The service keeps getting better. I have never had to call for assistance and the prices seem the best in the business. Puretalk has good sound and connection quality where I live and rarely if ever do I enter an area with low service or no service. I wish I had made the change years ago from my other carrier.

I had huge problems with getting my phone activated. I also received great service to get it activated. So far I don't miss my previous provider in the least. I like that I'm supporting veterans and an American based company. I'm anxious to see how my coverage works on a trip to Las Vegas for an Air Force graduation in a week. I also am interested to learn about out of country travel.

A straightforward service provider with what seems to be state of the art equipment to push calls/information through. I've never had a drop call that I know about. Billing and service is straightforward and if you do have a question, a real person is close at hand for quick answers.

Pure Talk has given me a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person every time I've called and the service is cheaper and better than the plan I used to be on and I got the free Samsung galaxy phone with the Mike g promo. There is definitely no other plan I will be recommending to people other than Pure talk. Thank you.

The cell service seems pretty good. The only issue that I have is the Internet connection. There are A LOT of dead spots. I use to use Verizon and I never had an issue with Internet connections. Also, I know that you use AT&T towers. Do you capture all of my data like AT&T does and share it with the government? I'm rather concerned about my 4th amendment rights.

They were helpful but I still experience lack of service that was the main reason I needed help. Am thinking of changing service providers since I am not receiving what am paying for. Perhaps there is more signal with another provider. You may have a less expensive plan that has more access to wi fi.

I am probably one of the few blind customers at PureTalk. I appreciated the customer service as I ran into bumps on the road of setting up my SE 3rd Gen. However, I had been told, during my very first call, that I would be able to trade in my iPhone 8, thereby reducing my installments for my new phone. This did not turn out to be the case--at first, I was told (during a slightly later call) that, probably, the box for sending the 8 in had just not arrived yet. Well, months later, no box. I had made a third call, explaining that, the charger door was cracked; however, a sighted friend who was wiping the phone for me later explained that only the Utterbox case had the crack--the phone was in mint condition. I then called to explain this, by which time, 3-4 months after my very first call, I wAS TOLD I couldn't send in my iPhone 8; this was not my fault, I protested, to no avail.
The sales rep, after consulting with supers, told me that I would have to wait 'til the 3rd gen could be traded in--I am perfectly happy with the 3rd gen, and don't want to trade it in. The 8 is still in very good condition, having only been gently used during the 4 years I had it, so I still would like to turn it in and hopefully thereby reduce my bill. I am very disappointed that the initial plan never came to fruition. Generally pleased with PureTalk and not thinking about leaving due to this scenario, but frustrated that I seem to have been led down a garden path re trade-in.

Been with Pure Talk for over a year. Great service. Great pricing. Won't be going anywhere else for my cell coverage. Great patriotic company and veteran-owned. Not much else to say except it is an American-based company. You will speak with someone here in the States and not some foreign outsourced company.

Price is reasonable. I like that the company is conservative, not woke. Cell service quality is average, no better than others I have tried. But my main complaint is that I cannot access the internet unless I am connected to Wi-Fi. I'm paying for 5g of data, but can't use it. Considering changing companies.

I will lay out the facts as they happened. October 28 my father died in Brazil. I live in the USA and needed to rush down for the funeral. Called PureTalk to ensure I would have service there. They said yes and offered to upgrade my plan because emergency and data use gets high so on, made sense.. I did so. October 30 I arrived in Brazil and had no service. After a week of suffering having to mulch WiFi off of everyone I returned to the USA. November 8 called PureTalk, they stated that they wouldn't have said that they had service there because they obviously don't, it's on their website they don't. So I asked why did customer service offered the extra data plan if they knew I couldn't use it? The response was they offer it to everyone. "Not our fault. You took it.. and by the way no refund."
I spent the better part of a month trying to get somewhere with customer service and nothing at the end of the day. They treated me nicely. No outright bad treatment but clearly muffled gasps of disdain and neglect. They said they don't know who answered that day, who said it. I rarely say this but I'm posting this review in part to attempt to reach someone that could help me. I liked PureTalk and had high hopes. I switched to them about 8 months ago, after hearing so much from two friends and the ads on Daily Wire. If no one reaches out I shall switch, even at higher cost. I will never ever return and I will share my story, I shall do it often, every time I think of my father.

I have been a PureTalk subscriber for over a year. Service has been excellent! I had my own phone and transition from Tracfone service provider was accomplished easily. Any issues I had were taken care of with efficient assistance from PureTalk customer support. I went to Pure Talk to get away from woke companies that was it. The phone calls and texts work fine but the data part is slow or doesn't really work at all. It tells me I used so much data but honestly most of the time I can't even get online or it is so slow I give up. I wanted to switch the wife over for the same reason (from cricket) However, the internet part is not even usuable to be honest. I will probably stay with Pure Talk for now since I don't need much internet anyway but I don't think I will switch the wife over at this time.

Many times I attempt to send texts my connection with Pure Talk is not connected???? Not sure why?? Does not happen too often but just wondered why this happens. This often just states that we are able to use our phone for emergencies only?? As I stated before this doesn't happen too often. Just concerned why.

PureTalk is as advertised. My bill was really cut in half. I wish there was a block for spam calls. The iPhone I got from PureTalk when I came over is the worst phone I’ve ever had. I can’t afford another phone so soon. I just hope your phones are not the bottom of the barrel. But the service is great and customer service is what customer service should be!

My one and only complaint with PureTalk is having to have a seven digit code for voicemail. I have recommended PureTalk to a lot of people as most of the wireless providers in my area have some pretty large areas of no service. And it’s true PureTalk has some areas of no service, however those areas are quite a bit smaller.

From AT&T to Ting, it feels good to finally have a provider that charges an reasonable amount for reasonable service. Let's be real, if I'm using GBs upon GBs of data, I probably should find a better hobby than doom scrolling. If I need 100% perfect signal everywhere on Earth to feel safe, I probably should learn some survival skills. If you use a big name provider, you best re-examine your life. Stop giving money to companies that hate you. PureTalk gives me the appreciation for military service where I feel it most often - my wallet. I can't recommend PureTalk enough. American company, American customer support, American pride. Go PureTalk!!

For the most part, the service isn’t very good. There are a lot of areas where I have very poor service, if any at all. I have to use wifi calling while I’m at home and can’t move away from the house. I might have 3 bars and LTE but I will have very slow internet.

I was a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Great service, but I was told I had to go to 5G and buy a new phone because my plan was under the 3G platform. Then my monthly plan doubled in cost, so I switched to PureTalk. My service is as good as it was with Verizon, but I didn't like Verizon's politics. Happy with the service and costs with Pure Talk and would recommend them as a phone carrier.

Cell signal is ok, we do not have signal at our home which sucks. The phones we purchased are not that great (SamsungA23 5g). When using Wi-Fi text, we are not able to send or receive MMS texts. We were not aware this was going to be an issue. The times I have spoken to customer service, have all been good, no complaints there.

Coverage does not seem to be what was promised. Spotty in Southern Ohio, and North of Dayton. Great price, average or below service. However, your agents are excellent, and provided adequate, understandable solutions to the problems I challenged them with. Maybe time to look fro another PROvider.

These are our first smart phones, overall we have been enjoying the phones and usually great service. I have a hard time hearing a conversation when I am not on speaker, but when I use the speaker it sounds like I am talking into a tin can and it echoes horribly. If I am not in a vehicle with U-Connect I do not have a good experience trying to talk on it. Overall it is marginally better than the flip phone I had, but the speaker function was much better on the flip phone.

I have tried several times to get into my voicemail to work but I always have to call back to reset it up. Price was raised without reason or notification. Price went from around $55. to $60, up to $70. My internet keeps dropping. I have to reboot the phone once or twice a day.

I’ve overall been very happy with PureTalk. Recently, however, there was a price increase that was unexpected to me. I would have appreciated a special email just about the increase in my rate and a reason why. I have not had service for a full year yet and was disappointed about the increase, especially with no formal notice that I saw.

My service for phone calls is very good. As well as internet service. When I first joined, for a month or 2 there was internet issues but they have long since been cleared. Also very easy to access customer service. Very happy with Puretalk. I plan on continuing to use it.

I rarely have more than one bar of service. When I talk to people they complain I am cutting in and out all the time. I have called and the service people had me do something and turn off my phone, then they called back. For maybe an hour I had 2 bars of service. I am currently looking to go elsewhere as it just too frustrating to keep using the service.

Our family switched to PureTalk about 2 years ago, after being AT&T customers for nearly 20 years, and we couldn’t be happier. The switch was super easy, we kept our phone numbers, and the savings have been immense. The only times we needed to speak with customer service were an absolute delight, as far as the immediate resolution to our needs and the friendly & caring interactions from the representatives. It is near impossible to try to order a new phone. It is not convenient to even try to get anything done with the phone help. You need a more convenient way of shopping with this company. The experience I have had with some of the staff has not been pleasant.

I am so pleased that I finally called Puretalk. I have heard about them on AM radio with Sean Hannity and the Clay and Buck show. Their service plans have many options to suit your needs and the cost is well worth it. I had brought my Verizon unlocked phone over and they ported my phone number.

I’ve been using PureTalk for more than two years, and I’ve never had a problem with reception or billing. My bill immediately dropped to 40% from what I had been paying before I switched -- I really have saved 60% ever since I switched, or more than $1100. I encourage everyone to try PureTalk.

I am very satisfied with the price per month. The phone is quite easy to use. After the initial problems of getting connected a couple of years ago which was due to some big change you were making, I’ve had quite satisfactory customer service. I don’t like it changing my settings on its own!

I have recommended PureTalk to everyone I know. Service is flawless, as advertised. I’m completely pleased with everything. Can't make calls in certain buildings. When I had Verizon _ no problem. Your AT&T network has spotty coverage. I switched from AT&T to Verizon years ago for that reason. Switched to PureTalk for the price. 10 stars for customer service and support! Knowledgeable, friendly and they SPEAK ENGLISH!!! In my kitchen and couldn't send!

I was very skeptical of switching away from a big name provider as my cell phone is critical to my job and business being in sales. The switch has been AMAZING...Service/coverage IMPROVED for my wife from her carrier and my coverage/service has been great. And the SAVINGS! My wife and I have better plans than we did individually and combined pay what our previous lowest single plan cost. I could not be more happy with the switch and wish I would have done it YEARS ago.

I'm really happy with my service at home (out of cell range), and in town (in range). My phone has been very reliable. The wifi calling works great! I haven't had any real problems to speak of, other than having to learn a few new things.

Service generally very good. Months ago I contacted service department re: disconnect notice, rep was somewhat belligerent, insisting I'd be charged reconnect fee. Charges are automatically deducted from bank account; the problem wasn't mine. Rep would not budge. Call ended. Apparently problem resolved at PureTalk's end. Service remained in place, no reconnect fee assessed.

There have been no issue with service. AT&T keeps attempting to bill for a month we started services with Pure Talk, they won’t even talk to me, keep referring me to Pure Talk services. Otherwise we are grateful for the cost and services provided to date, thank you.

The reception is very poor. Sometimes I have to go outside to use the phone. I can’t just use it anywhere in the house either. I go upstairs and sit with my back facing the window or I sit in the kitchen close to the window. I keep wanting to cancel my service, but I haven’t gotten around to it.

I ordered a phone, the phone wasn't in stock. I ordered two day shipping. On day 5, I called to find out where the new phone was. I was informed it was out of stock. I wasn't informed until then. So I had to cancel the order and place a new order. Something like 12 days, one lost business account, untold numbers of missed texts and calls later, I had a new phone. I give you three stars because, until recently, I've been fairly satisfied. But this past phone replacement thing was a total fiasco.

I enjoy this program except for the fact I have a very difficult problem using it indoors and I have medical issues that don't allow me to be outdoors often. I was originally told you work off of AT&T and Verizon towers and come to find out you work off of T-mobile towers and I suspect that that is my indoor reception problem!

Have sent several emails before. Read and respond vs my having to beg over and over for satisfaction. Did nothing to resolve iPhone locking up and also spent over 10 hours with senior techs with Apple. Still have the phone and might come back to Pure Talk if if if if you respond.

PureTalk has always responded in person and remedied any issue or question immediately. It is a pleasure doing business with a real person based in the USA. I hope in the future for additional services such as email. I appreciate the privacy and quick responses. My only mistake was getting the Nokia phone. The camera is low quality and it has to be rebooted often as it locks up.

Sim card has corrupted. Pure Talk to send a replacement out November 10th. Never received as of Dec 1st. Telephone calls are repeatedly broken up when calling out of Pure Talk provider system. Busy times of day at 12 noon and 5 pm calls are not going through. Phone will not ring. Goes directly to voicemail.

I love Pure Talk service. However, I purchased my iPhone from you and wanted to add extra money to pay it off sooner and was very disappointed when I found out that I could not do this. It has me thinking of other options now. One thing I know for sure I will not purchase any more phones.

Every time that I have called customer service, there has been someone who is easy to understand, who patiently walks me through the process. This included a set-up process, as well as the switch to G5, which required several calls to finally get worked out. Also, the phone I bought through Pure Talk has proven to be a very good buy, with plenty of storage.

Worst service I have ever had. SOS only inside my house. I have to go stand in middle of my yard to talk to anyone. Can not use phone in house. Just had to buy a $500 booster system to see if that works. When I called 7 different times I was told by several of your employees that I was not guaranteed service inside my home. No one cares but you want my money. Very very unhappy.

My phone started having connection problems over Wi-Fi calling. It took three calls, but the third tech support person figured out the problem and led me through the correction steps I needed to take. He was professional and well trained in pursuing clues to get to the bottom of the problem.

When upgrading my iPhone and transferring my phone # to it, there turns out to be a difficult and tedious process getting the messaging service to transfer also. I don’t know if there’s a way to make it easier, or to give a heads-up when that is the customer’s intention. I always find it great when a company anticipates my needs!

My experience with Pure Talk wireless has always been positive and the people who answer the phones in customer service are always friendly and helpful, by far the best cellular company I’ve ever done business with and believe me there are some awful companies out there, I was a Verizon customer years ago and I’ve always said never again. I won’t go into all the gritty details but dealing with their customer service was not pleasant at all. I was very happy to find Pure Talk and refreshingly surprised by how nice their employees are. The 5G seldom works and the 4g locks up. When the wifi gets unreliable, my phone service often fails. My wife kept her Verizon service and it is great. My previous service with Verizon was much better than Pure Talk. AT&T is terrible. I really want to make this work but right now, I'm frustrated and considering other options. I'm a disabled veteran and signed up with Pure Talk because of the things Hannity said about you.

I was very satisfied with Pure Talk for several years, and I Iiked the fact that I was supporting a veteran owned business! I even recommended friends that got PureTalk! That was until the 3G shut off. That Saturday morning when my phone quit working, I called Pure Talk from my home phone. I was told 3G was shut off, and my phone was not compatible with Pure Talk anymore because it was obsolete, and that I would have to buy a new phone. I had just bought the Galaxy S9 the year before, when it was only 1 year removed from being the current flagship model, so I didn't know how it could be obsolete that fast! I told your CSR that I'd have to switch to Xfinity because they told me it would work on their network. Your reps response was that they were going to turn their 3G off at the end of the year, to which I said then I had 9 more months before I'd have to buy a new phone.
Long story short, all I had to do was change the settings to LTE for my phone to work on the 4G network. It's still working fine, and will until they shut off 4G in about 6 or 7 years! So if you guys would've just told me to check if my 2 year old phone was LTE compatible instead of trying to sell me a new phone that I didn't need, I'd still be your customer. So too would have been my friend been in Evansville that I convinced to switch to Pure Talk, who was told the same lie, and is now with another carrier.
I was flying out of town for a family funeral, and had to have service immediately. It could have been a disaster for me. One that didn't need to be if you guys would have just been honest and had your ducks in a row to suggest the simple fix. I don't know if it really matters to you that you lost 2 customers or not. 2 customers aren't a big deal, but I took my time that I needed to be doing something else in the hope that you listen to what I have to say and change the way you do business so you don't piss off somebody else!

We love the low price per month and the unlimited call, text and data plan. We love that you invest in culturally conservative companies. But our area is rural and we need better cell coverage. Our area only gets 1 or 2 bars of strength. It's not enough coverage to call or text or get data. Hopefully, you have plans to get more service soon. Thanks for asking our opinion.

The best thing is the price. It's very reasonable. On the rare occasions when I've had to contact customer service, I've had a person who spoke English clearly so I could understand them. Being 83 years old and hard of hearing, it's important that the person talking to me can be understood!

I've had PureTalk for a couple years. For the most part I have been satisfied. There have only been a few times when I couldn't get service but it's usually when I am camping in northern MN. I have been a PureTalk customer for several years. After being a customer of one of the major carriers for years it became apparent that my cost for basic cellphone service was becoming ridiculous. I bought a brand new phone from you and enrolled in Puretalk. We get no cell service here and have relied on connecting to wifi for phone calls. My wife has Verizon and her phone works fine on wifi. I was expecting the same when I went with Puretalk. Now I wish I hadn't bothered getting the phone as it is of no real use to me. You can see by my usage that it has barely been turned on. Very disappointed. You should have said that your phones don't work for wifi calling in your promotional information.

The phone is nothing like I was told to expect. It frequently drops calls, just clicks off, and even shocked me once on an incoming call. The speed is very slow on 5G, and takes forever to refresh. Not the experience I was hoping for.. Can't recommend to anyone looking to change providers.

Had to quit Pure Talk though I loved the military aspect. But I couldn't afford any of your phones and my Android was not compatible with your service so left Pure Talk. I really believe in your services but just couldn't find a phone I could afford. The one I used initially was an old phone from a friend but was giving me lot of trouble. So need to get a new phone. Maybe sometime in the future will come back to you.

It has now been about 1 year since I switched from a 15+ year stint with Verizon, and could not be happier for the results of the change. From day one the customer support team got me up and running, and to this day have had excellent signal strength and service through my areas of travel. One slight concern is that I do make international calls to China, Dubai, and Ireland, and found I was limited to call time, so I need to investigate how to get more time credits. Keep up the great job Pure Talk.

We switched from T-Mobile approximately one year ago. Pure Talk was suggested to me by a family member who was already a customer and had a great experience. I have had the same and no one can believe what I pay for our cell service. I do not have dropped calls, the service has been consistent and the customer service department #1. Our experience to date has been excellent. Every contact has resulted in a friendly clear response, and the problems were resolved. One instance was the installation of the SIM card for PureTalk. Another was a clear response on calling overseas. Finally, we received assistance in enabling our playing back recorded messages without entering our own phone number as a code. I purchased a 2nd phone (flip phone) for my wife through you in March. I couldn't get it to operate before I departed to East Texas to work. Your service person determined the sim card was defective and sent another that arrived after I left for E Tx. When I returned, I worked with your service person to get that phone operating. Since that phone hadn't operated since arrival in March, I requested credit from March to early November, when It came into service. I was granted 1 month credit. I believe the other month's credit are due me.

It's has been a horrible experience. We added a line and got a phone for my wife. Transition was difficult, as the Pure Talk process did not include all steps needed to move the phone number to Pure Talk. So that added 3 days and 2hrs of phone calls. Brand new phone we got from Pure Talk did not charge. Got phone at reduced price because of plan we chose. Pure Talk took zero responsibility, no option to replace the phone, and wanted to charge us back money for returning phone. Spent HOURS on phone with PureTalk and Samsung. Getting phone replaced through Samsung, but with no phone to use. Wish we never had Pure Talk and will be looking to move when we finally get settled. Very disappointed

We had a really good experience with customer support getting set up. We had AT&T before and we noticed a difference in service unfortunately. I barely get service in my office at work now and our security system notifications come in much slower. By the time we check the person is gone. Other than a few things like that the service is fine and we’ll continue using them.

We were previously with a larger provider that effectively covered all the areas to which we often traveled. However, that cost was dramatically increasing as we were forced into plans that far exceeded our use. Pure Talk has been a blessing with a lower cost that fits our use and worked in all the areas we needed. One number I use to check a card balance will never go through since I switched. Occasionally my phone will freeze and although it says the number is ringing, it doesn't and the call drops. This leaves me stranded without service. The technicians send me to Settings and change everything. The next tech has me change them again. Frustrating.

When internet data is used, it would be nice if it would automatically go to slow instead of having to call and request it. Mint Mobile automatically goes to slow when high speed is used for the month. That is who the other phone in the household works. I like to have 2 different carriers in case one is down and the other will still work, but the low speed data is a drawback with Pure Talk.

Problems with international calling could make or receive calls even though we had set up for roaming. Very frustrating. Don’t want to change carriers but may be forced to if I can’t resolve this! We had emergency situation abroad and couldn’t use our phones. Had to borrow another carrier phone.

Overall, I am very pleased with Pure Talk Wireless. The pricing is outstanding! The only suggestions I would have are the following: 1) It would be good to be able to respond to group messages of more than 10 people unless it would involve a major cost increase. 2) Would it be possible to offer phones without the Google/Apple surveillance spyware installed? I realize it would probably require a different operating system than Android or Apple.

My phone (the voice part) quit working sometime in the first half of 2022 due to the discontinuation of 3G (texting was fine, though). When I asked a Pure Talk operator for a new phone to replace the present texting phone, I was told that I had to pay full price, not any discounts that you were offering on your website. I thought that that was disingenuous of you to not offer me the sale price when my phone (voice) lasted approx. 18 months. The operator said that I would have to wait 3 years from the original purchase to be eligible for buying a new one at discount.

Overall I'm satisfied with PureTalk but I don't like the Blu phone. It is more difficult to use than my old Apple phone I had before I switched to PureTalk. I'm having trouble with voicemail, most of the time when I enter my password it tells me the password is incorrect but some of the time it is the correct password. I don't know what is going on.

Pure Talk is the best cellular service I’ve had, the price is low but the quality is high; I love having all the data I could possibly want, it’s quick and just the right amount. Pure Talk has the greatest customer service team ever, they helped me through many difficult technical issues through the years and are always getting better. I live in a very rural area where the cellular service from any provider is almost nil, Pure Talk is pretty much the same coverage as Verizon in this regard, I hope to see huge improvements on coverage. Pure Talk has a great mission helping our veterans, I can’t say that for any other provider.

Called about my internet. Since the beginning with Pure Talk, I never had a problem with internet speed. Either has my wife. Just started at the end of last month. Now this month internet slowed down after one week into the month. Nothing has changed with my internet use. I would like to stay with Pure Talk, but need for this to be taken care of. The service is quite adequate. I do receive an extraordinary amount of spam texts, but I know that is not the fault of PureTalk! Sometimes, for some unknown reason, my home phone number gets blocked so I cannot reach my cell from my home phone. I would recommend the service, especially to my veteran friends.

I'm sure they slow down my internet speed like all the others when I hit my gigs, but I can always up them without locking in a new plan. I appreciate that I get service almost anywhere. I quite often have terrible reception at my home. People are often telling me that I'm breaking up. This is quite embarrassing when it's one of my customers. It's difficult to conduct business like this on the days that I work from home. I will say that after hurricane Ian last year I did have better reception with Pure Talk than my 3 family members with Verizon. They are back to normal and I'm the only one with a problem now.

I really enjoy being part of your company except that I find my calls are dropped fairly often. Also, I do have trouble answering calls. When I try to answer the phone, the call is ended rather than being able to talk to the person. I have to call them back. Very frustrating at times.

Genuinely a very good service. It's really good coverage. I have never had a problem. Not as deprioritized as others. And higher speeds than many other of the "Big" guys carriers! I realize that PureTalk leases cellular coverage from AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile but for some reason the signal strength is always weak except for when I am in a dense metropolitan area. But when I am in the suburbs or rural areas the cellular signal strength is poor. For example, I am visiting my Dad in San Jose. You would think PureTalk would get 5 bars out here but it only gets 2 or 3. I realize it also depends on the cellular tower. However, my Android phone has dual SIM cards. PureTalk is SIM1 and T-Mobile is SIM2. T-Mobile gets all 5 bars while PureTalk only gets 2 to 3 bars. So this shows that PureTalk doesn't always get a good cellular signal compared to the big three carriers.

Switched from Verizon to you guys after hearing advertisement on conservative radio channel. Big Mistake, flip phone rats batteries, less than 24 hrs per charge cannot get service in the West while I can see cell towers, and price increase to same as Verizon, which is why I left Verizon. At this point, I'm looking at making a change, lousy equipment, cell reception and priced same as Verizon.

I did not understand the promotion for new phones and ended up not purchasing them. The agent was very friendly and helpful. I was hoping to upgrade to a 5g phone to take advantage of the speed. It appears that when we switched to Puretalk that maybe we don’t get priority to the fastest speeds. This could be in my head and definitely not based on any particular facts other than my perceived usage.

I live way out in the country and have pretty good service. In the open it is great. Under a metal barn I need a cell booster but it was the same with ATT or Verizon so this a wonderful deal. I think the PureTalk service is good. When I have called customer service they are always friendly. My complaint would be that when we switched to PureTalk we were recommended a Blu phone and it has been terrible. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service without resolving the issues.

The addition of the hotspot feature was greatly appreciated. There has been no noticeable lapse in calling capability, and the cost/value ratio is hard to beat. Thanks for providing a reasonably priced alternative to the AT&T service we had previously used. Their practice of creeping rate increases and offering lower priced packages to new customers, rather than rewarding long-time customers, was particularly annoying. Poor, but prevalent, business practice among the major carriers.

When I switched to PureTalk I was told you provide hotspot. I bought a phone from you being told the phone would get hotspot. I was never told at the time that the hotspot was poor reception. Finding out later my phone could be a problem and your service for Android hotspot is not good. Not what you peddled when I switched. For that reason, my rating for you is 3 stars. Otherwise, your customer service has been very good and responsive, my last call into your support team resulted in more savings on my bill, since I can't use hotspot to offer, I lowered my bill. Hardly a good trade off. But I did appreciate your representative researching my account and offering me the savings.
I would switch another one of my phone lines currently with Verizon, another android phone, but without hotspot, I have to keep it with T-Mobile which has great hotspot. When asked about how I like PureTalk, my answer is-- if you need hotspot and have android phone, don’t waste your time and money. If you just use for phone and text, great deal. Bottom line, --" fix your hot spot to work with all phones."

The customer service you receive from this company is top notch. Always answers the phone and answered all my questions. The phone service has been good and they offer good phone deals as well. I've had zero negative issues with Puretalk, I've referred several friends and family to join, the service is excellent and far cheaper than the big companies!! I've only had to contact them twice, once to switch over and once to switch a phone, both times, the operator was a joy to speak with!!

I broke my phone which now has a black screen, cannot be turned on at all. I called Pure Talk for a replacement, ordered a phone, then changed my mind on the model I ordered. I called the next day, cancelled that order and placed an order for another phone. In all I spoke with 4 different employees, all of whom were extremely helpful and friendly. I expect to receive my replacement phone today and will probably again contact the service department again for assistance in setting up the new device. Thank you for the excellent service.

Every call into your customer service department has been awesome! It is so nice to speak with someone who speaks perfect English, is in the USA and who is courteous and knowledgeable. Our cell service is just as good as when we were on Verizon, your monthly cost is less than half of what were paying and your employees are SO MUCH more pleasant to deal with. You guys are fantastic, so glad we switched.

I’m switching as soon as I am able. I never have service or internet anywhere. When I had AT&T I had 4 bars and 4G in town. Now I have one bar in town and no bars everywhere else and when I have one bar it still won’t let me send a text, it fail over and over until I give up. I have family members who have AT&T and Verizon and they don’t have any problems at all.

As long as I have been with PureTalk, I have had a no problems. My data plan was increased without an increase in my rate. The plan is excellent for someone on a limited budget or who seeks to save money for other needs. I would suggest giving customers who bring their own phone the option to get one later under the same offers for the new customers or those adding a line.

It is a good service, but while boasting its low cost, in reality, it is no cheaper than most other carriers in the unlimited data category. And for that reason I give four stars. I feel it should let prospecting customers know the real cost of unlimited data, which is what most people want.

I now noticed I am part of the ATT network. My service is great and the savings have been wonderful. I was previously with Verizon and my monthly bill for 2 lines was $99.02 with taxes. My bill now is $40.20 and I have noticed no difference in the service I receive. This has been a wonderful switch and a great experience.

Been with Pure-Talk since 2-18-2021. Came from having T-Mobile forever! T-Mobile constantly raised rates to where it was insanely expensive. Heard about Pure-Talk from a friend that raved about it, thought I'd give it a try. Turned out that Pure-Talk had better coverage and service for a whole lot less! I know I found a home.

The greasy spoon I like is in Denton, Ne. It is eleven miles from my residence and about ten miles southwest of Lincoln, Ne. My cell service is completely dead there. The customer support staff is first class. English is their first language and everyone is polite and helpful. There is the good and bad of my Puretalk experience, thus far.

For about 90% of the time my iPhone is connecting ok, but at our farm on weekends, service is difficult & slow to connect in Southeast McDuffie County, GA. Your Customer Support team helped me when I had issues after the iPhone update 17.1.1 came down in October. My former Carrier had to remove some clutter, & Apple changed some settings, too. Except for some connectivity issues, I am pleased with PureTalk. I’m also an AMAC member but didn’t know they recommended y’all’s services, too!

Every morning when I leave my home, my phone will not connect to the network until I have been driving for 5-10 miles. I get a message that says, my phone is not registered with a network. Once I have driven 5-10 miles, at some point it will connect to the cellular network. If I am on a call while I am driving home, the call remains connected until I am a block away from my house.

Gardenia put it all together for us. She got the new phone ordered with discount, set up the new line and plan for my husband to be added to my plan. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Gardenia took care of our request and c needs in one phone call with me and my husband. I don’t know if it’s my phone or your service. It is an absolute nightmare getting reliable internet service. Constantly resetting my network settings and might help a while but not really. Everything just sucks nowadays and Customer satisfaction is a thing of the past. I guess I’ll try another carrier when my contract is up or I can at least pay off my phone.

First of all, we're satisfied with the customer service at PureTalk. However, we're very unsatisfied with PureTalk's relationship with ATT. ATT runs the Data Analytical Services program. That program (formerly known as Hemisphere) has been secretly collecting and analyzing more than a trillion domestic phone records within the US each year. I'm sure you're familiar with it, if not, look it up. We're shopping around, looking at other carriers and plans. We want nothing to do with ATT. And if PureTalk continues to partner with ATT, we'll leave at the first opportunity. We're advising friends and family (that we led to PureTalk) to do the same.

I've had two occasions of substantial drops in service. I was unable to bring up images in my feed on Gettr. I also had episodes at that time where my Galaxy wouldn't take entries. I have an older Galaxy on Verizon. At that time it was wholly normal. I checked through all the possibilities for enhancing performance on the Gallaxy on your service. Nothing helped. It seems to have returned to acceptable performance now.

I changed to Pure Talk in June 2023 and have been very happy with the coverage (much better than my former carrier), the Blu phone, the drop in cost (half of what my former carrier was charging), and great customer service. I used to have only 2 to 3 bars of signal strength before Pure Talk. Now I have 4 to 5 on a consistent basis and coverage in places I did not before.

Hi, I haven’t had many complaints about the service. Usually my phone calls and text messages are pretty good. I really appreciate the extra data bonus you gave us without jacking up the prices. A great service for my RFinder B1 radio/phone. I use it as my secondary phone & emergency radio. When we moved out of Dallas into E TX, the service is still good, while our primary phones Sprint (not bad) then TMobile declined in quality when they switched the old channels off prematurely. Plus a conservative & veteran service.

I was not able to connect my tablet to the hot spot as it was not compatible and I did not find out until I got to Florida and I was away from my home network, so I never used any data on that line and canceled the service as soon as I found out but your agent said they were unable to give me a credit, I understand if I had used some data but I never did!!!

My phone service is generally reliable with very few dead spots. However, I do have outages at times where I need to restart my phone in order to make/receive calls and texts. I also cannot get onto the internet unless I'm connected to a wifi connection. The troubleshooting on the website is not comprehensive. This issue is across my phone and the other phone on my plan, so it's not a phone-specific issue. It would be helpful if the website had more details to help customers in the event of issues so they can try to resolve it on their own.

Puretalk provide talk and data for under $22 per month. Their excellent customer service speak English. And no other cell phone company adds more features like international calling without more fees. Puretalk does this without increasing the monthly premium. Puretalk doesn't sponsor causes I disagree with and the CEO is a Vietnam vet. I would recommend Puretalk to friends and family and have already done so many times.

I had to program a new phone for my wife. Called tech support and they were not helpful at all. They told me the phone was too old and it would not work on your system. They said sorry and hung up. I went back to her old phone and got the information off of it and programed it myself. The phone works just fine now. So much for tech support. ATT has been trying to get me to change to them and leave PureTalk, but I have declined. This is not the best way to keep your customers.

When I call someone on my cell phone (to a land line) the former owner of my cell phone number comes up instead of my name (Rose **). Calling another cell phone it usually comes up name - Trudy **. I've called Pure Talk 3 times to correct this put whatever they have me do doesn't work. People I know, know Rose ** is me, but other people don't and they may not pick up because they don't know who "Rose" is!

Please delete your number from any other Caller ID device previously called to reflect the correct information. I use Samsung devices and your company consistently favors Apple devices, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I also use two sims to separate my work and personal phone calls. I was told many times my phone is not compatible and would refuse to help. I have been unable to benefit from any 5g service due to your inability to conform to new technologies and asked me to purchase Apple products. Please respond with a solution? I also have several lines with Puretalk.

The service is fine but what I didn't like was when I ordered the phone initially I asked if I could get the new phone that was advertised. The salesperson said it wasn't being offered anymore. Then I hear a few days later it is being offered again. She could have told me and I would have waited to sign up. I called and was denied the new phone. This put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth in regards to the company. That's my beef. Thanks for hearing me out.

I don't know how to set up my voice-mail, otherwise I'm fairly happy with Pure Talk service. To be honest, the reason I stay is because at least none of my service payment goes to democratic party. One time when traveling from Colorado back home this summer, I was using map quest to get me home and I lost service so had no directions. That was a problem

We have been all over a dozen states and Puretalk works well. The unpleasant thing is it works somewhere between fair to not at all in my home town. I roam to US Cell, Viaero, Verizon, and no service within the five or six mile area of my town. Several calls early on provided no help and an assurance nothing was wrong. The cure for "no service" is cycle the phone to airplane mode and back. I have two Puretalk phones and both have the same issue. I like the service everywhere else, but in Plattsmouth it is just unpredictable and much worse than my former Verizon service.

My main complaint is that when I am away from home, often I will try to make a call and I am not able to. A message is displayed that basically says I am out-of-network and can only make emergency calls. Needless to say this is VERY FRUSTRATING!! I thought my plan allowed me to roam and use my phone from anywhere...

I travel with my son to car shows. No problems from Wyoming to Colorado and Scottsdale, Arizona. We will see how well it works next year. Back to the 50s Saint Paul, Minnesota, AutoRama Salt Lake City, Utah and Hot August Nights Reno, Nevada. Have already recommended PureTalk. I have had a little trouble texting with photos in poor service areas.

Last September 10 your billing system had an issue that sent out e-mails stating that payment was not made and that service would be terminated the following day. My payments are made through AMEX. It just so happens that at that time we were traveling and I faced two issues because of your email. First that I might not have cell service and second that I might have an AMEX credit problem. I tried several times to get in touch with your customer service, right away, with no success.
So I tried AMEX customer service and as always AMEX customer service came through. They told me that Pure Talk had not billed my AMEX card and that I had no problems with my credit. AMEX told me to keep trying to contact Pure Talk customer service to get it straightened out. I tried all day to get in touch with your customer service to no avail! Finally the next day I got an email from Pure Talk saying that you had problems and to ignore the previous email of potential service deactivation and that a full explanation would follow.
I never received an explanation of what happened and if your system had been hacked or if my phone or credit information might have issues because of your problems. I still to this date have no idea of what happened or what exposure I might have had. Not very good business communication practice. You need to take a lesson from AMEX! They have a great customer service group and have helped me numerous times. With that being said, I do like the phone service that Pure Talk provides and I have on numerous occasions recommend your company to friends and relatives. I hesitate to do so now because of the above stated issue.

I was definitely very pleased with the good service that I received when I first ordered Pure Talk service. Both of the representatives were very courteous and friendly. However, I was not told that my existing phone must not be locked to another carrier. I received two chips before realizing I needed to purchase an un-locked phone. The cell coverage is better than Verizon, Straight Talk, and probably T-Mobile also.

As a general rule customer service sucks and are unable to help. Something as simple as mailing to a different address is impossible. Unable to refuse use of FedEx. They are always nice, if you can understand their English. Tech support usually treats you like an idiot. I stay because network works and cheap but cringe every time I need to call in.

Internet service in my area is not very good and I need to use my phone's data a lot more than I would like, but there is never a word from you on the usage and I thank you for that. Just to let you know, the internet company is planning to install fiber optics soon, so the data usage should go down drastically if their service is improved. Thank you for being a great company. Like everything, service, price and all that stuff but cannot figure out how to setup my voicemail. Called a few times and couldn't get it fixed so I just quit trying. On hold for a long time. Should be a simple fix but just ran out of patience. I should try again but I've got by for abou two years now.

Still don't have voicemail. Called customer service twice, told it was fixed. When I call voicemail it tells me that my phone number is not a valid number. Guess I will have to call a third time. Maybe then you will figure it out, no voicemail, no voicemail, no voicemail.

I have been with Pure Talk for over 6 months now and I’m glad I moved my service to them. There has not been any problems and the service is good. I live in a rural area and was concerned about the service I would get, but it’s not a problem. There was a couple times when I first switched to Pure Talk that I had questions and called customer service, they were extremely helpful, patient and I had absolutely no problem understanding them.
