    Replace phone. The deductible too high. The phone came fast and easy to return. Some problems getting everything changed over. Will keep the plan. Cheaper than buying a new phone. Seems always hard to transfer pictures to computer, have had some corrupted ones and lost the pictures for good. Not happy about losing pictures. All in all not too bad of an experience but a long time on the phone to get everything done. Like the accident plan, which they will accept accidental problems. I don't think they cover water damage which is too bad. Although never had that problem. On one replacement phone had to go back to factory reset and got a new phone. Big hassle and a lot of time on the phone getting this straighten out each time.

I was told I’d have one sent to me within ten business days and failed to receive it.     Phone claim was filed. The rep explained phone would ship out once the phone was available but might be a day or two because it was in back order. Today I called to check on the device and the rep said the phone was not sent yet because the app "find my phone" was not Disabled on the device. No one attempted to contact anyone on this account to explain the need to disable that although it sounds sketchy since the phone is having malfunctions and that's why she cannot use the phone (reason for using the insurance in the first place). I spent too much money on monthly premiums (5 phone lines) plus a $275 deductible which they charged already for them to not send out the replacement. This is insurance fraud. They can't take your premium and deductible then refuse to send you the replacement phone.

    Just like previously...always a hassle to use Asurion. Not only do you pay every month to be insured, but then if something does happen, you have to pay an unreasonable amount for another phone! So I paid $129 and got a phone that would not work! Tried for 2 days. Had to go through the "crappy" automated system again...and once again not only was the original phone not listed as LOST...but now we had to wait another day to get a 2nd phone!

    When 2nd phone arrived and it worked, immediately #1 replacement was returned. Got a notice the next week, hadn't received phone. Deal with auto system again and get C.S. only to find out STILL ORIGINAL LOST PHONE WAS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY, BUT HASSLED ABOUT #1 REPLACEMENT NOT BEING RETURNED. Finally got notice that you received the phone. I do not like your system. 4 years ago, big hassle with returning a computer that was repaired 3 times and still didn't work!     Filing the claim was easy. However, there was no way to go back and look at the claim I submitted. I received a different color phone than what I thought I had selected. But there was no way to verify this. I also wasn’t sure if I got insurance on the new phone, and again, no way to go back and check or change it. When setting up the new phone, I encountered an issue. I went on the website to chat with someone about this but all I got were automated responses, no actual human. This so incredibly aggravating. I found an 800# to call and they also were of little help. They did refer me to Apple and provided the phone number but this took several minutes for the customer service rep to access it for me.

    While I’m waiting, he tries to start a sales pitch about an offer of some sort. By this point, I was so short tempered and frustrated. I just wanted help fixing the problem, not a freaking sales pitch. Wrong time. Wrong gal. Just totally inappropriate given my situation and the tone of my voice. Overall, I got what I needed and it’s fine. But a lot of frustration along the way. And I STILL don’t know what color phone I ordered or if I have insurance on it or not.

    One of my daughter's cell phone got a cracked and shattered screen. There isn't a location near us that could repair the screen.     The replacement phone was delivered the next day. Very convenient and quick! We did not have to be without a phone for too long. Asurion has always helped in tremendous ways with my insurance claims. We also learned that there are other options for cracked screens (repairs at local suppliers) which is good to know for the future.     The initial contact was good and went as expected. The replacement came fast and the return was made. The replacement tablet was defective and the screen separated from the case very soon. They agreed to replace the defective replacement but initially tried to blame it on me to collect another deductable. Then they sent me a smaller tablet. I contacted them about that and they initially said I had to accept a smaller unit because mine was discontinued. I had to raise a big stink over the terms of our contract but they eventually sent me a bigger one instead of a smaller one. In the end, I like the new tablet but I should not have to try that hard to get someone I pay to own up to a contract.

    Be careful with this company. Stand your ground. You always have to wait way too long on hold, automated information requirements don't work and you have verified identity too often in the same call because their transferred call doesn't populate for the next person. Overall just a very poorly run company with unacceptable levels of inconvenience for the insured. If you have an alternative, use it.

    I had Note 20 and they never find replacement so they give me S21 and I don't like. It's not working like Note 20. I think it's not worthwhile to have insurance. I should not pay this much money for nothing.

    i have paid for insurance for YEARS on my Moto Z phone. When it came time to replace it you charged me a $185 "fee". I could have bought a new Moto Z for that!! All my insurance premiums were WASTED. I will NEVER buy your insurance again.
