New phone in under 36 hours... Amazing speed for the delivery of the new phone. Instructions were easy to follow and I liked the prepaid envelope that let me place this in a regular mailbox for return. Well worth the expense for the insurance plan, so much better than other insurance plans I have used in the past.

After calling in for phone issues a New phone was sent immediately and received as promised!! There was an issue with the replacement and after calling back in a new phone was sent without any problem. It also was received as quickly as promised! This was a very pleasant experience and very easy process!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had my first phone replaced and the replacement quit working in less than 3 weeks... But they were happy to replace that phone with a new one at no cost. Other than that it would have been 5 stars.

The phone had to be sent two time because the first one could not be activated. My son was on his Christmas Holiday break and was without a phone while traveling from Virginia to North Carolina. We spent hours trying to activate the first phone. We had to go through the whole claim process again.

My cell phone was stolen while I was at a rest stop traveling cross country. I filed a report with the local police and had their case number. Then I called you. Without needing the police info, you took my claim and immediately sent a new phone. It arrived as expected and I was back up.

A solid investment especially for a klutz. VERY GRATEFUL for the fast service!! I dropped it and killed it one day and was back in business within two days. I would not own a cell phone without Asurion as the backup. I am an Asurion customer for life. Great service!

I believe my deductible was a fair price, considering the phones are costly, I was satisfied with the rate at which I received my new phone, something to consider in the future is if the claim goes through that us customers can pick up a phone at our nearest Verizon store. Also I sat down with someone at my store and he filled out my paperwork and saved me a bunch of time.

The associate was very helpful. They were not even open yet, but allowed me into the store and allowed me to take care of ordering on one of their computers since I was out of town when the accident occurred with my phone. I would recommend my friends to ensure with Asurion if they haven't already.

It was replaced immediately. We were unable to turn off find my phone on the broken one but I wrote a note and everything was great. I have used the service before and always been very satisfied. I would not have a phone without having the insurance to cover it!

Screen was shattered - phone was replaced problem solved! Since the phone was unusable and I had to pay would have liked the ability to upgrade the phone. Since I was only 5 payments short of paying off the original phone I would have paid the last 5 payments and the fee!

I had several problems that needed to be addressed and not only did they listen to each and every one of them but they were able to help me with all of them. Service was fast. We received a refurbished phone in 24 hours as promised. The phone was in good working condition with easy to follow instructions. Customer service was excellent. The replacement process was very easy. It took several days to get my device (I think part of that was due to FedEx, not Asurion), but I did have a new device within 3 days of filing the forms. The deductible is remarkably high (over $100), but that is better than paying for a $500 device outright.

Very good customer service. No complaints. The find my phone thing was turned off, but recently you call saying it was not. The guy walked me through the process to do it again and it seemed to work again but he said it was not turned off. I checked it yesterday after yet another call saying it wasn’t when in fact it is off. Other than that ongoing glitch everything has been fine.

Was right on time. During the holidays made claim. Was promptly shipped to our door. We had a police report but was never asked for it. If police dept had worked as diligent as you guys would have been more pleased. But thanks to Asurion holiday was saved for my little girl. Thanks!!!

The process was quick and painless. Nearly perfect except they were out of the color iPhone that I wanted. After waiting for exactly the phone I wanted when it was new, it was very disappointing to have to take the space gray instead of the silver. I keep my phone for a long time so it made a difference to me.

After receiving a replacement unit for a stolen phone, it was discovered to be defective (would not charge). I went into a Verizon store, they verified that the phone was indeed defective and contacted Asurion. I was immediately issued a brand new phone on the spot for the inconvenience and was on my within a half hour. Astounding customer service.

The Asurion experience was excellent for replacing a phone that had fallen into water. I was able to put a claim in online and within a few days had my new phone and information on how to change the phones over. It all worked very well and I am very happy with the service.

Our experience could have been awful but it turned out great. The first replacement phone we were sent was actually broken! However, we reported it right away and the friendly customer service person sent us a new one that arrived within 12 hours and it was a brand new phone that has not given us any trouble!

I did receive the replacement phone very quickly. I am also aware that these are not NEW phones, just refurbished. The phone that I received has a battery life of about 8 hours. I would have liked a better phone. I realize the price for a new one is a lot more, paying for the insurance and then having to pay for the replacement also did not sit well.

Within 24 I had a replacement phone due to mine being stolen.The customer service was friendly and very understanding and was someone who actually spoke English unlike more places when you call you get someone on the other end of the line that is very hard to understand.

The submit form for my damaged phone was easy to fill out! Luckily I had the money during that time but it wasn't super expensive like others. The phone arrived pretty quick and I was able to set the new phone up pretty easy! Shipped my phone back and they let me know that they received my device. I'm glad to have this protection plan!

After making contact with Asurion, they delivered a phone to the hotel where I was vacationing within 48 hours. The phone worked and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. After paying $116 deductible my cell phone was replaced. Stopped working shortly after that. Contacted the company. Was put on hold with customer service several times then was told I would need to pay an additional $230 for my phone to be replaced. Tried explaining phone had been damaged or not refurbished correctly so after 2 and 1/2 years of paying insurance premiums and then paying the $116 deductible I'm left with no other option but to replace my phone myself.

As in the past, Asurion is wonderful! From the minute I put in my claim until I received my new phone, it literally took 2 days from beginning to end. Where else can you get this kind of service. I live in Hawaii and my phone was delivered overnight. I was shocked to have received it so quickly. I tell all my friends that Asurion is the way to go.

Online process was quick however doing the affidavit should be better like have a online entry and just electronic signature because sometimes you’re not always next to a fax to send stuff in. Phone came next day. No issues switching info over to new device. The pricing is pretty good and I believe the screen option is very good even though that wasn’t my issue this time. I think you guys are doing a pretty good job.

I am a small business owner and my HotSpot was stolen and/or lost depending on who you talk to (it was a business HotSpot) and Asurion was fabulous. I am so glad that I opted for the insurance on my phone. I have been having such bad luck with phones recently that I opted into getting insurance on my phone this time around, and grateful that I did. Literally a month after getting my new phone it dropped and crack the front screen but it was so easy to get a new one through Asurion. You can do everything at home. I processed my claim at 9pm and I received my phone the following day in the afternoon. Amazing service!!

The service was excellent; however, the deductible was much too high. I think $149 is too high. I think in the future a less expensive phone will be my choice because I am not able to pay such a high replace deductible. The customer service person was caring and understood my concern of the high fee but I had no choice since I needed my cell phone.

I am absolutely convinced that Asurion's only objective is to avoid the payment of the consumers' claims. They offer guarantees that they are unwilling to honor and everything is made in such a malicious way that the system is set up for the customer to give up. Even their website is set up to reject any possibility to control the claim and the customer service will keep you up for hours changing version every person you will talk to. By the time you are done you will feel only stupid.

The experience itself was swift and easy and I was very happy, and surprised how easy it was but the refurbished device I was sent was a dud. Phone wouldn't make calls. Had to return it to Verizon store and updated to a new device. If it wasn't for that, I would have given five stars. Don't know their testing process for refurbished phones but obviously, this one would have failed.

Unfortunately I lost my phone over Christmas weekend making it hard to get a new one. Asurion did a great job getting it to me as soon as possible. Sure Glad I had full coverage. Usually hate using insurance as the replacement phones are refurbished but I haven't had any problems with my new one. Only reason I only gave 4 stars is I save the 5 star for truly exceptional services.

Asurion is top notch! I work on the water (Capt. on Charter Boat), & between Salt, Sun, Water, Occasional Rough Seas, & never-ending maintenance from engine room to topside... We unfortunately put our devices through harsh environments. We use them constantly, whether photographing our customers with their prized catch, checking weather, contacting other vessels, coordinates, or easily asking mechanics for assistance via photo/video rather than trying to explain, etc...
Accidents/wear & tear to extreme heat cost us several devices per year sometimes. They're essential in our line of work and to have the peace of mind & assurance of Asurion, quickly and easily replacing these damaged devices (USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS!!!) is more than we could honestly ask for! Rather Impressive to see a company, in today's age, that will go that extra mile for their clientele!! I have always been thoroughly satisfied with them, & Thankful! Even if you're at home and your child does something ridiculous to damage it, they understand. And it is practically effortless. I cannot mention enough! It's a No-brainer and I will always be with them!!!

I paid for insurance for my phone. When I received it they said it they said they had no control of whether I was getting a new or refurbished phone. It was neither, it was some rip off phone that I don't even think Apple was the manufacturer for. I could not get my deductible back.

From the initial claim through getting the new one up and running, Asurion makes it easy and as painless as possible. The online claim is easy and quick and the replacement phone comes quickly even when it’s Christmas and mail service in general is a nightmare. Phone came when they said and was easy to get up and working quickly. Return envelope supplied for damaged phone makes for easy and free return.

Dear fellow consumer: I can Assure you that Asurion will gouge you financially & leave you depressed. Below, I share my experience (typical to many) to help you understand their unethical business operation. Ladies and gents, let me begin: My iPhone 6 went sour this winter out of the blue (no water damage, no drop damage) - I'm a careful bloke. So I called Asurion and was told I needed to pay a $324 premium to get a replacement. Okay... I could easily buy one for ~$200 off of Craigslist, but for a new phone what the heck. I bit the bullet. But then... Oh then... They sent me a DEFECTIVE refurbished phone!!!! I mean, right out of the box it was defective.
Externally, the phone looked fine. However, the internal hardware was garbage. It was like a turd carefully packaged to cosmetic perfection. This poor refurbished phone couldn't keep an app open for more than 15 seconds without suffering an electronic seizure. Meanwhile I'm having a seizure myself in disbelief. After I recovered consciousness, I called up these scoundrels and guess what? They sent me a SECOND DEFECTIVE REFURBISHED PHONE!!! Wowzers, then I suffered a second seizure.
To compensate for their unethical business practices, they are filling up websites such as this chalk full of fake reviews. Notice the robotic themes with buzzwords such as "fast & easy". Seriously? No consumer with half of a brain rates a company on such criteria. Well, you have heard my piece friends and I wish you well. If you can skip out on doing business with Asurion, you just might be able to skip out on some seizures as well. Good luck.

I have had great luck with Asurion. They have been helpful when I have had a problem and when I need a replacement phone it is there the next day. I did not have to wait on hold for a long period of time when I needed help setting my replace device up. I would recommend their insurance to anybody!!

So my daughter broke her iPhone 7, I submitted my claim on Jan 17, 2018. I was told it should take about 2 days to receive her new phone. OK that would have been fine. The next day I received an email stating that the phone was on backorder, and would take at least 7-10 business days to ship a new phone. Yesterday I received another email stating that it would be an additional 7-10 business days to ship phone. Are you kidding me, I'm not asking for anything special. It's an iPhone 7. So today I decided to call Asurion, the woman that assisted me was very pleasant, and told me that my phone was being shipped today (hooray, my daughter will be very excited!) And then I received an email 15 minutes later letting me know that it was going to be 7-10 business days for the phone to be shipped! WTF!

My 3 year old iPhone 6 from AT&T got water damaged, so I had to make a claim. AT&T uses Asurion as its insurance carrier. After paying $324 in premiums over 3 years, then having to pay $112 deductible, I was sent a refurbished iPhone 6. They don't even make these anymore, but as long as they have them in their warehouse stock, that's what I will be issued. The first replacement phone shipped to me had a bad battery that only lasted a couple of hours until dying when it reached 25%. A 2nd phone was sent that was terrible, dropping calls constantly. Then a 3rd phone was sent, had the same problem! It appears Asurion does no testing, just brings back returned phones and ships them back out. I finally insisted that AT&T send me a phone from their stock (also an iPhone6!). Let's hope we get better results with this. I have now dropped the insurance option from my plan because it's not worth it!

I felt the experience was a rip-off, honestly. I had a Red iPhone 7 Plus and had to end up with a silver one instead. I paid more for the Red! I felt the $199.00 so-called deductible was a bit high for a refurbished iPhone. Customer Service was just OK - nothing to brag about. I feel Asurion is just a waste of money. It is what it is.

My children have both broken their phone screens within the past few months and Asurion has made the claim and replacement process easy and quick. There was no guesswork for either claim. Filling out the affidavit for my son's claim was straightforward. Those I spoke with on the phone (sorry, didn't take names) were courteous and helpful. Service was excellent, prompt delivery. Phone (iPhone 7 Plus) did not have all the original apps loaded on phone which was a disappointment - (evidently not new, was a refurbished phone). I think for the amount paid, and my phone being only a few months old I should have gotten a brand new phone.

In part it's the circumstance that helped make this into a bigger mess than it really should have been for me. I'm a part of a family plan on Verizon and my phone ended up getting totally destroyed. I'm not one of the authorized users on the account, so getting this issue resolved was somewhat a mess all on its own (given the actual AUs lived further away from me). That was a game of phone tag I never want to play again. Come to find out though, despite paying insurance for the phone and still paying for the phone itself, it's a $199 deductible as well as a $300 fee for not having the ability to send in the old device within 15 days (as far as I know, you find out that juicy little detail as a disclaimer at the very end of the process before submitting).
That means I'm having to pay $500 for the new phone, still paying for the old phone and paying for insurance that's actually pointless. There's no point in paying the extra monthly cost if you're just buying a new phone in the end. If the conditions are anything beyond perfect, you get totally screwed and the company completely rips you off. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK and get insurance through Asurion.

The Screen or face of the phone was broken and a replacement was sent in a timely manner. I found getting info off the phone unclear to me. I guess set back to factory settings. My daughter called a person from the company and all went well. I would recommend the insurance.

This had to be the best experience I've ever had dealing with getting a phone repaired. Asurion provided options from repairing to replacing my phone that I got to pick from. I chose the replacement and have had no issues from the day the new phone was delivered. Great process Asurion! I will be Highly recommending your company to my family and friends!

My phone got damaged right before the holidays and I was afraid the new phone would not get to me in time. The new phone was at my door the next day after I claimed the loss. Amazing. To me, this insurance is no brainer, considering the cost of new phones. Thank you.

I have had my phone stolen a few times... Getting a replacement phone was so easy!! Each time I received my phone the next day... Even if I called on a Saturday or Sunday it was there the next day. I highly recommend to get Asurion insurance!! I’m pretty sure it’s less than $10 a month... very reasonable!!

Unfortunately I have had to file more than one claim for a broken cell phone but knowing that it’s being handled by Asurion gives me complete peace of mind! Not to mention next day service! It doesn’t get much better than that! In today’s world we have enough things to worry about so thank you for making phone replacement one less thing to worry about!

Satisfied with speed of processing claim & receiving replacement phone. Didn't like paperwork or 149 deductible for a phone less than 1 yr old. In hindsight, should have taken my cracked screen in for repair as opposed to using insurance. Just didn't know any better at the time. They do NOT send you a new phone! You get a mixed parts "FrankenPhone". IF the phone they send you even works right at first, should you need to bring it to Apple after the warranty period to fix it they will not be able to do it because the parts are not genuine Apple. You're screwed... that's the end of it.
Filed a claim on my iPhone 6 that had a cracked screen and they sent me a "new" one after the $150 deductible. Because I don't get any signal at my home with AT&T I have to use wifi calling. Barely a wifi signal on my phone so it was determined there was something wrong with it so I sent it back. Second phone: could not enable wifi calling on the phone. After spending another 2-3 hours setting it up and another hour or so on the phone with AT&T trying to get it to work they recommended Asurion send me another phone. Mind you... right on the box it states "AT&T Certified Restored may be refurbished/remanufactured and may contain orig. or non-orig. replacement parts." So now I'm awaiting my THIRD PHONE!!! I demanded they send new one but they would absolutely NOT guarantee it. What a scam! And a very expensive one for the formerly ignorant consumer. From what I've read I got off pretty cheap.

Fast and efficient replacement. However I paid for a new phone over 15 years with insurance. As I recall my first smart phone was insured and all subsequent phones, starting in 2002. I had no trouble replacing sim card and porting over contents of old phone. I will continue to insure my phones in the future.

Not happy I had to pay $149.99 deductible for a refurbished phone. I'm already paying monthly for phone insurance. But service was great and I received the phone the next day. Customer service at the Moses Lake, Washington Verizon was very good. They take their time with each customer. Very good service.

I lost my phone at a movie theater. I had a replace phone the next day. Very pleased with services. I was not happy that it cost me nearly $150 to get the replacement phone. I do like the new phone. It works better than the phone I lost. Thank you.

The process was simple and fast. I thought the phone was protected by insurance but I had to pay $99 to replace it which I could have paid the same to upgrade the phone. So in reality I had to pay for both, insurance on a monthly basis and $99, doesn't make sense. I feel this is a double dip on the company's side.

I appreciate the quick response to my cell phone. But if I didn't have money to give for this nothing would have been done. In the future it would be great if you can add this to your account just in case you lose your credit cards along with your cell phone if you don't have money because of the loss. But I'm glad I have my phone now and hope I never lose it again.

We received a "NO HASSLE" replacement after my husband left his phone on the bed in his hospital room during his discharge post stroke. It was a VERY stressful time in our lives! Losing the phone contributed to the stress significantly. Asurion's professional staff were very sympathetic to our situation & their response was very compassionate. We received the replacement phone the NEXT DAY!

My son dropped his phone in a stairwell and it was completely shot. Asurion had a new phone in his hands the next day. The return process was incredibly easy and we never felt like our integrity was getting called into question. Not crazy about the deductible, but far cheaper than buying a new phone.

The service was amazing. I requested a new tablet at 7 pm on a Friday night and received my replacement the very next morning, On a Saturday, less than 24 hours later, right before Christmas. I was very pleased with the service I got from Asurion. This was my daughters phone and she had cracked the screen pretty bad to where it was not usable. I was sure glad I decided to get Asurion’s insurance plan. I was able to make a claim late in the evening and had the replacement phone the very next day. The turnaround for the phone was very good. The Verizon local store helped with transferring data. Good experience!!! I do wish the deductible would be less. We are paying 1,000 for a phone and pay next insurance every month. I would like to see a 50 or 75 deductible.

Relatively easy experience. The folks on the telephone were kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. The only problem, probably due to my anxiety of needing a phone replacement, was with the telephone connection. The actual time may not have been that long but it sure felt long standing in a Verizon office with customers walking by. Once connected to your service representative, the process was smooth. I debate canceling the insurance on my phone constantly but I am so glad I didn’t. I had water damage on my “water resistant” iPhone. Great service. I received my item in a fast timely manner, the device was ready for setup. I was back up & running in 10 minutes. I feel the price is a little too expensive having to pay $200 fee plus getting a insurance charge monthly is a little too much. Other than that the phone is operating good right now. Hopefully it will continue to do as it should as $200 is very hard to come up with and being without my phone is harder.

I had multiple problems with my phone. My phone was damaged, so Asurion sent me a phone quickly. The first phone sent to me had several things not working, so I called again, and they sent a newer phone. While trying to get 2 phones in 2 weeks was inconvenient, Asurion made this pretty much hassle free. Very quick and excellent customer service. I sent back my original broken phone and received confirmation that they received it. However, I sent back the replacement phone that was broken but haven't gotten word that you have it.

Submitting the claim a little tricky (print & sign paper form, scan/photograph it, upload the photo/scan). Did not have the exact model in stock, but provided an upgrade instead. :-) Shipping eerily fast (like 18 hours)! Replacement phone nicely packaged and looked new. Great instructions for setting up the replacement phone and returning the broken phone. The replacement phone has been working with no issues.

Our Vizio tv sound stopped working. We had Vizio troubleshoot & we had to do a hard reset which fixed it. Two days later, it happened again but this time the picture turned pink & light green. We called Vizio again & were told it had to be replaced & to file a claim. I tried to but Asurion wanted to troubleshoot again, I don’t understand why they think their techs would know more than the manufacturer! Their idiot assisting me wanted me to wake my husband for the serial number which I refused. Partly because it was ludicrous & partly because we had Vizio tell us it could not be repaired!
When I asked for a supervisor, I was told it would most likely take over a week which is unacceptable. My husband needs the tv to sleep as he has horrible tinnitus. I think they run a scam & collect your money then expect you to wait to have a tech (stranger) come out to your home, try to fix it (who knows how many times)— yes I worked for a home warranty company! I know how these things work- people get so frustrated that they buy a new tv (or washer, dryer) & cut their losses to lose the aggravation. Asurion is a prime example of this practice in my opinion.

Received replacement immediately which was wonderful. Instructions to prepare broken phone for return did not match my iPhone and required personal contact. That was difficult. First contact could not help and gave phone number of a different contact. That required three transfers. Finally, the right person was contacted and problem was easily resolved.

Unfortunately I had to replace my new Google Pixel 2 phone from a mild fall and cracked screen. The first replacement did not activate and Asurion resent another device very quickly. The great part was they did not have any 'kinda blue' 64 GB replacements and sent me a black 128GB at no additional charge. The customer service was great, patient and quick to replace the broken device. Good experience all around!

I use my phone as a receiver for a medical device (continuous glucose monitor), so it was important that I get a replacement quickly. While it was a rough start (finding the information and link to get started) the overall experience worked great. Instructions for returning the device were very clear, they shipped out a new phone right away and it arrived just a day later. We are experiencing some difficulty with the new phone but I have not yet contacted them about it yet; we'll see how that experience goes.

When the fix proved to be more difficult than it was originally thought, they arranged for an immediate replacement of my device. My phone replacement came after a week even though they said "1-3 days" and when it did come it did not work at all so I had to file another claim. It has been over 4 weeks since that and I still do not have my phone. At first my iPhone 7 was on back order so after 3 times of talking to them they said they would send me an iPhone 8 for the inconvenience. They told me 3 times that they have sent the device to me and have failed to do so and the last time I talked to them they said there was a glitch in the system so it was never submitted each time.
I have spent many hours on the phone talking to them and being placed on hold for over 30 min each time. Each time I waited the 3 days to receive my phone and then have to contact them again, only for them to tell me the same things over and over and that they will send it in another 1-3 more days. I am not happy that I have had to pay my phone bill this month because I have not had a phone all month. I pay for insurance for my phone every month so that when something does happen I should be able to receive an affordable replacement in a timely manner.

I dropped my phone right before Christmas and I cracked the screen. I called to make a claim, but I realized that it is easier to do it online. So, I made the claim online and, within 24 hours, I had my replacement phone. The insurance is definitely worth it when you need a replacement.

I was upset when the phone broke but you made getting the problem resolved quick and easy. I would recommend this to everyone who has phone issues as they are so fragile. The expense of the new phones can be very intimidating and hard for so many of us but with this insurance it gives us peace of mind knowing we won't need a second job to pay for it.

Great service, great communication and really fast on getting me a new phone. My dog got a hold of my daughter's phone and cracked the screen to where it was inoperable. We were leaving for vacation the next morning so when we got to the hotel I called and everything was handled and the phone was delivered to the hotel that we were staying at.

The replacement was quick and easy. The new phone arrived the next day. Asurion is highly recommendable. The new phone is in perfect condition and the activation process was easy. The customer representative at Asurion was polite and helpful on the phone in getting the claim processed. The monthly fee is very reasonable.

Thank you for all of your help! Phone arrived in a timely manner. Though it said my phone was on back order I was able to receive it pretty quickly. My only complaint is that the charger that came with the phone was a third party, not an Apple charger. I would rather have no charger than that one.

Asurion made replacing my damaged phone a quick and easy process. The instructions on the return package were easy to understand, and easy to ship as you just place it in the mailbox. My experience was great; my call was handled with care and concern for replacing my device. Because my damaged phone was no longer available, I was offered a phone (which to me is a better phone) at or nearly similar to the one I damaged. My care of concern comment would be that when replacement phones are sent, there should be a signature required upon receiving them. This would eliminate devices being stolen from the property because one was not home to receive it. That indeed happened in my case. I was grateful that when I notified Asurion (after tracking the device to learn it had been left on porch by delivery but was gone when I came home), they were also concerned and another phone was shipped.

I had broken my iPhone X about a week after I had got it. I looked up the insurance through Verizon and I was able to complete a claim quickly and I got a replacement device the next day! They also made it easy for me to send in my damaged device! I am very impressed!

This was the second time I’ve had to use my warranty with Asurion. The first time we were 12 hours away from home on vacation and they overnighted a phone to our resort. The second time we were home and they did the same even though I called at 8 pm! Couldn’t ask for better service.

With help of my Verizon store I was able to submit claim and then got the phone promptly. I am not computer savvy so I didn't know how to attach pictures, etc. Also, wish that the deductible wasn't so big. But, I knew that when I got the insurance, so no surprise.

Fast easy service. You can complete your claim online or call Asurion to file your claim. It's always fast and never feels like a hassle. I love that they will even send a replacement phone to you if yours is stolen during a vacation. I speak from experience. They will send it right to your hotel. Just an all around good company.

It was very difficult to get agreement to replace the telephone and I had to involve Verizon wireless to set up a three-way call, but in the end the phone was replaced so I am thankful for that. Once agreement was obtained, the process went very smoothly and quickly after that.

Quickest shipping I have seen during the Christmas rush. My phone crapped out on me like a week before Christmas. Filed the claim and phone was gonna be at my house the Tuesday after Christmas. I understood why, but the phone came on Saturday. To my surprise it was an awesome experience.

Fast and very helpful assistance. I had my device when it was promised. The customer service rep. was very patient and helpful in helping me to get the damaged device replaced at minimal cost. Rapid delivery, directions for turning off find my phone was a bit confusing, did not realize I had to delete phone from iCloud, even after I talked to customer IT service. Did not see this information in the directions. Otherwise a very smooth replacement, new phone was working within a day with all my information.

I was very explicit with the shipping address and instructions and the package was not delivered to the site because the address was cut off. I work at a hospital in a specific building and the only address information given was the name of my hospital, not the building or floor information that I gave. I had to go to the FedEx delivery center, wait 3 hours for the delivery driver to return and did not receive my package until after 9 pm when initial delivery was attempted at 1 pm.

Asurion was terrific is responding and replacing my son's broken phone. The return process was very smooth and it was my second experience with Asurion in the past few months, as my older son's phone was damaged and needed to be replaced. Hopefully I will not need to use Asurion again soon, but I know that if I need to I can count on them.

Easy to work with when returning a broken phone and getting a replacement. My son fell on his phone and broke it. Went into the local Verizon store and they pulled up the insurance plan and filed the claim for me. I had a new phone delivered the next day. Very happy teenager.

I was pleased with the prompt, delivery service. My phone accidentally got wet and the screen was not working properly. After filing the paperwork online, the replacement phone was delivered within 24 hours. However, the cost of the replacement is expensive even though I pay a monthly fee to have my cell phone insured.

The monthly fee is very reasonable. The online claim form was very easy and fast to complete. There was a quick response to the submitted claim. Replacement phone sent very fast. The replacement phone works perfectly - it was brand new, not a refurbished model. The return of the broken phone was so simple with the enclosed postage-paid envelope. Happy customer!

I hate my phone. Cut calls, sometime people can't hear me, goes to my email on its own. Whatever the reason that phone was returned I guess it wasn't fixed properly cause I inherited them. I never had to get a phone from you and I'm so disappointed. I always get the insurance and now I'm starting to think it wasn't worth it.

My daughter's screen on her phone was cracked, so I decided to replace it For her for part of her Christmas. The folks at Asurion were super helpful and I was able to get her phone replaced and received it just in time for Christmas! My daughter was thrilled with her new phone and it was not a problem at all getting the old phone sent back in the postage paid envelope.

They did a nice job sending my replacement phone fast and efficient. The service was great when answering questions. I would recommend this program to anyone. Any problems no questions asked they replace it for a small fee for iPhones which can be quite expensive if you had to buy a new one.

This is the 2nd attempt, for repairing tv. Again, they request a receipt, for claim approval. I completed the New, registration of warranty, from Walmart, buying additional insurance. The 1st attempt, for processing a new claim, had to send, another copy of receipt, because I did not have a smartphone or fax machine and live out of town and mailed in, a copy of sales receipt, to complete the request for paid insurance, with WalMart store, in Cottonwood, AZ. Now, another claim and no Asurion co. available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No answering by a 'real representative' and leave a message, only.
Where is the subcontractor's 'getting help is easy' service. Speaking to an agent, is not available, from Asurion Co.'s service and claims rep. No contact numbers are available and contact numbers on their emails. No one called me, after filing a claim, as said, the customer care plan, has indicated, in their service information. Help? Anyone, with these Walmart care plans and get protected, powered by Asurion.
