I originally went with PURETALK to save money. I had a family plan (4 phones) with AT&T and was paying about $240 a month. Even with the data sharing we were going over our allotted amount every month because our daughter uses a lot due to her job. With PURETALK I was able to get her 10 gb which she needs and 2 gb each for the rest of us. My monthly bill now is about $84. I am not tech savvy but it wasn’t hard to change over the 4 phones to PURETALK. Now this isn’t PURETALK’s fault but I get a lot of spam and robo calls and I would like to see them do something about that.

I have been pretty satisfied with my service with Pure Talk except for one problem. There have been times I show to have 2 bars of LTE service but can not get apps to refresh and unable to access my emails.

Great quality service and pricing packages! Thus far, couldn’t be happier. Never an issue with voice clarity or dropped calls. My previous carrier was great, but their price increases got way out of hand. Trusting Pure Talk will keep their pricing promises!

Transition was fairly easy from Verizon Wireless, but reaching customer service is been impossible … at least a 45 min wait & I’ve had to give up several times. I’m not able to save my voicemail greeting & don’t know if it’s an Apple or Pure Talk issue.

It was very easy to transfer from Verizon "over charging" to Pure Talk. Verizon gave me the transfer codes without trying to talk me out of it. I had to get a new phone, went from Samsung 8 to Samsung 20 and still cut phone bill by almost half with same exact coverage. Thank you. Wish I would have done it months ago!

Between my wife and myself we have spent over 16 hours on hold and when somebody does answer and they get your phone number to call back. In case you get disconnected they never call back. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Both times I called customer service; the first time I had to wait an hour and a half. The second time was only half an hour. The reason I was unhappy with your service is because I was told your SIMS would work with my existing phone. It did not. I was without phone service for two weeks. I then tried to order a new smartphone at the price advertised on the website $50, but was told I had to pay full price. $270. Therefore, I ordered a Nokia which I very much dislike because it doesn't work like a smartphone. I cannot receive group texts or post pictures on Facebook. I wish I hadn't left my old phone company. But I wanted to support AMAC's advertising.

I spoke with Yevette (I hope I spelled it right) about data usage and the website not being accurate. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns as well. It's all good, Except when I have a tech issue. The techs in other provider stores won't help, because you are not their customer. I do understand the reason for lower service rates is because Pure Talk doesn't need to have retail outlets.

I called the other week to pay off my phone. I was given an amount and I paid it. When my bill kept being the same amount I called back. Was told that I didn’t pay off the phone, I just paid off something else that he couldn’t explain to me. I told him that even if it didn’t pay off the phone that my monthly bill should have changed. Of course he couldn’t give a clear explanation. The phone service has been okay but I am very disappointed in customer service. I have no idea why the first rep took money from me and the 2nd rep kept mentioning that I was told about that amount. If I don’t get a clear explanation of what is going on I’m going to have to contact someone who can help me and warn others about pure talk. Right now I would love to have someone who knows what they are talking about to contact me; calling in I will just get another rep who has no clue and they’ll give me a promise that someone will call me back.

I was told it would come with all of my apps installed. That was not the case. After long wait times on hold (a total of 9 hours over the period of a week), I was referred to a local company which did, indeed, get everything transferred. However I still have a couple of issues but am not willing to spend another 9 hours on hold to get them resolved. Mostly I like the phone and when I did get through to Customer Service, the staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful but mostly were unable to provide sufficient direction.

You guys killed MY SIM card & then promised to expedite me another one, and finally when I called a week later you guys still hadn't even sent it. SO, I didn't switch. My son's phone turned out to be incompatible, so he didn't switch. Another phone on this account was so upset with the service, having to wait an hour for customer service, etc, that she switched back to Verizon. My mother is the only one still with you guys and that's because I think I'm locked in for 6 months on hers because I bought her a new phone.

When I first called to order your phone and service, I said I wasn’t able to dial #250 on my old phone (you should have this on a recording?) and thought I would get half off on my first bill, as advertised on one of my radio talk shows (Dennis Prager, Buck Sexton, etc.) I did call again about this, but you said No. Now when I hear their advertising, I cringe because I missed out on the deal. (Will I always feel this way!) Also, I hate to tell the story the rest of my life to friends and family about my experience when they ask about PureTalk because of this. Surely you can afford to give me the half-price deal. It’s the principle really and not the money! Other than that I am satisfied with the low cost and Iike my new phone and learning new things about it. Thank you for asking.

We switched to Pure Talk because our previous company kept going higher. The clearing of the phone calls are great. The only feature I would change is the voicemail. I like to see the numbers that call rather than cycling through individual messages one at a time.

I moved my four lines from Sprint to PureTalk in March. It was a full two months before I was able to get all four lines functioning as expected, especially the hotspot service in my iPhone 11 Pro. Okay nice set, the service has been satisfactory.

I am overall very happy with PureTalk phone service, signal and low monthly cost! Quite pleased in fact. The only negative for me has been the extremely long wait time when calling for tech support and assistance. I truly that as your wonderful patriotic American-based company grows, you will address the need for many many more phone reps to answer calls. I have been having a lagging issue as well as trouble responding to texts that are more than 10 people on a thread, but have not had 45 minutes or an hour free to wait on hold. That said, the value is exceptional, and there is absolutely no difference between my signal now compared to AT&T for which I was paying almost triple! Keep up the great work PureTalk!

Sim card delayed a week and customer service offered absolutely zero resolution. You lost an additional customer (my wife). It would have cost you next to nothing to simply send out a replacement sim to try to rectify the situation.

My wife is the real test. She seems happy in that we’ve noticed absolutely no difference in service after switching from Verizon. Waiting to see data usage so we can lower our data package size in order to save even more money. We currently have unlimited data but don’t need that much.

I have NO issue with any of your representatives. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. On Saturday April 23 I called to find out why I am not receiving the 6-digit verification codes that are frequently required when a company wants to verify a request or who I am. I was informed that these are called "Short codes" and these are not handled by PureTalk. Very frustrating, as I only rarely use my cell phone for conversations, but often need it for these codes. Sometimes they come through, often not. I'm still getting used to my phone (Nokia 6300) so I was never sure which button to press or swipe or whatever, until I was informed of the issue with the short code. I didn't get the agent's name, sorry, and it was a busy day with long waits. I didn't have the patience then to pursue this further. I still want to stay with the company for time being, but don't know what else to do.

I had no trouble maintaining WiFi with my other provider when I was not at home. My phone pick up other WiFi when was not traveling at another place. With PureTalk USA my phone will not pick up other WiFi so that I can check my email.

I am not satisfied using Pure Talk USA. My internet on my phone is not working. Most of the time I'm using WiFi, but when I'm out I can't use my internet. Every time I call a customer service I have to wait more than an hour. I can't recommend this company.

My attempts to get technology help are always met with a minimum 20 minute wait!!! I am retired from my job but I have obligations. That means I don't have all the time to wait. It would be nice if they could keep my name and call to let me know when they can call back.

Someone asked me recently if I would recommend PureTalk. I said no, here's why: 1) Coverage in not great. My husband and I often have to hang up and redial one another to get a better connection. 2) I HATE having to call into the voicemail box - such an antiquated system for 2022.

I see no difference with my prior major carrier except the price. No dropped calls or outages. What I am upset about is that I can't leave a review unless I'm really talky -- I could have said how happy I am w/o having to write a whole paragraph. It is nice to have an option for a cell phone and blue chip related service that isn't woke. I really try to not give money to corporations that hate me for being a straight ** male. Service is also straightforward and works as it should. I also like that the service has a dumbphone option like the Nokia 6300. Basic phone for a minimalist lifestyle and someone trying to escape android google OS. A difficult task in 2022.

The ability to reach someone to talk to in customer service is almost impossible. This is a communications company. Communication should be key! Some phone calls just won't go through unless you reboot the phone. A lot more spam calls than I had with Verizon. You can do better.

For 5 days I could not get through and talk to a live person. Day 6 I talked to tech support person Ryan. He was unable to guide me with any help for anything I asked. After repeatedly unable to make any progress, he said I ask too many questions and he was forwarding my call to tech support and hung up on me. Tech support was once again constantly busy.

All 5 devices worked the first day. The next day 1 phone a tablet worked. Spent 20+ total hours on hold, on borrowed phones on several calls to be transferred over and over to incompetent agents, told reboot the phones, your phones will work by tomorrow, and all your phones need to be replaced. After 2 weeks with no phones I switched the 3 phones that still didn't work back to Verizon. I typically do not leave negative messages. I would rather not say anything. But your porting team really sucked. As much as I like the idea of supporting an alternative to AT&T and Verizon, I can't recommend you to anyone who counts on having a working phone. Charles **

I came over from T Mobile and I'm happy with the service for what I'm paying, but I get a weak or no signal in certain areas in town. It also doesn't work very well in Freeport where my father in law lives. We're moving soon, so we'll see how it works outside of San Antonio.

Unfortunately my coverage is not as good as what I had with Verizon. The website is okay. The customer service is good. I hope your coverage improves, as I don’t want to switch again. The phone I purchased was reasonable and delivered in a timely manner.

When I first came over to PureTalk for cell phone service, it was my wife and I that both ported over our cell numbers to PureTalk. Previously my wife was with Spectrum and I was with Straight Talk through Walmart. Within just a matter of days my wife was not pleased with the "number of bars" she had while sitting in our own living room, and of course she was naturally comparing the PureTalk service to Spectrum. She was so displeased with the PureTalk reception in our area, i.e., Montgomery, Alabama, that we changed her service over to Verizon within a week's time. Overall I have been satisfied with PureTalk. Further, our initial order with PureTalk included a new phone, an iPhone 12 for me. I also took advantage of the PureTalk 30 month financing with 0% interest.
This order was placed around February 22, 2022 and I enrolled in paperless billing and automatic payments via my credit card. To-date, PureTalk has not debited my credit card for any of the 30 monthly payments. I find this extremely odd. I called PureTalk last month (April) and I called today asking when is PureTalk going to start debiting my credit card for the payment for my new phone? Both times the customer service person sounded surprised that the payments for my new phone have not begun yet.

My mother had seen an advertisement for Pure talk in her AMAC magazine. I contacted Pure talk for more information and their sales associates were very helpful, answered all my questions and weren’t pushy in sales at all. We decided to switch from a family plan with Verizon to a family plan with Pure Talk. I wanted to make sure we gave it the month to ensure I would be able to get a good signal in some of the places I travel for work. I was very pleased to find that not only did I get good service but in some places and even better signal and switching to Pure Talk. We also receive more data than the other plan we had. With pure talk we can get an entire family planned for less than what I was paying for one phone line. I am very pleased and have been telling others about the service as well.

While I am satisfied with the reception in my area, I experienced significant wait times when contacting customer service attempting to resolve some issues including initial setup and accessing voicemail. Both were ultimately resolved, but not without a great deal of wasted time.

I am very happy with most of my new service with Pure Talk. My connection is great and everything works well, except I don't like how VM works. I don't like having to dial in and put my password in every time I want to check VM. I didn't have to do that w/ Verizon. I also don't have visual voicemail any longer. Otherwise, keep up the great work. I love the price, so I can deal with these things just fine! :-)

To reach CS is atrocious. It can all be mitigated simply by taking my number (by robot) and holding my place in line while I hang up and calling me back when my turn in line comes up, it may be five minutes or two hours and five minutes. The technology is there. Find it and use it.

I have been with Pure Talk for two months and have not had any voice or text service and have requested help several times and have not received any help. I have paid for service without having any. I even bought a new Phone from you to try and help with the service but that did not help either. I have a friend that has Pure Talk and is happy with his service but I am not. I believe that you should return my money because I have had no service from you at all.

Have not had a single dropped call! Service has been great in all areas we have traveled, but we have yet to try it out in West Texas and points further west. Best of all, we do not need all the bells and whistles pushed by the other services.

I have lost connection during phone calls a number of times. Sometimes it comes back, but not always. I am very happy with the fact that I'm saving over $100 a month from my last service provider, for which I'm very grateful!

Service is somewhat better than my old service (Boost). I still have to be near a window to use the phone but outside is fine.. The biggest reason I chose Pure Talk is NOKIA. With Nokia I've never had a bad phone. Never owned a Motorola that didn't give me trouble and never will own a I-phone.

I am mostly happy with Pure Talk. The only things that keep me from giving it the top grade are (1) such incredibly long waits on the phone for customer help, and (2) that often I am unable to send photos and emoji stickers through text messages, to other people than my own family. Also I occasionally get a flag message saying if I want to do something I need to turn off low speed data, and I have no idea how to do this as I never had to do that with my prior carrier. And of course I can't address these issues since I can't handle waiting four hours on the phone for customer service.

I’ve called Puretalk 4 times for customer service since signing up online. All 4 times I called the hold time was over 45 mins. And there is no online chat option. For a modern business to consistently have this long of a hold time, this is unacceptable.

If it wasn't saving us $$ I would have switched back to my other service. Customer service was not helpful. We were originally told current phone would work. It didn't and would not give the promotional price for a new phone. Purchased a different phone from you at full price. It's terrible. Don't have internet service most the time. Very disappointed. I switched over my service before 3G shutdown. Now I can't make a freakin phone call for 2 months now.. I can't even call you to cancel my service! WTF! I'm pissed! My husband literally for five hours I’ve been on the phone at all throughout the day to try to switch from Spectrum to Pure talk. The people we talk to on the phone were very pleasant but you need more help and they need to be able to do more than they do without having to get a supervisor.

I got the SIM Card, it never worked. Could never get in contact with a customer support representative. Never was able to get a refund because of long 1hr+ wait times. WORSE SERVICE EVER. Good luck if you do business with this company.

1.5 hrs on hold every time I call. Service is spotty. Dropped calls constantly and have to restart my phone every time to solve the problem. I wish Pure talk was easier to switch to and keep working. Half the price of Verizon, but half the service. With Verizon, I never really had problems except a $200 plus bill. But, if I did, they had a store right here in my town. Pure talk has a 1.5 hrs wait time only to get ahold of somebody who really doesn't know any more than you do. Rant over...

I became a customer because Verizon Wireless' customer service had gotten so bad. Now, when I call you I have to hold for more than 15 minutes and listen to the same instructions about my Samsung phone. I don't have a Samsung phone, I have an iPhone! The last three times I called I had to hold for more than 15 minutes. I have also sent two messages to you via Twitter in the past two weeks, both of which are unanswered. While I like the low rates, you're not doing a very good job in your customer service business model.

The internet access is slow and hard to do my business except when hooked to a Wi-Fi. That doesn’t work for me well at all. I didn’t have this trouble with Verizon. Customer service is great and it was easy to switch but I just need access to the internet through my phone service.

I don't care for this company. I switched because of the values we share. But the service is par. I had 5G with my previous carrier and now I have 4G. I had unlimited data but I am maxed out and need to pay extra per 2G. That is foul. Very disappointing.

Cannot get through on toll free number and on-line was told that my IPhone 6s was not adequate to add. My wife is happy with the cell service and so am I but customer service leaves something to be desired.

Pure Talk has great customer service. Every time we've called we get a live, human being that we can understand, they knows what they're talking about, are very helpful and friendly. We are so happy we switched from ATT to Pure Talk!

I keep having issues with my network going down and it says "No Internet connection", I've set, and re-set my API settings but nothing seems to solve the problem besides just waiting. My second, and biggest issue now is my service got cut off in the middle of the month for no apparent reason, my wife logged onto my account at home (I was at work and had to use wifi) to discover a $5 fee, she paid it and my service resumed. And as of 2 days ago, I checked my account 1 day before my autopay is set to pay my bill, and I have ANOTHER $5 fee added to my account. I was having the previously mentioned network issues and couldn't send pics or texts so I just paid it again as you can see below.

I have no idea what these payments are for and/or if they're responsible for my interrupted service or not but it would be great to get this issue solved. I want to stay a Puretalk customer but if I continue to have these issues, I'm going to be switching to StraightTalk, as they use the very local Verizon towers, but my service uses the farther away AT&T towers and I have just 1 bar of service in my house.

Easily the best phone service I have had. I get better service than I did when I had Verizon. I also appreciate the 5G signal even in rural America. Highly recommend for anyone who’s tired of supporting the big tech companies and want to support an American business. God Bless.

Poor customer service. I have had problems with my phone and the APNP settings. Every time I call customer service they attempts to help me, when I really need to talk to technical support. My email to technical support has been unanswered or acknowledged.

Why I am dissatisfied. First of all I put my phone ID in for you to check if my phone was adaptable and you said it was. Two or three weeks after I did that you said I’d have to get a new phone because my phone was dependent on 3G. So I said I’d like to buy a phone from you guys at the discounted New customer's rate. And you guys told me it was too late that I’d have to pay the full price for the phone. I thought that was pretty dishonest.

Saw the website as I was looking to upgrade my plan. All these new reduced rates. Called customer service and was told they are for new customers only and only for one month. That’s deceptive. But to your credit, hold time has improved.

They charged me $89 for services I did not receive. I called and called. Could not get anyone on phone. Left many email messages asking them to please call me or respond. Nothing. Just kept the money. I disputed via CC. They told CC that I received the services. But they won't call me to discuss. I finally gave up. Let them have it. Then one day my service stopped working. I could not get anyone online. This went on for 2 weeks. Finally started working again but by then I had moved on. I sent Puretalk many messages that I was cancelling my basic service. To my surprise, they charged my CC another $89 fee. I disputed. I don't know what will happen but this is scary. Beware.

I asked about compatibility of phones and was assured there was no problem. After joining, discovered I had internet on phone but not computer which I needed and still do. I am relatively certain I will be changing back to former provider once my 90 days are over.

When signing up for Pure Talk I saw online that prices were 1/2 price but did not get the discounts. When I called I was told I made a mistake at checkout and therefore was not eligible for discounts. Also I was to have received a hotspot that I use to stream for TV when I am camping. This worked on my previous carrier but could not get to work with pure talk. Also did not like the fact you must call customer service to downgrade a line but can upgrade online

I recently switched to PureTalk after hearing about the company on The Ramsey Show. The cell service is top notch. Unfortunately, the wait times I went through for help transferring my phone with Technical Support were incredibly long. I ended up transferring 3 phones to PureTalk and I was on hold with each (separate) call for over an hour and half, each time I called. (I had to call in multiple times with each phone transfer). No exaggeration. Most of the customer representatives were great. The customer representatives in the Porting Department were very helpful, specifically.

PureTalk is much more than what I was expecting based on the price. I came from Verizon, which has all the bells and whistles for a large amount of money. The only thing I would improve is the wait time waiting for customer service. Perhaps as PureTalk grows, it will afford More employees to handle its bandwidth.

Hello. I have a terrible sense of direction. I rely on Waze to get to my destination. Was driving to a new location. Could not connect to WiFi until the last 15 minutes of my trip. Had to call hubby to direct me. I walk every morning. Cannot get personal hotspot to work. My texts often do not go through. I have had people call my cell number and receive a message that my phone was restricted.

We converted about May 1. I had just purchased an older model Samsung phone from Amazon and had an LG Stylo myself. Within less than 2 weeks, my phone stops working and I experienced the Puretalk customer no service. Was on hold for hours to get answer as to why my phone did not work. Was finally told I needed a new phone as did my wife, who had just purchased hers. Had follow up call from a Puretalk supervisor, who said we would not be billed the first month due to your service issues. Well, the bill still came and we did not complain. This has not been the saving move promised by AMAC. But we are still here.

Contacted PureTalk, after talking with a very nice customer rep, we were informed that our bill would be less than what we were paying with ** and a few other benefits that we thought were worth taking advantage of. However, after switching we found that service was not as good as it sounded. First, they couldn't get our second phone to work. It was approximately three weeks with phone calls everyday. Each time we called, we were on hold for no less than an hour. One day we spent six hours on the phone. Customer service rep was very nice and apologetic however, we were told that a ticket had to be created for tech services. It took two days for tech services to get back to us and they couldn't resolve the problem. Each time we were told a ticket had to be created and we were without a phone for three weeks, we gave up and told them no more tickets, no more phone calls were going to be made and we were done.
We went back to **, and their representative apologized and allowed us to return to our previous account with discounts that actually paid our first bill, and, they were able to fix our second phone within a week. They even gave us a temporary phone number until they could fix the problem. Puretalk is very hard to talk to someone and creates frustration, confusion and irritation. If you're looking for a very good company - **. They answer the phone within 5 min and are very helpful.

My phone does not ring when someone calls me and I am unable to check my notices and voicemail. I have contacted technical support on more than one occasion. Often times it has taken many attempts just to get through to someone for help. It has been a very frustrating and ongoing problem.

This has worked out well for my husband and I. However we were assured the service was as good or better than the top carriers. We found this was not the case as my mother who is 3 - 4 miles south of town has no service whatsoever where she did with Sprint. She had to return to her landline service.

Had issues merging my two lines. Had to call back 4-5 times. Was regretting my decision at first. Also promised 2 different credits which I NEVER got. But overall the price is right. When trying to reach customer service (to talk to someone) I would be on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes or longer. So long one time the automated service dropped me. I had to revert to trying to time my call to the second of your opening hours of operation. That was the only time I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes.

Customer service is a joke. I don’t know why you even have a phone number, it has never been answered. I have spent hours on hold. Was told that all three phones would work before I switched over which has turned out to be untrue.

It took 2 weeks to get my phone. Set up was difficult. Once it FINALLY got going, it seems ok. Now you keep insisting on more information that I care to give. Customer service was hard to get hold of and the wait on hold was for 2+ hours. That was not a happy experience.

Trying to contact to get phone to accept image data. Since changing service due to govt killing off 3g and having a flip phone, calling tech service and there is always no one to take the call. Always under extreme call pressure. If I could go back to Patriot Mobile I would and never look back.

Haven't been able to use my Galaxy A51 as promised. Had to purchase a new cheaper phone and my service isn't the best. Stood by on hold for more than an hour 2 separate times trying to get help to get my Galaxy A51 working. Had to hang up both times as the owner of the phone I borrowed needed their phone back both times. I couldn't be more frustrated.

I received a new phone when I signed up for service. The phone was not working for the first 2-3 weeks as it didn't have the software upgrade for the 5G changeover. It took THREE calls, with waiting on hold for over 1 hour each time, and then staying on the phone with the rep for nearly 2 hours to get the phone working. Selling a *NEW* phone that was incompatible with the network is not a very good first impression.

When I first signed up, I was told that I could have our payments taken out on the 3rd of the month when my SSI and Retirement checks came in. On a fixed income, I don't have very much money left at the end of the month, so it hurts when this money comes out on the 23rd. I'm very unhappy and when I mentioned this to the gentleman that called to check if everything is ok, he laughed and hung up.

I'm happy with Pure Talk service and don't give it much thought because there's little difference to notice from my previous carrier. I did notice slow service while at home one time, only one bar showing on my phone. Maybe I need an upgrade in service level to ensure consistent rate of service at all times? Otherwise completely happy I made the move to Pure Talk!

My voice mail doesn't work half the time. When I call for support, I have to wait over an hour for help. I don't have that much time, and as soon as I have time, I am going to change providers. Also sometimes when I make a call, it rings once and then cuts off. It does this repeatedly. Not my local telephone company, it's Puretalk. It's just not reliable.

While I had some difficulty getting our 3 lines connected, Pure Talk has proven to be an adequate replacement for our previous provider. Love the price, but not sure as many bars as previous service. I am glad we switched our previous service to Pure Talk.

I have had a number of instances when I had no service a short distance outside a significant population center. One recent case was Provo/Orem Utah. Staying at a VRBO in a developed neighborhood, no service. I've also had several instances where I had service but could not load my email or text messages.

Bought a new phone since my old one was being phased out by 5G. The one you sold me was phased out also. It took 4 weeks to get my money back. This was your company's error and I should have had my money back as soon as you got the phone back into your possession..2 days after I got it. Poor accountability on your company for its mistake. I switched carriers, purchased a new iPhone at a discounted rate. Called back because I didn’t realize how small the screen was. I was told it was no problem I could do a return & select a new phone. Sent the phone back & when I went to order a new phone I was told I needed to pay the full price as I was no longer a new customer. You lied to get a new customer. Unbelievable! I could have stayed w/ my previous carrier had I wanted to pay full price for a phone. Pure Talk is no different than all the other big guys.

I’m saving $100 a month with no change in service! In fact I now have more features including unlimited data on all 4 lines and a personal hot spot that I had to pay more for on my previous plan! Our family switched from T-Mobile after T-Mobile decided to go woke and we're generally quite pleased with PureTalk. I do hope that they incorporate Visual Voicemail (to auto-download voicemail for playback on the phone without needing to call a number), but that is the biggest gripe. Service is great. I have attempted to set up billing so that I pay ner the first of the month due to my income cycle. You attempt to collect when I think I have already paid. Your 611 system won't let me call because your ** signal is too weak. I could only use the phone twice last month. I cannot call you from the one phone that works.

I switched to PureTalk for two reasons. 1. Price is considerably cheaper than Verizon. 2. My understanding is that PureTalk does not give funding to Liberal causes which I disagree with. However, the trade-off has been much lower service coverage and customer service has been very poor resulting in a minimum 2 + hour wait time in order to talk to a representative.

Very misleading and difficult to talk to anyone who could answer technical answers. Tried on numerous occasions to talk to someone, was left on hold for up to an hour with noone answering or taking my call. The changeover of two phones from Verizon was very painful and annoying. I'm stuck with Pure Talk, but not satisfied at all. Tried to talk to supervisor, but was not able to reach one.

I may not be explaining this properly but say I make a phone call and end the conversation, hang up. When I close the phone and open it that same site is still there. I have to shut down the whole system to get an opening page. No one from your company has responded to my request or they do not know how to resolve this problem

The customer support agent didn't seem very knowledgeable. He informed me that even though I block numbers those numbers can still leave voice-mails. That is very annoying to say the least. I am plagued with spam calls.

PureTalk is a great option for no-contract cellular and data service. We’re getting 3 lines for the price of one line with many other carriers. The service is on-par with those expensive carriers. Calls are clear and reliable. Texts are timely. Data coverage is good. Our son’s phone had great coverage even in the more remote areas of Utah. We live in Iowa and have experienced great coverage. We brought our own unlocked phones—two were new and one was transferred from another carrier. Activation was quick and easy with all 3 phones. Customer support has been very informative and helpful.

Anywhere I go it says LTE at the top of my screen but unless I’m where I have access to a router I can’t use the internet. When my daughter's phone wouldn’t work because of 5g we called to get help. Several times after waiting for hours we were disconnected when put on hold by an employee or sent back to the main menu.

It was easy to get started. I love the much lower bill. I also love that I don't have any issues with calls, etc. It has been a great experience all the way around this far. We wanted to see if Pure Talk would have coverage in our area. When I called the salesperson told me that she could sent a test sim card to try in our phones. We received it and started to test in an old phone and the coverage seemed perfect for us for three days. After three days that ended. I called Pure Talk to see what happened and they said they were dropping 3 G and any old phone (which we were using the test sim card in) would not be supported. In talking to customer service they informed my that I already have an account and have already been billed for my first month. They said that all test kits are free. So I was misinformed as to what I was getting. It should have been free. They did refund my money and erased my account so we can start over.

I have limited service connection. My texts won’t go thru. I can’t hear my callers unless I put them on speaker. I am supposed to have 6gs of usage. I can not backup my phone cause I do not enough. It’s supposed to be unlimited text and data for 30$ with 6gs. I switched hoping I would get same coverage with a better deal. Also switched to a company that maintained my core values. But I’m struggling to be impressed.

Good so far. Have not had it long. Easy to sign up and transfer to PT. I’m doing auto billing and no problems there either. Coverage seems no different as we travel around. I like that it’s a conservative company say the ads on Fox News and that was enough for me.

Have used this service for the last year without any problems, however due to the changes in their service of dropping 3G service, I need to purchase a new phone, which I did buying one direct from Pure Talk, after a few days I was unable to use my new phone, and after 7 times calling there customer service (which each time I called I spent a min of 1hr 30 mins on hold) I was told that Pure talk does not support the phone they sold me. Why do they sell phones that their service does not support, the only reason I can think of it is a great way to rip-off the gullible. Stay away from this company.

Updated on 04/21/2022: Still have not received a response from anyone at your company. I cannot seem to get my service setup completed. There are issues I need resolved. I was put back on hold from a 45 minute call, then no one came back on the line.

I was signed up for service to provide 15 GB of internet, techs could not pair my computer and HotSpot thus I have been extremely overbilled and I believe taken advantage of by your business. I have contacted the BBB for their assistance in resolving this issue.

Long periods on hold for customer service. I’m 88 and couldn’t remove the old SIM card etc. It was far more difficult than you claimed. Also took far longer. I still want to buy a new phone but am afraid of complexities.

I was reluctant to change from Verizon After the switch it was considerably less in price. Customer service actually answered when I selected a support person. I didn't have to wait for too long. They were very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Good afternoon, I've had PureTalk for the past 2 months. In this time I've had multiple issues with the service, and everytime I call, I'm left on hold for a good amount of time. And this happens everytime I call. I believe the last time I got through to the call hold period, I was waiting over a half hour and I had to hang up before I was answered. I don't have the hotspot service I am paying for, I lost service all last week. Then I pay my bill on the 17th, and then last night at 9pm pacific, I lose service again. When I called to see why this is, the call center is closed. So I had no data service all last night, and no way to figure out why. I like supporting small businesses over large corporations, so I'd really like to get the issues resolved and an answer as to why I keep losing service.

Have had a number of problems with this phone. Extremely dissatisfied. Phone changes settings then won't receive or send texts. Then all of the sudden my entire family can not get thru to me. I'm missing orders for work, it's been a nightmare.

We signed up for PureTalk service in about the second week in February 2022. Bought a phone Nokia G10 through PureTalk, two weeks later it was no good due to the 5G change over, with no recourse but to eat the expense. Had to buy another phone from PureTalk a Nord, a short time later it would not give me Mobile service. I have spent countless hours on the phone with countless people from Customer service, Tech dept, IT dept. and a supervisor (Heather). This went on for over two weeks before the phone was deemed defective. Had to buy a third phone and I am waiting for it to arrive. It has been over ten weeks and I don't know when my nightmare will end. I only hope this makes its way to someones who cares... Thanks. Harold

We intended to switch our 4 lines to Pure Talk. Moved to yesterday and it has been the worst experience I've ever had with a mobile carrier in the 25 years I've had cell service. Neither of the 2 lines we switched to Pure Talk yesterday function. 1 line can't make calls at all. The other won't send or receive group text messages or multimedia messages of any kind. Called Pure Talk at least 4 times yesterday only to be perpetually put on hold. I am again on hold (47 minutes so far) to speak to tech support. My free time is extremely valuable to me and I am beyond angry that I have had to spend so much of it on hold with this company. I have spent literally HOURS on hold and nothing has been resolved. If the issues aren't fixed today, we are switching back to our previous carrier and will get a refund. Buyer BEWARE!!!

The service was terrible! The instructions for porting over were incorrect. The SIM card they sent was defective and it took two full weeks to mail out a new SIM card (they sent the 2nd replacement SIM card to the wrong address). I decided to go back to Verizon over two weeks ago and Pure Talk is still billing me for service I don't even have! You are the worst cell service provider there is. Period.

We love that PureTalk is Veteran owned and American operated. Data use calculation does not match previous experience with Verizon. No change in our habits and have Wi-Fi at home, but data use is calculated as significantly higher since getting PureTalk and have experienced multiple data interruptions as result. Calling 611 not helpful due to long hold times. Trying to be patient & want to be a loyal advocate for PureTalk.

I was affected by fraud on my credit card and apparently you tried to charge your monthly charge and found card canceled. I contacted you as soon as I received your message and was told I had to pay an additional $5.00 charge. Talk about another slap in the face.

Overall, I’m happy with the service. Calls are clear and free of static, although we do have some issues with connectivity inside the house where we generally have to use wifi calling. Some calls are connected but there is no sound. I’m a little disappointed with the fact that there is no international roaming, but I think we’ll do okay in Mexico using whatsapp or facetime, although my customers won’t be able to reach me while I’m there. I’d appreciate any input as to how I could receive calls from customers in the US while traveling in Mexico.

I was hoping to pay less than I was paying with my other carrier. I am paying a little less but not quite as much as I was originally quoted. I’m old so I’m home a lot and only use my phone for emergencies when I’m in my car. I have a land line at home so my cell phone is turned off when I’m home. I did have an issue a couple of weeks ago with not being able to call out but a nice lady at your end helped to rectify the issue.

I have an iPhone 10 is great condition. The reception is slow. Dialing out is slow. Many missed called because of slow connectivity. And reception is poor to ok. Most of the time I only have 1 bar. Some times I have 2 bars. Never 3 or 4 bars.

I ported my cell phones to pure talk today. They told me my phones were compatible with their system and I could use my phones. After I was connected to the system and I logged into their website, I got a message that my phones would not be supported by their system after a short time due to a 3G shutdown. My phones ran 4G on the AT&T system. I had to purchase two new phones to use the system and could only get apologies for their failure to notify me when I was signing up. This practice is unethical.

We bought a new Nokia 1.4 a couple weeks before the shutdown. We were assured on a few calls that it would work fine after the shutdown. Well it hasn't and we have made several attempts over the past month and a half to get it to work. Even yesterday the service rep said there was an asterisk next to the phone and all we needed to do was update the system, re-set the network settings and the phone would work. It didn't and now today we were told it isn't compatible and it is outside the 14 day window to return and Pure Talk won't do anything for us. Please help!!!

I have a hard time connecting to Wi-Fi when I am away from my house and home router. Also I cannot use my dial pad Bluetooth in my vehicle to make phone calls. I can receive calls and texts but cannot make calls through my hands free.

Switched from AT&T because they had WAY better prices. Only had it two months and have already had two issues. My husband uses his phone for work and has had his line “cut off” because he had “exceeded” his usage. I don’t understand how you can meet your limit when talk and text are supposedly unlimited!!! Apparently, there definitely IS a limit. Wasted an hour and a half trying to fix this issue. Huge disappointment!

I am not able to pay my bill without getting a $5 fee added on for “autopay”. And then when I go to enroll in autopay, I’m told I can't enroll! Huh?? Also I was told my phone would quit working if I did not upgrade to a new $600 phone. Scammy behavior!

I signed up for Pure Talk about two months ago. At that time the man told me my wife's phone S9 would work on the system. Two months later it doesn't. He knew when I signed up that her phone wouldn't work in a couple of months. I purchased a new phone for her. The service getting the new phone was great. 5 Stars. When I signed up with Pure Talk they said my $400 Ulefone armor 11 was compatible with the network only to find out that sometime in March I was unable to make or receive calls, I had to spend an hour and a half on hold with customer service to find out my phone was no longer compatible and then had to ask for a list of compatible phones and spend another $400 on a compatible that I do not like but had to buy due to it being compatible.

Can't get help setting up voice mail since Feb 17. Subject line says it all. I do much better face-to-face for help. I have followed email instructions, pressed the reset button on my account page at PureTalk.com, and the telephone help line has reset my voice mail, but none of it has worked. I call my number and get voice mail message "voice mail has not been set up."

The week after I signed up, my phone stopped working because it was an Android that Puretalk did not support. I had to spend $800 for a new phone and Pure Talk know the make and model of my phone before we signed up. Our son's phone and my wife's phone were fine, but mine was not. They told me I was out of luck. The hardest part of the experience was that I could not get anyone from Puretalk on the phone. Every time near the end of the month I get throttled down and cannot use the internet so it's affecting my business. Anytime I call I've had to wait up to an hour. I purchase extra data and it didn't get activated when I spent an extra $10. If this keeps up I'm going to cancel my service.

We continue to have difficulty getting and sending texts on the 2 phones included in our plan. Whether sent as iMessage or regular text is often does not go through or takes time. When we are both near our wifi it seems to be fine.

Pure Talk is SO easy to deal with! I didn't know what I was doing (techno dinosaur here!), and the sweet lady on the phone with me walked me through every step! They've got great, patient customer service staff. I had enough of TracFone and am glad I switched carriers. Way less expensive; more options. Will soon switch other phone over.

Even though we had ATT before and this is supposed to be the same network, It is very slow. Especially on web browsers. There are times when it takes a couple minutes for a web page to load. It is fine when I'm connected to wifi.

I have really struggled with Pure Talk and customer service over the past 2 months. I've been promised service and literally had my service turned off and told there was nothing that could be done. I've had wonderful experiences and horrible experiences. I was promised a month free of service and then was charged a month instead and told my credit would show up next month. So the next month I get a warning that my service will be cut off for to a payment issue. I call again and ask where my credit is to find out that the credit was issued, then rescinded because I didn't want it and then given to me again because of my follow up call. What? Who wants to give up their credit? 1 rep today literally tells me "I got you your twenty dollars, what more do you want from me".
I requested, "Can you direct me how to set up an account online so I can view my credit," she sighed and could not direct me. I figured it out myself. Then states "this conversation is going nowhere". When I laughed at that statement and asked for a supervisor because of the poor customer service the rep told me it's ok to talk to me that way because I was yelling. At no time did I raise my voice let alone yell. I got put on hold waiting for a supervisor and then hung up on... Which is now the 3rd time that has happened to me. I called back and got a wonderful rep who explained everything, and was very helpful. I talked to both reps in the same tone/manner and got 2 completely different experiences.
From my experiences with Pure Talk customer service, I would not stay as a customer. However the plans are so cheap, I may stay and pray that I never have to call in for anything ever again. It's disappointing and frustrating. I wonder if this response will be read and followed up on or ignored. As a customer, you never know. But, if the company doesn't know where they need improvements, the changes never happen.

I previously had service with AT&T; PureTalk uses AT&T towers, so when I switched to PureTalk there was no difference in service. I saved $10 a month on my bill. I'm very happy with PureTalk. When I called to find out about service options I talked to an actual person in GA (that spoke clear English). He answered my questions and I decided to make the switch.

VERY disappointed customer! Phoned in last Sunday (3rd) and requested a sim card to add a 4th line to my account. No sim as of Tuesday. Called and was told that no order had been placed. Stuff happens. Placed another order (Tues) and paid for 2nd day shipping. Expected it Thurs. and called to check but was told that there was a 24 hr processing period. Always thought 2nd day meant 2nd day. Whatever. Sim arrived Fri with NO rate plan attached. WHAT? Rep apologized and we were told a new sim would be sent Next Day. I asked about the 24 hr processing, was told yes but was assured we'd have it delivered Sunday. Always thought next day meant next day. But again, whatever. No sim on Sunday. A phone call revealed that with the 24 hr processing time and then the weekend, I would receive the card Tuesday. 4 days for overnight delivery. Really?
All this on the heels of phone issues. Both my and my son's Galaxy 8+ 4g phones stopped working on March 9th and were told ATT would no longer support these particular 8+ models on the network even though as I mentioned they are both 4g phones.. I wasn't happy (loved the 8+) but I spent $400 and ordered an s20. And, by the way, just for the heck of it, I put the sim back in the s8+ and it's worked well for over a week. All that being said, all 4 reps that I dealt with were very polite, so no complaints about them other than the elevated expectations. With the number of people wanting to bail on Verizon, ATT and T-mobile, you guys should surely step it up to take advantage.

I called because my bill was about $2 higher than expected this month. I explained that I thought I was to have a lower bill for 2 more months & that it would level out at about $54 a month. It was then that I learned that this would be my permanent price, which is actually about $6 less a month than I thought I would be paying in the long term. Every time I interact with Pure Talk USA I am more impressed than before & wonder why it took me so long to switch from Verizon. I tell people all the time that they need to switch to Pure Talk USA right away.

Reason 1 and only for not getting “Pure Talk cellular”. My original cellular service was with AT&T but because of the amount of data I use for work I kept going over on my data. So Puretalk was promoting that they use the same towers as ATT and offered more data at a much lower price. So I switched, my iPhone converted over easy enough but my tablet did not. After several calls to tech support and hours on hold waiting and I’m not kidding hours, finally got my tablet to work. Data service was very slow and sporadic at best. I had issues with several apps Salesforce being the worst. So I do some online shopping and decide to go back to Att with the unlimited data plan for $50 per month.
I placed my order with Att and Puretalk turned off my data immediately. So I spend hours again on the phone with Puretalk trying to get my data back on, Yeah they're trying apparently but can’t fix it! So until my sim card arrives later today I have no data so it’s wifi only. So if anyone is thinking about trying Puretalk…. “DONT“.

I tried multiple times to contact customer service to see why my service was so poor. After four evenings waiting on hold and never getting to talk to a representative I moved all our phones to another carrier. On one occasion I was on hold for one and one half hours before giving up.

I very rarely use a phone. But, as an old widower of 87, living alone, I NEED a phone in the event of any emergency. I especially like the monthly cost of the service; the lowest I've ever had from any provider because I'm on a limited retirement income. Pure Talk phone service works for me!

I have been a customer with Pure Talk for about 3 years and have been very happy with the phone service. I finally convinced my wife to join me at Pure Talk so, in Oct 2021 we added another line to my account for a discounted rate. I had 6 gb unlimited and my wife selected the 10 gb unlimited. I have been punished for increasing their business (that is the way I feel).
Difficulties began with my wife's switchover. When she signed up with Pure Talk, her plan included WiFi calling and Mobile Hotspot. However, WiFi calling does not work on her iPhone when it used to with the previous carrier; nor does Mobile Hotspot function. She was reluctant to call Tech support so time passed; then I realized that I too had lost Mobile Hotspot (I thought initially it was just a technical glitch that would work itself out - it didn't). So I called Customer Service, the first time. After being on hold for 30 min, a man listened to my explanation of the circumstances and he informed me that I would now have to pay $10.00/month for the service that had been part of my plan before adding the second line. When I objected, he said he would put me on hold and ask a supervisor. 30 min. later, I hung up from being on hold with no one returning.
Call 2: The next day I called again. This time I was on hold 50 min (nearly my entire lunch) before someone responded. A very pleasant woman who heard the story and explained that I should call the Tech line, that she was not able to address the issue I was having.
Call 3: I called the Tech line the next morning at 6:00 am PST (they open early on the east coast) and was on hold 60 min (not guessing, I timed it). A stressed woman addressed the issue, and had to consult with management of some kind to get authorization to reenable Mobile Hotspot. She gave me instructions to reset the network settings and said it should be up and running in an hour. It never worked.
I then emailed the company at info@puretalkuse.com on March 27, 2022. April 5 I received a chipper reply that said "After reviewing your account, we can confirm both lines of service have been grandfathered into our previous service plans and include mobile hotspot." I followed their instructions to reset the network settings each day for the next three days and it never worked.
I emailed again requesting help since it appeared that the 'right hand' didn't know what the 'left hand' had decided. I just received the following reply: "After corresponding with our leadership team, it has been determined that the mobile hotspot will need to be purchased." All I was requesting was that we continue with the services I originally contracted to have. The result is the new phone my wife wanted to purchase through Pure Talk will be purchased elsewhere and likely so will her phone service. I will probably follow.

My wife and I purchased 2 Nokia 6300 4G cell phones with new cell service from Puretalk. I have a couple of issues with the phones to discuss.

About a month ago I called to request that one of the phone lines (**) on my account to be cancelled due to the fact that that phone became locked and we have yet to be able to unlock it. Therefore, as you can see, there has been no usage since the time we began service with PURE TALK. I spoke with a representative, who said that she would take that phone off of the plan and send me an email. Neither thing ever happened. I would appreciate it this matter would be handled.

Have service for a few minutes then lose for weeks on end. Have tried calling and been unable to get through or been put on hold until my battery died. I have been unable to speak with anyone with the ability to answer my questions. I am just about ready to look for a new provider. I think you are running the same scam as Mint Mobile.

First phone I received was an iPhone SE Open box. When it came in my wife immediately said the screen was too small and she had trouble reading the print. Right back in the box it went. Didn't use it, didn't install a sim card, got an RA number and sent it back for refund. Weeks later the phone showed back up. Said the screen was scratched, (I still can't see the scratch) and it was basically mine now. I feel like someone was gonna pay and I was the sap that was gonna make good on this open box phone. I complained I was out $400 and was told I could sell it myself.

I have an account with PureTalk and recently ordered a new iPhone SE from PureTalk thanks to AT&T's actions. When the phone arrived, I tried to follow the accompanying instructions to get it up and running. It was a total failure. I got everything transferred from my old phone but could get no service on the new one. After about an hour on hold on two separate days, I finally got through to Customer Service and learned that the instructions were not applicable to my situation. I was told that what was required was actually for me to call PureTalk to have the new SIM card activated. What a waste of time!! I wonder how many others wasted their time on hold waiting to be told the same thing. Had the instructions been correct and had there been a separate number set up to handle these particular calls, I would be much happier now. I hope this is not indicative of PureTalk's competence.

Due to impaired vision I had a few small problems with the initial change from AT&T but Puretalk’s service was great. I’ve noticed no change at all in the quality or availability of signal or service and I’m thrilled with the change. The sales representative was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and instructive. I am disappointed in the lack of customer support after signing up with PureTalk. It has been impossible to make contact with a support person in order to solve some issues that are occurring with receiving messages. I am doing without some services on my phone.

Understanding the data plans on the website is very difficult. It is not clear to distinguish what unlimited data really means compared to high-speed data that have the limits. Consider the audience of those pages and clarifying this to be crystal clear so there is no need for FAQs. It should be very simple to understand on that one PLANS page alone.

If you have any issues with your phone, good luck getting it resolved. Customer service hold times are astronomical and if you get thru, half the time they do not know how to resolve your issue. They ask for a good call back number and I've been disconnected several times and no one ever calls back. As a result, I went back to Verizon. Also, Pure Talk does not offer any type of international service. They recommend getting a SIM card and I tried it and they would never release my number and trying to get help....well, customer service was not available, especially calling from overseas! It was a pure nightmare!

At first, I was becoming very unhappy with Pure Talk because I had to get a new phone when I already had one and lost a lot of my contacts etc because the phone wouldn't work with Pure Talk even though it was compatible. But thankfully I was finally able to get someone from IT who helped me fix the issues. I had to get a new phone too, but it also was having issues. And they completely fixed the problem. Finally, which is why it's not 5 stars. I had to buy a new phone and all the accessories so it cost me quite a bit to switch to Pure Talk, unfortunately. Glad to be with a veteran-owned company but it really cost me.

There are no tricks and surprises. Service is almost similar to AT&T and I don’t have to worry about supporting their liberal agenda! I never knew what to expect every month and hated the fact that 4-5 days into a new month AT&T would slow everything down and blame it on my data plan to charge me more money! Cannot download attachments. Cannot use search outside internet area. Impossible to get your help department. So far the only good thing is I save a hundred dollars a month. Often have to reboot phone so it will hook up with Pure Talk.

DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING PHONE SERVICE. I have been trying for WEEKS and WEEKS to talk to someone in customer service. I am on the phone for hours and never ONCE has anyone ever answered the phone. Twice they were nice enough to hang up on me. I guess they were trying to save me time. This is the WORSE customer service I have experienced in my 70 years on this planet. I should have stayed with Verizon. It does not matter how cheap the monthly rates are if you have a problem you will NEVER reach a live person on the phone.

Several calls to 611 concerning no phone hotspot internet after paying Several months for this. Calls to 611 always disconnected without any problem resolution. Also wanted to combine my two phones into one bill, which has not yet happened. Also... your adds state Pure Talk uses same equipment and has same coverage as att. Your service has more and larger dead spots than the att service I switched two phones from. Pure Talk has no service for about 40 miles from Rawlins to Independence Rock in Wyoming. Att has two dead spots in that area for a total of about ten miles compared to your forty.

I listen to Clay and Buck Show and The Jesse Kelly Show and they are huge proponents of PureTalk as an American company employing Americans, its excellent customer service and big monthly savings. I decided to make the switch and I’ve never been happier with my choice. It was so easy to switch, the customer service amazing and a huge bonus was the monthly savings. And my service was as good as if not better than Verizon. I recommend 1,000 percent.

I called the customer service # because I was not getting pictures on my phone. The gentleman answering said my phone was not equipped to receive pictures and I would have to purchase a new phone. I was very upset. I used the email PUre Talk had sent for my son's phone which had another problem and then I could get pictures. It was frustrating to think the customer service person did not know about this email which you can go to settings and correct the problem of not being able to get picture. :(

PureTalk is a fantastic alternative to the big name carriers. Not only is it cheaper, but the customer service is much better because they are based in the US; I generally reach someone in less than 2 minutes. Perhaps most importantly, I appreciate knowing that my money is not going to causes I do not agree with.

As I explained to your customer service agent, your plan is half the price of AT&T and from what I can tell so far, same coverage. Very pleased! More importantly, I appreciate the fact this company was formed by a veteran with views that are more closely aligned with mine. I am sick of corporate America's wokeness and their willingness to throw American values under the bus.

I have nothing but challenges since switching to your service. I keep have problems with my voice. I get text and data but no voice. This is the 3rd time it has gone out. This also happened my wife's phone **.

Problems with my new account that were created when switched from Verizon to Pure Talk such as hot spot and many others. On hold for at least 1 hour or more every Friday for 3 weeks. I gave up and when I have another day off I will work on finding another service provider.

Getting started took weeks. Our wait on the phone took hours. Our phones did not have the same wording that came with email instructions. We are not tech geeks (OLD). There are still some areas that puzzle me: why am I not able to receive group texts.

I needed to upgrade from 3G since the network was going to be shut down. I heard advertising about Pure Talk and decided to check it out. The customer service representative was kind, patient and sympathetic to my circumstance. She took the time to explain things in understandable terms without being pushy. When I had T-Mobile, which I believe is also using AT&T network I could use my hotspot on my phone with my iPad. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I see there is a charge for HOTSPOT. Do I need to be paying additionally to use what I'm paying for? If so, I suppose I'll just need to switch back to T-Mobile.
