When I received my Pure Talk phone, I called to get help moving my information over from my Samsung AT&T phone, but the call was cut off. I tried several times to call back and either I had a very long wait or I was sent around the world. Still have not been able to transfer my information over to new phone.

Subsequent to my purchase Mint Mobile has offered Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data for $30 per month which lowers the value of my purchase. I hope you will consider this and make a competitive adjustment! Otherwise I have had a good experience with Customer Service and Apple.

There are more coverage gaps than we expected. Especially in SW Iowa where we previous provider had good coverage. My wife dropped her line off the plan due to this. I appreciate the savings and I’m hopeful coverage will get better going forward.

$100 Price per month is great. Service is slow with a pause. Sending outgoing calls and text messages sometimes not going through and having to be resent. The unlimited service I purchased is not really unlimited as I found out from tech support which is a little deceptive.

I kept hearing about PureTalk on numerous daily talk shows I listen to. I was disgusted paying AT&T close to $100 every month; so I decided to switch. I was nervous because this was all done on the internet. Within a couple days I was notified we were on PureTalk and AT&T was shut down. I am very happy. Thank you.

Pure Talk itself is a great company. Their pricing their customer service are absolutely great. However in this day and age you’re told you don’t need that much data. I on the other hand use my phone a lot and I am out of data in under three weeks. They do not offer a plan that goes above 30 GB of data which is going to cause me to go back to an old carrier. There needs to be more data available for its customers.

Voice mail issues. Still unresolved. Need immediate help to get this matter resolved once and for all. Increases it to major issue because I cannot receive voice mails or access to them. It would be nice if someone could call me at walk through all of this.

Very happy, did need tech help to make phones work away from home wifi. The tech walked us through the the phone changes and all is working fine. Wife and I are very happy with the price and service. Thank you PureTalk for helping seniors on fixed incomes to save money.

I love the service and the price. The customer service has been fantastic if I’ve needed to call for any reason. The only thing I don’t like is not having visual voicemails. Hopefully that is a feature that will be available in the future. That would make the service perfect.

I will lose internet at least 4 times a week. It does get old. Please tell me if there is something I can do to make service better. Other than that I’m happy. But that is a major problem. I don’t want to leave but it shouldn’t be down this often.

Love the price and have no problem with the service. But, when I first signed up, the customer service was terrible - had to wait almost 45 minutes, then got transferred to "tech" support, then they cut me off and I had to call back and wait for another hour. WHAAAAT? Rush said the service would be great.

Great service with a $135.00 reduction from my Verizon bill. I LOVE IT!!! We just finished a multi state trip with no reduction in quality of service (I was a bit worried). I highly recommend it, unless you enjoy donating to At&t or Verizon.

My main concern is I can’t seem to get good stable healthy service coverage. It seems like I always have a weak signal no matter where I am. I just drove straight up Texas from Corpus Christi to Dallas and never got more than one bar. This is the slowest cell phone company I’ve ever had. But I get it. I am saving lots of money and that was my goal. Maybe it’s my phone but it I had this phone with Boost and I didn’t seem to have this problem.

There are too many dead spots where there is just no service at all and I have to constantly turn on airplane mode and then turn it off to try to catch service besides the overall frequent connection issues that drop calls and the delayed ingoing/outgoing text issue. So to sum it up the service in my area is not good.

Many texts take hours even days to reach my phone. At first I only noticed texts from one person taking hours and then a text from my brother came 2 days after he'd sent it. Don't know enough about tech stuff to know if it's the service or a setting. Had the IT guy look at work. He thinks everything is set as it should be. I need help or will need to shop for another service. My group of connections is too old to have texts delayed. They could be an urgent request for help. Thanks.

We are very happy with our PureTalk cellular since leaving AT&T which has been our sole cell carrier ever since cell service started. My only suggestion would be to make it clear to the new users that it must be requested to have voicemail alert show up on the phone once the service is ported. Both my husband and I had many voicemail messages that we did not know were there because I was unaware I needed to request the 'visual' service. After talking with a Customer Service Rep my problem was remedied quite quickly. Not sure why PureTalk wouldn't automatically provide that alert!

Overall we are very pleased....BUT, the voicemail is vastly inferior to what we had with Verizon. Cannot get notified that a voicemail was left on my iPhone. Kind of a pain to have to dial in to voicemail regularly, just to check. Am I missing something?

But I am having some connectivity issues from time to time....getting a message "No network available". This is very important to me as I use an app from my employer (I'm actually an independent contractor) to get work assignments. I may have missed work opportunities due to being inaccessible to the employer. I don't know if it is a phone issue with Samsung, or a network/PureTalk issue. People cannot hear me talk if inside a building. If I stand by a window or go outside then it is better. It will be a problem when it becomes cold outside. If I need to make an appointment I have to round up pen and paper beforehand or I could lose reception walking around to find these things.

The limit on data under the "Unlimited" plan is not working well for us. I wish you would offer an option to buy extra data a-la-carte if/when you run low for a month. Also, the customer service is not good - hard to get thru and then I find your personnel fairly incompetent.

I am happy with my conversion from Sprint to PT. It was pretty seamless. I haven’t lost anything and am saving more than $30 a month. It is like advertised, I am getting the same “bars” as before the conversion. I recommend making the move to Pure Talk as soon as possible to anyone upset at the continuing high cost of phone service from the big phone companies.

The quality of phone service is excellent. There were no transition complications at all. I often have 1 bar showing, but never dropped calls. The voicemail system is archaic, doesn’t sync with Apple phones. You have to phone the voice mail and type in an access code every time you have a voicemail.

Coverage is ok, about the same as ATT. Sometimes my texts take a while to send, as if my service is being throttled. A simple text may take 10 or more seconds to send. One of my phones gets emails on text. It is spam. I contacted customer service but they said nothing can be done. This is very annoying and can be stopped with ATT service. Please look into this.

Since I switched to Pure Talk I have a hard time finding service at my home for phone calls and internet. Makes it really hard for me with my medical problems. I don't understand why this has happened. I had Verizon but was on extended service from either T Mobile or AT&T. They are the closest towers to me.

My experience has been good, good reception, good service. And I like the amount of money I'm saving from switching from Xfinity to Pure Talk. Pure Talk has been great even in bad reception areas, mobile data is great when you have no free wifi to use. Overall, Pure Talk is a bargain for the money.

I left AT&T because it was ridiculously expensive for basic wireless service for 1 person, and I’m grateful for your company’s respectful & considerate pricing! You’re helping me to save $40-60 a month! I’m extremely grateful to you, as I need every penny I can get these days. My only complaint is that I don’t like having non-autopay fees, but I understand you need to make profits somewhere. I pray the best for your company and its employees. :)

The voicemail system feels cumbersome. Are there restrictions based on service? With my previous service, I just tapped the “Voicemail” icon and could listen (or read) my voicemail. I don’t like having to call a number and then type in a password. The system takes too long.

Some accuracy when typing, and that delete option has to go! Still don't get many bars, don't know why that is. There are plenty of cell towers around here. It deletes charges really fast too, especially when one isn't using it!

Everything so far has been good. We did have a problem when we moved all of our business mobile phones over. My people did not have service for a brief period when we switched over from Verizon. The only problem I am aware of now is the email for Kaye ** is not coming through on her mobile phone.

I became a customer because PT uses the same towers as AT&T. Once switched (from Verizon) I come to realize that while you buy time on AT&T towers, you do NOT use all the towers and I am in an area where my service is not what I expected - to the point I am already exploring alternatives. I would have rated this totally unacceptable except your claim of saving is true and it does work well on occasion.

Order Number was not offered. Wait time was horrendously long and was disconnected. Some of your customer Service e Reps. are not friendly. Some will pass you off to someone else, or tell you anything to take another call. Luckily some really like customers and will work with you. Get rid of Reps. that do not like people and or lazy and do not CARE.

The only part of the process I was disappointed in was finding out my Android phone could not serve as a hotspot. As a missionary who travels a lot, this is very important. I was informed by customer support I could not change to an iPhone (which apparently does not have this problem) since I had already set up my phone. Other than this (and it is a large this), I have been pleased with my cell service and with the price.

When porting my number it took forever, and customer service wasn't helpful. Most of the times I have tried calling customer service I ended up giving up because it took so long to get a hold of someone. A couple of times the call simply got dropped after waiting over 15 minutes on the phone. Last time I tried contacting customer service through email and received no answer whatsoever. I'll be changing to another provider very soon.

I am getting decent coverage, which is a good thing. However, this review is about the difficulties I've had multiple times trying to deal with issues over the phone. The first difficulty is extraordinarily long wait times to ever hear from a live person. I've waited an hour before finally giving up, never having spoken with anyone. Usually it's closer to 20 minutes, however. So getting a quick issue resolved requires a substantial amount of time. Since not all issues can be resolved online, the unfortunate fact remains that I have to deal with phone customer service now and then.

I left ATT after a fair amount of study of PureTalk. I expected the same cell service after seeing my area is served by PureTalk and did not read about any degradation over ATT. Aside from some porting issues with 1 of the 4 numbers (never disclosed that area code 503 would be “special”), we began service a couple months ago. The 3 phones are either iPhone 6S or SE. Immediately the strength of our connectivity was either 1 bar or No Service, in my 1 story 700 sf cottage. I called a couple times (1 hour each time) to see about the issue and see if any kind of “boost” was available. The first time they did a remote reset that did nothing. The next time the call was lost after an hour and 2 handoffs.
I had provided my call-back number but never got a call back. Part way through that call (with 2 “holds” to talk to a more knowledgeable tech person) I was asked if I lived in a metal building. I had never been asked this nor did I ever read any disclosures about metal buildings. I live in a corrugated metal building. I should point out that I have lived in the same residence for the prior 2 years and received great connectivity from ATT. One person has left this account in favor of Verizon. I HATE that I must go to a northern facing window (I presume the nearest tower) to go from No Service to 1 bar. The corollary is that in the house with No Service I can’t measure the number of not-received calls.
This is a terrible situation to be in. If I can’t have a reliable connection, I’ll have to explore another provider. Please call me or text me at the above call-back primary number with ideas. By the way, I’m not keen on the backwards step with voicemail. It’s very frustrating to not have the caller’s number tied to my Contacts for me to know who the caller is/was.

I switched from Verizon and I’m very satisfied. I have twice the data at half the price and haven’t seen any difference in my Coverage. I even got to bring my own phone and the process was quick and easy. I recommend Pure Talk to everyone.

When calling Customer Service the hold time has been ridiculous! There have been times I've had to wait on hold for more than an hour and then when someone finally took my call they accidentally disconnected me so I had to go through another hold time of an hour. That is totally unacceptable. Rather than keep people on hold forever, please allow callers to leave a call back number so we aren't tied to our desk or phone interminably. Frankly if this policy is not instituted and I have to call for customer service and experience long hold times, I will change back to my previous carrier.

Phone service is ok. Our service is spotty where we live due to ATT towers do not provide a good signal in our area. That's why we we dropped them. Didn't pay attention Pure talk used same towers. Our phones will selectively send images with text. 98 % of time they won't. Customer service do their best to solve the problem but haven't..Takes too long on hold to get to speak to someone as well. Have stopped trying. Will probably switch soon.

I live in a remote area and have changed cell providers 3 times due to available towers and wanting to NOT be with AT&T. When I switched to Puretalk, I wanted to ensure that I would get signal no problem, so used the first SIM card in a spare phone either the number you issued, as I did not want to risk losing my #. Once I was happy, I ported in my # on the second SIM card and asked for a new sim to bring in my wires #, **. I was twice sent a “replacement” and not one I could port in a # to.... This cost me $70 as I rolled into another month (by 2 days!) with AT&T. Training of customer service reps needs work. Service is great and I will recommend! Thanks. Tim

Puretalk keeps going to EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. I paid for full data internet a month ago and as of today, I went for curbside pickup and cannot contact the store via their internet portal to let them bring out my grocery order. Of course I cannot surf the internet for a month now. Prior to that text messages with attachments failed to send. Fails with emoji. The cost of service does not match other providers' customer service. Neither is their Senior discount. Very unhappy with puretalk. If they cannot resolve these problems I will move to another provider.

At first I was pleased w/ Pure Talk because I got rid of my high priced bill w/ Sprint, but now I am not sure. When I use my GPS on my drive to & from work I don’t get a WiFi connection so I don’t receive any route updates or route changes… Extremely frustrating! I never had this trouble w/ Sprint. I am not a fan that there is no history for my voicemail but realized when I first began w/ puretalk there would have to be adjustments but since I cannot get a WiFi signal once I leave my home/work internet. This is just adding to my disappointment. So far, not a fan.

We have had a few issues with our phones and service; out of the 4 or 5 times that I have called in, I have had to wait over 30 minutes to speak to anyone every time but one. I was told that the hotspot feature could not be guaranteed unless I had an iphone. I never saw this information anywhere when I was looking at your website to decide if I wanted to switch to puretalk. This would have been nice to know before being locked in for 2 years. Sometimes I have to send texts 3 and 4 times before they will go through. My son still cannot send or receive pictures by text.

Very satisfied! There was one instance where phone calls and text did not go through...until about 10-12 hours later. The phone calls would go directly to VM. Otherwise, for half the price, the service is the same as Verizon.

The only reason I stay with Pure Talk is the cost. I have had unexpected issues. No service for calling or receiving calls as I write. Apparently an issue between Pure Talk and AT&T??? The only way I know I have a voice message unless I am watching my phone when a call does come in, is by calling my voicemail. Also, it doesn't tell me when the call came in. Guess it's like I've always heard: You get what you pay for. And I'm willing for a while to tolerate. CSR are real nice!!!!

I was truly hopeful to save money, converting my number over from **, but this level of service is poor, almost unbelievably poor. I suddenly can't call inside my own area code-unless I want to use ten digits?! When I called to discuss this, young agent gaslighted me. She claims "you can't just use seven digits in your own area code." I politely ask for her manager to confirm and NOTHING DOING. She says "my higher ups, seem to be busy in meetings," long pause. Reminded her that customers are important. All I got was a failed call you back later. Cheaper is not always better. False advertising in my book. Also can't get messages to print as text.

Our family went from paying $150/month to just over $70 without any noticeable decrease in service. So glad to find a cheaper alternative than the big wireless companies. We no longer have unlimited data, but it turns out we didn't really need it anyway.

Since it was my first month, I wasn’t sure how things would work. When I had an issue, I called them within four minutes it was resolved. The customer service representative explain to me why I had an issue, and how to resolve it. And in plain simple English also. Thank you.

There is absolutely NO customer service support at all. I wish I would have known this before I decided to change companies to PureTalk. Then the phone chips seriously cost money to replace?!? I had one in my phone for a long time and have never once had to replace it!

I understand that PureTalk USA uses the AT&T network. I was in an area where others that have AT&T had excellent reception and when I tried using my phone I got a message that said Service was unavailable. Also when I first got my phone I had trouble getting it activated and connected. Every time I tried calling for help I had to wait at least an hour before I was able to speak to someone and this went on for three days. So was was very dissatisfied from the start. Another issue that I had is I had a question on whether or not if I had free roaming and never got an answer.

Since I got Pure Talk the phone I ordered is extremely slow as far as just simple functions also with the internet. The software lags and drops call from time to time. I am either not impressed with the phone or the service. Cant really tell at this point.

Phone works well. Has problems with data sometime. I still like the system. It's much cheaper than Verizon so I'm pretty happy. That needs to be repaired. If you could get a better signal for your data that would help a lot. Other than that I am pretty happy. One other thing would be when you are going on to your billing account it does not seem to accept autopay for some reason so I would like you to check that out too. I tried to set it up at auto pay could not.

Had my SIM card locked for no reason. Kept getting charged for their service but didn’t have access to anything on my phone. I was unable to contact anyone with my phone so I had to use family member's phones to call customer support. Was on hold for several hours with no answer multiple time when I called. Wanting to switch from Verizon, I decided I wanted to support PureTalk and give them a try. I ordered 3 lines. The one phone was activated fairly quickly as it was a new number. The other 2 lines were ported numbers and it was a nightmare which could have been taken care of immediately when the Pure Talk representative finally called Verizon and took care of everything, which was a few days AFTER I had received the sim kits. Then my daughter's phone kept saying it wasn’t a Verizon SIM card, I didn’t know I had voicemails until people started asking if I had gotten their voicemails.
So I had to call in, again, and get that taken care if. They didn’t give me a full month of service before they billed me. They billed from the order date and not activation date. I only get LTE service, which doesn’t work very often. Then I just got billed for another month which was more than my first month of service and I’m not sure why that is. Their coverage map clearly doesn’t reflect the true coverage and apparently they charge you more as each month passes. Truly a disappointing experience and not sure that we’ll stay customers.

Lost too many things on my phone GPS. Doesnt always work.. Tech support didn't know how to retrieve lost text messages. Couldnt receive calls or texts or call and text out.. Several different times last month...etc. Tech said they have never dealt with this before and couldnt help me. They have put me on hold and then hang up at quitting time.

Tried Mint Mobile and the coverage was awful! Then I switched to Pure Talk. No problems at all!! Just as good a service as AT&T but at a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend pure talk. Only complaint is they don’t offer visual voicemail. But I can absolutely live without that for the savings offered.

In general the service is ok, seem to not be able to get access to internet when outside of our home. In addition the cell connections do not seem to be as strong, loose conversations periodically. ie in the middle of conversation and connection goes in and out.

I was told a wifi hot spot would work on my Samsung phone, that was a lie. Hot spot only works with Apple products at Pure talk. Otherwise, it's fine. I have 2 lines at about 50.00 a month compared to about 175.00 with Att.

My phone will not act as hotspot for my computer to access internet. My phone does not allow time for me to answer calls and also does not always show the caller ID. Battery life, reception and coverage is good.

I’m charged for data - no data. The customer service number is a long hold followed by dead air and a hang up. Customer service emails tell me I ran out of data. When I have the time I’m going to switch again.

Since joining Pure TalkUSA, we've enjoyed the costs for service but don't have confidence in the texting service. My wife and I are on multiple text conversations and have seen that we sometimes don't receive texts to both phones. It doesn't seem reliable if one phone receives a text that the other phone doesn't receive when the message was sent to both phones.

Unnecessarily long wait times to get a hold of customer service. Would be best if there was a separate number or hold queue for technical support versus customer support. This is extremely important when you're a new customer. Other than that service is okay.

They were quick to answer the phone to sign me up, but if you call 611 to talk to someone about problems be prepared to be on hold for a long time. I take 15 minute breaks every now and then and if someone doesn't answer in 10 minutes I hang up. I wanted to get a new phone shortly after switching to Pure Talk, their website shows phones for $50 with certain plans that I was on. Finally got someone on 611 one day before my first bill was due and was told those prices are only for new members. My service SUCKS.
I think it is the phone because Verizon stuff keeps popping up and messing up my phone and have to constantly restart, and the phone will show four bars and four G working and still can't watch videos or listen to iHeartRadio. So basically they will answer your call quick to sign you up, will charge you if you call that number again, call 611, be prepared to wait and most likely be disappointed by any service you do get. Very let down. Will most likely switch to another carrier when I finish the house I'm working on (construction worker).

When a customer dials a landline phone, the displayed value on the receiving landline customer's Caller ID display should reflect WIRELESS CALLER and the Reseller/Mobility customer's mobile number. If the incorrect Caller ID value is reflected on the landline customer's Caller ID display, then the terminating landline customer needs to report the issue to their service provider and ask that they retrieve the real-time CNAM information for the numbers calling them. I am very happy with my decision to switch to PureTalk. I am willing to sacrifice reliable phone service in some areas where I live and travel because the savings is so great. If I was more concerned about being sure I always had phone service, I would probably switch from the AT&T network back to a more expensive network carrier. For me, the savings is worth it for now. I was paying close to $200 per month (3 lines) at a brand-name carrier. My bill is more than 60 percent lower with PureTalk. It is one of the best financial decisions I've ever made. PureTalk is every bit as good as the big guys - at an incredible price!

It took about one week to get our six phones transferred from AT&T. PT requested the migration of the phone numbers. Four of six were shown as migrated to PT, but AT&T had not released. I literally spent 10 hours on hold waiting for customer support (probably four or five calls - I lost track). I spoke to different people in different departments to resolve. My persistence, not PT's, was the only reason the problem got resolved. Not a good experience on our "first date". To put it bluntly, your customer service sucks. Hold times are WAY too long. From an outside observer, it appears you don't have near enough customer service people to field support issues.

We joined Pure Talk via the AMAC promotion where we were to receive 2.5 gb per line, not the normal 2.0 gb. However, our on line portal never reflected this change. I made 7 or 8 calls to customer service to get this changed. After each of the first 6 calls the very polite agent assured me the correction was made on the portal, but it wasn’t. After the 7 or 8 call I was told we had the extra. 5 gb but it just doesn’t show on the portal and I can not get any documentation of the extra coverage. Really!! It sounds kinda like a bait and switch!!
We are very happy with the pure talk service and the customer service people were all very polite but really this whole amac dispute left a bad taste in my mouth. I friend of mine is considering a switch of his plan and he is also perplexed by this situation. We are actual pleased with pure talk overall and will continue with your service. Thanks, Jeff **.

Your Nokia phones do well until you put more than one app on it. The data is so slow through your network that most apps slow down to a crawl. When connected to my home wifi network the throughput is fine. One of the big disappointments is having to self program your phone for use on Pure Talk towers. I couldn't imagine how someone with less computer skills could do it. The whole experience reminds me of when cell phones were first browsing the internet. Overall I'm not impressed with anything Pure Talk offers as compared to AT&T. When I first set up all 4 phones on my account I was dissatisfied with the level of professionalism of your tech support. It felt like I was talking to a kid who barely understood how cell phones work.

We have very bad reception. The original map seemed to say we would have decent reception. We can not have a conversation without being told by the other party that we are breaking up. Right now sitting in my house I have no reception. Glad you fixed the visual voicemail feature for the iPhone. Should be taken care of right at sign up. Been hearing about Pure Talk on The Rush Limbaugh Show for a long time. Finally had enough of Verizon and took the plunge. My phone is a Pixel 2, simply swapped the SIM card and was up and rolling. My ONLY issue is when you call customer service you could be on hold for a long time. Once I got through, I understood why this is so. They go the extra mile to ensure everything is working as it should be, and answered any and all questions. I am very pleased with this service!

Poor coverage where I need it. VERIZON had better reception, data speed and reliable service in the areas I work and travel. In the city coverage is great, but I need it to work in remote areas I have to travel every day. Will be switching back to Verizon.

We have had text issues and have to call PureTalk to fix each time there is an update. Wait times for customer service are excessive, far more than we experienced with Google Project Fi, with no option for call-back and often no indication of wait times.

Once I got the phone I bought completely unlocked for my use it's been great. Service is spotty in some places, but I work in some pretty wide open areas in Texas where service gets very touch n' go. Service seems to be a little stretch inside some places as well.

Initialization/startup, was problematic. Not sure why. I was told previous phone was locked, and would need to be unlocked. This was done. Problem persisted....voice communication was non existent with your help center. It was only through Facebook, that I was able to communicate and resolve. Other than that, I am saving $$ over my previous carrier.

Puretalk told me our Galaxy S9 phones would work with them. We live in the country. We have no internet. We rely on our Hotspots on our phones. They don't work. You guys scammed us. And we can't receive any assistance from you. So one star. An F.

I don't care for the 3G really too slow. Voicemail, sometimes it works. 1st time calling but most times have to do it twice to get messages. I do like the cost of the plans provided, better than AT&T. Recommends.

My experience with PureTalk has not been great. I have poor telephone reception, and my texts take much longer to be transmitted and received. I have to step outside my home to receive a useable signal.

The service I have received from PureTalk has overall been very good. I have had no issues with phone calls or with general data such as websites or streaming. The only issue I have experienced is occasional 2 to 5 minute delays in sending or receiving iMessage messages. The price is great. Customer service is top notch. Sometimes there is a somewhat lengthy hold time for calling customer service but customer service resolve issues quickly. I’ve recommended the service to many friends and family so far. The only issue as previously stated is iMessage delays. I really wish there was resolution on that issue. At this time that is my only concern with the service.

While my experience has only been for two months, my experience with the new wireless phone service has been very good. I wish there was a more effective process to screen unwanted robocalls and direct them immediately to voicemail. The method which I use is to block the number on my iPhone after an unwanted call is received.

The set up of a new phone and new phone number took multiple days and multiple calls. On on hold for hours to resolve the set up of a new phone new phone number. I believe the phone is finally working. Tech support took multiple attempts to get a person that could actually diagnose and configure the systems set up to work.

I had a change in credit card number. Advised your people of new number and they said “fine” and I think I’m done with it. 3 days later get another email that said my account was going to be turned off. Had to wait on hold another 15 minutes and talk to the representative and she couldn’t tell me why I got that second email. Seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Overall, service is good.

Customer service great and feedback positive especially having terrible outlooks from previous providers. I live in a rural area outside of Harrison and totally off grid so there are NO electrical lines onto this property. For the most part Pure Talk has worked well for me. Occasionally the signal is challenged but as a whole all is well!!!!

I’ve had several issues, one I don’t receive all of my text message. Another issue is troubling opening my emails and sending emails. These items appear on my Apple Watch and iPad but not my iPhone. I’ve tried turning phone off and restarting and this sometimes helps but then happens again latter.

Cannot send pics, cannot not send large texts. Calls drop, sometimes it takes forever to try and make a call, I have to try several times to get a call out. I have had times where I have been sitting right next to someone and their call won't come through and vice versa.

Since using Pure Talk I am not able to send photos with my phone. I was able to send messages with AT&T but now I cannot. I was never told this would happen. You should disclose any limits to present service beforehand.

The internet work fine as long as I’m home and on wi-fi, but as soon as I leave home there is no connection. So I’m not using hardly any of the 20gigs using the same towers as att, what’s the problem?

Once you reach 30GBs of max data on the unlimited plan they slow your speed so much you can hardly do anything on your phone. My old provider did not slow your speeds so much that you could not get anything done. Beyond that the service is pretty good and cheaper than the bigger companies.

There have been Mobile data issues that needed to be manually set up, which is fine but unusual. The second issue was worse: I did not receive texts for a whole week, about two weeks after I signed up for service. It has not happened since.

Cell phone service is excellent. Wait time when calling Customer service not so much. When I first started service, I had to call customer service several times. The wait time was always 45 minutes or longer. Customer service reps have always been excellent.

We’ve had some problems with dropped calls and breaking up during calls. I received everything just fine and am happy with my phone. My only complaint is some aspects with service. As stated, we often have bad service/dropped calls in our area. I hope that this is due to our area being new. Hopefully, more towers will be erected soon.

Overall happy but service is not exactly the same as when we had service with AT&T, unfortunately the difference is within the places we are the most-home and work. Ever since we switched we are not able to access our voicemails as usual. 2 lines on the same plan with the same phone also now have to access their voicemail 2 different ways that we had to figure out on our own and we get no notification we have voicemails ever since switching to Puretalk. Small issues that are just a little inconvenient.

We love the savings after we switched and we are glad to no longer be with a corporation that tries so hard to be ‘woke’ like AT&T. We have three lines and we all agree that some text messages take longer to send than they used to and call quality at times is not as consistent and reliable as it once was. Yet so far we are content to have cell service that is slightly inferior (maybe a 5% - 10% decrease overall) because Pure Talk is easy to use, it was easy to switch, and it is very easy to manage the account. They are straightforward and very transparent and I recommend them.

I have lost connection on my iPad a few times when I am away from home. (Not using WiFi) Just finished a call with Andrew who had to send a signal to my SIM card to get it working again. I was wanting to switch both my phone over to Pure Talk but I can not have this happening.

I'm in New Hampshire and I can't make phone calls from my location. I can text. I can check my email and get on the net or watch a video but I can't make phone calls from here. Any suggestions? When we leave the house with our New iPad and are not on WiFi the iPad is all but useless. Pulling up Yahoo can take minutes if it comes up at all. There’s no reason for such delays? I’m not watching videos or going anything that would draw so much that the iPad would be this slow.

I called your company because all of my data on my line was used in approximately 24 days. When I was AT&T I never used more than 3 GB in a full month. Your company refused to try to fix the problem saying I'm just using more data; this is incorrect. I was hung up on four times and was shuffled from person to person and with no resolve. I spent four hours on the phone with Pure Talk and still no resolve. I am cancelling PT.

We are fairly happy with PureTalk but still there are a lot of times I won’t get a text message until several hours after it was sent to me. I can’t tell I have a voicemail until I call my voicemail number. When I had a different carrier I was always flagged that there was one to listen to. The prices are great but service is not 100%.

We love that the service is cheaper but have found that the service can be very patchy and not nearly as good as it was with Verizon. We have considered switching back many times because of the poor reliability. We hope that you will be able to improve it soon.

I switched at the beginning of the huge snow/weather shutdown, and my sim card got stalled at FedEx, Olive Branch, for almost 2 weeks, which was very unpleasant. Other than that, easy to switch sims, and service has been excellent, at least as good was was ATT, which had had for a long time as it was the one which worked best where I live. Also great to have such good service at more than 50% of the cost of ATT, even more when you consider all the taxes, later added.

I am satisfied with the monthly rate I am paying, as compared to what I was paying with AT&T. However, I had no idea that I wouldn't be able to use my phone as a mobile hot-spot with PureTalk. I don't use it that way often, but perhaps once or twice per month I travel on business and need this function. I am now trying to decide how to fill this hole.

Connections for searches take a long time. Text msgs with photo attachments take FOREVER to be sent, and sometimes aren't sent. When we receive text msgs from others, one phone may receive the msg up to 10 min. before the other (yes, group text to the two of us). Sometimes one of us doesn't receive the msg at all until the phone is powered down and restarted. Not thrilled with the way voice mail is set up like old answering machine.

I was never informed, that I know of, that I may not have a hotspot that worked with my phone. Since we travel, I told your company that I was in need of one!! So, I called to possible change to two iPhones. I was informed that I would not receive the discounts on 2 new phones. The price for the different plans are very competitive and affordable. Coverage is okay but not outstanding. It has the same coverage as AT&T does here. Unfortunately, that means losing some coverage where I work at. I have learned to deal with the loss of coverage due to great price!

Was super excited about switching to save money but once successful we have poor service where with Verizon we had no issues. Constant dropped calls, poor connection, late text messages. We are in rural Oregon but not very hilly country nor heavy vegetation and minimal tree coverage so service should be better than it is. Not sure we will stay with this carrier unless service improves in the next few months.

Within about 10 minutes after receiving the phone order through Pure Talk the phone started malfunctioning. I called in. They suggested that I take it to Best Buy with the possibility of it being charged to be fixed. I even asked two representative from Pure Talk to repeat herself. She said yes there is a possibility I could be charged to get a phone fixed that I just received and activated 10 minutes earlier. The phone has gotten much worse since then. It's definitely a software issue. "You know what? I'm thinking about it." That's what the representative from pure talk told me. She says, "That sounds like a virus." That just pissed me off even more.

The service is ok but I have very limited service here in Illinois when I visit my parents. It’s very rural and service is rather sketchy. I have no bars or one bar in many areas and dropped calls. Would like to see stronger service in rural Midwestern part of Illinois.

We recently switched from AT&T hoping the service would be similar. Unfortunately we have problems listening to podcast and everything is very slow! Retrieving voicemails has also been a hassle. I miss the days of not having to call a number to hear voicemails, being able to listen to all my podcasts when I am not on wifi, phone calls not failing for unknown reasons and speedy internet searches.

Still have not been given $10 credit I was promised for giving name of person that referred me, and the person that referred me wasn't given the credit either. Not very good business practice! Nothing else the matter with the service.

Not pleased with the voicemail service. Needs improving. It is really hard to retrieve voicemail messages and they are not identified at all. Our last phone service provider made it much easier to retrieve and save voicemail messages. We have actually talked about changing our phone service.

I have been very pleased with the change after being a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years. Transition was well handled and easy with the exception on my voicemail. I was not expecting the voicemail on my Apple phone to not work the way it did before. As I understand it, Pure Talk does not support the visual format that the others do so you no longer can see voicemail messages like I did with AT&T. I’d like to see you all address that issue.

We are happy with the price. It is less than half the price of our old service. We have not had any interruptions in coverage, even in remote places. The initial setup and transfer of service went smoothly. We had a couple of technical issues, but your service department helped us resolved them quickly.

The vast majority of time when I've called you, the wait time is very lengthy! Sometimes 30 minutes +. Now if I call and you don't answer within 15 minutes I hang up and try again later. Once I do get someone 95% of my requests have been taken care of. The overall usage of Pure Talk has been very good. Was previously with Verizon. Had good signal. Changing to Pure Talk reduced coverage to an intermittent one bar. Had to get a signal enhancer to get adequate service in one room of home. I suspect that my service comes from a AT&T cell tower which is very poor in my area.

I was led to believe, that in having to give up me Verizon MIFI (mobile hotspot) device, I could use my phone's Mobile Hotspot. Come to find out, Puretalk USA does not support Mobile Hotspot on my particular model phone. I am very disappointed, because, I lost a very important tool.

The switch over was terrible. We had SO many problems: dropped calls, emails not sending, etc. We called several times for customer support and were on hold for 45 minutes. Problems were never resolved. Switch again to a different carrier. Pure Talk was not good at all.

I have not been able to Google a thing! Nothing! Since I changed to Pure Talk. Have attempted to reach customer service and it has been totally impossible. I know now why your service is so cheap. It also appears that if there is no WiFi available it is more often than not, impossible to send messages. My son and daughter-in-law are planning to buy me a phone and add me to their Xfinity account. I can hardly wait!!!!

I get better coverage than before. Very impressive. I love my Samsung S21. I'll get my wife on Puretalk soon and anyone else with ears to hear. This is a great company. I'm not being throttled on speed and there is only one small area I don't get service well but this is a lot better than Verizon ever was.

Today's technology offers more than what the consumer needs, And at times it is hard to comprehend all the features this technology offers in one lifetime. PureTalk USA may not be as huge as its competitors, however, they offer Quality of Service to a neglected segment of the population, the Simple Consumer.

My switch to PureTalk was easy and flawless. I never lost service during the switch and my experience with PureTalk ever since has been great. Great service for an unbelievable price. I highly recommend switching to PureTalk. You have nothing to lose except your high priced service.

I waited a good while on hold but the service I received was good. Generally, the waiting times for customer service are too long. Some agents are friendly and some just "dialing it in". But all things considered I am very happy with Pure talk. I loved how easy it was to activate my granddaughter's new phone and how fast I received it from FedEx.

Would recommend to anyone! It is so nice to be free of AT&T and their insane (CNN) political wing. Very easy to switch phone over with changed SIM card. No noticeable change in service quality. No trouble with voicemail. A real bargain for the price.
