Super fast and did a great job fixing both of my phone and the replacement for one we received it within 2 days. They offered someone to come out and fix the other or take it to one of their locations near me.

Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Pleasure doing business with Asurion. My husband lost his iPhone 8 Plus and they replaced it and all we paid was the $112 dollar deductible. They told us the phone would be shipped and we would receive it in two days and we did. Very grateful for their service.

Lost my phone, called Verizon was told to submit application to Asurion on phone, that it was the fastest process. It was Faster than I was expecting because my phone was lost. Calls and application were fast, easy. I was sent a link, all done on my burner phone. Thanks Verizon and Asurion.

I looked up insurance online. Then filled out the claim form for my phone. My phone fell and has a broken screen. The process was short and simple. My claim was submitted on Sunday afternoon and received email to confirm claim and information on how to return damaged phone.

Original contact with your company was pleasant and I was told that my request for a replacement telephone would be reviewed. I was told that someone would call back, no one did. I called back about a week later and was told that my request for a replacement telephone had been approved with no explanation why I had not received a call back.

Phone arrived quickly. The only problem was the SIM card sent would not work!! Had to go to an AT&T location and the technician used a different card to make it work. I was told the phone sent would never work with the SIM card sent.

The replacement phone was delivered in a timely manner. It was also in good working order. I would not hesitate to use Asurion again if I need it. The website was not the easiest to navigate though and I wasn’t sure the claim was completed correctly.

Asurion sucks and I want nothing to do with them. I am in the process of canceling my insurance. I put a claim in and they won’t even replace my device. I have been paying for their insurance for years. However, they’re just a bunch of scammers. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They’re thieves as well.

I run my business with my phone. My original phone died on a Friday night and I did the request on Saturday morning for a new phone. I was very satisfied with their service. Only thing I was disappointed in was that phone took till Wednesday late afternoon to get to my house and lost a lot of money due to phone taking so long to get to my location.

Getting through to a live person was a nightmare. Then when I finally did, The first 2 people didn’t help me. Then after going through that awful automated system again the third person was not listening to what I needed help with and wanted to transfer me off. I had to finally get stern and force them to listen and help me out. It was frustrating.

I appreciated the detailed description of what to do when. Apparently I missed a step at first and didn’t activate the new phone number with the passcode but I realized that there wasn’t a check next to that step at the end when the phone would not ring after everything seemed to be complete but I was not getting texts or calls. Once I completed the step I had no issues at all.

Phone screen cracked. They were very efficient on coming to fix it. After it was fixed something happened with the camera during the repair process and my camera nor video would work. I called back and they got a replacement device shipped to me the next day with all materials needed to ship the defective one back. Our family, myself included finds this insurance to be the best we have ever had and definitely worth the price!

Our iPad went down and we were very satisfied with the timely response and getting the issue with the iPad rectified. A return of the failed iPad will be returned to you very soon. A day after we found out about our iPad not working we visited the location at AT&T where we bought the iPad and they were unable to repair it. We tried to restart it and keep it on charge in hopes it did restart but it never did. That is when we choose to process a claim.

Working with Asurion and Verizon I had my replacement iPhone in 24 hours. Most impressive. My lost phone, however, was delivered about a week later, and it took about two weeks to verify all information had been transferred to the new phone.

Replacement product arrived very quickly! However, the package was opened and not properly packaged. It appeared as if the package was opened and then just thrown back in the box and not sealed. I did take photos as I had never received a package from FedEx in this condition. The gentleman that took our claim information (Sam) was extremely helpful and it was a pleasant experience because of his help! It was a great pleasure working with a person as pleasant as Sam, he is a credit to your company! The turnaround time for a replacement unit was extremely unexpected as it arrived a couple days after we placed the claim! The return shipping label was greatly appreciated and made it possible to get the defective unit sent quickly.

My only issue was I wasn’t able to file my claim online and I have the Pro Tech Advantage 4 but because it was under my main line when I tried to file a claim for my daughter's line it popped up she wasn’t covered when in actuality she was. So maybe work on that with AT&T to figure out a better system. Other than that it was great. Once my claim was filed I got the phone the next day.

I had to file my claim 8 different times and got constant conflicting information. Your staff needs better training and your options need better detail. My biggest problem was I was asked when I lost my phone instead of when did I turn on a temporary phone.

It is always a relief to know I have your insurance. With five phone lines, three of them adult children, things happen. For many of us the cell phone is our only phone. When it is out of commission, it affects all aspects of life. For my kids working shifts, it is critical to have a functioning phone. I also appreciate that it usually arrives quickly and the process is streamlined for returning it. Well worth the money. My Verizon agent saved me money by pointing out one overall fee to cover the lines vs paying per phone, so it pays to ask questions at the carrier.

We highly recommend Asurion! They really came through. We were living in an RV while our new home was being built. A fire completely destroyed the RV and all its contents - which included 2 cell phones. We filed a claim with Asurion and as soon as they received our deductible 2 new phones were in our mailbox. Then 2 weeks later my new phone was stolen. Once again through Asurion, I quickly received another one. They are for real! They do exactly what they say they will. Great insurance for cell phones.

I am a little disappointed the replacement phone's battery doesn't last as long as the broken one. Overall it was better than buying a brand new phone 6 months out from getting the first one.

Good service overall, but the only two things that you have to fix is the price for a replacement device, and the time or days allowed to return the damage device, to increase the days. I need more days to return the device, my son went to Washington for a job and I need more days to arrange for the device to be returned.

The claim form was very easy to fill out and the phone arrived right away. My only concern was that the tech I spoke to on the phone was not helpful. He was very nice but he did not advise me to merely take out the old SIM card from my old phone and insert it into the new phone. This would have saved me a lot of time. Instead I had to go to the ATT store for them to do something so simple that I could have done myself if the Tech guy from Asurion would have told me. But I am please overall.

While traveling 100s of miles from home, I fell and smashed my phone screen, making it extremely difficult to use. The Asurion representative was concerned as to if I was hurt (I wasn't), then found a uBreakiFix shop along my route that, although very busy, put a rush on my phone. I was able to pick it up when they reopened the next morning. The repair was excellent! The phone works perfectly and you can't tell it was ever damaged!

Most generally I receive the replacement iPad the next day. Phone came when promised! There was a hiccup or two getting the phone setup mostly due to a software update but I was able to get through it. I do wish that the phone was brand new and not refurbished but nevertheless it has a year warranty and it’s cheaper than buying a brand new phone.

I received my replacement phone in about 30 hours. I was able to put my old SIM card in the new phone and activate it without any trouble. I only wish that Verizon had not charged me $180 for the replacement phone, considering I had insurance and it was their malfunctioning battery that caused my old phone to die without warning. A friend dropped my phone in a lake so I had to get a replacement. Asurion charged me $229 for a phone I can get on Amazon for $189. That's not counting the $14 monthly fees. They sent me two bad replacement phones. The second gets too hot to touch and had clearly been opened and glued together with rtty tape on it. Several managers made suggestions that ultimately would cost me more money. I have the better of the bad because I have to have a phone. It gets hot too and freezes. Asurion said they would send a check. I still don't have a check. It's been 1 month of futile conversations.

The phone is fine, but it came with a non-Pixel cheap charger and non-Pixel headphones that don't even fit into the port, so I can't use them with my phone. This was extremely unprofessional. I rescheduled my repair appointment numerous times, finally cancelling it altogether. I ended up needing a new phone. The last person to assist me was wonderful. She found a new replacement iPhone in an acceptable color. She was patient and kind, answering every question I posed, twice if necessary. After two days and not hearing anything from them I called again and they said there is no claim filled for my $1500 phone. Then she placed me on hold. Came back and said, "Your insurance does not cover lost or stolen phone"!!!! Then why did pay more than $200 for insurance? Do not trust them. Do not buy their insurance and I will never ever use their company for any other protection need. Very disappointed customer.

Great insurance program. Would like the question tree to include the option of broken screen and then a follow up of any other damage. Once I selected broken screen, my only option was a repair visit (phone was too damaged for just screen repair) which delayed the process by a couple of days. Asurion is the worst!!! Better off to save the money and pay for it when something goes wrong!!! I pay for insurance for years and then go to use it. Try to do it online and it said I had to call. Was trying to send me a new phone, didn't want a new phone... just wanted my screen fixed. The girl said it wouldn't let her do just a fix screen and put me back in the queue and got NASH on the phone. Now after verifying with a pin to my phone... now they can't do anything for me till I send them my driver's license and another form. All the money I paid for insurance I could of just paid someone to fix it and it would of been cheaper. Cancelling Asurion after they fix my screen!!!

Easy and quick when something broke on my device. Got a replacement within a few days with a low copay and an assistant walked us through all of the setup steps and helped with transferring of data between the devices.

I have attempted for the last six months to have a warranty/insurance honored. Asurion keeps sending me to AT&T and AT&T keeps sending me to Asurion. I have gone online and attempted to file a consumer complaint and it is difficult, (I'm sure by design), to file. I will keep attempting to have something done. I was told on my ninth call to AT&T and Asurion to go to the AT&T service center and I did. They (AT&T rep) told me that since I didn't have that account and number with AT&T any longer you wouldn't honor the Asurion warranty.
When the claim was filed I spent 4 days attempting to get the phone and the service working. It is my main business line. If I was to keep trying to get the warranty and insurance and service for a month or more I would be out of business. It was extremely necessary for me to get that number operational immediately. It would be ludicrous to not do something immediately.

We had somewhat of a complicated claim because of wrong information that we put on our initial contact. Also the replacement phone we received would not turn on. The first young lady had helped get us Almost finished, when we got disconnected. The second young lady picked up right where we had ended with the other and completed the claim. Both were very helpful.

The process to submit the claim and get it approved was simple, but the replacement phone got hung up in shipment. We were one day away from needing a replacement phone for the replacement. I don't have anything else to say except that we spend a lot to be sure we can get a replacement that we still spend $200 on.

It took 5 phone calls with multiple holds and disconnects to get my issue resolved. Basically from about 10am-4pm was wrapped up in this process. The final phone call resulted in resolving the issue in about 10 minutes. Not sure why the first 4 couldn't have done that. It seemed like the goal of the first 4 was to sell me a plan to cover my entire collection of electronic devices.

The whole process was QUICK and PAINLESS. Totally SIMPLE. The phone arrived in just two days. Activation was easy. The whole process WAS AWESOME... Damaging or losing a phone sucks, but the replacement process with AT&T is the best I've ever experienced. KUDOS.

The service was very fast. I received my phone within 24 hours. The SIM card that was supplied didn’t work. I had to go to Verizon and they installed my old SIM card. That was the only problem I encountered.
