I've had it up to here with Metro. My phone and wifi are connected for one bill. In one situation I only had enough to pay my phone and not the entire bill. I was told that since it was combined I was unable to do that. Now here it is I get an extension for my phone, something that should also apply for my wifi, but now they changed their policy to if you get an extension it's for your phone only. If that's how it's going to be then I should be able to pay my phone bill separately. Makes no sense at all.

I've been with this company for over 15 years. About 6 months ago I got a virus on my phone. Had to buy a new one for $300. Move to Florida, and the new phone was not downloading, charging, and flipping in and out of websites. I use this phone for work. I was actually in the courtroom on zoom when the app just blew off. I spoken to customer service several times. Was talking to buying a hotspot that did not work, as well as a supposedly free tablet. Which is not it's $20 a month. I was also told over the phone. That since his phone is only 2 months old I would not have to pay for another one. I went into the store they refused to give me one. Called customer service several times again they said they noted my account that I could get a free phone. As this one was only 2 months old. Went into the store again and was denied a phone. Of course I could not leave without one. So I was forced into paying another $150.
The customer service line has been disrespectful, cutting me off, leaving me on hold and lying to me. I'm demanding the money back for this phone. It is illegal for you to sell me a phone in 2 months later force me into buying a new one. I will take legal action. As well as contacting the Better Business Bureau, writing negative reviews and going on social media. This is unacceptable. Especially the situation that I was in. I have no idea what they train their employees on. But if you are looking to buy a phone do not go with this company.

First the bad: Last year, an employee at the 4th St N store in St. Pete sold us two new Android phones, and in the process "lost" two of the four lines on our family plan (turns out he tweaked our account to make more money for himself). We were not even aware of the missing lines until the other two family members contacted us to say their phones weren't working. Took quite a bit of effort to get everything back to normal, but we were stuck in a minimum one year agreement. We had to wait the full year before we could port the numbers and get service elsewhere.
Now the good: We had Metro for about 20 years, always had great service and coverage, no complaints *until* that employee screwed us over. That kind of prompted us to look elsewhere for cell phone service. We went with Verizon and got four new iPhones, as well as a much cheaper rate on the 4 line family plan. A much better outcome for us. We thought Metro was good but we don't appreciate getting "taken" like that, so we'll give our $$ to a different company.

When he finally got my phones in order after a long wait asked if I wanted a protector. I said no. Took a box off the wall. Opened it and put on my phone. Put a clear plastic on my daughter's phone saying free of charge. Even acted like he called to get permission from someone.
When I looked at my receipt later he charged me 27 dollars for both plastic clear screen cover. I was furious. When I confronted him he said his mistake. Wow. After trying to convince me I got a deal I witnessed him put another customer's paper work in shreddder. When she questioned him about her fees he told her come back tomorrow. He will explain. ⭐ WEST TENNESSEE STREET Tallahassee, FL (Paul). I had a very disappointing experience at the Metro by T-Mobile location on West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee, Florida. I was assisted by an employee named Paul, who sold me a phone that was defective immediately upon use. The device was extremely slow and unresponsive from the start. When I returned the next day requesting a refund, I was told refunds were not allowed. During that interaction, Paul asked if I would be interested in purchasing one of his “old” phones and then directed me to another Metro location on North Monroe Street to speak with the manager.
I was also told that because this was considered an “upgrade,” refunds were not allowed under Metro policy. However, the device I purchased did not work properly from the beginning, and that policy should not apply to a defective product. Additionally, I was not provided with a receipt for this transaction. As a result of this experience, I have since moved my service to T-Mobile, where I received professional and proper service.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund of all money paid, including the cost of the defective device, all activation fees, and the monthly service charges that I paid, since I was unable to properly use the device. I do have proof of payment through my bank records and expect Metro by T-Mobile corporate to contact me directly to resolve this matter. This experience was unacceptable and needs immediate attention. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate through formal complaints and legal action.

As someone who had Metro for several years I was highly shocked by how they handled my account. I ordered 2 new phones for me and my significant other. Paid full price for them. When they arrived and we tried to activate them only one would actually activate. Upon contacting support was told to wait 2 hours. Didn't work. Then was told I had to wait 2 days for sales support only to have them tell me I needed to send the phone back, which they didn't provide a return label as they claimed. I continued to ask for a return label and was consistently ignored. I asked to speak with manager and was denied. After a month of Metro's inadequate ability to do anything to assist me I finally asked for an address to send the phone myself, which took over an hour after asking repeatedly. So I switched to a better carrier and will be telling everyone I can to not use metro or T-Mobile for that fact.

I would not recommend this phone carrier for service. The quality has really, really gone done within the past year. Live customer care is no longer 24 hours a day. If there is a problem with service after hours you might as well discontinue using the phone until the next day. The automated service SUCKS! It takes repeated attempts for it to recognize what you are saying. It doesn't give a push a number option until after multiple failed attempts to recognize what is being said. I was told by a phone rep. that they did not believe it was my phone with an issue. There seems to be trouble with their towers. I was told by a customer care agent I was on a bad tower that was being maintenanced but the one I was told I was switched to is even worse. Dropped called, spotty internet, delayed text, are just some of the issues I am currently having.
I believe it to be intentional because it all started when I declined to upgrade my device. Prior to the upgrade offer service was fine. Since my decline the service has declined. That and the fact my promotional rate is no longer offered and I keep ignoring their switch to a new plan at much higher pricing offers. Right now, literally, I have to wait until the next day until the call center opens to pay my bill because the system is down for maintenance. If you are looking for long term service save yourself the headache of being nickled and dimed down the road and just start with a reputable carrier. If you are okay with a quick and easy, right now carrier than this is the one for you.

I bought an iphone 17 pro through their website and online they make it seem like it is super easy to upgrade. It has been the worst experience of my life. Visited 3 stores and no help. All of them simply called customer service and was told every time they will talk to their supervisor, escalate it, submit a ticket and to wait 72 hours for a response.
I myself have called about 12 times and its ALWAYS an excuse. There is a glitch, there is an error, my system isn't loading, etc. Oh and also their favorite thing to do is to say "I will be right back" and just leave you there. I literally waited over 40 mins with a supervisor named Chris who never came back to the phone. They do that so you will hang up and won't have to deal with you. So I have had a brick for a phone for 10 days now with no end in sight. Can't return it 'cause I lost the return label and they also can't unlock it unless it has been IN SERVICE FOR A YEAR for you to be able to take it to another company since it is locked to them. My husband and I have been customers of Metro PCS for over 6 years, and I pay for insurance on My husband and I have been customers of Metro PCS for over 6 years and we pay insurance on both of our phones. My husband was using his phone and as soon as he gets off the phone, the screen goes black and then he can't call out or receive calls on his phone. You can hear the phone ringing and hear the notification when he gets his text messages but you can't see anything. We went to the Metro PCS store and they gave us a number to call to make a claim so that my husband could get a replacement phone. However, one of the representatives tell me that they have to send a verification code to his phone since we didn't remember the pin for our account.
After explaining to them again that the phone is not working properly and you can't see anything because the screen is broken, they tell us that they can't help us because the code has to be sent to the phone that the claim is being made for. I then ask how can you send a code for us to verify if the screen is not coming on for us to see it. There are two phones on this account and the code can be sent to the other phone like the first representative did but somehow we were disconnected. I then asked for a supervisor but then they say there are none to talk to at this time because they are all on a call. After going back and forth for over an hour with approximately three or four different representatives, the gentleman says that since we've been paying for insurance, they were going to upgrade his phone and there's no fee to get it just give the claims department some information that he gave us.
Then the claims department representative tells me and my husband that we have to pay $60 for the replacement phone although we've been paying insurance on them, and not to mention that once we receive the replacement phone, we then have to send the old one back, or there is another fee. What is the purpose of paying for insurance on your phones if it's not going to cover the old one. We didn't have a problem with sending the old one back, but we feel that it's a rip off to pay insurance on the phones for years just to have to pay for a replacement phone, and this is the first time that we have ever tried to file a claim, and oh, once we get the replacement phone, then we have to pay for the activation fee also. I would have given 0 stars if I could, we are very dissatisfied with Metro PCs after being faithful customers for so many years.

Date issue began: March 4, 2026. Company: Metro by T-Mobile. On March 4, 2026, I switched my phone service from Cricket Wireless to Metro by T-Mobile through their online activation system. I decided to switch because Metro advertised a promotion for customers who port their number from another carrier offering an iPhone 13 for $55 per month. My intention during the activation process was to transfer my existing phone number (**) from Cricket and receive the iPhone 13 promotion for switching carriers. However, instead of processing the promotion, the system simply transferred my number and activated service on my existing unlocked phone. I was charged a $25 activation fee, but the promotion that motivated the switch was never applied.
Immediately after the number transfer, my phone completely lost service. I had no cellular connection or internet access while I was on the road. At no point during the activation process was I warned that my service could be interrupted or that I might need Wi-Fi or another device to complete the activation. Being left without service in that situation was extremely stressful and could have been dangerous if an emergency had occurred.
Since then, I have contacted Metro customer support more than eight times trying to resolve this issue. Several representatives told me they could not help, and in some cases my calls were disconnected before the issue was resolved. As a result, my number was transferred and I was charged an activation fee, but the promotion that influenced my decision to switch carriers was not honored. Resolution requested: I request that Metro by T-Mobile either apply the advertised iPhone 13 switcher promotion to my account or reverse the activation so I can complete the process correctly and qualify for the promotion.

New Year’s Day I took my sister into T-Mobile located in North Las Vegas on Craig and Revere. After not being able to solve the problem of my sister‘s broken phone, they persuaded her to purchase a phone. The phone was clearly used, but they told her it was new. She needed it so she was excited. They told her they wanted her to pay $300. I said that’s ridiculous and she agreed. We walked out the door and after we did amazingly they lowered the phone to like $100. I believe I end up paying 70 and she paid 30 and we ended up getting her the new phone. Her bill was $35and that was all of it within two weeks. We purchased an Internet box per the advertisement was $50. The next month we paid $135. And that was all of it within two weeks. We purchased a Internet box per the advertisement was $50. The next month we paid $135 now it’s two months later and the bill says $178.
My elderly sister went up to the store twice to try to understand why and they told her a bunch of verbal garbage. When I got off of work I said let me go since I was there both times when he said how much the bill would be. When I got there the verbal garbage began. Getting a supervisor on the phone and saying that they could do nothing. My sister was so frustrated. She said cancel the phone after I told him that they say, "We’ll work with you." The sales person then said, "How much can you pay today." I said, "145 as she quoted me." Pay the 145. He gave me a bogus receipt and he did not provide the service. My sister who is elderly and has had two strokes within the last year enjoy his entertainment and this is my gift to her. She was so frustrated that number one they lied and that they took the money with no recourse.

My review is being written about the customer service agent. I spoke with for Metro T Mobile, her name is MONIQUE F. I called and got her and thank God I did because I've been trying to figure out what has been going on with my account since 10/18/25, came into a T-Mobile Location on E. Craig to turn on a phone for a line that I had broken the previous device.. When I came in, I was offered to get a 4th line on my account and it would not disturb my bill in any way and I would go forward paying the same thing I'd been paying for the past 3yrs. However, on 1/28/26, I was online looking through my account doing a few things and I noticed there was a 5th line that was added to the account on the same day I had agreed to take the 4th line.
I called, got an agent, she literally kind of tiptoed around the question and offered to look through my bill and see if she can lower it. By going through things that I needed or did not need or that I was unaware I was paying for and didn't need them. So I realized that nobody calls Canada or Mexico, she told me she can remove all of that from each of the lines and bring my bill down to a $100 and for me to just look at the 5th line as being a dormant line, and if I ever wanted to add a phone to it that I could. She didn't want to answer for the agent before, so going forward. I had been given a credit and my bill actually was $73 for January and moving forward into February my bill was higher, not the $100 I was promised.
I called in, got the run around, got 25 text messages of all different amounts to pay, but I was told by that agent at the time to just ignore it, my bill would be a $100 a month, going forward and not to worry. I paid the $100 a few days later. I was being charged for $3.24 and if I didn't pay it, they were going to suspend my line, I had gone in to go and pay that then I called up again, got another representative who gave me the runaround from another agent for 1 hr and 15 minutes, treated me horribly, still wouldn't just tell me the truth of what the agent had done to my account in October which was basically finagled my account to make a sale.
I finally got this agent who I'm speaking up top. Her name is MONIQUE F. And let me say, I have dealt with 3 lying agents. She was the only agent who actually took the time and was pleasant the whole time and looked back at my account all the way from the beginning and explained to me every single detail and what was going on with my account, she even was just so apologetic about the past agents mishandling of my account which was so sweet but was not her fault to even have to apologize for agents that do such things.
She was the only truthful person literally from my last phone call with the last gentleman I had spoke with on February the 25th, who literally was such a jerk to me and then was trying to push for the upgraded sale commission or whatever they get on 4 of my lines, which I did want to do since I had been lied to. My account has been basically done whatever needed to be done for an agent to make a sale for metro T-Mobile. I refused to give him that satisfaction..
However MONIQUE F. has actually given me some hope that the past 6 years that I have been with this company wasn't a complete waste. She has given me hope that people are truthful in this world. And customer service agents can be fantastic. She was amazing. She deserves a raise. She is probably one of the best customer service agents that I've ever dealt within any situation or in any company. She deserves recognition for what she did today. Because I was literally going to cancel all the lines that I had and never look back at metro T-Mobile.
I have been with this company for going on 6 years this coming and March, and I was literally going to just walk away from it, because I was so upset with the lies that these agents do to make a sale. But she has changed my mind entirely. I'd Give her a million stars if I could. She is such a kind, honest, wonderful woman. And I have total respect for her. Thank you MONIQUE F. At METRO T MOBILE, YOU DESERVE THE WORLD, YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!

I have been with MetroPCS for years. It's low cost and no hidden fees was a plus for me. I have two lines, myself and my son. I bought a new phone and wanted to switch my line over. The app wasn't working so I called customer service. They were able to do it, and waved the switching fee as this was my first time in 12 months with a new phone. After it's complete I realize the woman had switched my son's line to the new phone. Even after confirming with me which line was switching. I called back realizing my son is out in a blizzard now with no phone and no way to contact him. The customer service tells me that I have to wait as the lines are processing and there is nothing that can be done. I drove to my son in a blizzard to bring him a phone.
The next morning I call and explain. It takes over an hour on the phone with them, but they get the lines fixed and assure me they are waving the fees as this was there error. Appreciated it, thanked them. Next morning I get a text saying I have a bill due and I have 24 hours to pay or my phone is getting shut off. That's crazy, I've never missed a payment. I sign in and it's a fee for switching phone lines. I call, 45 minutes and the woman finally fixes it. I check my app, it says I don't owe anything.
Next morning I wake up and go to call my husband. My phone has been shut off for lack of payment. I check the app. It's a such line fee. I apply the extension offered, so that I can call and customer service can fix this. I try calling 611 but the call won't go out. I call the 888 number and the bot won't put me through to a live agent because my account is suspended. So I pay the $28 and call back. Customer service tells me that there's nothing they can do besides apply a discount to my next bill. A drive thru a blizzard to make sure my son has a way to reach the outside world, 4 hours on the phone being constantly assured that THIS agent is going to be the agent to set this right for me, and $28 to switch a phone line that they assured me originally could be done through the app for free.

Had an issue with my bank, preferably debit card MetroPCS only let you pay with debit card. I actually called in at 12:37 yesterday because I needed to speak to customer service which my credit union asked to call. The service manager asked me to drive to MetroPCS because I told her that I needed my phone because I was stranded and I needed to communicate with my doctors and also my bank. They were going to try to process an issue me a new card upon going into the Metro store, I had a service person that’s supposed to be taking care of my situation. This guy look like he was high in on drugs. He was trying to charge the pad the tablet that they gave me. It was actually not working, which I have been to that store several times and even complain about the tablet not working, which I even also had the guy plug it up. I waited a whole hour while I was in my car talking to my bank to try to resolve my payment issue.
I do not like the fact that I called him twice and was at that store from exactly 1 o’clock until 7 o’clock in the evening trying to get my issue resolved if it wasn’t for the other service tech that was there in MetroPCS I wouldn’t have got anything done at one point through the day. When I first started the guy that was waiting on me. He actually went into the back and forgot about me standing outside. My bank manager got irritated and asked for a supervisor. The person that I talked to for MetroPCS on the phone, she never even put in to the computer what I was looking for. I just got brushed off so then when I called the supervisor in the evening, she stated that she didn’t even see anything in the computer where I was having issues so this guy was so messed up in the store. He didn’t even go inside a computer to let them know that I was on the phone with my bank manager. Poor customer service.
Also, I am searching to go back to T-Mobile because how I was treated was ridiculous. Once I do get money on my debit card. I have gotten the situation under control. I am going to look for a new carrier and give them back their piece of a tablet because they gave me a tablet that does not work. It took me all day to get that tablet to even charge so that I could go into my bank account and transfer for funds to where I need it. I suggest that MetroPCS in the near future get their customer service together to where as though they can actually take calls and also train their staff inside the stores that is not good to be high on drugs when you’re taken care of a customer I have had it with MetroPCS. I will be getting another service from T-Mobile or somewhere else I will never use this company again. I was also told by the last customer service agent that my phone would not be turned off.
I also repeated to them twice that I will be calling my bank in the morning so that they can do that SCH test on my account from my debit card so that they can send the funds so that if it goes through, then I can actually put in my regular amount to pay my phone bill I wake up this morning, which they told me that my phone service will still be on so I went to go call my bank to do the transaction and my phone was cut off so no I will not. I am really tired of this situation and what was done to me was wrong. They need better staff and people on the phone that actually record and take care of people that are buying from MetroPCS I wouldn’t even suggest anybody sign up with this phone company. They need to do better.

Customer service couldn’t fixture out any other verification method after hours on chat and a phone call. They told him he had to go in person the next day to a store and he did. While at the store they helped him change his security questions and updated his email and told him that in 24th or less he would receive an email link from them that would get him into his account. That email never came so he calls and is being interrogated about the things he had told them he has tried and never once had any representative even attempted to fix it. All they do is argue with him and make him repeat himself.
Whoever is in quality control should be fired along with the reps that provide zero service to a customer with multiple products (which are below par at best) and has stuck around way longer than he should have. In the past, I have had less positive experiences at other Escondido locations, particularly when attempting to pay my bill in cash or asking for clarification about additional service charges when purchasing my phone. As someone who occasionally pays in cash, I also appreciate the opportunity to learn about current offers or promotions.
At the Vista location, ** provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, patient, and transparent in explaining available options, and she took the time to ensure I felt informed and welcomed. Her friendly attitude and genuine smile made a meaningful difference in my experience. So if you say I sign something we can go to court, I didn't sign anything. You people are rip off T-Mobile and have been since I've known about t mobile.
Original: I went into Metro PCS looking to get an upgrade on my phone, the guy behind the counter asked me if I was a senior. I told him yes. He said, "I can get you a phone from T-Mobile," the only thing is I would be paying $ 48. monthly. He reassured me that it was going to be $48 so he put me on the phone with T-Mobile. I gave the guy all my information, and he kept reassuring me that my bill would be $48 a month, but my first bill would be like $5 and $6 more and I agree because he said after I paid the first initial $55 and some change might be able to automatically go back to $48 a month.
I agree, now I got my first bill. It was $55. Now I'm starting to receive a bill for $65 and when I did call to discuss my bill. The person that I spoke with told me that I was scammed that they played a trick on me. OK. I got upset. I paid the fifty five dollars and now my bill is sixty five dollars, which I am not going to pay because T-Mobile is a scam. They are not fair with their pricing. They lie at every turn. I never like T-Mobile and I do not understand why I came back to them. Horrible horrible service, horrible service, they're liars. They're thieves, things that work for T-Mobile.

This is a complaint against Metro T-Mobile, located at 1426 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ, for unfair and deceptive business practices involving my 93-year-old mother. My mother has exclusively used an iPhone for many years and relies on it daily to FaceTime family, send texts, take photos, and stay connected. Her phone is linked to her iPad, making Apple compatibility essential. When her iPhone stopped working, she went to this Metro T-Mobile location for assistance. Instead of being properly advised, she was sold an Android phone for $227. She was not informed that the Android device was incompatible with her Apple devices, that her data would not transfer, or that she would lose access to FaceTime and other services she uses daily. No attempt was made to transfer her data, and the store took her iPhone, leaving her disconnected and distressed.
She returned to the store twice seeking help and was told nothing could be done. When I traveled from out of state to assist her and spoke with the manager, I was again refused help and directed to a customer service phone number that provided no resolution. The store claimed the sale was an “upgrade” on my brother’s T-Mobile account and therefore non-refundable, despite the sale being entirely inappropriate for an elderly customer. I ultimately purchased an iPhone for her through another provider and restored her data with their technical support. However, my mother remains out $227 due to Metro T-Mobile’s refusal to correct this situation. I believe this conduct represents lack of disclosure, failure of informed consent, and exploitation of an elderly consumer. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that restitution be required.

I have been a customer of Metro for over 12 years; a few months ago I was offered a “free” upgrade from a Galaxy A14 5g to a A15 5g, but I was required to pay $25 for shipping. I paid the $25. A few days ago, I called Customer service and asked for the advantage of the new phone, and was told the A15 had double the memory. So I went to the Walmart and bought a waterproof case etc. and today with the help of customer service changed it over. The lady, Jen, was very nice and spent over an hour. Together we went the through the settings, and then when we verified that the phone had 128 GB storage –oops, no it only had 64 GB storage. So I spent over 3 hours and $30 for no benefit for me.
While waiting for her supervisor I was disconnected, so I needed to start all over! The customer service supervisor suggested that I send back the phone!!! He was not willing to send me a gift card for, or a SIM card with the 128 GB. To follow this plan I would need to spend over an hour to reactivate the old A14, and then mail back the A15. The “standard” SIM card comes with 128 GB. But not Metro’s.
[Check this link: **] So, BUYER BEWARE. The customer service supervisor even implied he’d rather I meet Metro’s rep in my local small claims court to have the judge decide. (Since I was an officer of the court, I know the cost to Metro will be $5,000 - $8,000 just for its lawyer to appear. I have no cost, except my time.) The supervisor has worked in that capacity for over 20 years. Makes me wonder what kind of training he received. So there was absolutely no benefit for me to change from a A-14 to an A-15. I would add a receipt to verify I am a customer, but all I have is my account.

Metro PCS is sadly incompetent. My sister, who is special needs and needs help with things, had their service. She broke her phone, and she got her a new phone through them. They gave her a new phone number with the new phone, but apparently never turned off her previous phone line that was specific to her broken phone! Subsequently, I went in the store with her and first asked them why she couldn’t just keep her same phone number, as I always have with Verizon, whenever I’ve gotten a new phone?!. They said something about how numbers are contracted and said it was actually cheaper for her to get her a new phone number for her new phone. So we accepted the fact that she now has a new number.
I gave them a credit card that we paid the current bill with, and which they were supposed to use to automatically withdraw from for the bill each month. Then I called the old number and it was still active, so I told them to MAKE SURE that line was cut OFF! The next month, the service for her new phone number service was cut off, with no warning. And yet AGAIN, the old line associated with the OLD phone was still active! Apparently we were charged for service for the old phone instead of the new one!! So we went back in there and told them “you cut off the wrong line and you did it without even any warning.” We explained we want the old line CUT OFF and the new number line REACTIVATED. We paid for them to do that and again, I gave them the credit card to pay the current bill AND to use for automatic withdrawal for future billing.
Then, just tonight I got a call from her on someone else’s phone and she said her service had been cut off AGAIN, for lack of payment!!. Again, without any warning!! I called the old number, and AGAIN it went straight to voicemail and appears to still be active!! We will be going to their store tomorrow to CANCEL both lines and any account we ever had with them. We’re going to go with another company, maybe Verizon, which I have. Verizon may be expensive, but at least they are COMPETENT, and you don’t have to deal with bullshit like this!!

Bait and switch is the best way to sum it up. Saw their commercials for months on end of their bring your own phone $25 a month plan.... but guess what? Just wouldn't seem to work. Had to get a new phone to recover account info off cash app in order to finish filing my taxes. So ended up having to buy a Motorola phone (which is a total POS btw), and then come to find out, my service doesn't include being able to use the phones hotspot, even though I'm paying almost double what they claimed in their nonstop ad bombardment on tv... even better and what makes me planning on dumping them altogether here very soon, is the ads.... from them, constantly!!!! I've had numerous instances where I can about guarantee they're "throttling" my data speed, full bars and it's barely running faster than old dial up Internet, and this is when I'm nowhere near my data limit either.

This company is one of the scammers to hit America. I am most recordings of them hacking my devices, my SIM card. And I still have these recordings, they are very disrespectful. They don't even have a main corporate store located anywhere which is very suspicious. Their service sucks, you pay for service, they're supposed to be unlimited data. But you can pay your phone bill there. Then, you will get a text a few days later, saying your a high-speed data has ran out of so you will. Your phone will be running slow. Why? If it's supposed to be unlimited, that's mean that it's not unlimited.
Maybe hacking your accounts if you don't check on it. Making multiple changes to your account without your knowledge they were delete these off your account. So you won't have access to report them. They do not care about any customers. They're just out here stealing money. They hack your data information to put on a dark web or sell they also, we have multiple numbers hacking your SIM card. If you're not paying close attention to your account, you have lunch. The store to see most of the things. I'm not sure why Trump hasn't investigated them while he's talking about deporting people. Metro is not even a USA company, is a foreign company. But you're gonna always call the federal bureau. Taking information about them
