    My wife and I have been looking for another service where we could get more bang for our dollar. We looked at several and decided to go with Pure Talk. We were sharing six gigs between us with ATT for $92.00 per month. We got the 10 gig plan for each of us which gives us plenty of data. We don’t have to worry about running out of data at the end of the month. We are very happy with our plan and have experienced little or to problems with it. If you are looking for another phone carrier, I highly recommend that you explore Pure Talk for your carrier. I feel you would be quite surprised.

    My wife tries to call me & I never get the call. What's the problem??? Her phone receives no connections at all (at different times). And my phone (which I rarely use), will lose calls. I got better service with AT&T.... I paid more but; I got excellent service. How is YOUR service better??? I guess that you get what you pay for!!! (As the saying goes).

    Several people that I have talked to in TECH are unfamiliar with the phone, Nokia 2.4. The phone service seems to be ok. But I really do not like this phone. The phone is confusing to use, it is difficult to make changes within the phone itself and I do not understand how to receive internet service when I am not home.

    We have bought your 10.00 calling Cards twice and still have not yet been able to call Dominican Republic. We have a home there and Family. We NEED to be able to call DR. Customer Service has not been able help us with this and we feel like we’re bothering someone when we try. Customer service were Awesome when we were signing up, but slipped some when we need help with this important need we have to call international/Dominican Republic. We’ve wasted 20.00 so far and will probably waste another ten dollars trying a third time, as you MUST call every month to buy another calling card which is a HUGE inconvenience as the wait time is terrible.     Extremely disappointed. Many occasions every day to be frustrated. Cell reception is unreliable and poor. Calls and texts not received. Sometimes not even notified of missed ones for hours, even days. Ability to pick up internet signal using cell data is unreliable, poor, and slow. We regret that we switched to PureTalk because we had no complaints with our prior (Verizon) service. Currently looking for another non-"woke" option at this price point.

    I attempted to report an emergency situation, which occurred on I 5 n/b. mile 175. This call failed and that is an abysmal contractor service failure, as well an imminent danger to your clientele. Should this happen again service will be terminated.

    We traveled by car from Arizona to Nebraska, Colorado, South Dakota, Utah, Nevada and New Mexico. There was little to poor service thru New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Nevada.     Since I had Pure Talk, the service has not been to good in most areas. I drive within 60 miles of my address. In addition, when I attempt to listen to my audios, through Bluetooth, it may take 10 or more minutes for it to download or start playing. After every call, it sends a notification with a beep listing the remaining minutes. If the plan is unlimited, why does it list the balance of minutes, it is annoying. I called customer service there and they said my phone is doing that and to check the settings, I did one thing but that didn't work. I have had the service for about 2 months. Any help will be appreciated.

    PureTalk is a really great company, I found that out after I switched over to them from Verizon. I am getting the same plan with PureTalk that I did have with Verizon, for half of the cost, & to me, that is a really great thing.     We are experiencing many calls that ring but person we are calling doesn't get a ring. These are Pure Talk to Pure Talk phones. Also we have had to upgrade our data plans on two of our phones.     We left Spring after 12 or more years after your ad emphasized similar coverage. What we found is extremely poor coverage in the following cities and all travel in between. MEMPHIS Tn, Little Rock AR. Hot Springs AR. Heber Springs AR. And major interstates. Most, 70% of people say they can not understand us. 25% of calls drop. 15 to 30 second delay to connect when calling with 25% unable to connect. DATA IS PRACTICALLY NON EXISTENT. IT IS SO SLOW. Usually rejected when trying to use my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. So basically you are a scam company claiming to use the same networks but failing to mention that we gain access only after AT&T takes care of their customers first. You should be ashamed and I full intend to call Sean Hannity and the EIB Network and other spokespersons to let them know they are endorsing a sham.

    Price is great. Service in my area (12 miles from town) is terrible. Customer service is worthless. On hold over 30 minutes, only to be disconnected. Twice on hold, pressed 2 for a call back. NEVER HAPPENED!!! Try to make a call only to get NO CELL PHONE SERVICE notice. People text me saying phone rings then call dropped. Good thing there's no contract.     Switching from AT&T, I was a little skeptical about Pure Talk's coverage. Then, just this week the new phone (iPhone SE) is experiencing a lack of texting functionality. We're not getting some texts and sometimes we can't send any either. Is it a heat related issue or something else? We rebooted the phone twice and it seems better but we're wondering when it will act up again. Trying to stay in touch with family during a medical crisis is hindered with this texting issue.     Everything went very easily in the transition, and the phone has worked very well since then. The only issue we have encountered is the complex process of recovering a voicemail. Really - 8 digit security? If somebody had my phone they could just take a call with no security needed. Why all the hassle for voicemail?

    95% of my outgoing calls will not go out. I can receive calls, but rarely will my phone make outgoing calls. Even when connected to a good wifi for wifi call, or in a metro area with excellent coverage. I have to text people to get them to call me. I have tried various methods and calls don't connect. It says calling then immediately said call ended.

    Coverage is good for the most part, not quite as good as more expensive carriers. Calls are somewhat delayed and texts don't go through now and again.     As a previous AT&T customer, they had a lot of advantages that I don’t see with PureTalk. I could text a code and know instantly what my data usage was. Their billing details were much more informational. PureTalk gives very few details on individual calls or texts. Today is a good day as I have 2 bars for my range. Most days it’s one bar. The actual order of 2 phones were received and packaged very well but the instructions could have been better as to how to set up the new phones. For those of us who aren’t technical and only get new phones every 5-6 years, have difficulty following what’s it tells us to do. As it was, I didn’t notice before I sent back my old phone that many of my contacts were missing from the new phone but I never got an error or message of any kind. What other data I am missing is a guess at this point. Would I do this again???? I honestly would have to think about it. It wasn’t a horrible experience but it wasn’t stellar either.

    Getting Pure TalkUSA was fast and easy. I wanted to support small businesses, as I also am. I was told they were great with everything and even better and cheaper which I thought that was great. I got unlimited talk, text, and data knowing I would use a lot due to work, and knowing it would not slow down on me...Which is why I am very unhappy with my service/data taking dump on me when I need it to be fast. I pay a lot more to have pure talk USA versus when I had Verizon, which I never had a problem with.

    So why is it that the unlimited plan is so limited? It makes me very unhappy, why would I pay for a plan that says "unlimited talk, text and data" if it's just going to be slow as a slug when I have 4 bars of service but my data is incredibly slow, I don't understand how I use "too much data." That's ridiculous. I rather go back to Verizon if this game is going to be played and where I'll pay less. I want to use Pure talk USA because I heard it from (Ben Shapiro).     When we had Pure Talk while we were living in Delaware the quality of the call was good. More so for my husband with an iPhone and not as satisfactory with my Android. When we moved to Arizona that’s when the problems began. Neither one of us could get cell service in our house. We went to AT&T since that’s the provider you use and they couldn’t help us. We went to Verizon and they were able to help us. It was very frustrating especially since 5G towers for AT&T were just erected. The only way we can get cell service is through our Wi-Fi.

    I switched to Puretalk 3 months ago after being a Verizon customer for 8+ years. I love puretalk. I'm currently only saving $2.50 with switching carriers but those savings will go up once I add a second line, I think. Only complaint I have is the voice mail box code lol why 7 digits? I purchased a phone through puretalk as well, easy peasy shipping/install new Sim card. However, transferring phone number from Verizon to puretalk was a chore and I do believe dealing with Verizon on that was creating most of the burden, not puretalk. I get great coverage!     Initially, I talked to a very nice customer service agent about not being able to hear anything; e.g. couldn't hear caller, or voicemail. She transferred me to tech support, a young woman who was indignant, discourteous, and INSISTED that my phone was bad and I should replace it! I subsequently discovered on my own that a mute-all setting was in effect, on my Samsung Note 10 (which BTW, the tech I spoke with ALSO had the same phone). I changed the setting and it fixed that problem. Also, to this date, I still have NOT been able to get a digital connection! -NO DATA. I need it only to use the Google Maps application for directions - but no can do. SO, this is why I am unhappy with PURE TALK - poor tech support, and digital service not working. If you can get this fixed, I will remain a customer, and may recommend your service to others.

It also randomly was inoperable due to some kind of glitch (please consult the notes on our account as I called in for help with this).     I switched (or attempted to) my service from US Cellular and was not told at the time my phone is not compatible with PureTalk and didn't realize it until I was on the road and could not get mobile service or text messaging. Getting through to customer service has been a nightmare!! I no longer have my SIM card for US Cellular and will have to deal with them to get another one and probably have to return to their service, very unhappily, I might add. This has been a very frustrating experience and will not recommend them to anyone I know!

    My phone apparently did not work with your network and lack of towers available to service my area. I made oodles of phone calls and spent hours on the phone with your customer service representatives and was told to take multiple steps to rectify the problems I was having accessing service. You advertise as "using the same towers as the big companies" but that is not true. You only use AT&T towers and surprisingly with 60k students at nearby PSU you have no towers available in state college PA. Thank you but no thanks. Your company was a complete disappointment and I spent countless hours on the phone. I've gone back to Verizon. I should have never gotten sucked into your plan in the first place.

    I have been unable with several months effort dealing with technical support to get call forwarding enabled on my telephone number **. It works flawlessly on my primary number which is an identical Samsung telephone. I get different answers every time I talk to technical support but at this point I have not yet been able to get Android call forwarding to work on **.     I've had a few issues with my phone making the switch over in service. I had to call the customer support a week after switching to PureTalk. I have a Galaxy and my husband has an iPhone and we both experience service issues when switching from wifi to the network. At least once a day I have to switch my phone in to airplane mode and then back out so that my phone will recognize the service. My husband has the same issue with his newer iPhone.     On July 9, 2021, I signed up for service with purchase of a new phone and new phone number. During the sign-up process, I discovered that Pure Talk's plans and prices were not the same as currently represented on their website. I was on the phone with the Pure Talk representative looking at their website and telling the representative what was stated on the website, but the Pure Talk representative said that what I was seeing was not correct. However, the Pure Talk representative eventually secured her supervisor's authorization to honor one of the web advertised plans and prices. I was told that my purchase was completed and that the new phone would be sent soon by USPS Priority Mail.

    12 days later, I still had not received a phone and Pure Talk had made no attempt to contact me as far as I could tell. So I called Pure Talk's customer service number. After 50 minutes on hold, a representative finally took my call. I was told that my credit card provider had declined the charge to my card. When I asked the Pure Talk representative why I had not been contacted about the problem so that it could be resolved, she had no answer to offer. So, my experience with Pure Talk was very unsatisfactory. They seem to be disorganized and a very poor communicator with potential customers. Maybe it's just as well I did not become a customer if they treat their customers like I was treated.

    I have dead spots in my house where I work and use my phone the most. And, my calls delay in connecting to the dialing part of the call - sometimes over 10 seconds and sometimes it just disconnects and I have to start over. VERY frustrating!     You asked me for a review. I am a new customer (3 months in). First time I called I was very pleased. After that, not at all. It took 3 calls to get my phones sorted out because the wrong number was ported to the wrong phone. Coverage is so-so. I randomly lose my Spotify which never happened while with a CDMA carrier. I tried calling customer service 2 times within the first 14 days as I was on traveling and in meetings most days. First time, you weren't open yet, 2nd time I called more than an hour before your stated closing time. I waited at least 45 minutes and was hung up on 30 minutes before your hours say you closed. That was the final day of 14, I would have canceled if I could have spoken to someone.

    In addition, I feel taken advantage of because I'm l now locked in for 2 years on a pre-paid plan for a phone I could have bought outright for less than half the price I'd pay if I canceled today. I could care less for the "free" (not really free) AMAC membership. Now I'm stuck with you for 2 years... I will NOT recommend you to anyone! It's too bad because I was really excited when I saw you in AMAC. Thank GOD the coverage is decent because I'd be stuck figuring out how to move my number to a CDMA carrier AND I'd be paying you for nothing! I'm counting the months until I can say goodbye!

    It's an alternative only and somewhat overpriced for the service. It could be better as far as the service goes, as some calls are dropped in mid-conversation. I would only recommend it to the "poor" who can't afford premium service with another carrier. All cell phones are not the same, and all carriers know it and throttle the service purposely just to sell high-end phones to their customers.

    I have been waiting for a replacement phone for 3 weeks and was told it would be here in 24 hours. Plus I can't even call my mother on her phone and vice versa sitting next to each other.     I am neutral on my assessment of coverage with Puretalk. As a prior Verizon customer the coverage was much better than Puretalk. Not in area of coverage but the speed and response of app exchange. For instance, there seems to be a great lag in sending and receiving info in SMS form, internet searches, and email. The signal strength bars can be high and in an instant can change to low or no coverage. Holding my old Verizon phone in hand alongside my Puretalk phone the Verizon phone will maintain signal strength while Puretalk will fluctuate. The benefit of Puretalk, for me, is the cost savings.

    I signed up, ordered my Wife a (new) 5.4 Nokia, thinking it was a great phones. Since she being 74, it was perfect. We some features, like dropped or not able to call out, incoming messages and attachments all not working. For 3-4 weeks of being on the phone to Bogota, Columbia and Pure Talk, not able to fix. So I asked for a refund. "Sorry," I was told, "Past the 14 days of warranty." I was unhappy but she needed a phone. I ordered another, exact phone, a 5.4 Nokia. Same exact problem. Again, cannot fix it. I did get a money back phone call but haven't seen the credit on my Credit Card yet and it's been over a week. I haven't sent the phone either, waiting on the Credit back.

    In the calls to Bogota, Columbia, they were very helpful and answered almost immediately. No problems there. The calls to Pure Talk was draining, I spent hours and hours and hours on hold many times. A couple times all day on speaker to no avail, no one answered. Twice I was to "push the #2 and not lose my place in line and I would get a callback". NEVER got a call back!! Unhappy as I was, I decided to take my business elsewhere and they canceled my Pure Talk service. We have new phones that work perfectly. Customer service is almost immediate, AS IT SHOULD BE!!!! Now and I will for a while, Badmouth Pure Talk to everyone I see. I went online and I'll do it more as time goes by and Badmouth Pure Talk everywhere I can. What do I want, you ask?? I want my money back for the wife's 1st 5.4 Nokia and for the 2nd 5.4 Nokia and I'll shut up and go away.

    I am very dissatisfied with this company. There are outages in my area, I had to find out the hard way. After I paid for my first month service, I had several problems where I waited on the phone for 30 mins before I received help; I was told that the messages I received for example, "the SIM card in is not from Verizon Wireless" that this message will disappear, it is still showing up. The outages are still going on and it will be entering into the third month. My phone drops the signal while I am on the phone at home which has interfered with personal calls, conference calls, and banking. It really messes things up when you can't dial out, text messages fail, or the call fails when people are calling me. I asked for a break on the price the first month for all the trouble and NOTHING happened. Currently looking for another carrier. This has been a real headache, and family not too happy that I have not changed carriers, yet.

    Hello, The ads for PureTalk say that you use the same network as the big guys like Verizon, but since my fiancé and I switched over, it's not as easy to connect. He doesn't have signal at work as easily as he used to, and frequently when I call him the call doesn't go through but shunts to voice mail. Also when I travel I don't have good signal in places where it used to be just fine.

    I switched from AT&T and before I switched, I never had any problems sending or receiving phone calls inside our house. Now that we have switched to Pure Talk, I have to step outside the house to make calls or receive any calls. We have reached out to pure talk several times, but without any resolution. Is it possible to send us a signal booster for inside our house? I believe this will resolve our issue.

    I chose the plan with unlimited talk, text, and data. I found out the hard way, that the plan is capped at 30 gigabytes of data. Being capped at 30 gigs is not unlimited!!!!! That is a deceptive advertising practice that Pure Talk is engaged in. On the upside, your customer service people are very courteous and helpful. But that doesn't offset the false advertising.

    Everything should be listed in my file, otherwise, this would take pages to get through. The last is a few days ago mid-afternoon, when I went to use my phone I could neither text nor make a call. Finally, since I live alone, a day later I used another phone to contact you. (This particular has occurred more than once in the recent past.) I was taken through the steps in settings to fix the problem at the end of which was told to shut off the phone, take out the SIM card, wait a minute, put it back in and restart the phone. HOWEVER. When it came back I saw about a 3-second flash that read "erasing" and my screen shot and everything else was exchanged for something new. And no service.

    I've called back many times since, gone to Verizon (my previous carrier where I bought the phone) three separate times and still nothing had been resolved. Yes, I've asked to speak to management and was never given the opportunity. Apparently, that's not allowed! When I signed up with PureTalk I made a commitment to give it a try for three months, no matter what. This week begins the third month. In all my 20 years using cell phone providers I've never had any problems close to what I've had to endure with PureTalk. A few hour ago, I was told by a phone rep that my phone somehow is reading Verizon, not PureTalk and that Verizon has to "unlock" my phone for PureTalk access. But I've no one around whose phone I can use to make the call until Sunday or Monday. Thank you.

    Overall experience is fine except no initial instruction or even mention about voice mail set up so wondered for a month why my iPhone voicemail was not working. It took several calls and waiting on the phone for over 45 min. two times until a PureTalk tech service person told me that PureTalk had to initiate something in your system in order to have voicemail messages appear on my iPhone.

    I was very excited to switch my family and our 5 phones to Puretalk. The price was right, everything went smooth, and we were on our way to great service and products. What I’m going to complain about is the trade in process and customer service. My trade ins were sent in and once received, I was unable to accept the trade in offers. I spent over 8 hours on the phone with pure talk representatives over multiple days. I would have to explain my predicament over and over and over again, I would then be put on hold for hours and then have to explain it again. Through multiple emails and phone calls, I was told the issues were resolved and I would be receiving new emails with corrected links through phobio. The emails came but the links still did not work and I was unable to approve the offers.

    Everything was documented and I begged them not to send the phones back. But of course they did and I now have the 3 phones I was supposed to (and very much needed) receive the approximate $300 to 400 credit. I’m not sure what I do now. I do know I’m probably done with pure talk after the 2 years when I won’t have to pay for the phones. This has been so disappointing in so many ways. No one responds to my emails and would just pass me off and pass me off. Not sure if I have any recourse now. Maybe you’ll respond to this.

    Call forwarding is advertised but doesn't work on Android phone ("call settings error" "unexpected response from network"). Using Dialpad code also doesn't work. 2 calls to Tech support resulted in their telling me I have to call tech support to turn forwarding off/on. Not very convenient. Tech support poor.

    I was very happy with my service until I had to travel out of the country. I called a week in advance to schedule the number to be suspended on the date of my departure, to be reactivated upon my return. The representative said that was fine but I had to call again at the exact time I needed to suspend the number. This seemed a bit silly, but I agreed. Sure enough it was very hectic at the airport and I had already taken off when I remembered I was supposed to call. I assumed this would be no problem as I could just call from abroad and explain the situation, but the representative was extremely uninterested in helping and proceeded to inform me that now that the number was 'overdue', I would have to pay the full bill plus an additional charge to get my number back upon returning.

    I believe this is extremely unreasonable considering I informed a week before my departure that I was leaving the country. I should have been able to easily just suspend the number remotely given the circumstances. Now I have to pay for all the time I was not using the service plus extra, not to mention the costs of the international calls which resulted in no help at all, in order to get my number back upon returning in a few days. Very disappointed with this dreadful customer service standard.
