I always get great customer service. The response time is very quick. Customer service is very polite and goes out of their way to provide excellent service. All my needs have been met. Great job team!!!

I had tried to have my phone replaced thru Assurant the insurance that deals with Metro and after 3 weeks of going back and forth I still couldn't get my phone sent to me. I had called Metro on 4 different occasions for the same thing and it still wasn't solving my problem. I had talked to Assurant several times and was having issues sending in my ID to verify who I was. 3 plus weeks without a phone. Went into Metro near my house and Ramiro got on it, found out the problem between Metro and Assurant that they seemed not to be able to solve and solved it for me. I will forever be grateful for this young man who took the time to help me. Now my phone is on the way and I can communicate with my mom who happens to be going thru chemo and that was the MAIN REASON I NEEDED MY PHONE....THANKS RAMIRO FOR YOUR FRIENDLY SERVICE AND PATIENCE TO FIGURE OUT MY PROBLEM.

I have four lines with Metro and this is not the first issue but this by far is the most disturbing. Not I or any of my children had visited a store and randomly this January one of our lines stopped working. We called the person that had this number for years and it said it was no longer in service. Weird because we communicate daily. I reach to him on messenger and tell him for some reason his line says it not working so he decides to call me. This is where it gets even stranger he calls my phone and some random woman’s name shows and a different number. How does this happen so we contact them. Mind you none of us have been in the store. This has not been authorized and they tell us his line was changed last February. This is a lie because we have talked a couple days before this. Then instead of owning up to the mistake and fixing the issue they charge us 16.30 and still have no phone service on this line.
It’s been 24 hours and like last time when we had connection issues they will want more money and this wasn’t even a service we authorized. Looking for a new phone service. Metro has gone downhill. I’ve been a loyal customer paid my service every month since 2013. Yes I’m leaving over $16.30 and continued headaches with their lack of customer service.

Called in. Sat on hold, rep was very cold and didn't care. When I asked for a sup she straight up said no. And did not understand I was calling in 'cause my account was hacked and my ex has somehow gotten her info into my account and the address I have is not even 1 I have any clue. When I finally got transferred sat on hold for 10 mins before she said, "Ok, they're getting on the phone.." then 38 mins later a sup comes on and doesn't take me seriously or the fact my information or account has been jeopardized. And tells me she will put a ticket in and they will look into it like?? Asked about the prior rep and she just didn't care that she was rude or anything.

I have been a customer with Metro PCs for over 10 years and I lost my job due to my child having COVID, I used the automated system to get an extension on the night of Jan 28, it was a 72 hour extension with that being said this morning 1/31 my phone was off I called customer service to let them it hadn't been 72 hours, I let them know that I was waiting on a call from my child's doctor regarding surgery where I was basically told to pay my bill if I need to talk to them. I let them know that I have been a loyal customer and only needed it on until midnight 1/31 which would be 72hrs and was told by a supervisor that it didn't matter what time I called, Sunday is was considered 72 hours. They wouldn't turn my phone on for a total of 12 hours until I had the money. I think it was rude and I will be searching for another service provider for my 3 lines

This is the worst company I've dealt with concerning bill pay and trying to get staff to assist in billing. For whatever reason my credit card was rejected three times. My phone was disconnected. I went into a location and was told their systems are down, I was told to pay online. I went online to make a payment; I was then told to pay in person!! No one assisted on *611 or any other way. Time to get service elsewhere.

I have been with you for at least 10 years or longer... When my husband change to Att and change back to you my phone worked perfect until the people at your store said we had to change our number now. It like if my phone not worth anything. I have all kinds problems with it!!! The moment you had my number change it. Even text lousy!!!

I was post surgery and needed a new cell phone. I went to Teaneck location and they grossly overcharged me for connection, sim cards, accessories from what they verbally told me and refused to give me a receipt. T-Mobile /error customer service refused to put in an inquiry to the Teaneck location...I'm unlocking my phone in March and I'm leaving Metro after 12 years. Totally Shameful 0 ⭐ STARS.

The Metro PCS customer service has always been courteous to me..If you have a problem from a store as I did don't give up, call customer service. They will work with you if you are having problems. They are very nice and courteous and it's because of them why I'm staying.

I had a very nice Samsung Galaxy, and all of a sudden it stopped working. So went into the store to get an upgrade to find out they no longer offer that. Called customer service and they offered me another Galaxy for a certain price. I agreed and 3 days later I had my new phone. Not even 3 weeks later this new phone stops working. Called back to customer service and they apologized and said they would send another replacement, 3 days go by and no phone. Called back to customer service and now a supervisor said they wouldn't be sending me a new phone, that I would have to file a claim.
I ended up having to go buy a THIRD phone, and the next morning it stopped getting service. Had to go back to the store yet again to get help. I was lied to about the replacement phone and wasted 4 days with no phone whatsoever to find out that I have to take it to get looked at, and would have to wait to even get an appointment to get it checked. They obviously don't care about their customers that have been with them for over 10 years. I was lied to and made to believe that they would fix the issue. Now causing me even more money.

I've been going through this phone company since I Wireless went out of business and they were a great company. I've had nothing but problems getting good reception and I'm tired of buying new phones thinking it will help. I'm seriously thinking about a different phone service. I'm a gamer and need my phone for work as well. I can't do business if I can't get reception for calls and texts.

I am looking to upgrade to a new phone. I have been a Metro customer for a year. I looked online for what I was eligible for and it said an iPhone 11 for free. I called customer support because when I tried to put it in my card it's told me that what I had to do or to visit the nearest Metro store. It being after hours I called customer service two nights in a row. Both times I was told that I was in fact I was able to get the free iPhone 11. I told them I wasn't existing customer and still they agreed. I told them I could not drive 39 miles to the nearest one to be told a different story or no. I am on disability and cannot afford to do that and just waste gas.
I was guaranteed that they would notate the account and I would get my iPhone. So today I go just for the gentleman that was working in the store to tell me I was in fact wrong in that I could not get an iPhone for free and that is impossible that what I had was told was true and I informed him that I called two nights in a row and they were supposed to notate my account and of course it was not notated. They went on and on about how is not for existing customers. Well then why was I told that and why did the online website tell me that also? Whatever. I am going to leave a review everywhere that I can and upgrade my service by switching to somebody else because they had no regards for anything I told them and for how I had to drive 39 miles over there and 39 miles back with no upgrade!!! No business!!

I switched to Metro 4 years ago from another company. I've had the same phone that is now shutting off on its own. I paid insurance on this phone for well over 4 years. Call to make a claim and they want more money just to fix my phone. Don't buy the insurance. Save your money.

My name is Wesley ** on dissatisfied disappointed. I've been a Metro customer since 2001 since Metro came to South Florida. I have the same number. I went into the Metro PCS by T-Mobile store at 1483 North Federal Highway Fort Lauderdale Florida 33304 phone number 954-530-3235. I was having problems out of my phone. One of the agents look at the phone and told me I need a replacement and they would order a replacement. They called me on the 1st of December Friday that evening stating that my replacement phone was in. I told them I will be there by Sunday and suddenly a family emergency happened so I went inside the store and told him I did not have time to do the phone exchange. Can they hold the phone. I'll be there 9:00 a.m.
Monday on the 4th which was the next day I came in at 5:30 p.m. that evening when I asked them could they hold the phone the next morning. I took off from work. I was there bright and early 9:00 a.m. when they open the store just to be informed that the phone was shipped back already. I just think that's poor business, poor service and ever since the corporate stores have been gone a treat the customer like crap. Came back to the store Jan 3 2024 just to find out once they send the phone back that can't order a new one.

It has been two days trying to pay my phone bill. I've gone on the mobile app to pay and they say there's something wrong. I went to the store the payment lines were down. I went home tried online nothing either. Now my phone's shut off. Still no way to pay my phone bill and no one can help me. Oh and they want to charge a convince fee....

I ordered a phone for my oldest daughter at the beginning of December for Christmas, I've been trying to activate a phone that I paid for online, it is not 7 days later, and she has still yet to be able to use her phone, I've been on the phone with them every day and every time they tell me they have to make a ticket, and it will be another 24hrs, They told me my sim card they sent me was bad, but in order to send me a new one they have to make a ticket and that it would take 24hours for the answer, that 24hrs was up and they told me they had to make another ticket for the same thing that I have to wait another 24hours, they refuse to send me a sim card replacement for something I was already charged for and yet to be able to use, just mind blown that this is how they treat someone that literally paid for said stuff.

I have been a customer of Metro for almost 2 years. Any time I have called customer service, it is always an ordeal and the reps are rude and they lie to customers. After almost 2 hours I found myself in a situation today and I remembered being told previously that if I needed help to call and explain so they can help. I called today because I paid my bill for months in advance because my father has ALS (Lou Gherigs disease) and lives in another state so I go back and forth to help with his care, my phone is the only communication I have with his nurses and caregivers when I am not there (he lives in TN and I live in MD).
My bill was due on the 22nd and I got an extension but called to explain that I get paid few days after Christmas and just needed a little assistance in keeping my service until I get paid (which I know is an option based on my previous conversation with the supervisor that told me I could get them to assist me if I ever found myself in a situation.)
So today, I have a "supervisor" tell me that the previous rep lied to me and there was nothing going to be done about it. They just kept telling me they were sorry I was lied to and I can always lower my plan until I can afford to pay my bill. I kindly informed her that the $ isn't the problem, it's the time of my payday that I was trying to get them to work with me on and to rectify the lies that were told to me
Again, I heard how sorry they were that I was lied to but there is nothing they can do. I don't appreciate being lied to by someone I pay substantial amounts of my hard earned money to every month. I suggested that they all go through training again so that everyone is aware of what the policies are and what they are not able to do. I feel like I was being ** to get me off the phone. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS THAT PEOPLE DEPEND ON

I have been on the phone with Metro PCS customer service for nearly an hour. The agent refused to connect me to a supervisor. After waiting 30 minutes for a supervisor, the conversation switched to Spanish. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere, the agent hung the phone up. She said her I.D. # **....12/23/2023 at 4:15pm EST

Over the years I have allowed Metro PCS to steal money from me. Currently have stolen money as a Xmas gift from a relative. They've gone too far considering they've always had the worse customer service and they are never satisfactory over the phone nor in store, none of their policies or coverage remain the same. A guarantee from one sale rep to another is never the same. Metro pcs has gotten away with being dishonest for far too long.

I do not recommend the home wifi box. It's worse than the phone service. I paid 2 months for something I could not use and they refused to give me a refund, please do not waste your time or money on this service.

I have been with Metro PCS for over a decade plus and have Always had top quality CSR --agents and phone service!! Residing in various parts of the country and having superb mobile connection. If and when an issue or issues arise, the response time is exceptional and resolved immediately!

Over the last 20 years I have had nothing but terrible service from this company do not use this company. Every employee I have encountered in store is inept and incapable and actually refused to do their job. The website advertises things they will not or cannot offer the customer service line cannot offer any help. They want to charge you $200 extra to upgrade your phone and change your phone number to get it online or drive to 23 Stores to find a phone that you want. I've tried to add my ACP benefits they can't do that I'm moving to AT&T or Verizon this is ridiculous.

MetroPCS is one of the biggest scams in phone carrier history. They lie about promotions and false advertise to get customers. The phones are all factory made. None of them are actual branded phones and they're overpriced. I recently went into a T-Mobile MetroPCS store to purchase a phone. The phone was $49 at Walmart and $198 in MetroPCS. I was forced to buy the phone. When I got home I noticed the phone had a factory glitch. I called the company customer service line and was asked for more money to get a new phone. They stole $180 for me and would not replace my phone.
After sitting on the phone for 2 hours there was nothing that they could do. All of the employees on the customer service and you can't even understand what they're saying. They have strong accents because they're foreigners. All I wanted to do was trade the phone in for the same phone but was not given an option to do so so I am moving to another cheap phone carrier with overpriced phones but at least they will work when you need them to.

I got an upgrade after being a customer for more than 5 years, Kim help me when I got to the store. She give me a new phone and watch on a discount which was nice. But I had to swap to a new number to get the deals so my old number I wanted to keep she told me wait 1 week. I did I went back to the store, waited for 2 hours, she said my phone is good. Got back home. I couldn't make any call, so I went back on Saturday to spend 3 hrs with this lady trying to swap my number back which they couldn't do it. I told her due to the poor service I would just cut off my lines, she went against my wishes and got a warranty on another phone or watch, I did want anything from such poor service, now I didn't get my phone and watch and have to wait a few days for a manager. Metro PCs is so unprofessional.

I had one phone and one line and the phone broke so I went to a different company and bought a new phone with different service. I can't access my broken phone to authenticate the OT PASSWORD to access my account so I can cancel the service and since they don't have any stores in Hawaii I can't go in to have it bypassed. They won't allow me to access the account so now I have to cancel my card. Service was slow, phone was junk, and they'll steal from you. Horrible company, terrible product, and the support staff don't speak English so don't bother calling them.

Went to make a payment at Metro PCS store. Was informed they couldn't take credit cards, I said fine, I got cash. Then turns out he has no change. So I go to another store which refused to take my payment, saying I can't pay til my due date on the 11th. Really that's incredibly stupid. Never did make that payment. Tried customer service at 611. Boy they wasted my time and said they couldn't do o anything. Please consider another company. This one has major problems.

Stole my ACP benefit and would not return it. Refused to let me speak to supervisor and couldn't answer basic inquiry into my account. Tried repeatedly to resolve my issue every day for 24 days before quitting on them, though they're still cashing in on my APC benefit which I cannot use for myself and cannot recover. They are hackers and thieves at Metro. My advice is not to use them at all.

I've been with them for probably 5-6 yrs now and in different parts of Minnesota and I can say this out of any service provider, Cricket At&t or branch of Metro PCs for that matter the Mankato shop has the best staff. These guys are awesome! Always good vibes in there. They never try to like sell me stuff that I don't need. They never make me feel stupid about asking questions and they are always fast and polite so I will be with Metro PCs forever because of the people that they have working for them.

I had 1 of the free government sim cards in my iPhone for almost 2 years and I never had a problem with it till a few months ago. For some reason out of the blue it was almost impossible to get online. So back to paying a phone bill. Metro PCS seemed as good as any to me. I go in there and tell my number 1 thing is I need good Internet and I have no problem paying for good Internet. So they went on telling me how good they are. They sold me. They get a 10 for being good at what they do. So I went ahead and spent a little money and bought a Google Pixel with their best plan. I walked out the store ready to take on the world with my new phone and plan.
Now look here. If after reading this you still go buy a phone from them you must be rich and like to donate money because that's exactly what you're doing. I can only get online maybe 15% of the time and you could write a short story as long as it takes. It's way worse than my free phone ever was. There should be some kind of law about selling people a service like that. They prey on people who don't know better and once you hand them the cash there is no turning back. They are not giving you it back. What they are going to do is make it seem like they are working hard to get you good service. CRAP. They are going to tell you to turn your airplane mode off and on 50 times and and reset your network settings and it's going to work great long enough to get you out the store. As soon as you get down the road it's resume normal operations. They got me. They won.
One other thing I forgot to say. So he was acting like he was doing his best to get the price of the phone down. He said, "It's your lucky day. I got the price down to 140 for you." Long story short. I pay the money, get my receipt and go on my way. About a week later I look at my receipt and it was for 110. The dude also lined his pocket with 30 of my dollars. The lesson I learned and already knew is that you get what you pay for or what they make you think you're paying for. I cut my losses, got rid of their junk, bought an iPhone 14 from Verizon and everything works flawlessly like it should. Also keep in mind. I live right in the city 3 blocks from metro pcs. If you still go there. You're getting everything you deserve and that's nothing for 55 a month.

I always thought this was a great way to get a decent device and service when you don't have good credit or any credit. Until now. For a month I haven't been able to access my voice mail- it just says your account is not recognized, contact customer service. And I am current on my payment and no reason I shouldn't be able to access it. Due to this I missed doctor call messages and medical transportation messages that were to confirm rides to TERMINALLY ILL appts I had rendering me seriously ill now.
After several calls in all I was told was they're aware of the issue since many other customers have also called about it. I also am having trouble with my "unlimited data" having VERY slow loading of any apps or the web. They have not offered me anything to compensate for this and nothing has changed. I also missed a call.. and message and now have been unable to connect w an organization the was going to help me have a Thanksgiving meal being low income and disabled AND ALONE so the meal being the one and only thing that sets any holiday apart from being just another day. I'm having a Bologna sandwich for Thanksgiving. Thanks Metro PCS. Over a month of this issue and it's STILL an issue. And I PAID for the month as w this service you do pay AHEAD monthly. I still can't access voicemail. Still very bad connection. Still paid. NO compensation. No offers. Nothing. That's METRO PCS as of November 2023.

They have and ad saying "Have a smart watch already? Bring it in and we can activate it." I did and they can't. So, they have a sale going for a Galaxy smartwatch but shock shock, they don't have any in the store so no go there. Why run ads you cannot commit to? That used to be illegal.

I called Metro PCS customer service, tried to explain that my husband is incarcerated and they use securus phone company to make out going calls. As I did call securus because I wasn't receiving his calls. They explained that metro pcs T-mobile was the company they are having problems with because their number show up spam number. I called metro and explained everything. The first lady named Maria was rude to me and yelled at me. When she insisted that I call my husband's phone number. I explain he is in prison so no I can't call that number he calls from because it's used for outgoing calls not incoming due to it being prison.
Then I explained that my number has been approved in order for him to call me. I tried to explain that the securus company told me to go with a different phone service because they have been dealing with calls from people with t-mobile metro pcs. Mind you I have been with metro for 10 years. I asked to please remove phone spam blocker so I can talk to my husband but nope. I asked to speak to the supervisor and had me on hold for additional hour in a half. So I am going to switch phone companies. If they start to lose a lot of customers because they won't collaborate with securus hopefully they will figure it out and fix it. Leaving metro pcs and going to Verizon.

I have been chatting with multiple customer service agents at Metro PCS, my spouse spoke with Greg on Thursday or Friday of last week on my vmail, that states my acct can't be recognized. 72hrs has passed. No one has contacted us.

This is the most unprofessional company. Everyone who works there is ** and hardly speaks English. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they say there is none. The phones that they sell are garbage. I have a Motorola. Considering the girl who worked at MetroPCS didn't speak much English, she couldn't tell me just call the company for the warranty. I feel like I am in another country when I go to this place. If you ever have a problem there is nobody to call. The call center is located in Africa and the guy that I spoke to was bad-mouthing the company so bad. I'm telling you this is like a toilet bowl of a cell phone company. Go somewhere else people, trust me, just because the price is good doesn't mean the service isn't going to be horrible. I'm lucky if this phone works anywhere.

I have been a customer of Metro PCS for years and never had bad experience, however here lately I'm not sure what is going on with them. I called because I was having an issue with my service, Joel told me I qualified for a new phone for only $40. I was shocked. I didn't need a one but OK for $40 I'll take it and use it in exchange for an older phone. Meantime I had a stroke. Was admitted into hospital. When I got out the new phone was here, so I called Metro to exchange my phone lines. Everything got switched over on what Metro can do, I had to use the switch phone app to retrieve pictures and etc.. When I awoke the next morning the out was not working, I called Metro from another device and they tried telling me my TCL phone was removed from account June of 2022, which was not true. I use my phone daily, then they told me they wanted $25 to reopen my line, my line was never closed. Like I say I use my phone daily every day.
Metro told me they would report it and it would be resolved in 24 hours, I explained I do not want this new phone. It does not work, what I want is for you to transfer everything back the way it was before the new phone got switched. She told me she could not do that even if she wanted to, I will need to pay $25. So now I'm stuck here without a phone because she said there was nothing she could do unless I paid the $25, just getting home from hospital in Gainesville from a stroke this is not fair to me the customer.

I called Metro PCS to get the password for my phone to use the hotspot on the tv because internet was out, he told me where to find the password but then told me I could save $30 on my phone bill through ACP, he would send me a text. He said everyone gets approved, I asked him about income restriction, he said whatever the application asked for just say yes. I started the application with him on the phone and I told him that I said yes to the income but then it asked for paystubs and I told him I wouldn't qualify but he said everyone does. He said I would pay the $30 when my bill is due 11/22, then $25 in December after the $30 credit but if I change my mind, I can go back to the $30 plan, I got the text at 10pm on 11/9.
At 9:30a, 11/10, I called to get back the $30 plan because I didn't want send my paystub because the household income is more than the minimum wage, I was told my bill is $66....I was livid, the customer service rep said she would have to ask a manager to get me back to the $30 plan and was I could but it will be prorated so I owe $41. What is going with the agent at metro pcs, is it a commission thing, I have had this $30 plan since 2019, I had no problem, all I wanted was to use the hotspot for the tv. How will fix this by 11/22 for me to pay $30 for the plan I've been paying for years?

All today my data was up and gone and all my Hotspot was gone. I was told by a young lady that I never had unlimited data in hotspot but I know I did when I had just discussed it when I got last week. He fixed the problem with with no problems. She was very rude to me, kept me on the phone for over 48 minutes. "Hello sir. Hello sir. Are you there? Hold on. Please wait. Please sir" and continue that for 48 minutes and then got on the phone, pretend to be a supervisor then talk to me, "Hello hello I can't hear you. Hello hello I can't hear you. Okay now I can hear you. I can't do anything about it and I don't care if you leave Metro. Have a nice day." Continue to listen to me on the phone talking to my friend and then say a smart remarks to me saying that MetroPCS never had unlimited data and unlimited hotspot. I've been with the company over 5 years She needs to be taught a lesson and lose her job because she did not treat me fair at all.

So I’ve been with Metro since 6+ years. So I called today to speak with a representative about my account but since my phone is currently off the automatic service told me "your account is suspended and you can’t speak with a a representative until your bill is paid in full." I’ve never heard that before and it really got me confused.

I ordered a new phone and new line from metrobytmobile.com. The SIM card would not work so I called their "customer service" (ie overseas call center). Metro By T-mobile has the WORST customer service ever. I called at least 10 times and their horrible agents just do everything they can to NOT help you. They try to pass you off to someone else and they love to refer you to the Metro physical store (which are not corporate now and are independently owned-so it should be the call center helping you).
The store employee called the Dealer Support Group several times also and they would say they are sending me a new SIM card, but of course, they never did. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am cancelling my service immediately as Metro By Tmobile is AWFUL!!!! Don't fall for their great online phone deals like me as you will regret it. Whoever is reading this from corporate-you should be ashamed of yourself working for such an awful, horrible to customers company.

They promise High speed. I get no connection sometimes. I have to wait and wait til the connecting network will pick me up. The customer service is good. It's just the network does not meet anyone's means when they pay for the max of the product or service.

I began service with them in 2019, I regret the action, it wasn't One, of my better decisions. Every month, a week before my bill was due, my phone was blown up, with reminders via text. I needed my account number, to transfer to my new carrier, they wanted $30.00, I went to my banks app, pulled it it up. Interesting enough, because I had not paid my bill, they would not transfer me to an agent.
I also received a text, from F.C.C., stating my A.C P, account was no longer valid. I went to the store in Terrell Texas, and spoke with the manager, Manuela, who assured me, it was a mistake on their end. Lo and behold, my account was suspended. To get service turned back on, I would need to pay the full price of $125.00, a far cry from paying $60.00 a month. My normal bill, it gets better, when I tried to switch, I learned my phone was locked for 196 days. A day passed. My phone number was deleted and my A.C.P, account suspended as well as my phone service. Save yourself some frustration, and pass them by, when shopping for phone plans, One way or another, they will get their money back, and screw you on the process.

I've been with Metro for 5yrs now and lately, it's just one irritation after the next. Got insurance, got my phone replaced, they took my insurance off. I got my insurance back and messed my phone up a week later and I was told I had to wait to use my insurance. I borrowed a phone from my dad for the time being and kept trying to see when could I use my insurance. When I was finally able to use it they said they doing the insurance on the phone I borrowed instead of the 200 dollar phone I paid for so I had to get a downgrade from the phone I had.
Even now my sim tray is messing up and I'm trying to switch my sim card but they not understanding that I can't receive a text or call from anybody and they referred me to go to the store so they can tell me the same thing. But the store is closed now and I'm so ticked off, I'm ready to go to anybody else but Metro. They really suck and aren't knowledgeable at all. They can't help me and when they do help with one thing they to excited but we on the phone for a hour and barely got the phone working but this is the crap Assurant sent me instead of my 200-dollar phone I paid for, sad. I'm done with Metro.

In the 6 months of having Metro I've had to call customer service maybe for different times. Each time I was able to get my request processed using the account pin I set up. But once I decided to transfer my number to T-Mobile because my Metro PCS phone broke and I couldn't receive messages on the old phone. The only way they claimed to be able to help was with a one time text that I wasn't able to receive, which had never been the case for accessing my account before. Extremely dissatisfied. Money for a whole month's bill wasted. Will never recommend Metro again.

I had Metro PCS by T mobile for almost 2 years. I had insurance on my device since day one. I turned in 2 claims, once I dropped my cell the other it got wet. Well they didn't tell me. That after the second claim they cancel your insurance. And I got it wet. Called them and after repeated calls to them and Assurant. I find out I have no insurance. So I wouldn't choose them if I had it to do over.

I recently called in for an explanation of my bill that clearly said a certain amount on my account but, was charged 35.00 more. I asked the agent to transfer me because I could sense that she was not knowledgeable. The supervisor was so rude and nasty to me. Kept pressing buttons in my face. I was not rude or loud once. Out of frustration the supervisor hung up on me. After 90 mins I got hung up on by the "supervisor." I had Metro in the past and knew better. Please be careful with this company. I'm moving on to Straight Talk and never looking back.

I needed to replace my phone yesterday. There were only 2 CS reps there. I specifically asked my rep about getting the cheapest plan with the cheapest phone. She told me that I had to get a new number and open a new account to get the best deal. I did, indeed, save money on the Revvll 6x 5G phone. She didn't tell me that she signed me up for the most expensive plan that Metro offers for one line, which is $75 a month. I realized this after paying for the phone and going home. Once you activate, it's too late. You have to wait one month to get a cheaper plan. I feel very stupid and naive. Had I known this, I would have kept my existing line and just paid a little more for a replacement line. I feel like I was taken advantage of and duped. The next time I need a new phone, I will change companies altogether.

I used them for over 12 years. I ended my relationship due to bad service and they were to refund me within 30 days then said they will not after 60 days. No one says the same thing or uses the same processes. Depends on which country answers your call. Pay more for better service elsewhere.

A few weeks ago, I went into a MetroPCS store at Ormond Beach Florida. I wanted a device change to a new phone, and so spoke to the rep at the store. He said doing the change online yourself was free, but that he could do it now given that I call in later and ask to waive the fee and claim I didn't know about it. Now at this point I should have just thought about a little more and gone with the easier option of doing it from home but I felt like if this guy was telling me to do something, he would know best, so I just let him do it. During the process he was unable to apply my current plan which was a cheaper unlimited plan, so he told me that I would need to also correct that on the same phone call.
After going home and calling MetroPCS twice to try and get it waived, I realized that they weren't going to waive it, and it also happened that I ended up paying for a more expensive plan I didn't want and also for the device change. In between the first and second phone call to MetroPCS I went back to the store and told them that they did not waive it. He told me to try and call again to get a different representative and hopefully to get it waived via a phone rep asking a floor manager. This did not happen.
I decided to send a letter to T-Mobile's customer response team, in which it was explained to me that what the store did was wrong, and they "respectfully declined" to refund me. I ended off my interaction to the customer response rep with ensuring that my phone plan would change back to my original one when this cycle ended.
However it still does not solve the issue with the time I wasted, the device fee which could of been free, and the fact that I have ran out of data from the 5gb plan I was forced onto and I'm currently dealing with slow data which is an issue for my work. It's one thing to waste money and cause me to lose time but it's another thing when I can't even use my phone. I depend on unlimited data and this is a problem for me.

Their customer service is an absolute joke. They just go ahead and lie to you about anything just to get you off the phone. I've been trying to apply my ACP. They haven't done it. It's been it's been a month now making multiple calls about it and they still haven't applied the application so instead I had to pull the money out of my own pocket even though I'm eligible for the the program. I mean I've spent multiple hours on the phone with these morons. What a joke. These guys got to go. They just committing fraud fraud and more fraud.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. The agents on the 611 are nasty and offer no help. When you ask to speak to manager (Jazel) she hangs up on you like your business does not even matter. I have been with Metro for years and have 4 lines with them. The phone I have recently purchased a few months ago comes with 20 GB of mobile hotspot and since I have had this line I have never been able to use the hotspot because it does not work, I have made several attempts to troubleshoot this device and nothing has changed. I will be switching my services on all 4 devices to a different service provider that care more about their paying customers. I am a very disappointed customer.

The bloatware is getting ridiculous...they blast you with their Metrozone news every time you open phone...this use up your data...Just look up on YouTube to disable. Otherwise the phone work well for a great price...unless you're using massive amounts of data...this phone should satisfy your need for a low price ...they also did sign me up for a 5.00 Mexico calling plan I did not sign up for...I just thought it was 5.00 tax...after a year or so I found out what it was...I called for a refund. They left me on hold for 20-30mins then just dropped the call...

Existing customers needing a upgrade are asked to get a new number or they are charging regular price for a better phone. I have a iPhone 7. Would like to upgrade to a 11. I can get this for free if I change my number but to keep my number they want 660.00. This is crazy and try going to different locations. They offer anywhere from 350-660 to keep your number. This just seems like a scam to me. I have to switch carriers to get a up grade on my phone for a decent price and keep my number. Idk if all companies do this but I have had this number for 15 years and this is crazy that I have to change companies now or pay a outrageous price for not the newest phone but just a upgraded one.

I spent $600 on a phone upgrade 5 days ago. They had issues activating my new phone, but support stated that it would be activated in a couple of hours. 5 days later and 7 phone calls later, I still have no service on my new phone. Spent 3 hours in the originating store on Monday and still no resolution to the issue; can't activate my new phone. This is not my problem. What is my problem is the $600 that I spent on a phone that is useless as it's still not activated and customer service has no desire to help me. No one has an answer for me and it's essentially sorry, not my problem and I can't help you. AND, a no refund policy. Essentially, too bad for you, but thank you for giving us $600 for nothing!

I started using Metro because they are members of the ACP program, you can't choose a plan when connecting, only the most expensive one is available for $ 65. Later I decided to change to a cheaper one, but this cannot be done in my personal account, and the support said that if they change the plan, I will need to send an application for participation in the ACP program again. And this is again a waste of time and money. That's all their advantages crossed out with their greed, I will have to change the provider again, at least others have more Internet for this money.

Service, phones are NOT the problem. My complaint is their customer service representatives. These are people with a language barrier that makes it nearly impossible to get your issue resolve. It takes multiple calls to maybe getting your issue resolve. It's super draining. Nearly making you not want to continue being a customer. They are untrained and will just tell you anything to just get you off the phone, laying about literally everything, making you think they really going to help, which they don't therefore it creates multiple calls. The most frustrating customer service experience ever. It's like they don't care to invest in good training, educated representatives and actually solving your issue. It's just terrible terrible terrible customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of Metro since it began. I still even have free Amazon Prime (an offer they gave to join). They have gotten terrible. I've tried and tried to get help and they won't respond. When they messed up my phone, I tried to get them to fix it and they said they didn't touch my phone. The girl that did was standing at the counter! I told them yes she did, check the cameras. They refused. Now my phone gets hot and they deleted everything. All my photos, files, and drives. My Google one drive was wiped Clean and unrecoverable. I went to the shop owner for help and she told me that she couldn't do anything but warranty out my phone. I would have to give it to them so they can mail it out and then I could come pick up the new one in a few weeks when it comes in. Then I attempted to reach customer service and all they would do is take down my notes and someone would call back but nobody would ever call back.
I tried to speak to a supervisor and they told me there was nothing they could do and hung up in my face. I went to the Better Business Bureau and the better Business bureau was unable to get a response from the company. So now I'm paying monthly for a phone that overheats and for an expanded storage that it doesn't even matter anymore because they deleted everything. I was insulted and essentially called a liar by the owner and the customer service.

Billing dispute: For over 1 hour I explained to the representative that I never asked for an upgrade on my cell phone, what I did ask for was a payment extension. Why would I upgrade if I couldn't afford my bill at the time? I was given to a supervisor who was rude, spoke over me and stated several times that she could only go by what was noted on my account. So I am being charged for something I did not do! Why would I upgrade to downgrade less than a month later?! Make it make sense! So yeah, they made $30 extra dollars off of me. How many other people have you done this to? That's bad business and your employees need some serious customer service training, especially your supervisors. Being one myself, shame on them!

I have been a customer since 2010, in mid 2021, I was not with them due to moving out of the country. Came back 18 months later, absolutely terrible, I have been back for 6 to 7 months now and I have called in several times each month regarding how my calls get dropped or I never receive them, I never have service (2 bars max), my text messaging doesn't work most of the time so I have to use Facebook Messenger and my internet is ** and slow, my mobile works when it wants to. I have called these people dozens of times and they say they fixed it but they didn't. They gave me one courtesy credit. I have to wait hours to talk to a supervisor, In fact am waiting right now and am on an 1 hour and 45 minutes. Metro is the worst and I'm switching. Everything sucks about this company.

I purchased a phone 3 months ago from Metro in Regency. It froze up on me. I took it back, spoke to Lexi suppose to be the assist supervisor. I was told it takes replacement 3-5, it was over 15 days before I heard something. I asked Lexi what about my screen protector that I purchased for original phone? She said she had me. Which to me means I'll give you another one. Gets to the office. Lexi tells me about charges that I may have to pay after the fact not when I brought the phone in. What is that. Because Metro sold a defective devices. But I suppose to pay the hidden fees. I thought was really unacceptable. How can you all do your customers this way!
Then Lexi tells me it takes a whole hour to download my info to new phone. Mind you I asked Lexi about the screen protector. She said again she had me. I came back in an hour. Lexi had her lil disrespectful lil yes girl w/ the glasses tell me they can't just give me a screen protector. I told her I did want to talk to her. Because to me she was disrespectful and had attitude. And she don't know what Lexi told me. First of all you all didn't give me Jack nothing. But a defective phone, extra fees and got to purchase a new protector. Disrespectful employees. That's what I got. Which I think it's all fair to replace my protector and waive that fee.
So Lexi had her yes girl flunky w/ glass had attitude like she was ready to cut me down like she doing me a service. Lexi have her tell me something that she should have told me and promised me herself. I talk to Lexi. She claims they didn't have a protector for new phone. And flunky girl said something totally different. Someone lied.
Regency branch needs some respectful mature skilled associates there because I refused to let some lil kids talk down or disrespectful to me. Also set in parking lot to call customer service. And they had suspended my phone for a fee put on me because metro sold me a defective phone and a fee you all should eat. This store the policy and the associate sucks. I've been w/ Metro for over 14 yrs and this is my first ** day w/ Metro. There were 4 or 5 there ear hustling and doing nothing. Get some grown people in that store. If you come there on the weekend there's only 2 people there. Line long as heck but week days associate just standing around doing nothing. Never felt so undervalued. Disrespectful kids. And Lexi could have handle that better. All of them need to be gone.

I have had Metro service for 3 years with my wife, I have my own personal phones the whole time. I broke my personal phone. Went into a local metro store here in Daytona Beach. I was advised to buy a revvl 6 mobile phone and said if there was any problems. I could return it in 14 days. The phone keeps shutting off during my service calls at work. And I had to pull over to get information from my boss so I tried to return the phone on day nine with receipt and box. Same person to set. I could get a refund within fourteen days Denad mia respond. After I purchased a new phone for my job set. That was an upgrade. Because I kept the same number even though the prior phone was my personal phone so I contacted yesterday.
Complaint department complaint department. A woman named Elisa said that she made note to go to a different metro store. And they would give me my refund. Call my information in the Metro Promise. So I went to a different store and Holly Hill, Florida. They said they could not give me the refund because they did not have the Authority to do so and the notes. The complaint departments put the night before. Said I was just interested in making a complaint. It did not say nothing about me. Getting my refund back so I was lied to not once but twice. So the store representative in Holly Hill. Get me a number to the general manager which was named Keith ** I think.
Anyways I contacted the number and it says error number. I tried to send screenshots to my receipts error number so I contacted the complaint department once again keep in mind. This has been 3 days now. The complaint department says no, they will not give me a refund. Now they want to repair the phone. I was promised a refund. The metro promise does not stand. Should I show you? So now I have to go through this with my credit card company. Because I was sold, I defective device swipe vise.
Anybody buying phones for metro? Be sure of what they put on your receipts. They may put upgrade when it is not enough grade when it has nothing to do with a second phone from them. When it is your first phone from them, which prevent you from getting a refund. And during this process, the initial store that sold me. The phone was very cocky. And very rude and And very unprofessional. This has caused me a lot of undue stress. I have tried to be reasonable. I have contacted everybody that I could think. Unrecorded lines, they do not care about the lies. They've told they do not care about the time. It's took me to run around trying to get a refund. The main thing about it is the secondary option to get it repaired is not an option. Because I am my plumber by trade. I have to have my phone now. I can't believe a company liked this lied to me after me and my wife has used them for for years. So sad.

I have this plan for teen. My mistake, I thought when I gave my credit card, payments would be automatic. My teen has a govt phone so I filled out the forms and noticed that my plan was notified. He came home from school and was unable to make/receive calls. Had to communicate via social media. Here w/o notice, the phone was suspended. What is frustrating is that in order to talk to someone, a payment has to be made. The plan is supposed to be free yet I have to pay $42 before I can speak to someone. Disgusting.

These people are so stupid they shut your cell phone off on the 30th before the 1st. MetroPCS is horrible cell phone provider. Not worth the monthly fee. Your phone goes off and you have to find a PC computer and use two different credit cards to get your phone working, you can't even use 611 through the phone to pay your bill. Really inept support and programming and the jerk that thought of this is an **. You going to shut my phone off when I've already paid for 31 days of service on the 30th, completely horrible customer service planning implementation programming and procedures. I spent over 1hr trying to get a transfer code sent to me. 1 Delay tactic after another. Told me since phone was off, couldn't send transfer code by text. All other texts sent were fine though. This one wouldn't be secure, even though they had already sent security codes via text. Liars and overpriced service, and then they make it ridiculously difficult to leave them. My advice? Don't start with them in the first place!

This company does not care about its customers and are perfectly fine giving out bare minimum effort and service. Their phone service is inconsistent and In all honesty no better than smaller brands like Cricket and Boost. They charge you fees for paying online (enrolled in autopay or not) and if I try to pay in person they also charge me a fee but there are times they don’t. Inconsistent is the word I’m thinking of. DO BETTER. Don’t go to Metro. Save your money!!

I get paid 1x a month on the 3rd. I went in on the 3rd to take my phone off another account, same co. I explained that I'm opening my account on the third so my due date will be the third when I get paid. They said the due date would be on the 2nd and I said I have 0$ before the 3rd, which was why I came in on the 3rd. "Can I change the due date to the 3rd." The rep tells me I have to wait 14 days to change the due date. I said that would be fine. So I make the account.
It's now the 26 and I couldn't find a way to change the date online so I call in. While trying to get to the department to change my date, there's a recording saying a fee/taxes and payment upfront is required to change the date. What? When I talked to the first rep, I explained my situation that I specifically went in on my payment date so the billing date would be the same only to be told the bill date would be the 2nd, not the 3rd and the rep told me on the phone that I could change the date but excluded telling me about the charges And that I would have to pay in full or my service would be interrupted. She apologized and said she would waive the fee. She was very nice but I was having problems with my service and was accidentally disconnected.
I called right back and got another rep. She said they don't waive their fees and the lady before her didn't know. The first lady had also put our discussion in my file because the second rep saw her notes. I explained everything and she said they haven't waived their fees for several months. I told her if that was the case, the original rep who created my account could have told me of the fees and I would have waited a few days to get the correct billing date that I need. Did I mention I get paid only once a month? Yeah, this time of the month I live off of change. I have no money for food let alone charges that could have been avoided.
I escalate to a supervisor. Trying really hard to keep my cool. She is condescending and cutting me off and talking over me. She keeps repeating that I knew the due date when I made my payment. Over and over, not letting me explain. But obviously not talking about the part I spoke of changing the due date and the non-disclosure of the fees. When I asked her not to speak over me so I could explain, she said to not speak over her. How do they train their reps on customer service? Why would they treat their paying customers like this.
So, I tried to say, when I told the original rep about my concerns, why didn't he simply tell me to come back in 2 days to make the account? Why he didn't warn me about the fees? All of this would have been averted. She completely ignored me and again spoke over me, reciting my agreement. That when I paid I agreed to the due date. Duh...! She refused to answer my questions or even listen to me.
Do they NOT want you to pay on time? No. They just want to keep charging you fees. So I asked her when I could unlock my phone and she said I had to be on the account for 6 months. Wow. She actually listened to that question and answered me. Wondering if the 2 years this phone has been on their network prior would count. Bad company. Equally bad people. Find someone else. If there is even any respectable services out there.

My phone broke and I have insurance on it. I went to the Metro PCS Store they charged me $15 to get the insurance companies phone number and would not allow me to use their phone to call the insurance company to file a claim. I used my dad's phone and filed a claim with the insurance company and paid the $60 for a replacement phone. The insurance company shipped it to the wrong address and would not fix the problem and a customer service agent at Metro PCS tried to convince me to buy $400 phone.
I changed phone providers but Metro PCS would not allow me to get a transfer out pin number to my new phone provider over phone. I had to T-Mobile than to Metro PCS Stores and the lady at Metro PCS store gave invalid transfer pin number. I tried to disconnect my phone service with Metro PCS in person and over the phone and they declined. I had proper paperwork, ID and such but they would not do anything for me. Today I filed a theft, fraud, and harassment charges against Metro PCS and their insurance company Asurion which criminal and after they are convicted I will sue in civil court. I have been a loyal customer of Metro PCS since February 1st 2017.. Shame on Metro PCS AND T-Mobile...

MetroPcs has a lot of disorganization and does not have a good service to solve the problems. Most of the time it does not have agents available to attend moderately complex cases, the automated phone always wants to charge, no matter if your plan is already paid. Here is my case: On 08/17/2023 I paid for the two phones associated with my account, each separately. On 08/21/2023 there was no service. I contacted (miraculously the service to discuss the problem) and they had no logical explanation to the problem. Management took approximately 3 hours. Finally, given the incompetence of the company to solve the case, I ended the call. The service was restored on 08/22/2023 and still when calling 611 they report that the plan has not been paid and therefore an agent cannot assist me.

The Metro pcs store on 3560 Nostrand ave is trying to rip people off. They tried to charge me 45 dollars to do a device swap. They claim these are metro prices so I called metro on the phone and they stated that it cost 15 dollars plus tax to do a device change. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy a14 8 days ago. After putting on my charger for the night, I woke an my phone was unusable, like the screen circuited out, could not get into. So I took my phone the store I bought it and they refused to help me and told me that was not their problem. I paid almost $300 to use a phone for 8 days. And then girl starting laughing when her boss, over the phone, told her "I don't want to deal with this **, get them outta there. Don't do a phone switch." He didn't realize he was in speaker phone. To which the girl laughed. I asked why is she laughing. She said "'cause you look dumb right now being all upset and stuff". I calmly left, 'cause I was beyond mad.

I don't know how to change the bad review I made earlier about Metro not being able to activate my phone. Since then they corrected all the issues and even provided a new phone work a new line for 30 more pretty month with a lower overall monthly cost. I am really happy I stayed with them over 10 years now.

I am deeply saddened to find out the sales lady at Metro T Mobile told me to call as soon as the new phone arrived and they would activate it and change to the desired number we already have, because I have had the phone for 2 days now and they say there is a glitch on their end making it impossible to activate. They say call back in 24 hours. I did this and then they again say I have to wait another 24 hours. An elderly person is waiting with no working phone. I feel deceived. This was my favorite phone company before this happened. I had supported them for over 10 years and I had recommended them to my parents. It saddens me that big companies don't care and no shady practices. I have used 5 hours calling in trying to get help. I don't think any other company is better. They are all evil at this point it seems. They only care about extracting money.

This company made changes to my plan without my consent! Took away my mobile hotspot without notification. Started with a promotion deal to cut my cost in half if switched over from boost. Then they took away my hotspot without my knowledge, which I used for work. They are complete liars and thieves! Do not ever trust this company, they will say anything to get you in, then make changes to your plan behind your back! They changed my plan twice in one day for a dollar less with hotspot but then changed back as soon as I hung up. After the 4th call that day and speaking to a manager they said they could only offer me a plan that cost double to get my hotspot back. They lied and made promises they never intended to keep.

I have had Metro for several years, previously I've had no issues. Starting about 3 months ago, I started noticing my phone was switching from 4g to 2g constantly preventing me from using Internet when I was out and about and away from my wi-fi. I use my cell to sign in and work, it sends security codes via text so I can work daily. I started not receiving texts and getting voicemails but never seeing the call. Over the course of 3 months my service went from great to unbearable. Reached out to customer service, their troubleshooting was worthless. I don't want to change providers but I have no choice... I'm constantly late getting on my system at work because it takes me 10-15 minutes to get a text. I'm at the grocery store and literally have to no service while I'm trying to unlock my debit card. Basically I'm not on WiFi. I'm not getting Internet and texts/calls are 50/50. It's sad.

I have been a customer with Metro PCS for more than 5 yrs... my phone stop working and I paid for prepaid service for a month, but can't use my phone, so they could not verify my identity, they said they can't refund my my money. Unless they verify my identity through text in my phone that stop working. Ridiculous and there are no corporate stores on Long Island to do so. I just want my 50 dollars I paid for my prepaid service I can't use.

I called customer service regarding unlocking the phone and 3 times a supervisor literally lied to me as to how to solve the issue, and one supervisor actually gave me a wrong number. Most of their phones have issues such as dropping calls or being unable to hear someone while on an existing call. Can't wait to leave this pathetic excuse of a phone company. Supervisors whom have no clue what their job is.

I have been having major issues for the last 2 months with Metro PC. On June 18th they ordered thru my insurance a replacement phone. Which has been nothing but a nightmare since. Customer Service tells you 1 thing the insurance tells you another. The replacement phone was to be a NEW PHONE. Instead, it's a refurbished at best. The battery overheats to the point you can't touch the back of the phone. It locks up and when someone calls you don't receive the call, it goes directly to VM and pops up 30-45 minutes later.
So after an hour conversation last night, the customer service agent said it has to be replaced immediately. So this morning I called to have this happen at which point I was told, "Oh you need to send us the phone first then we will decide if we are to replace it." I asked for a Supervisor, the Supervisor told me that they decide how to handle claims, not Metro PC. I explained it was all in the notes from last night to read them. After a huge runaround, I will be contacting the BBB, Consumer Rights and an Attorney to file a lawsuit about inferior and actually dangerous products on Metro and Assurance Insurance who is the carrier for Metro. If anyone else has had this same issues please contact we and we can file a joint suit.

MetroPCS, literally, lost $933.00, and they won't do anything about it. We paid approx $933 to the company ahead of time, to cover my internet costs in advance for several months. All of sudden, no one knows where it went. Someone accessed my account, and my security info was overridden. The money went to a credit card that doesn't belong to me, and the company sent out a refund check to an address that doesn't belong to me either. Yet, they stated that their people at the store did it. But, the money has turned up missing, and no one will do anything about it. I've contacted numerous attorneys, so far, but no one will touch it because metro has an arbitration clause in their contracts. They're so big, no one will touch them. These people have access to my account and everything in it, but no one will solve the problem or tell me where my money went, yet they want me to continue with them? Are they out of their minds? Where is my money, Metro??

Beware of the WIKO VOIX. This phone is garbage. Battery life is only half a day with no apps running in background. Sound cuts on and off while in a call and it actually open apps on its own. Also Customer Service is very poor when it comes to in store and Rep communication. There is none. You get one thing said on phone and in store it be more to pay and other stipulations. Find a different carrier with better phones especially in TEXAS!

Metro is bogus, phone been due for an upgrade over a year ago and they refuse to upgrade my phone, and when I ask for corporate number they gave me a bogus number. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and all they did was transfer me around to people who can't even speak clear. I'm sick of y'all.

No manager in store at 2040 Forest Ave and was given wrong information on product and receipt said I have 18 days to return and they were very disrespectful and it was only 2 days when I tried to return store. I am 62 years old and don't understand all this technology and relied on their word but they took advantage and just wanted a sale and now paid for a product I can not use. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely the worst! I lost my phone last night. I started very early this morning to get the process started to get a new phone. I spent probably 5 or 6 hours on the phone, plus my lunch hour, and spoke with FIVE agents in a row, each one promising me that the options they were offering me and that I was accepting would process. They kept giving me made up reasons for what was going on, it was very obvious after a while. After spending literally all day on the phone with them.. they finally tell me that they cannot help me after all. That I should go to the MetroPCS store. I am really upset about this.
Some of the agents were very rude and sarcastic, even though they would routinely tell me it would be 2 minutes and then 20 minutes later they are still "processing". Even though at one point all they were doing is updating an address. They had no idea what they were doing and are liars. They completely wasted my time today when I was supposed to be remote working. I only wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!!

Only for them to end up telling you to go to a Metro PCS store after being on the phone forever! The language barrier is horrific and they seem very incompetent to even be able to assist you. I went with this company for a few years. I bought a new in October of 2022 and it wasn’t working right, the technician in the store said the phone is definitely broken, but she did nothing to help me, she wouldn’t replace the phone even though I bought it from her. Then the company wouldn’t replace it for me either. I had insurance and they still wouldn’t honor the insurance because they said I waited too long to file a claim, I am now with another company but I am still paying $20 a month for a phone that is sitting in a desk drawer.

After 2 years of use, my cell phone cracked and I ordered a new one. They sent one in the mail via FedEx, and didn't send me a delivery confirmation. Via tracking, I saw the package was delivered to a house that clearly wasn't mine, and any attempt to follow-up was met with lies. I filed a police report. FedEx closed the case after a week, but Metro's is still open, and they require a month to investigate. Due to the long wait, I had to buy a new phone out of my own money, and the insurance I paid for was useless.

I've been a Metro PCS' customer for 10 years my households bills for unlimited internet monthly reach around 200$ plus s month. 3 phones 2 tablets within the last few months or maybe when they switch to Metro by TMobile in my area I couldn't send or receive messages. Was loading pages for up to an hour and a half simple Google searches. So I go buy a new phone a 5g 250$ phone. Only made the problem worse have called 20 times in the last 2 months. They tell me it's because I'm not unlimited on that particular device which I am I pay the bill put me on hold. The woman say, "That's ok honey now your unlimited".
My local store I go in to fix the issue the man who sells me the phone restarts it. Within a half hour of leaving the store I received a text a partial payment was made to my account. I have no charge that I authorized when I inquired they don't know they see a payment. I can only assume the person who made a payment after me the incompetent employee put on my account. When you call and wait typically they sent you to a different tower. So for maybe an hour it works. I live in the 5th largest city in Philadelphia. I've just had to go and purchase wifi. This company service sucks. I'll be dropping them this month.

I called customer service to get the transfer PIN number. I use the same PIN code number and I live at the same address and had no problem until now when I wanted to cancel our service. She said the verification I gave her doesn’t match. I’ve been using the same PIN number and zip code for over 13 years. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused. I was on hold for over an hour. My wife decided to call Metro on her phone to ask for a Transfer Pin Number so we could switch to another mobile network. She gave them all the verification and it matched. My wife was able to get it done. I was still on hold with the same Metro representative. The representative hung up on me when I told her I’m not hanging up the phone until I speak to a supervisor. She was rude and still refused to connect me to her supervisor. I’m so glad we are no longer Metro PCS customers.

Bought their phone in the internet in one day. After keeping it and trying to work out the internet I decided to take it back., They gave me another internet box. This one didn't work either so I went back and told him, "We're sorry. We can't get it to work. We've tried every room with the box." I kept my phone no problem with that. This is the second box we returned. We ask for the refund right away because we didn't have internet. After 2 hours standing in line waiting for him to return the money he said. "I'm sorry. We can't finish it today but come back tomorrow." So we went back me and my boyfriend the next day again. He said, "I'm sorry. I know I owe you the money because I charged you twice but I don't know how to do it so come back tomorrow again."
We went back on the third day and he was not there there was somebody else in his place. He told us to come back the next day because that was the guy that was working with us and he knew nothing about it and he couldn't help us to get our money back. So we went back at the fourth time and the guy said again he is having trouble with the computer but he said for sure we will have the money for you. So on the 5th day he had text us and said he reimbursed the money so my boyfriend checked his checking account and what he did was he took back the money that he originally gave him the first time for the first box. And he gave him a credit on the first box but not the second box.
We've been fighting these people for 5 days to get the money back and put back into the checking account. We showed them the checking account about what he was doing and he just laughed. We tried calling them this evening and they won't answer the phone. I guess they know our number. I called corporate and she said, "Go down there and talk to him again. They should give you your money." Well we were out of $67 and will probably never see it because we tried five times.
Now that I read the reviews I know we will never receive our money because corporate doesn't give a damn about anything and I can't get through to their number anymore I don't know what happened but they kind of disappeared off of the planet. I talked to a Liz at corporate one evening and she seemed very nice and she said she would get this taken care of and we heard of nothing. Never got a phone call from anyone. But Metro did call us today and the guy that has been waiting on us said that they reimbursed the money but when we looked at it in the checking account we seen that he had taken the money back from the checking account. It was not credit at all.
I think Metro PCS should be sued by all of these people giving bad reviews and we should all stick together. I am willing to do this if everyone else is to sue the hell out of these people for ripping us off. They only have one star and only one good five star which is probably the brother or sister that made up the review. The place I am talking about is on 1792 Longwood Florida 32750. These three guys are a joke and one of them is the manager and every time he seen us coming the door after the second time he goes back into the office like these guys belong to you I'm not dealing with them.
This place is a big joke don't ever buy a phone or Internet with them they will rip you off. There is no corporate number anymore these Metro stores know this so that's how they can treat everybody like **. I repeat do not deal with MetroPCS they will take your money again and again and again and keep it. Something needs to be done and I mean now.!!!

The least helpful employees of all time. Quoted by the "other" Metro PCS store that those guys are liars and just kids. Went in for a battery...Employee...immediately told me to go to another place of business to have my phone fixed which would have incurred a repair bill. Next, I commented...maybe I might want a new phone. They weren't helpful at all.
A Moto G Play was suggested and I said I did not want to leave Samsung. After all that I was not happy with Moto phone operating system and went to return it because Motorola says online (in several searches) that they will take phone back within 14 days. Not so. Was told that my phone was an upgrade and not eligible. IT'S new...9 days old! Now I'm stuck with a phone I am not happy with, not using, that I used very little for 9 days. Had them reactivate my old phone. Charged me again for reactivation. The employees need to be building good customer relations...They also need to clean up their personal appearance which reflects MetroPCS.

I had a problem in Metro PCS phone ne internet was slow and then interrupted. I called metro pcs customer service to help because I clock in and out in my job using application in my phone. I missed 2 punches even they told me that they will solve the problem. The third day I called and then they troubleshoot my phone. Net was good. They offer me a gift phone as I had this problem and am 5 years customer with metropcs. I told the lady I don't need it because my phone is good and expensive and am living alone in United States. So I don't need it. She told me it's an opportunity to get a phone and I pay only 30 $. I said ok.
I got the phone in mail and I called back customer service. I said I wanna unlock it because am gonna use it in vacation overseas. The guy told. "You need first to activate it and then wait 6 months then you can unlock it." I asked him 3 times if I activate it should I pay extra money or this can affect my old phone and my phone number. He said absolutely noo. I ask him many times to make sure. He, "I told you no. Don't worry." And I thank him. He activated my phone and asked me to rate his service in a survey. I rated everything 10/10 as I did before with the other lady. I paid 50 $ plan as usual but 1 day after due date metro pcs suspended my account telling me that I need to pay extra 6 $ and monthly 80 $ for 2 lines I have.
I called the customer service. I explain to the lady 4/14/23. She told hold on. To call the supervisor. He couldn't do nothing except reduce 6 $ to 3 $. I told him I will not pay nothing because they told me before different thing. He put me in a hold again. We spent about an hour talking. No result no help. I told him I want back my 50 $ or hold on. I went to store 42th St Bergenline Ave Union City NJ 07087 at 8h40 pm. I saw a lady inside. I open the door. I said, "Hello. I am your customer and I have a problem. Can you help. Me." She was angry. She showed me the time on her phone saying, "It's my time to leave. I can't add even 1 minute so please go out," holding the door (please check the camera). She talked to me like, "Go out or I call the police." I feel myself not customer. Maybe a drunk man looking for troubles that made me high blood pressure. Metro pcs made me sick. Lied to me ripping me off. I regret to be their customer.

I like Metro PCS but the service is terrible and subpar. They nickel and dime customers for every little thing. Their internet is garbage. They offer no promotions and if they do the products they offer are useless. Calling customer service is annoying and will leave you scratching your head. Honestly you better off spending your money elsewhere. I was bamboozled into thinking Metro PCS was a good company. I was wrong and am ready to move on to a phone company that gonna give me good service and be good for my budget.

I have been with Metro PCS for about 20 years. In 2017 I started to have problems. One day while talking on the phone I hear some noise and realize someone was listening to my calls. I have written the president several times with NO response. To make a long story short I have been thinking my phone was hacked and has realized Metro PCS is controlling my phone on the back end. This morning I realized right after Metro customer service opened my phone started to acted up. Everything they are over the texts, internet. They open up at 6:00 am and at 6:30 my phone started to malfunction. Everything worked fine from 5:00am until 6:30am. Everything stopped working around the time they opened. I was thinking it was Apple but no. It’s Metro PCS. I noticed every time I would call Apple everything would all of a sudden start to work correctly. What these companies don’t realize what goes around comes around.

I have had issues with Metro in the past but my service is always there no matter where I am for the most part. I can't complain on that. I went to Metro store today to do an upgrade and the prices for upgrade where double the price than what a new customer would pay. This seems backwards to me especially since I have been a customer now for many years. My ex and I split five years ago and I put my number in my name but yet for some strange reason when I call anyone it says his name on caller id and when I pay it shows Hi and his name. He has his own account and like I said it's been five years since we split up. Crazy. But what is most upsetting is that new customers get better deals than existing ones.

They tell you that their cell service is in your area and it's not, they tell you your hotspot is unlimited, it's not. They tell you your plan is unlimited, but it's not, you try to call customer service and after you finally get through the confusing, complicated switchboard you get to speak to somebody stationed out of Bangladesh who speaks very little English who can't do anything for you. If you go into your local store they perform like monkeys in a zoo. This company is one step away from a potsy scheme..

Bad customer service and manager is rude in the store. Instead to resolve issue I have he smile to me and let me know this is my problem now. Smart guy who bring bad reputation for company. Just to make sure he name is Jason and looks like he really enjoy to abuse customer and let them know how stupid they are and how easy to sell something without return because no official complaint department, no headquarter phone number, no way to file complaint against manager at all.
2/22/2023 I bought new phone from the store and no one let me know this phone can be return if I didn't like it. Before I come back to store I call customer service support and explain to them I don't like the way phone work. They let me know I need to bring phone back with receipt and original box what I did. Surprise when I get back to store manager name Jason let me know phone can be return. This is company policy. Information was posted on my account by customer service representative. It's garbage.
I spend 5 hours calling customer service support and I have been transfer between 20 different people from Metro to Tmobile and back until one of customer service representative let me know I call to Philippines. It's no official phone number to headquarter. I spend all day get very stressful, spend money for parking, gas and travel. My question is who is responsible for problem was created to me by company representative. I have been with company for long time and right now I have some feelings they try to abuse me. I like to get in touch with corporate office but unfortunately it's protect by customer service call center. I need assistance to resolve this problem I have.

Updated on 03/25/2023: This is a follow up to my first review of Metro By T-mobile on 3/21/2023. Originally I was trying to get a refund for my hotspot. The people in customer service are nice but boy do they need more training Thus here is my follow up as this is no way to run a business. If I could rate a zero I would. Follow up on 3/25/2023. I called Customer service again this is hour #6 folks, it's now not about the money, it's about follow through and how their process works. I was told after some conversation with a representative I could return the hotspot but would have be a corporate office. I said, "Ok I'm in San Antonio, TX. What is the number." I was given the number. I called and it was a wrong number. The story gets even better (or worse).
I call Metro-by T mobile again and see If I just wrote down the wrong number. I find out from the next representative there are no cooperate offices in San Antonio. Nearest is Fort Worth or McCallen, TX which are both a long distance away at least 200 miles. I said Ok give me the numbers of each office maybe I can work it out with the store I bought it from and the corporate office. I get the number and the first one I call 682-323-5678 after some conversation is not a corporate office. The person I talked to gives me another number 469-241-2636 and every time I call I get a busy signal. At this point I figure that I can't compete with the ineptness of this company so I'm done with calls. If you are considering this service it is not my recommendation. Try another company as customer service tells you all you need to know
Original Review: Metro By T-mobile service. I bought a hotspot to use for a month while in our travel trailer. The Hotspot service was poor even though I had almost all bars on receive. There were many dropouts and disconnects. Also when trying to connect to my equipment at home it was not accessible. To test out the access I went to a McDonald's restaurant with free WIFI and had no problem connecting. Also my Verizon phone used as a hotspot had no problem with access either. I spent many hours on the phone with Metro and no solution or refund was granted even though I closed out my account before 1st month was up. Even though I had closed out the account early they still keep sending me billing statements. I end up re-doing my Verizion account with more data. Lesson Learned. Don't use this service as you get what you pay for and in my case with Metro it was poor and frustrating customer support with no refund.

I been going through a huge problem with them! After my cell phone screen broke I changed the service to another metro phone I had at home and when I called customer service to make the change successful, they informed me I had another line on my phone, which I was not aware of! This phone was added into my account without my knowledge since August 2022 and I had been paying an additional 30 dollars for another phone! I'm pissed off because the metro store I went to, that made this fraud issue, says that they can't reimburse me because the guy that did it, got fired this past Sunday!
So no one wants to reimburse for their fraudulent action. I had made several calls, went to metro stores and a cooperate store, and everyone is just giving the runaround. The thing that's crazy is how they got my private 8 digit pin to add this line??? It's crazy how even our personal information is being played with!!! Never again will I service with Metro again!!! Very unprofessional workers, supervisors, and their security with customers private information is not secured!!! I'm changing my service as we speak!!! Worse service!

I paid my sister-in-law phone bill with guest pay. I have the confirmation number and it was taken out of my account. They in turn shut her phone off. Customer service was ridiculous and couldn't provide me with the reason it was cut off. I also have an account with them that I will discontinue next billing cycle. I was with Boost Mobile and I heard about the promotion from Metro if you switch you get a free phone you get the $70 Plan for $40 a month. I went in a store in California city with my boost phone in order to change Plans and get my free phone. The girl on the register said it shows I was already a metro customer so I would not be allowed any of the free phone good plan et cetera. I explained to her, "I've been with boost for years and years and I don't care what your computer says I am not currently a metro customer." So instead of contacting management or calling anybody she just showed me the screen and said, "It shows that you are a metro customer."
I was highly upset at this time so I needed a new phone with a better camera. I needed a better plan overall. So I wanted to take advantage of The worldwide advertised deal that they are offering everybody to switch. Instead I got charged a $129 for the phone, A $125 To activate And pay my 1st month's plan which was supposed to be $40. She said to go home and call the 611 customer service and see if there was anything They could do for me. So when I got home I called and the customer rep on the phone said, "The store was mistaken. It shows that you became a metro customer at the exact time and day that I was there to switch plans." They told me to go back to the store the next day, talk to the manager Which I did and he was no help either.
I told him I wanted a refund for the phone and I was willing to pay the taxes on the phone which was to be about $35. I even said just put the rest of the balance that you would be returning to me towards my bill so I wouldn't have a bill for a couple months. He said, "Well I can't refund you any money. Are you gonna give me the phone back?" And I said, "Absolutely not. You have a worldwide campaign going on about Switching free phone great plan et cetera." Again I walked out of there with no resolution.
I called customer service again and they said they would file my complaint and extradite it to the complaint department because I shouldn't have been treated that way and they should have given me the deal that everybody else in the world is offered to switch. I have heard nothing back from anybody at this point. I was treated disrespectfully in the store. The only people that treated me with respect were the people on customer service on the phone. It's unfair and I want this addressed.

Spent $300+ for home booster. Still can't always count on a signal, so it drops calls or I can't even call. Can't search internet either. Then they offer free things on Tuesdays. I went at noon last Tuesday, requested the free item, was told they had not received any, went back Thursday, was told all of the items had been given out Tuesday!!

In the last year my service has gone from horrible to nonexistent. When 5G was supposed to be faster and my phone shows I have 5G service and full bars I cant get a call out or use data and its' not like I'm out in the sticks. In middle of Southern California and probably 75% -80% of my text go through, sometimes 40 text from last 3 days come in at once. If you try to get a better phone only the most expensive phones or the free ones are available.

My wife has been a customer of MetroPCS for almost 10 years. She loves this phone service with a passion. She is a hard-working mother of 5, currently attending a University, while juggling a full time job as a teacher for a charter school. Recently, on January 29, 2023 around 11 a.m. or so we had encountered an inconvenience. My wife had broken her iPhone and decided to buy a new one. The process was that she had to switch the account from her broken phone to her new phone. Since her phone was broken she wasn't able to view the screen.
This resulted in my wife not being able to see her screen and produce the security code that was being sent to the broken phone. She was able to verify her account with other information, including her 8-digit security passcode. She was then ask a series of questions with one of them being "What month did you start your MetroPCS?". We fell out in laughter. As stated before and to reiterate, my wife has been a customer before cell phones were even a thing. So of course she couldn't provide the answer to that question and we requested a supervisor.
The supervisor who pick up our case, her name is Laura. (Please refer to the phone call on the date listed above for actual name and spelling). Laura was EXCEPTIONAL. She believed and understood the issue at hand immediately and showed willingness to compromise with a long term costumer that resulted in 100% satisfactory. Her position precedes her and as the power of a long standing customer I recommend that she is promoted or granted some type of financial incentive for the way she went above and beyond. I've read the mission statement for MetroPCS.
It states, "Our mission is to offer consumers an exceptional experience within the wireless industry. By raising expectations and meeting them with excellent customer service, quality products and affordable flat rate plans, we act as a leader in the wireless communications industry." Laura displayed excellent customer service to a tee and I'm proud to say that me, my wife, as well as majority of the members of my family are MetroPCS customers not only because of the service but because of wonderful human beings like Laura. Thank you!

Was guaranteed the receiver phone by the 23rd. Phone has not moved from the UPS location since Saturday morning. They keep telling us "It's in transit," "It's in transit." My wife and I contacted UPS ourselves. UPS I started an investigation and claim due to fact lost in transit, unable to locate package. Contact the MetroPCS several times in the past couple days. They keep giving us the runaround, "Oh we understand. We understand." Did not help out at all. Kept trying to get us to buy another phone instead of reimbursing this or sending out a new phone and call him back the package if found.
Really really sad that all the American jobs go to people that cannot speak clear English or understand what we are looking for. If they had a supervisor manager that could resolve most of their problems such as reimbursements replacements over the phone I guarantee they would not have this many bad reviews. We have been with them as a family for over 25 years. T-Mobile/Metro PCS and this is the saddest porous service we've ever received and it's getting worse.
Employees are not properly trained on products, how they operate, functionality or anything, just upsell, upsell, upsell to try to make their quota or profits whatever they're getting! They could not guarantee any updates. Will not contact UPS themselves. An hour and a half to get told, "Oh we'll get you your phone tomorrow or next day." Mind you the UPS location is 27 minutes from my house. They told me there is severe weather storms and extreme weather conditions. It's been 75 for the past two days.

I have been contacting customer service for almost 4 months now on an issue they are having, applying a discount to my account. Should be real simple, but it still has not been applied! When I call customer service each time, I get a different answer. Mostly they tell me that the problem is on the government's end and when I call the government they tell me everything is all set on their side. I just need to have my service carrier do their part. 4 months later and it’s still not done.
The customer service line never can give a straight answer and that’s if you can understand them. I’ve been hung up twice, lied to multiple times and when I asked for the corporate number, they tell me they don’t have a corporate to call. So apparently the call center is running Metro PCS! I’m sure Roger Linquist would like to know he isn’t needed anymore! Do NOT get phone service through Metro, you will regret it! Phone service is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

I’ve been a customer of the company for almost 15 years. The only reason I’ve stayed around is because financially, a prepaid company is my best option, but after this next month, I’ll take my chances with another company. Calling “customer service” is a waste. The reps hardly understand what your issue is so the help they offer isn’t worth anything. Trying to get help with an ongoing issue has left me calling them for almost 4 months before someone finally was able to confirm what I knew all along. There’s other prepaid phone companies out here. I’d recommend going with them and this is coming from a long time customer.

I went to a store and bought me a refill card from T-Mobile not thinking anything of it. My account was due $40. No problem. Come to find out that I'm on the T-Mobile Metro PCS plan. I didn't know that there was two different entities with T-Mobile. In turn which the card that I bought was non-refundable once activated so now I'm stuck with a $40 refill card that serves me zero purpose because the company in which I thought was the same company doesn't honor it so today I closed out my account with T-Mobile MetroPCS gtfoh whatever the hell they call themselves now because there's other things I'd rather be doing on my only day off than to deal with this crap. If you got T-Mobile on your name and you're two different entities change your ** name. You shouldn't have T-Mobile. MetroPCS are playing T-Mobile if you aren't the same** company. I'm sure I'm not the first one that's happened to. All I can say is it won't happen again.

I called support today for an extension though I've had one already. I've done it once before so I know it can be done. I literally get paid at 3am. Customer support is horrible. They lie about their names and any help. I've actually found out they are also charging me Arizona taxes though I live in Missouri. WTF.. Still no help. Filing with the FCC. Will be transferring to another service provider. Stop outsourcing to India. Will not come back to Metro until they do.

IDK what everyone is saying but I've been a customer for ten years and not one have I had an issue. Even in the mountains I had perfect service. Unfortunately I left because most of their clientele are poorer folks and can't afford the expensive phones. Metro started doing payment plans on high end phones right. So I tried getting 3 phones. They had none and said they haven't gotten any s22 or s21 in a very long time. They were also out of most iPhone. Mind you I live in South Carolina. I called over 100 stores in Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama. Not one store had any high end phones. I was told they had no idea when or if they would get any in. So I decided to leave due to not being able to get the phones I want.
Although the 5g style is an awesome phone I wanted the best. I can't be with a company that can't keep their stock up and when you offer no credit check phone plans to the poor they fly off the shelves because they can't afford them otherwise. No I'm not being ignorant. I use to be very very poor. It's just a fact. I went to Google fi and got 2 galaxy s22 ultra and 1 2022 5g stylus for 108$ and the Galaxy were 700 off a piece and 200 off for the moto so I decided to leave. Too bad metro is a great service. I never had any issues at all. Very reliable service.

The service was good the first 30 days but after your phone goes past the 30 days of return, it starts malfunctioning. I lost count on how many times I had to go to the actual store for them to get my phone starting again. Also I can't just go into any Metro and expect for someone to help, I can only go to the original store I purchased my phone from for any type of help, which is well beyond a huge burden seeing how it's no longer close to me. The actual service works when it likes to. My WiFi is far more of a secure and reliable connection for important calls, I definitely will be dropping this service ASAP. This is just something for T-Mobile to gain a bunch of money without having to actually provide a decent service to its customers. Please remember T-Mobile is already the worst out of the providers, so please expect nothing less than garbage with their less than incompetent partners.

Been a Metro customer for 8 years. On December 8th lost data. I pay for unlimited. After 7 calls, multiple ticket numbers (some of which were nonexistent) it is now December 26th and still no data. Was told it was because it was an LG phone so purchased another phone. Still no data. Was told to go to dealer. Went into dealer and he couldn't figure it out after 45 minutes. He called technical support, another ticket and to expect a phone call. No call. They told dealer I would receive a refund for days of no data service and/or new phone. Nope. Sent email to corporate, no response. I am on limited income and had nothing but problems for past 4 months. You pay your bill on time, but nothing but problems that they can't seem to fix. Will be going to another carrier. Metro takes your money but gives no service.

As an uneducated blue collar work with ADHD I told the sales rep and district manager several times I was confused. I thought I was getting a free line but turns out I wasn't. Then charged to put my number on the phone ordered through a warranty (which was only a 30 day old purchase mind you). I could understand better if I just didn't like the phone but no it didn't work and they wanted me to pay a $25 transfer fee. You sold me a crappy phone and want me to pay this. I said that is unacceptable no and they told me to take it up with customer service. Come to find out they aren't even through Metro. It's a third party who has no authority to waive a fee. So they can't help you in store or through customer service. They are taking advantage of the community members who can't go to larger companies due to credit or just expense. I've been a Metro customer since 2007. I really did not have a problem until recently when the merge happened. Tou can't even call the corporate office. Corporate office now no longer responds to the emails of concerns through customer service but I have been paying for insurance on a phone for a long time. I tried to make a claim. I got nothing but a run around. I had no idea that Metro now farms out to an insurance company for making claims. My monthly bill I pay Metro I wanted Metro to handle it because I thought I could walk into the store show him the phone pay them no?! Well there is a problem. I have been treated so horribly this week by both Metro customer service and the insurance company.
The insurance company demands me to upload personal data IDs to them which I refuse to knowing what the past hacking! I am a consumer that had ID stolen. I am Leary. I suffer from PTSD and I begged them to please they had all the information and now they're treating me like crap! I have this right as a consumer to not upload personal data to someone I don't know. I'm also very disappointed in Metro for not handling this better due to I'm the one that paid them the monthly fees. They hired someone else but known to me I didn't know that. I just paid my bill and I go on with my life now. I am moving on with my life and finding another carrier! Thank you Metro for all the disappointments over these last few years. Bye Bye.

Went buy new phone if eligible for upgrade. Rep said no so I paid full price. After cashing out asked about hidden fees. Was told 25 $ to switch Sim card to new phone. I said I could done that myself for free on the Metro call center. I would like to return the phone. I would rather buy from some else "mainly because hidden fees and rude customers service". I was told they have a no return policy for upgrades. Apparently switch Sim card from old phone to new phone is a upgrade. Just liars and thieves. Metro has a return policy up to 7 days no questions. This store would not uphold corporate policies. Have notified metro corporate. After reading the horrible Google comments about hidden fee "thieves" and rude customer service. I decided to reach out to ConsumerAffairs. Next is Better business bureau. I might do a civil trial over this.

I have been a Metro PCS customer since 2004 (Happily I must say). Considering my long term usage with company and paying monthly insurance fee I was sure when my cell broke No Problem. However I was informed that despite my cellphone No Longer Being Made, Not a 5G and apps No Longer Upgrading I would only be able to get the same exact cellphone that I have with a $60.00 charge because they still have some in the warehouse. If you are planning to use Metro and use the ACP program please heed my warning. They have made this the most difficult process. Been denied multiple times and they don't tell you why just to reapply and make sure everything matches. Done it multiple times and double checked. I called the ACP also and was told by a rep that they always have issues with Metro. Do yourself a favor and avoid Metro if using ACP. So many companies apply the benefit so much easier.

I lived in Dallas Fort Worth most of my life. Coming to Houston I have experience being hacked or SIM swiped. I keep purchasing phones. Now the stores do not honor the Metro promise. It entails you having the option of refund or exchange. They will never tell you and if Metro corporate does there is no accountability if they say no is no. So why promise? Any ways I called them to pay one month being as I lost my job due greatly because I kept having to wait to buy a phone and my job is about communicating so I was left looking like an idiot in a professional setting. Does not have customer service agents that are capable with dealing with tech issues. Transferred to an eSIM card, and survived 5 days without data or ability to call anyone. They couldn't figure out how to solve this so I ended up with a physical sim anyways. Also Google One benefit is only for Android users which was not specified when I purchased it, so definitely felt cheated.

I've been with them since 2018 and it's almost 2023. The hotspot is trash. Mine hasn't worked for 5 months.. 5 months. I call them all the time. They do the same steps and fix nothing. Purchased a phone through them and they said I can't use another carrier for 6 months. I said well it hasn't worked for 5 months. They still did nothing and I am going through the same issue till this day. I asked about compensation and still nothing... I have been a customer for more than two years. First customer service is absolutely horrible. They lie every time I call. Went through Hurricane Ian on September 28-29 2022 and ever since it has been a nightmare. Now November 7 and service is worse than ever. Called CS at least 10x and CS keeps giving me the runaround. "We will reset your service," is what I am told. Total **!!! Can barely make calls or texts and they keep telling me the same ** every time I call. No compensation for the aggravation of no phone, data or texts. Talked to the rudest "Supervisor" ever and her answer was find another company. Again **!!! What a way to lose customers. After my month is up on the 16th I am going to another company. Screw Metro!!!!

Worst company Ever! Purchased full-price iPhone from Metro store. Refund policy states refunds issued within 7-10 days of purchase. Tried to get different iPhone and told not available. Requested and denied refund after 7 days. Told b/c only new activations got refunded within period, not current customers. Wrote Corporate in TX letter of complaint. Never got an answer. Bank-issued refund from dispute, and then Metro cut off service for three phones. Had to end dispute to get service and be able to keep phone number. However, will get a new carrier ASAP. Do Not Purchase Phone from Metro. Been with Metro since 2014.

I've had Metro since they basically moved to PA. Then switched to another company but found Metro the most affordable and they are. The biggest downside to coming back to Metro was when I found out T-Mobile bought them out. I've had T-Mobile before and that is by far the worst phone company anyone could be a part of. And now I'm experiencing everything that I went through at T-Mobile with Metro now. Service is absolutely awful. I can't tell you how many I restart my phone each day because it loses LTE data/signal. I've never had an issue with Metro until T-Mobile stepped in. Simple as that.

My Metro revel phone would only display for 2 seconds. I went to the Metro store and after 2 hours she could not fix it. I use this phone for work. I bought a new phone as an upgrade. I got home and got the old phone working. I called customer service and they said return it to the store. I drove back to the store and they stated no returns on upgrades. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and need this phone for emergency. Metro stole my money and wasted my gas because their agent could not fix it. When I get enough money I'll go to another company. Waste of time and money. Stay away.

I joined Metro pcs in 2016. I opened my account at a dealer store. First mistake. In April 2021 for a whole week my phone kept getting turned off. I went in the store to discover there had been unauthorized changes to my account. As in someone purchased a new phone on my account without my permission. Last week on Thursday morning I woke up and my phone had no service. Went to the store. Was on with CS. They were NO HELP at all. Went to the corporate store in Silver Spring MD only to find out that they disconnected my number and may have given it to someone else again WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. My daughter called today 10/17/2022 and they said since I switched my carrier they would not investigate. I wish I could give zero stars. METRO PCS IS THE WORST.

I recently switched from Verizon to Metro by T-Mobile and it's been a wonderful experience! My phone bill is affordable, I experience fast and reliable service 5G & 5GUC thanks to T-Mobile's Nationwide 5G. I ported my number over and got the phone, case, charger brick, SD card, headphones, and screen protector for $223.00 which was an excellent deal. I've had service everywhere I went in my state, and I love the perks & how professional and great customer care is. I could not ask for a better phone company to be with.

I've been with Metro by T Mobile for quite a few years now and have always known the service to be, how can I say, crappy. I've always been able to connect my PlayStation 4 to my phone's hotspot and have a decent experience with online gaming. This bill cycle something went wrong. Called customer service and the first agent says that in my country (USA) there is a law that doesn't allow consoles to connect to a hotspot for online gaming. WTF!! Maybe in his 3rd world country.
Anyway, the second agent I spoke with said she spoke to a tech professional and he told her that my particular phone model only allowed tablets and PCs to connect. Gaming consoles couldn't connect with it. That's a bold face lie because I used the very same phone model the proceeding month and had no problems connecting my PS4 and playing online. So I figured okay this entertain the thought and took my old phone and switched to it. No solution whatsoever. Then MetroPCS tells me that they didn't think it was fair I wasn't able to use my hotspot all month so they were going to credit me this month's free, in which it was another lie. Don't believe anything they say because they don't honor their word they go back against it. I think I will call the Better Business Bureau. Or I may seek legal help.

What Metro doesn't tell you is that when call volume is high YOU will be deprioritized so that T-Mobile customers have full service but you won't be able to get service or calls will drop. Every call or website visit you will be reminded of the ACP program. As a disabled veteran I qualify. 3 times I have completed the national verification process and completed the separate metro application, advised it will take 1-2 billing cycles to apply the credit. Yet it wasn't. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with an agent yesterday, filled everything out again and was advised that they would have it applied immediately. Then the call dropped. It didn't get resolved.
I called today only to have the 1st agent start quoting the 'process' once again. She refused to listen to me as I advised that I have heard this over and over again. I requested a supervisor. After waiting another 20 minutes, the supervisor then began quoting me the same process. I interrupted and ask if they were able to access notes from my conversation yesterday. He said yes, but, there is no way that the credit can be processed before 1-2 billing cycles. So, instead of looking up the notes he just cited the process again. I told him I have already had gone through this process for 4 billing cycles and Metro has not applied this credit. His response was to ask if I had completed the Metro form the day before and I said yes the agent went through that with me to make sure it was correctly entered into the system and apply it immediately. He responded that it will take another 1-2 billing cycles and this one doesn't count.
I am FED UP with the horrible service that the 'undercarrier' provides. It is obvious that T-Mobile doesn't care about their Metro customers and if they treat ANY customer like this then I don't want to give my money to them. Online they show that they are cheaper than all the other providers and that is not true at all.

The service is cheap but you get what you pay for, the data and internet is the worst I've ever experienced, barely ever works and when it does it spends most of the time loading and buffering, I would only buy this service if you like things not working smoothly and spend most of your time waiting for stuff to load, they claim and sell 5g but it's more like 3g, also I get texts days from when they were sent and randomly weeks and months later, I've tried getting new phones and tried every thing their phone center wanted me to try, I would not recommend this company to anyone, don't fall for their cheap prices, cheap is cheap.

They will toss accessories at you for "free" if they don't have the case for your phone.
They put insurance on your device without telling you and you get a surprise on your bill.
They insist that you need the highest tier plan for the first month and you can change it later which is false, you need anything above the $30 plan to get the free phone.
Maybe not all locations do this but the one I dealt with sure does.
My recommendation is to do everything online so there are no hassles, no hidden costs and no dishonest sales practices.

I’ve been with Metro for nearly 4 yrs now according to the customer service rep I talked to just the other day. I wanted to change my bill date just cause I changed jobs and now get paid once a month instead of biweekly and I’m short the money for the upcoming bill. So I call, wait 15 minutes to talk to a representative only to be told it’s going to cost me $30 to change my billing date. Online it said $5 plus taxes or other fees. Apparently there’s a $25 charge because I’d still be using the service beyond the original due date. I wish they’d been transparent about that on their site. The representative then tried to suggest going down to their $30 a month plan after I said I don’t have $30 at the moment numerous times.
The service is alright. I’ve been in both rural areas and bigger cities. The only time I had issues was when I worked in a mall and it would randomly tell me I had no service even when I was outside of the mall and the occasional drop/no signal when going through mountain areas. It’s a decent starting phone company for someone who’s trying to go more independent/trying to establish themselves so long as you don’t have to call customer service or have to change something through customer service.

I called 4 days ago to see why one of my 4 phones I have was not letting me unlock it with the METRO PCS Pre-Installed UNLOCK app that was on the phone (I purchased from a Metro PCS store, Paid In Full, and was activated in the store as well). After several attempts, constantly being told "rest assured" this will be taken care of and my phone is still network locked, during my call today was told it would be done within 72 hours!!! But, after 4 days, all the attempts, I am very skeptical this will be completed, even though being told "rest assured"...

Complete and utter disappointment! Terrible network coverage, they lied to me before taking my payment and suspended my account after 2 weeks when I paid $70, which the customer service rep at their store guaranteed me wouldn't happened! I'm going to Verizon, as of right now they owe me $32, and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Metro PCS is the WORST phone company I have EVER had! They let people access your account whose name is NOT listed on your account! They let ANYBODY make changes to your plan and mess your entire bill up! Mind you I have a 8 digit pin code that only I know. Their only solution to their mess up is to add a high security code. If someone bypassed my 8 digit pin, they surely can bypass a high security code. Metro PCS is ** and the employees lack common sense! I wish I didn’t have to give them the one star that I gave!

I only upgrade my phone when necessary. Mainly because despite of great deal every time my account is changed without my permission. Then endless phone calls of the blame game call the store... we can't do anything. So I had to change my phone died. An upgrade takes forever in the store so we decided to do both our phones in one trip. We got a free tablet with one month free with a monthly quote of first month free and monthly 102.76.
Just got my first bill for 110.00 and no free month. Four phone calls, hung up on and transferred several times and then sent to T-Mobile and then again to the main menu I finally hung up. No rep. had an id number or would give anything past a first name. I don't want their last name but without even any identifying number how are they accountable for anything. I do not dislike my service at all but last time I upgraded I got an additional $100 a month and this was fix with one long phone call. This time we are playing pass the buck and told repeatedly I will transfer you but they are going to tell you the same thing???? They did not get a chance to tell me because of the repeated transfer and no way to identify who I had already talked to...Please tell me I just got one hour of the wrong people and I do not need to go through changing four phone....

Since I moved to Golden gate estates in Naples the service has gotten worse. As soon as you hit the end of Pine Ridge rd and Collier the service just cuts out. There are so many people moving to the estates that they really should put up another tower or something. I've had Metro for 12 years. It seems the more people who move out here the worse it gets. We live in Naples. There shouldn't be dead spots anywhere.

I experienced much more than 200 characters so I'mma sum it up like this. I have never felt so cheated and scammed in my life! I want to switch service providers so bad but can’t because apparently all phones EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY IN FULL FOR THE DEVICE, are locked till 180 of being in service EVEN THOUGH I PAID IN FULL FOR MY DEVICE WHICH BY THE WAY WAS NOT BRAND NEW WHEN I GOT IT STILL I DIDNT COMPLAIN. So, my son's phone just died. He uses Metro because of the high speed internet. I do not like them because they charge you things more cell companies do for free: But I went to the store in Bardstown KY on Monday June 13th, and instead doing a upgrade, set up a new line, because it was like 100 cheaper. Sales girl told me the phone I ended up getting was a great phone. Well the phone was defective; so I took it back on Thursday June 16th: they told me they couldn't just give me a new phone. It had to be shipped in, and it would take 2 days. I called on sat and the phone wasn't in, and they told me it would be in Monday FOR SURE: well on Monday, I called again, No phone: so I ask for manager or corp. number because I've been lied to 3 times already. She said she's have manager call, which she did not do: I called the customer service, who were friendly but absolutely no help at all! What a wasted service!
So anyway, I go back today Tuesday 21. Only one guy inside, he said the system was down, and he was only one there and my phone wasn't there; but don't worry it only takes 48 hrs. I said "It's already been 6 fricking days dude" so he called manager, who I could hear, who said, "Oh I tracked it and it's coming tomorrow!" Okay I'm not stupid, they did not order my phone until Monday when I kinda went off on them for lying to me.. So I'm just waiting to see if she's going to continue to lie straight to face again, and act like it was a shipping error when I know it was a sales clerk error! I really just want my dang money back as who wants a service where the sales people LIE & LIE & LIE????

Metro PCS customer service lied to my family three times. They stated that we would be able to get coverage overseas, and would just have to call to activate it. They DO NOT have partners overseas. This was not found out until family was overseas without the ability to call anyone, or even be able to call for help if needed. TERRIBLE customer service and would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had service for 3 years. I paid three months in advance but I had two bad experiences with customer service so I asked to be refunded the last 2 months I prepaid for and they said it was done and I would get it in two days. I then transferred my number to another supplier. Six days go by and no money in my account. I called them and two times they said they would refund me and nothing game but the third time I called they said because I cancelled my service I cannot be refunded.
I cancelled after they said the refund was complete. They 100 percent stole 120 dollars from me and all but two interactions with customer service were beyond terrible. For being a multi-year customer I have never been treated worse and cannot believe they just stole my money. Basically lied to me so that I would fall under their no refunds if account closed rule. It was criminal.

I was experiencing some life difficulties and had to go with Metro PCS, leaving Boost. Screen was destroyed on my Galaxy Note after only 2 months and needed a new phone quickly, Metro had a deal, they were convenient so I went with it. In the door I was told the Motorola stylus was a equivalent to a note or close as I could get and for only $400 dollars, which I didn't have so he said, "but I'm going to give it to you for $300," also didn't have. I was beginning to think I'd just wasn't going to get a phone (was really looking for the free phone for starting service type deal as I had just spent what was a large some of money on my dream phone, quality and perfect for all my needs. I had been building my brand and needing to upgrade) just didn't have it.
Well the sales associate said I'd get the phone for $300 on a payment plan. He was being very elusive as far as details of service while assuring all was well, he was going to make sure I was good, even thru in a free case and that I would be receiving a email with terms of service. I was preparing to travel so not having a phone literally was not a option and my situation dealt with personal safety and protecting my child.
First 7-8 cycles went smoothly but ever since it's been a nightmare. They KEEP accepting my payment, fully restoring service (it's pre-paid/pay as you go) then shutting service off again. 4 months of this. This month they did it twice. Erroneously disconnected service, restored service, then disconnected again today which is why I'm here now. My balance was 45.50 paid 46 even, service restored, days later disconnected. So instead of a .50 credit, I now owe them 45.50....a week later on a pre paid account?
The reason I haven't left this horrible company is because I have 9 saved voicemails that are evidence for court involving domestic violence which I'm in jeapordy of losing right now because my service, that I paid for is disconnected and I'm unable to save them because of it. This is a huge inconvenience and losing these recordings can drastically hurt my side. I'm not sure what to do about this but I do know they are breaking the law. I feel violated, tricked and betrayed. I feel anxiety at the possibility of losing recordings I've saved up for months, willing to deal with the crap service if it meant I'd have the recordings that will validate and vindicate me and ensure my child stays with me. $FeathersUp1

No disrespect by far but there’s no English speaking person ever when I call, they hang up in your face no matter how nice you are if you request a sup. If they don’t hang up they’ll keep you on hold with horrible music until you hang up. It’s a mess. Even though it’s cheap I’d rather take my 5 phone family plan elsewhere. It’s that bad with Metro PCS and getting worse.

So my first phone I ever purchased was on Metro and they only worked in like NYC and South Florida. They got I think nationwide. Still never had an issue. T-Mobile buys them out and ever since it's been going down. Now it seriously never I mean never have good service. The terms and conditions straight up says that you are not priority that they send signal to T-Mobile customers first and what's leftover we get. Why did they buy it and then able to act like they didn't and take our money to not provide service. It's a real bummer because it really was a great phone company but thanks to Corp greed we all get screwed.
To top it off I've been paying 10 extra dollars a month for insurance (which my phone had almost a 200 dollar deductible) for over a year. They denied my claim. This was the very last straw. I'm done so trying to find something other than T-Mobile even though if I signed up officially with them I'd have a working phone but I don't want to give them another dollar.

I would not recommend Metro PCS as your phone. We had nothing but problems, they sent us a bill that we had activated a phone when we didn't, the store on Esplanade and San Jacinto in San Jacinto wouldn't even listen or look at the phone I had and said I did it. Very Rude. We decided to switch to Boost and as the change was processed sent a bill on the primary phone that she owed 104.66 dollars. Our due date was March 2, we were doing the change on Feb. 26th. They would not release her phone number, she had no phone for 3.5 days and Boost finally just gave her a new number. On the 2nd she got a text saying she own the $104.66. Needless to say it will not be paid as we owe them no money. From what I am hearing this is happening a lot. Charging extra money when you don't owe or charging you more than it should. We are finally at Boost with our phones and very happy. As I said would not recommend using this company.

My name is Rodney. I had went to Metro to buy a phone for 200+ dollars, never got a receipt. The sales person their name Zachary said I did not need one, that he would text one to my phone but never did. I put in a claim against Metro at Thursday. They were gonna only offer me $60. Unacceptable. I paid the $20 fee and have yet to hear anything from that store. They're next on my list. Metro owes me money. I hate to push the envelope and pursue a lawsuit against metro. I hope somebody out here hears this and can solve this matter without taking it to court. Do not do any business with metro. They will just rip you off.

I made a payment and the money was taken from my account and it’s been 5 days that my phone has been suspended, spoke to three supervisors and nobody could offer a solution, each time I wasted one hour with them, the cell reception is horrible, customer service is horrible. The website freezes and payment problems, sometimes you have to log in ten time to finally get it to work, and the price are very beatable!!

Service sucks and customer service does nothing to fix the problem. They just give you the run around. Nothing to help ever get done. I will never use Metro again. I hate this provider. They lie and avoid the actual problems that you have just to try to keep you as a client. Nothing ever improved and they keep raising my bill. I switched to Metro from H2O in Dec 2021. I saw a good deal: $25 per month for 35Gb data - that's great! And it was till today when I found out that they LOCK your SIM-card by device which is completely **!!! It means you cannot take out your SIM from one device and put on into another - it will not work! I bought a Tablet with LTE and try to set it by my Metro SIM-card and I was really surprised when it did not work. So, I called to their customer support and they confirmed that the system works that way.
You may ask - what's the problem? But think again - what if you damage your device or it becomes broken? If you have a SIM from any other carrier, you just put on your SIM into new device and everything will work great! But IT IS NOT GONNA HAPPEN WITH METRO! You will need to contact them first, register your device and only after that you can use your new device! If I knew that information before, I'd never went with them. My monthly plan is ending and I will not pay for another month. Just starting looking for another service provider.

Bought Apple SE at Vero beach Metro PCs store on 12/23, phone was disabled on 12/24. Couldn't return until 12/27 because of Xmas. They wouldn't do anything for me, not even exchange the phone. They said it is an Apple defect, Apple said, return it to store I purchased it. Tried again. They basically said I'm out $400, nothing they can do. I have been a Metro customer 17 years. I feel like I have been robbed or scammed.

I bought a phone from Metro. Moto 5g Stylus. Spent 300 dollars then phone bill went up to 70 per month. Sim card disappears. No service at all even with wifi and restarts randomly. Metro employee won't help unless I buy something from them to fix it which doesn't make sense. Tried to file a claim online. They still say can't help. It was brand new when I got it. Sim card brand new when I got it. Why do I have to spend more to fix a product I that was defective and yes I already reset it to factory and yet still bad service. Still a bad phone.

For over 4 Months my text messages were not coming through accurately. I was told by numerous customer service representatives that I would be credited for the faulty service. When my credit never hit my account I was then told that the numerous conversations never happened. This company is a fraud business.

Stolen phone number. My phone number was hacked from TracFone Wireless and being held hostage with Metro PCS. It’s taking me 10 days and I’m still waiting for MetroPCS to release my phone number so I can have it back. Customer service is impossible with Simple mobile, TracFone wireless and MetroPCS. I would not recommend all three of these. Go with a quality carrier. Don’t save money because it turns out to be a nightmare if you have a problem.

Dishonesty in the Business, Failed to refund after stating they would refund. I contacted Metro by T-Mobile with concerns over poor service (dropped calls, no voice network, etc). They told me (several times) that I needed to upgrade to a new phone. I agreed to buy a new phone with the condition that if it didn't improve the service, I could return it for a full refund. The new phone didn't help and the next day Metro by T-Mobile refused any refund. After arguing with them in the store for two hours to honor their promise, they refunded the phone only.
They refused to take back the case they forced me to buy and the activation fee...she said I would lose my phone number if I didn't agree to eating the activation fee. I told her to refund the phone and I would take up the rest of this ripoff with her Corporate Office. I have a fairly extensive CHAT in writing with a Metro by T-Mobile rep that corroborates my claims and my wife also witnessed the "refund" conversation I had with the sales girl the day I bought the phone. 24 hours later she said..."no refunds".

So Metro is supposed to be a prepaid service. Hence the reason I use it for my kids. Last month I was unable to pay the bill until Dec 10th... instead of Nov. 23... usually when this happens the bill date is automatically 1 month after payment. I got a shut off text yesterday. I contact them today and in order for me to change the bill date to the 10th of each month, they wanted me to pay $80 plus $5 for talking to customer service TODAY to avoid shutoff and to switch service and still pay the whole $120 on Jan 10th. This is a RIP-off. I could just get a monthly phone bill with less in late fees. Disappointed in ya Metro and I will be switching my services to Boost for my kids.

In July 2021 I purchased a new phone from Metro T-Mobile and at that moment, I was told that I could unlock the phone in 3 weeks. I needed a temporary phone for 1 month so getting a temporary replacement buying this phone sounded excellent. After I bought the phone I tried to unlock it, it said 3 months and after 3 months I called them and they said it is 6 months. I think Metro T-mobile DOES NOT CARES ABOUT THE THE CLIENT. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL. I'M 70 YEARS OLD AND I WAS TRICKED BY THEM.

I am happily switching to either TMobile or Verizon when my 30 days are up. I joined Metro prepaid (after dumping Sprint) under the illusion that they are a spanking network next to TMobile. What a lie. I'm in a 5G area, Samsung S21 phone. But barely get 1 bar of service, any random time or day. Just like with Sprint. I agree with others here....they're the bottom of the barrel now that Sprint's gone.

I was in the MetroPCS store in Hemet California on Florida was treated with other disrespect by one employee. I felt like she took advantage of me. She took my phone. Said she was going to use it towards a bundle package and I seen all my receipt it said zero. She did not do that so as far as I'm concerned she stole my phone then she lied to me and said I was signing a document for our plans which I did not know cuz I didn't have my glasses on and I was signing a thing stating that I cannot return any of the items and then she told me that I was going to get a bundle pack and I noticed all the stuff that she said was free in the bundle pack she charged me for then she gave me some earbuds for $10 and then I look on my receipt and she already charged me the $38.

I have been with Metro for several years. Went to buy my wife a Christmas present only to find out I could not buy a phone without having it activated. News flash, it's no longer a gift if I have to activate it before I leave. What kind of cell phone company doesn't allow you to purchase a $400 phone as a gift? Called customer service and they said I should be able to do so but because all of their stores are franchised the rules will change depending on what store you go to. WOW! So every store is different. As a long time customer I don't know what I can and can't do and this company is obviously big enough that they don't care about losing 4 lines of service for stupid reasons. Shame on you Metro. I will go with another carrier!

Hi, yesterday I got my new iPhone and I obviously want it with my metro line … So I call for another phone… I didn’t have the line active and the customer service was giving me a hard time trying to send me the codes to a phone Who can’t receive calls or text… At the end I solve it and they charge me 22 bucks for give me a hard time … And I said ok. At least I have my line back after all this stressing hours situation all day to be exactly) and the next morning they said is disconnect because I haven’t pay and I made the payment on time and I can’t contact them because my line is not active again … After all this waste of money and precious time. I am changing to another company where they don’t charge you 20 bucks for changing lines and at the end after you pay they didn’t connect the line ... That’s awful service plus all the stress, because I used this line for work. I want my money back.
