I am so happy both with the customer service and also the actual quality of the phone service. Everyone I’ve talked to at Pure talk has been friendly and helpful. The phone service is flawless and I have way better signal strength and data than I had with Verizon or T-Mobile.

I checked with PT before I purchased a phone to use and PT told me it was compatible for your service. I signed up for service and for the second time (I tried to sign up 2 yrs. ago), it was not delivered. I could neither call out nor receive calls. So I will not recommend nor try your service again. I only wanted to support a vet-owned company and am very disappointed that I am not able to do that. The phone number you assigned me was **.

Very difficult to get help, phone gets disconnected continuously, making it more difficult to get assistance. Not happy at all with service. Second phone is still not working. Not sure what I will do at this point. I was charged for Sims cards I didn't need. You have not lived up to your great advertising. I left a company that I had been with for 20 years expecting everything that you advertised that your company would provide. I guess I am the fool and now I must decide if I wish to continue. At this point I'm afraid to call to even try to get the second phone up to speed.

So far I have been very pleased with the three lines serviced by Pure Talk. I have had only minor usually user error issues that were swiftly resolved. Most pleased that Pure Talk has performed as advertised. The money I have “saved” switching to Pure Talk goes to Tunnel for Towers and Wounded Warriors.

After checking my banking system, I determined that my bill, which is on an auto-pay system had not been paid on the 11th of the month. I called to enquire the possible reason(s) this had not been completed. I spoke with 'Fred' one of your representatives. He immediately addressed the issue, and resolved it to my satisfaction, and in a manner that allowed "closure" me and PureTalk. Well done.

Our phone service has improved dramatically since switching from T-mobile. We don't have dropped calls anymore, and reception is great! Phone support has been great as well! The operators are helpful and so nice. I highly recommend people switch to Pure Talk to save a lot of money and get great service.

I like the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Also the website is simple and access is easy. Because of these attributes, it motivates me to use my phone more than I normally would. I'm no longer a Puretalk customer because texts and voicemails were often a day late. Please quit sending me emails. I am an ATT customer, as bad as I hate AT&T. I needed timely messaging so I quit Puretalk.

Overall, PureTalk is a great value for the money. However, there are more dead spots close to home than Verizon (my previous provider) and service becomes minimal anytime in a crowd, like in a gym or arena at a sporting or music event, to the point where I have to be on wifi to use my phone as it seems that bandwidth gets "squeezed" by users of primary cell providers. With the upcoming solar eclipse, I have to plan on not having cell service so I'm not sure how long I'll be able to stay with PureTalk long-term.

I switched to Pure Talk after being with a major phone company for 22 years. They advertised themselves well and after maybe 3 years now, I've had nothing but excellent service! I actually cannot tell the difference between Pure Talk's service and the major phone company. However, I sure can tell the savings each month. It is remarkable to get good service and save money. The other company tried their best to lure me into staying but I was determined. I sure enjoy the savings I've seen!

I have good coverage except at my daughter's home. Sometimes it works but most the time the phone service cuts out. Can hear off & on & it is the same for the person I'm talking to. We were told that we had good coverage at her home but she was going to be part of a family plan thru you & she changed to someone else because of the trouble she was having. Granddaughter is still on plan with me but she has some problems as well. Wish that problem could get straightened out.

Not everything that I'm unhappy about it is on PureTalk. 1. The phone I chose doesn't have all the features of my past phone. 2. The service isn't quite the same as my previous company. 3. The company that handles your protection has been difficult to work with. 4. I'm used to getting a free phone every few years but you don't do that.

I have really never had any problems with Pure Talk. I have only had to call support a few times, but the problem was fixed in a single call. I would have to say that they are the BEST!!! I would highly recommend Pure Talk to anyone as I have in the past.

For the most part I'm very happy with my PureTalk service. However, I have had numerous issues with MMS messaging outside of iMessage. I have been unable to send picture messaging to anyone outside of iMessage. Any time I try my phone tells me that I need to enable MMS messaging, which is already enabled. I've researched the issue and haven't found any solutions. I've also noticed that my phone will randomly go into SOS mode for no reason. It'll stay in this mode for up to a half hour and then magically get service again. Again, overall I'm happy. If I could even one of these issues resolved, I'd be even happier.

I fix the PT coverage to be at least equal to that of ATT’s if not better but not quite as good as Verizon’s which I gave up for PT. I have no regrets except that I’d like to be the new customer who gets a new phone at signup. Can we make some arrangement?

Best cell service I've ever had! I recently drove from Virginia to Florida. No dead zones, no dropped calls. If you do contact them, you may be surprised to find their employees speak perfect English and explain everything thoroughly. Bought a new iPhone from PureTalk at the same price as the Apple store. I'm currently saving $ 30 per month vs Verizon for unlimited talk and text.

I have been a AT&T customer for the last 5 years. I don't live in the US all year but when I return I purchase 2 At&T sims cards for my wife and I from the local at&t store. The time expended was always aggravating, and the cost was expensive. The service was from countries outside of the US, and difficult to understand. And then I heard your ad on Mark Levin and I decided to try the service. Wow, Strong signal, more data, US English spoken and for less money, more than 50% less! In May I will be back in the US and will definitely be a PureTalk customer. I recommend this cellular service to everyone. Thank you for providing competition in the market place. I wish you much success and don't sell out we need you!!!!

I really enjoy the low monthly cell phone bill. But where I live the service is a bit spotty, I have to reset my phone when I leave home or it won't let me make/receive calls, they are just dropped. I can't get text messages with pictures when I'm home either. I have to go outside and turn off wifi and then MAYBE I will get them or I have to wait until I'm in town. :( This gets frustrating. I can only get calls when using wifi. If my wifi is down then I can't use my phone at all. :(

My experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Multiple calls made have netted me a new phone that is locked apparently thru my own ineptness and mistakes when trying to follow set directions emailed to me by PureTalk Customer Svc during a phone conversation in which I was requesting help to get my new device onboarded. The call was lost and a return call never received as stated would happen if the call were to be lost thus the rep gets your call back number. After calling on 3/12/24 and having no success the CSR gave me Samsung's number and directed me to call them which I did. I was told that if they could not help we would have to see about getting a new phone sent.
The call to Samsung accomplished nothing other than to add to my level of frustration. The individual I had the good fortune of getting on the phone with could not get the phone unlocked either. During yet another call to Pure Talk I learn that a refund would not be issued if the warehouse cannot unlock the unit which seems to me that if there are people with the intellect to perform the unlock the knowledge would be shared and available to others but apparently this is not the case.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with PureTalk. I've saved a ton of money without paying the high prices of AT&T while still using AT&T towers, so what's not to love? I'm on one of the lowest plans and still have unlimited internet and calling. I used to pay a ton when I was with Verizon, especially all the little fees that added up, which PureTalk doesn't have any extra fees. Fees. What they tell you you're going to pay is what you pay and never a penny more. I really like that.

You can look at my record and see how much I use your service. It is not much. I like it. It is there when I want to use it. I was just out of the country for 5 months returning today. I have been doing this for about 14 years. I am still required to pay for a service I can not use for 5 months of the year. The cost is not breaking me buy is not being used.

We really like the service provided but our concern is with the signal strength. I live in the city of Billings Montana. And we normally only have 1 bar of service. Many times my wife’s phone will not receive my call or texts the service was better when we first got the service. We had more coverage. I had better service in the entire dessert of Iraq during the war using $35 flip phones and a by monthly service plan offered by Iraqi phone company. I’m talking full bar service for the entirety of Iraq many miles of dessert. We believe that service is purposely being blocked here in the city of Montana. Thank you. I support PureTalk 100%. This is our only complaint. We have service on 3 phones. Tommy **, Terra ** and our adult disabled daughter Kayla **. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my concerns. I've tried many times to resolve the signal problem with my PureTalk service on the iPhone XR. Nothing has made the POOR SIGNAL any better. I've reset the network settings. Checked with PureTalk and been told about AT&T having a tower out...blah, blah, blah... I don't think PureTalk really cares whether I can ACTUALLY use my phone in my home or not.

I’m so glad I switched to PureTalk five months ago. The service is on par with the big provider I used for the previous 17 years and their customer service is light years ahead. If you need to talk to support you’ll get somebody who is easy to understand as pleasant to talk to. All for half the cost of that big provider I used to use. And it’s a company I feel good doing business with. My only regret is not switching sooner.

I am a senior with AMAC. They said I am eligible for a discount. Every time I talk to PureTalk they seem to be in a daze. I'm also getting data usage warnings all the time. I would like to speak to someone who is interested in helping with these issues.

My internet service in Naples, Florida is absolutely horrible, and I'm highly considering another service provider. My coworker has another service provider and his internet coverage is flawless. Whenever I try to visit a page, it usually "times" out.

I subscribed for service with a "free" cell phone. I returned the phone as I couldn't get it to work. Your rep said you would replace it. But I never received another phone from you, but am still paying $37 a month for service. This happened last Sept. I don't really need the $35 service. But I ordered it to get the free cell phone.

Hot spot service not working at our home. I don’t think it is good business, that customers have to pay for a service you are not providing. I would gladly take a refund for the loss of hot spot service. Never did receive refund for phones traded in. I gave up trying to talk to someone. On hold for literally hours. Then the “will call you back in 48 hours" never happened. Horrible customer service!!!

I opened a third line and purchased a new iPhone 13 from Pure Talk. I activated the phone with Sim card you mailed to me but it stopped working after a few days. I received some help from Rosa but she could not help and told me to contact Apple. Apple said phone not repairable. Pure Talk now states I have to mail back phone before you will send a new phone. This is an unsympathetic treatment of a good customer, losing at least a week of service. Unnecessary cruel.

I have found it impossible to reach a live Customer Service Rep the two times that I really needed answers - while temporarily having only “SOS service”. Permanent hold - while listening to PureTalk advertising - has been my experience. Then to get a survey like this - weeks after trying several times to connect with PureTalk - is unsatisfactory.

Love the people, most helpful. Love the price. They took a lot of time explaining things to my wife, exactly what to do and when to do it when she left Verizon. She cut her phone bilI, by 60%. I contacted PureTalk long time ago about why my eSIM does not work when my phone is compatible with it. I even took extra steps to contact the phone manufacture and they say to contact you. No one got back to me. I am very disappointed about the customer service.

I've only had one service issue and that was after a major hurricane in south Louisiana. Most of the cell towers were damaged, so there were no voice calls. All of my friends and family were able to text each other, but not me. After a call to customer service I was able to text again, after I reset the network settings. I came to Pure Talk with an existing phone (iPhone10) and the transfer was seamless and quick.
I recently purchased a new iPhone (14 ProMax) from Pure Talk and that process was seamless and quick as well. My issue with this, the phone was too large for my liking and by the time I wanted to exchange it, it would have been beyond the return window. Also, the phone prices had dropped like a week after I bought it. What with the return timeline and price difference of the newer models, I've sort of soured on the company, but am happy of the service I receive.

You tell me that ATT has to change the ID that shows on our phone to people we call. BUT an ATT Supervisor told us that it is Puretalk that must change it. You are our carrier not ATT. You can change this for us. ATT said it is up to Puretalk to make this change, not them. They said every other company they work with does the change themselves.

The only problem I have with PureTalk is the voicemail for Androids. You can't get the visual voicemails that are dictated out for you. The technology is very old. You have to call in for your voicemails and prompt to save, delete, etc. When asked about it PureTalk employees said the iPhone technology isn't available for Androids and that's not true because we've had Verizon and ATT and the Android phones were able to get the visual voicemails. I'd like to see PureTalk catch up on technology.

I've enjoyed having Pure Talk for a cell service. However pure talk missed the mark when Daylight Savings Time came around on Daylight Savings Day which was Sunday of course. My mother needed to go to church, I have my service at home, and her phone did not change time in order to for her alarm to go off on time to wake her For church properly. Our phones did not change over until noontime. This really should not happen with a phone company these days. Your phone company should be sophisticated enough that you should be able to have your phone system change either at midnight or at the 2 AM time change that it should have happened at so that people going to church would not be late going to church. Furthermore, those that are going to work would need to go to work on time as well. As she put it she was a nurse and she would hate to have been late to work.

I have had PureTalk for under 2 months. So far, I am pleased. I have, however, had occasional poor receptivity/clarity on FaceTime calls. The Customer Service has been, to date, wonderful! Unfortunately, while we are very satisfied with the customer communications and interface provided by PureTalk, the cell service at our location, ** is very poor. On average, only 50% of the calls we dial are completed on the first dial, and calls are constantly interrupted due to poor coverage. We are in a main area of town and there is no reason that this should be occurring in our neighborhood.

You advertise that all plans include hotspot. Why doesn't my hotspot work? Every month right before I renew my data slows way down? Why, I've called several times. You also advertise a free phone but I am stuck using an outdated phone that I am still paying you for. The price was so high.

I have no complaints at all. My service has been very good. I use my phone to access Sirius Satellite Radio that features conservative talk shows. It is somehow synced with my vehicle. Since I am retired, the less expensive monthly fee has been beneficial. I do not like having a phone "attached" to my body. I decided to obtain one only to make myself available 24/7, for my elderly Mother, who has since passed away Dec.19, 2023.

I am mostly pleased with Pure Talk. I am now able to use my phone inside my house. With my other provider I had to be outside for ALL my calls. My main problem is that I am only allowed a text group of 10 and my prayer chain group is quite a bit larger than that. Can I have my texting group enlarged?

Tech support was great in helping me with my new sim card in getting my phone working again. However, it does not work like when my old sim card was in. I have an Android 11 and since I put the new sim card in I cannot use the internet when I am driving. Before with the old sim card I could connect anywhere I went, regardless of where I was, driving, at a store, or at someone's house and now it will not connect. Some friends' houses I go to it will connect automatically, others I have to put the password in. I bought my phone 2 years ago and I don't want to buy a new phone. One tech support person said I would have to get a new phone because Pure Talk only supports Android 12 and up now. Another tech person said I should not have to get a new phone. My phone does not update anymore. My husband and I love our service, but not the fact that we should have to buy a new phone every 2 years.

My daughter was being harassed and stalked by unknown individuals. When asked to give her a new number, I was given the runaround. This resulted in three phone conversations with support, all with different answers and no help. I had to cancel my service and go to another carrier. PureTalk offered no help to protect my children.

Mobile data speed randomly slows down making internet searches difficult or impossible. Usually voicemail is accessed without a password. Randomly voicemail prompts for a password. What is my voicemail password? Text messages are randomly delayed. Text messages are sometimes displayed only after mobile data is turned on. I called Pure talk support and did not receive an answer to the voice mail password issue. PureTalk tech support updated my phone home screen with something titled "Voice mail activities received". What is that?

As a whole my experience was great with PureTalk itself, but unfortunately in my own home and traveling in the US, unless I was near a really large city most of the time I had one bar of service and at most two. I use my phone to call pastors, and I had a lot of dropped or garbled phone calls. This is why I switched to another carrier. My wife just got a newer phone and we had the same issues. iPhone XS Max and IPhone 13 Pro Max.

I have been a PureTalk customer for a number of years now. The coverage has been excellent. There has never been a time that I couldn’t receive or send a call. We've found service has been of a very high quality of availability. We do travel somewhat over the eastern part of the US and have been continually able to make our calls. We are also glad to find now that we can make calls to Canada and stay in touch with friends there.

The insurance you have STINKS! When I was with the other carriers I could call them and talk to a human being. It is too difficult to jump through all the hoops. I had to buy a new phone. I will not be using the insurance again! I have always liked PureTalk but will not waste money on the insurance.

I called with an inquiry and was on hold for close to half an hour. I ended up hanging up and not calling back. I have never had 5g on my phone since beginning my service and there seem to be many dead zones in my area. I use my phone for music streaming and GPS, especially when I go hiking. When the service goes offline, I lose my maps and music. I believe there are more Verizon towers in New York State than AT&T. Also, I would like to know when my phone will be paid off and how much if any my bill will go down.

They were very patient and detailed oriented and gave clear step by step instructions on solving the problem with my phone. They were very helpful. Added my girlfriend as her phone was starting to be finicky in regard to charging. Sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn't. So I saw PureTalk who I already had my service with, was running a free galaxy deal with qualifying plan purchase. I called and was helped easily by expert staff and got her added to my plan and a free phone. Very reasonably. Why give your money to straight talk? Or worse yet... one of the big companies that want to lock you into an awful deal for years? Sure I agreed to the fact that if I cancel my plan within 3 years.
The prorated rate will be charged for the "free" phone. But guess what? I'm gonna be a customer 3 years from now. And barring some kind of unfathomable catastrophic event. I'll be a customer till I really don't need a phone anymore cause I'll be going to see the man upstairs. Expert staff that are friendly and easy to work with. Free devices. Great prices. And a company that gives back to vets and puts some pride back into American service! Love pure talk!

We switched to PureTalk several years ago, we’ve experienced great customer service when we call & an easy website to navigate when setting up a new line. We now pay the same amount for four lines as we did for two lines with Verizon. Very happy with the value & service!

I had a rude awakening when I traveled to Cancun Mexico and found out PureTalk does not provide service in Mexico. This was two years ago so I don't know if that has changed. Overall, I am happy with the cost of my service plan with Pure Talk. I do experience some connectivity issues but when I restart my phone the issue is resolved. I don't know if the issue is my phone or the service.

QUESTIONING PURETALK CONNECTION. Up until about two weeks ago, I bragged about your service, your price and the great deal and value I get. However, over the last couple of weeks my mobile phone internet connectivity and service has declined drastically. Data is extremely slow to load. And at home, failures to connect to my in home wi-fi. This has been regular over the last two weeks or so. Very inconvenient. No other problems with connections in home with other devices. And all methods and procedures to correct phone has been done repeatedly. It's not the phone. So I've only given you three stars, even considering only 2. If I'm not getting what I'm paying for then the rating should be zero.

I've been on PureTalk for probably over 2 years now. I have never had any issues in my area.. Central FL. I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommend it. The price vs. performance is outstanding! The only time I've had issues is in stores etc. where coverage is usually spotty on any network.

Received notice of discontinuation of service due to automatic payment not made. Called Puretalk and no one could access my record. Tried to make payment with 2 different Reps but they couldn't access record. Tried Quickpay and got message that it could not access that TAX record, Called DiscoverCard and found that payment request was never received or would have been paid. Added that to ticket.
All told I spent over 1 hour trying to solve a problem that did not exist anywhere outside of PURETALK, The Reps were great but After all of my effort I had to try to call and find out on the 8 if it had been resolved and the ** number was not usable. I emailed and got a response back that everything was all right. Soooo all staff great. Company computers suck which goes to IT and upper management. Outside of that for a year it was great.

The best thing I can say is I've had no issues. No drop outs, good reception, and no dead spots. The price is way cheaper than the big 3. I am retired and on Social Security and don't need a lot of data in my plan. Pure Talk fits the bill for me.

Once low speed data kicks in the ridiculous speed that you slow it down to is the slowest in the industry basically and then the process of getting it back on is also crazy having to call each time and if you’re closed mind you at 10pm EST even though it used to be 12:00am EST. The fact I can’t reactivate my own low speed data from an app is crazy to me. There is a lot of work to do. You need faster low speed data and an app or some kinda automated process in which to turn my low speed back on because for the money I pay $70 a month for one line I could easily get a different service for the same or lower but I’m trying to stick it out for a while longer but my high speed data only last 3 weeks and then nothing. It’s cold molasses slow for the rest of the time.

It seems I always have to turn my phone onto my home Internet quite often. It keep switching back onto Pure Talk on many occasions. I have the settings on phone set to hook up automatically to home Internet? Not sure why this happens. I currently use T-Mobile wireless Internet and have a good connection. I don't mind using Pure Talk data, but because I'm on a limited plan, my speed can get throttled when I go over my plan's data. Thanks again for checking on this issue for me.

The reason I rate it as good is mostly because the service in our area (small town) could be better. Customer service is average and the Samsung phones could be a better quality for how much we paid! Dealing with Samsung is a totally different matter! You may want to buy Apple phones!

So far I am pretty satisfied with Pure Talk. The only thing that is a concern, I do receive all my text messages but I don't always get notified. I don't think it's the phone because I didn't have that problem when I was with Verizon. I do receive all my calls, it's just once in a while my phone won't vibrate when a text comes in. Any ideas?

The coverage around Idaho Falls is a little inconsistent. Most of the time there’s just 1 or 2 bars. Once in a while there’s 4 bars. The coverage changes drastically from block to block. I can’t always FaceTime my little boy during my lunch break because of this. I know it’s a small city, but I mainly just need my phone for emergencies and the price is right with PureTalk.

My wife and I made the switch from Verizon over a year ago, and now we are working on getting all of our family moved over. While moving my mother-in-law from Verizon, we had to call Verizon who put us on hold for 45 minutes due to an error on their site. However, once we got what we needed and called Pure Talk, they answered the phone immediately and got everything we needed within minutes which was refreshing. I have been and continue to be amazed at every interaction.

I appreciate the service supplied by PT. Heard recently that Verizon was down, PT was down a couple weeks ago but came back in the afternoon. I really appreciate the price as compared to Verizon as my prior service with one cell, PT is half with now my 2 cell phones. Great going PT.

It took more than a week and several hours on the phone in multiple calls to add my 93 yr. old mother to our account. Plus, the online document showed that her existing Apple phone was compatible. It wasn't and we had to buy a new phone. That also meant moving her information over and some of it was lost. It should not have been that difficult.

I have had Puretalk for over a year and the service has been great. I have used it all across the southeast from Louisiana to Florida and No dropped calls, even while traveling. I had Pure Talk since 2010. And I haven't seen any reason to change or real competition. The new calling from international countries is a real plus for me, because I'm going to start traveling, and changing phones, and dropping those tiny cards while on the move is scary. I hope you add Brazil before June. Thank you for keeping these options affordable, for people who use their cellphones when out in the streets. Me mostly for Ubers.

Love the cost and even opted to pay slightly higher thinking it might get me fast more clear service. I’m not super thrilled with the clarity. In my home office which has line of sight to my router, everyone complains that my phone is choppy and broken up even though I’m supposedly running on AT&T bands. My AT&T service was much clearer but stupid expensive so when I make calls I grab my pad and pen and walk either outside or next to my router. Just not great clarity.

I would say that Pure Talk has done its job in keeping me fairly mobile since I left Verizon. My main complaint with my experience as a whole, is my bill. I started at $28 per month for one line on the 5 gig plan. Then with no warning and no explanation it went up to $30. Since then it creeps up a few cents a month. I know prices across the nation are rising, but when I signed up with Pure Talk, I was of the understanding that it was a lock in deal like Straight Talk, Patriot or Mint. I don't think I would have felt as frustrated with a single rise if I would have received a heads up or an explanation. However, I received none.
Additionally, the fact that it keeps creeping up a few cents a month makes me wonder if it will ever stop and what I will be paying once it does. I don't think that is right. Overall, I usually have decent signal. Oh and I forgot one other thing. I'm not sure if this has to do with Pure Talk or if it's my phone but there are times it will drop a call in the middle, won't call out or won't send a text. With my bill continuing to rise I feel like this shouldn't be an issue (An issue I've only had since I switched to straight talk) and yes, I do have a compatible phone.

Had tech help me 3 days in a row, but we could not fix the problem. Phone kept going in access point names back to MNVO eReseller even after I moved it to PureTalk reseller and turned the phone off. The phone would do this on its own and still will not send picture messages very good.

Pure Talk is the best phone service I have had through the years. I am a senior and appreciate the value. I have researched the other companies that target seniors, and you pay more for a comparable service from the competition. I live in a rural area and my service works great. With my previous provider, I had to go out on the porch to talk. Customer service was good as well.

For my area, the cell coverage is average at best even in and around Omaha, NE. It gets worse as you move outside of the metro. The price for the data plan and having a phone is not what I expected and if I would of known you were piggybacking on AT&T network I would have asked for a cheaper per month rate.

If I thought anyone cared I’d go to the trouble of describing my experience. I was given misinformation prior to a trip to Mexico and when I called customer service (oh yeah, sometimes 611 works and sometimes it doesn’t I was told), I was told that it was my problem, not Puretalk’s problem and one of the “customer service” persons said “Yeah, we’re just getting the run around”!!!!! We have had PureTalk for quite some time now, and have been very satisfied with our service. The coverage has been excellent. We would definitely recommend PureTalk to everyone we know. Everyone we know uses the other carriers and are paying a fortune and the service is not as good. I have noticed that I cannot access web pages away from home and my modem, even when I show 4 bars in my 5G. Why is that? It is strange that I have no problem with GPS when away from home but can't access the internet. I should be able to access the internet anywhere. I am very happy with service at home with my internet provider.

I love my service, however, last August I was traveling through Pennsylvania and didn’t have service at all. I was depending on the GPS on my phone to direct me. I got lost and had to purchase a road atlas to direct me to where I needed to go. That is the only trouble that I have experienced with my service. Where I live and any direction I go locally. I do not have a problems.

I was having trouble with my phone receiving calls and text. I was told that it was no longer supported by the network and that I needed a new phone. I am still using the same phone over a year later. The problem was with the main carrier doing service work.

I called to add the $10 Apple Watch cellular service. Explained to person who answered my 611, went through all my info, she then transferred me. Guy who answered asked for all my info, then said he would have to transfer me. I asked if I would have to AGAIN give all my info and when he said yes, I disconnected the call. Ridiculous!!

Aside from wanting to smash my phone from time to time I am pretty happy with the phone service from PureTalk. With boost I had a 35 gigabyte hotspot. I miss that. There are times when my data is choppy and slow but that is primarily terrain obstructions.

Have had a great experience so far. Was a Verizon customer for many years but have no interest in going back. Plan to stay with Pure Talk for a while. It's been very good so far. I recommend Pure Talk to all my friends. Prices are very reasonable. Have not had any problems with the company. My phone has issues at times but the phone is about 6 years old or somewhere around there.

Finally, cell service without the ridiculous (and ever increasing) price tag plus 'fees'. It's about time small companies take on large corporate companies who don't care about their customers and think it's perfectly okay to over inflate their prices and tack on 'service fees'. Let competition reign. I have the same service as I did with AT&T, but at a quarter of the cost and better customer service. The customer service with PureTalk has been superb and the agents don't sound as if they're reading from a script when I need an answer from them.

Our phones went on DST which is wrong for Arizona. Had a hard time correcting the setting. My husband has a 928 prefix (Arizona) and his also went on DST. NOT happy about that. When we had ** it didn't change. Please note this problem for the future when DST ends. Other than that we're satisfied with Pure Talk.

Unlimited data means unlimited data not a 5000 or 10,000 or 100,000 minute limit. It means unlimited. There should be no circumstance at which any of my lines should have to deal with their cell service being cut off so they cannot communicate. Under any circumstances unlimited means unlimited. I should not have to request additional minutes when I have an unlimited plan.
You also advertise American customer representatives. Several times I have spoken with someone and there is a language barrier making your Customer Service completely unsatisfactory. And now I have run into a problem today where I am unable to reset the minutes on one of my lines so even after I contact customer service one of my cell phones is completely useless. Not what I’m paying you for. I feel like you owe me my money back for this month and last month, because you cut off my cell service to one of my lines unlimited means unlimited. You have advertised falsely. That is fraud.

I may be old fashioned, but Pure Talk is a breath of fresh air. It's a pleasure to deal with a United States-based cellphone company staffed with knowledgeable, English-speaking customer service representatives. Typically, Pure Talk's employees are readily available to help answer questions / find solutions to problems. Other firms would do well to follow Pure Talk's example, rather than out-sourcing customer service functions to third-world Pacific-Rim countries where people hired are often barely able to speak understandable English.

We had to set up my phone to recognize pure talk signal. She the tech that was helping me stayed with me till everything was working. She was very patient and helpful; I really appreciate her efforts and final success with helping me. I was totally disappointed with customer service experience. I was charged for early termination even though I did everything to return the equipment within the promotion period. Followed up with many representatives and repeated myself over and over again. Totally dis-satisfied with how my situation was handled by Pure Talk.

I highly recommend Pure talk.... The service is great & I have never lost a signal no matter where I have been!!! I am so happy to not have to deal with mega companies with my cell service.... So very happy with this company!!! My brother whose job takes him thru the mountain areas of 3 states recommened to me.. The price is great & an American company & He told me he has never lost service while in the mountainous areas.

I was excited to try PureTalk after it being recommended to me by a podcaster that I listen to. It sounded appealing to try a company that apparently uses the same cell phone towers as the big companies use and saving money on my monthly bill. But to be quite honest, my service (referring to my signal, not customer service, which is good) is worse than it was with Verizon or AT&T. I use my cellphone as a means to make a living with driveshare apps and it is essential for me to have perfect signal at all times. My signal drops out all the time and I find myself always having to restart my phone to regain or search for a signal. If I had to rate my signal consistency from 1 to 10 it would be a 2 or 3. Hopefully you will improve your service area soon, as I am running out of patience. Thank you.

Everything works great accept for the cellphone signal itself. The signal at my home is typically only one bar and the quality of connection when I use the phone for calls is a bit weak. Other than that - the service is GREAT! My texts go through quickly and the internet works well on the phone most of the time - sometimes when not on WiFi it can be slow and sluggish.

My husband and I signed up for international cell service while in Spain on 2/10 or 11 (depending on your time zone). I never had access to service while there and according to your technicians I used all cellular data by the 12th. That isn't accurate, but they appear to be the final word. The service never worked. My husband was not able to make any calls with his and I don't know if he attempted to use internet or apps. - Several phone calls and no return calls, plus the denial of being given a refund has left us dissatisfied with your international service.

We love our PureTalk and tell all of our friends about it! The pricing, service coverage, and the ability to change my plan as the need arises, are all reasons that we love our PureTalk. The "big" name phone services cannot really compete with PureTalk. I have never experienced a "dropped" call with PureTalk and highly recommend this phone service provider.

My SIM card suddenly stopped working resulting in my phone not being able to send or receive calls or texts. There was no guidance on your website on what to do. And I was disappointed there was no chat function. I had to borrow a work colleague's phone to call to speak to someone. I was advised to order a replacement SIM card. The instructions that arrived with the SIM were for activating new service & did not work to activate a replacement SIM. Again I was unable to call or chat with someone to identify the problem. I emailed your help support and they advised me I need to call as replacement SIMs cannot be activate on your website. I didn't have a alternate phone to call, so I had to wait another day for my husband to return from his business trip to have access to a phone.

When I switched to PureTalk I didn’t experience any change from what I previously had except that I was saving a lot of money each month. One of the nicest feelings is that I know that the company is made up of Vets and patriotic people. It was great that my husband and I got to keep our original numbers.

Overall, I would recommend PureTalk. We have saved money which was one of the main reasons we switched over. The coverage and dependability was as good as our old service. The customer service has been mixed for me. When we did the change over it end up being quite a process (but we did have eight devices). Also, sometimes I have had one customer service person tell me something and then it is contradicted by someone else. I also wish there was a way to contact customer service through the website by email. I would prefer to just send an email instead of calling.

Love the price for the plans. Especially love the US based customer service, Not that I have to talk to customer service often but when I do it is nice to hear US based support. A** network at a fraction of the cost. Plus there are now watch plans. I switched my whole family from the high priced top 3 companies. No one is sorry they switched.

I had Verizon and am opposed to their politics, but coverage was far better than Puretalk. Not going back, but whatever towers Puretalk uses are sub-standard. The service with Puretalk is first rate and commendable. English as a first language is a big help with tech support, also.

My problem with Puretalk is I can't receive or send pictures unless I'm home with my wifi. I never had this problem with my previous network. Can you fix this problem. I hate waiting more than hour to get customer service.

When I called to inquire about service for my cell phone, your customer service staff was extremely helpful and polite. It is difficult to receive polite these days. Transferring my service was very easy using an eSim. I have been happy with my service and am glad to no longer be giving my silent nod to AT&T's donations to causes I do not believe in.

I was a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years but when the takeover of America by big corporations became so blatant I switched all of my business to local and veteran owned when possible. Compared to my past account with Verizon (I still have 2 devices with them) the cell service is greatly reduced in my area. In order to access internet efficiently in front of house I need to turn off cell service & access Wi-Fi very close to house where signal is strong. I just tested this at 3/11/2024 @ 2:40pm PAC. I have 1 out of 4 bar of cell svc. My son has a GIZMO/verizon svc & he’ll have cell svc when I do not. Since this is a child device call parent/gps tracker only this is a HUGE issue. Please confirm. We have had PureTalk for about 3 years now. We have been very pleased with the service. The price is very reasonable. Also, we have only had to call with a question/or to get help on our accounts a few times, but every time we have called we have gotten someone we could understand - which is VERY nice! The representatives are always very nice and very helpful.

I was happy with the service when I first got it. For the past 2 yrs I have not been able to use my Hotspot and I called in for help and was told it was a Samsung issue. But Samsung says it is not them and that you have told several of your customers the same thing. So I have an issue with the dishonesty of your company.

I love Pure Talk because I never have service interruptions & love having my bill be lower than it ever has been with other carriers. I love how easy it all is - the only thing I wish I could do differently is be able to pay my bill direct from my checking instead of using a Debit card.

I have no complaints about my service or its cost. Whenever another company asks me about my service and its cost, and I tell them, they have nothing more to say. My Pure Talk serves as a backup when my internet service is out of order. I'm glad I have it.

I'm already tired of Pure talk. I went with you because of radio commercials telling me I could get my service for $20 and I even get a free hot spot. The $20 a month plan dragged too much so I had to increase my bill to the $30 plan. When I used my hot spot one night and it quit working I call and find out I only get about 5 hours of streaming per month. I've only had a hot spot with one carrier years ago and it lasted all month. Then over this past weekend I ran out of data from watching movies on my phone, I've NEVER ran out of data before. But the kicker and the reason I'm going to leave pure talk is because of the pin number I set up when I started my plan. I have never had any help at all from your customer service because I can never remember that pin number. That is a big enough list to leave pure talk. I wish I would had stayed with my previous carrier.

Voice mail does not tell you the time of missed call. Doesn't alert you that you got a call. You only see it by chance later is the display of messages. Mostly Norton adds, or junk mail. Messages. You may find your voice mail there. But with no time or date stamp. Lots of junk mail pops up.

We were looking for an easy and affordable phone service before we retired because we would be on a fixed income. We haven't had any difficulties with it since we switched over to Pure Talk. Overall happy with the system. I am concerned with my two remote 'keys'. They don't always respond to activation. Even while in the house and makes me unsure if I'm protected when I leave. Also wish keys came with a cover to prevent accidental activation.

We can only get one bar in our home so we couldn’t even use pure talk if it wasn’t for WiFi calling. Around town service is only good in spots. We will probably have to switch to another phone service because of this. The price is good and we like that Prue Talk is a Woke company.

We sometimes have a difficult time with dropping calls in our home. We wish the coverage in our home was more dependable. Since we do not have a landline the cell coverage in our home is important. When we were with Verizon the coverage in our home seemed more dependable. Other than this issue we have been happy with our Pure Talk subscription.

Pure Talk offers wonderful service and has a great coverage area. I drive truck and get service wherever I go. They are helpful and quick to provide customer service if I ever need to call anyone at Pure Talk. The cost of the plan is less than that of other plans. In general, I appreciate the service. It is so nice to have a reputable alternative to a company like Verizon. And the monthly fee is affordable. I have had issues in the past, but most of the time after turning my phone off, then on or updated the software, the problem was solved. Thank you!

I selected Pure Talk, because Candice Owens and Ben Shapiro endorsed it, and it was advertised as great service, but very affordable. In my experience customer service is always very friendly. However, every time I’ve called the ball's put back in my court to resolve the issue. I don’t receive text from my other family members that also use Pure Talk on my account. I have trouble receiving images and I do not get good reception often at my home Even using Wi-Fi.

We have been very pleased with the service and reliability of our Pure Talk phone service. We have been customers for a couple of years, or more. I like the affordable bill but the 5G service is not great. I often at 1-2 bars of LTE and even when my iPhone says I have full bars of 5G the service is really slow and inconsistent. I'm primarily in the Seattle Tacoma area. It's workable as I don’t really use the internet or stream anything other than spotify when I'm away from home wifi but I would consider another service if they offered a lower price because I don’t think the coverage could get any worse.

After I got hacked I immediately called Pure Talk and told the operator what happened and she took all my info and told me to go to the bank and tell them what happened. I had gotten several texts thinking they were from pure talk and some how it was the hacker doing that. Everything got fixed but I received a call from Kady from pure talk and we went through everything that went on and it made me feel better knowing how professional everyone was.

Recently, the credit card I was using had been compromised. After receiving a new card, I called all of the companies I had using auto-pay to update them with the new card information. I failed to remember that Pure Talk should have been included in the update. After, you ran the old card number and it failed to pay the needed amount. I received a very 'threatening' note basically giving me 24 hours to correct the situation or my service would be discontinued. I did not appreciate the tone of the notice nor the time frame given to correct the problem. I nearly terminated my relationship the same day. In fact, I'm still contemplating ending our relationship due to the tone of that message.

I would give a better rating if customer service was more helpful. I started service with Pure Talk just a few months ago. I called in with a promotion and was supposed to get unlimited calling text and data for $35 per month. When I called in for that promotion the rep decided to lower my plan and tried to help me out. She said if I don't use that much data I can have a lesser data plan. Well come to find out I needed more data. When I called in to change my plan I was not allowed to get what I originally asked for. There was a promotion just after the one I used which offered a free phone which I also called about. Once again I was denied proper customer service. I was told I would have to leave Pure Talk and come back to get that promotion. That seems ridiculous. I am paying too much on my newest plan and am very unhappy. Does anyone care? Or is it just about the money?

Have to admit to being a tiny bit worried about the coverage area of PureTalk having been a customer of Spectrum Mobile for many years. Had no issues with them other than their raising of monthly fees, and had no issues with their coverage area or the clarity of calls or calls getting dropped. So the move to a new service was a bit tense. But after one month all anxieties have been washed away. No issues at all on any dimension of service. So thank you, PureTalk. I am a very satisfied, brand new customer.

I am happy with the service, except that on a recent trip to the country of Panama I was not able to use the phone locally. Apparently, you do not have an agreement with overseas companies. My traveling companions have T-Mobile and were able to communicate in Panama. Waiting for your comments.

I love my Pure Talk phone service. I talk it up to all of my friends. They think, if it sounds too good to be true, (which you do sound that way) it probably is a scam. I convinced 2 of my sisters to sign up with you and they love Pure Talk also. The Pure Talk employee who helped us sign up was so nice and understood our lack of technical knowledge. On the map I am at the edge of the 5G range. I thought the 4G would be a little stronger. I do have 1 bar of service but that is on the edge of no service. I Can't make a call with it having 1 bar. I have to use Internet option to make or receive calls and data. When I do travel service is still sketchy at best. In the car with my brother (He uses Verizon) he will have signal and I will have no service in areas. I will probably end service with you when phone is paid off. Until then I guess I'm stuck with you.

I like the company and what it stands for but as a Sr I need lower cost and ability to respond to group texts, so I'm looking at other plans. I can receive group texts, but cannot respond if groups are over 10. The cell signal is typically fine. I also like paying by credit card each month.

My wife can not set up her voice mail to stay and she wants to change her password for voicemail but doesn't know how. I have mine all set up but she can not get hers to set up right. Other than that the phone is great!! Get Puretalk when you want a cell.

I switched to Pure Talk 6 months ago, and have had a wonderful experience. The service is great and there have been no dropped calls. And the best part is that it costs less than half of what I was paying with my previous carrier. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone.

When our contract is finished we will switch back to Verizon. We can talk and text but cannot received emojis or photos. Called several times and you were unable to fix problem. Cannot send you images because our phones will not do that. You are not the same as the big guys as advertise.

When my husband Fred needed to get a new phone, he checked with Pure Talk first, but they were not interested in giving him a good price. So he went to another cell phone company and was able to get a new IPhone 10 at a decent price. Otherwise we are pleased with Pure Talk service, and I still have my phone with Pure Talk.

There is a T-Mobile cell at Happy Inn half way to Kalispell Mt from Libby Mt. It would be nice to have a cell in that area as it is about 70 miles of no coverage. I like the fact that Pure Talk will let me use a credit card to pay for my bill.

I had two different appts set to get assistance setting up my phone. Neither time did the person scheduled to call me ever called at our time. One later reported she tried but left a vm. This was a lie! Then three days later I got a call that my account was going to collections! I wanted to change for cost AND to send money to a company supporting my values. I do not believe you are that company!

I switched from T-Mobile to PureTalk (and before that, I've used other wireless carriers). Best decision I've ever made! Coverage is broad (uses AT&T towers), 5G is still plenty fast, and my bill went down to under $20/line with our AMAC plan since we don't use a ton of data. Since we've switched, PureTalk has thrown in international calling and data roaming (features I paid extra for at T-Mobile). Customer service is great and US-based. I would highly recommend PureTalk to my family and friends!
