    I created a claim, every phone every insured under the line was available and I selected an older Samsung that was not comparable to the phone I was currently paying insurance on. I accept full responsibility for that mistake, but when I called and notified the call center I was ask to return the phone sent to me and a note was added to refund the $189 I paid.

    I returned the refurbished phone, received an email from Asurion that it was received but have yet to receive my refund. I tried to call but my availability has been outside of your operating hours. We have decided to cancel future services with Asurion. I have paid your company insurance fees for more than 6 years without a claim. If this is how you will treat a customer once a claim is filed your service is not worth the expense.

    Very easy and quick to do! I went to the AT&T app on my phone. Then I navigated over to where they hold the insurance claims portion. I started my claim (very easy) and submitted it to Asurion. Asurion soon after sent me an email with tracking the package details and notifications via text. Two days later I receive the package. Everything was to order and sending back the damaged phone was also easy. They send you the shipping label with an adhesive back, bubble wrap for the phone you're sending back, and a long strip of tape to seal the same box you received the refurbished/new phone in.     I love that I have insurance on my phones. The only thing I didn’t like is I’m paying an extra $30 a month for the insurance and I still got a refurbished phone not a new one.     You sent me a Samsung Note 9 to replace the Note 8. The problem I have with the replacement is I couldn't get it in the timeframe that I needed it so I found a phone repair place that repaired the Note 8 in 90 minutes.     The replacement phone I received did not upload any of my apps properly or at all. My battery on the replacement phone does not hold a charge longer than 6 hrs. As requested, I worked with Verizon Tech on 5 separate occasions. The 5th and final time I worked with Tech, TECH instructed me to call Asurion back to let them know THAT ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO GET THE PHONE TO WORK PROPERLY HAD BEEN DONE!! Tech then transferred me to an Asurion rep. to whom I in turn did as instructed.

    The rep refused to help me. Further she informed me I had to go back to Verizon and repeat the process of trying to get the replacement phone to work properly WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE FIVE TIMES PRIOR. All documented on my file. I asked to speak to a manager and the Asurion rep HUNG UP ON ME!!! This process has been nothing but a siege on my time and a colossal waste of valuable time, money and mental, physical energy. I want to know how you plan to rectify the situation as after ONE MONTH I still do not have a fully functional phone!!!! To say this experience has been frustrating, disappointing and an epic failure would be an understatement of a lifetime!

    I reported my phone stolen Oct. 29th so a Asurion representative told me to send in a affidavit and picture of my ID which I did Oct. 30th. Nov. 1st I called to see about my replacement phone.     I've used the same phone for over 2 years. I work for a major carrier and know it shows this phone on my account.
