Worst customer service, a lot of hidden charges and the internet goes up 10$ every month. Worst. Stay away from this provider. Not recommended.

The worst of the worst, sent me texts in French and connected me to Sasktel…I don’t use Sasktel. Would give 0/5 if it was an option.

Awful and dishonest... I was assured multiple times no charges if service is cancelled within 15 days just to be charged for using their service for those 15 days! Do not trust Bell.

The issue I had was with an attempt to cancel a Crave subscription. Seems easy enough. It turned out to be virtually impossible. The Crave subscription was in fact with Bell Media. I actually cancelled my Crave account but the charges kept coming. Trying to get to a Bell media rep I was actually flipped back to Crave! No account was there. Back to Bell, flipped back to Crave. I have been trying for 3 months to cancel without success. BEWARE OF TRIAL OFFERS. They are a trap and you will find yourself in a labyrinth of Kafkaesque proportions.

I live in Almonte, ON and have spent more than 3 hours, mostly waiting, to get telephone service set up with Bell Canada. Every time we call they say our address doesn't exist, yet the previous owner had Bell telephone service for the last 24 years!! Last week we "thought" a technician was coming to our property, it was scheduled, somehow, but they did not show up, no call, no I'm close but lost, etc. Yet in the few days we have been in rural Almonte Amazon has delivered to our "unknown" location twice, and three contractors from Ottawa have miraculously found our "unknown" address. We called again today and was informed that they can't find our address and have to "research" it. Yet how did Bell schedule a technician last week???

We also tried to get Bell television service but their website informed us that no service exists because there is no Bell fibe in our area. Funny because we have fibre option services from another provider that TAPS OFF THE BELL FIBE OPTION line that runs down the street. Is Bell so stupid that one they can't find our street on a map AND they don't even know where they have laid THEIR OWN lines??? You have to wonder if these people are smart enough to make an application to the CRTC to raise rates? They certainly put enough effort into that! Sadly, not matter what we tell the service reps there response is always the same. We are wasting our time BUT we are also wasting the time of these service reps who toil in an obviously poorly resourced system.

If there were zero star rating I would give that. These people are incompetent. They can’t do one thing right. But every month my bill goes up.

They send me a bill through email every month and it just says Bell, doesn’t differentiate between mobile or internet so u never know which one it’s for. It’s always due in 7 days, they don’t give 30 days notice. I called to ask why, she put me on hold to find out and just never came back. The amount owing on the email is never what it says I owe on the MyBell app. They just pull numbers out of thin air in the email. That would’ve been my next question if the rep would’ve come back after making me wait over 10 minutes on hold to find out why they only give me 7 days notice to pay my bill instead of 30.

Worst service you can imagine. Took 4 visits by the installation team over several weeks due to a clerical error on the initial work order that took over a month for Bell to figure out. 24 hours after installation we kept getting error messages and couldn’t use the services. Called that day to cancel and arranged to return the equipment. Over 2 MONTHS later and no less than 12-13 hours on the phone with Bell customer service, I’m still being charged like I’m an active customer. No fewer than 3 customer service representatives at the higher level have assured me that the issue has been resolved but after more than a month nothing has changed. We had Bell many years ago and left for service issues and should have never tried again. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’ll pay more fees to any other provider just to avoid ever having to deal with Bell again in my lifetime.

Worst service ever. I have had other service providers but this is the worst. They can’t seem to fix the internet problem we have. No internet for few days. I spent 1 hr of troubleshooting with them with no outcome then they told me to go to a bell Canada store to do troubleshooting with them. I have never had that all other service providers will send a technician to your place. I called next day to request that option, the person said they don’t have that option and every time I call them they have to do what the technician did last night the provide a solution. Like what??? I said, "You want me to spend 1 hr again with you?" She said, "Yes that’s our process" and then if it don’t work go to a store? What? I am appalled at the service. What era they work in. Pathetic.
