We were understandably upset when one of our phones was stolen. But, because of your outstanding customer service. Our phone was replaced the very next day, with no hassle. We definitely had a great experience with this company. I would recommend Asurion to anyone needing protective coverage for their phones.

My telephone experience was not good, but after the Verizon employee got involved, it went very well. It took two days to receive my new phone, and I returned the damaged phone, but still receive notification that I was going to be charged if you did not receive the phone. It took a long time for you to acknowledge receipt of the damaged phone.

Took my tablet into Verizon store in Sanger, Ca. for help with charging port. The staff there tried to get it to charge. It would not work. They helped me with my claim and ordered a New tablet for me. My new tablet arrived along with an envelope to return my non working tablet. Asurion handled my claim immediately and in a very timely manner, I was impressed with speed and professionalism of this company. Thank You Asurion!!

My family are real upset with Verizon in your insurance now. You should let people know in advance to make their decision to stay. You change my name out on my phone **. Why. You also charge a lot of money for us to have insurance. It shouldn't be like that. My parents have been with Verizon pass 40 something years but you've 2005 We started a big big lie. My parents should've things for them being valuable customers because I see all changes and everything you've done from beginning till now. So so sad. I hope someone gets with me. Can't address all over phone. Too much to write.

My daughter broke her phone and it was replaced promptly and cheaply. It was great service. It was easy to use and all taken care of in a very brief time. I would recommend the service to a friend who wants to be sure they are protected and their phone is easy to replace.

After receiving the replacement phone about 2 weeks later the phone would not turn on would not hold a charge. I had to call Verizon and they sent me another phone. I paid 150 dollars for a phone that had to be switched out again. Thanks.

I don't understand how you expect us to turn off notification on a phone you can't use once we figured it out, and activated his replacement phone he turned it back on. Then we get a threatening email from Asurion. Not cool!!! We had shut it off, we didn't figure that putting it on the new phone would start it on the old phone again.

My phone was damaged and it was handled good and to my satisfaction. I will be returning this phone to be returned to me for another upgrade. My phone was dropped from my handful to therapy for bone to bone weaknesses and pain. I will need to report this to be worked out.

You Sent an Samsung S5. I love the phone. The new phone is more responsive and works so much better than the S3. Only problem difficult to find case locally. Could not order until next week. Today it dropped and now screen in black and cannot use.

I was pleased. The insurance worked as it should. I'm not all that happy with having to pay $150 to get a new phone but that is a heck of a lot better than having to pay $800. The insurance was worth it.

I had a cracked screen so I put in a claim for a local repair and took the phone into an authorized local repair store. During the repair the was an issue with the new screen and the power button on the phone was damaged, rendering the phone unusable. I thought that I'd have to jump through a lot of hoops to get the phone replaced, but when I logged in Asurion had all the repairman's notes and notified me that a new phone would arrive the next day, which it did. Truly outstanding service! I was extremely impressed with how easy the process was. Thank you!

Representatives were very nice, even after my first replacement phone malfunctioned after a few days. Both representatives I had were helpful and reassuring. Overall good experience, and second phone works great. Packaging arrived right on time. Just wish that first phone didn’t malfunction at all, but appreciated that a second one was sent so soon.

The application was completed at the phone store and an email was sent so that I could finish the process at home. The phone arrived quickly and in good condition. Instructions on the inside were clear and had multiple reminders to avoid issues. My favorite part was the ready to go packaging, which made the phone return simple and easy.

Our phone was dropped and broken and started to die or shut down. We reported the incident and the claim was simple. The exchange was simple and everything seemed to go well. The new phone came in quickly and they gave us plenty of time to make the conversion.

Broken glass on my phone. I called and received my new phone the next day. It was exceptionally fast and easy. I was amazed at the ease of returning the phone was. Once I received the new phone I went to my local Verizon dealer and they transferred all the data.

The replacement process was fast and easy. I got online and filled out an easy claim form and days later I had a replacement for my broken phone. Considering how much we spend monthly for this program however, I think the deductible is disappointingly high. I think I will opt out next phone.

The process to get a claim on my phone was a very simple process anyone could have done/figured out. Once I filled out the online form and got the insurance claim sent in, it didn’t take long for Asurion to get it processed and approved. It took them less than 2 full days to receive my replacement device.

To be brief and enumerate my complaints, I was told to be quiet and listen by a CSR and then transferred to a “supervisor” who just hung up on me after telling me it wasn’t her problem that they couldn’t send me a replacement for my replacement the next day. I was sent a replacement phone which didn’t work so when I submitted a new claim for a new phone they said they would have to validate my address, which is the exact same address they had shipped the previous broken replacement to the day before.
I said I didn’t understand how that made sense and the customer service rep told me I needed to lose my attitude and be quiet at which point I did admittedly get an attitude so she transferred me to a supervisor who responded that it wasn’t her problem and literally walked away from her phone for approximately 5 minutes, at that point I commented on how I certainly hoped they were in fact recording this conversation for quality control purposes (as they say they do at the start of the call) and she immediately hung up the phone at that moment.
So eventually I received a second replacement phone which did work but wasn’t the color they promised or hard drive size but I was so sick of this terrible company that I gave up. So that I suppose is a successful business motto Asurion Customer Service So Bad You Refuse To Deal With Us and Give Up. I suppose it’s successful but possibly not sustainable. I look forward to the day with behemoth and bastion of failure is toppled by its miserable service and employees.

Turnaround time from call to delivery 24 to 48 hours. Not bad. But the only thing about it is they gave me a refurbished phone. I went through three of them the first time, now I'm going through third one this time. I'm ticked off about this refurbished phone BS. I'm looking for another insurance carrier.

My daughter came to me crying her 28” Vizio TV fell off the dresser. I didn’t have much more details than that to go with. I called Asurion and sure I quickly got an empty UPS box and sent it in quickly. I didn’t get an email with updates. I followed up every three days with their live chat and the agents never had an update. Just that they were repairing it and that felt useless information and waste of time to me. After a week and a half I got an email saying it was repaired and being sent back to me. I still attempted to chat live to see if it was really on its way as I don’t get an email saying it shipped.
Four more days passed and I got an email from UPS saying a package was to be delivered the next day. I said great it must be the tv. I plugged it in, it was still broken. I called a short while ago to hear this agent tell me that she seen notes of the tv being returned to me with no repairs. That the TV worked besides visual impact damage to the LED screen. I said that means it doesn’t work. She said the impact the tv had was not covered and that I could refer to the booklet and read the terms and conditions to read that why it wouldn’t be covered.
I explained that’s not what I was told when I was hustled to get the plan at Walmart. She said nothing could be done and it wouldn’t be repaired. I am not sure how good they are at phone replacements I read so much about, but for TVs the plan is useless and a waste of time. My daughter was so excited plugging the tv in to still see the shattered screen. When the agent told me they tried to get ahold of me it was a flat out lie. I had to get ahold of them four times and never got a truthful answer for an update. Total rip off and not worth the plan if the tv is for children.

My experience with Asurion had been positive. I was able to get my wife's phone replaced very quickly. However it is replaced by a refurbished phone and not a new one like I thought it was. But other than that I'm very happy with how simple the process was and the speed in the approval and shipping was.

I received my phone and the camera is horrible. It appears the camera may be cracked. I tried calling and was told I would have to file another claim. This is wrong, I just paid 150.00 and then another 100.00 for a new case and screen cover. I am not paying that again. Such a scam!

I would have rated 5 stars but... I ordered an iphone 7 and a couple of minutes later tried to cancel that order and get an iphone 8 instead. I was told that the first order couldn't be cancelled; I had to order the iphone 8 and make another payment and return the iphone 7 after it arrived and they would refund my iphone 7 payment. Everything worked out but this seems like extremely inefficient business practice.

This was a terrible experience. First they didn’t even submit my claim so I had to refill again delaying getting a new phone. By the end of dealing with everything it took 5 days to get a new phone. I had stated I wouldn’t be home the day it was now coming to sign for it and wasn’t given any other option.

We were able to replace my daughter's water damaged phone in a very timely matter and without any surprises or extra charges. I was able to make a phone call, paid my expected deductible for the insured phone, and received the replacement phone in the mail within a couple days. My daughter returned the damaged phone as instructed and now she has a waterproof case on her new device, so that this doesn't happen again. I am thankful we were insured in the case of an accident like this. Much better than having to pay for an entire new phone! Thank you for your service.

It was easy to exchange my son's phone due to being damaged. He was apprehensive that he would be without a phone for multiple days, but we received it promptly the next day. The only drawback to insurance replacements on phones is the high cost deductible. Thank you.

I received the phone in a timely manner however the replacement phone seems to lose its battery very rapidly. Yesterday it went from 44% to 15% in 20 minutes. All apps were closed. Not good. What can I do about this? I don’t want to be billed.

My screen broke on my Galaxy S7 so I filed a claim and paid cash the 300.00 deductible to get a new phone. Changed my mind and got the screen repaired by a different company and requested my money back seeing that I didn't get a new phone. This was back in the beginning of August 2017. It's now December. In 5 months I've talked to numerous people over at Asurion and have got different stories and information from them, I've been lied to and have gotten the run around from them and still haven't received my 300.00 back yet! They are by far the worst company I've ever had dealings with!

Sent me a broken phone. The head phone jack is not working and can't use head phone. The rotate screen option on the phone does not work and will not reposition the screen when you turn it sideways. "And yes the rotate option is on". I will be call to trade it in.

When phone wouldn't charge and needed new phone it was nice to get it quick. With the insurance payment over few years and deductible necessary to get claim filed however I wonder if it's worth it. Sure if I only had paid insurance for short time deductible would be ok. I figure I paid more for insurance and deductible than could have bought phone. Not sure I'll keep insurance or at least not as long as in the past. I guess phones are disposable and after year or two not worth insurance.

My iPad is covered under the Verizon protection plan administered by Asurion. I dropped my iPad and contacted them to repair my screen. My iPad had been discontinued, so they replaced it with the newer version. The process was easy, and the speed of getting the new one was outstanding. I'm very pleased.

Iphone return due to damage. Everything was fine. Did not appreciate the email after the fact letting me know the device needed to be removed from iCloud. That turned into a hassle due to granddaughter having lost password. That information should be somewhere readily available to the consumer.

The insurance company was great. They answered all my questions and we received the new phone in 2 days. The only issue we have is we have been calling the insurance company and Apple to get a refund on the phone that caught fire. Apple tells us to follow up with insurance and insurance says follow up with Apple. I believe it is a Apple issue. Wish someone would contact me.

My phone came in Monday when it was ordered Thursday before 3pm. I never understood why it was so late other than I had been “assured” it would come in within 24 hours. I picked glass out of my hands for days. My new one also came with a small internal crack.

Recently received a replacement phone and in less than a month my camera glass broke without a fall. Per the Rep the only resolution is to purchase a new replacement paying the deductible again. I do not understand how having a 1 year warranty on the phone, paying a monthly insurance fee, and also paying $149 for a phone replacement repeatedly is proper and/or the rules. That would mean I have to pay $300 in less a month for a phone that comes with a 1 year warranty. If I have to pay the deductible for the phone in warranty and out of warranty then what is the warranty for?

Everything was surprisingly painless, and I had my replacement phone in less than two days! All the reps I spoke with were very pleasant! So far no problems with the replacement phone either! Website seemed easy to use as well although I didn't have to deal too much with it.

I am completely satisfied with the quick replacement of the phone. The claim was easy the complete and completing it online was most convenient. I am also satisfied with the replacement phone but the replacement phone seem to freeze a lot. Other than that, the phone is good.

Broke my phone the other day, I began the claim online and was told that my current phone was unavailable so I would be getting an iPhone 8 Plus, had issues at the checkout... The online chat person told me to call the 800 number to talk to a representative (mind you I don’t have my phone!). Borrowed husband's phone when he got home from work to be told by the rep that I would be getting the 7 and not the 8 for the same price. I told the lady that I was told I could get the newer version and she pretty much acted like I was lying and there was no record of that! Hopefully when I get my replacement tomorrow that I won’t have any more issues and won’t have to deal with these people again!!

Everything went very smoothly, appreciate the turnaround time and how it was handled. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Forms were easy to complete. Sent phone back right away and received confirmation.

New phone shipped promptly, I received it at 8 am after putting in my claim the night before at 6PM, great job. I would recommend Asurion for anyone needing insurance on their phone. Submitting the claim over the phone took about 15 minutes, I paid my deductible with a credit card.

My son's phone quit working. The process to send it in was fairly easy! The only problem we had was turning off the Find My Phone app because his keys wouldn't work. But Asurion was helpful in taking care of this issue.

We have been using Asurion for years to insure our Verizon phones. We have had teenagers, and I'm sure folks can relate to teenagers losing their phones or getting them ripped off at a party. The support is always impeccable.

Phone battery isn't holding a charge for more than a few hours. I have disabled all unnecessary apps that run in the background, stopped all unnecessary push notifications and turned off anything that plays automatically, even if just while connected to Wi-Fi. I plug in my phone while driving and at my desk. This is very inconvenient for my work day. It really makes my day more difficult.

Got my phone replaced faster than I anticipated. Only problem is price. It was an older iPhone 5s, and been paying insurance for a long time. Didn’t feel I had to pay $100 for a phone that has been released more than 4 years ago. Other than that, I did like the quick response and customer service.

So happy that I had insurance on my phone. I dropped my phone and destroyed the screen. When the tech came to my house to replace the screen. He was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately the phone did not fully respond to the new screen so my phone was replaced with no issues.

Service was very prompt. The return instructions were very easy to follow. I did not have to wait long to speak with an agent. I received my email packet and the time that was promised. I also got a phone with more storage because they did not have my exact same phone and stock. I’m nice added bonus for sure.

I filed a claim on October 19 2017 for a replacement iPhone. My replacement phone was not available for weeks. Finally on October 30 2017 I received an email stating that the phone was ready to ship out. This took way too long.

Service wasn't great when we replaced the screen. Caused the phone to break further. Then when replaced, they gave us the wrong model. Phone was for a teenager, so we weren't that concerned enough to pursue the matter further.

Replacement phones - First one you could not text on. Second one had a screen on it that was not compatible with an iPhone and therefore broke. Third one can only be charged in the car and then gets warm if charged for very long. Really disappointed!!!!! Will not insure through Asurion again.

I cracked the glass of my cellphone and filed an online claim. The only option that came up online was a replacement phone for $199. I had to google to find a customer service # that I could call and tell them all I wanted was glass replacement. (This was Saturday-leaving for vacation Tuesday). I was told by the Verizon kiosk I just had to go to the local authorized repair shop to get it fix (after filing an online claim). When I spoke to the customer service team, I was told the only option I had was for a representative to meet me on Tuesday for repair. I told them it was not possible since I was leaving out of town.
I asked about the local authorized repair shops and was told there was not any inventory at these shops and they did not have the option to override any repair and that a Tuesday remote visit was my only option. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they sent me up the chain of customer service. A representative then told me if I could find one available at these repair shops and to call back and they could override. I did find one (an Asurion product as per the repair shop) and called Asurion back. Had to go through several calls again to move up the chain of command. The final representative I spoke to called the command center to get an authorization but he would not do it. He said he could not authorize it because he wasn't sure it was an Asurion product (that message was relayed to me).
So, no above and beyond with the command center. They never even called the "authorized" repair shop to confirm. So instead of spending $29 today for glass repair, I had to spend $150. Oh, I was also told to call back Monday as the status could change and they may be able to send a repair person then. So, I did call today, and guess what? No status change. I am very dissatisfied with Asurion and plan on cancelling this insurance. (P.S. The customer team was very nice but their hands were tied. One even told me this happens a lot and they are trying to gather data to let the corporate office know.).

After several days and several hours on the phone, we just gave up and stopped trying. I went to the Verizon store and bought a brand new phone. This was frustrating given that the reason why I paid for insurance was to avoid buying a new phone!

I like how quick and easy it was to replace my damaged phone. However there was no choice for the type of replacement case for my phone. The replacement case was just a basic generic holder for the phone and did not allow you to access your phone easily to answer it. Cases that cost a little bit more flip to access the face of your phone. Dollar stores make holders that flip open... IJS. But overall a good experience.

My replacement phone should arrive today. Very quick and friendly service. My phone crashed after getting the new update, the screen just stopped working. I went to the local satellite store and had one of my old phones turned back on and then called for a replacement. I was glad to hear that a replacement could be sent so quickly. Although I believe the deductible is TOO high, the service was great! Once I filed the claim, all that I needed to do was pay the deductible and the phone was delivered within 24 hours. The package contained an envelope which was used to mail the broken phone back to the company.

Replacement phone of Samsung S7 Edge came in VERY fast. The phone I received was in near perfect condition, except a small nitpick with the home button. On occasion, the home button would stick, and it would be very hard to unstick it. Otherwise, the phone was great.

My replacement phone’s battery dies in A matter of about 2-3 hours. I feel that this is unacceptable as my previous phone would last at least 12 hours on a full charge. Additionally, this phone freezes and will stop programs and revert back to the home screen. I don’t understand why I had insurance just to get an inferior replacement.

Awesome job and fast shipping, phone replacement worked as it should, no issues on getting the insurance worked out. Only downside to it was I had to download and print an affidavit fill it out and take a picture of my license and send back to get the ball rolling but I'm sure there's a good reason for it.

The phone I received was not the same model Samsung I had. The phone I received is not working properly. I got a notice that said I looked into 4 ** sites and that would affect my phone. I did NOT do this. Very upsetting. Pictures shake. I believe the phone needs to be replaced. Thank you.

A little over two weeks ago my husband lost his phone and needed a phone replacement right away as he uses it for work purposes. He paid $150 and that was fine with us. We explained it was either lost or stolen. Had no idea what happened to the phone. The refurbished phone that he received was awful. For outgoing calls you can hear your voice echo and vice versa. Couldn't understand anything, sounds fuzzy and not loud. We found the phone that was lost and we asked if we can connect it. They advised it was more than 7 days and that lost phone is no good.
First it's a good phone. Nothing wrong with it and now you can't even use it. They refused to take their refurbished phone and asked my husband that they want the good phone (the one that was lost) in return. Not only did my husband lose money on a good phone that he is still paying for but paid additional for a refurbished phone that doesn't work. We lost money on this. Worst experience also with customer service for not letting us know their procedures in advance. We would of not file a claim and buy a new phone instead. Again bad experience on good people.

We filed a claim over a month ago and my daughters replacement phone is the worse one we have ever owned. The battery does not work. Her phone randomly shuts off at any time with no warning and battery charge drops from 100% to 50% in a matter of minutes. Less than an hour in most cases. I would like to know how we can fix this problem without draining our pockets and putting more money into these phones. Please help! Thanks.

Replacement of my phone would have gotten 5 stars were it not for initially being told by one representative that the screen could be fixed for $50, and then being told by another that, no, the phone had to be replaced entirely for $150. Today I called Asurion because my phone stopped working. Thinking I was going to get someone that was going to help me out. But I found myself talking to an agent that was very disrespectful. I asked to talk to a supervisor but I was denied and she then hung the phone up on me. So I call back, waited again for a agent, and finally talked to a different agent that allowed me to talk to the supervisor. I then told the supervisor what happened and it seem he could care less, and asked me was I going to go through with the transaction or place it on hold. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone who wants to replace their phone if it’s broken or not working since this insurance only covers out of warranty problems. You would still pay a full price for a phone. They will tell you that’s their best price at a 50% markdown. Which is in the hundreds. No point in having this insurance. Waste of money and waste of time trying to get your problem resolved.

I purchased a tablet for my husband. He uses it for work. The screen is bigger easier to read. It came up missing one day. He had to use his phone with a smaller screen. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Took one week to get the phone replaced. We talked to 12 different people, two supervisors to finally get the phone replaced. We were given a different story of what we had to do to get the phone replaced each time we talk to someone. After that experience I hope I never have to use your Insurance again!

I nearly missed the Asurion email telling me to deactivate the iPhone I had sent a week earlier. I appreciated the message and instructions BUT... I’m not sure I did it correctly... because of two things - I’ve not received a confirmation that my attempt was successful... which would be helpful. And the replacement iPhone is giving me problems with my Touch ID feature.

My glass was cracked on my iPhone and they offered replacement for $150 fee and was able to upgrade to a newer model with more memory. This worked out great for me. The insurance is so worth it and I will continue to cover my phones with this protection.

After going above and beyond to find a suitable "remote repair" location 45 miles from my house (they won't repair in store at their vendors uBreakiFix) a half hour into the time frame they don't have the part recommended. They wasted 2 hours of my time and won't waive the deductible or do anything for me. This is the worst company on earth to deal with.

First, I have never wrote an internet review before, but I feel that I have been badly fooled. I can't believe that after paying 4 years of this insurance without a single claim, all I get is a poor quality refurbished phone that its screen CRACKS within TWO WEEKS after a minimal fall from like two feets. I have had a lot of iPhones and they fell a lot, never cracked this easily. The phone frame looked not original (Color off) and same with the glass. When I called Asurion, they are not trying to help one single bit, despite if they did a little research, they will see that I have had the phone for two week and I had 4 years of clean history. Instead of replacing my phone, they send me all this ridiculous paperwork as if I am trying to cheat them and say that I would have to pay the deductible again and stay without insurance for a year. Trust me, stay away from this insurance. It's not worth it. You are better of just savings this money or enrolling in a credit card insurance.

Original phone slid out of pocket and bounced off a bluff rock and fell in river. I had my replacement phone the next day. Excellent service. Easily submitted online. Would recommend this insurance to anyone, especially active people on the go a lot.

I have no words to describe what I am going through, only to change cracked display. When they take your money - everything is clean, fast and easy going. When you need their service - they do everything, but EVERYTHING to drive a customer crazy. Prepare to be in the middle of the hell. They will drive you crazy so bad, that you will give up eventually and fix the phone at your own cost. Greedy, lying, very tactical and organized in creating huge and minor obstacles. My honest and sincere advice is to avoid them at any cost. It is better to have no insurance than to have Asurion. Anyway you pay almost the same amount at end. Cracked screen 29$+133$ (one year of insurance) = 162$. While to replace it on your own, you pay 150$. Better without them, trust me. No money is worth of their sneaky games and stress.

When I purchased the insurance I registered with all the information including a copy of the receipt. I made one claim approximately a year ago and was provided with a replacement phone with two business days as outlined and was extremely satisfied that I purchased the insurance due to the ease of filing a claim. I tried to make another claim as the replacement phone was acting up and did so online assuming the process would be as previous. I received an email stating I was selected to fill out a paper form and provided all the information again as they do not have access to the information I had previously uploaded to the Asurion website. My concern is that if I did not have to a printer or the purchase receipt I would have no choice but to wait weeks for them to mail a paper form and I would have to go to Costco to get the receipt.
What happened to the guarantee that claims would be processed and a replacement phone within 24 hours. Does not make any sense that I would have to fill out a paper form with the exact information that I uploaded to their website to which, for some odd reason, they don't have access to. Conclusion, don't purchase this insurance as the $70 deductible for each claim and poor customer service is not worth it. Also, they can't guarantee, and state they do not know if the replacement phone will be brand new or refurbished. Pretty much they purchase refurbished phones and use them to fulfill customer claims. Never again will I buy this.

Outstanding service from contact with Asurion to delivery/return of product. The Insurance was well worth it as I was protected. Streamlined service with detailed procedures from receipt and return of the product and closing out iCloud. I look forward to the continued outstanding customer service.

Replaced Moto Z--and because request sent on Saturday (not Sunday) delivery was prompt and accurate. In the past not happy to wait because emergency loss occurred on a Sunday. Warehouse and deliveries--even US Post Office--are open on Sundays. Thank you again for good service.

I pay insurance each month, then have to pay 200 dollars to replace my broken phone... only to get another broken replacement that I have yet to receive another replacement for. Been on the phone 3 times still nothing has happened.

With 2 teenage boys - active in sports - their phones are always being damaged. The insurance is a good fail safe for when their phones are no longer usable. While the replacement deductible payment is still high - it's still cheaper than a new phone.

Service was the bomb, called and the replacement phone was here the next day. Now that is service in anybody's book. If you don't have your phone covered with Asurion you might want to change your insurance company. These folks know how to get your phone to you quickly.

After completing and returning the required paperwork, I was NOT notified to continue the claim. I had to call and make an inquire in order for the process to be completed. What should have taken one day ended up taking several days. I don't know if it was computer or human error but someone should look into the situation.

First, I couldn't complete the claim online due to the description of the problem. Phone rep was nice and completed the claim. But the 1st replacement phone failed within 24 hours. Second one has been fine so far. The amount you pay overall is high and a bit frustrating when you can buy a refurbished phone outright for nearly the same price.

After a few weeks the phone stopped working. Went to a black screen with a blue light above on the notification light. Paying every month for insurance and paying 90 dollars for the replacement and then it messes up. I think the next phone I'll take a chance on not get your insurance.

When my phone was ran over and destroyed, going through Asurion was easy, quick and reliable. Although I did lose my phone the service was great, the shipping was great. The only downfall was the phone was on back order. They kept me up to date And worked with me step-by-step. I am overall extremely satisfied with the service that I received.

It does not work! I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone. The phone never worked since we received it and no one has called me back or responded to my emails!!! If someone can please contact me so I can send the phone back and replace with one that works.

The service was quick and easy. I got my phone at a good time of the day. The only thing was how they say they can charge up to $500 if you have find my iPhone on. Only because my screen was blacked out so I couldn’t see anything to turn it off. But I did get it off and it worked out. The phone is great and the service was good.

The online forms were super easy to fill out and next day delivery was amazing! Didn't have the same model of cell phone so it was replaced with a different model that was practically the same. My son had a Samsung Galaxy S7 with a cracked screen. In repairing the screen the technician damaged the phone. I immediately contacted Asurion and they sent a replacement, no questions asked. The replacement phone was a refurbished phone but my son has had no problems with it a month later. I am highly satisfied with my experience with Asurion.

The time it takes to get your new phone is very quick! It arrives the next day usually and the return process is explained very clearly and is easy to do. I am glad that we had this insurance on our phones and our kids' phones. Would recommend it for ease and convenience.

Within the first 30 days the replacement phone stopped working. At first random text wouldn’t go thru then it wouldn’t make or receive calls. So about 5 days with a non-working phone that I paid 149.00 for with insurance. Then it took 2 days to get the next replacement phone.
