    Sadly I am very unhappy and so is my wife after switching to you based on Rush Limbaugh's suggestion. On almost a daily basis texts that people send me don't download--I get that rotating "circle" but it never downloads - I have contacted Puretalk via Facebook messenger and they have been nice to try to help but basically give me long winded instructions to have me reset this and reset that and over and over - WHICH I DID BUT..the problem persists. I'm asking you nicely to fix this for good or we will have no choice but to go elsewhere. Thanks so much.

    I have a better price than Verizon. I have better transmit and reception than Verizon. Pure Talk has better Customer Service than Verizon. I would definitely recommend Pure Talk to others. I would like to see more Android replacement phone choices.

    I changed service from Verizon wireless to Puretalk a few months ago and my experience has been very positive. The service has been excellent. The only feature I would like to see is integrated voicemail, instead of having to call my voicemail. But other than that I am completely happy with my switch.

    So far so good. I am a little surprised at how quickly the gigs are used up. When I was with AT&T about four years ago, it seemed that the gigs lasted longer, I was only using about 1.3 per day, but now almost 2 for same amount of work.

    When I do NOT have to call my phone co. to "complain", or "grumble" silently 'cause this phone lacks capabilities, all is WELL! :) I do NOT have to run to store to buy another card. I can actually do most of my emails on phone. Some cool emoticons; some I don't know what to do with, but I at least have them. Phone audio & video MUCH better than last 4 phones I had. LOVE that Pure Talk is owned/run by veterans--God Bless our vets!

    I am furious. I sat on hold for 45 minutes trying to reach customer service last night and finally gave up. The same thing happened to my Uncle, the other line on my account, earlier in the day! This is absolutely unacceptable. There isn't even a message telling you your wait time or an option to call you back. Tonight I was on hold for 12 minutes, someone answered, I started to explain my problem, and I got dumped back to the menu!!! What is wrong with you? This is not how you treat customers! I've been waiting an additional 15 minutes now.

    My uncle is an older guy and has trouble making sure his Internet and Gmail account are accessible using his data plan. BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! He lives in another city, so I can't be there to help him. I just wanted someone to verify that he has "Data" selected and that it's working for how he access the Internet and his gmail. As we speak, I've been on hold ANOTHER 15 minutes. Again, someone answered and I got dumped back to the menu and I'm having to wait again. Good grief! This is terrible!

    My phone was cut off. I called and waited 25 mins. to be heard. The woman said it was a mistake and she turned my phone back on. If I had not had another phone with another service I would have been without communication. The woman said she was not going to report the incident so the situation could be prevented in the future. Later my data slowed greatly. I called and held for another long time. No solution was offered. I think I might have changed the Pure Talk service to my other phone and got better data from another service. Now I am looking for another service away from Pure Talk.

    Generally, was able to provide work arounds for no visual voice mail management & text messages. However, I purchased the service for its unlimited data & hot spot features. The hot spot feature is not guaranteed to work by Pure Talk. The only way to determine if it will work is to purchase their service. You may have to purchase one of their Android phones because Verizon android phones don't work with Pure Talk.

    I could not get a Hot Spot to work after purchasing a $250 phone & activating it. Customer service was terrible for supporting this feature. Very poor in explaining issues & dropped calls while waiting for customer service responses. There are no other ways to contact the company other than the standard customer service number which is frustrating.

    To discontinue the service, I had to transfer my phone number back to Verizon & pay $191.66 to Pure Talk because I had to signup for a 24 month contract when the $250 phone compatible with Pure Talk was purchased. The $191.66 was the balance on the phone purchase. There is no way to determine if you will be able to get a Hot Spot in your area before committing to Pure Talk. No refunds or apportionment of charges, you must pay the entire balance if a hot spot is not possible. It appears to be an un-honest way to sell a $250 cell phone.

If the conditions of the Conditional Sales Agreement are not met, the prorated amount remaining of the discount received on the device would come due.     I initiate a 3-way call with my two sisters every other Sunday. With two previous carriers, our calls would just suddenly drop - at least 2-3 times per phone call; sometimes even 4-5 times per call.     Service is comparable to AT&T except the unlimited data being slowed. Never experienced that before but for cheaper price will try to manage better. Between news and as a truck driver road conditions are always something to watch on my phone. I have the same dead spots and dropped call areas as AT&T.     I've had PureTalk for almost 2 months and the service has been mostly great. The only issues are my phone has problems when I send a message through a group text. It doesn't send even after 2 or more days. The second is I've had issues sending pictures in texts. It fails and says the message is too large.     Let me just say the cost of Pure Talk is terrific and I find it to be a terrific value. That said, I called tech-support for some assistance about two nights ago and we waited 4045 minutes to get a live person. When we finally talk to a live person they were very difficult to understand and my wife ask if they could move the microphone a little further away from their mouth. Without explanation the tech-support person said something unintelligible and put us back on hold. At about 108 minutes of waiting we finally hung up. 5 Stars for quality of product. Zero stars for quality of tech support. Hopefully we never have any tech support issues. I wonder if you folks are growing too fast?

    Since my husband has received his phone and been with Pure Talk, we have had two major issues with the account. The latest was that he needed to make a phone call and got an error message that he needed to make a payment. We have auto pay, so if a payment was due it should’ve been auto drafted. He uses this phone for personal and work, and it concerns me that someone might have tried to call him and would not have been able to get through. That could be quite embarrassing.

    The previous issue was that he was unable to use his phone because it indicated he was out of data, but when I checked our account he was not out of data and so it required a phone call and trying to get someone to correct the issue. This is unacceptable. We have eight family members, all of whom have been on AT&T up until now, and he is the first move to pure talk. We would potentially move all eight phones to pure talk, but not if we have these kinds of issues. I simply do not have time to continually correct issues.

    They offer $10/month for senior plan. Don't waste your money, even $10 is $10 too much!!! Bought one of their phones for $60. It didn't come with the right charger. They didn't send me a new one. I had to provide my own. Phone didn't work from the get go. I thought it was a problem with my husband's hearing, so we kept it & kept paying the bill in case of an emergency, assuming it did work. We paid for service for 9 months. I tried to use the phone several times over the last couple of months myself & found that the phone did not indeed work & that it never worked. I called Pure Talk several times over the last couple of months. They never did make it good. Cancelled service & only received 1 month refund. This company is a real loser!!!!

    I just ported my number out of your service yesterday. Unfortunately, visual voicemail did not work with my phone. This is an important feature for me and I was disappointed that Puretalk did not work. Also, I asked for mobile hotspot and it worked for two weeks and then one day stopped working. I sent an email asking for it to be reset and received a generic worthless email from customer service telling me it might or might not work. With non working mobile hotspot, I could not stay with Puretalk. Also, when I called in to receive my account information, the customer service rep was disinterested in helping me or the fact that I was leaving.

I tried to use my wife's phone to login into PURETALK.COM, but the web site address showed to login into PURETALK.COM showed this message "Your account balance is too low....".

    After getting back home and able to connect to your web site I found that my wife's phone used 1.4 GB during the month and I have a picture from her phone to prove. The same problem repeated next month, except my data usage shot up to 4 Gb in just 10 days into a new monthly cycle. And by the way, I was mostly at home and phone was on WiFi, and again my Internet access and GPS were dead when I was out from my home. After that I had enough and moved our service to another provider.

In the 32134 zip east of Ocala the signal is non-existent, there are broken and drop zones in the 32179 zip code.     Have had Pure Talk for 2 months now and have been very happy with my service. I like that the company is very transparent and super easy to work with. I thought I would be sacrificing service for the low price but the exact opposite was true. Only 2 very minor complaints I have are since pure talk piggybacks off of AT&T’s network if you’re in a service area where there are a lot of other AT&T users. The service will prioritize those AT&T users over you which may result in slower data speeds and dropped calls but that hasn’t happened too often with me. My second minor complaint is that I feel like I get a lot more spam calls/texts than I did with my previous cell service but I’m paying less than half of what I was paying with my previous cell service so I don’t mind it at all. Overall I’m happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone that lives in an area with strong AT&T service.

    In the month that we have used your service, I have had three occasions that I know when I either didn't receive a message or messages I sent did not get delivered. I have called customer service about the problem and they told me how to reset my network settings. This worked for two of the three known times I had this problem, however it is only a temporary fix. I have reset my phone three times and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This is not acceptable service.

    I am very dissatisfied with this service overall. The only reason I'm still with them is because I can't afford another phone service. I had to go over two weeks to use my phone again, and I had to call on another persons phone to figure out why I couldn't use it. I missed so many appointments and calls do to this. The second is that I was told that you can keep your number, but you can't sign up for Prue Talk unless you completely get off your other plan, I waited to get off my plan and nope! Had to have a new number. When I called right away to fix this, they said there was nothing they can do.

    I have memory issues and I'm still struggling to remember my phone number. Last thing is that there is no way to set up your voicemail. I mean there is a way, but I have yet to figure this out. I was told you have to call your phone? And somehow set it up that way? But the problem is if someone leaves me a voicemail, I have absolutely no idea if anyone left me a voicemail, because it doesn't show it! My Mom who also has Pure Talk to have to go though ALL these steps just to see if she has a voicemail. And she works! It's absolutely frustrating to say the least. Back when I was a kid and I had an upgrade flip phone that slide out, I could even see when people left me voicemails. I don't know, I have to be on this to even have a phone, but it's beyond frustrating.

    I have only been a customer for a few months. And already have had problems. A few weeks after I signed up I tried to make a call and a recording came on and said I don't have money in my account. So I called 611 and the person said it was a glitch. Since then many of my calls are breaking up. Last Saturday at 9:15 central time I tried to make a call and I got the same stupid recording. So I called 611 and got a recording saying the offices are closed on weekends. Then I went to the website and tried that. I got redirected to some sort of "answer" place that charged me $1.00. And that was a waste.

    Then I called 2 more times and got recordings. I called a fourth time and finally got someone. I told her what was wrong and in a few minutes she said it's fixed. So that's it? How many more times will this happen? Yesterday I got an e-mail and a text saying that my payment did not go through. Well I my S.S. payment is late so I had to use my card for gas and food. I must have miscalculated. That was my fault.

    Cell bar coverage always below par if not none. Dropped calls, no calls, no service, price just went up when told it would not. Yeah, price low but what's up with increase in 2 months already. Initial setup was difficult to work properly, still not. Had to call tech help many times. Yes, though they are available to answer which is great but this did not resolve my problems with coverage. Switching from previous carrier did not go smoothly when told it would.

    Tonight I spent 51 minutes on the phone and most of that time was on HOLD. This is the last of 3-4 other calls I have made to correct a problem with my wife's Galaxy S-7 phone. The problem is sending photos which was not a problem before we switched from Verizon to Pure Talk. You have the records there for when that occurred. There are only 4 functions she uses on this phone; voice calls, text messages, photos, and weather info. In 4 words; she cannot send photos. Additionally if you were to look in the records you would find the previous calls we have made and 2-3 of those times the APN settings were switched from one carrier to another.     Since joining Pure Talk I am not able to use the hot spot off or from my IPad to allow my laptop to access the internet.     While I really like the price of the service, I would hope the voicemail service improves from the 1990's style of voicemail retrieval. The coverage is very poor where I live, which is not what the map shows when I signed up. I have to be outside my home to make calls or send/receive texts with most of my contacts. WiFi allows me to make wifi calling possible for other iPhone users, fortunately. Please improve the voicemail, and see if AT&T can improve service in my area.
