    The phone part of the service was fine. Getting all of my texts WITH pictures was not good. If it doesn't bother you to struggle with getting pictures and texts, you should be all right. But if you cannot live with that, go elsewhere. We experienced this on more than one phone. It didn't make me happy to move my service because it was a REAL HASSLE switching back. Took me THREE hours to get it done and some of that was Pure Talk's fault.

    Cust service is great! However the average time to get to an agent is 20-35 min. Horrible. An agent told me that there aren't enough agents to call the volume of calls especially on the weekends. Also sometimes apps won't load, so I have to close them then redownload due to lack of internet connection.

    The only problem I have with your service is the slow response time when I have a question and it is not on the web site. Customer service makes you hold 15 to 30 minutes. Tech support was also 10 to 15 minutes. Please send new customers the steps you have to go through when they receive the sim card to set up the avn area of the phone so it will work sooner. I have ask for emails to be sent with this information but they never come through.

    Overall happy! However had to call 3 times already. We have a unlimited plan (that’s really not unlimited) because my husband’s phone was turned off at 5,000 limit. All 3 times as I was told something different. Pure Talk needs to be transparent that unlimited is really not unlimited. My husband is a truck driver and both times he has had to get someone to call me to tell me his phone was off. Not cool.

    When I initially set up service with Puretalk I made it very clear that I needed mobile hotspot and was assured over and over that it was part of the plan. I need it for work and now I'm behind two days because I cannot get it to work. I have been on the phone 4 different times in the last two days with wait times 15 min to 30 min at a time. After giving my information to the rep, two of the calls were simply rerouted back to the wait loop. The other two reps were more helpful, but I have done everything possible to set up the mobile hotspot and nothing is working. One said she had mobile hotspot added. Then this morning another rep said she was going to add it. Are they not doing their job?

    CS reps are lacking in customer service and very hard to understand over the phone. If I ask them to repeat, I can hear their frustration at having to do it. It all feels like a big run around! And this very minute, as I write this email, I have just been disconnected from waiting on another call to your company. I read your webpage and it said all plans are automatically enabled with mobile hotspot. The cs rep yesterday said it was not on my phone and that I had to call in to get it added. I want to talk with someone in technical to help get this working. I have the iPhone XR and it worked with ATT just fine. I cannot have any more down time with this phone plan.

    The switchover from Verizon to PureTalk was easy and worked well. The quality of service is just as good if not better, and the price is a no-brainer. We went from about $100 per month for two phones to $36 per month and have the same amount of data. The only reason I rated the change as a 4 instead of a 5 was the wait time for customer service phone call. Verizon has you beat there. Once on the phone, however, the person that helped was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks.

    PT service is just fine.... every bit as good as my former Verizon account... only 4 stars because your online account login process is completely abysmal.... I have NEVER ONCE been able to successfully log into my account online... It's an endless repetitive cycle of 'change password' and 'click on all images' with a bus/car/crosswalk, etc.... over and over... never progressing beyond that cycle... leaving only the option of waiting on hold for live customer service with no prompts advising anticipated wait times, or advising as to my position in line ("you are #5 in line", etc)...

    ...PLEASE devote some effort to making your online login process more user friendly and accessible.... as I said... I have NEVER ONCE been able to successfully login to my account with PT... after at least twenty or so attempts.... I have been made to change my password so many times, there is NO way I have any concept of what it is supposed to be now.... The PT service is great, but accessing the details of my account online is impossible with your current system....

    I considered giving PureTalk just two stars because we have had the service for about two months and during the past 10-12 days we have had phone and text service but no internet outside of our house. I called Customer Service four times and was on hold for those four calls a total of over three hours. I had to eventually hang up because of other things to be done.     I have security systems that text alerts to my phone, and sometimes these take several minutes for the SMS message to be received. This is an extremely long time if the incident were the result of a break in, giving the intruder more time than they deserve. Our Verizon SMS messages took literally a second or two to arrive.     I have purchase 4 phones returning 3. I have called numerous times to try to understand why Pure Talk SIM cards will not work in LG phones Stylo 5 and 6. Then I decided to take my wife sim card which is on my Pure Talk plan and put it in my new phone and of course it rings which was the big problem. Everything went to voicemail. Couldn't get it to ring first. I need a new SIM card as fast as possible! She stayed with her Stylo 3 and I'm sending you this message on my old Stylo 3 which I need to move up from!     I have no data service when I am away from Wifi on my iPhone 11 Pro. With my previous provider of 28 years, and most recently, with this same phone, I had no issues. I have over three hours of phone calls into PureTalk to try and resolve this issue with no change. This is an important part of my service plan. I feel horrible that without a resolution we'll have no choice, but to find another provider. I truly wish this wasn't the case. Part of my issue is to begin a support call. I've been placed on hold for no less than 25 minutes and up to as much as 90 minutes. This just doesn't work for me during the week.

    Price is great, cut my bill in half. I paid for unlimited data and I work outdoors in a rural area usually alone and I depend on data to listen to radio and podcasts. My problem is that after 30gb I get throttled down which isn’t new to me. The difference is after throttled down it is so absurdly slow it is useless. So slow it usually can’t sent an iMessage! So I get stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to listen to! I ran a speed test and it was 0.03... That’s three hundredths of a megabit! Why so slow?

    It's cheap but here's why, you cannot use your phone outside of your home city! Travel one hour in any direction and you've got yourself an expensive paper weight. No calling, no text, nothing. Literally cannot make or take a call or text. Not even itermittently, no service whatsoever. So call customer service to figure out why and find out another reason this service is so cheap....customer service is lacking at best. They need to reevaluate who they have answering their calls. Unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and abide by the old saying "if it's too good to be true". If you want a cell service that only works in your house, go for it!

    We are new customers and have poor to no reception where we live. I was told the ATT towers in my area were adequate, but that is not true. We get "No service" messages and dropped calls almost daily. Do you provide something to boost the signal strength in rural homes like ours? If not, what be done?

    Call on 3/27/21. Talk to a lady about my cell service, being slow, she said that l used all my data of 6 gigabytes, l told her I switch from Verizon to Pure Talk because it offer the same promotion as Verizon, for less cost. I used my MapQuest for driving and internet too and never had a problem with Verizon with slow internet, in fact I was given more data from Verizon cause they said I didn’t used all my data of 6 gigabytes in a month, but with Pure Talk l round out half way thru the month, thus losing fast internet speed which is not conducive to my job. Then the lady I’ve spoken to put me on hold, after waiting for a while I was disconnected. Truly an unsatisfied customer. As I sit here writing this letter, I hear Rush Limbaugh on your commercial, which is why I switched from Verizon to Pure Talk.     I wanted to support this company and get away from large cell phone companies and what they give their money to. I switched over end of January and my experience has been sad. I have text messages that won't send, text messages I am not receiving from multiple people. For two days this week I could not do any messaging.

    I also try to call out and my phone call is dropped right away. I did talk to customer service several times last night. One person stated they fixed the problem with my texts messages but it was not fixed. I called again and the lady was able to resolve the issue but still today I have text messages not going out. I am beyond frustrated. I do not want to switch back and support companies that do very evil things with their earnings. Where is the hope I just want a cell phone service that works without having to fill dirty pockets.

    I called twice to their customer service line and the first time I was on hold over 20 minutes, the second time over 30 minutes. Maybe that should tell you what to expect when using them. The other issue was the call quality. Screeching was heard during the conversations with those I was calling. It was so bad, they told me to hang up and call them on my Verizon line. Not a fan.

    I purchased the unlimited data plan. I live in a rural area with no access to any other internet except satellite which I am not willing to pay for. They are too high dollar for what they provide for service. With a cell phone booster I get enough service for what I need. The service with Pure Talk is just as good as what I was getting with AT&T. I am very happy with that and the price. That being said, I was not happy when my service was cut off at 30 gigs, three weeks into the month. I was left a week with no service. This never happened to me with at&t. If it wasn’t for that I would give a five star review.

    I have a couple of compliments & complaints. I like the reception I get from the towers for my service. Calling customer service means a hold time of an hour or more. That’s ridiculous. Also the reset date needs to start over at midnight that day. Not in the middle of the day. That’s ridiculous.

    This feedback request was initiated via an email I received. Overall, I'm mostly happy with PureTalk primarily due to pricing compared to AT&T who I was with and a family of 6. However, there are a few disappointments with issues I never had with AT&T.

    1) No support for Apple Watch.

    2) Sending data, such as iMessage with photo attachment almost always takes longer even with full bars on LTE.

    3) Voicemail--with PT, I have to enter my passcode every time I call. With AT&T I only had to do that the first time. Additionally, AT&T provide text transcripts of voicemails, so I did not even have to call and listen to the voicemail most times. This is especially helpful when the caller hangs up and there's no voicemail to listen to, but I still get voicemail notification--waste of time.

    When I signed up for the service I was told I would have Wi-Fi calling. After I was signed up I found out that was not true. My cellular service at my home is very bad.     I moved over to Pure Talk a couple of months ago from Verizon. I’m on a fixed income and I needed to cut my expenses. As long as I’m at home and on WiFi, I can use any website I want. When I’m in my car or out shopping, I can’t open any websites. They all say that I’m not connected to the internet. I never had that problem with Verizon, so I’m not sure what to do about it.     Transferred my service from Verizon to PTUSA after seeing the PT advertisement for a no contract lower service fee. However, once the transfer was complete I learned that there is a termination fee. In addition, once the service is started there is little, if any, support service should you have a question.     I cannot get my voicemail working right. Before, I had Verizon, which lined up my voicemails for me to see. I didn't need any password. Now, with Puretalk, I need a password, which I cannot remember. Even if I could, it would just play voicemails, not let me see which one I wanted to listen to. When I tried to find out how to fix it, the web site was zero use. When I tried to get customer service, I got a joke!!! It basically said, "Solve it yourself." WTF??? When I tried to call, on a Monday evening around 7.30 p.m., it said it was closed, after office hours. This was *after* it said that it would be open until 11 p.m.! I tried again, and it let me stay on hold for over an hour, until I gave up in disgust. I am investigating changing to a different service. I am 100% disappointed in the service! I can not afford to miss voicemails, to be not able to review them easily. And I for sure can't afford a carrier who has no customer service at all, just runarounds.

    We have 2 T-Mobile phones and one PureTalk that we use as our home phone line. The PureTalk line is the only one that consistently has great phone reception and data access. If someone calls us on our T-Mobile phone while we are at home it will always drop the call, if it rings at all in the first place. I took a long hike on our farm, down a steep hollow and the PureTalk phone always had reception. Nice to know you can always call 911 and reach someone for help if you're injured while out working or playing at home.

    My family of four switched to Pure Talk because we heard good things. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. Three out of four phones stopped receiving or sending texts most of the time. Sometimes it would work, but most often they said they were sent, but other people never got them and vice versa. I tried talking to customer service multiple times, but there were no help. I kept getting disconnected and they never called back. Recently I was on hold for over an hour just to have someone finally answer and then put me on hold again for so long that they call just went back to the starting menu. Needless to say, I am getting as far away from the service as possible. It just stinks because we wasted two months of pay with terrible service.

    I made the switch two months ago, smooth and easy. Phone service has been very good, and it’s much more economical than the big carriers - much better value. However, there is one glaring issue that makes me consider leaving PureTalk: the lack of support for Apple Watch. I would love to use my Apple Watch in a cellular capacity like the big carriers and even some of the smaller carriers, but can’t with PureTalk. Why not? What is the hold up? It’s a big inconvenience for customers like me, which undoubtedly there are many. PureTalk needs to get on board with Apple Watch. Make this happen!

    Everything is perfect with the exception of wifi calling. My house has steel siding and roof, so I do not get a signal inside, so I need wifi calling which I had with ATT.     I switched because of Rush Limbaugh's recommendation, and that you use the same cell towers as Verizon and the others. I had Verizon. Perhaps you do use the same towers, but your service DEFINITELY is not as good in the neighborhood where I live. I had excellent service with Verizon. I have sketchy service with Pure Talk - and I don't care! I would rather pay $20 per month for sketchy service than pay $45 for Verizon. And I do recommend your service to others, letting them know it will not be 100% like their current carrier, but that it is definitely worth it to switch.

    My husband has an Apple phone and has a different view. He finds it very frustrating that he must have his phone in a certain position near a window for service. If he goes to the interior of the house he loses service. He cannot move his phone once it makes a connection without losing service; therefore it is not a mobile phone since it must be stationary in order for him to use it. Most of the time he just goes outside. We did not have this problem with Verizon.

    Customer service number inoperable. 611 took 15 min. Transfer to tech after short conversation another 15 min. Tech said she couldn't fix. Same a second time same day.     The card that I used to create my PureTalk account was compromised and canceled. I got a text saying that the payment was rejected. Attempted to login online - had to re-set my password but the system wouldn't take it. 3 attempts. Didn't work. Got a text from PureTalk saying dial 611. So I called that.     First off, your wait times for reaching an agent are awful. I had called 3 times about this issue, got through the first time in 23 minutes. Your commercials claim all US support. That is fine, but maybe you should hire more. The first person who tried to help me was pleasant and said I would get an email about the issue and that it would take about a day to resolve. Never got an email. Still not resolved. The first call was on 3/13. The second time I tried calling was 3/17. Waited 20 minutes, gave up. The third time was yesterday. The first rep answered after about 25 minutes. She could not help me and put me on hold for tech support. That hold wait was another 25 minutes or so.

    My issue is that I wanted to turn on WIFI calling on the 2 lines I have with you that 2 of my son's use. They both have the Nokia 5.3, purchased through you. The tech support person told me that it didn't always work trying to turn this feature on on Android phones. This is unacceptable considering the phones came straight from you and it is a regular feature on Android, just apparently one you have to turn on for some reason. These 2 lines were a test for me to check out your service because I have 5 other lines on Verizon and was possibly looking to change. They may cost more but the customer service is far above yours.

    I don't know whether it is Pure Talk or my Samsung phone. But I am having problems with my memory operating a full capacity most of the time which keeps me from downloading or reading texts which are longer than a sentence. I have deleted most of the apps on my phone to try and solve the problem, have added an SD card with 128 gig capacity to store my photos, but that has not solved the problem. My sim card is 16 gigs. When I go into the memory to see what is taking up all the space, the phone shows the memory is only 2 gigs, that that the system and apps take up 1.1 gigs, that 211 MB is reserved, and only 637 MB is available. The storage on the card is shown as16 gigs with 7.1 gigs consumed by apps but no indication of what is consuming the the remaining 8.9 gigs, only that there is 0 available space. I did not experience this problem when I was with AT&T and don't know how to solve it. Can you help?

    I'm very disappointed with Pure Talk. Upon signing up with pure talk the representative told me that they had very good service in my area. That was my only concern and in the past month calls are dropping and going on my apps is impossible. It's like they are constantly buffering. Then when I called yesterday I was kept on hold for one hour and nine minutes. The representative blamed my poor service on the fact that I had used all of my gigs but this started almost a month ago. This is the last month I'll be with pure talk if they can't fix this problem.     I am happy to have the chance to tell Pure Talk my extreme displeasure with my experience with your company: I was interested in lowering my phone costs as I like to travel internationally as well as nationally. I am using Verizon and my phone bill for 2 phones and international calls bounces between $100 and $200 a month depending on "overages", fine. Pure talk offered the chance to reduce my bill, so I could have 3 lines with one high data (this is off the top of my head, not bill), 1 medium data and one small data for approx $80. In essence, I wanted to port 2 numbers from Verizon and one Pure talk # which would be the small data cap.

    Sadly, during the opening of my account the order taker mistook my name Gary for Jerry, I had to repeat the international radio code to be understood: Golf (G) Alpha (A) Romeo (R) Yankee (Y)! Perhaps it was poor equipment or bad ear bud, I don't know or really care. What was important was that 50% of the port didn't take place! Perhaps due to the distraction of the simple miss-understanding of my name, in any event only one number was ported correctly (perhaps).

    However, I unfortunately, one of my computers was hit with a Ransomware attack. I have had a "sensitive" job, and the government has had my data for decades, as result during a hack of OPM (Office of Personnel Management) in 2015 I was informed that my personnel data was taken, along with many others. In any event, I had to cancel credit cards, bank accounts etc. just to contribute to the general confusion and disruption along with the Wuhan virus. It eventually became clear that I wasn't getting what I expected, I have to pay Verizon for 2 phone lines & Pure talk for 3 phone lines even as I wasn't getting the service I as expecting.

    I contacted Pure talk asking about why I didn't have the expected results, they said I needed to talk to Verizon to find out why I hadn't ported the 2nd #. They pointed out I still had one of their sims (IN A 4th Phone I own!), which was mirroring to a pure talk sim! So I took that Verizon sim out (I have High Speed Wifi with Comcast at home (2165Mbps) in 5GHz).

    When I came home I called Pure Talk to have the sim in my Iphone 12 pro max linked to my phone # **, only to be informed that I now must wait to receive a NEW sim card because I have used it (12 pro max), already DUH! Now, I must wait 2 business days, (Naturally, it's Saturday), I presume that means perhaps Wednesday of Next week, I might be able to get my NEW sim card and complete the original intent when I called your company to have 2 (count 2) phone lines ported over to your company, of course, I must pay Verizon for the continued service for the lines I had no intention of using adding to the expense; indeed, far from saving money, my experience with your company has been most expensive. I am not sure what your company can learn from my experience, however I would say 1 star is overrated!

    The phone reception seems satisfactory. I have been dropped a few times and that was never the case with Verizon. When I dial a phone number, I have seen it take over a minute for the thing to start ringing. That is not helpful when you are trying to make multiple calls in a short timespan. Verizon could handle dial outs in under 10 seconds every time. The frequency of unwanted call marketing has gone through the roof. I get calls from London, Singapore, British Columbia, and all over the globe with lazy thieves trying to steal my privacy and information. Your product is priced lower, but it is not as good as Verizon like you advertise. I suppose it is possible that Verizon is attacking your quality. I wouldn't want to compete with them. They are definitely a bunch of crooks. That is why I went with you. But for all I know, they probably own your company.

    I don't get internet access In alot of places unless I use public wifi. I don't have any voicemail at all every time I go to access it. It says "setting up visual voicemail please wait", it never gets done. Please fix these.

    1. Monthly cost is excellent!

    2. Took me hours to get my wife's Galaxy S4 to send picture text messages. (Eventually found a link that said to download new Samsung messaging app. That solved it!)

    3. Recipients have a hard time hearing me on some instances during phone calls. (Never happened with Verizon)

    4. Recipients sometimes don't even hear me unless I reposition myself in different areas of the house.

    5. Customer Service...YIKES. Only way to get hold of you is via phone number. For 2 days I couldn't dial 1 (Help) or the 877 number. Just kept dropping. No other way to contact you folks. So the Lord said, "Reboot your phone". I did and was able to get the Help phone numbers working. YOU MUST get different ways for us to contact you (Chat, email, etc).

    Your low monthly price is what keeps me with Puretalk. Thanks for listening!

    I have an iPhone and now my visual voicemail is no longer working. I no longer get notifications when I have a voicemail. I have to manually call into to my voicemail to check whether I have voicemail. Also the voicemail system does not announce the date or time of when the voicemail of received.

    The price is obviously outstanding. I wish that there were more guidance for how to input the correct settings for different types of phones. It looks like iPhone users update those settings pretty much automatically, but for Samsung users like me, it is a huge ordeal. My wife and I had to scour the internet and try various recommended settings posted by others until we were finally able to find one that worked for us to send or receive any MMS texts/photos/etc. You would save a lot of people a lot of frustration if you would be more proactive in helping customers set these up right when they receive their new SIM cards!

    We went over 3 weeks without services in the Apache County, St. Johns, Show Low. Springerville and not until we were just east of Payson AZ. We are very disappointed with the total lack of service. We tried in many areas where cell towers were located throughout these areas but no "bar" could be found and in one incident we really needed to make a call but only emergency "911" was available and unfortunately our situation was desperate but not to the level of an emergency. So we are really displeased with that situation. Absolutely no services for many areas of NE AZ and that is bad!
