Process could not have been easier or more convenient. I was able to place the claim online and get the assistance I needed. My new device came timely with everything needed for immediate use. The return envelope made sending the damaged device very easy. And I appreciated the follow up emails as an additional monitor for the process. Thank you for your assistance.

I will not use insurance again, as I feel the benefit does not equal the cost of, in my case, what was 26 months of insurance payments in order to pay 159.00 for a refurbished phone. Transfering the data was not an issue, but required a trip to Verizon to complete.

Asurion performed as expected. Quick service. Replacing the broken phone was fast and easy. Included instructions were clear. I have used the service to replace a phone twice. Both experiences went smoothly. Backup the phone, restore to the new phone, turn off Find-my-iPhone on the old device, wipe it, mail back the broken device, done.

The insurance process was great. However, the replacement phone that I received is not working as it should. It frequently goes to black screen and the only way I can get it back to working order is to reset it via my computer.

My iPhone was stolen from my back pocket while standing in line at a Kentucky Friend Chicken Restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. My daughter and I were at a horse show, watching my horse being shown. I was very upset as all my videos and photos, of the show, were on my phone. I immediately went to the nearest Verizon store to report it stolen. To my surprise, a replacement phone was delivered to my address the next day. I am so glad I had the insurance and could not be more pleased with the service I received. Thank you very much.

All went extremely well with the phone replacement. My problem was with the delivery of item. I believe it was sent via UPS. They did not deliver to the house, even though they said they did. I was out of town and had to search for an office to pick it up from. Very poor service.

My tablet ended up with a cracked screen and went totally nuts! When I took it in to my local Verizon store, we filed the claim and the next day I had my new tablet. Awesome service. When I was told that my replacement phone would arrive in such a short time, it was hard to believe. However, arrive it did, and I was thrilled to get it. I'm not sure whether the phone was new or refurbished, but the screen DOES have some vertical lines that show when the background is just right. I can move the background around, and the vertical lines stay stationary. All of that being said, it's nice to have the replacement phone, even if it's not "perfect".

I’ve had this plan for ten plus years. I filed my first claim and got a refurbished phone that is a piece of garbage. Everything about my replacement is absolutely not worth my years of paid insurance. I will be surprised if this message makes its past all of the delays. Waste of money and time. 100%

Unfortunately my wife doesn't care about taking care of herself, her phone or anything else in her possession. That's why she has a less expensive phone. Just as long as she can play games, do Facebook and watch YouTube she's satisfied. This is her 3rd phone this year. Lucky for me. I have Asurion. My 13 year old son takes better care of his phone.

The first replacement phone we received did not work. The 2nd replacement phone stopped working also. We invested in a new phone because of the lack of faith in a 3rd replacement. The staff is very nice but the product is not reliable

Asurion replaced my S7 within 24hrs, GREAT SERVICE!! The $149.00 replacement fee plus the $11.00 monthly is a bit much. The replacement fee should be lowered or adjusted according to the number of replacements a customer claims within a 1 to 2 year period.

I was never sent a bag so I could mail back the damaged tablet. When I called and requested a bag they sent me a cell phone bag. Tablet will not fit. I now need to make another call for a bag large enough for my tablet. Thanks.

My son's cellphone was stolen. Went on the Verizon website, linked thru Asurion to verify our insurance coverage. Requested replacement for the lost phone, applied online, processed and a new phone was shipped and received in 2 days. The whole experience was painless and excellent service was provided.

The phone quit, was under warranty but not covered as there were small hairline cracks on the back of the phone. Because of that I had to pay the deductible to get a new phone, even though the old phone which functioned perfectly, until it quit. The service getting the new phone after I paid my $149 deductible was great, I just think it was wrong that I had to pay a deductible, the hairline cracks had nothing to do with the failure.

I received my replacement tablet within the 24 hours allotted for that. The problem I have is the charger I received with the tablet doesn't charge it like it should, I have been trying to find the correct charger for it to no avail. I don't know why the tablet came with a Belkin charger that causes the tablet to charge very slowly.

I received a Galaxy S7 phone, did not work right, called back and asked why I am getting a S7 phone when I originally had a note 4. Wanted another note, so customer service was awesome, they sent me a note 5 which I love, except for the on and off button, it sticks, but I am willing to deal with it due to the rest of the phone is great. They took care of everything efficiently and fast, received my phone quickly, returned my phone quickly, and they were very friendly on the phone and personable. I have had dealings with Asurion plenty of time in the past, and found that the last time was exceptional. Will not have a problem recommending Asurion to anyone.

The whole claim process was quick and easy. Did the claim around 7 pm and had the phone on my doorstep at 4 pm next day. Filing is just answering questions about the kind of phone and a little about what happened to it. You can start the claim then come back to it if you don’t finish.

My daughter had a broken screen and we returned it to Asurion like instructed. Asurion sent back a phone with a broken camera and a crack in the corner of the screen. When I called to discuss the problem I was told that the seven days has lapsed and there was nothing more Asurion could do. We just filed a Massachusetts small claim against Asurion.

When calling to initially make the claim, it was an incredible, easy and quick process. I was pleased with how short the phone call was. I had to call back twice to get more clarification as I decided to use my phone insurance company to also make a claim. The phone insurance company was not providing all the information that Asurion needed but I did not receive any hassle and Asurion worked with me which really made a positive difference. I was already stressed about breaking a new phone and when Asurion processed the paperwork without nitpicking every detail it made a world of difference.

I understand your operators are busy but streamlining it would help customer satisfaction, at least for me. And Verizon customer care needs to work on their connection to you guys.

Two phones and still not happy. Can not hear on either one and other one isn't working right. Calling Monday. Hopefully they will replace again. Never had any trouble before. Very disappointed to have spent 200.00 for my part of insurance replacement which is ridiculous. I will not ever do again. Asurion has became a rip off my opinion.

Impressed by the fast service, especially since the replacement came prior to my return of the defective unit. My only complaint was that the Tab 3 is supposed to come with a stylus pen for drawing. This is a basic item and not an option, so I feel it should have been included.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service given to me during the return of my phone. The agent was supportive of the needs. After which explaining a phone was sent to me the next day. I cost is a little extensive, but I feel it's well worth even when the damage was my fault.

Called and advised company that I broke my cell phone. Asked that a replacement be sent. Got it by UPS around 8:00 pm the next day at my house. I was able to track the phone through the delivery process. Glad I had the insurance or otherwise I couldn't afford another phone for my job. The phone replaced was a Moto Z Droid. Thanks!

They sent me a phone that was refurbished and the speaker did not work properly. It sounded as if it had been around moisture. Then, the night mode did not work correctly either and nothing changed when I would hit the button. This is the second time Asurion has sent me a replacement phone that was sent to me with malfunctions happening as soon as I turn the phone on.

The $199 copay was a bit of a surprise. And the confusion generated by receiving return instructions and packing materials from both Asurion and Verizon was extreme. Then the phone call from Asurion stating they had not received my damaged phone and would levy a $300 core charge to compensate was unbelievable. Asurion and Verizon don't communicate these issues? The replacement phone was exactly what was needed and as perfect as expected and received unbelievably quickly. Overall, a vexing but ultimately worthwhile experience.

The phone that I needed replaced had an issue with the speaker distorting sound. The phone itself had always had a screen protector and OtterBox on it so it was in perfect condition. The phone we received had scratches and dings on the exterior which obviously bothered us considering the phone That we sent to you looked better. You did send it out very fast and customer service was very nice. Unfortunately the phone was just not up to par.

Had a difficult time trying to get phone replaced. Some phone reps were very insulting. "I am sorry to hear your phone is missing (chuckle)". Need more training and should even be filling out the form. During the time I had insurance I paid for the phone about three times Then Did not replace with phone that was insured. Should have been advised that no longer carry that Samsung. I felt as if I had to take the offer or nothing at all. Very blatant.

I broke my original phone, and then Asurion sent me a replacement phone. Although I got the replacement phone quickly, and although it worked for about two weeks, it suddenly broke too. The screen went black and wouldn't turn back on, even though I hadn't damaged it. I sent in for yet another replacement phone, and they shipped it out two days later than they promised me. Because this is Thanksgiving week, I wasn't able to receive my phone for an entire week because nothing ships out on Thanksgiving, and I've been out of town. It was promised to arrive to me before I left to go out of town, and it didn't show up until one day after I left. I was very dissatisfied with my service, and I am not sure I will be using this company again.

I had to complete affidavit to replace my phone only to be told it is discontinued but will replace with a newer version when available. Finally received the phone only for it to almost be as slow and useless as the one that was damaged. You pay 700 for a phone then 200 to replace with a phone with just as many problems.

This was my 1st claim for a lost/stolen phone. Other than the ridiculously complicated way of proving, "I'm not a robot," it was relatively easy to submit my claim. The phone arrived quickly, but took about 36 hours to get activated. I had to call three different representatives before it was finally working. I attribute it to inexperienced personnel.

I received a new phone after some confusion with your adjuster. They said that I claimed to have an IPhone 6S when the paperwork I sent clearly didn’t state that. The phone I received has an imperfection in the middle of the screen. It’s a blotch that I worry will only get worse.

Had cracked screen replaced, it didn't stick so phone was replaced. Recommend allowing repairman to place extra adhesive under screens in the future. This would have prevented replacing the entire phone. Otherwise my experience was pleasant and pretty quick, you sent out a repairman right away.

The instructions could have had a little more detail. It was a little tricky backing up and transferring. Turning off the locator should be in bold red as the first step. My concern was focused on saving data and transferring back.

The replacement phone is glitchy and has some problems. May end up having to replace it again. The process seemed to work fine, but clearly it is a refurbished replacement phone. I guess I thought it would be replaced with a new phone. For the cost of the coverage and the deductible, I had hoped for better.

I received prompt and courteous service when I filed my first claim, and received a replacement phone within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the new phone’s screen showed a crack about a week later. My son said he did not damage the phone, but had noticed the screen felt a little weird when he put on the screen protector the same day the phone arrive. I called Asurion, hoping they would honor the replacement phone warranty, but was told by the rep that the warranty had been voided by the application of the screen protector. They gave me the option of filing another claim and paying another deductible for another replacement phone. I am going to see if I can get the screen repaired by a local service for “only” $89.

Was on travel to Laie, Hawaii and daughter accidentally dropped her phone on the floor of a store and the screen cracked and the phone died. Phone had a protective case but it still went "kaput". Was able to get a replacement phone in less than 48 hours. Paperwork process was a bit of a pain but I understand the potential for fraud claims. Anyway, replacement phone was shipped to our hotel and had no issues getting it set up and she was back in business again. Overall, excellent response in my opinion.

I paid about 10 dollars a month for phone insurance that required a 150 dollar deductible in order to receive a refurbished smart phone that I could buy on Amazon for less than 100 dollars. The phone I got was refurbished, it had a few scratches. I am unsatisfied with the insurance and will not purchase it again. I felt almost robbed and will tell Verizon whenever I am asked about the experience.

Happy with service. Disappointed that the replacement was a reconditioned phone... we paid the deductible of $150. Reconditioned phones on verizon were that price or LESS.. so what good was the insurance? We paid $150 plus around $200 for the monthly insurance for the 22 months, so when the phone broke we paid $350 in total for a used phone.

We have been paying ins for almost a year on a 6 plus. It was cracked and not working. I assumed we would get a factory refurbished replacement. We had to pay $199 and my 16 yr old got a “new” 7 plus. And we are still paying on the phone. I was very unhappy. Still debating if we should keep the ins. I don’t think it’s worth it. Just save 10$ a month and if anything happens pay for it. Read the entire ins policy. I would have been much happier with no fee and a used working phone. When all is said and done I will have paid for a iPhone X.

The original phone screen lifted on the rose gold iPhone 5. I received the refurbished phone and less than a week later the screen cracked just placing it on the counter. I lost my phone... and found that it was run over by a car. Filed my claim at 8:00 p.m. It was immediately approved. Deductible was only $149 (regular price would have been $584). I made a claim on my damaged phone and paid $150. I followed the instructions completely. I received the wrong phone and called to try and reconcile. I was told that the phone I originally had was not available so they sent me an oversized phone that I cannot use. They told me that I can have a pink one, not a fair compromise, but I agreed and was told I would receive it in 3 days. The phone never came and I am unhappily using the large phone. I cannot spend another 2 hours on the phone with your company, but I am very dissatisfied at the present time.

I recently experienced a lost or stolen cellphone. It was an I-phone 7. I reported the missing device at the Verizon store that I initially purchased. Naturally, the sales rep was more interested in my making another purchase. I attempted to follow the instructions provided for inserting the SIM card into the new device, and the SIM card got stuck. I am not sure why I needed to perform this step at all because they sent me the phone and the SIM card. Customer service offered no help or resolution aside from filing another claim and paying another $150 for another phone (when I had not yet used the new phone). If not for the help of a more customer service oriented company I would have been without a phone for a couple of days and out another $150.

I have now been contacted twice by Asurion to complete a task that is required on a phone that was returned. I was informed by Verizon as went to the store to have SIM card removed and have all task done properly with iCloud. This was necessary as the phone is my son's in the military and out of the country. Twice that I have been contacted I was told another step is necessary and that an email would be sent to clarify what needs done. This satisfaction form is the only email I have received. I verified my email several times with both account representative. Secondly a phone that was just replaced by your group and in a protective cover had the glass lift off of the case.
Your program was called and was told it would be 150 dollars to repair, replace We just had gotten the phone and that seemed unfair. Took the phone to a local shop glass and digitizer was replaced phone works great much better than when originally sent. Cost 100 dollars. Complained to Verizon and was told at the most the glass should have been fixed for 27 dollars. Still waiting for the correct email to be sent and still very disappointed with the quality of service and repair.

I have had Asurion as my extended warranty company through The Home Depot. I purchased an expensive 5.8 cu. ft. Slide-In Gas Range with True Convection Model #NX58H9500WS in December 2014. In December of 2016 my main oven burner went out and we used Asurion to have a tech come out and replace the igniter. In October 2017 my main oven burner went out yet again. A company came out 1 week later to replace the igniter. This did not fix the issue. They schedule us for the following week and said they'd order a different part. When they came the second time they still couldn't fix it and said they'd order another motherboard, because they must have received a faulty one. They scheduled me for another two weeks from that date to replace the motherboard, thinking that may be the issue.
I called Asurion and asked for compensation for the inconvenience. They claimed they issued me a $75 check [I still have not received it, but assume it is still in the mail.] for the inconvenience and called the repair company personally and told them to order twice as many parts to ensure it would be fixed the third time they came out. Today the repairman came and still couldn't fix the issue, saying that perhaps it's the gas valve that caused a motherboard malfunction, so they need to order yet another part and come out a fourth time. That was the last straw for me. 5 TIMES IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR?! No. That is unacceptable.
I spoke with Asurion on the phone after the repairman left and demanded a new oven, and they still refused me and offered $50 for the inconvenience. I refused and then they offered $100, after I spoke with a manager. I still refused, and said I need a new oven. It's been taken apart four times, soon to be five - no way will it last as long as it should have.
Whenever you take something apart that was done in a precise and sterile factory environment, it never lasts as long as the original. The supervisor's supervisor who I spoke with made it an issue for the claims department saying that the customer is insisting on compensation for a new oven and made it sound like I shouldn't hold my breath. They said I should hear back within one business day, which will be November 24th. Once I am done with this company I am DONE. They are so frustrating and choose unreliable repair companies to do the work. The amount of time we've had to take off work and meals I've had to purchase due to this oven being out of service is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I received the refurbished phone. It operates differently therefore the learning curve continues. I spoke to Verizon staff several times to figure out how to use this new refurbished phone. I also spent hours on the phone with tech support as well. All this very stressful and frustrating. Thanks.

The call center representatives that I felt with were absolutely terrible. Highly unprofessional, rude and highly inappropriate. I’ve never been treated the way I was on a recorded line. The manager couldn’t have cared less! She told me that the name I gave her of the first representative wasn’t someone who works on that team. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she finally agreed to look up the notes on my account and told me it was a completely different name. When I advised I would like the called reviewed by the Quality Assurance team as well as her manager she said they don’t do that. Coming from 5 years of contact center experience I know all about Q/A, being able to pull Calls for review and coaching. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with how I was treated. And can say that this was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life.

I called the center and within 5 minutes there was a new phone being shipped out to me. Great and prompt service. I called on a Friday and I had a new phone by Monday night. The instructions for activating my new iPhone were easier than when I bought my original iPhone.

You folks were very speedy in getting me a replacement phone under the insurance, however the replacement phone was defective which was a big disappointment and kept me out of touch on personal and business fronts. The second replacement was also quick and the phone is good!! I think you should definitely check out the replacement phones and make sure they work well. Thanks. Other than that you were easy to work with.

Not a single rep was helpful it took way too long and the claim got denied 4 times before someone would listen to me. My phone was stolen and I was just days outside my 90 day window I did everything right. I filed a police report and suspended the service. I even filed a claim the day it happened but couldn't pay the $200 and when I told the rep that my case was stolen with the phone she didn't even acknowledge it. So very unhelpful my next phone will be insured through AppleCare.

My husband's phone was stolen so we filed a claim with Asurion. Because this happened over the weekend, we had to wait until Tuesday for his replacement iPhone to be delivered. Once we received the phone, we inserted the sim card, turned on the phone and guess what, the screen was unresponsive when we tried to set up the phone. So we tried to power it off but couldn't because no matter how many times we swiped, we couldn't turn it off. So we tried to reset the phone by pushing in the power button and the home key but that didn't work either. So back on the phone with Asurion to get another replacement phone. I indicated it was quite ridiculous that we paid a $200 deductible and we received a phone that didn't work. The agent's reply "Well, we send out thousands of phones a day. We can't check all of them to make sure they work." Um, yes you can. It's called quality assurance.
This phone is my husband's business phone so now he will have gone three business days without it. I understand that Asurion handles claims for many different cell phone carriers, but it is not too much to ask to receive a replacement phone that works. After requesting a second replacement phone, I asked if there was any assurance that this new phone would work. Again the answer was we can't check every phone we send out. Again, yes you can because that is what your business is. I will definitely be looking for other phone insurance in hopes of never having to use this again.

Although I did receive my replacement iPhone 6's in a timely manner, unfortunately they were defective. The first replacement phone started freezing right away and after a few months completely died. I was sent another replacement phone and that too starting freezing after a week. I just dealt with the freezing because at least it was going black for hours at a time. But a few weeks later that phone also just died. My option was to pay another $150 for another refurbished replacement phone which just isnt worth it and poor customer service. I will be purchasing an Android this time and NOT buying Asurion insurance as it does not seem that cost effective to me.

I received a replacement device within 24 hours of filing a claim for a device with water damage. Although my exact device was not available, I was offered a device from the same manufacturer that was equal or newer version. Return of damaged device was as simple as dropping the device into a prepaid envelope and putting in the USPS mailbox.

Overall, I was very happy with my phone replacement. I thought I would get a replacement phone at no charge since I have insurance on it, but I did have a copay. Otherwise, I received my replacement phone and a new charger within a day. Thank you.

This is not our first experience with Asurion phone insurance. We always keep our devices insured. As always, our claim was processed quickly and easily. The website is simple to use, and the instructions are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Entire process was smooth, and questions answered within a reasonable period, amazing! My phone was crushed on the highway, yet within three days I had my well working refurbished phone. After updating my backup, was like it was never gone. Thanks for all the help.

The service was good but offering Saturday delivery would be nice and don't charge extra for it and then you won't have to wait the whole weekend for your phone if happens close to the weekend. The deductible is too high. A lower premium. It is expensive for what the service is.

So I have a Samsung tablet from Sprint. The charging port has failed. I attempted to contact Sprint as I am paying their monthly fee for their service protection plan. Sprint gave me the number for Asurion and said they are the ones that handle claims on tablets. When I contacted Asurion their customer service representative was absolutely incompetent. They were unable to verify who I was with any method other than a PIN number that apparently Sprint gave me that I have never once used in the 20 years that I have been a customer of Sprint. They informed me that there was no way they could verify who I was without this pin number and transferred me to Sprint customer service.
When I spoke to the people at Sprint they were confused thinking that I could get validated through Asurion through either my security question, or last 4 of my social, etcetera, etcetera. I was then transferred back to Asurion who yet again could not help me. So I spent an hour trying to figure out how to find and reset this supposed pin number that was necessary. Finally get that done. Attempt to call Asurion again even though it was during their normal business hours then phone message I got said that they were after hours and promptly hung up on me. Still have been unable to file a claim. Asurion obviously does not have their act together. I believe this is a giant ripoff and a scam. I had a similar issue with a Google phone and the customer service at Google was awesome. They had this handled within 10 minutes over the phone. Why can't Asurion be like that. Horrible horrible service.

Asurion did a great job with the handling of my claim for a damaged tablet. I was very pleased with the ease of the process and the speed of delivery of the replacement. The deductible was kinda high but overall a satisfactory experience.

The phone I was sent to replace my damaged phone won't update and I can't use apps like Samsung Health or Samsung Pay because I was sent a rooted device. What's the point of having an $800 phone if it won't update or let me use the apps that I partially chose the phone for.

I was helped in a timely manner and my replacement tablet came right away. I had received a brand new tablet. It was a different brand because the one I had was discontinued. My screen had cracked and it was covered under the insurance. I filled my claim online and it was quick and easy.

I have only had issues with this phone since I received it, it is slower and much glitch-ier than the new one that I originally purchased. The only reason I haven't sent it back is because I don't want to pay again. These refurbished phones are the worst! The phone did get to me in a very quick amount of time and for that I am thankful.

I was pleasantly surprised by Asurion's service. I broke the screen on my S7 Edge and needed it replaced. Service was very user friendly and fast. They also made returning the broken device very convenient. Just put the old device in the padded envelope they provide and put in the mail box.

The phone that was sent to me has no battery life. I have to charge it at least four times a day. Not impressed that I pay the fee every month when really I could have just paid off my phone for what I had paid in insurance and gotten a phone that is reliable.

Service technician/customer reps were awesome! I was disappointed in the replacement phone. The phone is great, however, they did not tell me that it was a USB C connecter.. Had to order a new case, and extra cables for the car charger, etc.

The hardest part about making the exchange was talking to the right person. One of them wanted me to fill out forms I could not get online and was going to mail them to me. The last item I had to warranty was done over the phone and was very easy to do. I finally talked to the right person and received my phone.

My phone had a defective screen with no display. I was asked to do a reset. I advised that I could not due to this issue. The representatives were NOT understanding and insisted that I attempt to do a reset. No EMPATHY for the situation!! Just programmed ROBOTS with no sense of direction.

Overall, the process was streamlined and quick. However, I received numerous emails about turning off the Find my phone app even though I had already removed the phone from my apple account. It was bothersome. Finally, I received a phone call from Asurion about the find my phone app being still on and was told that they could not confirm whether or not it was but that no one at Asurion had updated the information. I know that Asurion could do a better job.

We have 5 phones that we insure through Asurion and have been paying this for over 5 years on various phones as we trade in for new phones every year and a half. The one time I have turned to Asurion for repair replacement help, it has become very clear what a disaster and poor service the company provides its customers. The Asurion first person I spoke with (a female who said she did not normally work in the claims department) was BEYOND RUDE and when I asked for her name, she hung up on me after having to wait on hold forever and giving all sorts of personal information to get to speak to her in the first place. The next Asurion representative that Simi from the AT&T store Greenwich, CT and I spoke with (I went into the AT&T store Greenwich to make my next call to Asurion as I was appalled by the previous treatment by Asurion) was very nice.
I explained that the replacement phone was for my 14 year old son and I would only take SILVER OR BLACK (the only thing wrong is a cracked screen, phone works perfectly) and she said that although they only had a red in stock, they would put it on the wait list and only send out a silver or a black. At that point, AND BASED ON THESE ASSURANCES to both myself and Simi, the AT&T Greenwich representative, did I proceed with the claim. I am a lawyer and was VERY CLEAR that I would not proceed if the replacement was red or gold. Today I received the replacement phone (some 2 weeks after I put in the claim) and the phone we received was RED. I have paid Asurion insurances on many phones for at least 5 years.
The treatment I have received in these interactions shows me that: 1) Asurion is a monopolistic insurer that should be reported to the FTC. 2) Asurion treats its customers poorly and 3) IS NOT WORTH THE MONTHLY FEES IT CHARGES. I am appalled that I waited on hold 1/2 hour today and could not speak to a human being and had an automated system only tell me the ship date of the WRONG REPLACEMENT phone over and over again... You as a company should be worried that people with the experience I have had will NEVER insure through you again and will buy their phones through Apple and do AppleCare and other alternatives as Asurion treats their customers TERRIBLY and this will impact your numbers as each person gets a new phone...

Asurion's staff provides exceptional customer service. The phone was answered quickly. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. Shipment was timely. I always enjoy doing business with Asurion.
