I made the claim for my phone and you promptly Took care of it in a timely manner. I tell everybody if you have insurance on your phone especially when their plan now I thousand dollars down accidents do happen. I’ve had a phone for over 20 years and never had to make a claim on my phone insurance and I’m thankful I have insurance on it but my phone still not paid. Thank you for being there for me and getting my replacement phone to me the next day.

Thanks for the speedy service! I was not very fond of the $200 deductible, but considering the type of phone involved, I understand. I'm glad that we were covered because it could have much 4 times more. Hopefully I won't need to file another claim, but in the event that I do, I feel confident that I will be taken care of.

Lost my phone in the rocks near the ocean. Got a replacement 3 days later. Easy and fast replacement was issued but there was some kind of hold on my account so it was delayed a day. If you don’t get approved in 24 hours call them and ask. Great service.

I was lucky to have the insurance - first phone I have broken and first time I had insurance - Lucky Me! I dropped the phone - the screen faded to black and it was totally done. I didn't call for replacement until afternoon, yet the new phone arrived overnight - impressive!!!

My experience with the Asurion rep was well received and will recommend to friends and family. Rep was very professional and understanding about my phone issue. Rep understood the urgency for a replacement phone received as advertised. Replacement phone was received in a properly packaged box with no damages and a note of guarantee.

I contacted Asurion about my lost phone and that sent me another one within 3 days. This was great service in my opinion. I have heard of other people using different insurance companies and they did not receive the service I did. Great service and the agent was great in replacing the device. Easy instructions to return the old one and how to set up the phone. Would recommend the service to anyone. So glad that I had the insurance and that they were able to expedite the phone. It is such a great value to have that protection when you need especially when you don’t expect anything to happen to your phone

Received my phone literally overnight. Up and running within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service. New phone came in a secure, sturdy, box directly to my door, as I said, in one working day. Would highly recommend Asurion to anyone. The claims process is quick and easy. And if I have further questions, contacting them by phone was easy. They answered the questions I had. Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. This was the 2nd time I had to file a claim unfortunately in less than a month but had no issues.

The guy that assisted me with my claim was awesome. He was very friendly and quick in filing my claim and got my replacement phone quick. Wonderful, it was easy and quick. Phone works great and looks new. Can't even tell the difference from my old phone. The experience was also easy, no hassle in exchanging online or even to mail back the old Phone. All was done using my account online with Verizon and it was easy to follow the instructions. Getting my replacement phone was easy, but there were way too many emails send about turning off find my phone app. I followed the instructions to turn it off when I did the online claim. Then it has a reminder card in the box with the replacement phone, that’s all good, but then I was bombarded with emails after that. Which was annoying, especially since I did it at the time I placed the claim.

Super easy to put in a claim and replacement came very quickly. If I had any sort of gripe, it would be that the replacement phone did not come with a SIM card. That is easily resolved at a Verizon store though. Thank you for the quick and easy process.

Very fast service - got me my new phone right away. Very helpful customer service agent. She worked with me to make sure that she answered all of my questions and got me everything I needed. I was impressed at how fas the whole process was completed. I didn't spend hours on the phone and I didn't have to wait days and days for my new phone - it was all very seamless. Highly recommend.

I called the first representative who took my info. and then told me I had to print a form, fill out a sworn statement and return it to them before the phone could be replaced. I was randomly selected to do this, not everyone had to. I was outraged because my 14 yr old needed the phone at boarding school and I had no way of printing and faxing from my phone. She ignored my issues and said that’s the procedure. I called back, spoke to someone else and told her that my child needed a phone and that I have never before made a claim, was unable to print the form from my phone. The second representative understood and immediately sent a new phone to my son.

Phone arrived quickly and just like I ordered. Thank you Asurion. Usually dealing with insurance claims is a hassle but this process was easy to do online and only took a couple of minutes. Sending the damaged phone back was made easy with the return envelope. All I had to do was pop in the sim card and I was immediately up and running.

I had my phone insured through Asurion and called to report that my stolen and the customer service rep was sympathetic and polite and took care of the claim in a professional and courteous manner and my replacement phone was at my door within 12 hours later and I had my service restored within 13 hours. It's one of the best decisions anyone can make considering the high cost of today's cell phones, it was easier to pay the $200.00 deductible than to pay the remaining cost of the phone and the price of another new phone and I also got what I consider a upgraded phone because my new phone was a 256 gig memory phone instead of the 128 gig that was stolen. Thanks Asurion for a job well done.

The process was simple from beginning to end. My replacement was here the next day. It was easy to transfer everything over. The charger with the replacement phone charges faster than the original charger. However, the cord is super short. Overall, Asurion was a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy!!!

Dropped my S7 Smartphone one time too many and it separated. The replacement phone arrived overnight and I returned my old damaged phone in the mailing pouch provided by Asurion. Began using the new Samsung S7 Smartphone the day I received it. No negative issues involved in any step of the process.

I called in a claim on Dec 1, I was told a device will be mailed to me within the next few business days. I waited over 5 days, called to see where the phone is. They stated they can't replace it. I asked why no one called me to tell me this, they had NO answer. They stated they will mail me a check to cover the cost for me to purchase a new one. So I waited, purchased a new one out of my pocket. Now it has been over 3 weeks and still no check, I called and was told it will be still another few weeks! What a poor customer service standard. If I was not in the means to purchase a new phone and was waiting on them I would not have a phone NOW. We all live on our phones and this is a substandard company whom has poor systems and customer service. I would give them a negative 10 customer service.

We had absolutely no issues. Our tablet had a broken screen and was replaced without question. We did not expect to get a new device, only for it to get repaired. This experience was better than we could have imagined. Thanks for making this the best experience with device repair or replacement.

MOST HORRIBLE service; I wish there was a rating below 1 star. Reported issue with Vizio 60 inch TV display in October 2017. Issue still not resolved; gotten the runaround since this issue was reported. I have had to pay for cable service for a TV that does not work. Went through all the major holiday with a non-functional TV. Long hold times (over 1 hour) trying to get someone on the phone, and then passed around to multiple persons and having to repeat the issue over and over again. Have made multiple claims and lost time from work waiting for your service guy to show up ill-prepared not having a clue why he showed up and just to do the same troubleshooting steps that was already done on the phone. I NEED A REPLACEMENT TV. Hope I NEVER have to deal with you. HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING customer experience.

After the Verizon store determined that they could not fix my phone, they gave me a card with the Asurion info on it. I went home, logged in and filled out the very simple form online and I had a brand new phone delivered to my office the next day. I'm so happy that I have replacement coverage and was truly surprised by how simple it was to get my phone replaced. Great job!!

I have made 9 attempts to receive a prepaid envelope to send my device in from my Sept. Claim. An envelope was never received with my package and I had called and requested an envelope be sent in Sept. In November when I submitted another claim, I was charge $420 for the device from Sept. I have made 8 additional attempts to get an envelope, one through email over the website. I have been told every time an envelope will be mailed.
Once I was transferred over to customer affairs where I was told the shipping information will be emailed to me (after another person said they would do the same). That was never received. Then I was told by another person that Fido accounts cannot have shipping information emailed but they will place an urgent notice on my file which means it will be reviewed in 24 hours, which still drew no success. I'm done waiting. I cannot fathom how it can possibly take so many attempts for an envelope. It has caused so much stress financially when it never should have happened to begin with.

Our son lost his phone at the park while playing frisbee golf. He traced his path searching for the phone but could not find it. The process took some time to figure out but it worked. Once the process was completed the phone was replaced promptly. We were pleased. That is all we can say about this issue.

Unsuccessful in reaching Asurion customer service to resolve a charge for a phone shipped and refused by me. AT&T stated they placed a claim with Asurion. Asurion has not responded since October 2017. It is now January 2018. I have been a client of AT&T for 30 Years. The relationship between Asurion and AT&T that allows Asurion to charge my AT&T account but AT&T not be responsible for a dispute is not good customer service. AT&T customer service stated policy is Asurion must issue instructions to AT&T for credit to be issued.

Flip phone was accidentally washed and no longer worked. The phone was replaced within one business day from notification to Asurion. The only issue was the incorrect SIM card was sent but this was corrected by Verizon the following day. The replacement phone was the newer version of the phone that was washed.

The day I broke my phone, my claim was filed online at 7pm Pacific time. It was shipped out of their facility in Tennessee that night. The phone arrived to me by noon the next day. I could not be happier with their excellent service and speedy replacement of my phone.

It's nice to be able to receive the phone the next day. A lot of time it's good to explain the process what's taking place when someone is making the claim. Not everyone knows the process in the beginning. The person needs to know if it's the first time or not.

My tablet was destroyed beyond repair after being ran over by a car. I filed a claim online at the direction of a Verizon wireless customer service representative. The online claim process was quick, simple, and my replacement tablet was delivered next day as promised. A prepaid return envelope was included for sending in the damaged device. Receipt of the device was sent by email a day later. Excellent service.

I lost my device and I contacted Asurion about it. The step to file a claim are so easy and hassle free that it makes you feel better. My problem got solved way better than I expected. I love your company but The delivery service you use UPS sucks because I requested to sign for my package which was the new iPhone 7 Plus and for them to see my ID when I sign for the package they gave the package to a lady outside my door and did not ask for me at all and did not request a signature from her. Lucky she gave it to me. I am going to call your company and tell them too what happened.

I was able to replace my granddaughter's phone very quickly. She was very pleased because she used the phone to keep in touch with siblings, parents and myself. She was able to borrow grandpa's phone when her phone broke so she was very happy to get her own phone back.

The claim was easy and phone delivered next day. The first phone they sent me was a refurbished phone. I did have a problem with it getting hot but I called them back and they had me a new phone the next day. Overall experience was great. Recommend insurance on your phone.

Handled my call prompt. Got my new phone the next day before leaving for a trip. Let me know when old phone was received. Had trouble with erasing old phone from ICloud but we got it worked out and all is good! I do wish the deductible was not that high. We pay insurance every month and I think we should have lower deductible.

My experience with Asurion was great. The agents were helpful and friendly. It appears that Asurion sets the bar high for its employees and expected excellent customer service and that's exactly what I experienced. I needed to turn in my old phone of which I had trouble with accessing to deselect the find my phone and after explaining to them the situation, they immediately resolved my issue to my surprise.

In dealing with the quick replacement everything went fairly smoothly. Returning just as smooth. The only problem encountered that required some time was disabling the Find My Phone function since getting on the phone was impossible and I do not use the I-Cloud for anything but will start now. Other than that extremely happy with the process.

2nd time Google phone could not use phone cause could not hear either way. Talked to Verizon sent me to Asurion. Told me what to do and it was replaced again. It is my grandsons phone and he needs it for school cause he syncs with Google computer he uses.

Return was prompt, no hassle to get the phone replaced, by paying the $200 fee. Have Verizon 10 years, first claim I have ever had. Other companies take into consideration, and pro rate the replacement fee based on amount of claims filed. So, I do not know if this is a Verizon issue or an Asurion issue.

After having an insured iPhone 8 Plus for three months, the screen broke. Verizon told me to contact Asurion for a repair. It took an entire day to get the paperwork filled out to Asurion's satisfaction. After that, they told me that they could not repair an iPhone 8 screen (phone too new; screens not yet available). Upon asking where their nearest repair facility was, I was told a city about 500 miles from my home. They volunteered to send me a new phone for the $200 deductible. I called a local tech repair company. They said they would repair the phone's screen for $100 and it would take about 15 minutes. What is the Asurion insurance for? I cancelled it.

About a month ago I had my purse snatched in the city. Aside from the trauma of the actual event and the inconvenience of replacing ID’s and credit cards, etc., my phone was gone as well. I work in real estate and my entire work and personal life were interrupted by this event. After contacting Asurion, they overnighted me a replacement phone and I was up and running again within 24 hours. Having this coverage helped me immensely!

Replacement phone - This rating is for Asurion not Verizon. Asurion did very well... Not happy at all with Verizon. I went to a local Verizon store (Streets at Southpoint). They switched or did something with the sim card but could not transfer data. The individual that I dealt with told me to go to another store that had the "cord" or wiring and computer/program that would be able to complete the transfer. It took me a couple of days but I did get to another store. The individual at this store told me that they no longer did that (data transfer) at any store. She then gave me a sheet with directions to download something or some app and do it myself. I tried that and my old phone said that it was no longer in service. In short I have not been able to transfer any of the data from my old phone to the new. I'm pretty sure that my contract with Verizon is "up" and I'm going to switch to another vendor.

I was robbed my iPad from the car together with a stylus pen and a brand new AirPods. Unfortunately they don’t insure the last 2 items (I don’t understand why?, because it’s are very expensive too). I was able to download all my information, pictures and music from the cloud and feel like nothing happened within 24 hrs. Literally I have peace of mind having Asurion insurance. The best expense/investment I have.

This was the 2nd time in 2 months that My phone had to be replaced. This time, just as I was putting my screen protector, the phone slid out of my hand and fell face down on the floor, cracking and chipping the screen. I went online, filled out a claim form and had my phone within 2 days after the call. I was worried because I had just had to get my phone replaced a month and a half prior. Since AT&T bought DirecTV, it has went downhill, the protection plan for your electronics is a joke, more like a RACKET. What they replaced for me on something was NOT NEW, defective and was nothing like what I had. They tell you what you want to hear and then lie to you and AT&T is just as bad.

If you purchase an iPhone for 500 bucks and pay 50 bucks of insurance per year. That's 600 bucks. Then when you file a claim and you charge 150 for a replacement that cost 25 dollars to make in China. That feels like you've been robbed. Paying that much it ought to have free replacement for as long as you pay premium.

The phone replacement I was sent froze and was unusable within 15 days of receipt. I called, went through tests on the bad replacement, and was promised a new replacement where I was staying in California (not my home address) and given a specific date. A day later (when the phone should have been on its way) I received an email saying I needed to complete my request online. I responded to the email that I had already completed the request. I heard nothing in response and the phone did not arrive.
When it did not arrive I followed the link in the email which indicated I was to call the 888 number. I did so today and my new phone is on the way now. I was told that the reason for the email (and necessary call-in) was to confirm the different address - and was done by Asurion's auditors. Asurion has thus delayed receipt of my new phone by more than a week. I'm sure I'm not the first to have this problem. I see the need for two process changes. 1) Inform the user when having a phone sent to a new address of the need to have someone else confirm that new address, and 2) provide a specific email that allows confirmation rather than a "generalized" email that appears to take you through the process again but requires you to call in. I hope you'll fix this for others.

The process to file a claim was simple. Unfortunately, I received a refurbished phone that does not hold a charge for more than 12 hours and freezes up constantly causing me to have to reboot it. While I continue to pay the "new phone" price, I'm not happy with this part of the experience.

It was very easy to send in and replace my broken phone. We were very pleased with the process. It was a little more expensive than I expected it to be so was disappointed with that piece of it. The only other issue was the key to unlock the SIM card was missing so I still had to go back to the store.

This was the most difficult experience for something I pay for. I call in to place a claim for my Samsung tablet. I was asked to answer some question that's was supposedly public record being a victim of identify theft. I couldn't answer those question and csr became irritated. I told her none of those where things about me. Ask how else I could verify my identity. I was told I would have to wait for something in the mail. I called Verizon my service provider. They tried to call back after she verified who I was and they wouldn't accept that. Finally I would told to email my Driver License and another form of ID. I was not happy at all about the hoops I had to jump through to get the service I pay for. I don't know if it is because Asurion is the insurance company for all cell carrier. I have dropped my coverage. I would rather buy a new phone than have to jump through these hoops ever again.

I have filed 2 claims for myself, phone and iPad in addition to helping my boyfriend because of his language barrier. The customer service is so disorganized and uninformed, not to mention half of them are jerks! I have been repeatedly hung up and dropped calls with no call backs. I have been giving completely opposite information on each call. Most of them didn't even know what department to send me to or how to help. The worst part is sending devices out through UPS, but they pay the carrier a cheaper price to leave. It at a local ghetto gas station for pick up if you are not home.
I refuse to visit where I live. I was sent a broken charger cord for my iPad and after 1 hour and 2 phones calls back, no one knew how to assist me in getting a new one sent out, so I have to buy a new cord myself. That's BS. This past week trying to get my bf's phone took 6 days...and we are expecting it to arrive today, but at this point we bought a new phone and will return it when this comes in. I should be able to choose my insurance company because this ones sucks! Fix your customer service and shipping. It's horrendous!!!

When I received my new phone, we had some issues getting it going and restoring my contacts. Still working on all of that, but very glad to be reconnected with life and glad I had the insurance. I'll be honest, I have been paying for this insurance for 2 years and was ready to cancel because I never thought I would use it. Then, my iPad gets stolen, and I was unsure how to replace it. I've replaced a phone probably 5x since July 2016 and have never had any problems after completing the claim and all. Need to include other options when replacing the phone besides the case & home charger. Need to add like screen protectors, car charger as well.

We purchased this coverage via the AT&T Mobile Insurance program with Asurion. We called to have a cracked screen replaced and they had no options available for screen repair in my area (Atlanta metropolitan area) so they offer to have my device replaced for a $168. Why buy screen repair coverage and then the third party vendor gets to collect the premium for coverage and then just opt out of providing the coverage they have listed in the agreement. Sounds like fraud to me! AT&T should have a reputable third party vendor for these type agreements. The customer service agents at Asurion offered rotten customer service!

The paperwork you have to fill out and print and sign and resend sucks, it was a lot more complicated than in the past where everything was just submitted over the internet. On the other hand I love the prompt, fast service and delivery is what I got when my claim was finally done.

I had an accident with my phone, involving water. I was able to turn my phone in and get a replacement within hours thanks to my insurance. The deductible was reasonable, as was the whole process! I was relieved to get a “new” phone so quickly, and be able to transfer my data so readily.

Everyone was most helpful. They even extended the time we had to return it. My granddaughter has 2 small children and it took her awhile to get it to the point where she could return it. She lost the envelope and was sent a new one. Our experience overall was well beyond my expectations.

Within 24 hours of my cop car burning up with my phone in it I had a new one. I use my phone during my work in patrol everyday so it’s very important that I have it with me. Thank you for the awesome response time and great service. Only if my car was replaced that easy.

Fell on the ice and when I hit the ground, phone in my hand hit the ground and damaged the lower corner. Phone worked for a short time and it started to flash and not stay on. Filed a claim and Asurion sent me a new phone within two days. Was skeptical at first, but I am happy with the results. Thank you!

It got a bit confusing because there was 2 different claims but in the end it worked out. At first they couldn’t find the paperwork I sent and I had to do it over again. And I gave in my credit card more than once and so I was worried about that but in the end I received my phone.

I filed a claim 10 days ago. I checked the status online periodically, but it stopped updating after 2 days... funny, that's their suggested turnaround time. Now that I have been calling daily for 4 days, I am told that they cannot verify my account while my provider is processing my next invoice? They have no outbound communication other than approval or rejection of the claim... for the past 4 days the customer service reps assure me that I should get an email "tonight/that night"! I realize that my claim occurred during the holidays, and I think I was reasonable in leaving things be from the 23-26 of December... but my file still says "resolution by December 22" and the reps when I call still say I should hear from them in the next 24hrs?! Meanwhile, shards of glass falling from my screen hourly and dropped calls or I cannot answer calls because the phone is damaged. I am now just a hostage to the bs!!! Not impressed.

I have a business phone that I've dropped hundreds of times and this last time it was dropped cracked the screen in multiple places. I called Asurion and the next day I had another phone dropped off at my office within 20 hours. They told me I would have a 14 day return policy for my old phone but unfortunately I ended up taking a stateside mileage run and then a Transpac trip to Thailand. Once I return Stateside my two weeks have been up and I called them and they said, "It's not a problem since you called us. Just get it to us when you can." I can't express my gratitude to your customer service team.

So disgusted with this company. Send a product back under the warranty I've been told for over a month now 24 to 72 hours will send you an electronic gift card for replacement phone! After numerous calls speaking to numerous Representatives No Satisfaction whatsoever they just keep telling me another 24 to 72 hours. This has been going on for over a month! I've already replaced the phone, bought another extended warranty bought another extended warranty, still waiting for that email electronic gift card. This company will get a negative rating from me. Furious and livid! I wouldn't waste my time or money buying this extended warranty program!!!

Original S8+ screen cracked. Contacted Asurion after hours for replacement. Replacement arrived as indicated early the next day. Excellent!! Only complaint is the instructions are vague and not intuitive to the nominal customer. Took an inordinate amount of time to get new phone operational. Some personal information was not transferred and subsequently lost.

This insurance service has exceeded our expectations! It was so easy to fill out the claim form online and we had the new phone the next day! Also, they made it very easy to send the broken phone back with the pre-paid USPS package. This process took a total of about 5 minutes. Asurion is well worth the few $ a month, especially if you are often in situations where you could break your phone.

We had been on vacation and had one of our phones was stolen. Verizon helped us with the deactivating the phone and then directed us to file the claim. Once the claim was filed, the phone came the next day. The process of replacing it was easy for us to do.

The claim process was simple. Website was easy to navigate and forms were quick to fill out. Completed the whole thing in under 5 minutes. Although the site initially indicated a backorder, I was emailed the next day that a replacement phone was on the way. I received a new phone the very next day. Detailed instructions were included for returning the damaged phone and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Although I was skeptical about purchasing phone insurance, this whole transaction proved to be well worth the investment.

I called at first. Did not have the phone number for the tablet, did not even know what the tablet was called. They still started the claim. Then I found out all the info and went online to submit. Got the device within 2 days with the prepaid envelope to send the device back. AND got an email that you had received the old device. There was NO pushback, no "I'm sorry but you were stupid and left it on the back of the vehicle so it would fall off and many cars would run over it, so NO we will not cover it". How can I not be overjoyed!

My phone was terribly damaged/destroyed. I called Asurion and they sent me a replacement within 2 days. Unfortunately, the replacement had a SIM card issue and wasn't working even when I went to the Verizon store for assistance. Asurion mailed me another phone without charging another deductible. The last phone was brand new as well. I mailed both damaged phones back. Easy and straightforward process. I received great service and a quick turnaround time.

Claims are fairly easy to file and very timely, used the internet to fill out and return forms, UPS to send and receive products, easily tracked my items without issue. I had a great customer service experience. I had an issue with my cell and filed an insurance claim for a new one. My replacement phone did not work too well and started having issues immediately. I called Verizon, who kept giving me the runaround. Verizon was trying to have me troubleshoot the issue, there was no fixing the phone, it had a terrible echo, would not keep a charge, and would also change many of my spelled words. I finally called Asurion and they took care of me right away. The lady could hear the echo and understood my frustration. I had a new phone the next day, thank you

When I accidentally "drowned" my iPhone by placing my purse with the phone in it, on a touch-sensitive sink, my purse filled with water, dousing my iPhone. I called About the issue and it was between one and 2 PM our time and they had the phone to me the next afternoon and I was back in service. Very professional courteous service. The representative was very helpful friendly and kind. They did not have the iPhone 6 anymore so I ended up with a 6S And it works fine. The only thing I forgot to do was back it up to the cloud before I switched it over. Very easy to do.

I received my replacement cell phone very promptly with no problems. The directions for returning the old damaged phone were very easy to understand and follow. The replacement phone works great. I think the only negative thing about this “insurance” for our family cell phone plan is that after the monthly cost and the whopping $200.00 charge to get my phone replaced, there really isn’t a huge savings there. But I guess it is peace of mind and at least my phone works now.

I am a consumer. I do not belong to a non profit or profit organization. I was skeptical at first to have my device insured. After a lengthy explanation of the Sales Representative I decided to take out this insurance I am very happy I did so. My device was recently damaged and I called Asurion for replacement. Within two (2) days my device was replaced. No hassle. I can highly recommend this Insurance to anyone, It is worth every penny.
