My only complaint is text messaging with PureTalk. I have many times not been able to send a text message, group message or multi media message with PT and I have called customer support and have not gotten good results or an answer why they do not go thru. They blame my phone but my phone is 5G and should work fine.

I've been a PT customer for maybe 8yrs. I know you give discounts on phones for new customers to gain their business. Why can't LOYAL customers like myself get a discount on phones also? I'm thinking of switching to a new company just for the phone discount. Remember, you make more money by gaining new customers AND retaining current ones.

I am happy with our service. I would like it better if we had service at my mother’s house. My family can’t join since they wouldn’t be able to make calls. The service map shows that her house would receive service… They live in a rural portion of Carroll County. Verizon is the only carrier that has coverage in that spot. We did not like their service.

Great service, promptness and super job at explaining everything!! Loved talking to someone from Georgia!! Had an issue getting the switch of service to work. Internet access shuts down sporadically during the day so search option in Google doesn't work so I have to connect to wifi which I shouldn't have to since I am paying for that service! This downtime is now everywhere I go.

Since I switched to Pure Talk I've been very pleased. The coverage area has been fantastic. My wife and I love it. However, I would have given you 5 stars but last night I had to use the Hotspot. I something important to upload and didn't have internet. So, I switched on my Hotspot feature on my phone. It wasn't good at all. Tighten the Hotspot service and next time I will give you a 5 star review.

My iPhone with PureTalk works well except inside my home. I live in a hill area, so texting pictures and talking on my iphone is usually challenging. I have to go near a window inside my home or go outside to a send picture or have a phone call successfully. Can you guys improve this service? I keep my landline phone active to talk on, which has better connections on AT&T.

While visiting Roanoke Virginia I had multiple using my phone. Seems I had limited coverage. I could not load Delta Airlines app, car rental issues etc due to phone. Took me by surprise and it was very inconvenient. Downloads were very slow if and when I was able to download anything. Had trouble holding a phone call as well. I'm considering changing carriers due to this issue. I need dependable coverage no matter where I am. I thought Pure Talk would provide that, but I guess not.

I called customer service and was directed exactly to what I needed to do. The transfer was amazingly easy to do. I also have not had connection issues like some of my friends with other carriers. In all of the time that we have been a customer, we have not had any issues with connectivity or service.

I have been with PureTalk USA for almost 4 years! They are an exemplary company. When I found out the founder was a Veteran I immediately checked them out and joined. Great prices, Great support, and I don't believe any other provider is at their level of service! Just a side note...Their commercials on TV are the best I have seen! Called and asked for a new SIM card on Sat March 2nd and it’s now March 11th and it hasn’t arrived. Card was going to arrive within 3-5 business days. I was offered the option to pay $15 more to ship it overnight but I opted out thinking it’s not that bad to wait an extra two days. It has turned into longer.

I’ve enjoyed your service, most of the time. However, within the last month or so, it’s been VERY SLOW, and it’s very frustrating. I have dropped calls, bad reception, and my husband has asked me several times to switch carriers. I walked away from Verizon because of the costs and what they stand for, but it’s hard for me to stay when the service isn’t that great anymore.

The biggest problem is for most places mainly at home. Me and the wife have one or two bars, so we end up having a bad connection. There will be times that we are driving in the city and we only get one or two bars and we can’t even make a phone call.

I get paid on the 22nd of the month and your billing cycle was causing me to be late consistently. Therefore, a few months ago, I requested the due date be changed to the 22nd. It was approved and I paid the extra in order to have the due date changed. Guess what? Last month, you charged my checking account on the old due date which caused my account to be overdrawn and, therefore, the bank charged me a $34.00 OD charge. So I am not very pleased. I sent you an email stating this very thing last week.

It took almost three weeks and four technicians to finally determine that the phone had a faulty SIM card. If I hadn't had a second phone, I would have had no way to resolve the problem. If the problem had been diagnosed sooner, I would have given a higher rating.

I love the price which is half of what I paid with mainstream carrier. US customer service. US tech support. Bonus of talking to someone with a Southern accent. They are friendly, patient and very helpful. Veteran company. Already recommended to my sister who loves it. I would recommend Pure Talk to anyone.

I haven't called customer service on this yet but lately, I have not gotten good reception of my calls. Many times, my callers have said I've been breaking up and I have to repeat what I am saying or move closer to the road. It has been very frustrating, and I am seriously considering moving my provider to T-Mobile. Their customers have said that they can get clear reception in the garage which is underneath our apartment!

We were having problems with our phones so we called customer service and Brian was very helpful and spent all the time necessary to correct the problems. This is the 2nd time that we have called and the support was great. We have saved $ over our previous carrier. We highly recommend Pure Talk.

So far I have had little to no issue with services rendered. Good cell service, fast response, and Good experience so far. I would recommend this to more people and encourage people to join. I would say the only issue I would have is the phone I had gotten. Not a huge fan of it but it does what it is intended for.

I'm happy with Puretalk. It's just the coverage of AT&T towers, many bad spots of no service here in southern Indiana, I wish there were more towers that we could use. But overall, this us the best phone plan I've ever had and I have referred people both of my sons have switched to Pure Talk and I have my sister on my plan.

No issues, service works well. We travel a bit and have only been out of reach once, that I can remember. We don't use the hot spots much but phones, text and data, we do. When we've contacted PT, they were very responsive.

Except for a few hours of non-service, my experience with Pure Talk service for the past few years of subscription has been very satisfying. The recent interruption was the only one. Other wireless providers were also affected by the same interruption period. The interruption was probably the fault of the network that Pure Talk was utilizing at the time and not purely Pure Talk's fault.

Pure Talk has been a boon, beyond simply being cheaper than bigger company’s offerings. Being able to directly and specifically select the amount of data I want, as well as being able to temporarily add more when needed, all without a messy, confusing billing format immediately makes Pure Talk a recommend from me. Customer service is solid too, being connected with clear, mutually understandable staff that have explained and helped solve any issues I’ve had.

I think Pure Talk is a great company. We left AT&T, enjoyed Pure Talk, great savings and service. We really do enjoy the US representation when you need to call customer service. We did end up getting two brand new Apple 14s at a great price, no problems, no hassles.

Can't beat the price of Pure Talk. Service is very good as well. My only issue is that if you use texting to communicate with a group as I do with some church groups I'm in, if there are more than 10 people in the group, I can read the texts, but Pure Talk service does not allow me to respond to a group text. If large group texts aren't needed, then I recommend Pure Talk without reservation.

I can’t get my number to port so I’m stuck with PureTalk. I have reached out to Pure Talk and they are very nice but do not follow through on what they say they will do. It is cheap but the service is spotty at best and will send people to voicemail when in service without even ringing. You get what you pay for.

I appreciate the good value for the price of service. I'm satisfied but my coverage is NOT as good as when I was with Verizon. In my home there are only 2 places I can talk on the phone without being told I'm "breaking up" or "garbled". It's like being tied to a corded land-line. When driving I get that same feedback. Wish that could be fixed!

Receiving calls from people who want to buy drugs really sucks! Alaska has a very small Population and recycled numbers here is not fair to the Customer! I canceled my service for this reason and will never use you again.

I have little to no cell service at 5408 36 near Murray, Nebraska. I have little to no cell service in Weeping Water, Nebraska, Cass County. I have no service on Scenic Drive near Weeping Water. Sometimes I don't have service in my residence on ** in Omaha, 68144. Fix the reception problem please. Often I have no service on Highway #50 north of Weeping Water north to Omaha.

Have been using PT for more than five years now in multiple states and during cross-country road trips. My coverage and service has always been wonderful; I’m able to receive calls when my (former) Verizon-covered family could not. They’ve since switched. I appreciate the price point as I would pay double with AT&T (and I hate them, but I work in telecom). If you guys had better customer service I’d be the happiest. The few times I’ve had to call the wait times were insane and the agents were useless.

I have Motorola Stylus. Ever since I left AT&T I've had problems with Pure Talk. First my TALK & TEXT stopped working. I called your tech expert and they got it working, not sure what they did, it was too techy for me to understand. Then my data stopped working. My son took out the SIM card and it worked somewhat okay, but it still doesn't work as well as it did with AT&T.

My new phone keeps sending me to camera when I am trying to get to my home page. I can’t seem to be able to switch from one page to another and find the page with my apps. I used the same SIM card that I had in my previous phone.

I am a new customer PureTalk, coming over from Verizon. I am happy to spend my money at a veteran owned company. However, I am disappointed with the service connection I receive on my phone. It is not a good as I was with Verizon. There are many more times I drop calls and lose of service. Can anything be done to improve service!

Fantastic service, thank you very much, l have been a PURETALK USA customer for many years. Everything has been good, except for one incident, when purchasing a telephone from your company. I FED-EXED it back to your company, they said they got the box back with NO TELEPHONE! I never got reimbursed what l paid for the telephone. So l won't recommend buying a telephone from your company. Otherwise I would recommend your telephone cellular service. I was and still am upset about the money l lost in the above mentioned transaction! I have never had an issue with service, though I don’t live in a highly congested area. It would be really nice if there was an app from PureTalk that could track the data usage and the corresponding apps. But I do not know if that is possible. :)

I was charged $5 for making an payment online on the day it is due. I had my credit card hacked and just received my new credit card on the 18th. I have never missed a payment and felt the charge should be waived due to the circumstances bill.

I love PureTalk. I DO NOT LIKE the Android 13 OS. It lacks features that my Android 9 had. Such as, there is notification blinking light when new messages appear. Extremely annoying. While 13 has some nice features it's at the point I'm thinking about going back to my Galaxy S9+. The carrier service is as good as or better than the Verizon it replaced. Love Pure Talk, hate phone.

Probably my favorite MVNO. I tried majority of all carriers from Straight talk to Simple Mobile, Verizon, Visible, US & Mint Mobile to Cricket etc. Pure Talk has phenomenal coverage and should work on a mobile application. The website is sort of basic and easy to navigate. I’ve utilized esim and standard sim. Currently using on Sony Xperia 1v and I usually have full coverage.

No international calling available. I think Pure Talk should make this available asap. I am planning on traveling to South America and the Philippines. Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy A14 5G from you... I know nothing about setting up a new phone. First of all, the program that came with the phone only transferred some of the aps and data that was in my old phone... Could not get the 'data' to work... Finally contacted tech support and found that there was about 10-15 items that needed to be filled in that was not done prior to me getting the phone... I was expecting the phone to be programed and ready for me to use when it arrived.... (Tech support was very good in helping me)...

The package option with unlimited talk, text, data is not truly unlimited. Data is very limited. That is false advertisement and needs to be corrected to 60 gb of data. Phone service has multiple areas that have dead spots. Phone service is decreasing in availability since switching to this service. Not sure what is going on with the service.

I am deploying to the Middle East with the and I called to inquire about an international plan, which I found out was already included in my current contract. Excellent service plus my call was answered promptly and efficiently. No complaints here. We have been unable to set up my husband's voicemail. We have done everything the website tells us to do and it keeps asking for a non existent access code or something. No texting app either. Have to use a downloaded one that has ads. Thinking of switching to a carrier where voicemail and texting are easier to set up.

So far I have been mostly very satisfied with the service. The only item that I notice compared to my previous service, is that the audio quality is fair. I notice a substantial reduction in the phone call audio quality compared to Verizon. If that issue could be improved I would rate Pure Talk as an Excellent service.

I want to be satisfied with your service badly, but unfortunately I am not. Everyone says my voice is sped up and robotic most of the time. Many times when answering the person on the other end cannot hear me answer and it takes a minute for us to connect (saying “hello” “hello” back and forth). My husband changed us over to your service, after being with a major carrier with no problems, because of $ issues. I have called for help several times, but have had to settle with so-so service. It is not my phone. I have an iPhone 11 in perfect condition.

Transferring from AT&T to PureTalk was easy. PureTalk uses AT&T cell towers and lines so you get the same service coverage area at half the cost. I don't see any difference in service or coverage so I would highly recommend PureTalk.

When everything is working at its peak data speeds are adequate but often drops to barely moving and uploading information takes forever. Consistent data speed would be great. Customer service is generally very good.

I think Pure Talk is an outstanding company, response time to customer problems although somewhat lengthy, are usually resolved immediately when speaking to a representative. The only thing that I can complain about is that Pure Talk like other phone companies never seem to take care of their existing customers. IE promotions such as free phones are only given to new customers that sign up. I understand that the company would lose a lot of $ giving every customer a new phone, but why can’t Pure Talk offer discounts to current customers to purchase new phones? This would encourage customers to keep their service and in addition tell others about Pure Talk. This could lead to new customers and higher profits for Pure Talk!

The few times I've had to deal with customer service (it's been a while) it was dreadful. Really needs to be upgraded if it hasn't been already. Signal strength is not as good as ATT or Cricket or Verizon... Usually get 1-2 bars though it looks like it might be improving. Overall could be better.

We are very pleased with Pure Talk's prices and service. We haven't experienced any outage or disruption with their service. I would give it an A+ for service and affordability. My only complaint is the lack of empathy and compassion when hard times hit my family and they have. We went through leukemia treatment for my six-year-old daughter. I was also laid off last November.
When I asked for arrangements or compassion for late bills, I was met with "the lines will be disconnected on (date). Anything else I can help with?" My only complaint and the reason for the four star rating is that I wish Pure Talk had more compassion for people truly in very hard financial positions. If this was different, I would have easily given five stars and recommended their service to friends and family.

I like the service and have saved lots of money. The only complaint I have is that when I’m running on data vs internet my apps really run slow. Often it is a search or app that I really need and it just spins forever. Other than that it works well. I’m not sure why the response is so slow when on cellular data. Also I perceive this company to better reflect my values as an ** patriot.

I am a little put off that new customers get a phone. When I got on Pure Talk I didn't get anything. It's kind of what may cause me to get a new carrier. I see that there are carriers that are much cheaper and with the same service.

I like the addition of international service. This caused me some problems in the past. When I was with a larger carrier, my voicemails used to be transcribed and presented as a text, but I seem to have lost that feature with PureTalk. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with the service.

I have sent 2 emails already and talked to 2 different people in customer service. I was offered 2 different times. I have excellent credit and payment history. Why I was offered a free phone twice, then turned down after I have a account with you for my wife's phone. No 1 can tell me. The phone service is fine. But your offer and turn down sucks. We live in remote NH and sometimes in remote FL. For the most part phone works great. Occasionally drops calls or doesn't go through but the best of services we have tried. Very impressed with service and customer service is always pleasant and helpful. I need to add our other phone to this service.

I finally signed up with another company after PureTalk was unable to activate two different phones that I purchased. I was on the phone with your technicians numerous times over the course of 13 days in an effort to activate my phone. As a result, I was without cell phone service for 13 days!

I was having trouble with speed and “can not find server” when I tried to get on the internet. But I had installed Express VPN and believe that was my problem. I am not switching and intend to keep your service. I have been very happy with your service and my son uses it and he is also. I am retired and the price is a very important factor.

To me customer service is their biggest asset, it's always prompt and respectful. Every time I talk to them I am helped, even if I need more time to pay my bill, they don't immediately cut my service off just because I'm a day or two late.

I have been using PureTalk for almost two years and have found it to be a very reliable service. There have been several instances where I have received a good cellular signal and my friends traveling with me using a different cellular phone service had no signal. In fact, in my traveling wherever in the U.S. I don't think I've ever not been able to use my phone when I needed it. And by using auto-pay, the monthly payments are worry-free and reliable. However, on my recent trip to Cancun, Mexico I found that Pure Talk does have a deficiency. I had to keep paying Pure Talk $15 every couple days to maintain a signal.
They have no way to offer you an international roaming subscription (for like 2 weeks), and the only way you find out your international allotment (or whatever they called it) has been used up is your phone quits working and you have to find wifi to call them at 611 to renew it for some more megabytes. So overall, I think that Pure Talk is a great service, unless you need international roaming.

We’ve been paying for service with PureTalk for over two years. This is for my son‘s phone. He’s changing providers to Mint Mobile. I called last week to cancel the service and your representative told me that my son needed to call. I told my son to call, he did, and your representative told him that I needed to call, which I already had done. I've had Pure Talk now for over a year after being with Verizon for more than 15 years. The phone coverage has been the same, (which is) excellent but customer service is 100 times better than Verizon not to mention the cost. I love how when you call customer service (for whatever the reason) you actually get to talk to a real person quickly, who speaks in very understandable english. I also love how the person you get to speak with can handle your issue (whatever it may be) without being transferred a half a dozen times and spending upwards of an hour to get an answer.
The coverage of Verizon was great but everything else, horrible (including cost and especially customer service). The coverage of Pure Talk is great as well as cost and especially customer service. I am so thankful we have some friends who have had Pure Talk for some time and told us about it. Phone coverage was and is extremely important to me as I absolutely hate dropping calls while traveling local or distant, and that's why I had Verizon for so long. The phone coverage I've experience with Pure Talk has been just as good, maybe ever better that what I had with Verizon. Personally, as a very happy customer, I highly recommend Pure Talk!

When traveling in Mexico, calling back to the US is hit or miss as is calling a Mexican phone while in Mexico. The international roaming function works sometimes but not others. It's also very difficult to know when the purchased credit is expired. When the phone is in the US the service works very well.

Sometimes the phone is useless. Frequently have only 2 bars or less. Almost never have a strong 4bar signal. Calls cannot be made and internet is impossible. My old AT&T was better. I guess we get what we pay for.

I Currently do not have good service. Service is Slow, and spotty to no service. Frustrating not to be able to have good service. Connecting to WiFi does not make service any better. When calling customer services, there is such a long wait time to speak to a representative. Please respond.

Hello, could someone call and help with internet service? ** Internet connection runs at very low speed. Sometimes less than 1 kb per second. Connection will fail to connect with server. iPad seems to work better, but phone is not reliable. Been unable to connect with provider to work out issue. 3. I cannot tell when I get a new voicemail. I have to occasionally just dial in and check my voicemail. Nothing shows up that tells me someone left a message and I have missed important messages. Your customer service department said everything was turned on but nothing changed.

Service was not great, but I could have lived with that, my nephew was ready to change due to this, but my service wasn't any better with Straight Talk (I'm very happy with Mint), ultimately my dissatisfaction came when they charged us $34 for 6 days of service, and that was worth more than keeping us as customers.

Apparently I mistakenly signed up for some kind of insurance or whatever. It is an extra monthly charge on my bill, over and above what should be a basic phone plan. I've tried unsuccessfully to find out what the charge is for and have it eliminated. I am otherwise satisfied with your service, but I will change as soon as I can unless you can explain what the additional service charge is for.

My debit card information was stolen on 03/08/24 pm. AD for Pure Talk was declined. I called Pure Talk to report this & paid the current bill with my Mastercard. I'm working on 'weaning' my family off of a horrendous competitor, who should remain nameless (AT&T). I really love the service I receive from PureTalkUSA. I tell people about it all the time. I don't need the credit for passing on good information about a good company. You sold me a Nokia phone for $250. From the time I received it just before the Christmas and New Year holidays a few years ago, it did not work properly. I called for tech support, and multiple technicians could not get it to work. The last one told me to take it to an AT&T store (even though I purchased it from you). I called and asked to exchange the phone for one that worked, but the person on the phone said: "Oops, sorry, you are just past the 14-day cut-off" even though she knew that I had called many times, and your technicians could not get the phone to work.

I am mostly satisfied with the service from PureTalk; however, my biggest complaint is the wait time to talk to a real person. While I am "being thanked for my patience", I am told that a lot of questions can be answered online. The questions I usually have needs to be answered by a person. The people that eventually connect with me are very good at their job and a joy to talk to and work with. The time between me calling and actually talking to a human is getting worse. Again, it isn't the representatives' fault, it's the way PureTalk has set it up.

We have been very pleased with our service. Haven’t had problems with hearing who we were talking to. Like the large service area. We love saving $100 a month, even though we added another phone. Pure Talk is works great here in southwest Georgia where so many other cell services did not work well. We are very pleased with the service you provide us and we love the pricing. I have spent 20 hours or more on the phone with customer service, it people all who have been very nice but the problem with the phone was not picked up very quick and I was told it was my phone, not your problem. I bought a new phone and the exact problem is on the new phone. Still not working. Waiting on new SIM card you think will fix the problem! So I am out the cost of à new phone and there was nothing wrong with the old.

We love your service and price, we wish that her Samsung watch LTE service would work. She can only use Bluetooth on it. But we have better service than most people. The customer service is very friendly too. It is easy to set up and keep your cellphone number. Just buy an unlocked phone or buy one of theirs and you are good to go.

Greetings, I have been a customer for a few months. The switch from previous service to Pure Talk was very simple and I am extremely pleased with the service. I was not advised at the time that I was eligible for a (free) replacement phone. I realized a week or so later that a new phone was an additional perk. When I telephoned to inquire about obtaining one, I was told it was too late. A new phone is only provided at the time the account it opened. Perhaps, after being a customer for a certain length of time, you might offer a phone for loyal customers. Thank you!

The signal in the Peoria area is not as good as I had hoped (especially in the office), and there is no 5G here. However, the price makes it worth it. Also curious why the data usage doubled from our last carrier, though our usage habits did not change. I am very glad the days of overages are past me.

I have had service for about 2 years. Switching was easy, service is the same but cost is much lower! Love to be supporting patriots! Only issue was losing connectivity during the ATT nationwide outage. Wish there was another cell tower to pick up our coverage if that happens again.

First off, Puretalk is a Fantastic Company with great service. We have recommended Puretalk to many Friends and Family who also love it along with its price. We also love that it's Veteran owned and run. We found Puretalk listening to the great one Mark Levin and I believe on Dan Bongino's show. My main feedback and or question is, Would it be possible for Puretalk to look into possibly partnering with T-Mobile as another option to AT&T?
I'm asking because T-Mobile is currently partnered with Starlink by Spacex to use the upcoming Starlink Direct to Cell phone service. I believe this will be huge for most cell phone owners and also the companies who offer it. Not to mention vets will really appreciate it. I would be more than willing to pay a higher fee for some sort of Starlink option available thru Puretalk. Or would it also be possible to contact Starlink directly and see if Puretalk could get a contract directly for Starlink data to said Puretalk phone accounts and maybe have existing carrier contracts for anything thru cell tower?
We love Puretalk and would really love to get that service thru you rather than T-Mobile or any other big carrier that will offer it and I have no idea when or if AT&T will be offering it. I'm sure your Legal team and existing contracts would dictate a lot of this but just a thought. Starlink and Spacex also seem to have a openness to small companies and the little guy, I'm sure they would be open to some sort of discussions if your current contracts would allow it. Just some thoughts and feedback I wanted to share with you.

I have been a huge fan of theirs over 10 yrs now and I have bought a lot of their tshirts, hats and merch in that time. We have been with PureTalk for several years. At first the service was somewhat unreliable, as sometimes calls and texts would not come through. My daughter's family had to switch from PureTalk as his business could not tolerate missing calls and texts. That no longer seems to be a problem with PureTalk and service is GREAT. However, getting through to PureTalk technical support is a problem. I had an issue this weekend where, out of the blue, my voice mail was asking for a password. I tried calling twice to technical support, but both times I was on hold longer than I could wait. Surprisingly, the request for a voice mail password resolved itself after a few days.

Please install a facial recognition capability on your site’s sign in page. In addition, ensuring your service is using the best cell towers in each area is crucial to providing better coverage. Piggybacking into those towers is essential. I’ve also noted that although I’m 80% of my time on a high speed WiFi connection, my data lately depletes significantly quicker.

My experience from day one has been positive. The few times I had an issue, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. A big positive for me is when you talk to someone, they can understand you and you can understand them. I also have saved money every month since switching from Verizon.

If I’m home with Apple tablet, the text comes through and “dings” on the tablet a minute or two before my phone gets it. We’re in Idaho. More “dead spots” than I care to count. More than we had with Verizon. If we’re talking on phone, can’t send a text picture until we hang up.

We receive very poor reception. A lot of cutting out during calls or dropped calls at our house and areas around our house. We are thinking about switching due to this. We also had issues with texts not going through or being received every month which required a call to customer service.

15 G of data is not enough for me at the price point. I recently did a 2 g data top off to make sure I did not run out while on a trip. It did not purchase 2 g of data. You can only purchase 2g of data when you are below 13 g of data. We need a low on data adjustable alert.

We signed up for the international credit in order to use the phone while in Europe. Really poor service even when I kept adding money. If it wasn't for my Verizon phone we would have been stuck or had to buy a European SIM. Otherwise US service has been good.

We love the principles the company stands on but we have frequent dropped calls since switching over to Pure Talk. Our area does not do as well with AT&T service and since Pure Talk uses At&T towers it results in the frequent dropped calls. With that said the customer service has been exceptional. If dropped calls were eliminated they would for sure have five stars!

In the area that I live, there are drops in Coverage. The up/download speed drop significantly in the area. I have had other pro riders such as Verizon, I am happy with the monthly cost but faster speeds would be appreciated. Text messages can take up to five minutes to deliver, even when sitting in the same house on same tower.

PureTalk delivers great service. They have never been down. We get service wherever we go across the US. Haven’t been out of the US, so I don’t know how it works. We let friends know about PureTalk. Service is good except for when I go to Michigan where I have no internet and use up my high speed internet in two weeks until next month. At first I couldn’t buy more but last year I was allowed to buy 10 if I remember correctly but even after I paid for it I didn’t get it.

Overall the service is average. Certain areas the service struggles and it is hard to have a conversation. Service needs to improve to earn 4 to 5 stars. Price point is good when comparing to competitors. Price is what keeps me as a customer but if service doesn’t improve I will look elsewhere.

OK - had me upgrade software although phone is set up with automatic upgrades. Had several problems with call fails & texts not delivered. Had to take to my grandsons to fix. Also, contacts said I was breaking up & could not hear them, although I could hear them. Not happy at all with the service. This is the first problem I have had. Initially I came from Patriot Mobile because of the poor service there.

My phone quits receiving or sending calls toward the end of my billing plan each month even though my plan includes “unlimited talk and text minutes”. If I dial 611 and talk to a representative they turn it back on and all works fine again, so now I know what to do when it happens, but it should not be required. This needs to get fixed before I switch to another provider.

When I first joined PureTalk no one explained how the company functioned. I couldn’t get straight answers. I was never informed of the due date for payment. I received a very nasty text that my payment was due on the first of the month and if it wasn’t paid at that time my service would be cut off. Frankly your company lacks professionalism.

Great coverage for a fair price. Good quality company shares my values. A non woke company recommended by AMAC that is where I found them. Does not matter where I am. I have coverage and if 5G coverage is available I have 5G service. So it is a great value, no issues with service. Ample data service as well. I highly recommend using their services.

Receivers of my phone calls were having trouble hearing me…phone was cutting off & on or breaking up! I waited 42 minutes online to talk to anyone! Operator was able to get me started on setting to reset phone and I think problem is now resolved I but was cut off from service person so I accepted results!

I've been using Puretalk for almost 4 years now. They are by far the best. Great prices, and service. I have service a lot times even when my husband does not, and he has Verizon. They are quick to answer your questions and concerns. You actually talk to someone. They offer great phones or you can bring your own. I brought my own and after couple years got the new Samsung 22 ultra when it came out through them. Great phone and no problems setting it up. Don't see myself ever changing service again!

I've used PureTalk for many years... for good reason. The rates are consistently among the lowest out there - and the coverage service is excellent. I live in a rural area where some neighbors complain of spotty cell coverage and dropped calls, but I've never had this problem with PureTalk. I've upgraded phones several times, and the SIM cards they send to March those new phones always install easily and work right away.

We constantly experience dropped calls and no internet connectivity which are most likely due to our rural location but I did expect better when moving over to PT from unAT&T as our mobile carrier. Sadly, our unAT&T service was more reliable. It would be great of PT offered more Samsung offerings.

I would like be able to download a monthly bill with all charges itemized. Over the past few years, the monthly charge has varied sometimes increasing then decreasing then increasing again with no explanation. I called to try to get help with my caller ID not showing up when I call others. I was told this was controlled by my phone settings, but the phone is not set to block outgoing caller ID. I checked to be sure. I did not try calling customer service again because the agent I spoke with was very adamant that they could not help. I do not have an order number available.

I signed up for Pure Talk to save money and at the recommendation of Dave Ramsey. At first, I was extremely pleased with everything. However, recently I have been a little disappointed. My bill unexpectedly increased by over $2 per month with no warning. I tried to contact customer service via the website but was quickly met with a crazy barrage of questions and no real way to ask the question I wanted to ask. I finally got a response from customer service but she just informed me that it was taxes and fees and told me to look at my bill.
However I had already checked that portion of my bill and the taxes and fees had been the same as they’ve always been. So I responded with, "No mam, I already checked that and it actually looks like come kind of recovery fee?" She never responded again. $2 a month may not be much to some people but in this economy it all counts. What really bothered me was that I was never informed about the increase. Then recently I woke up to no service and had no way to contact Pure Talk. I tried to contact customer service over the website but of course “no service” is not one of the optional questions that you can choose and I could not obviously call out because I had no service.
I had WiFi but still no way to contact Pure Talk regarding my service. I have a home phone but was informed that I would be charged for calling Pure Talk regarding my no service issue so I just had to wait it out and hope it would come back on. My husband also has Pure Talk and he had service the whole time so I’m not sure what the issue was. I have recommended Puretalk to multiple people and my aunt actually switched over but was disappointed in the service as well so she left and I felt bad for recommending you all. My grandma is also looking into switching but at the moment I’m not sure that I could recommend the service to anyone else.

Your sales rep lied to me, which set off a slew of problems, I'm still dealing with. She said you could service my home phone, which was on a cellular transformer. Not true. For the 2 hrs I was with you, I could not go back to AT&T! I had to go to Verizon; they are still working on issues, 1 month late. Pure Talk is rotten.

Most of what I have used with Pure Talk I love, but your international plans are very frustrating and seem to me to be archaic. I should be able to sign up for an international plan to call Canada without having to do it Every month, and use a 10 digit pin number. That is very prohibitive.

My wife and I have experienced a fairly high number of dropped local calls, especially with our family member who has T-Mobile service, which is also our previous provider and with whom we had very few issues. We will continue to monitor it before making any changes. Also the line outage issue we incurred a few weeks ago was disconcerting. We could have been notified by PureTalk during it.

Compared to our old carrier, the location services, find my friend are extremely slow and in some cases, don't work at all. Overall the service seems close to the same as AT&T. The customer service is not very helpful when calling with questions. It would be helpful to see clear rules for international travel.

Brandon mailed me a new sim card. Didn't work. Sven, the tech support did some troubleshooting but after about 1/2 hr he declared it a total hardware failure. It was 2 yrs old. I lost everything on it, and communications since Mar 2. Not happy. And your company wouldn't replace the phone.

Since transferring my service from Verizon to Pure Talk, I have been very pleased. The transition was easy. Call quality seemed to be the same. And I’m saving over $60 every single month. I wanted to use my phone when I traveled, now that has been included without an increase in price. Count me as a huge supporter of Pure Talk. I gave no problem with customer service but since your carrier is AT&T I have terrible service. It drops my calls, I don't get texts from people and they don't get mine much of the time. When I try to send texts, especially if I use emojis I need to resend 4 or 5 times and then just forget it. Because of this I have a kind line and have friends and relatives call me on it. When I tried sending this it said "lost connection, try again".

I really appreciate the veterans discount I just started to receive. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and really like the customer service and pricing of the different plans. I don’t like the fact that you have two different prices on your phones. One awesome price for new customers and the regular inflated price for current customers. I have bought two phones from you in the last six months. With the discounts a new customer could have saved I could have almost paid my bill for the year. Every time I see this double standard I seriously consider moving on. I realize a lot of companies do this and it sucks. Please don’t suck.

Our service is not as good now as it was in the beginning, especially in our home which is less than desirable. It would be really great if we could rely on service, even when on wi-fi sending texts is undependable. Don't know if there is any way to boost/improve service or not. The only thing you've suggested in past was to update phones which hasn't helped that we can tell.

Day to day I’m pretty satisfied with the cost and performance of PureTalk. I will stop being a customer when I go to Europe because I have gone twice with this company and phone and it has never worked without Wi-Fi there. I did all the things you’re supposed to do, new sim, new esim, French phone number. I called your customer service and they were not knowledgeable. Just said, "Oh buy this PIN number and you will be fine." I wasn’t fine. Before I go again I will switch service providers.

I ordered 2 phones after being advised my old phones would soon not work due to the change over to 5 G service. After 10 days I received one of the two phones which had been prepaid. After 6 phone calls and conversations 2 months later, I gave an ultimatum that I was through with your company. I had requested from 4 people to talk to a supervisor and was told by all they would relay and assured by 2 that I would receive a call which never happened. I have switched companies and really wish you would not contact me again as it is a waste of time, not only mine, but yours also.

Would like to know what you are doing about limiting or preventing the constant robo calls coming to my phone on a daily basis? Sometimes as many as 15-20 per day. Very annoying. The phone and data service works good. Thanks for the out of country coverage. Looking forward to using it when I travel.

PureTalk has been a moderately reliable cell service with a great price point. I definitely have a few more calls dropped than I did with ATT, but for the savings I am receiving by getting away from the woke big 3, in my opinion it is 100% worth switching. It is also important to me that PureTalk doesn’t donate to super woke causes. Doesn’t prioritize DEI over work ethic. Keep up the good work!

My cell tower coverage was being intermittent, which is strange because I live 1/4 mile from a tower. I was getting a message that my phone was not connected to the network so I could only make emergency calls. She suggested that I power off/on the phone, but also gave me the direct number for tech support if I still had problems. After powering my phone off/on it worked. This was yesterday. Today my phone connects to the tower, but only one bar is shown for the signal strength. It was great talking with Shantel and she handled my situation well.

Unable to use my phone in Aruba. You need more international, we had to sign up for Verizon International on my husband's phone and I was unable to use mine. We would like service to most international countries. Other than that we really like the service of PureTalk. We were also not able to use in Cancun.

The service contract came with Galaxy 15 phone 2 year contract...The phone has some sort of Audio problems. Half the time people can't hear me. I'VE ALREADY HAD TO REPLACE SCREEN.... And the new screen won't lay flat because of battery swell, so now my screen is cracking again. I love the American connection, but the quality product you're pushing is CHINA GRADE at AMERICAN PRICES! NOT HAPPY!

I switched to Puretalk several years ago from another third party carrier. I still have 2 lines with the old carrier as well due to coverage issues. PT customer service is soooo much better. Their response time is great and they can fix any problems I have. The other company doesn’t compare.

Unfortunately, when trying to switch providers a couple of months back, I discovered if PureTalk uses the provider’s equipment, then one is unable to transfer the phone number to that provider. Therefore, if you want to keep your number, you must stay with PureTalk, which is good for you, but not for the consumer. My opinion—not very competitive nor fair.

Puretalk has some improvements to make. We have trouble with connections. Calls breaking up and dropped calls. I have to say the call quality is nowhere near what we had with Verizon. Never have more than 2 bars and only have 1 bar for most of the time, I was expecting much better. There are cell towers within a few miles as the crow flies, so I don't understand, if you are using the cell towers of the major carriers, why we can't have better service.

We find that the reception for our area is mostly poor. Most of the time, we have 2 bars and a lot of the time 1 to none. While traveling between towns we have periods where we have no service. Not very reliable. We might need to look at another provider in the near future.

I love this company. Customer service has always answered the phone and assisted me. I have never had one issue with switching from the “other” company. I save approximately $120 a month. I like Puretalk and the service, I don’t understand why you keep going up on my service. What used to be a reasonable price, is now almost $40 monthly. I got the service because it was cheaper and a better service than what I had! My husband’s service never goes up, I am a 66, retired and on ss disability. It’s not easy making ends meet much less my monthly phone bill keeps creeping up.

Wife and I both having problems with phones all the time, with the service, with the billing, too much time on hold. I think we'll be changing our service. Also, it was extremely difficult to take my number from another company to yours. Not as easy as you advertise. Was very frustrating experience.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the phone. It continues to freeze multiple times a day. I'll be using it then go to touch the screen and nothing will happen. I have tried shutting it down and restarting and that will work for a bit but it continues to happen. Would like to consider upgrading to a different phone if possible.

We have generally been pleased with the service performance of our phones. We live in rural Kentucky and travel to Texas often to visit family. Service was at least better than our previous carrier in rural Texas. However, there is serious service disruption in areas of Kentucky. We had to use wifi calling when visiting Cumberland Falls, while all others in the group had service from at least two other carriers that performed well. The limited service disruptions are far outweighed by the lower cost of service from PureTalk.
