My iPhone 7's warranty had just expired so naturally it underwent "the kiss of death" defect for Apple devices according to the Genius Bar rep. He couldn't restore it and said I could buy a new one or check with my insurance. Asurion is my insurance provider through Verizon. I made the call (from my husband's phone) and was told that my particular phone was expected to ship in 5-10 business days. What? Fine. I waited.
It arrived 8 days after I made the call. It arrived and it was a refurbished phone. "Refurbished" never came up in my conversation, just the phrase "your new phone" was used. Asurion didn't need to engrave "Refurbished by Asurion" on the back of the phone because based on the scratches it was clear I was receiving AND paying for a used device. I'm still paying for the new phone and I'm expected to now pay for someone else's defective device? That's what refurbished means. It didn't work once before or it wouldn't be refurbished. Nope. I'm returning this one, too. Awaiting a response for customer service.

If I could rate 0 star I would! I went to file a claim in September and was denied with no explanation of why! After speaking to several different people telling me there was nothing they could tell me I finally spoke to someone who said my account was flagged for fraudulent claims. I then found out over 8 claims were made under my number and my husband's number and two phones were sent to someone in Florida (I live in Texas). I was then told I could not complete my claim until after I spoke to fraud both thru AT&T and Asurion and then it would be 3-5 business days until I can reprocess my claim!
I did all of this and once again was denied for fraud! Finally after 3 additional claims and affidavit paperwork to prove I was who I was my claim was approved and I got my phone about 3 days later after going almost a month without a phone. I have paid for insurance on my phone for almost 10 yrs and feel I was screwed! Also my cell phone bill was billed for two deductibles for the two claims that were actually processed but not legit and had to have those removed from my bill. Now I am being charged the full deductible as if my phone was brand new when I should only be charged the smaller amount a difference of $112!
I am in the process of getting this all figured out as well but I still keep encountering the same issue with Asurion that no one can help me and keeps sending me to AT&T when Asurion is the one who has to fix the charges!! I feel Asurion is a joke and after all the money I have paid them for the past 10 yrs for my phone insurance they should have better customer service and better fraud protection! If I wasn’t for me filing a claim and being denied we would have never know so many claims were being processed under our name!

I called in to get a warranty replacement sent out for my previously ASURION replaced device. I pay for the family TMP coverage at Verizon and the line in question is definitely covered as it was insurance replaced once before. The first person was very friendly and helpful, she transferred me to someone else to process the replacement device and that person was very rude. She kept repeating the same question, interrupting me, and ultimately told me to kick rocks. she refused to send out a device and just told me to go back to the store where I had purchased. I was an employee when the device was purchased and the store instructed me to call ASURION as it was a device they had replaced and needed to be replaced once more by them. As it stands I still do not have my replacement, my device is still shutting off, and I am very displeased. I would certainly cancel my policy if there were another company offering coverage.

The only problem I experienced was hearing the person I talked to at Asurion on the phone. Could barely hear what she was saying. Otherwise, everything else was great. Obviously I didn't want this to happen but very glad I had your coverage.

Asurion was immediate in responding to my inquiry to replace my phone. They explained the terms of the replacement. It took 5 days to get the new phone, which I thought was an excessive amount of time to replace a needed device. I was to be refunded $30 upon return of the phone. I returned the phone within 5 days. I have not received the refund for the returned & damaged phone. It has been over a month since I returned the phone.

The phone was damaged from water - in a backpack in the rain - so we paid the rather large deductible to get a replacement. The replacement locks in the wrong orientation, occasionally loses the input window for texting, and the "Wallet" doesn't work at all - even though it says it's working fine. I went to Verizon and they told me to contact Asurion. I called Asurion and they connected me with Verizon. Verizon did "a fix" and said they'd call us back the next day. They did not. The phone still doesn't work. In other words, Asurion gave us a replacement that doesn't work and I have spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed - and it still is not fixed or replaced with a working phone. Call me disappointed.

I was sent a replacement phone for a $199 price that was not working properly which set me back another couple of days because I had to wait for the 2nd replacement. So I wind up not having a phone for 4 days... Very frustrating... Besides the CSRs who work for the company transferred me repeatedly from one department to another every time I called and a couple of the CSRs had the nerve to be rude also. I pray I never have to replace another phone and have to repeat this process.

We had a good experience. We ordered the replacement Saturday, and it delivered Monday. Instructions told us how to set up the new phone and clear the old phone. Friendly customer service reps. Email instructions helped us double check to avoid charges.

Rest assured knowing your iPhone is insured by Asurion. Asurion was polite, professional and understanding. A large part of my business is done on my mobile phone so losing it is a very stressful situation. Asurion shipped the replacement phone overnight with clear instructions on what needed to be done to restore it.

My iPhone was damaged. I filed a claim and received instructions on removing the phone from my account prior to returning it. It didn’t work. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon. The best they could was to initiate the erase program which wouldn’t complete processing until the next time the phone was attached to the Internet. That couldn’t happen because the entire screen was smashed. I called you and your rep told me that I was OK and the fee would be waived. Now, I keep receiving calls and messages telling me to remove the phone from my account. Can’t be done by me. You would have received 5 stars from me because everything else that you did was fast and professional. This is pretty annoying.

I had no issues at all when working with Asurion. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and I got the replacement very quickly! With a teenage girl EVERY second without their phone is a challenge. We were able to get her new phone set up quickly and given instructions on how to deactivate Find my phone feature for her old phone from our computer.

Continued calls and emails about FindMyiPhone - The phone that we returned was unusable. There was no way for us to access the screen to disable the setting. I did follow the directions given on the voicemail, but kept receiving the message. At this point I am still not sure it is disabled.

The backup phone you send does not stay charge, within an hour it will be on 20%. You guys really should call and make sure the phone is working right, after all the work you guys make us do you could at least call and make sure the phone is working like it should. Pretty upset.

The Replacement iPhone came the next day and is working great. The return process was easy. The only suggestion I have is that the instructions on turn off find my iPhone when you can't use your phone could be updated with the latest version of iCloud as the instructions I received were not correct, but were probably correct fairly recently. I was still able to figure it out, but I know some users might not be able to do so.

Asurion sent me a defective "refurbished" phone to replace the non-refurbished phone that was damaged, and that was only the start of my problems. After two hours in the phone store submitting a claim for a replacement, and waiting two days, still no phone. It is ridiculous that you cannot get a replacement phone from the store where you purchased and insured the phone.

It is ridiculous that when the refurbished phone does not work right out of the box, that it takes a two-hour store visit and a interminable telephone calls with an automated system that works as well as their "refurbished" phones to get a replacement.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with Asurion. I was able to do most of the work through the website, although I was a bit concerned about the notice that I had to turn off certain features before shipping the damaged iPad to them. This notice came up numerous times, which continued to concern me. However, once everything was said and done, my new iPad arrived via UPS the next day (totally surprised how fast that happened) and the return envelope came the next week, along with another notice about turning features off (or face a hefty fine). Bottom line though, the ease of going through the website, paying the deductible, and returning the damaged product was exceptional. These folk were awesome to work with!

I called about 4 months ago to put in a claim for my iPhone. I wasn't sure if that was the route that I wanted to go but I decided to. I was happy to see that the original claim was still in the system. I received my replacement phone set it up and sent back my old phone in the box that was provided. I recently returned my Samsung Galaxy S8+ that had a severely cracked screen. The phone still worked, but the screen wouldn't turn on. I was required to pay $200 on top of a monthly fee for insurance, which seems a little ridiculous to me considering they didn't even have my same phone (I was required to choose a different color), but besides that my experience was beyond satisfactory. I received my replacement the day after applying for it at no additional cost, and it worked great. I was even provided with a package to return my old phone in which made things incredibly helpful. The support I was given was extremely helpful and kind, and I will definitely be recommending this to people.

They Are asking for us to return the equipment. I did not receive a return envelope. I called and asked for the address, they couldn't give it to me. I asked for an envelope to be sent to me. They said ok. I'm still waiting for it more than a week later. Receiving phone calls about the equipment. Now they can't find my claim or the account number. Very frustrating.

Other than having to repeat the problem with a few transfers within Verizon that I was experiencing with the cell phone, everything went well. I received my new phone in less than a day. However, when I talk on my new phone to others they say the phone is very noisy.

The screen had cracked on my phone. I filed my claim with Asurion and received my new device the next day! They sent an envelope to put that old phone in, which made returning the broken phone easy. It was a great experience and I highly recommend that people use Asurion.

This was the easiest thing ever to do. I had a great rep at Verizon who took me through it step-by-step on their landline. The representative I spoke to was kind and understood my concerns. Being such a new phone no parts were available. So they sent me a new one. A little pricey but happy my Galaxy S8 is fixed. Thanks everyone who helped.

Some was our fault. Some was not. I had to make about a dozen calls between Verizon and Asurion to get all the info I needed. Child had switched phone to another phone to borrow while waiting, which messed up the process even though I told Asurion the specific issues. I think it took 3 tries but the process was even longer with having to call back and forth too. But the one thing I would really like to see is confirmation email that you received our old phone and it was accepted and we did everything we were supposed to.

Your voice driven system sent me to a young woman (don't remember her name) who told me my claim was invalid because the way I answered the questions. I called Verizon, they called your company and a young man named Kyle told me my claim was valid. It was my son's phone, he doesn't live with me so I wasn't able tell your system anything he hadn't told me. It was frustrating and took too much time. Fortunately Kyle was professional and helpful.

Defective phone - Volume control not good, not able to raise the volume with ease, button sticks and volume does not work at times plus home button is noisy not smooth. Would think that a quality replacement would be provided especially for how expensive the cost of the insurance is and be sent a poorly refurbished used phone.

Dropped my phone the day before we were leaving out of state for vacation and busted the screen. I called and the gentleman that answered was so friendly, quick and efficient. Received phone as promised, but having it less than a month have already started having issues. Battery life is very poor, will not even make it 8 hours with minimal use. Also sometimes when texting keyboard covers the message and only way to fix is to exit program and start over.

I exchanged a phone through Asurion. I received the replacement phone the next day and it came with full instruction for the set up of the replacement phone. It also came with full instruction on how to return the broken phone. Those instructions came in hand, so I wouldn't be charge for the sending the phone back incorrectly. Thanks.

I've been dealing with an issue with trying to get my full purchase price back since October 18th, almost a month now. I purchased the protection plan through Walmart. I was originally told 5-7 business days. Then I was told 24-72 hours after that. Then I was told because they were waiving my deductible that it generally takes 10 business days. I was also told that I would be receiving a phone call from a supervisor on three separate occasions, still haven't received that phone call.
They received my phone on October 26th at approximately 9:47 am. I have since filed a claim through the BBB. My next and only other recourse is to file a small claims court suit for my lost wages as a result of the violation of the terms of agreement set forth in the contract, as well as the verbal (recorded) conversations between myself and the representatives of Asurion. It's really quite sad, I used to brag on and recommend this protection plan to anyone that would listen. But for any of you that are looking for a different cell phone protection plan, try looking into.

Although my phone was indeed replaced, it was difficult to go for a full week with no phone at all. For me it was especially frustrating because I live alone and Hurricane Nate was coming into Mobile that weekend but I was without communication means. It would have been nice given the circumstances if you could have supplied a loaner until my insured phone could be shipped.

Super nice to have you guys replace my phone for so cheap. The only thing was that you kept emailing and calling me about not turning off my Find my Friends which I had completed so many different times. My only complaint is the inability to get a hold of anyone to talk about my issue. I went through all of the prompts and then my call was dropped, repeatedly. I spent nearly 2 hours to finally get through to someone. I had to go through the Verizon channels and they tried to transfer me and the calls were dropped. Very frustrating.

Thought the cracked screen would just be repaired but I was sent a replacement device instead. Don't know why policy offers a repair if they just replace. Replacement was fine. Issue with new SIM which when I called Verizon didn't need to be used. Maybe in the future this isn't sent for replacement phone claims.

When the phone was damaged it was easy to go online to obtain the paperwork to order a replacement. I had to call customer assistance because I was having difficulty with getting the information on how to verify ownership. Customer assistance explained the process to verify ownership of the phone. The arrival of the new phone was within 24 hours. They acknowledged via email that the old phone (damaged Galaxy 7) was received.

First Replacement phone did not arrive as UPS has issue so we had to call to get the process restarted. Some or a bit of difficulty recognizing we had turned off the iCloud on the phone but customer service walked us through process again and were helpful. Overall experience good. The iPhone 6S that Asurion sent as replacement work horrible. The battery long last 1/2 hour in normal use (even with all battery saving and procedures on) and the calls cut out and drop constantly. The screen also freeze in the middle of text message typing and I have to restart the phone. I contacted Asurion two times and spend long time on the phone. They "working" on the device and making "tests and adjustments" always with no result. They ask me to go off and say the device will go on by itself when they finish working. But that never happened. Very very disappointed. Looking for another insurer or no insurance right now. What I paid as a total as monthly payment plus deductible is more than the value of the brand new device.

I fell and cracked the screen of my month old Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I filed a claim with Asurion, paid the deductible and had a new phone in about two days. I then sent back my broken phone in a prepaid mailer they sent, and that was it. It was the first time I used the insurance and I was very pleased. As far as I can tell, they sent me a new phone and not a refurbished one. Given how expensive the phone was, I'm glad I had the insurance.

Four years ago we purchased a new $2500 Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot with a 5 year service contract that ended up being fulfilled by Asurion. The refrigerator has had multiple problems with the worst being multiple breakdowns of the ice maker. They keep trying to pin this issue on the need for us to defrost the unit weekly and despite having numerous service calls including replacing the ice maker the unit is still fundamentally defective and is the epitome of why the lemon law exists. I am currently on hold on their service line for the fourth time on a 30 minute plus unfilled request to get this item fixed or replaced.
This company is a total scam, intentional long call waiting, failure to return calls. They intentionally make it extraordinarily difficult for the consumer to get the service they contracted for. The justice department should be invoked to level the playing field here as they clearly playing the big company against little consumer game to their benefit.

This insurance is total waste of money. Asurion insurance is fit for nothing insurance company. I have also removed phone insurance from my account. All the money paid for insurance is waste. Recently, one of my phone screen cracked and I want to claim. I got two options: 1. To repair: which has a deductible of $89 and they will replace the screen. 2. Replace the phone: which a deductible of $225 and they will replace the phone with the new or refurbished iPhone.
The deductible to repair the phone is very high ($89). If I go to some repair store and do it, it is going to cost me $100 or $110. Even though my phone has an insurance they are charging me $89!!! Then why will I take insurance, if there is only $10 or $20 less. I spoke with them for the first time about the same. When I am asking questions, the associate doesn't have answer for that so, he hang up my phone call. How arrogant it is...
Okay fine... I want to go for repair. When I logged into my claim they took away option of repair. Now I just have replace phone option, so I need to pay $225 to get an replacement!!! I don't want to pay $225 to replace the phone, that's the reason why I choose to repair the phone. They haven't gave me an option. If I buy a new iPhone 6s plus, it's costing me $275 or $300 and my screen cracked phone will be with me. If I go with the insurance, I have to pay $225 to get a replacement and I have to give old phone to them (now, they will replace the cracked screen with $100 and they will sell again for $300). What am I gaining with insurance. Now I decided not to go with the insurance.

Awful experience. Phone would not charge properly but all of the keys were intact in the port. Was told it would be free to replace since I have total mobile protection but I had to pay $149. The replacement phone's wifi and Bluetooth are awful. I have to be in the same room as the router for Wifi to work and the Bluetooth cuts in and out when using it in my car and I never had this problem with any other phone in the past. I'm getting the new phone now this week and hope I never have to deal with a replacement phone again. This was after numerous times of re-setting the phone per the request of Verizon and Asurion making sure nothing internally was wrong with the phone (which it wasn't). It was extremely frustrating to go through this numerous times to have nothing resolved. I also had to upgrade my data usage since the wifi is as bad as it is. So this has just cost me more money with no resolution.

They directed me to go on phoneclaim.com. I went there and it wouldn't let me select my phone. I called and they fixed it after more than half an hour. I went back and the website couldn't verify my shipping address so I had to call them again. Then, they made me sign an affidavit (which I had to call them again because the website wouldn't allow me to upload it). The recording when you call is so annoying. How many times are they going to say "phoneclaim.com"? It's a long process for terrible service.

Everything was going well until after Asurion said they received my old device. I removed my old device from find my iPhone but kept receiving phone calls and emails saying I did not, and that if I didn't, I'd be charged a fee. I was satisfied with my experience and the services provided by Asurion when my phone was lost, damaged or stolen. Thank you. Hopefully, I will not require these services anytime in the near future. Obviously, because that would mean that once again my phone was lost, damaged or stolen. And, that would be bad.

My iPhone smashed and was not working on Sunday. I contacted Asurion and submitted a claim on Monday and on the very next day, Tuesday I received my replacement phone. Asurion made things quick and easy. Excellent service!

The replacement of my damaged phone was as painless as it gets. Everything was well handled and rapid. I could not have expected any better service. I highly recommend Asurion. You will like the service. The people that I worked with were well prepared and knowledgeable.

My daughter's 7 plus iPhone was damaged on 10/27. I called to place a claim, which seemed to be easy. Well, after the claim was processed they told me the phone was on backorder and it would be 7-10 days for a replacement. Ok, Not happy, but what can I do? So we wait and hear nothing. On day 11 I call back and they state that the phone is still on back order and they are not even sure if it will be in in another 10 days! At this point I have been on hold for "another 1-2 minutes" for an hour, being transferred from person to person. Finally, I speak with the escalation department who tells me they can cut me a reimbursement check, minus the deductible and I can go to an Apple Store and purchase a new phone. Ok, at the peak of my frustration I take this deal. To find out it will be another 8 days to receive the check!!!!
How can you get a replacement phone supposedly overnight and after waiting 10 days (with a broken phone) you have to wait another 8 to get a replacement check which then you need to cash and go to an Apple Store to purchase a new one???? They told me I could call to check on the status of the check. So, today I did. Spent 20 minutes being on hold and transferred to different people. Just to be told, "It takes 1-2 days to process the check and another 3-5 days to mail the check." So what is the status of "MY CHECK"? "Ma'am, I just told you what they told me. You can call back at any time to check on the status." What??? You obviously don't know the "status" because you just keep quoting me the policy. So I continue, on day 14 with a broken phone, to wait. Once this check arrives and we purchase a new phone at the Apple Store, I will be purchasing the Apple Care and cancelling Asurion. Never want to deal with this again.

We have worked with Asurion with two claims in the last couple of months. This is one of the easiest processes I have done with insurance claims. They are fast and do exactly what they say they will do. You can do it totally on your own online, or if you need assistance they will go step by step with you. Very pleased with our association with Asurion.

My daughter's 2 year old phone stopped functioning correctly and the screen also broke. I connected online with Asurion, filed in the claim, & she received a new phone within 2 days. It was almost effortless and very streamlined. I am glad to have this insurance.

This was the second time that I had a phone lost/stolen and Asurion was perfect in replacing it for me. It took only 48 hours to receive the replacement in a perfect shape. I submitted a claim online which was extremely easy to do. I received confirmation right away and then I got emails with tracking info. until I got the replacement. Great service.

Everything went fine. The return was smooth. The customer service went well. Very polite. Instructions were very clear. The only thing I found that was annoying was the continued emails telling me to sign out of iPhone. Which I did immediately.

I have had two claims recently. One for each kid. The representative on the phone each time was knowledgeable and friendly. The replacement phones arrived on time. The only problem was the second claim. My son is autistic and very dependent on his earbuds. The replacement phone does not have an earbud jack. Instead they come with an adapter cable for earbuds to plug into the charging port. The representative assured me the adapter cable would come with the phone. IT DID NOT. INSTEAD THEY SENT EARBUDS THAT WILL NOT PLUG INTO THE PHONE!!! I HAD TO GO BUY HIM A SET OF WIRELESS EARBUDS!!!

Phone was damaged by water. I had insurance so I contacted the insurance agency online, and was able to submit my claim, and receive a new phone within 2 days. The replacement processes was easy and quick. Very happy with the service. Instructions were very clear.

Customer Service and turnaround time are great, but very unhappy with my replacement phone. It barely keeps a charge and glitches all the time. I'm really unhappy with the replacement. If I am going to pay $150 for a new phone that I pay already $10 every month for insurance I should get a better quality phone if I can't have a brand new one.

My phone was lost. It was replaced within 24 hrs. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Asurion. I recommend anyone to Insure their devices, because you never know what could happen. My phone was replace on time. I was very satisfied.

Asurion’s process is easy & quick! My phone was replaced with no problems. I love the free two day delivery. It’s well worth the cost of insurance to be able to replace your phone so quickly & easily. The website is easy to navigate as well. The phone I received was exactly as it should be with no issues activating.

I cracked my screen so I paid my deductible and got a replacement. The replacement had an overheating issue within the first 2 weeks. Asurion sent me another replacement at no charge and I got it the very next day. Customer service is fantastic! The process was easy and fast!

Asurion was very quick in replacing my phone after I submitted my claim. Once I had submitted, my claim online and within two days, I received a new phone in the mail. The return instructions were very easy to follow.

This is the second time I’ve used Asurion to replace my son’s phone. The online phone replacement process was very easy. I received the new phone the next day and sent the old one back right away. I also received an email confirmation notifying me when they received the old phone.

You sent me a phone that freezes up.. can't answer when phone rings, can't check email or get half through and phone freezes, when you try to select something from your home page it picks the wrong things, this phone is a piece of? I'd be more than happy to trade for a different one that works properly!!

My jetpack was destroyed in a fire and it was replaced within a week. Our home burned down and as soon as I requested a replacement it was sent out. There was never any questions or hesitation. This is a great and must have service. The cost is minimal compared to the recovered cost.

The phone has some problems like the home button stops working and it shuts off randomly. Otherwise I’m glad to have at least a phone but I wish it were refurbished well and in almost perfect order. The screen is tilted and the home button is also at an angle but you cannot tell when the screen protector is on. Something nicer would be great but have a phone is great too.

Nowadays, it's almost impossible to go without a phone; so when I dropped my phone and broke the screen, I too felt shattered. I filed the claim with Asurion and in 2 days time, I had my replacement phone! I couldn't believe how fast and easy they made it for me. You definitely appreciate the fast and great service when found in a situation like I was. Even returning my broken device was easy. I recommend everyone have Asurion. The service was great, everyone was very helpful over the phone. However the phone that was sent to me is faulty. The phone has terrible battery life (it dies at 50 percent), it is glitchy/slow, and the silence button on the side doesn’t work.

I'm amaze on the quickness of delivery and how easy the online process is, I would recommend getting Asurion anytime and anywhere. Everything is easy to understand and figure out being that I'm up in age. I don't have any complaints or concerns. Good Job.

Accepted my damaged phone with no issues. That is, until the replacement phone developed problems too. Then that one was returned and replaced again, with no issues. An easy process. Pretty much painless transfer of data with my Verizon Cloud backup system.

New phone was received a few days after the claim was made. Sent the old phone back and it all seemed to work out fine. Only hard part was having to activate new phone even with good service I still had to call the helpline to get the phone to start.

Replacement phone received in a timely manner. We had to have the Verizon office insert the SIM card for us. The phone is working properly and most functions are reinstalled. No noted issues. We are very happy and pleased with the service and the staff’s help.

Received my replacement phone in a timely manner. The deductible is quite steep, $150; can't say I'm happy about that. No doubt the replacement phone is refurbished. I can tell that the battery is not quite as good as the one I had.

The customer service people were very nice and easy to work with. However, I filed a claim and then found my phone and canceled my claim but the refund took over a month to get back. Can you speed this part up for those of us who are honest and not trying to commit insurance fraud? Thank you.

The initial communication with your company went great as far as we got the replacement phone quickly we were able to get the other one back to you within a week and then the troubles have started. We did shut off the find my phone Feature on the phone however you sent emails and left me messages that it's not shut off. I have double and triple check mine and my daughter's iCloud account because it was her phone and the old phone is not showing connected to our iCloud account. However just today I received another message saying that it's connected. Unfortunately I'm at a place in my work where I cannot answer my phone when it rings I can only call back during my breaks.
Twice I have left messages after trying to be on hold because after a while I'm not given the option to be on hold anymore I have to leave a message and no one ever calls. Going on to the website does me no good because it keeps treating me as if I need to remove the phone from the account but as previously indicated I'm not showing it's connected. Can someone from your company please provide me with a phone number that I can call where I can actually speak with someone? Or can someone email me with an email address that I can respond to to start a dialogue to answer any additional questions. I cannot afford to be charged $500 for a phone that I am positive we cannot unlock any kind of find my phone feature that may be attached to it. My phone number is **. My email is **. Had a motor z for 9 months and loved it. It broke, but Asurion informed me it was no longer made. They offered me a z2 force or z2 play. I chose the force. It lasted less than two weeks before it wouldn't turn back on. I called Asurion and they told me if I wanted a phone capable of using the $400 in motor mods I already had, then I'd have to wait til one was back in stock in a week. I said going a week without a phone is not an option, and they offered me a S7 edge after much reluctance. It was refurbished by asurion and overheated in less than a day. They sent me another s7 edge after messing up my shipping address and making me drive all over my city to pick my phone up from a UPS center because asurion employees kept giving me false information.
Simply put, I had three different phones in less than a week that I had to set up, download everything onto, and still have useless moto mods. Home insurance doesn't just replace a home for a comparable sized home. It replaces possessions, value, and accessories, but asurion only cares about doing what is convenient to them and not the customers paying them hundreds of dollars a year for a service that we expect to be exceptional.

My iPhone was replaced due to the insurance I paid for but the replacement phone I received has several problems. I emailed Asurion regarding these problems but never received a response and have just been dealing with these phones defects.

I loved being able to do everything automatically by phone and the quick service - phone was replaced and in my hands next day! I never expected to get my phone replaced so quick and without any hassle whatsoever. I will recommend Asurion to everyone.
