I recently purchased a Metro PCS Moto G phone. The lady didn’t tell me when I purchased it until after I purchased it that she could not transfer my information from my iPhone onto the android. After two days of using the phone all the sudden every time I try to use it it would say no Internet connection or else it would say network connection issues or else it would say sorry we can’t reach Google however I would hold my iPhone in my other hand and my iPhone had no problems at all. I don’t know what the problem is but I just spent $89 for nothing.

I wish 0 stars was an option! Do not order anything from Metro by T-Mobile. They have the absolute worst customer service! I called them yesterday and spoke to a rep to order a new phone. I asked for a specific phone, paid in full for it and was told it would be here in 2-3 days. After I hung up I received an email confirming my order and noticed they had ordered the wrong phone. I immediately called back and let them know that their agent had ordered the wrong one. Literally 3 minutes at most between when I hung up from ordering to when I called back. The 2nd agent I spoke to told me they didn't even have the phone I requested so I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded. I was told their team would reach out to me by email within 24 hours.
Today I got an email saying the order (which has not even shipped) cannot be canceled and I will have to wait until it arrives, return it, and once their warehouse processes it they will issue a refund which will then take 3-7 business days for my bank to process. I called and talked to a supervisor and asked how an order I placed with METRO could not be canceled by METRO? Of course they didn't have an answer other than "that's just the policy." This is unacceptable! This is YOUR mistake not mine! But now my money is tied up for God only knows how long. I guarantee they don't process my return and refund as quickly as they did the charge to my bank account. How does a nationally known company have such lousy customer service?
I was told by their agent that they did have the phone I requested and payment was processed with the understanding I was being charged for the phone I wanted, only to receive an email showing that a phone of lesser value and quality was what had actually been ordered. I was very clear that I was looking for a specific phone, I would have never agreed to be charged for anything other than what I requested. This is fraud, deception and theft, and I'm not understanding how they get away with this!

I think they have the best customer service on the phone from the Philippines in the “world”. I’m 43 and have seen a lot. ATT picks up the phone from home and has kids in the background and says, “what’s up”? MetroPCS has always astounded me with making me feel warm and listened to. They should get some type of award. The stores aren’t as degenerating as they use to be. I’m just here to talk about the phone service.

Alright, Metro, gather 'round, because we need to talk. You know, for a company that prides itself on "no contracts," you sure know how to lock someone into a nightmare. You managed to take a simple "free phone" promo and turn it into a full-blown criminal investigation. That's not customer service; that's a new level of scam artistry!
You told this loyal customer they weren't "new," but then you sure made them feel like they were born yesterday when you pulled that upgrade switcheroo. An "upgrade" that costs more and gets me less? That's not an upgrade; that's just daylight robbery with a sim swap and a phone as a prop. And don't even get me started on your "return policy" that magically vanishes faster than a full signal bar in a concrete bunker. Several customer service agents and an app told you I'm eligible, but your store rep decided to rewrite the rules of reality. That's not just a miscommunication; that's a full-blown conspiracy!
When I went back to rectify their daylight robbery, citing their advertised 7-14 day return policy, they hit me with the classic Metro maneuver: "no returns on upgrades." Because why honor your own policies when you can just make them up as you go along? It's less a business model and more a Ponzi scheme with touchscreens.
The third time, when I had customer service on the phone, practically begging them to understand the monumental scam you'd fallen victim to, the store employee had the audacity to lie to my face, then refuse to furnish a receipt. A receipt! Because when you're engaging in activities that might attract the attention of the FBI and local PD for obtaining money under false pretenses and misleading sales scams, documentation is just a liability, isn't it, Metro? You forced this poor soul into a transaction they didn't want, then had the audacity to say "no returns on upgrades" when it was clearly a bait-and-switch. You're charging $230 for a Moto G 5G that apparently doubles as a black hole for customer satisfaction. And when they came back for the third time, you didn't even try to hide the fact that you were just straight-up lying. It's like you're actively trying to get roasted!
So, Metro, next time you advertise a "free phone," maybe just give the free phone. Or better yet, maybe just stop pretending you have a return policy. Because right now, the only thing you're "upgrading" is your customer's frustration, and the only thing "free" is the police report on file. You're not just selling phones; you're selling a masterclass in how to alienate your customers!

After 21 years with Metro I'm going to another company. I have really had it with all their lies and promises they will lose me over a $20 iPad. In 21 years I have never missed a payment and my phone was never shut off. I think that should count for something but this is a major company and they could care less about me or anyone else. As I leave the business someone else will take my place and they will continue to make their billions. Their service is horrible their promises and return service is horrible. They train all of their employees to take your money anyway they can knowing that once they do there will be no service after which, no returns, no exchanges, no refund! This is a horrible way to do business and I refuse to support them any longer. If everyone joins in and does not wish to support a company like this anymore then eventually they will go away.

This is straight thievery! I recently went into a MetroPCS store in the Chula Vista area that is very nice guy named Alexander. He talked me into a phone, and told me there was no risk at all that as long as I brought the phone back in 14 days, I would get a complete refund. And I always thought that was the same thing in the industry. I was so wrong! Since I am a retired attorney, I will take this another step if that's how they want to play. Well, I took home his phone and in 3 days I decided I didn't like it and the reception was bad! So I brought the phone back well within the time frame of the 14 days that I was told the only refund I would get would be for the tax which was around $15. I don't know how they could do that with a straight face. I'm really very very very upset! And I'm not going to let it go. I'm going to try and write every single social outlet and if necessary, I will sue them!

Bought phone. Phone worked for about two weeks. Started having software issue. It's kept shutting down. A lot. Had insurance. Called PC Metro...None or barely use of the English language. Confused on products by customer service rep. Told to call Assurant ins. (PC Metro ins company). I did, same language barrier. Sent me new phone after paying deductible of 69$. Received yet another broken phone.
Called back Assurant immediately after speaking to the barely English speaking person. They refused to fix their mistake and totally it was my carrier's problem and of course I called them as well. This went on back and forth for a whole month. Either company refuses to fix the issue or their mistake. I have now filed complaint with the FCC and lawsuit is pending against PC Metro and Assurant. Do not use this company. Very misleading the public.

So I am on a $60 plan and I got on that plan because of all the trouble I've had out of them. I've been on this plan for about 6 months and I signed up for the autopay which would take $10 off which would make it $50. Well I went to go pay the $50 and they suspended my account because they wanted 10 more dollars. Well I had just enough to pay the $50 and pay another bill. They ended up taking the $10 making it to where I couldn't pay my other bil.l so I called them, she told me that I took it off auto pay. Why would I do that knowing the fact that I would have to pay more if I did so. So then she goes to tell me that I wasn't eligible for auto pay even though I've been receiving auto pay for 6 months plus so then I told her that since she took my $10 that I couldn't afford to pay my other bill because that's all I had.
With everything going up in price it's hard to survive anymore so she went to go tell me that she could refund the $10 to my card and if I would hold so she could verify some things on my account. I said sure. She gets back on the phone and she goes to continue to say, "Well since you took it off auto pay we can't do nothing for you." I didn't take it off auto pay. So first she told me I was eligible then she told me I was so she lied to me then she kept blaming it all on me telling me I took it off auto pay and this was my fault. I think they make up things as they go because she literally sat there and said I wasn't eligible for auto pay which I've never heard of such thing in my life and then basically told me I was eligible so it's like which one is it and then literally sat there and told me she was going to refund my $10 and then told me she wasn't and I said that she just said she was going to and she said that she never said that.
I don't think I've ever had anybody raise my blood pressure so high so quickly. I've been with this company for about 8 years and I've never had an issue. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. They should be ashamed they lie. Their customer service is so poor. I will be switching my service and they will never get a dime out of me ever again. I will never allow any of my friends or my family to go to Metro to be subjected to be treated like that. No customer who pays money deserves to be treated like that....

I’m writing to report a very disappointing and dishonest experience I had in one of your stores when trying to set up internet service at my home. As I do not speak English fluently, I trusted the employee to guide me through the process — unfortunately, he took advantage of my situation. He charged me R$ 350 for a “box”, saying it was necessary for the internet to work. Although I found it expensive, I paid because I urgently needed the service.
At the end, he told me I would receive a “bonus”: a speaker. However, when I reviewed the receipt, I saw I was charged an extra R$ 100 for this supposed “gift”. So in truth, he sold me something while pretending it was free — which is dishonest and unacceptable. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. This kind of behavior is completely unethical and unprofessional. I request an immediate review of the charges, a refund of the unjust amount, and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee involved.

I am a returning customer. I was a very satisfied customer for years until 2019 when I needed to change due to coverage. The coverage got better so I returned in 2023. When I returned, first off, the store wouldn’t let me keep my own Samsung Android and I had to downgrade to an iPhone 11 because they had no other Samsungs to get their deal. I was told I would be eligible for an upgrade in a year. Throughout the year with the worst phone I’ve ever owned in my life, every time I called customer service, I would be reassured that I would be able to upgrade to an Android either for free or at a reduced price once my year was over but I would have to go to the store to do so. The nearest Metro store is about 80 miles from me.
I was finally eligible for the upgrade and was finally able to take the time and gas to get to the store only to be told by what seemed like severely undertrained employees that the store has nothing to do with the customer service and if that was the original offer, it’s likely no longer being offered even though I was told in that store when I switched carriers that was being offered and on the phone multiple times by customer service throughout the year that I would be able to do so. In the meantime they offered to downgrade me further and couldn’t even offer an upgraded phone at a discount. There is no proper communication between the company and the stores.
The staff are unknowledgeable and undertrained. I was lied to and wasted time and money with a company that doesn’t follow through with their end of the bargain. I needed a phone that would function not a piece of junk technology and empty promises. I don’t recommend Metro. They use to be a great company but now it seems they don’t care about their own contracts to their customers so I guess I’ll need to search for a better company.

If I could give zero stars, I would—but unfortunately, one star is the lowest possible rating. Metro by T-Mobile has become an extremely disappointing and frustrating company to deal with. I had an old phone that broke, so I went to a local Metro store to request a SIM card switch to my new phone. Since I wasn’t able to do the transfer myself, the store advised me to call Metro’s customer service line and said the process would be done free of charge.
I followed their instructions and spoke to a customer representative (I didn’t catch his name). He assured me there would be no charge, and the SIM was successfully activated on the new phone. I later noticed a charge, but assumed it was my monthly auto-pay. However, on May 15, I was charged again. I called Metro and was informed that this was a service fee for the SIM switch. I explained the situation, and the representative said she would submit a waiver request to her manager. She told me the refund would be issued to my card within 24 hours—but it never happened.
When I followed up, I spoke with someone named Vick, who claimed to be a manager. (I honestly can’t tell if that was true or if he was just pretending.) He told me that because the SIM switch occurred on May 9 and I was calling on May 16, it was too late to waive the fee. He insisted I needed to have called the same day, which is absolutely untrue and contradicts what I was told before. This kind of inconsistency and misinformation is completely unacceptable. My experience today has confirmed that Metro by T-Mobile is not only unprofessional and disorganized but also indifferent to customer concerns. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer service is just tragic.

You I need help because I can not get it from the customer service Metro number. The agent at the Hulen Street in Fort Worth store cheated me. I was supposed to receive a free phone according to the store promotion as long as I paid for the service. I paid him $240 that is what HE said it was going to cost me. I paid $220 and then another $20 because he said he would throw in a phone case. I asked for the receipt and he said it was in the bag. I got home and the receipt is not even a receipt!!! It list nothing but a lot of gibberish. I saved the receipt.
I look at my account online and it states that I only paid $75. $65 for service and $10 for add ONS I never asked for. I want to report him because I have not been able to use this phone service effectively either!!!! This is by far NOT my first phone service and if someone does not assist me I will report it as a theft, I have tried getting assistance and no one will help me. I am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand accidents and miscommunications happen. THIS WAS NOT that kind of situation. I kind of sensed something was not quite right when he was practically bartering with me.
I asked for the store promotion and he asked me how much money I had to spend. I told him I just wanted a simple phone with a promotion. He told me I could walk out with a phone for no less than $250. I said that did not sound like a promotion. He sensed I was needing a phone and said if I paid cash I could get a deal for $220. I told him I had $200 was walking out. He said he would do it for $200. I was still thinking that was not much of promotion but needed a phone. He said he had a top of the line phone so I reluctantly agreed. He then said it would be $220 for everything including the service and fees. I had already gave him $200 cash. I had to pull out another $20 and then said he said the cover was an extra $50 but he would let me have it for $20.
I ended up paying him a total of $240 cash! I felt taken advantage of and was not feeling like this was much of a promotion. I asked for the receipt and he pulled something off of the register but it had no info on what I paid or anything. I have had nothing but trouble and this entire experience has been stressful to the point for getting literally sick because there is issues with the sim card and then I am not able to access the internet correct. I cannot use the metro service!!!! If this is Metro PC's business and serviced I will tell everyone who will listen and let me say I have a huge following on social media. It's what happens when a company blows up. I'm mad because I bought my phone cash so it should be mine to do what I please RIGHT???? Wrong I lost my job, I became homeless at the moment, staying with a friend so I couldn't afford my bill so my phone got shut off. The state gave me a sim card so I will have a phone. I put the sim card in and my phone told me it was locked and I can't use it. I have to wait a year until they will release my phone so I'm basically screwed. I want a refund for my phone then they told me, "We can't do that." They can't do anything to help. So would I recommend you to anyone now. NOPE. Thanks Metro for all your help. I can't even get another job without a phone.

The guy also had *611 blocked on my phone, They don't even have their address in the directory. I will be reporting this scam of a store. Beware!!

I only put four stars because of the store I went into and the employee basically ripped me off all my money. He drained $325 out of my Metro account and I also had to pay $188 out of my own pocket just to get an iPhone 13. But for some reason after this guy was done, it wasn’t until I got on the bus. I started getting text messages from Metro saying my $325 was being deducted for this and that, etc..

I can't give 0 stars, we just moved to using T-Mobile internet two days ago, Thursday April 17th. We paid our bill fully. With absolutely no warning our service was suspended. We are in the process now of attempting to undo our canceling of our previous provider and we will be attempting to cancel our phone service. I have never in my entire life been this disgusted by mismanaged telecom, my father drives for Walmart and I can only imagine what work related issues you have all caused him. Never cancel service on the same day you give someone a new bill.
We paid our bill in full on Thursday, we owed ZERO when we left the building. Last night your website DID NOT function and so we literally could do nothing, there was no agent to call late at night when we were notified of new charges. You don't provide service to talk to an agent before we make the payment, which we now cannot do as you've suspended service. It's going to cost us hours in time and 20$ or more in just gas to drive into one of your in person locations.

Disappointed with MetroPCS Customer Service. I recently got a phone and service from MetroPCS, expecting a reliable device backed by decent customer service. However, when the phone turned out to be defective, I quickly realized that their support was anything but helpful. Despite my repeated attempts to get a replacement or at least a fix, I was met with excuses and roadblocks instead of solutions. A company selling phones should take responsibility when they turn out to be faulty. The fact that MetroPCS refuses to repair or replace a defective device they sold is unacceptable. If you're considering buying a phone from them, be aware—once they make the sale, you're on your own if something goes wrong. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I was with Pcmetro for years. I started out paying $60 for two lines. As the years went by I was paying $88 per month, I paid this amount for two years. I finally had my fill with their last increase so I called to ask for a transfer pin to get set with a competitor where I was told "because you have been with us for so long and you have two lines I can offer you $60 per month". I asked why that wasn't offered years ago since I'd been with them so long. I was then told they could offer $55 and I replied, "I wouldn't change my mind and please give me a transfer pin."
I was then asked a series of questions that they know nobody is going to remember such as the date I first signed on and the pin I setup which I didn't know. I was then told because I didn't know they could not help me until I got the information. They have it, why don't they just help me? Well the person hung up and when I called back she blocked me from calling back. So I called their corporate office and I was blocked from there too! Stay away from this provider. They also told me no refund would be issued if I cancelled early.

My phone stop charging and when I took it to the store on University Blvd I was told the battery was dead but she couldn't access my account because I couldn't receive text to get the verification code. Initially she wanted to sell me a new phone and charge a activation fee. I refused then she stated that I had to call customer service. When I called customer service they said they couldn't access my account because I couldn't receive a text. I had to go back and forth just to access my account. Finally the store pulled up my account and gave me the info so that I can file an insurance claim. Now I'm going back and forth trying to get the replacement phone activated because again I can't access the old phone. It won't charge. This is a common issue.
Batteries die or screens break all the time where you can't see what's on the screen so why am I getting the run around and they are acting like this is something that never happens and they can't do anything. It's all to extort extra fees. If I activate the phone myself there is no fee but unfortunately I can't because they can't figure out how to send the code via email that's on my account already or just ask for the pin verbally when you aren't able to view the screen on an old device. I will be contacting the FCC and filing a formal complaint. I have been with this company since 2021. As soon as there's an issue they go braindead.

They will not accept the POA paperwork without his license (he's states away and is not healthy enough to leave his facility) and will not accept my license even though I'm listed on POA to manage his finances.
This is not preventing his doctors from reaching him and I now find myself seeking lawyer representation, just so I can be sure my dad can be reached. Before you sign any paperwork with them, please weigh any legality road blocks you may run up against while having their service. MetroPCS used to be a good company but not anymore. Since they got purchased by T-Mobile they've gone completely downhill. I was with MetroPCS since 2006 when I moved here from California. Two years ago I switched over to Spectrum for a home internet and phone deal. After that package was up I came back to MetroPCS but the service that I remember in the past is not today. First of all coverage is bad. Takes a long time to access my bank account or initialize a voice message. Secondly I took the $60 a month plan as I had in the past. I get an email stating my bill is due for $65. I know that because that's what I paid in the past but when I went in to pay the representative of the store said $70. I said, "No. It's $65." He said, "No. It's $70" I said, "Where do you get $70 from?" I told him.
I said, "I took the $60 a month plan." He says, "It's only $60 a month if you get autopay. Otherwise it's $65 a month plus the $5 fee if you pay in store." this was not explained to me by the store representative of the store where I got my phone. What a rip and plus the coverage isn't as good as it used to be before T-Mobile bought them and just before and just before I came to pay my bill I was talking to another gentleman who said he was having issues with his phone that he just recently got and guess who the service provider is? T-Mobile. I don't see how they stay in business. Their service is so lousy. Anyway I'll probably be going back to Spectrum. Their service was better. The coverage was better and the price was a lot cheaper. I was only paying $50 a month there. I should have stayed with Spectrum.

I visited 6515 Annapolis Road store in Hyattsville, MD on 12/23/24 and I'm certain the gentleman (**) stole my money. I paid with a gift card and cash because he said the computer would not accept 2 different payment methods. The cost of phone was $399 with taxes and activation fee and total was $493 (some charges were trumped up and or fabricated). He lied and said he emailed my receipt, but receipt never appeared in my Inbox. There is no record of my purchasing the new phone and the only item/product listed on my account is the cost of a device upgrade of $26. What happened to the gift card funds and the $393 in cash?
This is shameful and Metro needs cameras installed to watch their employees or implement another system where it's impossible to steal the cash handed over to them. Also, Metro PCS is not getting accurate numbers as far as sales because the numbers are not being recorded, which is how money is being taken. So very sad that some of the customer service representatives can not be trusted and they are supposed to be in the business of providing a service. I reported the gentleman to customer service and the DM will be getting involved according to Metro PCS.

Been with Metro since 2015 consistently, never missed a payment and really never had any problems. Customer service is generally very helpful and polite. But today I needed clarification about a issue with my account after I added another line, and got a tablet with a special promotion that they had. The tablet was a Xmas gift for grandson (a child) and I intended to activated it on Xmas Day when giving it to them. However today Metro automatically activated the tablet without my permission, as the tablet is mine. The promotion was to to acquire the tablet paying $20 that day. And $20 monthly on my account. Well today one of lines was suspended. The agent "Honey **" said was because there was $20 due on the tablet. Well my due date is 1/12 and when I tried to get a logical clarification from her, she was sarcastic, condescending, close to being rude.
When I stated that I needed to speak to someone else, she stated there was "no one in the entire Metro company to speak to". How can that be? I do not know what country these calls are routed to, but I live in the US and I speak English, wherever it is there is a great language barrier, coupled with too many agents with a true willingness to actually provide at least decent customer service. Been being charged for 5 months I had to go to store to deal with it and the girl was flabbergasted when I showed her what happen, she calls as they have they owed me $170.00, guess what they wanted me to do - an upgrade!! On what I shouldn't have a phone line at all they stole money from my bank and it all documented canceled on the system but won't give refund! If you like being robbed of money use them and enjoy having problems go ahead but I'm serious don't trust them with payment on auto or don't use bank card EVER! Want proof? I have recording and bank statements and more. I'm not done with them, these companies will be stopped or pay back one way or another karma, God me. LOL... Much love to all good honest people!

Worst company ever. I have been with this company in like forever. I always upgrade and always pay my bill on time. Last month I walked into one of their stores because my phone was burnt and it wasn't working, even though I have it insured the young lady told me they couldn't do anything about. I had to buy a new phone. I ask her for the motto but they said they didn't have it so she sold me a replacement phone. It has turned out to be garbage. After so many years with this company you think they would sell you a better product..I will be taking my business to Boost Mobile..Metro sucks. No loyalty to their customers.

This was for SIM’s card conversation. I wanted to know about why I needed to purchase a SIM card and the Expiration Date had not expired on the SIM’s card. I wanted clarification. Been with this company for over a decade before the pandemic. I believe if the customer service is shady then I would need to find another phone company (I was belittled, over talked too, and they have no patience). This is including the Supervisors & Managers. I currently on hold for the Corporate information (1:16: sec. counting minutes)?? Really, T-mobile sounds good about right now when you get the disrespect they displayed today. Just needed them to understand the SIM card case had expiration date 3/29/25. This is what you get for showing loyalty to a company. Well, no more… Rye #** no help yelled and Joseph #** - Over talked me…. Your services was great to why I currently finding a new phone company, wish this company the best….

Absolutely terrible service and customer service! I am canceling my lines and going with another provider. After 18 years, they have become the worst cell phone provider around. They can't even help with your account AFTER you verify everything. Their customer service is horrendous, disgustingly rude, talks over you, doesn't help, makes you the problem, makes you wait for at least an hour every time, transfers you around, no one knows anything or is even on the same page, will ask you to verify everything to make sure it's you... but then tells you it's not enough and so much more!! They aren't even worth $10 a month!! I would NOT recommend!! Save yourself the hassle and the trouble of even going with Metro/T-Mobile. You won't regret it!

My wife and I have been with Metro for years and they never offer any sort of promotion or upgrade on a better phone. So recently they came out with "Flex Plans" that state current customers get "same great deal" as new customers. The Flex plan is significantly more money per month but we decided that it was worth it for the Phones they offered. Went in store for them to tell me that yet again these particular phones are for new customers. They do not care about customer loyalty whatsoever. This is a marketing scam and you will NOT get an upgrade or new phone that a new customer would get. We left them today and went with ATT, got a s24 with no down payment and reasonable bill.

Our customer service in-store has always been very good. The employees there have consistently been very helpful. However, we had terrible experiences with the call center. We called in to set up two lines on one plan. First, the employee only asked if we had iPhones or androids; she didn’t ask what models we had. So she orders a physical SIM card for my husband. He has an e-sim, but I did not know that when I called. So she wasted our time by making us wait for it before we could get a (partial) refund. I could barely understand what she was saying. I don’t have anything against the employees having accents, but I just wish they hired people who I could understand. It also makes me question how this company treats their overseas employees.
Then, I ask for us to both have the top plan with Amazon Prime. She says, well if you only have prime on one account, the second account will cost less. I looked online, it’s actually cheaper for us both to have prime. So idk if she was just mistaken, or if she was trying to squeeze extra money out of us. Either way, I feel that’s something she should have known.
I spent so much time on the phone waiting for her to figure out how to help us, trying with difficulty to understand what she was saying, and getting the wrong info, that we decided to go in store to cancel our purchase. We didn’t order new phones, so we thought it’d be easy to get a refund. The store calls the call center and they say we have to wait for the SIM card to arrive, return it, and then get our money back. When the package came in the mail, porch pirates stole it from us. So we call and tell them we never received the SIM card. They transfer me to a supervisor, who answers saying something that has nothing to do with why we called.
They say, well we’ll have to put in a request for a refund and wait for a decision. I don’t understand what there is to decide, as we never activated our lines and had no sim to return. I ask, what is there to decide? What would make us NOT get a refund? Reasonable question, but the supervisor starts to talk over me, repeating the same lines “ we have to out in a request.” I ask again, yes but what exactly would cause us to be denied? No abswer. I get upset and raise my voice trying to get an answer. She barks at me and puts me on hold in the middle of my sentence. I call back and my call keeps getting dropped. I call a different number for their call center, no answer. I don’t think my questions were unreasonable at all. So for her to essentially hang up on me was uncalled for. Eventually we did get a partial refund. But we will never go with this company again. When it was metro pcs, I had great service. But they really suck now.

I've had Metro PCS for over 15 yrs and to pay online is awful, they don't accept discover debit but do accept Visa however if you buy a visa gift card they don't accept that either, you can buy a payment pin but they force you to buy one that's 3x the amount of your bill. They won't allow you to speak to a customer service representative, only chat which takes an hour and gets you nowhere. I'm being forced to drive 30 miles to their nearest store which doesn't open until 10am and closes for breaks throughout most of the day and then guess what? They won't accept your cards either and tell you to go to an ATM, then they charge $5 to pay!!!

Kyren put an epoxy phone screen on and it was his suggestion. When I got home I tried to register the case. And it would not go through. So I was never able to register it. The case broke on the side seem. The screen protector had 3 slight scratches and the phone was a POS from the get go. He said he could do a hardware replacement phone. He ordered the phone. Moto G Play. And when I went to pick it up he said he couldn't do it due to the tiny scratches on the screen protector he put on. I am a 10 year customer. Bye bye Metro. You don't deserve my business.

I dropped Metro, formerly Metro PCS which I've had for years. The reason is that there was no promotion available for me, who paid my bill every month on time. Promotions were only available for new customers. I guess it didn't matter that I was with them for such a long time. I needed a new phone and I'm on a budget. I chose the $25.00 plan with Visible (Verizon) and will have a new beautiful phone that I can afford. Bye bye Metro.
