Call forwarding is advertised but doesn't work on Android phone ("call settings error" "unexpected response from network"). Using Dialpad code also doesn't work. 2 calls to Tech support resulted in their telling me I have to call tech support to turn forwarding off/on. Not very convenient. Tech support poor.

Anytime I'm attempting to watch a video or stream music from YouTube, it's interrupted with buffering. Also, a lot of times, it shows I have service but it will not connect to anything, except a phone call. I never had this issue with my previous service providers. It's gotten to the point that I'm seriously considering switching services. I was hoping that by paying less that I was getting less.

Switching to Pure Talk from Verizon has reduced my phone bill by approximately 50%. I was able to help support the radio host that advertised pure talk to me. I have set my parents up with Puretalk, which greatly helps them with their fixed income.

I was very happy with my service until I had to travel out of the country. I called a week in advance to schedule the number to be suspended on the date of my departure, to be reactivated upon my return. The representative said that was fine but I had to call again at the exact time I needed to suspend the number. This seemed a bit silly, but I agreed. Sure enough it was very hectic at the airport and I had already taken off when I remembered I was supposed to call. I assumed this would be no problem as I could just call from abroad and explain the situation, but the representative was extremely uninterested in helping and proceeded to inform me that now that the number was 'overdue', I would have to pay the full bill plus an additional charge to get my number back upon returning.
I believe this is extremely unreasonable considering I informed a week before my departure that I was leaving the country. I should have been able to easily just suspend the number remotely given the circumstances. Now I have to pay for all the time I was not using the service plus extra, not to mention the costs of the international calls which resulted in no help at all, in order to get my number back upon returning in a few days. Very disappointed with this dreadful customer service standard.

I purchased a phone from Pure Talk along with a plan and switched carriers, the phone was defective from day one. I thought it was me just getting used to and learning a new phone. All pure talk offered was a new phone I could purchase for full price, and refused to honor my original contract. I now have to send the bad phone to Nokia for repair or replacement and be without a phone that whole time. I wrongly believed all the commercials I heard about pure talk. You are as bad as all the other carriers out there. No help whatsoever.

The main thing I don't like about Pure Talk: I need my phone to hotspot. I have called twice and no one has been able to help me to make the hotspot work. I have even tried to tether it and it still will not allow me to use it as an internet source. I will probably be discontinuing my service because of that reason. Thank you.

When I got Pure Talk, I was told the signal, reception, would be better than TMobile as Pure Talk uses ATT towers. The signal is the same or worse. Calls are dropped or don't go through at all when I use my phone in my house. I am 5 or 6 miles Northeast of any towers; in the country; not inside Lubbock, Tx. There are many places in my house where the person I am talking to hears every third word. One of those dead spots is my easy chair and my bedroom. I have talked to You many times. There seems to be no solution. One of your tech people said I should just go outside when I want to use my phone!!!! NOT TALK IN MY HOUSE?? What a dumb solution!! I’d like some sort of notification if I have a voicemail. I’m accustomed to being able to see the number of the party leaving a message, and even a transcript of the message. At a minimum I’d like an indication that I have new voicemail. The service has been good otherwise.

When I receive a voicemail, I prefer to hear it on my phone's speaker. That option is not presented or programmed in as far as I can tell. I find that confusing since it's a common feature on everything else I do on my phone. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the coverage.

Easy to switch. Kept Numbers and Phones. Can't tell any difference in service as we were on AT&T and are still accessing AT&T network. Issues some people might have: Unlocking existing phone, physically swapping out SIM chips, following the activation sequence for the phone to use the PureTalk SIM. However, this is minor compared to the $80 a month savings. (2 lines) Also I didn't realize I was paying for a 4 gig service while consistently using under 1/2 gig.

Poor phone reception and data when not on wifi. My friend has an S6 and on the Att network. When he is 2' away from me his phone works perfectly calls and internet. My phone an S8 which is thought to be an upgrade from the s6 does nothing. Is it fair to say att prioritizes its customers with better service than other companies that use their network?

Due to price savings I was switching my cell service to Pure Talk. Bad mistake, you do get what you pay for! First, after my number was ported over I was unable to receive text messages. Tech support got that fixed, but I had to turn off Wifi. After that was fixed I was unable to receive calls! Kind of makes a phone useless! After 3 additional tech reps and several dropped calls, while talking with the phone company, I gave up as they never got it fixed. All the reps kept having me do the same thing over and over. Ever heard of doing the same thing and expecting different results? I'm back to where I came from! I had rather pay more, know the service works and have tech support, if needed, that knows what they are doing!

Pure Talk is nothing but crooked company. After I cancelled my subscription with them, they continue to take my money from my account. I did only allowed them to take it first time when I subscribed the service. Now Pure Talk doesn't want to give me my money back from past 2 months. I'll fight for my money and I'll talk to people not to subscribe services with Pure Talk.

My Experience With Pure Talk USA Was Not Good! Not Happy With The Phone Service! You Really Don't Get Unlimited Data. I Lost My Visual Voice Mail When I Switched! My Phone Wasn't Recharged On The Date It Was Supposed To Be!

I listen to Rush Limbaugh and it was his recommendation that I chose Pure Talk and was suppose to receive 25% discount on my first month service bill. I did not receive the Rush Limbaugh discount. Very happy with Customer Service Reps easy to understand and professional behavior. Same GSM based system, only it SEEMS much more clear compared to Cricket or Straight Talk. I wish I knew why it is better (technically) so you could use it in your ads. Living in the Sticks (rural Alabama) with one bar, you have to get used to delays; most voice mails arrive the next day. Then there is the phone going to No Service after about one hour.

AT the most we get 1 bar of reception and frequently "NO SERVICE". More than 1/2 of the texts fail to send, others have taken hours to finally go. We have received texts from family members 10 hours after they were sent. Most of the time they are received in a timely matter; however our return response often does not go and we get a "try again" error. Although telephone calls are not normally a problem they have also been "dropped". We previously had Verizon Wireless service with no problems.

I switched from Verizon to Google FI. Verizon is expensive and Google FI phone service was terrible with no solution from help desk. Pure Talk just works and very low cost. I like the web page to keep track of my data usage. I have no plans on leaving this carrier.

In general, the service works for us and at a much lower cost. However, as a family, we need to share and roll over minutes. My husband very rarely go anywhere near our limit. But, when there is a family emergency resulting in a death, it is difficult to remember to call you and increase our minutes. We also need to be able to block calls or report spam both in messages and by phone number. Other than those two things, we are fine.

I have not had any cell phone service issues since switching to PureTalk and PureTalk saves me $. My understanding is the telecom network used is the same as AT&T, so there isn't any qualitative advantage to staying with one of the telecom giants.

I was a little upset when my service was down for 3 days in June and if I had known 5G was coming or if the issues happen to be related to those changes I would've been okay. However, I was run around in circles and the issues were blamed on an iphone update that wasn't a problem until the carrier settings updated a few days later. Remember Honesty goes a lot further than the cloak and dagger approach to hiding issues or admitting you've made a mistake. This doesn't change how much I enjoy the coverage and I would never go back to one of the large carriers.

I thought Pure Talk used the same equipment as AT&T but all too often, my wife (using AT&T as the provider), is able to get data but I cannot - even though we are standing next to each other. Why is that? She has iPhone11 with AT&T, I have iPhone 12.

It seems we are paying for the phone we bought twice. Also, we do not seem to get veteran's discount on the $80.00 monthly bill. Our startup on your systems was way too long and recovery on the old phone transferred still does not work properly. We thought we were going to be better off than T-Mobile. We are not because your signal is always one bar of less! Maybe all the problems belong to Apple and not you! We will not be with you much longer due to poor service and big bill not expected. We are not saving any money being with Pure Talk. We need some excellent technical help for 82 and 83 year old customers, one that is deaf with I-Phone to help talk as a deaf man!

In 3 Months I have had no problems with the service. It is reasonable and works very well. I am pleased with the service. I have no dropped calls and the text works very well. I will recommend this service to all of my friends.

My phone would no longer let me dial out or receive calls and instead would give a recording that said something like: "Your plan is too low, please make a payment", even though I had unlimited on everything but data. I called PureTalk on two occasions and was on hold for over an hour with no response even when I was told that if I pushed button 2 I would get a call back. I had to literally go on to Facebook and complain in order for someone to reach out to me through Messenger. Once I was able to talk through messenger with a customer service rep, my service was restored with an apology that my phone line had experienced a glitch and that they had restored all the values of my service. So..I'm satisfied with the result, but getting ahold of a customer service rep by phone to me seems nearly impossible. I'm not yet convinced that Pure Talk is the choice for us, but we are going to keep one additional month to see how it goes.

Easy transition from ATT. The savings are enormous!!! I expected to save $70 but I am actually saving closer to $100. I have not noticed any difference in coverage, however, there are occasions where the internet seems slower, but not significant.

It is very hard to contact customer service. I have waited up to 50 minutes to speak to someone just to have nothing done to resolve my issue. Regarding the false advertising; I called several times regarding the fact that every time I make a phone call I only have 3G service. I have 4g service until I make a phone call. PureTalk advertising states I will have the same service and bars I had with the "big guys". This is not so. My call quality has diminished, since it is always in 3G. This is very disappointing and not one customer service person or tech could correct the issue. Instead I received lame excuses like my phone is only capable of 3G or I was in a 3G area. Not so. My Verizon phone is 4G which is the service I receive when with them, never 3G. I work in a 5G area which is very populated. I really wanted to like Puretalk.

We had ** before we switched to Pure Talk. We had great service always and now it is a bit spotty. We don't have the connection and service we did with **. Often times we don't receive calls. We have trouble hearing the other person and vice versa. The signal is poor.

Was trying to set up my IPAD with Pure Talk and it simply does not work. I have no service. Please give me a competent service tech that can straighten this out. I have talked to several techs that could not help me.

We left Verizon to go to Pure Talk, we had awesome coverage with Verizon and could use internet calling if we was in our basement where cell service isn't good. We switched to Pure Talk because of ads of their low price, same great coverage, no over charges for data. The people at Pure Talk were polite (great service) and shipped our new Sim cards out so we could call back and activate them. Well we found out they are not open to call 24/7. Had to wait for business hrs to call, no biggie. We got our cells all hooked up and found we have terrible coverage even tho they said we would have the same. But we figured that's ok, we will use our internet calling through WiFi like we had sometimes done with Verizon, but guess what, they don't offer that. If they was available 24/7 to call, and we had good coverage or even use the WiFi calling, I would of gave them 5 stars. Hopefully it can get better because we love the price and employees.

I don’t have very good signal most of the places I travel. I never have signal at home I used to have at least some with my other provider when I was at home. Now I may have to change back to a more expensive provider just to use my phone. And I’m not happy about that.

I’ve been happy with my service except I do have problems with my texts not sending at times. Also I feel like the data use goes much faster than with my old carrier. Overall we are happy we made the switch.

We have found that the AT&T service coverage is not very good. Many times as we move about the area, we find we are down to 1or 2 bars. Our previous Verizon service was a lot better. Somewhat disappointed in the AT&T coverage.

We had no idea that there was a service that we would love, like we do PureTalk. The service is every bit as strong and good, as the large providers. I esp like the updates from the carrier service (which is provided by PureTalk). The money saved is such a benefit…money that we can use to support Vets, and Christian projects. We are grateful and thankful for this cellular provider! We are telling all of our friends to change their service to PureTalk!

When we transferred to Pure Talk we expected comparable if not better service. To my amazement I was in travel status when I had apparently exceeded my $45 limit. I had to go up to the next level. Then again no phone service. I had paid our service (it wasn’t due) and after waiting on hold for technical support, I found that they needed to reset my service. Only had Pure Talk for 2 months. Too many issues for the amount of time.

You never got phone working. Both of us spent over 5 hours on phone with you!! You sent a new Sim card. Still didn't work. Then we returned phone and you told us another one was being sent. You lied!! By now the 30 days had gone by and you won't return money. Plus you charged me for 2 months of service and we never got 1 MINUTE OF USE FROM IT! YOU SUCK!!! IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT AT ALL! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with your service. There are only two areas I find displeasure with.
2. Your voicemail system is less than user-friendly. Many calls are missed and misunderstood. It is also very time-consuming - especially when I need to go through a dozen, or so, and delete the ones I know to be scams, junk mail, or other types of unwanted conversations.
I enjoyed what I had before: an icon on my home page with a picture of a phone and the word VOICEMAIL underneath. When I received a voicemail it would indicate how many I had by number. All I had to do was click on the icon to see all of my voicemails, then I could delete the unwanted ones, screen the others, and have all their information onscreen, i.e., phone numbers, order numbers, shipment numbers, and so forth. I hope you have some voicemail improvements coming soon. Thank you.

I am unable to open Google iHeart Radio and several other applications. I have called for help 9 times and have been held on hold for as much as 1 hr n 40 min then hung up on. When I have asked to be called back. I have only once been called back and the phone rang once and hung up. Twice I have been switched to Tech Help. I have opted for a callback. Never received a call. I often see displayed a 3G service notice. I was told at sign up I would get 4G service. What is the truth. You have till Friday to fix my problems. No contact! I'll cancel both lines and will notify all your sponsors --- Denise Prager, Hannity, etc.

This is the third time I have been unable to dial out. Initially the problem was solved by reinserting the sim card. However, getting through to company for help is a disaster. This time, 7/5, may be caused by credit card change by same company for suspicious unauthorized use. I updated the card when made aware. It didn't automatically bill, I guess so I went online to have it bill manually. Regardless, I can't call out as of this second, nor can I get through by phone.

The signal at my home is poor at best. The ATT signal, (that you resell) drops off so quickly when I get off of the state road onto the streets in my neighborhood. I am installing a signal booster to make the service better. It's sad to think that a major carrier's signal is that bad. I like the price and data plan, but if I can't get a good signal, what then?

Coverage is spotty in my home area. Week signal inside buildings and voice mail is cumbersome to use. Too much dialing in to get messages. Not satisfied with the coverage compared to Verizon. Seems like not using major towers. Also have got the message, "All circuits are busy. Try again later."

While recently camping near Trinity Lake I had no phone service for four days. The service cut out around Whiskeytown lake on the way up to Trinity I lost service around Whiskeytown lake and did not resume until I got back in the same area of Whiskeytown Lake. My fellow campers with Verizon had cell phone service the entire time. Your claim is that Pure Talk has coverage and service equal to the other carriers. I was quite disappointed not to be able to have the use of my phone.

I bought my phone from Pure Talk, and the service, and it has never worked properly. I can only text when I am at home, and in town I can make calls and check my voicemail. That is unsatisfactory, and I am disappointed that I cannot get a refund on my phone and service. I will be calling to cancel as soon as I get a new phone. I wish I could get my money back, and all of the time I wasted on hold trying to fix my phone.

The tech helped me get connected but that was not enough to fix my problems. I needed more help. Tech seemed in rush. I am still having issues with accessing e-mail. I am very frustrated with my phone. I had to wait an hour on hold. I couldn’t even connect to 611. I had to go into my office and call from a landline.

I like the concept. I like who you're advertising with. So into my second month using PureTalk it is still not clear how much data, phone calls etc. I have used. I wonder if phone calls that I don't answer are counted against me. I have no idea. I'm doing more and more of my communication with my important people on WhatsApp, Telegram etc. in WiFi. This image below is from tonight 7/3. Aside from it being hard to understand, why the 3 day delay in the records of my usage? Is there a reason it can't be closer to real time?

I have had some significant issues since switching to Pure Talk. I run a business and my phone is MY business phone. Randomly, my texts just won't deliver. Then the next day from the same spot in my office they will. Recently, I tried to make a phone call and a message told me I needed to deposit more into my account??? Only issue I have experienced with Pure Talk was with visual voice mail. We had it with our previous provider, and liked it a lot. I ordered it with a third party for my wife's Samsung phone. It is working very good for her. Aside from that, Pure Talk is working Great for us.

So far I am pleased with the service provided. I live in Sedona and the coverage here is great however whenever I travel up the canyon or to Phoenix it is terrible. Also my Google Maps often does not work on my old iPhone SE. Never had that problem.

I want to give Pure Talk a chance to improve. But after getting my sim card transferred, I deal with multiple unsatisfactory issues:
1. My wifi didn't reconnect for a week until a local professional worked inside the settings. Even today, 6 weeks later, I do not have instant service...only delayed. Even though the router is good.
2. The phone.... Disconnects in the middle of conversations.
The phone is slow to ring....Sometimes waiting for 30-45 seconds to ring. The phone signals a busy tone....even though I have not been using the phone. At times I'm being told that my cellular device is not connecting to the wifi..even though...I'm not attempting to use it. In summation, The service is sporadic and random. If I'm patient, I can live with it. When I have no time to spare, I seriously consider moving back to Verizon. They are more expensive but the service is fast and dependable.

Mostly good experience. The only negative is the signal is significantly weaker in and around our home. We frequently have No Service inside the house. We are considering options to improve. Even with that extra cost, switching to PureTalk has saved us money.

I was told when I signed up for this service that I would get all the features that I had when I was with Verizon. After getting my SIM card in the mail and activating my service I found out that Wi-Fi calling was not supported even though on my plan it states that it was and my phone could use Wi-Fi calling on the Verizon network. There is absolutely no reason that Pure Talk cannot enable that feature on Android phones. I will be switching back with Verizon once this month's contract is over.

We drop calls more often with PT than we did with Verizon. Sometimes the other person can't hear us. Often the other person says our volume is very low. It is disappointing that the signal quality is not what we have been used to.

Just love the cheaper and better service than my old AT&T account and $54.00 cheaper a month using the same cell towers. I have better reception and more bars on my same iPhone that I used on AT&T mobile plan. I have more gig bandwidth and cheaper too. Thanks Sean Hannity for recommending this.

I can't make phone calls or send or receive texts unless I drive 10 miles away from my house. I called and was assured a ticket was put in to address this issue. I was told the person I spoke to would call me back personally to ensure it was handled. I even gave her my landline number so she would be able to reach me. Never heard back from her. Now I am paying for 20G of data that I can't even use. Not very happy at all. Thanks for asking.

We have noticed that the speed of our connection is slower and when someone is calling us they tell us it rings and rings even though on our end it has just started ringing, causing people to hang up before we answer. We are a bit disappointed in this, although we are happier with the price.

I received my new phone 4 months ago when I signed up for service. After about 2 months the phone began to not allow visual voicemail call back. So, I can see the voicemail and listen to the message, but if I want to tap the number to call I get a recording that states that am not allowed to do this and that I need to check data or with my provider for the service. I have called 611 ~six times and have had to wait on hold for up to 1 1/2 hours for help. Average hold time has been 40 minutes each time.
Your customer service is terrible! The initial agent hears my story and puts me on hold, then the second agent hears my story and puts me on hold to find answers. Many have tried to resolve the problem and the latest tech support rep even said that my phone doesn't support this feature, yet I have used it, and can use it, after each reset. I have tried to request a replacement phone with no luck from you. I will be canceling my service and definitely NOT recommending you.

I have been fairly happy with PureTalk. I admit the coverage has not been as good as I expected. There have been spots with no service that I believed to be covered, based on the maps. Also, there are times when my texts or calls have been very slow, which I attribute to not getting primary access to cell towers belonging to AT&T. That may not be true, but it appears to be what I sometimes experience. Altogether, I'm very happy with the price and the ease of transferring my service over. Not thrilled with AutoPay. I just prefer doing that myself.

I cannot call international and some local access numbers. Even local and international text messages fail to deliver very often. Calls sometimes don’t connect and drop. Experiencing network failure too. Moreover, data sometimes is painfully slow. I feel terribly misled subscribing for Pure Talk.

Since I have family in France, I would like for you to make international calling easier. The amount of numbers you have to dial is excessive and then to have to give a deposit before calling international is not understandable. This issue is the only problem I have with you over ATT.

In MI have found several areas without coverage, both in the Lower and Upper Peninsulas, typically more rural and wooded; however friends with providers like Verizon and others have coverage in those same areas. Well let’s just say. When I get to a certain data point the phone doesn’t work. Have to be near WiFi all the time. I pay for 30 gs unlimited everything. But for some reason. I’m at 9.2 gs and the phone. Sits there thinking. Now my first month with PureTalk was great. Worked like great. This month not so well.

Generally I am very happy with the service & support access that Puretalk provides to its customers. Sadly, many companies today do not. I am also very pleased with the effort their representatives make to address the service/support issues of their customers. Also, that their service/support is based here in the United States. Areas for improvement include serious efforts to reduce the on-hold wait times. I have often had to wait 30-45 mins to reach a representative. Another area that deserves attention for improvement includes more inclusion of mobile devices besides Apple and Samsung, as well as more data readily available regarding the compatibility of devices and access to that information by the customer. For example, means to enter information and receive a preliminary assessment of a devices compatibility and use on the network.

The first time chatting - second time they went through all the same steps and she basically said I have to live with it. I can do everything. Receive MMS. "message size32KB - expires 10:53, Jul 3." I can send. I just can't receive. I rate it poorly because they said they could not fix. I don't know if it is the size or what the problem is.

I love this service. I was paying $110 for just one phone and now I have cut that in half, no problems with service and I would recommend Pure Talk to everyone that is paying too much. I use the data on my phone almost all day. It is perfect for what I do and no dropped calls.

I use my phone to charge customers credit cards for transactions. Most of the time I cannot connect with my PayAnywhere account. I never had problems before I switched to Pure Talk. Same with listening to the radio on my phone. It takes forever to sign in.

Price is very competitive; Reception is excellent; Set up was easy; No service problems thus far; The service could be improved by SHOWING the phone numbers and texts of voice mail calls that have accumulated (Verizon, AT&T, and other major services do this).

I would give Pure Talk five stars, but on more than one occasion, my incoming calls have been missed, the sound quality of the calls has been less than optimal, and my calls haven't gone through. It may not be all the fault of Pure Talk, but with my previous service, I rarely had problems. However, I do like the price of the service, and I appreciate the conservative nature of your company and the quick response to any problems I have had.

I have tried and tried to get my phone # ported back out to Straighttalk. I tried Puretalk and there is just no service where I live. I just called back again this afternoon, was told that the I should be able to reestablish my straighttalk in just a few minutes, that all was completed on Puretalk's end. I called straighttalk and have held a long time and puretalk has yet to release my number. I called puretalk back and finally left a call back request. This is not turning into a pleasant experience at all. Can my number please be released?

Had an initial problem getting text, but the tech dept fixed it quickly. Service is very good. Prices for service are very good and I love that there is no contract or extra fees. Will highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for it.

I suddenly lost the ability for cellular service on just one of our 2 phones. I emailed the help desk and described the problem. Within 24 hours I was given step by step instructions for reconnecting to cellular. It worked. I still have no idea how it got disconnected because the steps I took to fix it in my phone were in places and tabs that I have never seen before.

Though I’m happy to free from AT&T and their suffering quality, I find the transition almost unnoticeable, but for a few issues. I find that a few numbers have hit and miss reception. I’ll send a text, verify the number and the text is not delivered. The next day it may work. I will note that I have a signal amplifier phone case by mJoose. Also I don’t get voice mail translation texts. I also have slow connection that pinwheels a lot. Nonetheless, given my phone usage the glitches I encounter are worth pulling my revenues from companies that go against my beliefs. I’ll put my money into companies that share my values and as such I know they will do what they can to offer a better product and a good value, so I’ll exercise my patience until you get the bugs worked out.

Learned that PureTalk does not support my Apple Watch. I am seriously thinking about switching to a cellular carrier that offers support. The watch is very costly and I want to be able to use all features available. Do you foresee adding this support to your program?

Very bad service: dropped calls and poor quality, even when using WiFi calling. Called for help but the towers are not dependably present in Nebraska. No choice but to move on or have compromised phone service.

Got my new iPhone11/loved it: have great service, full bars everywhere, new phone not refurbished like some places. But then I started getting text delivered late and missed calls without my phone going off. I called about it and was told they could fix it by doing multiple troubleshooting. Nothing worked. Then within the first month the battery started draining in a matter of hours. I’m a mobile phlebotomists so I need my calls to come in on time and my battery full for my GPS. Three weeks ago they said they’d call me about replacing it; since THEIR IT department deemed the device broken and I haven’t heard a word. Every time I call I’m on hold for an hour so I just give up. This company wasn’t what was advertised or what I expected. I’m extremely disappointed because I pay them good money for a new phone that pretty much acts like an iPhone 4. Nonsense.

We switched from AT&T and it has been Awesome seamless service. We have not noticed any coverage difference and the folks in customer service are very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Pure Talk to my friends and family.

I am unhappy with the performance of my apps on my iPhone 11 when I am away from my wifi. Often apps like Weather and Google will not even run as they continue to buffer endlessly. Had I known it was this bad I would have gone to Spectrum Mobile for same price and MUCH higher speeds.

Many times I have been helped when I've called Tech Support. However, it frequently takes a very long hold time. All 5 phone lines worked very well with Verizon. Unfortunately, since the switch, my x9765 phone continues to be super slow, and frequently blacks out and just becomes unresponsive. Texts continuously say I'm not able to send and receive messages because I'm out of memory. I often have difficulty sending photos. And my voice is not heard clearly anymore. We can rarely locate the x8795 iPhone via the cloud which was effortless before. The x9764 phone can not hold a hotspot nor send photos successfully via text. Plus, it has difficulty staying on a text thread with the x8795 iPhone. Those are just a few of the issues.

Data wasn't working and getting a message that I was almost out while on an unlimited plan, had me use airplane mode to reset my connection and data worked again. Experience was pleasant and aid was polite while keeping me informed. Recommend updating system to keep from happening again.

Switching to PT, from Verizon, was supposed to be beneficial. It was far from that. Service was terrible, texts with pictures wouldn't even send and we ended up porting out days later. Had I known that Verizon had a pay-as-you-go plan, I would've never switched. Even porting out was a hassle. I would not recommend PT. Perhaps it's great for others; it wasn't for us.

When I had Puretalk, my voice messages rarely were recorded. If I had a multiple person text going, the text from several people wouldn’t appear. I called for tech support 4 times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I finally hung up. I’ve decided to spend more with Verizon for their dependability.

I didn't have mobile data and wondered why. I went over my 6g plan for $30. I called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour. Unacceptable! Got the $55/unlimited plan and am now wondering why I switched from AT&T, as the prepaid plan for unlimited data was only $45. Oh well, at least the service is good.

So far we are pleased with this arrangement with PureTalk. Your advertisements on Limbaugh and Hannity work! The price we are paying with you is about 45-50% less than what we were paying previously with Verizon. I am already considering the option to add two more lines because of the awesome price. However, I must say a few things:
* The set up process was a bit technical.
* Voice mail was not automatic and had to be requested.
* Mobile hotspot is still an issue. Even though my ticket indicated the service was enabled on your end, there is preference given to iPhone compatibility and I exclusively use droids. The only way to get this to work is to add ",dun" to the APN type under APN settings. So whatever automated updates you send to the phone when this is installed, there are missing parameters.
* Finally, there are some text messages that simply do not arrive that we find out about later on both of our phones.
I'm not griping about this, I just wanted to give you some straightforward evaluation of my experience. I'm a technical person so the extra steps are just something that I can do and file for future reference if needed. Overall, I would say this is a somewhat comparable service to what we had but at a greater savings.

My calls frequently drop. People tell me they call me and get a busy signal and the worst thing about Puretalk after spending hours upon hours with your tech department, being given erroneous information repeatedly, I still cannot send texts with photos attached. I will be leaving.

If the service is wonderful until you reach your limit on High stream data. If once your data is throttled down the phone Becomes basically a phone no Internet to speak of. If with that said the service is just as advertised and the service is good just watch your data usage.

I’m a bit disappointed with the unlimited plan. What I was told and what I have are different. The lady that sold me the plan didn’t explain that your device all together stops when you go over 30gs. AT&T slowed down but not near to the extent that your service does.

Asked if Pure Talk worked internationally. Got overseas to find out sales lied to me and was stuck without a phone for weeks until my new T-Mobile sim arrived! Would not recommend just on basis I asked and was lied to for a sale.

Purchased plan and phones for coverage and the hotspot feature hoping to replace Xfinity internet at 60$ a month. When I got around to connecting to Hotspot 3 weeks later, it fails, contact support who say that iPhones will work but my new phones won't and it's too late to return for an IPhone. This policy of yours, "DISCRIMINATES" against Android phones and the "CUSTOMER" that cannot readily afford to purchase an IPhone! and I am now stuck with both your service and another internet provider, having 20 GB of data I can never use, Used less than 1 GB total, 2 phones. So yeah, I'm mighty Dissatisfied!

I asked if there is operating instruction, I was told yes. The only instruction is how to turn it on. I'm almost 78 and phone is for emergencies. I'm not like most people, it's a phone....NOT A CHROME **. Last person I spoke to was helpful (a male). Others were rude or disconnected me. Someone named Donna was also helpful and she isn't tech support. When I first turned phone on message said download latest app. So now I have to pay for internet and security. Called and response was DO YOU HAVE WI-FI, repeatedly asked? I have a desktop with internet connection. To receive phone internet display shows numerous connections. WHICH ONE..NOBODY COULD HELP. I DON'T NEED PHONE INTERNET ANYWAY. At least not yet. As for your phone service...acceptable, as long as I don't have to call you. So, how do I get operating instructions?? Thank you, James J **

We were sold on the exact same coverage with the exact same towers, absolutely not true. Our service was far less than we had with AT&T, little or no service traveling from California to Colorado in places where we had service, the I. Craig Colorado service again was spotty at best where we had good service with AT&T, so far the only good thing is the cost big savings BUT horrible cellular service.

I am a new customer to Pure Talk. I found out about Pure Talk listening to Mark 11. I am so pleased that I left AT&T. Enjoying Pure Talk I do not know what to do. I am simply a static love Pure Talk. My husband's service started not working after a few weeks. We discovered it was not the phone but Pure Talk's connection. It takes about 40 minutes to get through to customer service every time we call. When we did get through the last time after 45 minutes, my husband was disconnected and the representative never called back. His phone service is critical to his job so we switch to another carrier. Will not recommend to others.

Wish I could get network access for my phone, I had to buy a hotspot! I pay for the phone service with Pure Talk but had to get a hotspot through another carrier for network access!! I wish they would update their access so I could have network access.

While the change-over was smooth and easy, I had trouble setting up voice mail. Granddaughter had to help me as the instructions were not given loud enough for me to hear. Once in the process, I could not turn on the speaker. One thing I noticed was that my bars are mainly only 1 or sometimes 2 whereas with the previous provider I had generally 4 bars. I also noticed that it takes a little longer when I answer the phone before I can hear the caller or they can hear me. Other than that, I am happy with the service. I am especially happy that you are not associated with any govt agencies. Thank you.

For some reason Pure Talk cut my data usage with 2 gigs left to use according to their website. I called and was on hold for two hours and finally talked to a representative. She couldn’t figure out why my data wasn’t working and had me change several settings on my phone. Still no data, she put me on hold for a tech rep. Was on hold for another hour when a non technical person picked up. Everybody I talked to had no idea what the problem was. I fixed it myself by upping my plan.

I haven't had much chance to use your services yet, since I left the US shortly after signing up. I learned after the fact that you don't offer roaming in foreign countries without an additional cost. I would have appreciated knowing this before signing up. However, I have kept the service anyway, even though I don't use it for now. We will be home in October and will use it then.

Our phone cuts off too much and does not always work. The hot spots are not good either. Worst problem is the text messages. We receive messages hours and even days later at times. My wife lost out on a great job opportunity because of this! The lady on the phone said it was because of the updates from the iPhone and NOT PureTalk. If that’s the case, why was this never a problem with Verizon? We did updates all the time and never had a problem then. She also said she fixed it, but we are continuing to have the same problems. Hence, we are returning back to Verizon this week. Very disappointed. I wanted to support PureTalk, but not at the cost of text/calling convenience.

My parents were using AT&T Directly and I was using T-Mobile, I realized that it was expensive and I wanted to change providers as we were paying for something that we didn't really need to be paying that high. We found Pure Talk. We switched over to Pure Talk. Our Phones have been stable signal even when we go to the countryside in Texas. We never have had any data slowdowns and we use under 2GB each month. So I think that Pure Talk is priced pretty good considering the discounts when bundling lines. Thanks Pure Talk!!

We had a few glitches switching our old galaxy phones and then when we updated our new iPhones but Tech support helped us right away. The service is a little slower than ATT less coverage in some areas but loving the price AND the fact that every time we have called tech support we have gotten ENGLISH SPEAKING AMERICANS.

I have called several times and the wait time has been over 45 minutes long, then I get disconnected. I am unable to drop a line from my account without calling. The advertisements for Pure Talk were good, the customer service is not very good at all. I am switching back to my original provider.

I really want to like Pure Talk. I want to support Pure Talk. However, I have had hiccough's with my phone service. One month after beginning I was contacted that my phone would be discontinued in less than 24 hours if I did not pay. It happened I was traveling and to be without phone service was close to terrifying. What happened is that very soon after putting the bill on direct payment of a credit card, the card was reissued (I think it was a routine occurance). Since we had had that credit card for over 20 years, I really didn't understand how the card would not pay.
I've had occasions of not being able to make a call, but it passed. In the last 2 days I was not able to make a call and I am setting things up for an upcoming surgery. I was distressed. I called on my husband's phone and within 30 minutes I was connected with a very capable young woman who knew how to guide me to a new "default" whatever that means. This was completed soon afternoon today. I'll see if I can continue with your services, however, we will not have my husband change to Pure Talk. I tell you this believing you will work to improve your service.

I heard about Pure Talk on the Rush Limbaugh Show. I've tried many products recommended by Rush and have been very pleased. Pure Talk is no exception. I switched from AT&T. I contacted Pure Talk and had my voicemail changed back to Visual Voicemail (so much better). Now my service and coverage remains exactly the same; BUT, my monthly bill has dropped $40 each month. That's a savings of $480 a year with no sacrifice! I highly recommend Pure Talk.

We left Pure Talk due to atrocious network coverage. You may say you use AT&T towers but the signal strength is much worse than when we were with AT&T. Also, your vaunted "USA based Customer Service" is terrible. Incredibly long wait times to reach an agent who then turns out to be arrogant, rude and dismissive. I won't miss you at all!

Low to average signal strength in areas that have strong signals on the area coverage map. Most of the time I only have 1 out of 4 bars on my ATT service. Same thing for my wife’s iPhone. Sometimes we do not get any signal at all.

I know that not many technical things are smooth transition. Having to reset voicemail was something I wish I had been told after I transferred to Pure Talk. Figuring out myself took a bit of time and effort. What I am saying is, it would be helpful if there was a list of things that I should check to see if they are still working and here are the solution if they are not functioning.

I switched from Verizon, with whom I had service for years. I moved to a more rural area and experienced terrible phone service, dropped calls, unavailable networks, etc. I switched to Pure talk about 2 months ago...no issues whatsoever, and the cost for the plans cannot be beaten!

Making calls takes forever to ring and connect, dropped calls, cut off calls, and sometimes no coverage. I’m thinking I never should have switched. Never had these problems with old carrier. The advertisements about how great the coverage is very misleading to say the least. Very dissatisfied.

When we added a second line the phone will not do all the functions that it did before on ATT. Both tech services could not understand or seemed Interested in helping us. Pure Talk techs didn’t have a clue as to how to fix our problems. When we wanted to ditch our Samsung phone and buy a iPhone through pure talk we could not get the promotional price.

PureTalk has been an excellent carrier for Talk and Text. It is a great plan. I am going thru a couple of billing cycles to get to the data usage level that suits my need and use. It would be easier if all the data levels were presented whenever there are questions. I have been able to go to the website and change my plan almost instantly whenever I need to. All in all I am quite satisfied.

Initially, we started with a few problems porting my numbers from Tmobile to PureTalk. I had a lot of missed calls during the 1st month and one line data did not work. After the 1st month, all issues were resolved and am happy for now. I hope not to encounter more issues in the future.

Pure Talk has been very reliable and clear telephone service provider. It's almost half the price of Verizon the service provider that we had previously. I would recommend Pure Talk to other people who want great service for a lot less money each month.

The order was received promptly, the issues have been the excessive hold awaiting customer service or tech support. I have been on hold over an hour and the issues were not resolved so additional calls were required with excessive wait once again.

I often have to dial out 2 or 3 times to get a number dialed. Multiple times my text messages with pics don't 'send. So, info is not delivered. Often I have to go outside and swing my phone around to 'connect'. It needs improvement.???

So far, the reception has been fine. I love the bill amount compared To Sprint. Online, it’s hard to see how much data we are using. It’s just not clear. I wish calls could be made to Canada, but I understand that it’s probably why the service plans are so inexpensive.

So far we have loved Puretalk. But for the first time had to call tech support because our iPhone stopped connecting to your network (Tech says it was an issue with your update). The tech was very helpful and fixes the issue, but my concern is that I was calling you all week and waiting on hold for 2 hours each time to no avail, it was very frustrating and caused me not to have a phone that week. Please get more tech personnel so your customers can get help when needed, thanks so much!

Internet slow and sometimes unresponsive. Doesn’t work at all at times with VPN. Inside buildings signal weakened severely. Voice calling is satisfactory. Text messages at times are delayed and sometimes not received. Pure Talk has a little ways to go before becoming an equivalent provider.

I am so very pleased with my cell service at PureTalk! It is equivalent to my previous carrier, and costs only a fraction of what I used to pay. I have had no problems with dropped calls, and love the monthly bill drop!

I was very happy with the person who I spoke to. I was getting a "Please wait - verifying your account information.. This may take a minute." Then I had to wait a minute or two and would get: "Voicemail Retrieval error. We are experiencing issues in retrieving your voicemail. You can still listen to your voicemail by clicking the button below." Then I have to call in to get my voicemail. The agent said: "you need visual voicemail. I'll do that for you now." Then she said it was done and I was happy it was so easy. Alas, nothing has changed. I still get the above messages. Not happy about that. I used to be able to see a lists of my messages and pick which one I would like to listen to. I'd like to do that again.

Texts are slow to arrive or don’t come at all. Sometimes ten will arrive all at once. Could be a simple one word text or a picture. Very disappointed and makes communication unreliable. Overall the phone works for making calls as advertised.

Phone service is fine. Customer service can be difficult to reach, but they are fine. Finding help on website can be time-consuming - hint: you need a search window. Galaxy A11 sucks. Still can't set up voice to text. Voice recognition is worse than my obsolete LG phone. I have had to reconnect bluetooth to my car 3 times in less than 3 months.

Phone coverage is good. To send a text can take from 3 or 4 minutes to hours. To send a picture over text sometimes takes days. We have stopped using text messages to communicate because they are so unreliable. I have contacted tech support 3 times to resolve this but each time they tell me nothing is wrong. We are now searching for a new provider. If you have a solution for this contact me, I don't want to switch. Thank you.

Great rates, great service, Only thing I would like is international option for traveling overseas. We are able to use overseas with WIFI so that is okay. I like the ease of payments and the clear understanding of what we will pay each month. Finally with my job I need a lot of data and the unlimited option provides that.

Price is great but having "connect" issues. It takes 15 to 30 seconds to get a connection. Sometimes a call will go to voice mail (my phone did not ring). Hot Spot does not work on my Galaxy Note 9. Why do I have these problems?

I was an At&t customer since cell phone's started. I recently switched our family to Pure Talk. I broke my own rule. PURE TALK service isn't close to AT&t. The unlimited plan is hopeless with the amount of data offered. I even asked to pay for more and was told no. The unlimited plan is for people who dont leave the home. My daughter went through her unlimited plan in 2 days. Calling to get help is going to be an hour. I pay a lot less and I get a lot less for what I pay. I am not a satisfied customer or a net promoter. I was in Spring green Wisconsin last week with zero service for the entire week. 85% disgusted other than the bill. Your ads are not true.

We have tried several carriers but so far... Pure Talk has been the best! We live in rural Central Oregon and get spotty coverage with most carriers but it is MUCH better with Pure Talk! We anticipate the coverage to only get better! Thank you so much and keep it up!!

When the Pure Talk package arrived with my new phone it was super simple to set up! My service has been better everywhere! I had Verizon and received very poor cel service at home. Couldn’t make or take cell phone calls because they dropped. With Pure Talk I have service everywhere and no more problems with calls dropping! I am a very happy Pure Talk customer!

Unless you are phone wise never buy a phone online or over the phone, always buy from company who has a store near you where you can take the phone to when you have trouble. I have been stopping friends from buying from Pure Talk. And the phone I spent 2 hrs. on phone with koia still can't get pictures to my computer. I am going to glue a penny to phone and throw it away. If some finds it, it will have some value.

Calls received from my Contact listed as JUNK. Phone kept disconnecting my service. Phone would reset itself. Major problem was notification and sounds did not work. Calls, chats were placed with Pure Talk and Nokia.com customer service and no one could help with the problem. We found out that Pure Talk had numerous complaints about the phone and still chose to sell them. We feel that Pure Talk is in breach of service selling phones that do not work correctly.

We are very disappointed with your service. Calls drop at random with no consistency where the calls drop. Also after dropping a call won't let me connect the call my times without rebooting my phone. Very annoying. Also the problem on my wife's phone concerning sending and receiving MMS has never been totally taken care of. I have to say that this is the worst service I've ever had.

Text messages are not always received. Data coverage is spotty at best. The 2 lines I have with Pure Talk are for my niece and nephew who are both students, their constant complaint is unreliable coverage and spotty service. I moved their service from Verizon to Pure Talk due to recommendation from Rush ** and Sean **. To date very unhappy with the quality of service.

I tried this service out to see how it would work on my area. It works much better than the service I was on previously. I'm on the $30/mo plan and this is affordable. My only issue is wifi calling does not work. Could be my phone, I am not sure.

Lately I've been experiencing spotty reception, similar to my experience with Sprint. I have to move throughout my house to find the 'sweet spot'. I've not had to do that when I first came aboard with PureTalk. Using the internet or texting is fine but phone conversations are the issue.

My wife has the "unlimited" and complains every month to me that unlimited doesn't mean unlimited. You really shouldn't name that unlimited when it in fact isn't. I have to hear it from her every month.

The actual service is just as good as my previous big 3 provider but the Customer Service side is lacking, specifically I like that all their CS reps are US based but they need more of them, I spent over an hour on the phone the other morning and most of that was on hold and then I wasn't able to get my issue resolved.

I found Pure Talk service to be very helpful. It was so simple to just change the sim cards and we never noticed any difference in service. However, we did notice a huge difference in our phone bill. Thank you PureTalk!!

Gave me a price and that's exactly what it is each month. A good price too. Since my phone was purchased from a different carrier I quickly realized that I couldn't receive text message photos. Tech support helped me fix it in 20 minutes. That counts hold time. I'm happy with the service. No coverage problems either.

Had some problems during first 2 weeks but was able to call in get help with some settings on my phone. The best part was being able to speak with someone I could understand. They actually spoke English! Also love the price. Certainly fits in well with my budget.

I rarely have more than 1 or 2 bars, even in the city. When I'm on a call, it constantly cuts in and out making it very difficult to have a conversation. I will likely discontinue service with PureTalk soon and go with another carrier. Absolutely unusable for phone calls.

I have been mostly satisfied with my service thus far. I’ve had numerous times where data just doesn’t seem to be there. It shows it is on my phone but for whatever reason, nothing transmits. Other than that, when I have service, it seems to work well. I’ve had to call in to customer service 2-3 times now. And considering that’s only about 2 months into our service with Puretalk, that seems a little excessive. Although the agents are fairly helpful and friendly once I am able to speak with one, the amount of time required to sit on hold is EXCESSIVE! 15-30 minutes is standard. What irks me even more has been I get handed off to another department AFTER having already waited on hold for 20 minutes, JUST to get put back on hold for ANOTHER 15-20 minutes. Customer service like that is not a service. That’s a DISservice!

I have bad phone service due to remote location. But I never had so many dropped calls with AT&T! I also can't use the Hotspot feature because my Android phone is not supported! I have one eye and liked being able to use a tablet through the phone. I lost that when I signed up with Puretalk. I don't have internet service per se, just through the phone.

We moved three devices from Kona flip phones with Sprint to Pure Talk—ATT, using new iPhone SE devices. Now, the cellular connection from our residence is almost nonexistent unless we are outside. Is it the device antenna, cell tower location, I don’t know. Hard to blame the Pure Talk wholesaler, but you asked!

Can't get anyone on the phone, every time I call I am on hold for 30 minutes. Our voicemails won't set up and we have all lost our AOL mail accounts. Very disappointed. It is frustrating because when I switched my 4 phone to Pure Talk, the phone was answered and you took my money very easily. Now I can't get any help. Moving to Spectrum if someone does not call me back about this..

I have been very satisfied on how easy the set up was, the service I received. All really been on a trip & had no problems with reception at all. I was able to use my home TV cable to watch late night programs when everyone else were in bed. Perfect reception! Really happy to save $27.00 a month on phone bills. Already referred a customer who is waiting for the set up to finish.

My bank said they can not verify my identity through my phone number in spite of banking them with my same phone number for many years. They suggested that it is a problem of my carrier not releasing the phone number so some such nonsense. To satisfy them I called PureTalk. I was routed to technical help I believe who checked all my information out and assured me that the issue is not with PureTalk. I have been extremely pleased with PureTalk and highly recommend your company to others.

All went well with sign up but when I need help no one answered the phone. I sat at my desk doing work on hold for long periods listening to music. I left for lack of customer service. I can't get a refund because of hold time. Very frustrating.

I have had issues with both cellphones not receiving phone calls and I don't get the coverage that I expected I would. I do not get access to the internet like I should. It is very slow in responding or just not accessible. I switched from a major carrier to Pure Talk because I was assured from a salesperson at pure talk that my phone was compatible with pure talk's cellular service and I now hear from Representatives saying that my phone is not compatible. It seems that no one is on the same page and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I am very disappointed in the service that I have received so far from pure talk.

Overall, I'm very happy. The previous provider was Verizon and was very expensive, but the reception was excellent. With Pure talk, I am finding that I can't connect to the internet in locations that I could with Verizon. I was told that Pure Talk uses the same towers as the big companies, but if that is true, then I should be able to connect to the internet in the same locations that I could before. Is there anything that I can do or upgrade to that will improve my internet reception?

Although your pricing is fantastic unfortunately for me the reception is terrible. Being retired and only have social security I was hoping you would of been my phone salvation. But that’s not the case. I can’t even read my emails sometimes and can’t play videos from telegram. They’re just a blur, starts to play then just stops. My phone storage is almost maxed out. I am happy with Pure Talk. However, I wish I could use my smart watch independently from my phone like I did with Verizon. 0% phone financing for new phone purchases would be nice. Overall Puretalk is a reliable cellphone service. Mark.

I've only had your service about 3 months and I've had to call in least 5 or 6x to have the phone reset. I don't know what's going on but Your service has become very unreliable. I've never had this to happen with Straight Talk, been a customer with them for 15 years never a problem. But also this is my 1st experience with GSM technology technology, not impressed at all.

I used to have Verizon for my cell service. I had this service with them for more than fifteen years. Pure Talk gives me the same service for half the price. Pure Talk has excellent service and seems to care about their customers. It's a "no brainier".

We have 2 lines for our children with 2 gigs of data each with unlimited talk and text. Works great. Have had no issues. Highly recommend. Am going to switch my carrier to Pure Talk. Verizon is overpriced and no longer worth the price nor the quality.

Ok except for removing my wifi calling that I had with ATT. -Thus my service is crap in my home. -Many failed calls. -Customer service in this regard is crap. They don't even read the emails they requested. -Not only have I lost service but Customer service had me reset the network settings so now I have lost the many many wifi logins I had there. Thanks bunches.

Had a good experience. However, I'm hard of hearing and the Customer Service rep needs to speak louder and slower. The wait time to connect is seriously off-putting. I almost went to Mint Mobile for service. I am an AMAC member so hopefully any discount has been applied.

Service is pretty good for phone and text but when I hit the data threshold and the throttling begins my iPhone tells me I’m not connected to the internet. This is pretty much unacceptable due to the fact that there are a few podcasts that I watch or listen to every day. Do you have a hot spot plan? I have a hot spot device that I used when I was with AT&T that I could use at home.

I'm really enjoying the phone. The customer service is great. There are a few features that, I feel, should have already been set up on the phone when it arrived, rather than my having to call customer service. The customer service agents have always been able to resolve those issues quickly and effectively. They are always patient and professional.

Poor coverage compared to previous Verizon service. Dead Zones in stores I never had before. Phone loses signal and gives errors. I will be switching back. It's just not as good. Tried to submit this and I got error connection lost...just sitting still at home....

I don't recall my order number. I cannot say I am DISsatisfied with the experience, but there isn't an in-between Dissatisfied and Satisfied. The coverage map showed good service here, but I have a LOT of dead spots. I will lose service sometimes every few hundred feet, and it's not like we are completely in the weeds here, so that is frustrating when trying to carry on a conversation.

Very helpful at setting up my phone and daughters. Great that they were actual people and they lived in the US. I am glad I made the switch from Verizon. More data for less money. I have and will continue to inform people to switch.

I switched 4 lines wireless lines to PureTalk USA in February. The first 2-3 months went well but after that the cell service went downhill fast. We were getting texts over 4 hours to the next day after they were sent. Call wouldn't go through from one line to another and they were all on Puretalk! When calling customer service the wait time is over an hour and several times I was disconnected and transferred only to be transferred back to then be told I had to be transferred again. It's really sad that they are an American company because they give American companies bad names. There is only one way to contact them via phone and they are just the worst in customer service. I will be switching back to one of the larger carriers. They may be more expensive but paying any amount is too expensive when you get poor or no service.

Unable to get signal or use phone in one room. Unable to reach tech support by phone. Spent at least 4 or 5 hours. Would only take me to music and customer service when I was forwarded to tech support would hang up after holding about 20 minutes.

I have been disconnected three times today trying to resolve an issue with sending and receiving photos to Android phones with my new iPhone 12 purchased from PureTalk. I have been on the phone for several hours this afternoon. No calls back.

It would be nice to have a seamless interface for voicemail on my iPhone, it is annoying to have to enter my long passcode every time I miss a call. Especially when they hangup with no msg. I already lock my phone so what's the point.

I've used PureTalk now for probably 6 weeks, and don't have coverage where I need it, where I'm used to having it. This really interferes with business and contacts. I liked the price; the service was unacceptable for our area.

Lower price is a good thing compared to ATT. Had some trouble getting MMS messages and Android Auto to work, but found the fix by internet search. So far no problems with cell phone calls. ATT and others are overcharging customers for the same service. Keep your lower prices and you will put a real hurt on the competition.

I can never get more than 3 bars. I can not text or get any data service. My provider was AT&T before, I never had a problems like what I am having since. I changed to Pure Talk. I was told you use the same lines. So why is my service decreased so much since changing.
