Good price, good service. The transfer was easy and customer service was top of the line. The prices were cheapest of anything I researched. My wife and I are on the same plan and we are saving a third from our previous company.

I am happy with PureTalk because they are very reasonable price wise and when I called to change my address, I did not have to wait long for a customer service representative to assist me and she was very polite, friendly and efficient. There are places where I get no service. We have property in northern NM where service is poor or none at all. This can be problematic as we are up there often. Other than that, I have been pleased with the service.

I had some trouble getting the old sim card to come out. Took it to a Batteries Plus store and they changed it next day for free. Was totally without phone service for a day. Warned all my relatives by email. iPhone seems to work same as before. Even works in the basement.

I have been very happy with Pure Talk. My only regret was not doing it sooner. The customer service is fantastic and my cell service has been very good. I recommend Pure Talk to anybody who doesn’t want to overpay for the same service.

I’ve had no problems and am so glad to have tried Pure Talk! The phone system is very fair and available. I heard of pure talk on Fox News. The coverage is the same as my prior carrier Verizon. Thanks for creating this phone service!

Much better reception than I had with Spectrum and as good as Verizon. Customer service is lightyears ahead of Spectrum. The process of setting up was enabled by Pure Talk as Spectrum kept balking. I have the two gig plan but never use that much.

I am proud to be a customer of this veteran-owned company. I’m glad my dad and I heard about a Pure Talk advertised on Mark Kevin’s show. Set-up for Pure Talk was the only time I’ve had to speak to customer service. They were helpful and the process was easy. Once I had the service, everything was great and continues to be great. It works well, billing is easy, and I’m very happy.

It was very easy to apply online and when my SIM cards were received it was a seamless transition from my previous carrier to Pure Talk. I've had no problems and am very happy with my decision! Excellent customer service too.

I have been unable to understand how to set up voicemail under my new plan. There is nothing on your website and an operator is never available when I try to retrieve my voice messages (not that I know what my password is to do this).

The phone connections work equally as well as my previous carrier, AT&T. Setup via PT rep involved 40+ minute wait. Phone wasn't fully setup (doesn't sync contacts with iPad, email wasn't setup). Your need more reps for better service (setup is critical). Doing things right the 1st time is impt otherwise it leaves something to be desired. Hire more reps. so PT will be perceived better via better customer service.

My only problem with Pure Talk is the voicemail. I can never know if I have any voicemails until I call my number and check. Voicemail was much better, and easier with SPRINT. Wish you could fix that so that my voicemails would be more quickly and easily accessible.

I switched because of a recommendation from Mark Levin Show.... Glad I did. I have saved quite a bit of money switching to Pure TalkUSA from AT&T. I was paying a bit over $150/month and had 10gig to share with my wife. Now we have 10 gigs each which is plenty. I would definitely recommend switching.

It works when it want to that cause of the area I live in. I can get text with no problem but when someone calls me it sometimes doesn't tell me someone is calling. It take multiple times trying to call out to get the call to go though.

My transition from ATT has been disappointing. Continuous small issues ranging from activation to feature activation. On the upside, tech support is US based. There seem to be a lot of "hand-offs" when seeking support. I think you could step back and re-evaluate the process to dramatically improve the customer experience.

I should have left Verizon much sooner. Extremely Satisfied, especially with Tech Support. I even had an option of two different carrier setups for my Motorola phone. No excuses from Pure Talk about phone not being compatible like the other providers.

Sometimes people's voices sound really strange and then you don't have a good connection and you have to hang up and call back again to get a better connection. Never had that issue before. Other than that the service has been pretty good for me so far.

I've been pretty satisfied so far, after only 2mos. Same service for less than half of Verizon. I have, although, had some issues getting pics to send via MMS. It's sporadic and I can't figure it out. And sometimes it says I don't have service... Although I'm pretty rural, but am on Wifi here in the house and at work in town.

Will probably switch back. I usually don't use much data, but recently ran out of data while out of town. The slowed-down speeds made my phone basically unusable for anything but calls. I couldn't find a quick, easy way to to a one-time addition of data for a fee.

Truly, saying the service is spotty is kind. It works at my home, but when I am not connected to the internet it has a tendency to lose some functionality. Texts don't go through, etc. In some places I have no reception whatsoever (Show Low, AZ). I love the price, I hate the quality.

I travel frequently between Chicago, IL and Youngstown, OH. I heard your advertisement on Sean Hannity's show and decided to try your phone service, since he seemed to be thoroughly impressed with your services. I am not that impressed. There seems to be many "dead" spots across I-80 that I either can't hear the person I am speaking to or they can't hear me. And yes, sometimes I even lose the call. I know that cell phone technology is far from perfect, but I expected better service, especially since I am not on the cheapest plan!

When I want to initiate or receive telephonic conversations at home, I have to walk close to the street in order to get enough bars on my phone to do so. Most of the time when attempting to transmit photos I have to do the same.

I get more dead spots than I was anticipating and I get many busy signals when trying to dial someone when I know they are not on the phone. The service is cheaper but certainly not nothing like Verizon quality.

I could not make calls out in my house. I had to go to the front porch or to a corner of the bedroom with two windows. At work, I often times did not have any service and could not receive or send text messages.

I would definitely recommend PuretalkUSA to friends and family. In fact, I have already recommended Puretalk to my wife, brother-in-law and some friends. They have great prices and really good customer Service. There’s really not a whole lot else to say. If you don’t I want to continue paying high prices with AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile, this is a better way to go.

Rolling over from AT&T was easy for me with no problems. I needed to contact customer service down the road for some assistance with my account and she did a good job taking care of my needs! I have recommend Pure Talk to my family and friends. It way better than AT&T.

They were so helpful to make sure everything was set up properly. Instead of paying $210 a month we are now paying $82 a month. We also received new I-Phones through AMAC for free. I recommend PureTalk to all of my friends and family!

We switched our phone service to Puretalk USA two months ago. We are very happy to report the service is great and would recommend Puretalk to everyone. A friend told me about Pure Talk so I decided to try them. Service is very similar to my previous AT&T service. Just a few connectivity issues, but very minor. It doesn’t seem to work with my RoboKiller spam call blocker and that is why I can’t give them 5 stars. Also my voicemail does not store on my iPhone, instead I have to call a voicemail service. Fix those two items and I will rate 5 stars.

Having some trouble sending MMS messages. Since you are using AT&T towers, I don't always seem to have more than 3 bars. Even if I turn Mobile Data on, I don't seem to be able to send the MMS message until I end up reconnecting to WiFi. Also, there seems to be limited support for Android. I am happy to support someone who is aligned to AMAC. I am happy that price is reasonable.

Phone Service is great. No issues at all. Recently went camping and had poor Wifi in RV park - hot spot saved the day. Love that it is included no charge. Free iPhones are awesome. One thing I would like to see, if I could pay extra for unlimited highspeed cellular data, I would gladly do it. Hotspot worked great for everything until I used up all my high speed, then it was very slow.

I do not like the way you handle voicemails. They were visibly listed and accessible on my phone with AT&T. I am thinking about going back because of this issue. I have also missed some calls and they do not show up on my phone.

A lot of my called people can’t hear me because service is bad. Also when I make calls it doesn’t go through in a lot of areas. Only good thing about Pure Talk is that it’s affordable. I will keep the service for a little while longer but will definitely find a new carrier if this continues.

I switched from Verizon to PuretalkUSA to save monthly expenses as I was forced into early retirement. I am not at all impressed with that I have to call my cell number and enter a password in order to retrieve voice mail messages.

Great service and coverage. The only thing that could be upgraded is the voicemail. I haven't had to call into voicemail for over a decade. I hate that and there was no information about that on the website before I signed up. It would be nice to see a number and text of the message like I used to have. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with the service and the savings.

Had a LOT of difficulty coming up with a proper SIM card to fit my phone. Ultimately bought a new phone - and still needed a new (2nd) SIM card to get it working. So far the billing has been correct but would still like better reception in our area.

Indoor reception could be better, especially for high speed data. Other than that, we're happy with the service. We love how much money we are saving compared to the other providers. I was spending about $85 total for 2 lines before the switch, now I'm spending half of that.

This phone plan has been so great. I have saved over 75$ a month from Sprint. The only thing I wish it had was international roaming. I travel to Canada regularly and don’t have any service up here. I would be totally willing to pay a little more a month as an up-charge for the coverage though!

When we had finally had enough of our old carrier, I happened upon an ad in the AMAC magazine for PureTalk USA, and thought, why not? So, after talking with a very nice, knowledgeable customer service rep named Precious, I was hooked. She got the sim cards to us for our phones, answered all my questions, and even gave me a call back number if I thought of any other questions! If only our previous carrier had been so competent & customer friendly! Thanks Pure Talk. We've been happy customers for about 3 months now. No service issues at all...no dropped calls, no delayed texts, no pictures that won't load. And you sure can't beat the price! Just kicking myself we didn't switch sooner.

We are more than satisfied with the coverage, convenience and cost provided by PureTalk USA. I purchased a new phone and 2 lines from Pure Talk, the new phone wouldn’t work properly and the existing phone quit working properly after moving to Pure Talk. Spoke to customer service and the tech members several times, maybe 5. They were all very nice, buy we couldn’t get phones working properly. They were suppose to send 2 replacement SIM cards. I waited for their arrival, received one. I also wanted to return the phone I purchased and upgrade to a better phone. I called to do this on the day I received the 1 sim replacement. Evidently there is a 14 day return policy. I understand, but, this phone never worked properly and it's only been 17 days, surely an exception could be made.

I have had my phone switched off twice, for no reason, in mid conversation. I immediately went to the website to find a balance: there was none and it wouldn't accept money from me. No one told me there was a $5.00 charge for paying my bill, without giving you freedom to bill what you want on my card. My voicemail still doesn't work right. Customer service, 611, takes forever to reach. Once reached, they are very nice but do little to solve the problem, choosing to refer the problem someplace else. I have yet to get a bill as promised; paper, text or Email. I wish I had never heard of Pure Talk. This company sucks! I never had problem #1 while with AT&T; 20 years!

On October 26th, I sent a letter to Pure Talk requesting the military Veteran 15% discount be applied to my account (No. **). I was told that I could provide a copy of my Driver License, which shows my military Veteran status, since I am uncomfortable sending a copy of my DD-214 form - I provided a copy of my Driver License. On November 13, I sent another letter requesting the military Veteran 15% discount. I have not yet received the discount and my online account does not show the application of the discount. In addition, I have not received any contact from PureTalk about my request. I regard this as very poor customer service. Thank you.

The phone service is not very good, the data service is not very good, and the antiquated voicemail is terrible. PureTalk has been a big disappointment. When I’m able to switch to a better service, I will. I can’t even post the message I want here.

I switched to Puretalk because conservative talk radio promised me the best connection at a much LOWER rate. WRONG!. I switched to you and I have never had internet for about 3 months now outside of my home. I resent that I am paying you anything for basically nothing. Relatively new user, I am a health insurance agent and I called to get call forwarding set up two weeks before it was needed for my busiest season of the year. I called almost daily and spent untold hours out of my life trying to get this set up with your tech support. Your techs kept blaming AT&T and making promises to contact me back which did not happen. I am extremely disappointed that you were not able to get my call forwarding to work, even though I own a high-end phone (Samsung S9+) which should have had capabilities. Three weeks and no help at all, just a run-around. So much for caring for small business, the little guy, patriotism, American values that you advertise and US tech support. The "shine is definitely off the apple." The thought of me returning to AT&T makes me shudder, but your service is no better than their crappy service.

I love the fact this is an American and veteran owned company, and the fact that you get discounts for multiple lines. However, the service is spotty (not sure why because we’ve had AT&T before), and the cap of high speed unlimited Internet is 30GB, where with Straighttalk it is 60GB. I really wish that was higher. Other than that, the customer service is great and we save about $55 a month.

Last month when hunting in the mountains, my signal would be too weak to use the phone. My friend who was with me was able to use his phone in areas I could not. I understand we were at the edge of cell phone ranges but difference of the two was large.

Lock screen on games is different from lock screen for opening your phone. You guys don't know the difference. 1 told me to not use or disable the lock screen. It's for all locks. Done with phone games. Because you don't know how they work.

When I decided to purchase this service I inquired as to the signal strength at both of my addresses. I was told that the strength was the best very strong. I usually only have one or two bars and many delays in connecting and some dropped calls. I was told by your people that a signal booster would not help.. I love the service, and am so glad I splurged for the iPhone. It is remarkable technology! I only have one problem. When I first set it up, I did something wrong with my appleID. I have not been able to verify my email, because it looks for an invalid address. If I reset my phone, will it allow me to start over with a new ID? I have tried to reset it online a couple of different ways, but I seem to be in some kind of no man's land. Is there any way I can erase or reset my apple ID?

Not sure it has changed anything. I was told the fault was with the phone, not the service. The phone is a new iphone 11.

Bad Customer Service. I also bought 2 new phones from them that they sent to the wrong address. The phones are broken from day one and they refuse to send me new ones. They told me to call the manufacturing company and take it up with them. The data the phone service is suppose to provide is never there to be used and I have to call each month to have them turn it on at least 2 times a month. This cause my messages not to work properly because it can't send or receive pictures. I'm completely screwed when trying to deal with project proposal.

Tech support people on the rare times I have had to contact them have been very helpful and prompt. Customer service has also been the same. I hit the link very happy. Overall satisfied! Only thing is I used to get thru a month on 2Gb from MetroPCS, now going thru 4Gb with PureTalk despite using WiFi almost all the time between home and work! After 4Gb it slows to a crawl!

Calls don't connect. Calls take 30s to 1 min to connect. Calls won't pick up, etc. Called customer service and they basically told me that I'm out of luck because it's probably signal issues. I initially could not receive text messages but they resolved that. I came from T-mobile with 0 issues in my area.

When I first switched over I had trouble with my data connecting. I called up and received help and the purse since spent a long time with me and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. We had to disconnect and she had to call me back several different times through this process and she was so patient and good with me. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Due to technical issues setting up the phone and transferring from our existing provider, we did not activate the phone until early October. I am disappointed that even in a metropolitan city (MSP) I have only been able to receive two bars and my friends with other service providers are able to receive four at the same time and location. Often they get reception when I don't. I am also disappointed in the fact that you don't provide text readout on voice messages. This was a feature that was very important to me when conducting personal and business communications. I may return to my previous service provider.

Was under the impression PureTalk was independent of AT&T/Verizon only to find it is affiliated w/ AT&T which I abhor. My Nokia android is a disappointment also as it can't transfer between años w/o closing out. Mistakenly thought Wi-Fi was included & it isn't! Some of this is my bad & some is incorrect advertising from Mark Levin.

Having to dial into voicemail is a downside. And having “lost” my previously saved voicemails was not expected. The signal has been good for the most part, there are some areas my AT&T friends get and I cannot. Finally, we hope the pricing does not change.

I’m not very happy when there’s updates. It wipes out some of my information. Sometimes I can’t get online after there’s an update and I have to call support to get information put back. In in order to do that it wipes out my hotspot information, it wipes out some profile information and I am just not plugging in when there’s updates available to do and not doing the updates.

Ever since I switched from AT&T to PureTalk there are text messages I am no longer receiving. Sometimes my texts do not go through but the bigger issue is that texts are not being received. I called but they could not fix this issue.

I switched to PureTalk due to a recommendation from a coworker. She switched to save money monthly and was very pleased. I had been struggling with some issues with my provider and decided to give PureTalk a chance. Initially, I had trouble with my phone (which I did not purchase through PureTalk). When I called customer service they were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were knowledgeable and did all they could to assist me. I have more data on this plan than my old one, along with better service and a cheaper bill. Nobody can complain about that!

The internet service does not work very well. Cannot use it a lot of the time when I am not home. Don’t like that I have to be near internet service to uses the phone a lot of the time. If it do work it is turning a lot.

So far, I have enjoyed PureTalk. I used to have Verizon. In areas where Verizon struggled, PureTalk does amazing! But whenever PureTalk struggles... it struggles. If my service is down a bar or two, it’s just like I have no service. And sometimes I get great service in my house, but other times I don’t. Overall, PureTalk is good. But spotty.

I do like the service, except that sometimes my phone acts weird. Like still ringing on the other end after the person answers, slow internet service, slow opening of apps. I’m sorry I don’t have any more words. I’ve describe my issues but the system wanted more.

I am definitely not getting the same coverage I previously had with Verizon. My Samsung Galaxy S9 continuously drops my calls in my house. Kinda annoying. However, the money I save every month mostly makes up for it. I also cannot receive pictures or web links to my text if my wifi is turned on on my phone. Kinda strange. But again, I am saving over 60 bucks a month.

I am so pleased with PureTalk, I can hardly believe it took me so long to switch. I was paying almost double per month with the other 3 letter carrier and getting only 16 GB to share amongst 6 devices. We almost always went over leaving us with snail-paced data for the last part of each month. Now we get 20 GB each on 2 phones, 4 on another and 2 each on 2 other devices, for a total of 48 GB for 5 devices. We are one happy camping family!

Contacted technical help 4 times. Never had issue resolved. Had 1-2 bars in the house. Could not access websites after initial Google search. Could not send photos via text. Could not access bank or credit accounts. Canceled service but still being billed. Apparently service does not work with ZTE Z981.

Initially had problem texting/calling wife and step-son -- in the same house. Called ---- phone reset and I STILL cannot text/call my wife. Many missed calls from wife as phone does not ring. I am very close to returning to TracFone. At least ---- they work for everyone.

Since starting service with you (at end of September), I have had phone service issues galore...not receiving text messages from senders, senders not receiving mine, low speed internet...all of which I did not sign up for. I called in multiple times with complaints, and each time the rep informed me that they had to “reset” my service...which took a matter of seconds. The problem is that I had to call in every week with the same issues...only for them to perform another “reset”. That became old very quickly.
The most recent time I called in (a few days ago), I was told by Mark in tech support that the reason my service was slow is because the 30GB was used up and now I was down to slow speed. I told him that the advertisement was “unlimited” service and that I was not informed of slower speed when I signed up. He told me that you are a reseller and that’s why the service is so bad. He instructed me to reset the settings in my phone to solve the texting issues. He did not tell my that by following his instructions, it would disconnect the call. I called back and spoke to a rep who was empathetic but still wasn’t able to solve my issues. I asked for a manager, and she sent me over to Mark (telling me that I would be speaking to a live person). I got a voicemail. I am very dissatisfied with your phone service and customer service. My sister, Ann **, who has Alzheimer’s, forgot that we had signed up with Pure Talk and disputed the credit card charge and canceled that card as she thought it was a fraudulent charge. I called Pure Talk to give a new card number but was told the charge dispute should be reversed. I couldn’t do that since the card had been canceled. The person I spoke with first, on Saturday October 31 said a different department would handle that and they don’t work on weekends so I would need to call back Monday. I did and was told someone would call me back. Never happened.
I made approximately 10 different calls to Pure Talk trying to resolve this issue and was told many times that someone would call me. Even after sending Pure Talk the POA I have for my sister no one contacted me. I finally gave up as I could not resolve this on my own. There would have to be some participation from Pure Talk. So, my sister now has another phone with another company.
FYI, I also wrote a letter to Reginald McFarland, PureTalk CEO. Just got a call from Mel ** in the Covington, Ga office. This was on November 25, the day after we had established the new phone/account for my sister. Mel said she would take care of canceling the account and will send me a return label to send the phone back. Until that happens I still feel this debacle has not been resolved. This is something that was unfortunate but could have been easily fixed but wasn’t.

Biggest complaint is the $5 charge if I dont want automatic payments. When I brought this up to the customer service rep they flippantly said that there was an obvious statement at sign up regarding it. I have never had this sort of fee and was with AT&T before. I also now have issues with texts not going through or video streaming issues. Yes, my bill is lower, but the service feels cheaper too.

We are very happy with the price for my husband and my cell service. Technical service has been great luckily. We both came from AT&T and our phones were set up by them. The network settings had to be changed in order for our phones, one Android and one I-Phone, to work correctly. That is fine, but it would have been nice to know that up front. I even wondered if my phone needed to be replaced because it is getting a bit old, but it needed a bit of help from technical service.

Pure Talk advertises that it's just like AT&T but less expensive. That's not entirely true. I had AT&T and I was able to send text messages internationally. With Pure talk I cannot do that, unless I agree to pay an extra charge for my "unlimited" texts. I am disappointed with your misleading advertising. Otherwise the service in the price is fine.

A week or so after I signed on, my wife's phone broke. I found I was not able to take advantage of the Apple Iphone 12 deals, because I signed up without knowing they would disappear unless new. The international calling is a complete disgrace, with a cumbersome system of codes and access numbers with a fee that disappears after 30 days. It is a ripoff. I probably will switch carriers within the next few months.

There are two lines ending in 8216 and 1847 where the ATT store says the SIMs appear to be scratched: so group texts, data, sending pictures over text do not work and one continually goes to emergency only calling mode.

My previous carrier, T-Mobile, I never had any problems. With Pure Talk I have constant problems. I can't send or receive pictures, often have to enter a number I'm attempting to call 10 times or more because I keep getting a message that the number isn't in the network, but then it finally goes through, usually have a weak signal for wifi and periodically have to reconnect to wifi even though I haven't gone anywhere. I hate to change back, but don't see any alternative. Bummer.

My phone is unable to send texts to my husband's phone. His phone receives msgs "STATUS" for no reason, multiple times & your company cannot say why. All help has not fixed anything. Missing Verizon very much. Multiple 'agents' at your company are unable to help. We give up.

Every time I run out of hs data, have to call in for low speed data yesterday waited hours for my low speed data, never saw it, had to stop and pay for wifi because you couldn't restore low speed data, will give you 1 more month if this continues, will get service elsewhere.

My family and I have not been pleased with the coverage or speed of data and some spotty phone coverage in the area and our recent travel to Minnesota. Especially a problem in rural areas and in heavy populated areas. Price seems to reflect the coverage and data speed. Had AT&T previously so was surprised at the decline in coverage, speed.

I would like to share what I believe is an extremely important detail that first time Pure Talk customers should be made aware of before beginning the activation process to Pure Talk. One of the instructions given is to not cancel current cell phone service until after the completion of the Activation process. This is what I did. Unfortunately, the moment the activation to Pure Talk completed, and my number ported over to Pure Talk, the effect was that my AT&T account automatically "cancelled" as a consequence. At least, that's what AT&T has repeatedly insisted to me was the case, even though I had not requested a cancellation from them yet.
The reason this may be problematic for new customers like myself is that if an automatic payment to AT&T has occured before service activation to Pure Talk, then AT&T will claim that due to porting over to Pure Talk, that the account with At&T has cancelled and additionally claim that, as in my case, the account information is purged in such a way as to prevent them from refunding any automatic payment (In my case $86.00) that they have withdrawn from the customer account. I don't think this reflects in any way on Pure Talk. I am very happy to be a new customer. But I do believe the aforementioned details I have shared could serve as a very important precaution to former AT&T customers before they switch over to Pure Talk.

Unlimited data is a lie, was told speeds would never be throttled. Now after 30meg is used the speed is dropped to a speed where nothing works. Very unhappy with being lied to when that was the reason I switched. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Your plan says unlimited data. It’s not. I’ve never had that happen with other main companies. I feel I’m being ripped off. I can pay $5 more a month and will have unlimited data. I’m probably going to change over to another company like T Moblile, Sprint, or even Cricket would have unlimited data. The more I think about it.. I’ll probably do Version or even AT&T. Never had a problem with unlimited data.

First I realized that I was at fault for the reduction in the trade in value for my phone since I was late in returning it because of being sick. My problem started when I got an email that said the value was lowered because of being late in returning the phone. I was fine with that. It gave me a link to follow to accept the new offer which was ok with me. The problem was when you click the link you entered into a loop that would not let you accept the offer. I called customer service and was told that I'd have to call the company that did the appraisal to get it accepted. I was told that they were closed and that I would have to call them the next day.
When I called them they said that they could not help me with my problem and I would have to call Pure Talk to get it fixed. They had me on hold for over 40 minutes trying to transfer me to Pure Talk. This was on a Friday at about 4:00 PM. They said I would have to call again on Saturday. I could not call on Saturday so I called on Sunday and explained what was going on and that I had received an email that said if I didn't accept the offer by Monday they would send the phone back to me. I told the girl I was talking to that I didn't want that to happen. She finally took care of it for me. I don't understand the run around I was getting when I was finally told that the first person should have been able to take care of the situation. During this time period I had received a couple of emails with links and each time I was put into the same loop.

Our service coverage inside our home seems to be worse than our previous carrier. My husbands phone will not send pictures or emoji's through text messages at all. The cost is a little cheaper but when things don't work properly is it really worth it????

When we changed, my wife and I, we were skeptical. We saved our AT&T SIM cards just in case! We could not be happier! We were paying approximately $180 per month for unlimited data! Using Pure Talk, we have found we use less than 2 GB. We are saving $140 per month!!!! We have the exact same coverages as with AT&T with no lags or anything! So HAPPY!!!

Order was processed and shipped as promised by Pure Talk. I actually paid for next day delivery, however, FedEx dropped the ball on their end and did not expedite the shipment properly. The call quality on the network has been a great improvement over my previous company. My only complaint has been with paying for next day delivery that was not delivered.

Pure Talk did not work out for me. I travel and found no connection for phone service frequently. Plus I lost Google Maps service in these black out areas. Never could use phone as an internet hub, which I relied on when I was otherwise in an internet black out area. The service did work over my internet, I had trouble within my block to connect to wireless service. It depended on my Internet service to work. When I was a mile from my home phone service would resume.

Where I live I have service everywhere I go. I haven't had any problems with service at all. You cannot beat this level of service for $24.99 a month. The company is also veteran owned so that is a big plus too. Again I could not be more pleased than what I am now. It doesn't make sense for me to pay $125 a month for the same service I'm getting now for $25 a month. Switching was the best choice I ever made.

I am not happy with the phone service so far. We recently switched from AT&T and it seemed to be fine the first month, but recently I am losing calls left and right. I work from home and use my phone all day (always in the same location of my home) and recently my phone just seems to cut off. It is like we are both on mute. I then have to hang up and try calling the customer back and often two or three times to finish our conversation. Very maddening. And I know that it is not my phone, as I have tried my husband's phone, and the same problem. I have an iPhone. He has an Android.

I didn't have a very good experience, I was excited at the prospect of saving money but it ended up costing me missed calls and texts. I had acceptable service at home but not at all at work. I would receive texts hours after they were sent. Unfortunately I had to go back to my previous provider, Verizon.

Went to Puretalk for advertising with shows and business that I support. I could not be happier. I have six lines with them. Reception has been identical to AT&T. Online is easier to see data use age. There was one hiccup with one line, called customer support and within 5 seconds got a person based in the USA that fixed it in under 10 minutes. All of this for cheaper as well.

I have been pretty happy Except that I get a lot of spam calls. Emails messages; people call me by someone else’s name. I never ever had any contact with these callers texts etc. I cannot for the life of me remember my number And no matter if I block mark as spam delete etc it’s a continuously annoying problem... They send things such as charging for things not ordered obscene texts etc... I get frustrated. When starting service with Pure Talk I had asked for an easier number... I just wish the obscene texts and texts to someone else would stop.

It seems like PureTalk is retarded a decade or so in the visual voicemail area. I haven’t had to call my voicemail in a decade and listen through voicemails and either press 7 to delete or 9 to save. That’s old and unnecessary.

I receive voice messages several hours after they are left. As these are from clients it is quite annoying. Also, my name is hidden when I call someone even though I have put in settings have it to show. This I just do not understand.

I have had no problem with Pure Talk. The service has been reliable although the data may not always be as easily accessible. My main reason for having a cellphone is so I can call for help if needed, keep in touch with family and friends and make other necessary calls.

We are constantly having to reset our network every time we go out of service, which is a lot. One service person we talked to said, "they all do that". NO, I don't think so. Also, do we have to put in a password every time we want to hear our voice messages? How do we tell when someone leaves a voice message? I can't find a date or time for someone leaving a message.

Love that I get service at my house out in the woods. It is fast and consistent. The call quality is sometimes poor though. sometimes there is scratchiness or full on breaks during a call. I would really love it if Pure Talk made an app to check on data usage and bill history/ payment.

1) We were unable to port one of our phone numbers over to PureTalkUSA. I'm sure there is some weird reason why but I don't understand it.
2) Because we can't port one of our numbers we have been paying two cell phone bills for months while we waited for PureTalkUSa to investigate why we can't port our number and (once they decided it just can't be done) while we try to figure out what we're gonna do.
3) I get no Data service even though I am paying for it. I can't even receive MMS messages even when I connect to WIFI. Nobody seems to know why. It worked great when I was on Verizon but I haven't been able to send/receive one byte of data since I switched.

I was under the impression that I would be able to use the hot spot on my phone to watch TV the entire month. This is not the case, but I now I just continue my service for now or pay for my phone. On the bright side I was able to decrease the amount of service I am paying for and the phone is really nice.

So for the most part my experience has been positive. The only thing that I can complain about is that if you are an iPhone user and are in a group chat with non-iphone user then you do not get those texts. I have used Puretalk customer supports suggestion to reset my network settings but this did not resolve the issue. I have since learned this is because puretalk is not an official Apple phone company so it's a bit wonky. I hope puretalk can find a way to permanently resolve this issue.

Very happy so far. Only gave a four star because I haven’t had enough time for a true test. To date, reception has been good with only a few issues in remote locations and low spots in rural areas. Great cost savings over my previous service with ATT. Great customer service- quick, friendly and responsive! Thank you for providing quality service at a good price.

Called to get help setting up voicemail. Seven phone calls later, I received no answers and was left on hold twice with no one returning to answer request. No one seemed able to help. Still don’t have voicemail. Can you recommend a better company to sign up with?

I bought 2 Nokia 1.3 phones when I switched to PureTalk. Both phones were very difficult to open to insert the SIM cards. One of the phone's screen cracked during the process. I wrote a letter and returned the phone requesting a refund/replacement. Puretalk merely mailed the cracked phone back with no explanation. Very dissatisfied.

The voicemail system for this service was not as convenient to set up and is not as easy to use as my pricier plan was. However, the lower price for larger amounts of data is appreciated. Assistance with setting up my phone and voicemail was exceptional. Thank you!

I have no issues with the switch from ATT. Very smooth transition with no break in service. I can’t tell any difference between the service cell reception is the exact same as ATT. I referred both my sister and my nephew as well as another friend and all 3 made the switch. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE.

When I use the data it takes an unusually long time for my maps to download sometimes they won't download at all.. I also have a problem sending photos. The photos just won't go out. I have spoke to a representative on the phone but the problem has not been resolved. I am seriously considering changing back to my old phone company even they are 4 times more expensive.

I have been a member now for about 3 months and absolutely no problem. I had another network and it kept dropping calls and mobile internet wouldn't work half the time. That is very important to me. Since PureTalk no problems at all haven't dropped a call or had internet problems. My wife and I are very happy.

We're *thrilled* with our switch to PureTalkUSA! This switch included multiple & significant upgrades for us-- from very simple LG models (years old & definitely not "smart"!) to iPhone 7's (so many bells & whistles & we're still learning the devices). But in addition to a GREAT deal on the phones themselves, the BEST things are the excellent coverage & reliability AND the great plan price options with PureTalkUSA.
The representatives with whom we've dealt were knowledgeable & professional. After decades with our previous carrier/service provider, we anticipated lots of "issues" & problems. There were NONE! Additionally, we're thrilled that PureTalkUSA doesn't "redistribute" any portion of our payments to institutions or causes that we don't support morally, nor would we support financially. For us, that's a HUGE benefit.
Shortly after acquiring my phone, I drove through the mountains of "wild, wonderful West Virginia" where service can drop at any time. My conversation, lasting well over 30 minutes through the middle of nowhere, never faltered. I'm not saying there's total coverage state-wide, but I was duly impressed with the reception through the areas I was travelling. I'm sure I sound like a commercial script but we truly have had a terrific experience and only regret not switching WAY sooner. We've been telling friends & family about PureTalkUSA & hope to hear that some (ALL!) of them have made, or will make, this smart move soon. We'd tell everyone to switch ASAP!!

Phone service itself is fine. Problem has been that when I contact your tech support to eliminate Voice mail on my ** line, they say it has been accomplished, and then a few days later, I find calls being left on Voice mail rather than on my home answering machine where I get an audible signal that I have a message. Tried to get resolved on many attempts with the same unsatisfactory result. I have given up on your tech support.

The coverage in the area I live in is poor. Prior to me switching to PureTalk Verizon was my provider. I have spoken with many people about switching but my warning to them is they will struggle with the dropped and failed calls. My phone is my business and I’m not sure how long I can continue the go on as it now is.

I have the same service that I had with ATT, but much cheaper. The service is good except that occasionally my data runs a little slow. I do still do all the tasks I previously did and I like my overall service.

We were able to easily transition from flip tops to smart phones. The reception is better and we have come to like many of the bells and whistles. Our main concern was storms. The far corner of the property is 1.5 miles from the house and barn. We monitor the weather and are more comfortable from a safety standpoint. I recently broke my hip when a horse knocked me down. With the old phones help would have been difficult to get if I had been on the far reaches of the property. We have new phones that are three times better than the old ones and even with all of the expanded abilities we are paying less.

Shipping address incorrect should be Chandler address. Difficulty getting phone set up. Had no phone service at all for an extended time it took to receive the phone and get it set up. Required outside help to figure out a defect with the chip tray. Have not received an invoice for the November bill. Did not set up automatic payment.

Have a hard time getting quality service at home and also when traveling it is hard to send a text even when it says we have two bars. Although we were very happy to change over to Pure Talk from our previous service of Verizon. We hope our service may just continue to get better.
