I finally have great service and am very pleased. What can I say? I just really like having no dropped calls and able to watch my Friendly app with no buffering. I also like talking to a person who speaks English when I have a question. And I like not supporting the woke agenda. My husband is a navy vet so I love this. company

Couldn't text or call on the phone. Phone went to SOS mode. When I was able to finally call your rep talked me through resetting the phone. She said it will shut phone off and if problem continues to call back. Phone went back to SOS mode and I could not call back but when I did I was on the phone with different Rep and I tried to input wifi and password and did not work as I reset my router earlier and it went back to default mode and then used the wifi and password on router.
My IT guy was here to work on another item today and the phone started doing the same thing. He explained to me that it is the service that I am having problems which is Pure Talk. The second rep did say that there was an issue in my area yesterday. My IT guy said it's unusual to have service issues for more than a day. So I will give it one more day and see how it goes. I have not been having but only a couple of small issues since I got this service and will let you know how it goes. Thank you.

We switched from Tracfone after several years of adequate service. I was pleased to do business with a company that shares my conservative values, plus being a veteran owned company. I signed up for the minimum plan, unlimited talk and text plus 2GB of data. Recently, I heard Sean Hannity mention that PureTalk increased the data on all plans by 50%. So I called 611" to see what new data limit was. 5GB! Outstanding support, and the customer service folks speak English as a first language.

When I called the 611 number we had wanted to get more data added. The agent was very helpful, spoke clearly, & was very polite. Since then, I went to the website to upgrade again. In the past I had contacted them, always by phone. They are always polite & helpful.

Our family has been extremely happy with our cell service, coverage, and the savings is helpful in struggling times! When traveling we have not had any troubles with coverage and if we run out of data, it’s been easy to add extra for the rest of the month! We recommend PureTalk!

Made the change to save some money and try to get better coverage for my rural area. IT WORKED! When before I never had more than 2 bars, now have a consistent 4 bars of coverage. Now I have the Best of both worlds: paying less per month and getting superior service everywhere in my rural area!

Updating my credit card information and had to speak with customer care representative to delete the existing card and add the new credit card. The person assisting me was very courteous and efficient. The only frustration was waiting on hold for someone to answer my call. That would be my recommendation for improving your service.

Cancelled service, as we were NOT informed, prior to activation, that Pure Talk piggybacked on AT&T's network. When we first moved into our current home (approx 5 years ago) we had AT&T as our provider for years. Upon our move their local service was poor at best. Upon activation with Pure Talk the best we received at our house was 1 bar, if we were lucky. This is not acceptable and upon inquiry was informed of the AT&T relationship. Very disappointed, but had to switch to be able to make and receive calls consistently.

It’s good every time I call. Online tools are convenient to explore. Plans are easy to be updated and more data can be added upon request. Free International call is fairly good too. If in the future, the international phone call or WiFi can be more convenient, that would be great. Thanks.

A few weeks before I went to Mexico, I made several calls to PT to ensure good service while there. Once there, it took several phone calls over several days to get service. I am a realtor and lost a $3.5 million listing. That was a $90,000 lost commission because the phone service was terrible and would not work. Tech support was nonexistent. I almost switched to a big provider while there. It was a nightmare. Service in USA is fine.

Service has been good so far. Banks do not recognize PureTalk as a cellular company. Banks want to know what towers you use. I net show ATT but that was not acceptable. Total cost is slightly higher than quoted.

From my initial call to you, through setting my phone up, then purchasing a new phone and on to today...your customer service has been exceptional. I heard about you while listening to Mark Levin's radio show. He mentioned looking at my bill for the data I use against what they charge me for. I was shocked...I was using under 4 gigs and they charge for 65! I cancelled AT&T & signed up with you right away. I'm a huge supporter of our veterans and military community. Knowing you're a veteran owned company was what cinched it for me! I tell everyone about you!

Puretalk has been an excellent service for a fantastic price. I have no need to look elsewhere for a different service. Whenever advertisers from other companies ask me what service I have, I tell them "Puretalk" and they say, "Oh, we can't touch that." I also appreciate that they aren't forcing any weird beliefs down my throat.

I have been very satisfied with the service with Pure Talk. I also purchased a Samsung phone through Pure Talk. My previous carrier was Verizon and quite a bit more expensive. Service in my area is via AT&T, which is good, honestly Verizon was a bit better but not worth four times the monthly rate.

I want to give it 3.5 stars, but I can't do that. The coverage in our home is sometimes spotty and variable. Since the phone I bought doesn't have WiFi calling, that can make it difficult to use in the house. Outside, we have had no problems.

On several occasions, I have lost service allowing me only emergency phone calls. Each time, I have been assisted using some other phone to contact PureTalk. The biggest drawback is lack of hands-on, live, in person help.

I am satisfied with the support and the ease to navigate in the phone service as well as the internet when no computer is available. I am of the older generation and technology sometimes get the better of me. But PureTalk has made it easier and I am impressed with the fact they support our freedoms and those who have served our country. I am glad to be a customer of pure talk and promote the company whenever I have the opportunity to do so. Whenever I have had a problem and called for assistance it was reviewed and resolved.. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving any problems.

I have not noticed a difference between Puretalk and my former carrier. The signal is strong and I haven’t experienced any dead spots. Puretalk is a good company to do business. I am happy that I know my money is used to support veterans and not liberal causes I don’t agree with.

I don't like the fact that you use AT&T. I get a lot of missed calls, more than I had with Verizon. I also have privacy issues with AT&T regarding them allowing monitoring of phone calls without due process. I also don't like the way your message system works. Is there an option to use a different carrier?

Whenever I need to call for help, they respond quickly, clearly and accurately and never make me feel dumb. Super service! One of our phones has issues staying on the network and has to be reset. They always make it easy. Great people and service. Will continue to recommend to friends.

Updated on 01/12/2024: I received a phone from Puretalk and could not get it unlocked to begin service. I contacted Puretalk customer service several times and eventually on 12/1/23, they said they would replace the phone (Ticket **). I called back on 12/15/23 and the customer service agent gave me a new replacement request (Ticket **).
As of 1/12/24, I had not received a replacement phone so I called customer service and was informed - "I'm sorry that ticket was cancelled on 12/19/23. Our policy states that the replacement had to happen within X days." I was never apprised of this rule on the prior calls and I was never contacted on 12/19 when they unilaterally cancelled the ticket. I will attempt to replace the phone through Samsung, but, I am quite disappointed with my treatment by Puretalk.
Original Review: The phone is locked and I have never been able to use it. It serves only as the proverbial paperweight on my desk. I called PureTalk numerous times and they offered no solution. This is now my proposed solution for PureTalk to consider - Can I get a replacement phone sent and I will return the locked out phone?

The price is the biggest positive. The 5G speeds are not impressive, but I haven't had experience with other networks. The lack of ability to integrate voicemail into iPhone is a huge drawback; the voicemail system is annoying and archaic. I would change to another carrier just for this if I could afford to.

The only complaint I have is; shortly after I signed up with PureTalk for the plan I have, pure talk offered a much better plan offering a better phone and a $35 plan. Mine required a $55 plan. If that plan was available, I would have chosen that one.

During two power outages my service was spotty at best. Could not watch local TV for weather updates. Really needed Pure Talk to come through for me and didn't. Also, I'm on a 25.00 plan and my bill was 26.70 ish each month. Now it's almost 31.00. Thinking of changing.

Started out very good. After 5th call...30 min wait...rep was clueless and then the bouncing around occurred. No supervisor to speak to. Immediately cancelled service the next day. Too bad they had a good thing and Service killed them.

I have enjoyed the flexibility of the plans, and I appreciate the work that has been put in to make things run smoothly. The only problem I've ever had with this plan was switching to 5G. I got a new phone in preparation for the switch only to find out it wasn't compatible, thus making it necessary to buy another new phone.

My data speed has been slower than when I have Verizon, we have tested it and compared it with my son's phone at the same location both at original data selection and with unlimited data. It would be nice so I can do my work better and brag more about Pure Talk, notable at Costco.

Forced to change providers because of change to 4-5G switch over. Advised 2 weeks prior to. Subscription running out. You wouldn’t release my number to Verizon, had to get completely new number. Cost me $80, to add insult to injury you billed for the next month even though gone over to Verizon. Another $45. I hope gets to top man. Complained fell on deaf ears. Never miss opportunity to tell others at church & work that your company not good for Veterans…. You owe me $125 bucks number was **.

I had been with Tracfone for 20 years. I heard about Puretalk on Clay and Buck Show. I decided to give you folks a try. Much better reception with no dead areas yet. I bought my wife a new phone for Christmas and will enroll her in a PureTalk plan soon after. By the way, Tracfone will not unlock phones purchased through them. Thank you.

I switched to PureTalk because I was losing data before month's end. When I changed to puretalk I went from 5gig with my old service to 10gig with puretalk and I ran out about 1 1/2 weeks before the end month. I called to upgrade and was told I could only upgrade to the largest plan but not until the following month so now I'm paying the same as before I switched. Not happy.

Once you have utilized all high-speed data, the data on your device will switch and use low-speed data, which is about 256kbps. High-speed data is refilled on the next billing date, provided billing is successful. Additional data may be purchased anytime by logging into your Account Portal and selecting the Add-on tab. On the device, go to Settings > Cellular and scroll down to Cellular Data to view which apps use the most data. I only had one problem with PureTalk, and it was when carriers were requiring enhanced sound, and I had a Nokia 2.2. I was told that the Nokia 2.2 was compatible with the new standard, but later found out that in fact it was not, and had to purchase a new phone, that was quite some time ago, and I have not had any problems, with my new phone and the service, always a great signal, customer support is fantastic as well.

Want to add my wife to my PureTalk account but when talking to at least 4 CSR in two days couldn't log in even giving them my password. One even told me to clear my phone of cookies which didn't work although not sure how to do. Very disappointing so won't change her to the account. Have tried to login since still can't. Not even sure if what my password is as CSR changed it last. If I find something better will change mine also. Would appreciate if this was rectified.

When I signed up for new service I did it because of the 10-12 months percentage off and never received it. I will not recommend your company because of it. I believed you to be ethical because of hearing about your company on the radio. Because the payments are automatically taken I didn't check about the discount, I just trusted your company was trustworthy and would honor the offer. I was wrong.

I am pleased with the service. I have called PureTalk with an issue in regard to upgrading my phone. I was not happy with the response from Pure Talk. Their pricing structure is great for new customers but existing customers do not get the same pricing for new phones. They told me in the future they may give the same pricing to existing customers.

I am considering switching To another company, because, as I've called in repeatedly about, I'm unable to text my family because they are in a group text of over 12. Every exchange I am left out. This feature should change immediately before you lose more and more and more customers. I also want to get a new phone, but I need assistance in person for someone to help me make sure that I can transition all my files pictures and videos. They live off Teal Dr in Grand Prairie, TX). We have enjoyed PureTalk these past couple of months. Our service has been great and we are paying roughly half of what we did for AT&T. Just have to have a phone that is compatible. But once you do the service is great. The price is awesome and when you call customer service they are American. Well spoken. Service seems OK where I need it. iPhone has poor service sometimes. Previous carrier was better in both areas. Starting to inch up the monthly service price. Last carrier did the same thing so I switched. Will switch again if keep increasing the price. Call in for service get people sitting at home. Not bad so far. They at least can speak English.

I've had good coverage where ever I've been in the United States. I did not have coverage this past summer when I was in Ontario Canada but I never checked to see if it was available. I travel to northern Minnesota often and have never lost coverage, while friends of mine with other phone companies either don't have coverage or it's weak coverage.

I have had major issues transporting from ATT .. This whole experience has been a nightmare… I returned 2 phones to you guys a few weeks ago and have not received a refund as of yet .. The phones were purchased because no one could figure out why I could only text and use date but couldn’t call … I finally figured it out that ATT cut off the number in the middle of the transfer … So the phone numbers themselves were no longer active.. I had you guys just give me 2 new numbers and Returned the phones you guys had sent me, they didn’t work with the old numbers either … I would like to check on the refund if I could.

I love service, but I want to add one more family member phone and one tablet number to my Pure Talk account. I enjoy the service and the cost of cell service with Verizon is ridiculously expensive. They penalized me for dropping two phones and I am paying way too much for those accounts today.

When we started in Sept 2022 with PureTalk our plan was $47.20 monthly total for 2 phone plans. In April 2023 we received numerous texts from PureTalk stating we are going over our data limit. I called PureTalk and they told me I needed Unlimited text, talk, data and I needed 20GB HotSpot. We have been paying $104.40 monthly since April 21, 2023. We are older (in our 70's) and this cost is too much.. We do not use HotSpot. Also, our reception is not good in certain parts of our property. We are considering canceling because of the high cost of our plan.

First, I'll say I'm very happy for switching to PureTalk. Their overall costs/signal service has been great. Initially I had difficulties due to a miscommunication when I asked if my current Cell would transfer, a Rep said yes, but turned out it would not due to the type of signal it uses. Then PureTalk had me as a current customer and refused to give me a new customer price on a cell phone, even though I had never used the service yet. Ridiculous yes, and it took me actually a few days until I reached a person who understood the issue and agreed with me.
However, because of the computer system, I was charged for a New Cell from them, and given a discount every month for 6 months to make up the cost. It all worked out, but is silly how a HUMAN can't manipulate the Computer to give the correct output. Then, it turned out, the Nokia Cell I got from them, was such an old version, it was junk. Do NOT get an Old Nokia. I bought a new cell on Amazon, and am Cranking now with a really nice TCL. Bottom line, PureTalk did make it all good. The Cost is GREAT. The Signal service is GREAT. It's saved me Hundreds over the Old Big-Name company we had for to many years. Just ensure the cell you have WILL Work before you agree on a contract.

This was the best switch I ever made!!! So easy to switch and have not had to contact the carrier at all since the switch. No issues with coverage and the bill is just icing on the cake. This is the smallest bill I have ever paid for cell coverage.

Very happy with you and have recommended you to others. But I would like to be able to call internationally. Would it be possible to add a permanent international calling capability? Of course, I would expect a higher monthly charge as a result. I talked with several people but really got the story from Jaylin (sp?) about the differences between my current iPhone and the Samsung 23A phone that I ordered. He provided some very good technical points and that closed the sale. One thing is that when you give a customer 2 weeks from arrival of their new phone, to see if they like their new phone, but only give them 4-5 days to return their current one to get a trade-in credit, that's not a good system. I am not a tech person, but do like to stay in contact with family, friends and customers, so I did NOT "trade-in" my iPhone. Also, you should re-institute that a correct charging cable comes with every new phone.

Being a sporadic user of a mobile phone, I had no wish to pay large fees. In searching for a cheap plan that met all my limited needs, I found PureTalk. Customer service answered all my questions quickly and informatively, and this, together with the low cost, persuaded me to sign up. I have had very few occasions to contact customer service since then, but have always found them responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. When it became apparent that my use of their service was so minimal, they suggested an even cheaper plan. That plan is now discontinued, but I was grandfathered in until I decided to upgrade. I've found Pure Talk to be a company that provides a good service, that seems to relish in providing a good service, and which puts the customer's interests first. They have earned my patronage.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that from 11/17 to 11/24 my call forwarding failed and voicemails were accumulated on the phone that I was not paying attention to. 7 of 8 of those calls were SPAM --- So if those are somehow identified and not forwarded that is GREAT! However, one was a customer---and I did not get the call. Other than that, I recently switched my mother's service for her over from Verizon to PureTalk, saving her $60/month. She is retired, so every penny of saving is greatly appreciated.

Although PureTalk offers a relatively good phone plan, the customer service definitely needs work and is making me reconsider whether I can remain a customer. Recently, PureTalk had an outage in my area, causing me to lose phone service for several days. PureTalk, like any decent business, should have immediately contacted its customers to alert them of the outage and offer reimbursement/prorated bill for the days during which service was interrupted.
I received no communication from PureTalk, so I emailed customer service to request an adjusted bill. I was told to call customer service instead. That kind of response seems to be a tactic to frustrate customers and cause them to waste more time on a lengthy customer service call so that PureTalk can avoid addressing the problem. PureTalk's customer service has always been poor (long hold times, rude agents, no/late responses to emails, etc.). I will try a new phone company for the peace of mind of better service.

Everything works great. Only drawback is the voicemail. The system is like the old 1980s voice mail. You have to call to get messages. And many times there is no notification of VM for hours or a day or two. This is very frustrating. But you cannot beat the price. Thank you.

I've been very happy with PureTalk. No disruption in service, service available nearly everywhere. They raised the data on my plan without raising price. Sometimes text is a bit delayed, but cost is nearly $100 less than my old ATT plan. Yet PureTalk uses ATT's equipment. Bonus, PureTalk is a Veteran Owned company offering a Military discount. I referred my son and got a $10 credit on my bill.

So my cell service with PureTalk is excellent. I've never had any issues with spotty coverage, even though I drive through some really remote stretches of highway every day. Customer service is always a joy to speak with. I love that I can understand them, and they're professional, while remaining laid back and super friendly. My only issue is with the warranty service. I purchased my phone less than a year ago, and recently began having an issue with the sound that's been documented before with Samsung (and other) phones.
When I called support to see about getting the problem solved, they said I had to deal with Samsung directly since the manufacturer's warranty was still active. Well, of course, Samsung's tech support is in India. They're also not helpful at all, and said I would have to ship my physical phone to them to have them look at it, and that they would charge me if they couldn't find anything wrong! They also refused to provide me with a loaner, and said PureTalk would have to do that because Samsung wouldn't. Called PureTalk back and although the representative was extremely friendly and sweet, he said PureTalk wouldn't provide me with a loaner. PureTalk prides itself on customer service, but I don't feel like this is representative of good customer service at all, and it actually makes me rethink recommending them to others.

I switched my husband a year ago from Verizon to PureTalk to test the waters… After having excellent service, I finally decided to switch my account (which I use for business as well) over from Verizon. My phone trade in was amazing, the switch was easy and my service did not disappoint. I recently received a new iPhone13 and it took a couple tries to get it set up. The first person I spoke with wasn't able to get it right and the second person wisely passed me over to Tech Support. The person at Tech Support was able to see what had been done, correct it, and get me set up properly. The phone has been fine since. Very happy with Pure Talk! 100%

Updated on 03/22/2024: I have had a good experience with Customer Service when I have called. However, I am extremely disappointed that you still refuse to set up Hotspot capability for Android phones.
Original review: Phone service has been good. Very satisfied. Data is also good and I rarely ever run over my plan. I do, however, have a problem with Hotspot. 3 of the 5 phones on my account are Android and the Hotspot does not work. I have been told by customer service and tech support that is how it is. So, when you added Hotspot to my plan at no extra charge, you gave me a worthless upgrade. Your failure in this area is because you won't fix it, not because you can't.

Being in a mountainous area, service can be hit or miss. With Pure Talk, I rarely lose signal and even have signal that many of my friends and family can't get. The pricing is within my budget and I find it to be fair. I have recommended Pure Talk to my friends and family multiple times. Good service overall, definitely better than “woke” Verizon, and I’m glad Mark ** turned me onto your company! However, it’s a tad distressing how quickly the data roaming gets used up and I end up running into difficulties accessing the Web browser and sending texts (especially non-iPhone users). I’ve already upgraded my plan twice and I still run into this difficulty.

The customer service is always friendly and helpful, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and I have yet to run into problems with connectivity and service. Whenever I call, the customer service reps speak clear English and have always been able to assist me without passing me on to other people. It's been a while now, but I remember the switch from my last carrier to Pure Talk being a mostly painless transition (the pain only coming from the previous carrier putting up a fuss). I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

So much cheaper than the big phone companies. Decent service, even in rural areas. It doesn’t work in the GOM, but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. My only complaint is with voicemails, there is no way to know you have a voicemail without checking for a voicemail message.

We switched to PureTalk years ago. Living in rural northwest Missouri we've experienced zero problems and remain happy with our decision. Anytime an issue arrives (which is very rare) we are able to gain assistance very quickly and resolve the concern. When I am around my home area, the service is excellent, fast and free of issues. When I travel, which is fairly often, even though I show good connection, I have quite a bit of trouble with websites loading quickly or at all in some cases. I consistently hear commercials on your savings versus other carriers. My bill has gone up and now is no longer saving me $$$ compared to my last carrier. I am looking for a new service and will terminate my account ASAP. When Pure Talk added the hotspot feature, it took 3 calls to customer service and 2 techs to walk me through the steps to get connected. Not really happy with the service.

Cell Coverage has been good. My wife complains often (we have 2 lines) that she hears an echo on many calls. I have noticed a lag\latency with IoT alerts that often take up to 4 min to be delivered to various subscribed mobile devices.

Reception is good everywhere. In cities and in remote areas. Customer service is always available for assistance; the tech support people are available and very competent. I am very happy with Pure Talk and have recommended the service to a number of people: colleagues, associates and clients. I am only writing this because you sent me an email asking for my review of your company. I used to give Puretalk a 5 star review. However twice in a years time I received emails saying you were adding something but not going to increase prices. However both times shortly after you had a price increase. Regardless of how you try to justify it. New features = extra cost = higher price for customers = extra money in your pocket. You aren't any better than the big companies that you advertise against. You just think your customers are dumb enough to believe you are.

Customer service has been great from the start. I got help with installing the SIM card and activating my service. Whenever I have to call with a question, my call is answered promptly by an American, and the representatives are always very courteous and friendly. 1 star for Curtis only as he was the only one to help. The others either delayed too long or ignored my emails. My first & second phone (AMAC) promoted you & your service was good for new service. Since then with 3rd & 4th phones - phew stinks. No benefit to brag about but I would put Curtis in charge of training the staff on phone & emails or at least employee of the week. The poor excuse of reduction of carbon imprint for Samsung is why no power cord with USB adapter from CS person was stupid. I needed to charge the phone & CS took so long I went to AT&T local office for power cord $25. Walmart has them for $5 & I was stuck because of distance & not included with new phone. No recommendation from me.

Since I’ve switched from ATT, I’ve seen no drop in service only a drop in my monthly bill. I’ve told coworkers and friends as there’s always a reluctance to switch and the larger carriers are trying to incentivize. My bill is reduced by half. What about upgrading phones in the plan? That would be great to go along with the great job you do already. Customer service is super too compared to competition.

Your service is great. I've referred many people to you. However, I was told I would not need a phone update but did. I leased a Samsung Galaxy A12 and it's been the problem. Lots of data didn't transfer from old phone after many attempt, I've never been able to access VM (called several times for that too) and the battery started strong but now lose 50+% power every day and rarely use it.

I had trip to Korea. Before I leave I call Pure Talk asked questions about international call how to use emergency phone call or uses of Internet search. Representative said I can use without adding any plans which I had a concern, she assures me everything will be fine to use. Service was excellent. I would have stayed with PureTalk if service was offered for my Apple Watch. After several conversation with PureTalk representatives it was confirmed that cell service for an Apple Watch was not being considered and there was not any indication that it might be considered in the near future. When I have an issue with my data and I call customer service, I generally get a rep on the line within 5 minutes and my issue is promptly resolved. The price of service is also incredible. Service everywhere I need it, including my house where Verizon doesn’t reach. Haven’t been anywhere in South Dakota, Wyoming, or Colorado where other carriers have service and PureTalk doesn’t. The reverse is frequently true. So good coverage. No complaints. Good rates.

I've had issues recently with dropped calls from Palisades parkway, and Stewart airport area. Also at my home seems I can no longer get above 2-3 bars? This is within 6 months maybe? Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the price point and service. Your customer service has been pleasant, thorough and available when ever I've needed it. One thing though is incentives to upgrade the phones are less for existing customers than new ones. I've always thought this was backwards as I've been most encouraged to purchase new phones through word of mouth from other carrier's customers.

I've been with you guys for a while, I have my lines. My kids' lines. Can't help but notice that the prices keep going up. It used to be a good deal and now it isn't. When we are at home in Winchester Virginia more than likely when someone calls our phones will not ring. It occasionally takes maybe 24 hours to receive a text. Pure Talk doesn’t disappoint! We’ve travelled all over the US, even to the tip of Whitefish Point in the UP of Michigan and had cell service. Went to Europe and swapped out the SIM card with no issues. Can’t say enough good about Pure Talk, not to mention the money we save.

Price is right, get good signal most anywhere I go. When I did have a problem, it wasn't with Pure Talk, it was with my own phone. It did take a long time to get customer service through. When I did get through, they stayed with me until the problem was solved.

I was a PureTalk member, but I’m not any longer. The problem I had was that there was never a plan in place where a person could pay the service plan they have with them into the said member’s personal account and let it sit until the day you have to pay your bill. I wish that puretalk had an app or online service that made it easier to pay my phone bill there instead of calling on the phone to talk to a rep. Last but certainly not the least of my grievances with this company is that when I wanted to leave and go back to the prepaid service I had previously, they told me that I couldn’t use my phone number to transfer back to the company I was with (even though when I started with puretalk it was easy for them to use my phone # to transfer over to them, they give me trouble once I want to leave).

I liked Puretalk very much when I had it. I recently moved to an area where there is no cell phone coverage. I hope puretalk would talk to Att or whomever about closing the cell tower gap on the Eastern Shore, VA. Once you get away from the main drag (13), coverage is spotty.

My credit card was compromised and I had to get a new number. The lady was very helpful. I was told that it would be $5.00 charge, but she would get it removed from my account. I did not think this was a fair charge, so I'm very unhappy that the charge was not removed after I was told that it would be.

Since I switched to Pure Talk I have great reception on my phone. I was paying ATT over $70 a month and now my phone bill is under $30 for all the same features. The switch was easy and when I upgraded my phone a simple call to Pure Talk and they sent me a new SIM card in the mail. I am very thankful for their price, customer service and phone service!

Do not sign up, no technical support, they laugh at you...It is false advertising and they don't care, no refund, no troubleshooting, pay and get no service out of state, laughable, but true. Been with PT for 2 years. Had to call several times due to various issues. Out of the 8 or 9 times, there is an absolute horribly rude person on the other end. Bought the 15, spent 45 minutes getting it activated to have the agent hang up right at 9pm and NOT call me back. Called back and got an agent named Princess or Precious. She was amazing and made up for the clown that “helped” the first call. I’m taking my money and 4 lines elsewhere, PT is a total letdown. Y’all better change your lousy employee's behavior if you want to continue and grow.

The customer service and non-locked devices sold by Pure Talk are excellent! The price is perfect. My only issue with Pure Talk’s service is the relatively poor cell coverage. I so wanted to discover it was amazing in all regards; unfortunately my cell coverage often disappears. I’ve traveled extensively using the cell service, TX, OK, KY, TN and Iowa to name a few. Unfortunately the coverage issues persist regardless of my location. Hopefully its reliability will increase in the future! In the meantime I’m definitely continuing on as a Pure Talk customer. The pros still outweigh the cons.

I canceled my service with Pure Talk and paid off the balance of my phone because you wouldn't change my phone number to a new area code. If I wanted to continue with your service I would have to pay off the balance of my phone and then request a new phone number with a new area code. Can't understand why you wouldn't work with me, I was an excellent customer, an average FICO score of 815-820, and just wanted a new phone number with a new area code because we moved. You didn't want to work with me, so I didn't want to use your service.

Went to Italy for the first time and I swear it was such an inconvenience I almost dropped you. Plus I sometimes get lack of service where other phones around me are going strong. Low price is why I'm still here.

Great service at a fantastic price. Never regretted the switch from a big tech carrier. I paid way too much for poor service for many years and was absolutely thrilled to be introduced to Pure TalkUSA by listening to Sean Hannity. I'm a long time customer with a grandfathered family plan. I have to transfer minutes to the other family members every month. One of us has data on the phone. The site no longer reflects my plan, but customer service has been great whenever I need help. I would recommend it to anyone.

When I got new phones, you said I owed approximately $300 and I was turned over to collection 3+ years ago. I have called you and collection agency and no one has record of debt. However, Experian says collection agency has turned over my account and ruined my credit. I have tried many times to correct. No one seems to be interested in helping.

We switched over to Pure Talk from T-mobile and haven’t had any regrets. The cell service has been better, it has been very easy to activate new phones, customer service has been helpful when there are problems, and the cost is less than half of what we were paying for worse cell and costumer service.

Tel-Rite oversight has helped to achieve a service minded company. Customers only expect operations to run smoothly,. Agents that perform could be allowed to service at their level or at the desk used so heping each other to achieve best service only serves all of us. Happy holidays to all staff. I love the price and the company. My only issue is that it seems in Houston my wife and I hardly ever have a good signal. Sometimes we have dropped calls. Sometimes it’s SOS. I wish the signal was stronger. I plan on continuing with Pure Talk. Even now it’s just two bars with LTE, no 5G while I’m at work near IAH. VERY FRUSTRATING.

It may not be Pure talk's fault, but I’ve never had good signal or internet connectivity. Perhaps it’s because I live in rural areas, but I’m having to constantly deal with poor phone service and poor data signal. Otherwise I don’t have an issue with pure talk services. I would like to get a phone upgrade in the future. Possible I’ll use pure talk shop for that.

I have not had any issues other than one small one years ago that was quickly resolved. I am very happy with Puretalk service. I recommend Puretalk to others often. I truly believe you have the best deals for the best service. Your partnership with AMAC was a selling point for me and why I originally picked Puretalk. We have been very happy with the service thus far. We usually have service everywhere we travel. Even better than my company phone which uses Verizon. The only issue is existing customers don’t qualify for your free phone upgrade. I need to upgrade my phone. What offers do you have for existing customers.

My phone works fine at $20/line. I notice with alarm your advertising for new customers is engaging in gross lie rhetoric. So, I’m now preparing to shop for another carrier. It’s the way of the world. First comes “The Big Lie” advertising. Then comes huge rate increases. This is not my first rodeo.

I have three lines with PureTalk for myself and family members. I have also purchased three iPhones from PureTalk. Service is consistently excellent in all areas. The service is just as good and the coverage just as good but over 50% savings over the competition. When I call with any questions I get to speak to an American speaking English rather than someone from a foreign land speaking English as a second language and with my hearing not as good as it used to be, I appreciate speaking to an American.
