/minutes, but what good is a nickel if people can't understand you due to severe digital pixelating? TracFone customer "service" has a practice of passing you off to another department by asking you to call a different number.

I get the impression if a problem is not immediately solvable, they want you to call back, hoping someone else in Customer Service will answer the phone. Terrible public relations. For a brand new customer I felt I should be entitled to a refund of my prepaid minutes. But they said I should have asked for a refund BEFORE I terminated the service. The Cust. Rep. did admit that if I had done that I would not have been able to transfer my cell number back to ATT. Stay away from TracFone!

I am planning a trip and wanted to add minutes to my TracFone. I purchased the phone card and SIM kit. I spent over 2 hours trying to follow the directions in the SIM kit. I finally called the company and talked to a robot for quite awhile and he told me that my SIM number belonged to another phone. Later that day I went to the local Target store and the technician spent another hour trying to do the same thing, with no luck!

Today I returned to the store and another technician spent another 2 hours trying to upgrade with a new card that I purchased today. She had no luck and finally gave up in disgust, and so I spent another $36 to buy a different cell phone. Altogether I spent $40 on trying to add time to my TracFone. Target will not refund my money, saying it is not their problem. The persons we spoke with could not understand us and we could not understand them. It seemed to us that they were deliberately trying to sabotage what we were trying to do. The technicians said that they would never try to sell another TracFone. Maybe Target should not carry them either.

The minutes were never credited to my account in spite of my having followed the instructions given me instructions to a "T". I spent 7 HOURS! over several days trying to resolve the problem on the phone with having experienced numerous hangups, customer service people with poor English skills, and several complete runarounds, without a modicum of an attempt to provide me any information on solving my problem. This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. The last individual I spoke with promised to have a supervisor contact me. That promise was made over a year ago and I concluded a long time ago that this company is not reputable and has no interest in solving customer service complaints or in providing a reliable service. I have recommended to all my friends not to deal with this company.

You waste 30 minutes of data each call. We have made several calls a day. The operators are being timed so they transfer you. Day 17 spoke with 2 managers, one just hung up at 31 minutes in. The other claimed to refund us and transfer us to “Refund Dept” for details, that person said she lied to us. No one will help us. Day 20 I am out $120 for new smartphone that they fried the SIM card too for NO reason. We have proof we received it, yet they claimed it was stolen. BY WHO? They can’t tell. What can we do? Help please.

Updated on 08/10/2018: We ordered from Walmart.com and have proof of order sales and delivery. We can't get past customer service to get info on what to do. They blamed Walmart.com for saying it wasn't delivered. On day 18 someone said we needed to return it, but gave no address. Since we didn't pay them, we paid Walmart.com we took it back there. They said no returns after 15 days knowing he has had problems with the phone and told him it was TracFone's problem. Now Walmart says they will fire my son if he gets mad and argues with them. NO ONE will take responsibility. We need help please.

I went over a month without a phone. No one could ever explain why my service was disconnected On my old phone, I had data, calling, and text within whatever amount I purchased.

I now find the replacement phone has only calling. I have been trying to get an answer from TracFone as to what happened to my text and data but keep getting the runaround…again. After TWO HOURS on the phone, I have been hung up three times while being "transferred" to a supervisor and they were completely unable to find my order despite me giving them the exact order number provided in the emails.

Service seemed fine. Aunt complained that the phone was too complicated. I showed her how to use it again and again. I tried to use the phone at her apartment in Seattle. Phone said "No network, emergency calls only." I called the phone from my cell. Got voice mail in Spanish. I am English. Took the phone home to get on the website and see if something was wrong. TracFone website said I had a bad login or password. Hit recover password and got message that the system was down. Called customer service. They said they would fix the voicemail issue, but could not get me into the website... password problem. Tried phone again. Worked perfectly sending and receiving.

Took phone back to my aunt. It called out and received calls no problem. Ten minutes later she could not call out and when I called in I got Spanish voicemail. Called customer service. They said I needed to get a 4G phone. I have been using cell phones since 1984... I am an EE. I help develop telecom devices... that was pure BS. TracFone is on the T-Mobile network and although T-Mobile seems good, the TracFone interface is very inconsistent and TracFone service is high on polite, but low on knowledge. If you get similar results to what I have experienced, let the world know. TracFone is a marvelous marketing machine, but the system works poorly. Problem with system interface... not T-Mobile backbone.

On October 24 2017 I purchased a new phone with a year's service and 1200 minutes and I also transferred over 1700 minutes from my old phone. My new phone stopped working June 2, 2018. To make a long story short, I ended up with (1) a reconditioned phone, (2) lost all my minutes (3) lost 90 + days of service. This company's provides no domestic customer service, clearly their call center is located in a foreign country. Do yourself a favor and go to any other company and avoid TracFone. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a company so we decided to get rid of all our TracFones and go with another company.

I got a notice on the screen saying I had 10 days left till expiration so went and got a card. For some reason, I could not add the minutes and received the message that my SIM card had expired. I don't even recall ever having one of those. The only thing I can think of is last year, my TracFone got moisture inside and the phone died on me so had to buy another one, which I did.

I remember using the same number and transferred the minutes I had to this phone and kept the same number. I am now told that a SIM card will be sent to me and I should get it within 5-6 days at which time I will have to call Tech Support and they will set it up for me. I was told that I might lose my minutes. Today, I decided to try to enter the Pin number indirectly on the cell phone and once done, the screen became black and when it went back on, the minutes I had were still there but the 60 mins. that should have been added didn't. So will assume I will have to go out and buy another card. Additionally, the model (LG 328BG) that I have is no longer being sold so perhaps that is another reason why I had the problem.

Their customer service is horrendous. I recently spent nearly three hour on the phone with their "customer service representatives" trying to get them to fix a problem which they caused, through no fault of mine. Their system deactivated my account and deleted over 2000 minutes from it. I had to spend my valuable time, nearly three hours, explaining what their system screwed up my account. All of their customer service personnel appear to be based in Asia, and don't seem to be too proficient at their jobs.

I had to ask to speak to a supervisor, who basically told me the same erroneous information of her subordinate. After all that time wasted in defending my case, the supervisor finally realized that I was right all along. After that experience, I realized that Tracfone is knowingly engaged in fraudulently deleting huge chunks of minutes from customers accounts, for no reason, and covering their tracks in the process. I experienced this on several occasions, but, this last time, it was so obvious, I am absolutely positive that they are crooks. I had to fight them to get back over 1600 minutes which they had purposely deleted from my account, after deactivating the phone through their crappy computer system, and incompetent and apathetic tech staff.

For someone whose phone is smarter than I am, Tracfone is the way to go, inexpensive for people like me who use their phone mainly for phone calls when away from home as I have a landline. Also this is the cheapest form of cell phone service as it costs me 9.99 a month.

I accidentally ordered two cell phones and plans from TracFone. I tried to cancel one by calling customer service within 3 minutes of the mistake. I was advised to simply "refuse" one of the boxes, that USPS would notify them and that a refund would take 2-7 days for a refund. On June 8, 2018 I refused one of the boxes (which IS noted on the tracking information on the USPS system) and am still waiting for my refund. I call DAILY asking when I can expect my money to be credited back my money and each and everyday I am given a different answer, anywhere from 2 to 30 days.

TracFone charged my account within less than 1 minutes, but THEY need 30 days to return my money? It takes only 1 key stroke, less than a minute to resolve this issue, and for TracFone it takes 43,200 minutes to clear this matter up. I am not unhappy with the phone and services I purchased, I am EXTREMELY unhappy by their lack of respect for their customers, their lack of honesty, and their poor customer services. I would NEVER recommend that you purchase a TracFone online. If it is your only option for cell phone service, BUYER BEWARE.

Three months later they charged me $20.99 again. I called the credit card company again, and at that time was told Discover had just eaten the $3. I know it is just $3, but it is the principle of the thing. I took print screens of the offer, the window that showed me enrolled before I cancelled and then I cancelled the auto-refill online and then called TracFone for a confirmation of my cancellation. I was told I was no longer enrolled, and I said yes, I just cancelled it. I was told there was no record of me ever being on TracFone. When I tried to bring up the printscreens, they had never completed. I do not recommend this at all. I used the TracFone website to check and see if my Verizon HTC was compatible for me to transfer service from my existing TracFone. The website said it was. I ordered the BYOP kit from them which I did receive super quick. In a previous experience with TracFone customer service, I already knew that calling them to do the phone transfer was a bad idea. The customer service reps will transfer you from one person to another to "better assist you." You have to explain the same thing to a half a dozen different reps. They speak way too quickly for you to understand them, too. I chose to do the activation online which seemed simple enough. Three days later the phone was not activated. I spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service at this point.

I was told everything from the phone was not compatible to Verizon didn't service my area, which is not true, to I owed Verizon money and therefore Verizon wouldn't let them activate it. I've never had a Verizon account until a few days ago. They had me walking around the yard trying to get a signal on a phone that was not activated. Then to beat all, they deactivated the phone I was using saying they had transferred the minutes and the service days to the Verizon phone that they supposedly could not activate. Told me I had to call Verizon and work out my problem with the Verizon phone (I still haven't figured out exactly what Verizon was supposed to do) or wait for a new SIM card to come in the mail to reactivate my old phone. I blew up. I cancelled the service. About three hours later they activated the Verizon phone after they had claimed they couldn't activate it to begin with.

To me this whole ordeal was just plain ridiculous. No way was I going to keep the service after all that. Having to deal with their customer service is too much of a hassle. I removed the TracFone sim and threw it away. Called Verizon (as they suggested) and now have Verizon prepaid service with no problems. Then a few days ago, TracFone sent me an email and asked me to review my BYOP SIM card purchase with them, and then refused to post my review today saying it didn't meet their guidelines. They just didn't want to post it because it was negative. Shame on them. TracFone needs to invest in some employees who are better able to assist their customers and have better communication skills. Plus if they're not mature enough to handle the negative reviews, then honestly they shouldn't ask for someone to give them their opinion, especially after they provided them with such a bad experience in the first place.

I purchased a new TracFone and activated it during Jan 2018. The phone came with 4,500 minutes and 4,500 texts. In addition to those purchased items, my plan allowed me to carry forward any unused minutes and texts from my older phone. I carried forward in excess of 500 minutes and 1200 texts. When my new phone was activated in Jan 2018, I had the following balances over 5,000 minutes and over 5,500 texts. Everything was fine until two weeks ago when the new phone stopped working.

I called customer service, which was in the Philippines. I could barely understand the guy and it took almost an hour what it would have taken an American 15 minutes to understand and do. He agreed the phone was defective and would be replaced under the warranty. He told me it would take four days to receive the box from Fed/EX to send back the defective phone. It has been almost two weeks and I haven't received the box. During my conversation, I explained I still had my old phone that use to be on my TracFone account. And I asked if I could re-activate and use it until the new replacement phone arrived. He said it would be no problem. Prior to activating the old phone, he looked at my account and we agreed I had approximately 4,300 minutes, 5,400 texts, and 2.6 GB of data. I gave him the activation info he requested and he activated the phone.

I tried to make a call using the activated phone and I was told I needed to add minutes to my account in order to make calls. I told the TracFone representative this and he checked his files. Ten minutes later, he told me I didn't have but 300 minutes. I told him that's absurd. I reminded him not more than ten minutes ago he confirmed I had in excess of 4,300 minutes. In a dumbfounded manner, he tried to tell me those were the only minutes loss assurance would put on the account. I told him that was totally unsatisfactory and that the TracFone database had showed (only minutes earlier) I had approximately 4,300 minutes, 5,400 texts, and 2.6 GB of data. He said he couldn't explain it but I was only to be given 300 minutes no texts and no data.

After additional calls to TracFone customer service in the Philippines and Honduras, someone told me to call a Miami, where TracFone's corporate headquarters is located. Over several days, I pleaded with several people. They eventually restored to my account: 3,600 minutes, 5,000 text, and 2.6 GB of data. They thought I would jump up and click my heels. But I was just as pissed as before. By giving me back 90% of what they stole from me, they wanted me to say "thank you." Instead, I was even more enraged. They continued to tell me some department said I was only entitled to what they gave me and they could find no record of me having the balances I said were on my account prior to activating the phone. I told them that was a lie; that for purposes of regulatory compliance they must track in their records customer balances or deposits.

Within their database are my accurate account balances and they refused to access this info to correctly restore my account balance. I told them this is nothing but theft and I won't stand for it. In good faith I purchased minutes from TracFone. In bad faith, they are attempting to steal from me by restoring part of what I am entitled. I reminded them that several entities with oversight over this matter: Attorney General of Florida, Miami-Dade Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Florida Dept. of Professional Regulation, FTC, FCC, etc.

What I will do is collect as many complaints against this company related to stealing minutes from customers. And I'm going to send my data to the agencies noted above as well as find an attorney who believes a class action suit can be brought against TracFone. I believe TracFone routinely does this to customers because 9 of 10 will just angrily walk away. Remember, they initially restored only 300 minutes to my account. If I had not raised hell about it, I would have been stuck with only that.

In addition to having only two bars of signal despite living in a big city (Mpls/St.Paul) area, I've already got a laundry list of complaints in the two days I've owned this TracFone. All I wanted was a cheap phone for work purposes, but what I've gotten is a headache which can't be resolved by calling their robotic, nearly automated sounding customer service staff. I followed the phone prompts, entered my credit card info, and was told by their recording that I had purchased 200 minutes of talk time. I tested this TracFone out and even made a few calls. It worked just fine. Then suddenly it I could no longer make calls.

I called customer service using a different phone, waited on hold, and eventually got an agent who told me that my phone wasn't working because I still needed to buy minutes, to which I replied, "I already bought minutes with my credit card. A recording had told me that I had purchased 200 minutes, used 5 of that, and that I was now down to 155 minutes. So yes, I HAVE already paid. In fact, the phone was just working a few minutes ago." She couldn't understand what I was saying. She continued to repeat more and more emphatically, "Sir, you NEED to pay to activate your phone." After making two more attempts to explain in the simplest way possible that I had already paid, I thanked her and decided to try calling again in hopes that I might get someone else who'd understand. To no avail. Different agent, same misunderstanding.

I then attempted to find some other phone number where perhaps a native English speaking person who's paid more than $2 a day could help me, but was told there is no other customer service number for the TracFone Company. After learning that I finally just gave up, and have now decided to try to return the phone.

After I spent several hours on the phone with Tracfone over a period of time, friends who were visiting offered to deal with Tracfone to get it sent up. Each time we were told it was ready to go, we encountered the message: “I am sorry this call cannot be completed. You must contact your Verizon provider and a long distance charge will apply.”

I cannot count the number of people we let listen to that message as we would use a landline while trying to set up the Tracfone. After 90 minutes on the phone with Tracfone personnel, my friend said he had NEVER encountered such ridiculousness when trying to set up a phone. A couple of days later, I tried again…. After an hour, I had an appointment. Had to leave, which meant I had to call back and go through the entire saga yet again. During my final call to Tracfone before leaving Florida, I explained that I would call back once I was in Canada, that I had no more time to deal with this problem while in Florida.

Now I have received a shipping confirmation, addressed to my friend in Florida, but sent to my e-mail. The person I spoke with at Tracfone seemed to be listening, obviously was not. What we CLEARLY DISCUSSED was that she would send the shipping label to me in Canada as I returned to Canada shortly after my last nightmarish call to Tracfone. I brought the Tracfone that was purchased for use in the US only back to Canada with me in order to try to resolve my problems. Despite me saying the following so very many times, NO ONE SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT TRYING TO USE THE PHONE IN CANADA, IT IS FOR USE IN THE US ONLY!!!

When I again called Tracfone... now from Canada... I went over and over the story yet again with each person to whom I was transferred. During the last communication, this is what was determined and even that seems to have been totally messed up… 1. Once the shipping label was sent to me in Canada, I would return the Tracfone. 2. Tracfone would then send a replacement Tracfone to my friend in Florida to hold for me until I returned to Florida in November. Well, Tracfone sent the shipping label to my friend in Florida.

TRUTHFULLY, I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR A PHONE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN USED, COULD NEVER BE SET UP, and I would like a refund for the $25 calling card I purchased. The number of hours that has been spent on this “crusade to set up a phone” is absurd. I am exhausted and would like to spare others the hideous task of trying to deal with personnel who are either not listening or could care less. I have never spent this much time on any item I have purchased.

I've had TracFone for a while and it has caused me nothing but GRIEF. As soon as I find another phone, I will be cancelling and hope so many people do that they go out of business. First, it is a hassle to call 411 because most of the time, it doesn't recognize anything you say, then you have all these advertisements (using up your minutes). Secondly, today I bought some airtime online. First time. I usually just go buy a card at a store. So online it says $9.99 for 30 days and right across it says 60 minutes. I have the double the minutes card, so I would be getting 120 minutes. It turns out, when I get ready to check out and when you go to See Benefits link, it says 30 service days and 60 minutes. So when I paid for it and it loaded, it gave me 60 minutes.

So I call cust service and she says $9.99 is for 30 MINUTES, and it said 60 on my checkup because I had put in my phone number. So couldn't have made it clear on their website? Nowhere does it says it is 30 minutes when you are searching for Pay As You Go. So meanwhile, I'm talking to her and asked her if I could get my minutes back which I used talking to her which was already 8 minutes. She said NO, then I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I waited a long time, then hung up. She called me back, and transferred me to supervisor, and I waited AGAIN.

Meanwhile my minutes are ticking away. The supervisor flat out and said NO again, and that the minutes aren't free. I told him I spent all these talking to you about their problem. So as soon as I get another phone, I will be deactivating. I got his name, Janell (sounded like a woman), and his ID #**, and he told me I can transfer my minutes (that's why I got his name and info). DO NOT GO WITH TRACFONE. There are many other prepaid that are MUCH BETTER. The service is the crappiest I've ever encountered and it only gets worse. Save yourself some hassle.

Now a year later I have certain issues that they always say the same thing when I contact them via chat. "We have to troubleshoot your phone so we can't do that while you're using it". It's the only phone I have. What's happened recently is that the voicemail icon doesn't show up when someone leaves a voicemail. I reboot the phone and also take the battery out. I just think the phone itself has issues and it's time to throw it out. Too bad Samsung doesn't put out a quality product like I thought they did. Not happy at all with either company.

Tracfone has possibly the worst customer service of any company I have experienced in my 50 years of life. The service frequently has problems and when you contact customer service and let them know for example; (my experience today) where they charged my credit card for added service dates and minutes 20 days ago, but the service never was added to my account. After calling them and going through numerous things, minutes were added to my phone (90 minutes) but only 14 days... This is a 30 day service extension payment. At this point they want to get off the phone because they feel that everything is now correct... I explain, "Wait... You only gave me 14 days..." Then they want to argue. This goes on for 15 minutes where the customer service rep wants to argue that I was given 30 days 16 days prior... Well the phone wouldn't work for this time... She argues that it did... It did not.

Her records should easily show that I was only credited today but charged weeks earlier and have had a phone that would not work for weeks... Apparently this doesn't matter. She keeps repeating the same stuff, never acknowledging the problem of getting less than I had paid for. I ask for a supervisor eventually... She transfers me, not to a supervisor but to another rep... We start over... He also comes to say that it is my fault for not contacting customer service earlier, apparently Tracfone has no obligation to deliver what you pay for 20 days earlier. He admits there is nothing he can do. I simply want to add 16 days to my plan, nothing more than I paid for. He says he will transfer me to the refund department, but first he has to check with his supervisor... I said, "Please let me speak to your supervisor if possible..." He says, "Please hold..." Lo and behold I speak to the supervisor. (Which is nearly a miracle apparently).

She wants to give me the same argument basically, they all seem to have the same accent, my guess is from a country where people are always asking for more than what they are due, so all they tell you is no. I explain to her, "Look, I am not asking for anything more than what I paid for... I paid for 30 days, you gave me 14 days, I have been a customer for years, I can move my service anywhere else... Does Tracfone take any responsibility for when their service does not work?" Finally she agrees that I am owed 16 more days and she goes through a long process to make that happen.

At this point I am no longer thankful, I am frustrated that I had to spend an hour on the phone and get so angry that I raised my voice several times because their customer service is being completely unreasonable. I cannot stress this enough... If you do not want hassles and bad service, run from Tracfone. They are cheap, but their service is horrible.

My account will end soon, I just have over 2000 prepaid minutes on the service right now and it has kept me with them through numerous customer service problems just like this. Yes that is right... This same thing or something similar has happened before. Tracfone never ever owns their end of the bargain... You pay, you get no service... It is not Tracfone's fault... That is their attitude again and again. Other companies would apologize, see their mistake and give you the service and might even compensate you for wasting your time with a credit or a refund... Not Tracfone... They always take the track that it is not their fault and they cannot help you.

I contacted TracFone's customer service and they advised I had consumed all of my purchased texts/minutes despite me having proof in my phone I only consumed a dozen text messages. I know of at least one other person who had the same exact problem at about the same time, which leads me to believe there was an issue with TracFone's system at that time.

Regardless of the proof you have in your defense, TracFone's canned and only response to resolution is to tell you all of your texts/minutes have been consumed and your only option is to buy another plan. This "solution" was repeated to me at every personnel level I interacted with. If you need a pre-paid service, I would recommend trying any of the other companies before TracFone. Maybe in this market you will get more of the same, but it's certainly worth a try to go with someone else before settling with TracFone.

I eventually bought a total of 3 of these phones within 24 hours because I needed to provide one to an elderly person. I also bought 2 sets of minutes, one set of which disappeared into nothingness when the first phone was deactivated. These phones do everything except make and receive phone calls. Once activated, when trying to place a call, I got a recording that said "Your temporary passcode to activate your phone has been defaulted to the last 4 digits of your phone number. Press 1 for English." After pressing 1, the recording said "That is an invalid entry." It then said to "Hold while we connect you with a customer support representative," after which the call was disconnected. This happened consistently ALL DAY LONG.

After spending 3 hours with tech support via Chat and 2 phone calls to the 800 number, they said first that it was user error (I wasn't pressing "1" correctly) and that finally, when it became clear that it was not user error, it was a bad SIM card. I took the phone back where I bought it and exchanged the phone for a new one, but when that was done, the minutes I had previously purchased "disappeared." I called customer support before attempting to activate the second phone to be sure I did everything correctly.

After activating the 2nd phone and paying for more minutes, the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. Same recordings, and still unable to make or receive a phone call with this phone! I purchased a 3rd phone that was a little bit of an upgrade than the first 2, but wasn't able to transfer the minutes to it. This has been a total waste of time and an absolute exercise in futility. I will NEVER do this again. It has been such a frustrating experience. Save yourself the aggravation. Find something else.

She said I would have to wait till time ran out on old phone before new phone would kick in? I knew better than that so called back again. Got a fairly fluent English speaking person. Said no problem, was gone for long time with my information... Came back and said all set. Next day new phone will be up and running. Next day --- nothing new!

Called QVC and they were nice as pie, very clear English speech, etc. Verified the plan I had paid them for and gave me # to call @ Tracfone cause they couldn't do anything. Has to come from them. Called Tracfone... Got an excellent tech guy. Walked him through problem. Within 10 minutes had my new phone up and running and my triple time for life or so I thought.

Still missing one of the 3 sites I was to get with program. Called you know who again. Broken English, reading from a paper as to what to do, etc. Excused herself for few minutes while fixing the problem. Now listen to this one. She said she had brought up my new phone number and read me the remaining time for phone, text & data. Phone & text were right but she said I had used up over 1200 of my data already. I asked her how that could be when it was never put on my new phone? Said she didn't know but it had been used. Giant rip off they used to sell on QVC program. So be very careful what you are buying from Tracfone from anywhere. You get what you pay for and sometimes you don't get anything. I quit... I drive a lot for work so want an emergency phone to stay with my vehicle in case I forget my daily phone as I too often do. I bought the TracFone Alcatel Raven because it's advertised as having "blazing fast" speeds on Verizon's 4G LTE network. I've had the phone a month now. Setting it up was a nightmare--mostly because EVERYTHING on the phone takes so long to execute. I remember the early flip phones (before smartphones) on which accessing the web was a joke because they were just so slow. TracFone is even worse. Tonight I'd forgotten my phone at my office about 100 miles away from where I realized I didn't have it, so I pulled out the TracFone to download an app I needed to do something critical. I started downloading the small app, drove FIVE towns away on the highway, and as I got off the highway I looked at the phone in dismay as it told me only 9% of the tiny app had downloaded.

So I ran some errands to waste time. An hour later I was parked in front of a library with the phone reading less than 50% of the app downloaded. Finally arriving back home, I turned the phone off and threw it back in my glove compartment, the app NOT downloaded. Nothing I do improves internet access speed. It most certainly isn't 4G LTE as advertised. The phone feels, not just cheap, but toy-ish. It fails to recognize touch-input often or is so imprecise touch input is often impractical. And customer support is non-existent. If you don't want to be bogged down by a contract AND you don't want to pay Verizon's or AT&T's exorbitant monthly rates just for a phone you rarely use, there are MANY vastly superior options than TracFone. TracFone is the Walmart of fashion stores. Worse, more like the dumpster-diving of restaurants. Stay away from this product if you at all can.

Before there were smartphones, they were called cell phones or still are today, but that's not the reason I'm posting this. It's about people like me that can't afford to go into phone plans for $40 or more a month so I've had to use Pay-As-You-Go type plans that only cost me $15 to $20 a month. The phone I have is a smartphone that I could barely afford but anyway, when calls are made (incoming, outgoing, or missed calls) it shows me the length of each call, down to the second. I'd never paid much attention to it before but my curiosity got the best of me to start calculating/adding up what was in my call log. To put it best or an actual example, I ran out of talk time minutes from one day to the next, not knowing that I had until I looked on my phone the next morning when I awoke. Had plenty of "Text" & "Mobile Data" left but talk time was "0".

I thought it was kind of strange that I just ran out of minutes all of sudden but the only thing I could do was go purchase another air-time card. The talk time mins. I purchased was for 200mins. It was then, right after I got the new card, I started calculating my minutes. The first two calls was one for 4 mins:56 secs. & the second, 1min.:01sec. That's 5:57 of mins used/added up. Then I get a incoming call, I look at my caller I.D. but I don't recognize the number, so I don't answer it. Three calls total. Shortly after, I look up on my phone to what is shown by my service provider of how many mins I have left. It's showing me that I have 192 mins of talk time. I'm thinking to myself, that can't be right.

That's 2 mins & :03 secs more than what I have totaled. So I go online and do a "Chat" with one of their reps. This is what I found out. Say for instance, 1:01 of talk time = 2 mins. Incoming calls that I don't answer are deducted from my mins. Going back to what I said previously to start, my very first cell phone was a Tracfone and I can remember that I wasn't charged for mins. that I didn't use. That seems fair, right? So if that's the case, then it's damn sure unfair to charge me mins that I'm not actually using, and again, right? I can't understand what's happened from back in the cellphone days till now but I was told after I chatted with one or two of their reps. that it was how the service is or calculated. I was totally appalled and very disappointed in a company that I've been with since cellphones began. The way it makes me feel is like I'm not getting what I'm paying for and I'm being taken advantage of. (Ripped Off).

When I call my "old" #, it is not in service, so logic says they should be able to restore it, but they say they can't. They sold it to me, they deactivated it & any reputable business would attempt to correct their error. I've received one call on the new #: debt collector trying to get me to pay my CC bill. I have no credit card & TracFone has given me the # of a deadbeat! I'm old enough that when people call me & hear my phone is not in service, they will think I'm dead. Thank you, TracFone!

Now after three months they don't do double at all. They say now I don't have a double min. phone. :( Now I can't get into my account at all and they say I have to update it first. I can't get into it to update... Then they hung up on me while I wait for a so call supervisor. :( Terrrible service. I hate it... Now I need a different company. Any suggestions?

I have a TracFone that works everywhere so upon my recommendation my sister purchased one. She purchased it for Maine (where she lives) but she tried to activate it in Okeene OK (where I live). It didn't activate. So we asked customer service if she had to activate it in Maine. After 30minutes the rep sent me back to the website to do what I already had done and when it didn't work she just said, "sorry." My question was NEVER answered. I guess the answer is, the phone won't work.

I purchased an LG from a shopping network and the SIM card never worked. I was sent a new SIM card. It did not work. I then was sent a FedEx package to return the phone and cards to TracFone fulfillment center which I did. These people have been total jerks. They DO NOT want to give me a new phone OR return my money. I heard one guy tell me how he was going to get the phone returned to me. I did as I was told and followed the directions. Then they ask for this number next time another number. I have tried to work with them. I called them NUMEROUS times. I had an agent tell me, "Did you know you called us X number of times." YUP and you have my phone AND my money so buy your own lunch.

I want either a NEW phone that works or my money returned. It really doesn't take an Einstein to figure that out; believe you me the TracFone is HORRIBLE with their customer service. They lie, they rip people off, and then a person isn't suppose to get mad. When they're backed in a corner and basically too stupid to answer a question they tell you how they're going to release the call and hang up. Try their customer service you will wait AT LEAST 20 mins and get absolutely nowhere with these idiots. Furthermore, I think they're from a different country because they are immensely difficult to understand YET ALONE ATTEMPT to reason with.... Their brains are like a train just on a single track and nothing can be added if you tried.

I am so disappointed in this experience and with this company. Out of all honesty, TracFone has been a HORRIBLE company to deal with. Buy locally and do NOT deal with these dumb idiots... My Blood pressure escalated to an atrociously high number dealing with this business. VERY RUDE, VERY BULL HEADED. There was a few people who were an asset to TracFone but the majority... should be doing something that has nothing to do with Customer Service or take lessons on how to deal with clients. RIDICULOUS the low level of customer service etiquette. This is a definite and accurate review. I have never had to give a company such a low rating. If there would be a -5 this company would receive it. They are atrocious and steal.

I had 2 TracFone and both had over 1k minutes and 1 was deactivated for no reason so I called them and couldn't get any help. They play this game where they ask for a long list of info & then keep transferring (for hours!) Hoping you'll give up. They also go quiet for a long time hoping you'll hang up but don't fall for it or you'll start all over. I got off that call with nothing resolved only to discover they deactivated my 2nd TracFone. I've spent 10 hrs on the phone in 2 days and nobody will reactivate my account, tell me what happened & one I had had for 20 yrs. Asking for a manager or corporate is a joke-you can tell that they too play the game of let's see how to get rid of this call by transferring them to lots of people who will do nothing and transfer you some more.

I've never seen such rude, unhelpful, & unethical customer service in my life. They seem to care nothing about fixing this problem even though what they've done is fraud, you can't just deactivate service, steal minutes and say, "Tough luck". Right now I have 2 phones that I can't use & $200 worth of minutes gone. I would definitely not recommended TracFone. This has been a nightmare!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J7 on Walmart Family Mobile and I have never had my time and money wasted like this in years. After getting the phone, I relocated about a hundred miles. This was almost 4 weeks later. Upon arriving at my destination I noticed I had no data and no signal. No texts, no calls. I went to the local Walmart with my receipt and was told I couldn't exchange it because it had been more than 15 days. I wasn't aware of this and assumed it would be an easy transaction having my receipt in hand and only wanting an exchange for a Straight Talk phone. Well those 100 miles made all the difference. I was S. O. L. so they put me on the phone with a rep from the company (at the counter) who provided no real info or help.

I called TracFone AND THIS IS THE PAINFUL PART. I called their 1-800 number and was tossed around between their operators like a rag doll. At this point, I was asking for a simple unlock code, because I owned the phone outright-and by law they must provide me with one. I waited 21 minutes the first time; only to be kicked right back to the main prompt. Another 12 minutes of waiting to be told I'd have to be transferred. Another half hour of waiting to be greeted by the unlocking department where I after giving him all my info ie; imei number, phone number, zip code, etc. That took about ten minutes of him apologizing that it was taking so long, checking to see if he could do it and after that he said I had to own the phone for a year to be able to unlock it. I'm pretty sure if you own a phone outright you may unlock it so as not to be held captive by any one carrier. I may be wrong.

They couldn't help me in any way, even by switching my zip code. It was an area they do not cover. No refund, no unlock. No nothing. The worst part to me though - when he said I'd have to turn my phone on for the zipcode change. As I powered it on he asked me if I had service. I said that I didn't because I wasn't going to buy another service plan because the phone didn't work. That's right. He didn't even check it out first using the zipcode of my new town. He said "for me to be able to update your phone for your new town, you will have to purchase a service plan." To which I replied "Are you sure the towers carry your signal there"? He told me I could pay using a credit card and he would refund me if it didn't (not having even checked yet). After much time and energy at the so-called "refund center" nothing could be done for me. Hours of nothing, for nothing. Cost analysis as flows: 154.00. Time-3.5 hours=45.00

I went on their website and got an agent to answer my questions as how to block unwanted calls... Well forget it. You have to install an app and then enter the phone number of the unwanted call to block the call. There are a couple of problems with this, she gets numerous calls every day from telemarketers and she is not likely to remember to manually block the call by entering the number in an APP let alone remembering how to do it. The agent was rude and offered no other explanation for the obscene volume of telemarketing calls she gets other than "we don't sell numbers"! Yeah right. Look at all these negative reviews. This company TOTALLY ripped me off, I have a plan that allows me to triple my minutes when I add them to the phone, it also X amount of text messages and also X about of GB access to the internet. I noticed my text messages were going down very quickly and wondered why, I'm not a teenager texting a massive amount of people, I normally text only one person a day and that may be an exchange sending 5 texts to them and receiving 5 back. When I looked at my quantity of text before and after ONE day I noticed something odd, the amount of texts went down considerably, more than 5 text or even 10 text, confused I looked to talk to someone at TracFone.

First of all, this company does NOT make it easy to talk to a human being, you call and have to go thru a bunch of number pressing to get a human being, once you do you feel like you're calling a foreign country where the English there isn't as spoken if you were born in the USA, the customer service is inferior, I believe this is done on purpose, as if you're calling on your phone, you are burning up minutes you paid for, trying to get help. First they told me I get charged 30 cents a minute for TEXTING, then I said, "What? Never heard of paying per minute for texts." Then she said she made a mistake. At a certain point all confused by talking to an employee that really didn't seem to have any clue why I was calling and what they were talking about. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she transferred me to an automated system that clearly wasn't a supervisor picking up the phone to assist one of their PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I then went to their website hoping I could chat online with customer service, it showed it was available, but when I clicked the icon to chat online, nothing happened. They say chatting online is available, but do not give you the ability to actually do so. Total scam there. I then thought, maybe I can send them an email for assistance. No emails. This company wants you to handwrite or type them a letter and mail it to their address in Florida. This is 2018 and they want me to type a letter and mail it to them instead of sending an email??? What would be the purpose of not offering the ability to email??? DELAYED CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCONVENIENCE SO YOU DROP YOUR COMPLAINT AND NOT COMPLAIN.

This company does everything it seems to take my money, especially extra minutes off my phone for phone calls I never made. Then I thought, maybe I can just go to a physical location, I'm in the Chicagoland area, that shouldn't be to hard right??? WRONG. There is no physical location in Chicagoland area. You can not talk to an employee that works for TracFone, they do not exist. So I am left with a phone that is taking my money more quickly than it should, customer service that doesn't speak and understand fluent english well enough to assist be efficiently so I'm not burning through minutes I am paying them to call them on their phone.

If I had this to do again, with the experience of disappearing minutes, disappearing text quantity of texts I never made, I would never have done business with TracFone. It is a scam, lack of proper efficient assistance and no ability to send emails, no ability to chat online, only way to really contact them is by placing a stamp on an envelope and sending them a letter... This is 2018!!! No real way to properly communicate with them without burning big time on minutes because the employees are horrible. Maybe this is the whole plan, which is why they do not offer online chat or accept emails. Avoid this company, once my minutes disappear I will be going to a company that is more reputable, unless they fix their ways and start offering the ability to talk to employees online and via email, where I am not paying them to communicate with them about my account.
