I canceled my service because I could no longer afford it. Prices just seemed to continue to increase. I took my equipment back on 9-20-2025 and was told I would owe a full month of services since the billing cycle started 9-19-2025. WHY would anyone be obligated to pay for a month of service they didn't receive. I see paying for the day (9-19-2025-9-20-2025), but for the entire month. I called customer service twice and was told if I didn't pay it I would be turned over to collections. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I canceled my service and I am still receiving a bill. Grant it was during the "billing" cycle. I am willing to pay for the service I had, but how can you make a long time customer over 20 years pay for service they didn't have! If anyone is considering getting them, I would look into all options before choosing them.

I had internet equipment that worked fine for many years. Until they informed me on the phone that it was old and they wanted to send me updated equipment. So I agreed. Well the new equipment makes my internet slower than what it was. The reason is that my old equipment was running at a high rate of speed due to the equipment itself. It wasn't until a month later that I found that out from the Spectrum technician that came out to test my line. So Spectrum knew this when they ran a speed test when I initially called. Which explains why they were so adamant about sending me the new equipment. And every time I have called or chatted with customer service since, they have suggested that I upgrade my speed (band width) package. Who would have thought a large corporation like this would be so deceitful and scam their customers. Pathetic.

After decades of using Spectrum we were tired of the constant price hikes and high costs; we were spending $240 a month (!!). Worst of all, there was poor internet speed when tested with a speed tester, often 40-60 MBS download and 15 upload. And this living in town in Appleton. TDS moved into the area last year; after procrastinating for 8 months we finally called them and within a few days they efficiently slit-trenched a cable to our house and hooked us up within 2-3 hours. We now pay $49 a month guaranteed for 2 years. We use a Roku stick on our TV so we still get all the services we had before (HBO, Netflix, Disney, Britbox etc.). Best of all we can now download at 500 MBS!

Finally, you are required to go in to a Spectrum store to cancel. The man we dealt with was so dour it made us extremely uncomfortable. We felt like he could go postal on us at any second, and treated us as if he was doing us a favor and had just come from a funeral. With all the above in mind (and excluding the sour man), we have terrific internet capabilities, and have lightened our budget by $200 a month. A great load off of us. Now we're kicking ourselves for being lazy and procrastinating for so long.

I've had to suffer through Spectrum's poor residential and business network connectivity and I can honestly say it's the worst of every ISP I have ever used. If you call them to complain, they'll do a "speed test" and tell you speed is fine, but what they don't test is packet loss which is well below the norm. Making their abysmal network connectivity worse, they have monopolies in cities, leaving people and businesses with NO other option.

The service from Spectrum is the worst I have ever seen. All summer long, since the new upgrade, it has been absolutely horrible. We have a tourism business and the calls that we received from our customers about the Spectrum service was embarrassing. I have been a very long customer and it has never been this bad. The service keeps going in and out all day and night. Buffering is all I see while watching TV. Internet is out right now. 5:26AM. This is on the business side as well. It is horrible.

To whom it may concern. I WAS a customer of Spectrum since 1993....yes old fella. They were running a special on internet for which I inquired. It was 50.00 for 500mbs download speed. I was paying 80.00 for 300mbs. The "Flunkie" on the phone explained to me how the rate was for new customers and since I was existing, I would need to pay the higher price. So, I was quickly indoctrinated to Spectrum Customer service for long time customers and explained to the Flunkie, I would assist his efforts and go to another service. Yes, I did that evening. The new service was installed next day if I wanted but I did it the following day as it was a Friday and installed in the AM. Very happy with the new service and for some reason Spectrum thinks I would go back to them. I get a gig up and down for 65.00/month.

We do not recommend Spectrum internet. We are in rural area. Need internet for our security cameras and spectrum put fiber optics in so, we thought it should be great. It was not. Not with their router, not with our upgraded personal one. When we sold the property and no longer needed as our home property has a privately owned system which is terrific, we no longer needed it. So, canceled service, clerk noted that but didn't actually cancel it. So when I called back to advise we couldn't wait any longer in the store, found out that she didn't actually cancel it 9 days prior as we had thought. Refused to credit and refund any part of the payment I had just made, and needed the modem returned, despite that they tried to say the service wasn't good as the modem had become obsolete, but they still wanted it returned.

Then went to their store, which the closest one was 45 min from home, was in twice, only 1 clerk working, 7 people ahead of me, the line didn't move in 20 minutes, and I had a special needs daughter waiting in the car with my husband so I gave up and left. Supposedly I can return it NC through UPS store. I'll find out. I can say the customer service on the phone was patient.

I received a text from Spectrum saying these items had been paid off, and my list bill showed a balance of zero, but no mention of the amounts paid off for the phone and watch. I called Spectrum to get this information in an email. I was told they "could not" do that. A large corporation could not send me a bill or an email. Utterly pathetic. So glad I left Spectrum. Fyi, Charter Spectrum doesn't prorate their bill after the new billing cycle. That means, just one or two days into the new billing cycle, if you terminate Charters services, you have to pay for the month. Doesn't sound right or fair to me. However, Oregon allows this practice. So, terminate at the end of the billing cycle. I've been with Charter for a long time. I have never heard of their non-prorated policy. I joined Spectrum Mobile in May 2025 after being promised three things: 30 GB of Mexico data, $40/month in home internet, and trade-in credits for our iPhone 11. None of these promises were kept. * In Mexico, my phone had no data. Spectrum admitted the rep promised 30 GB but refused to honor it because their system was not allowing it. * My internet bill came at $69 instead of $40 — only fixed after complaints.* The first iPhone trade-in was denied after receiving the new phone because it was not getting done in the right way on their system and they said that.

    * In September 2025, the second iPhone trade-in (receipt showed $195 credit) was later denied. After we returned it with video/photo proof, Spectrum falsely claimed the phone was “damaged” and kept it. The photo they sent wasn’t even the right device. They refused to return the real phone. After filing complaints with the FCC, Attorney General, and BBB, Spectrum finally admitted mistakes, apologized, and issued partial credits ($30 and $599.99). But they still refused to refund the phone or return it. This isn’t just us — the BBB is full of similar complaints: false promises, denied credits, and fake “damaged” phone claims. This looks systemic, not accidental. 📄 See full timeline: ** 📄 See proof of evidence: ** ✉️ If this happened to you, please contact me at ** or share your story here: **.

Unfortunately, Spectrum has been less than ideal for me. I had services through Spectrum for a few years and it was just one thing after another. The services, which may have been dependent upon my location, was honestly horrible. I had to reboot my equipment weekly and at one point had to completely change out equipment, that then proceeded to still have issues. Service aside, the monthly costs became astronomical. The opening account deals are great, until you've been there a year and then you're paying a ridiculous amount per month. Additionally, the communication about services is sub-par at best. The payment periods are different from service periods and this is not clearly communicated. Proactivity is not something they know about!

I am not one to complain about services, business, or anything really. However, I felt it necessary to be clear on how disappointed I am with Spectrum. The phone support staff is very professional and does their jobs well, but this does not make up for the inadequacies throughout the rest of the company. Recently they offered to give us a rebate of $ 2500.00 for our cell phones if we would pay off our T-Mobile phones and transfer to Spectrum services. It was all offered over the phone with no documentation. It was a good deal but each time we talked it was with a separate individual and something new was presented. Third call I was told I would only get $500.00 per phone. I was later told to have three receipts of T-Mobile payments, the later 4 receipts. That was after we had cancelled T-Mobile and couldn’t access the account. Then we were told to send text of the purchase cost of our T-Mobile phones, then told that wasn’t sufficient and to send credit card statements showing the payment.

We did and were then told it was too late in spite of an email 5 days old, that stated we had 30 days. I pressed for more supervisor contact and finally was told we would only get $500.00 not $1500.00 to offset the $3,000.00 spent to pay off T-Mobile phones. They said all our documents were accepted but they based their decision on my credit. I had 22 years with my last cell phone provider, 10 years with Spectrum with no late or non payment. Then they said it was my credit rate, which was 850. The reply to that was, “I can’t tell you why, goodbye.” Don't trust Spectrum unless you have their plan documents and are talking with one person.

Could it be the next Industrial Revolution? - Will it replace the workforce? - I had a moment of clarity, and cried out “yes!”. If Spectrum has taught me anything, it’s that this dystopian AI hell we all fear is a certainty. Companies like Spectrum have already stripped any humanity and empathy from their customer interactions. Maybe this is part of the plan, maybe one day we’ll demand AI save us from these awful humans. We’ll see I guess. Anyway, if you crave the cold embrace of a machine Spectrum is the right choice for you.

Hawaii Telecom had the promotion for $20 a month so I decided to switch to Hawaii Telecom and cancel Spectrum and return their equipment on the 5th. For 2 days of using Spectrum's internet service, the 4th and the 5th, Spectrum charges me $100 and the reason is my promotion ends on the 3rd so my rate goes up from $40 to $100 and since I only used 2 days I have to pay for the whole month which is $100. This is a garbage company. Maybe I should do a class action lawsuit against this company.

Man was I relieved when I had to move and Spectrum assured me it would be no problem. I was thrilled to learn they were delivering equipment the day of my move in so that I could have internet set up. I placed the order on 9/10 and I was moving 9/20. Although I must admit I was a little trepidatious, I confirmed my order the next day where I was made to feel comfortable and confident that my order would indeed show up on the date of my move in! I just needed to wait for the shipping order and I could track it, no problem. As the day to my move in got a little closer I began to get a little nervous I wouldn't have my equipment. Luckily I talked on chat and on the phone 2 days before my move in where I was reassured I would be receiving my equipment on the day of my move in. Thank goodness.

You see, I normally have little faith or success in people doing jobs I pay for or telling the truth about services. Luckily, Spectrum assured me they were different. Perhaps my outlook on life was mistaken, and maybe this company was reputable and did what they said they would do after all! Silly, grumpy, doubting, me. I need to have a more optimistic outlook on life. Moving is always especially stressful so I'm glad this company has my back. Today, the day before the move in, I received that confirmation tracking email. Relieved and assured I happily opened the email to find that everything every single customer service representative (4 different ones) had told me was indeed a lie and I was right to be apprehensive. My equipment is now being delivered days after the move in, surprising me in the least. Just another company lying to their customers and refusing to do their jobs. Thanks Spectrum, for absolutely nothing. 0 out of 5 stars.

I recently switched to Spectrum Mobile under the promise that with my switch, I would receive internet service for $30/month for two years. Unfortunately, that promise has not been honored. From the very first billing cycle, I was charged $50/month for internet. I called customer service and spent over 45 minutes on the phone, where they assured me the issue was fixed. The following month, the exact same thing happened—I was billed $50 again. After another 30-minute call with customer resolution, I was told once more that the problem had been corrected. Yet, on my next bill, nothing had changed.

When I pressed them, Spectrum told me they had given me a “free line” for a year instead. That was not what I agreed to. I made it very clear that I wanted to pay for both lines and receive internet at $30/month for two years, exactly as promised. I even have this agreement in writing, but the billing issue still has not been resolved. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience. If you are considering switching to Spectrum Mobile, I strongly recommend you stay away. The lack of follow-through, misleading promotions, and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing.

He took the card and slid it through his slider at his computer (I thought he was charging the fee). He then hands it back to me and and points to the card reader to pay. I asked him a second time "are you sure you didn't add my card?" He said "no I did not". Later that day I got an email saying "thank you for adding your new card". They said nothing they can do & my bill is now 120$ a month for basic wifi so I switched to T-MOBILE. I called them back to cancel. Now all of a sudden they can make my bill 55$ month which piss me off even more. So I said, "No thanks." I still canceled, my bill starts on the 2nd of each month. I returned my equipment on the 13th and ask them to prorate from the second to the 13th and I would just pay them for what's fair.

They refused and made me still pay them $120 with their equipment in their possession that I delivered to them knowing I can't use the wifi no matter what the rest of the month & nothing they would do to cut the bill in half. Spectrum, when it works, is typically fine; however, you never know when it will stop working completely. When it stops working as intended, you either get no internet availability or the service is completely useless. Last time Spectrum went out, it took them an entire day just to fix the issue, and after the issue was "resolved," internet speeds had been more than halved compared to how they were previously. Ping spikes were and still are constant, taking me from an average of ~43 ms to nearly 15,000 ms every few minutes. It becomes impossible to load anything when the service is so horrible.

Upon trying to contact Spectrum, they, of course, are using an AI service so that they do not have to hear people complain about their horrible product. If I could talk to a physical person, I would have; however, the AI I was forced to talk to kept talking over me (something I didn't think was actually possible) and made it impossible to request access to a real representative.

During the hurricane last October 2024, we were without internet/cable for almost 5 weeks. When you call them, they stated they were at the mercy of the power company, yet all power had been restored throughout our area.

It took a few folks in our neighborhood who had connections with state representatives to get them to pay attention to our issues. Fast forward to today, September 12, 2025, and we are once again blind to everything. And have been for over 3 hours. Crystal blue skies all day. No info. Can’t get anyone on chat. No one picks up calls. These folks have a monopoly and they know it. You can see this with such horrific reviews yet no improvements. Why is it the FCC does not investigate. With Spectrum, I lived in a house the internet went down several times a month. When I wanted to cancel service, they force you to call so they can talk you into staying. They then try and get you to add more services to keep you from leaving. They offered me less speed then I'm getting with my new carrier, wanted me to switch my cell phone service to them to save $10.00

The representative asked me who my mobile provider was so she could send me a code. When I asked why she said it was because some providers charge a fee for texts. So?? I know that they ask so they can try and sell you more service. It takes 15 minutes to "cancel", so they waste your time trying to convince you to stay. Finally, the report offered you have a technician come out. They send notification as every time the service is out. Now, they're suddenly concerned. Hopefully, the powers that be at Spectrum or actually look into why you can’t rely on their services, but I am not sure that they will pay much attention since their paychecks don’t depend on customer satisfaction.

I would not even give one star if that was an option, It all started when I received promotional information in my mailbox Informing me that Spectrum now services my area and and although I already had internet service through another company, I was not happy with my current Wi-Fi service. I called the number on the Flyer to get more information. When I spoke to the salesperson, I was assured that my area was able to be serviced and I Agreed to the package that the salesperson talked me into which included a cellphone along with WiFi. Although I already Had a cellphone and was not looking to change my service I was talked into it and Assured that there would be no issues with installation by the person on the phone.

A couple of days later, the installation tech showed up to install my internet access and I was advised that service wasn't available for installation in my area....regardless of the promotional mailing I received as well as confirmation by the salesperson on the phone. I received the new cellphone from spectrum immediately, that now was useless to me. I was not looking to change my cellphone service. I was wanting wifi and and the phone was somewhat pushed on me in a package deal that now was void. I called customer service to find out what I needed to do to return the phone. That's when they acted like I did not know what I was talking about. And I had to explain myself over and over again, of how it all came about being signed up for service when it's not even available In my area, And after confirming multiple times that they did before I signed up for the service.

After convincing the person....Or actually, people that I spoke to on what to do with the phone, I was told that They would call me back with a resolution... I did not receive a call. So I returned a call AGAIN to THEM!!!! I would think you would understand my frustration, because now I had to explain the same thing AGAIN only to be told that I would have to go through all these steps with another department to return the phone BUT also until it was returned and received, I couldn't even be refunded the amount I paid the night I spoke to the salesperson guy on the phone... The very first call I made inquiring about the mailing that I received, that literally said "NOW AVAILABLE"... That guy, he he lied to me not once but TWICE.... Putting me on hold "CONFIRMING" that service was definitely accessible at my address... Well, IT ISN'T!!!! And then to be told that they would refund me AFTER.... What????

I informed the people I spoke to that I do not generally use my email regularly that another method of communication would be better but was told that's just the way they do it!!!. So, surprise surprise, after missing an email and poor communication with/by the company, I initiated correspondence once again with that department of the company and that's when I was told that I missed the window of time to return the phone and now I would be responsible for the cost of the phone!!!! So now I'm on the line for a phone I didn't even want. Still brand new untouched in the box,,, that was basically pushed on me by spectrum. A salesperson selling me a service that isn't even available to my address. And now I'm in collections for this phone!!! And I don't need to explain any further how ridiculous that is.

I'm a single mom of 3, I don't have the time to jump through hoops for a company that has inconvenienced me tremendously. And it's sickening that they would think I owe them anything other than their phone back. I'm livid at the complete unprofessional behaviors of this company and I will never give them a dime of my money. BUT what I will do.... I will make sure everyone I know and everyone I don't know knows what they've put me through and still going through and NOT to do business with this company.... And why!!!! Do better.... Period.🤮🤔🤨🙄

This store has the worst, most arrogant and ignorant customer service I've ever encountered in Los Angeles area. I was forced to join Spectrum internet and mobile as the only provider in my area. A technician installed the modem and router in my house, and within 24 hours I had a service disruption with no explanation, and my phone line got somehow deactivated. I use my phone number for my business and for 3 days in a now I couldn't make or receive any calls.

The phone customer service had an hour wait, so I decided to visit the Marina del Rey store after the first 24 hours of this nightmare. Only to experience the worst service by some of the rudest people anyone could hire. As I walked in and signed up to receive assistance, I was welcomed by a rude young person who dismissed me by informing me that all I could do is calling the customer service.

Instead, I walked across the street, where I saw a TMobile store. I had Tmobile as my carrier before moving to LA and I remember what an excellent service I had with them. And as I expected, the treatment I received from Tmobile was AMAZING. The associate I talked to at the store not only helped me contacting Spectrum so I could get my phone up and running (he patiently called on my behalf waiting on the phone for 45 minutes) - but he also was able to switch my phone line to Tmobile and released me from this nightmare called Spectrum internet and mobile. BUYER BEWARE. Spectrum will make it nearly impossible for you to terminate your contract. Even if you follow the exact process they demand, it won’t be done correctly—and they will deny all accountability. After being a Spectrum customer for years, I decided to switch providers. I spent over an hour on the phone specifically requesting to disconnect all my services (mobile and internet). My mobile was canceled, but the internet was never shut off. I was told one final payment would end everything. At no point was I told equipment needed to be returned.

Months later, I kept receiving “upcoming payment” notifications. Assuming they were scams (since my cancellation was handled on a recorded call), I ignored them. In reality, Spectrum had been auto-charging me $140 a month for nine months straight—without notice of the price hike from the $99 I started at. When I discovered this, I called immediately and spent 82 minutes on the phone. After waiting over an hour, I was finally transferred to a manager. She claimed there were “no notes” about my cancellation and said the termination never happened because I hadn’t returned equipment—equipment I was never told about. When I asked for the recording of my original cancellation call (to prove both that I called and that I was never told to return equipment), she admitted she didn’t have access to it and would have to escalate.

Two days later, she called back and immediately led with: “Since we have a 60-day window for disputing charges, all we can offer is the last two months.” Not once during my 82-minute call was this 60-day window mentioned. Then she claimed they didn’t have the recorded call anymore because it was “over a year old” (it wasn’t). When I reminded her of that fact, she shifted again, saying, “Well, it’s just an old account.” In the end, Spectrum refused to acknowledge my cancellation, refused to provide proof of the call, hid behind fine print I was never informed of, and ultimately offered just two months of refunds out of nine. If you’re considering Spectrum, beware—this is how they treat their customers.

Originally scheduled the tech for the next day, but I called again, and they sent someone out that afternoon. He finds the line is cut and says someone will be out the next day in the afternoon. Next afternoon, no one ever shows. I call again and they tell me someone will be out in 2 more days. It's unacceptable.

What's the point of having a business account, which I need for my BUSINESS to make money and pay Spectrum for service. This could have all been avoided if Spectrum would have marked my fiber optic line initially. Regardless, this is not the first issue with them. Really starting to rethink giving Spectrum any more money as they are not living up to their terms of service in my opinion. If it’s just so easy a monkey could do it why not just come inside real quick and do it?

Another couple days later the tech comes out to hook it up, I’m out back and notice he’s still here after about 30-45 min. I go out to ask him how he’s doing and what’s going on. He’s got an extension ladder out, is running a new cable from a power pole over our house, he’s starting to staple or drill holes into our wooden home. I stop him and ask what he’s doing. He says the boxes I spent 3 days trying to hook up don’t work because there isn’t a line running to the house. For starters the Spectrum customer service chat is something spectrum should discontinue, automated bots just make customer angrier and trying to pass off as live agents is getting more problematic. And the live agents that customer calls are rude and disrespectful all while sending out the scripted apologies but never resolving issue or advising why there is a problem. My issue is that I have been on spectrum for 2 years and my services tend to go offline every night normally 3-5 nights consecutively and then random outages over the next several days. This occurs so often that I could not tell you the amount of actual time it has been unavailable but it is often and happens regularly.

I get every type of excuse from there in nothing showing in your end to there are emergency repairs in your area. I find that if there are that many emergency repairs that have to be made that spectrum is not as reliable as advertised. I have given up on trying to get spectrum to provide the 1g bandwidth that I am paying for because I have been lied to for the past two years on what my Internet connect speed is, but when the system goes completely out all the time and when it is on it is sketchy at best with low signal, buffering, pixilating and freezing for hours at a time is unacceptable. Then to have a customer service person in another state that has no clue, bark at me and insult my intelligence is extremely unacceptable.

There have been claims that a credit would be applied to my account, however that has also been a lie, and any miniscule credits that may have occurred do not compensate for the loss of work I have had over the last two years. Also, throwing service credit at us does not fix the underling problem if an unreliable service and local company doing little or nothing to resolve the issues. Spectrum is participating in false advertising, not providing services that are paid for and a total lack of customer service and since it is basically a monopoly on my area, spectrum does not care.

We've had Spectrum at our last three homes (10+ years of service cumulatively) but due to prices continuing to increase while their service continues to get worse (multiple times a month where internet has been down or spotty at all different times of the day), we decided to switch to a different internet provider. Spectrum claims to be a subscription service and in my experience with other subscription based services, you can call (or request online!) to put in a cancellation request at any time during the service period, and they will approve it but they will keep your subscription active till the end of the billing cycle. Not Spectrum!

When we called to cancel our service we were told that our internet would be cancelled the day we called, but we were still on the hook for the full bill. We called to cancel halfway thru our service billing period. For a company as big as Spectrum, why can't they handle an early cancellation request? Doesn't seem very customer friendly or customer oriented to me. Just beware, in order to not be out any money, YOU have to call specifically on the last day of service to cancel. But don't worry, before they grant you the privilege of cancelling, they'll throw discounts at you to get you to stay and if that doesn't work, they'll throw in some high-pressured tactics to get you stay too.

Only after all that, will they entertain cancelling your subscription. They say their cancellation policy is listed on their bill but nowhere on the front or back of my most recent bill (July 2025) do they state the cancellation policy...how convenient. For me, this is a VERY shady business practice, poor customer service and I will be staying far away from Spectrum moving forward.

I have been a Spectrum customer for 4 yrs. Due to constant increase in price, started at 120s. When I decided to change service it was $250. I truly had little to no issues with the actual service, just the price. Payments were autopay and never late. So we change services and I call for disconnect. 1st call to customer service for disconnect. The gentleman was so aggressively argumentative about me staying with Spectrum, would not listen, keep talking over me, dogging my choice of providers, that I final had to hang up. Service not disconnected.

2nd attempt 2 days later. I take all my equipment to the Spectrum store, my plan is to disconnect and turn in equipment at the same time. Enter the store as soon. As they open, before I'm even 5 ft in the store, I'm told after asking what I needed that I needed to disconnect through customer service and take equipment to UPS. 3rd attempt. I call customer service again on my way to UPS. The young man I got on the phone of course was trying to talk me out of changing, as per their job, until he refused to disconnect. So my upcoming bill due to be autopay in 2 weeks. He said he would not disconnect unless I paid it then. I told him after he refused, laughed and REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO HIS SUPERVISOR. Kept saying supervisor was busy.

For approx. 10 minutes I told him that I wanted his supervisor and he refused. He continued to state he would not disconnect unless I paid the bill that was due in 2 weeks. I told him the final bill would be sent to me or autopay as usual. Still refused. I told him that it was illegal to refuse to stop a service at my request. I told him I was going as high in Spectrum as I could and notifying the FCC, and the BBB (which they are not even BBB accredited). After this he told me he would disconnect. I didn't believe him.

4th interaction. I call customer service back and get a very nice lady listened to me explain all my interactions and notified a supervisor. Of course the previous gentlemen had not put in a disconnect. She handled the disconnect and the supervisor was listening to the tapes of the calls of the other gentlemen that gave me such a hard time. Needless to say I will NEVER be a customer of SPECTRUM again, NOT EVER. The customer service can make or break a company.

Avoid Spectrum if you can. Local service providers are available all over the country, and those have a huge incentive to provide much better customer service. We had Spectrum for a while because it was the only choice. As our service became less reliable due to frequent neighborhood-wide outages, they charged more and more for the service each renewal. After threatening to cancel, they agreed to lower the rate temporarily. My condo building switched to a local provider, which provided much better speeds and service. I guess 1 Gbps isn't the same to Spectrum as it is to Ellum Net. When I cancelled, they still charged me for the remainder of the billing period even after disconnecting my service and receiving my returned modems.* I went up and down the phone escalation tree and even social media explaining that I could no longer use the service if I wanted to, but they refused to prorate.

Even returning the modems was a chore. I had to go to a store, sign in, wait for somebody to call me up, and then verify my identity to return my modems. It took me half an hour. Then they tried to tell me that they couldn't dispose of the box or extra cords and I would have to leave with the box. I figured they wasted enough of my time, they could stand to get rid of the extra garbage they sent me. I walked out sans box. * I had two modems. When I threatened to cancel previously, they told me that my modem was "not happy" and would need replacement, though I never had any problems with the modem itself. The replacement they sent me didn't work at all.

I called and they said these channels have been moved to our Entertainment pkg and if you want them back you have to pay an additional $15 a month. And, yet the price of the original pkg stays the same. You start out paying a low price and then they slowly raise the rates and take away channels. We started out at about $120 for 3 tvs including dvr and now less than 3 yrs later we are at $170 for one TV with DVR box. Do not switch to Spectrum...you will regret it!!

**Spectrum Internet Review**. I am extremely frustrated with Spectrum Internet and feel compelled to share my experience. The service has been nothing short of a nightmare. The connection constantly goes in and out, making it nearly impossible to rely on for work or entertainment. It's infuriating to deal with such an unstable service in this day and age.

To add insult to injury, their billing policy is equally appalling. When I sold my house and requested a disconnection, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the entire month—even though I was only a customer for a single day into the new billing cycle. There’s no prorating, which feels incredibly unfair and exploitative. Overall, my experience with Spectrum has been overwhelmingly negative. I despise their service and their policies. I would strongly advise anyone considering their internet service to think twice. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable and customer-friendly provider.

At first they were great, and I had all 3 services, cable, internet, mobile. Then slowly, Spectrum became like everybody else by slowly increasing their rates. I eventually canceled the cable but kept the other two. Then recently, I received notification of a rate increase on our internet. I called to see if they would work with me because I had been a good customer and paid on time every month.

They said there was nothing they could do, so I cancelled the internet and was never informed my mobile bill would increase. Then I got a new upgrade on phone because my battery was dying for the first time in 31/2 years. A few weeks later, I was notified my mobile bill was going up $20 because I cancelled internet. I again called and asked if Spectrum would work with me and was rejected. As a result, I cancelled my mobile number, and then they wouldn't release my phone number even though I paid my full balance. I had already set everything up with ATT before so when it came time for the transfer the phone they refused to release my number.

The only way ATT could keep my number was to pay for another line and had to get a new phone. I will have to pay an extra $30 for 3 months now as a 3rd line. Even the agent for ATT, said he had never heard of the other carriers do this and said how Spectrum had gone down hill. Thank you Spectrum for treating not only a long time customer and Veteran like complete trash but giving me a complete mental breakdown for 3 days that I was left without a phone. If you are unfortunate enough to be stuck in one of the Spectrum monopoly areas and no other choice be prepared for your price to go up yearly and quality never get better. Internet for me goes out at least once a week usually more, they will provide you with the cheapest modems and charge you monthly for wifi, even though it's built into the modem anyways and they have to simply check a box at the office saying "WiFi on". I'd recommend getting your own routers for wifi to save the couple bucks and have better wifi coverage, also have them set your modem to "bridge mode".

Other things you'll notice is your internet randomly being throttled till you call them and magically your speeds are back to normal. Usually every year or so you'll get a free speed upgrade, shortly followed by a price hike, and no ability to downgrade to a lower speed to save money. When I started with them we were at $40 a month, now it's $90 for only internet.

This is an unethical business practice because had it been communicated, I would have kept my service until the last day of the billing cycle to actually use the product I was paying for. Due to your representative not communicating this information, I cancelled my service 2 days into the billing cycle. That means that Spectrum gets an entire months worth of my money while only providing service for 2 days.

I stopped service on June 26, which is 2 days into the billing cycle. The spectrum representative did NOT communicate that I would still be charged for the entire month. I don't have service with Spectrum anymore due to service issues. My complaint today is they had a cable laying in my yard for a good bit (six months or better). When I would call to see when it would be buried I was always told "we will get right on that". That line is no longer here and they have a crew digging holes in my yard to install a different line. There isn't a single customer service person in that company worth the pay they are getting because none of them have answers as to if the holes will be filled in and leveled so I won't have to work around them like I did a active cable in my yard.

Absolutely horrible service. As of today June 21 2025 we have had 6 technicians come out to repair our service. We are now being charged for techs to come out. If we are lucky we get 1 to 4 hours a day of internet. We have no cable service or phone because of price. Each time the tech says they are escalating the issue, yet no response is ever heard. I called today and all escalations have been closed and shown repaired. I had a customer service run a diagnostics on my service and she said we had no visible connection at all. Her words were, "Packets keep dropping to no signal strength."

My wife is disabled with MS, I work full time but have cameras inside to keep a watch on her periodically thru the day, as I work close enough I could be home in minutes. with no internet the cameras are useless. If we are are paying for a service, why are we not given consideration when there is a known issue? Even the last tech who came out said it was moronic to even accept payment for a service we don't get. As of now I have no idea what to do, as I'm charged for a call out, and still paying 90 a month for a useless service.

It should be noted that if you ever change or basically upgrade your service then they don’t allow you to downgrade back to a more affordable service. Not only that but they gradually increase your bill knowing you can’t downgrade to a lower cost plan so it’s basically a scam.

I’ve had nonstop internet problems with Spectrum for over two years, all due to a known issue with the node that services my area. The technicians who come out always acknowledge it’s the node, not anything in my house but customer service never does. They act like every call is a new issue and refuse to escalate anything until a technician comes out first.

This means I’m constantly forced to schedule technician appointments, even though the root of the problem is outside my home. While the techs do show up (credit where it’s due), I’ve had to take time off or rearrange my schedule countless times just to let someone in for a problem that’s clearly on Spectrum’s end. Meanwhile, customer service is no help at all, uninformed, unhelpful, and often rude. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this loop with no resolution, just the same excuses over and over. If you have any other option for internet, take it. Spectrum has been a huge waste of time and money.

Spectrum used to think they were the monopoly of cable and internet services and because of that, every single year they would increase their rates. It used to be a dollar or a couple dollars increase and now every year it would increase fives dollars with no new perks added to make sense of the increase. I was few up and got rid of cable by getting an antenna instead and got all my local channels for free and that's all I watched anyways. Then they keep increasing my internet to make up for it.

I was so frustrated until finally there was light at the end of the tunnel when new services became available in my area, Greenlight Networks and Empire Access, both using fiber optic technology for its internet service. I was paying $89 a month for 500 Mbps with Spectrum. Both Greenlight Networks and Empire Access offer 500 Mbps for $55 a month! That's right, $55 a month compared to what I was paying at $89 a month. That's a $34 difference a month! So darn right I jumped at switching and went with Greenlight Networks because they were available in my area first.

I have been satisfied since. I have had it for two years so far with no increase and Greenlight Network's internet is super-fast and I have had no issues since I became a customer. Spectrum messed up by being money hungry and cocky thinking they were the only internet service available besides Verizon & T-mobile internet service, which I didn't care for their service either because you're only allowed a certain amount of internet service data before their speed drops significantly. So the saviors for me were that new services like Greenlight Networks and Empire Access are becoming popular and available.

It's unfortunate that Spectrum ruined it for themselves by being so greedy, because their service, for the many years I had it, was great with hardly ever any issues and I have never had any complaints with their customer service. So because they kept raising their rates every year, they lost me as a customer, and my father also, who went with Empire Access.

Now I get in the mail, almost every day, a special offer from Spectrum for a very low price to reconnect with them for services. Yeah right, Spectrum. It would be that price until the year was up and then it would be back to ridiculous increase rates so nope, I'm fine with my new service provider. You have no one to blame but yourself for losing me as a customer and I am not returning as one no matter what special offer you give me. My advice to anyone that is fed up with Spectrum is to see if new service providers like Greenlight Networks or Empire Access are available in your area and go with them. You won't be disappointed. I'm sure not. I finally found a way out of their hold on me.

Few instances in life have made me put priorities on hold and resort to writing to inform the general public what a travesty Spectrum truly is. I have nothing to really gain out of writing this review but would rest easier knowing that other folks and prospective customers truly know what they're getting themselves into by signing up.

Their customer service is the worst I have personally encountered in any business I have ever dealt with. The staff is woefully under-trained, uninformed, rude, short, and quite frankly...trash. Am I painting with a broad brush? Perhaps but each and every one of my experiences has been nightmarish. Our family has been a "valued member" since 1978, or so my monthly statement reminds me and I cannot believe the service this company now provides. 'Service' being the oxymoron in the previous sentence.

With just about each and every bill, your overall rate will increase. It's almost like a test really, pushing it and seeing how far they can raise their rates until you threaten them with disconnection. Sort of reminds me of dealing with the Mafia in a way...you'll pay us each and every month for the service you get AND LIKE IT. Have a complaint? Call one of our tough guys for some bullying and any other insult (as long as there is no cursing/foul language) being used. TOTAL debt collector, deadbeat mentality and zero training. Expect to be passed on and on and on, repeating the same account numbers, secret codes, and other nonsense until the genius your speaking with like Bob from Minnesota passed you along until you reach the ultimate big leagues, James from "upper management" who simply fails to solve any problems and just gets mouthy and more abusive. This is how they operate, or, at least, in my experience.

They wait until you've been passed around a bit and time wasted before they get the big guys out, again, hiding behind their keyboards, talking tough, attempting to sass you into submission. Sometimes you are simply re-routed to their 'retention department' where they attempt to "sweeten" the deal and offer a myriad of classic ploys like temporary rate reductions, addition of premium channels to your package...anything to inquire not only WHY you want to scrap their service(s) but even have the gall to up-sale an already irate customer into signing on for internet service and/or a cellular plan. I realize that retention departments within companies like this are nothing new and many, including DirecTV utilize the same strategies. I guess you can't blame them for trying, right? My beef is the quality, training, and education (or lack thereof) that your left to deal with.

After putting a LOT of thinking of writing such a scathing review of this company, I was faced with a two-pronged problem. Sure their service sucks and I can imagine everyone there would much rather be somewhere else than being inconsiderate or rude to griping customers. For this reason, I feel quite sad for these individuals. It's a call center. Very, very little education these folks seem hold and possibly have to take these types of jobs to support a family, an addiction, etc. It's all they're qualified to get.

On the other hand, I also believe some folks are just sociopaths and revel in arguing with already upset customers and just make matters worse. You know the types, the "big guys and gals" hiding in their cubicles, adorning their headsets, playing the bully role behind their keyboards and monitors. Think of a really, really nasty debt collector and you get the idea. Everyone has encountered this personality type/disorder and these folks seem to love creating chaos.

Sadly, I'm sure they don't leave this behavior at work at the end of the day and take it home to their family, relatives, drivers, and other members of the public where they continue to bully and demean.t It was at this juncture I began to think should I really just realize this and feel sorry for these broken, bitter individuals that chose or were forced into this line of work or should I really be furious for the treatment I receive by their customer service reps when I call to question a billing statement or report an issue?

For legal reasons, I have to disclose that this review is my opinion of Spectrum and my sole experience with the telecommunications company as it is of this writing (6/2025). That being said, there appears to so many problems that need addressed that they simply cannot do it or pathetically given up trying due to corporate greed.

Personally, I feel the need to attempt to explain to those considering Spectrum to perhaps give it a second thought. Sure, you can please all people all the time and I realize that. But as an ex-overpaying customer, please consider what you're stepping into, do your due diligence, and if nothing else, just Google the complaints and business tactics they stoop to, even to me, a valued customer since 1978.

It truly appears, at least to me, that they've hit rock bottom. And sadly, this is the politest and best way I know how to appeal to the general public to forgo plans on signing up with this horrific company. All I can do is warn you in earnest. I have no stake either way. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration. If you've made it this far, thank you for reading.

They should have told me about this charge and I would have at least waited until the end of the next billing cycle. What about paying me for all the programs I paid to have recorded and didn't get to watch? I asked them for a phone number or address for my attorney to contact and they said they couldn't give me that information. WTH!?!? DON't use these POS's for ANYTHING!!!! Unless you have all the channel numbers/networks/show times memorized. No time/date feature available any longer, and no previews of shows available. No setting watch reminders available, and I've yet to find how to restart to the beginning of a show. It will rewind to the last commercial and no further.

So, if you know your networks along with the corresponding channel number and what time shows are available you'll be in the know. The rest of us are searching for the old fashioned TV guide printed each week with the carrier schedule or the old guide back. I'm going to be missing so many shows that I'm so use to watching. I’ve had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Spectrum. Back in September 2022, I clearly told the agent over the phone that I only wanted mobile and internet service. Instead, they added Spectrum Voice (a home phone service I never asked for or used) and pressured me into signing up for a TV package, falsely claiming I needed it to receive a promotional deal. I don’t even own a home phone, and no one ever asked if I use one. Later, I found out I was being billed for these services I never used — Voice, TV, and even a WiFi fee that was added without explanation and kept increasing. Despite never using TV at all (especially after moving), I was still charged for it.

Every time I called to fix these issues, I was passed from agent to agent, with long hold times and no real help. The supervisors even suggested I pay extra for better internet, ignoring my concerns. They could clearly see I had never made a single call using the phone service — the virtual phonebook and call history were completely empty — yet no one offered to remove the service or issue a refund. One supervisor rudely told me it doesn’t matter whether I use the service — if it’s on the bill, I have to pay for it. That’s completely unacceptable.

After I got a small partial refund from my bank, Spectrum began calling and messaging me constantly, saying I owed them over $300. This level of harassment after all the stress and financial loss is shocking. I’ve now canceled Spectrum’s internet service and filed a formal dispute. I’m sharing this to warn others: check your bills closely and do not assume you’re getting only what you requested. What was sold to me as a “promotion” ended up being an expensive, deceptive trap.

Besides all above internet & especially mobile services extremely poor, as you can see on the one pic.

Date 5/4 ordered called Spectrum/Charter 866-782-2681 inquire about transferring from Cox Mobile to Spectrum/Charter Mobile. After being on the phone with an agent for an hour he said he will have a new phone with all the equipment included shipped to me because he couldn't use the phone I purchased from Cox. I was guaranteed the delivery by 5/6/25. The delivery was late. Arrived on 5/7/25, refurbished and missing a charger & a device operator manual which I had received with my current phone with Cox.

After calming down a few days. I called Spectrum/Charter spoke with manager Jeffrey who emailed me a QR code to return the cell phone that was still in the box. He said he was going to waive a stock charge. I went to the nearest FedEx to return the item on 5/10/25. They told me to call Spectrum/Charter back to get a regular return label and not a QR code label. Spectrum/Charter said they can't that I had to drive 25 miles away to a FedEx print N pack store. Before I shipped the cell phone I took pictures because I didn't trust Spectrum/Charter since they lied about the cell phone having all the equipment with it & being new.

On 5/19/25 I received a notification from Spectrum/Charter that they received the return. Then on 5/21/25 I received an email that the device was damaged with a scratch on the screen. I replied with the photos of the phone when it was delivered at the FedEx store still in it's packaging. I called Spectrum/Charter to dispute the claim with manager named Justin. I asked several times for and email to forward the photos too and they claimed they didn't have any. They didn't have a contact to the warehouse, billing dispute department to speak to anyone or email the photos to. So I emailed all Spectrum/Charter corporation contacts and attached the photos and terminated the call because I was going round and round. Something told me to check my bank account since I only ordered WiFi with Spectrum/Charter and not mobile. They illegally withdrew $134.95 and another charge of $24 +.

My debit card isn't on autopay for WiFi and I don't have a phone mobile service with Spectrum/Charter. My phone and phone number belongs to Cox cable and hasn't been transferred. I called Spectrum/Charter Billing to dispute the charge and let them know they illegally withdrew funds from my account for mobile service or device I don't have activated and that was cancelled on 5/10/25. They couldn't even explain the charges. They refused to except the pictures of the phone in its package at the FedEx store they sent me too. Now I must go to the bank to get another card. Cancel out the card they illegally withdrew from. This company is cold hearted. See BBB review for all the similar scams, charges, poor treatment of new customers. What world does a company illegally take money for product keep the product and the service and think a consumer wouldn't dispute it.

I’ve been a Spectrum mobile customer for years. No issues till now. I was recently offered a free line for one year. The phone that was offered was $5 a month. I accepted the deal. I let my son set up the phone for his use. He tried several times to import his number from Tracfone. He was not successful. So he gave the phone back to me and said never mind. A few weeks past I tried to set up the phone to give it to my grandson. When I went on the spectrum app, the phone did not show up, but my bill was a lot more. I called Spectrum. They said the phone had been deactivated. They said my son had deactivated the phone. Not true. The phone had never been activated.

Spectrum says they cannot fix the problem. I have to pay the total amount due for the purchase of the phone. I never activated it, it’s never been used. So now I can’t afford to pay the bill because I am disabled. I tried to explain to them that they did not listen. Either pay the total amount due or my service would be disconnected. I am blind and can’t drive and can’t do without my phone. But they don’t care. Do not choose Spectrum mobile. If something happens, they will not work with you and they do not care. Go somewhere else. Customer service does not care.

Absolutely the worst company, horrible service, constant outages, low quality equipment, and over priced. I had intermittent outages several times a day, they wanted to charge for a service call if the outage wasn’t happening while a technician was present. Finally they noticed the equipment wasn’t working properly and finally replaced it. The issue improved slightly, I was only having intermittent outages weekly. The monthly price would consistently go up and quality down. I would absolutely advise everyone to avoid Spectrum cable, internet and phone at all cost.

The biggest scam. Left verizon unlimited for Spectrum's mobile. Was told it was also unlimited and I'd be happy and good to go, guess what? I am not happy or good to go. I use my GPS for work all day long and turns out spectrum will restrict your mobile data after 30 gigs meaning IT'S NOT UNLIMITED. In fact my phone won't load videos on YouTube with buffering every 20 seconds. It took a hour to update 6 apps this morning while I was at work which stopped my GPS completely and I was stuck ... Highly wouldn't recommend them at all. They could care less that they lied after 4 phone calls, 2 supervisors. All I've got was, "Oh sorry but for 10 more dollars a month you can get an extra 20 gigs," which again I said unlimited means unlimited. Y'all are just blatantly lying to customers!

I just traded my old phone in for a new phone with Spectrum. They offered $400 maximum trade in and advised that my phone should get the full amount after she inquired if the phone was in good shape, which it was (I have pictures). But once they received the phone they only gave me $205. I feel ripped off and now there is no way to get the old phone back.

Spectrum is that absolute worst provider I have ever had. If I could leave a zero rating I would have. I called numerous time only to get the run around. Would send tech out who identified the problem "water getting in box outside of home" Tech would write a report & give to management which in turn threw in trash. Problem was NEVER fixed. Customer service center absolutely sucks because they cannot do anything. Why do I need a company that can or will not do anything to fix problem? Their response is always, "You will have to go on computer & do yourself. We can't help you." Do I recommend Spectrum...NO WAY. I would do without before dealing with this money hungry company & poor customer service again. BEWARE. They are a rip off.

Spectrum has become a huge monopoly and continues to overcharge for their services, especially when you are not using it and still get billed. They have many outages and charge the most for their services. You can honestly see the poor reviews. Many people are quite upset regarding their services and billing procedures. Someone needs to notify the Federal Trades Commission and the Better Business Bureau on their practices.

Spectrum is a joke. I closed my shopping with them and they continued to charge my account. Yep months after I closed it. They lied to me about why they kept taking my money and refused to give it back. This company rates change more than any company I've ever had. They lie to you and then try to turn it around. You have to close your bank account to keep them from constantly taking your money on a service that you don't have. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I WISH THEY HAD A ZERO STAR BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

We have been customers of Spectrum for years and all of a sudden one of channels that we have had in our package the SYFYHD 59 was missing from our line up. After calling we were told that that channel has been moved into a package that we did not subscribe to. For an additional $15 a month we could get that channel again along with some other channels we did not care about. The problem is why did they take something away that a long standing customer has been getting and then try to price gouge them to get something they have had all along. Where is the customer loyality? Why should we stay with Spectrum when they can take away channels without notice and hold you hostage to pay more money.

We are currently paying in excess of $200 per month for internet and cable TV and now they want $15 more to give us back one channel that we already had. We get far better loyalty from our cell phone provider Tmobile who recognizes the value of retaining customers. When we call them for help they try to give us what we need and they appreciate our loyalty as a long standing customer. Spectrum is no longer a monopoly. You do have lots of competition and young people are totally rejecting traditional cable in favor of streaming services and free TV. You guys don't get it. Additionally, your old stand by customer base of Boomers will be leaving too due to high cost, lack of service and lack of customer loyalty. This is a big economic area for Spectrum, not small town. If you can not service your customers to their satisfaction they will leave. There are plenty of other options.

After telling the guy several times I did NOT want a phone line, he still tried pushing it on me. Thought I was all set, then noticed when they sent the confirmation text, it shows he spelled my first name wrong! So I call back to fix it. Then I got shuffled through 4 people. When I finally got to speak to someone, he did the very same thing to me!! Tried PUSHING me into taking a mobile phone line. I AGAIN told him NO several times.. He asked for my iemi #. I thought he needed it for verification on the account, no, he was trying to get me a MOBILE PHONE LINE!! After telling them NO!!! I am sorely disappointed already with this company!! Had to leave at least one star - would prefer to use zero. We opted for the phone buyout option to switch to Spectrum and have been fighting for months to actually get the buyout money - then they just stopped even responding to our complaints. Our patience is at an end with this. T-Mobile (our "old" carrier) does not show the phone numbers, just the IMEI number on the close out bills. Spectrum will not recognize them - they say they can only recognize phone numbers. They just give you the runaround and avoid actually coming through with the buyout money they promised. Never did see the money.

The thing is they transferred our phones over to Spectrum before telling us that we had to pay them off at TMobile first. So we were stuck without phones until we paid them off. We even showed them a screen capture of our phones showing them the IMEI number and phone number. Nothing could be done at the local store - it all had to be done over the phone. So they made themselves inaccessible, and made the conditions impossible to meet, so no buyout money. Spectrum put a return filter on my service line without me knowing. This means that it will interrupt the service line that it's on BECAUSE something in THAT line is causing issues for other users (this is a condo building). I had no internet, called it in and it turns out that the LINES were so old (running from the outside box to our unit), that "maintenance" put a "return filter" on my line and never called us.

I called customer service for a credit and they said that they can only offer a "courtesy credit" for being such a dedicated customer. This comes from DREW on the "leadership team". When I had asked for the full credit from the dated tag, he said that he "can't work on hypotheticals" (return filter was not in the service call notes). I was given two options: 1- the courtesy credit of $25.80 or a 1-day credit for the service call. When I said "that it didn't make sense not to credit our account for the time that it was down", DREW said that "it sounds like you're declining the courtesy credit and that I [Drew] would be happy to apply the $5 one-day credit. Drew is not good at his job if the goal is actual customer support and problem solving without being a wise-guy/patronizing. 1- Terrible service 2- Terrible leadership 3- Awful customer appreciation

I've been with them for 15-years, has gone from $42+-/mo to 88/mo and they gave me $25.80 on an $88/mo bill. The return filter was dated 04/12 (tagged). It wasn't in Williams notes though (the guy at the service call), so they wouldn't offer a credit for the actual downtime. SPECTRUM is hands down among the absolute, most horrible, terrible, worst internet providers out there on every level. We have NO other options with where we are located so they've got us cornered. There has never been a time that their service has been better than fair. If you have options, the "other option" has GOT to be better, so use ANY other option.

If a customer wants to cancel their services just cancel them. It is none of your business who they switch to or what channels/shows they watch.

We bought a home in Indian Wells and did a "takeover" of the existing customers account...at least we thought we did. Women from New York spoke to the existing customer at the same time she was on the phone with me and supposedly made all of the arrangements. Turns out she created a new account and sent a new modem for us. We had to cancel our first trip to this new winter home and called to have the account put on "seasonal". Spoke to two different people and they supposedly arranged for this. Two hours later we got an email saying the account was cancelled.

When I called back to get it straightened out, the supervisor I spoke with said there was nothing they could do to reactivate the takeover and I would have to sign up for a new account. This was after 70 minutes on the phone with them. I was out of state and would have had to hire a third party cabling contractor to set up all new equipment even though the house is already fully equipped. The supervisor, "Kim" from St Louis just defended all of the mistakes they made as staff being "misinformed" and offered no apology. We will be looking elsewhere for our internet and TV coverage and cannot ever recommend Spectrum.
