I was very pleased with the whole process, I had very particular requests regarding how I wanted to work it all out and they obliged no problem. The agent I dealt with was professional and answered all my questions before the end we concluded the call, I highly recommend keeping their service for as long as you own a device because the peace of mind and ease of the process hasn't let me down once.

Previous phone fell to the floor and in two days I received a replacement phone with more than expected accessories. Expeditious customer service! I completely recommend their service. Online claim assist was great and easy to use. I had my replacement phone the very next day. arrived in great condition. Return process was a breeze. Very happy with entire process. My only complaint is that I couldn't do the screen repair for the cheaper price. Said service was not available around me. How convenient.

Asurion came through just as promised in replacing an iPhone that got dropped and its screen shattered. The process was easy to follow, and when we had questions, the phone bank assistants had all the right information so that we could continue the processing adequately and efficiently. We continue to use Asurion through Verizon Wireless and expect that the same level of service will be provided if needed again.

Submitted the claim. Less than one week later had a new case. I’m hard on cases. Got a new one in just a few days. Very happy. The case is very waterproof and super durable. It Held up very well on fishing and hunting trips. Would definitely recommend it to any other sportsman or woman.

If they gave a option to review on their site I would have. They are NOT on Yelp either but I wanted to express my frustration with Asurion. Monday 1-29-2018 I cracked my phone and decided to put the Asurion insurance I been paying to work. I called same day and set up a claim. Very happy with the young lady’s attitude and help. I have the iPhone 7 product red 225 gigs. They were unable to get me my same phone but offered a nice upgrade to iPhone 8 still 225 gigs. Very cool. Next day delivery mind you so quick turn around. New phone had me happy inside for the few minutes that passed. As I sat in my car I had buyer's remorse and decided I really can deal with a small hairline crack on screen, so I called back within 15-20 mins same day and I was helped in a very courteous manner.
She explained since my iPhone replacement was scheduled for next day delivery. She had to contact the warehouse or wherever the new phone was to cancel my claim. She had me on hold 10-15 minutes and continued to check back in with me letting me know she was also on hold and for me to be patient. Shortly after she took me off hold and told me my claim was successfully canceled and I should expect refund 4-6 businesses days. Well that was Monday now on business day 9. I checked my account and still no activity of a refund. I called Asurion today to check the status and the young lady today had poor customer service and told me it just landed on her lap and she is going to process it now which will take another 10 business days. Wait hold on! That's what the last rep told me 8 days ago so I asked to speak to the manager of the day today being 8th of Feb.
Yolanda got on the line and expressed her apologies but still told me that it will take another 5 business days to refund because my claim was JUST canceled. She told me I had to call back that same Monday to get a confirmation about the cancellation and that I did not cancel the claim properly. Funny thing is I don’t think she knows how her own system works because like I stated earlier I was on the phone with the rep while she canceled it and then took me off hold and let me know when I should expect a refund.
Asurion was so fast to take the deductible within 5 minutes of the claim the funds were taken from my account. Now taking more than two weeks (10 business days) going to be 13-14 to refund me. I had Asurion as mobile protection for a while but never had to use them. I will be canceling my protection plan through Verizon and won't be using Asurion again nor recommend. I don't appreciate being lied to and given the run around by reps & even the manager.

I got insurance for my phone through Asurion with Verizon, I used their service to replace my broken iPhone. The process to file a claim online was easy. I received my replacement phone very quickly after paying my deductibles. I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend Asurion.

Very satisfied and shipped very quickly, with easy return for broken phone. Would recommend this for all phones. Representatives were very friendly and polite and helpful on the phone with them. Highly recommend this insurance to everyone, especially with the cost of if you had to replace the phone for full price. You never know when an accident will happen or you lose a phone or have it stolen.

Phone had a cracked screen and they went ahead and replaced the entire phone. Received in 2 days activated over the phone and sent damaged phone back in prepaid envelope... SIMPLE. Glad I have the protection and my replacement phone came with a one year warranty with it. What more could you ask for.

There was a list of things wrong with my LG phone. My volume keys stopped working, it constantly updated, wouldn't send messages, my battery was dying all too fast. This was a new phone! They sent me a new one after paying the insurance fee next day! All I had to do was send in mine after receiving it. Went very smooth!

All I can say is that EVERYONE have been EXTREMELY helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Each and everyone continued to PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL customer service from beginning to end. I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with the support that I received to the final stage when to my surprise, I finally received the phone that actually work. There was a moment where it got frustrating because the replacement phone one right after the other did not work but with the assistance of a supervisor; everything went well. Replacement sent for a cracked screen. Had been broken even with the new wonderful liquid protection on it. Replacement sent out quickly and son being a college and busy he nearly took full two weeks to find time to switch out phones due to schedule. Had issue which turned out to be fixed by using old sim card so he didn't have to call Verizon to activate. Was otherwise a very easy process.

With the soaring cost of major brand smartphones, Asurion offers peace of mind against accidental damage, loss or theft which otherwise might leave you with an enormous replacement bill! The speed of replacement is excellent; I had a new phone at my door in lightning speed (would have been even faster had I not placed the claim over the weekend and had to wait through a Sunday). Absolutely a must-have no matter what phone you have, but definitely unwise to be without this insurance if you're using one of the nicer Motorola's, Samsung's, or iPhones.

Replaced my broken phone with no problem. Very kind and courteous. Fast response. Grandson tends to break a phone every few months and we have no problem having it replaced. They were fast to deliver. It was easy to activate. Also, easy to return broken cell. I'm not too fond about having a refurbished cell in return (the only downside about this), but it does have a 1 year warranty which I feel it should be 2 years for being a refurbished cell phone.

We received a replacement phone in two days and didn't have to send the broken one in until after that so we were not without a phone. The replacement was in excellent condition - no scratches or marks that we could see. Several weeks later and we have had no issues with it. Did not receive an OEM charger with it. Since the manufacturer says only OEM chargers should be used, I think that's what should have been included but we didn't need a charger so it isn't an issue for us. Service was fast & simple. Representative was friendly and professional. She knew what she was doing, had answers to all our questions. We got exactly what we have been paying for with no hassles. Well done.

We were shocked at how quick the process was. We submitted the claim around 8pm and had a replacement phone for our 13 year old son the very next day. I would definitely recommend Asurion. We returned the damaged phone and our son is extremely happy since his phone is discontinued and he got a brand new even better phone.

Never expected to get my replacement so fast. Ordered it at 4 pm and received it by 2 pm the next day. I figured it would take at least two days. Hate to pay the deductible but that's way better than buying a new phone. Hopefully I can take better care of this one.

I called in a claim to Asurion at 7:30 PM. I filled out the easy to use claim form. I had a new replacement phone the next day at 11:30 AM. It does not get any better than that. I am very happy with the fast and easy service. It also came with a prepaid bubble envelope to send the broken phone back to them.

My phone camera lens was accidentally scratched. I requested a replacement which came the very next day with super easy instructions on how to go about replacing and reactivating the new phone. Overall, excellent customer service in an extremely timely fashion! Would of course not like to do again, but if I did, would not worry about the speed and efficiency my situation would be taken care of.

My son got his phone wet and it stopped working. We had the warranty for it so started a claim online. We got the new phone in the mail the next day with detailed instructions and a prepaid return package to send the damaged one back. Just had to put it in the mailbox! Excellent customer service!

Short and to the point, got a new phone back in 2016, got sick, threw up on new my phone (it had a case it but didn't help much). I had use my old phone in the meantime. I had started a claim but I was unable to get a replacement phone because of a growing family. Fast-forward, phone I was using was starting to not work. You guys were extremely helpful in getting me a phone that hopefully will last me several years. I went and got a life proof case so now my iPhone SE is Matthew ** proof.

This process was seamless! I went online late at night and had my new phone the next day by noon! Thank you! I also liked having it sent to my work so that nothing could happen to it. Great advice! Glad I had Asurion since I had just made my last monthly payment and my phone would be paid off. I opted for paying $149 for a new 6S and not buy a new phone with another 2 years of payments. I also went from a 16GB phone to a 32!

Second reset was the charm. First reset failed to capture latest back up so we had to go back to apple a second time. This worked fairly well other than the fact that I lost the most current contacts and messages. No way to get those back and I needed them for a project I have been working on.

Our IPad was stolen and we contacted Asurion to seek replacement. They were great. They guided us through filing a claim and approved a replacement the same day. Our cost was $199.00 which was a true bargain considering the device replacement at normal price would have been $800.00 or more. Asurion took the pain of the theft away and did it immediately. We are very glad we were insured by Asurion.

My phone was replaced and I received it in one business day so that was great. The only negative was when I first filled out the information online, it said my phone wasn't covered. But then I did a live chat and the representative checked a few things and told me I was covered. So I'm afraid if people don't persist after first response they may not be getting accurate information.

Everyone who owns a phone needs a piece of mind to have Asurion phone insurance because you never know when what oops happens. My daughter dropped her phone 1 foot off the ground. My wife’s phone slipped the phone through her purse. My son's phone fell from his hand.

We had shattered phone screen and chose to replace the phone. Asurion made it quick and easy. Had new phone in a couple of days. And they gave detailed instructions on how to transfer information from the old phone to the new. And we just needed to drop the old phone in the mail in the envelope provided.

I lost my iphone 7s in Saturday night and fill in the claim for the new phone. After go through the document and pay over internet, I got a new phone in next day. Great services and fast shipping. We received our replacement right away. Thanks for being so quick! The process was not at all complicated. All we needed to do was mail back our old tablet after filling out the online form! The deductible was also less than a store rep informed me, so that helped a lot. The only confusion was which of our chargers to use after being told to keep our original!

My son's Iphone broke, we sent it back once we received the replacement phone. The where's my iPhone is in recovery. Apple does not know how long it will take to recover and Asurion was able to note the account so that I would not be changed. Thank you Asurion.

Where do I begin? First, I filed a claim online and it gave me an error message at least a dozen times. I then called Cricket and they transferred me. After a long wait, I got a representative. So, I've been paying $7 a month for 3 years now--$252 so far per phone. After he gave me the fifth degree about what was wrong with the phone, he told that there is a $250 deductible to replace my one son's Samsung Galaxy S6. Seriously? I can buy two unlocked phones online cheaper than that! What good is insurance that you keep paying into, but your deductible is just as high as anyone else's?! What a rip-off!!

My 14 year old daughter had an issue with her cell phone that we bought from Costco. We called the insurance company to get a replacement. We were asked to return the phone first then they will evaluate and send us a replacement. I requested to speak with a supervisor as I was concerned to have my girl without a phone as she takes public transportation to school. We were informed that we can't speak with a supervisor right away we have to wait for 2 business days and we will receive a call.
We waited but no call so we called again and same scenario. We can't speak with a supervisor. They will call us back. 2 days passed by and no call so we called again and had to wait for over 2 hours. Speak with different people and they will not change their mind. We had to send the phone first. Asked if they deal with a local place so I can take the phone to get it looked at and the answer was no. Very unpleasant experience. Not a happy customer. My daughter safety is at stake. Worse company ever.

My phone was broken on Thursday and I had filed a claim online and went back to it later in the afternoon fully prepared order a new device. When I got there to order the new device it popped up on the screen that there was an option that I could just get the phone screen repaired at a lower cost. I chose to go for the lower-cost option of $29 and they scheduled me an appointment for the very next day Friday, February 1 at 9 AM. Friday rolls around and at 8:45 AM I get a call from the technician company saying that they do not have the parts to fix my phone and I needed to call ASURION to reschedule.
This was already an inconvenience to me as I move things around to have that appointment and I was shocked that the two companies that are in business together don’t communicate better and they expect the customer to do their job for them. I called Sherry on and was on the phone for about 45 minute. One representative that I need to just order a new phone and they don’t offer the service that I’m talking about. She didn’t comprehend that I was upset because just the day prior I was offered a service allowed to pay for service and had an appointment scheduled for said service and the next day was told that it wasn’t available to me and I couldn’t wrap my mind around that.
She passed the call up to a clean resolution specialist who went ahead and made me another appointment for a screen repair on Monday at 9 AM. Monday rolls around and I receive a text message saying they do not have the part for my phone again. I called ASURION today Tuesday 2/6/2018 and explain to them how inconvenient and unprofessional this makes them look. I have been a faithful customer, I always pay my bill and on time and to add salt to the wound I have never even used my insurance for any repair devices and the first time I need to it is a huge deal in such an inconvenience.
My fingers are cut up from the broken glass on the screen. I have small children. That’s why I chose the repair option that was scheduled for the next business day. They have tried not at all to resolve my issue with their business practice of selling a service. They do not have the immediate ability to offer and no idea when it will be available - yet they took my money and scheduled me not one but TWO appointments. I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone was very helpful, but the find my iPhone got reactivated after we returned it. Warn people that can be happen and where they need to go on your website to check and how to turn it off instead of sending out negative emails about charging them money for something they did before shipping the device.

After smashing my phone while on a weekend getaway, a new phone was delivered to my house by Monday afternoon. Very satisfied with the service. However, I did not read the fine print on the insurance agreement and thought the deductible was a bit high (about half the cost of the phone).

My grandson dropped a christmas ornament on his screen and smashed it. Asurion had his tablet replaced the next day! Great service! It was easy to file a claim, over the phone or online. The customer service people are very friendly and very helpful. I would (and do) have insurance on all my devices with them. There are deductibles, but it is so much better than having to pay a full replacement price!

I called about replacing my phone. The lady was so very helpful and answered any questions I had. She even added a phone case, home charger and headset. Submitting a claim for a lost phone was very easy, and the replacement phone was sent overnight on the same day. My only quibble was that, although the phone came sealed in the original Apple packaging (instead of a reman. pkg.), the package was shipped loose in the shipping box such that it rattled around inside. I would have expected the Apple package to at least be cushioned with bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts or crumpled shipping paper. Apparently the phone was no worse for the wear, though.

All was received, did show some crazy stuff when it was restoring, so I tried calling the 888 number but never got to an actual person. It just kept trying to give me the tracking number for the cellphone and no actual support on the device. But device seems to be working fine.

Great service. Claimed on Friday, received on Saturday. The only thing is that I feel if you pay for replacement it should be a new one not a refurbished. Insurance should be new replacement. How can you be sure that the refurbished one will not fail. That’s all I have to say.

Replaced iPhone, fast and easy. Need to upgrade the directions in package, need to be way more specific. I had to conference them in while talking to my father. Their response to my sim card issue was "Go to a Verizon store and have them do it". Well when your closest verizon store is an hour away it's a little ridiculous. :) So I suggest you upgrade your instructions. ALSO they do not send you a new phone, the replacement I have does not charge well.

I dropped and ruined my phone on a trip out of town, and Asurion was able to ship my replacement directly to my hotel so I could be productive immediately the next day, without having to wait until I came back home to Oklahoma. I had used your insurance for years until my iPhone 5c got damaged. So an average of $11 X 12 months X 10 years I should’ve gotten a replacement but your company wanted me to pay a deductible for the same price as a new one. I felt beyond robbed. This time I had to pay off the phone despite it was a malfunction from updates. I now have insurance again but it took over 3 days to get it. Escalated calls to the carrier, but was just put in the front of the line for the same dance with Asurion.
Requested that they return my deductible, which they said that they could not do. Being out the cash wasn't the most painful part, as it's diddly to the wasted time waiting for the repair tech and the time on the phone with CS. Filed a complaint for a refund of the deductible as well as my time and changed carriers. The new carrier uses Square Trade, which I have never had an issue with on repairs. It has been my training that a person remembers a good CS experience about 11-14 days, a bad one for about 3-5 years. I still tell the story of the brand new 1991 Honda Accord I bought from University Honda in Davis, CA and when I took it in for a factory defect. Short story is I ended up buying 4 more cars from Mel Rapton Honda in Sacramento after the CS experience I had with the Service Manager at University Honda... I think the frustration level over the Asurion experience is higher than that.

The battery life is terrible. Immediately after I received phone Verizon called offering that I had an upgrade. Convenient for you and them. WiFi on this phone terrible where other phone worked fine. This phone looks nicer but works terribly. Now I know why I buy directly from Apple. Refurbished phones are just that. I thought they were supposed to work. What an unpleasant expensive experience this has been.

The only complaint I have is the deductible amount for the phone. Seems kind of steep for age of the phone but have no choice to pay it to get working phone. In these days of getting a new phone every so often doesn't seem right to penalize those that like the phone they had and want to keep the same.

The customer service was great. The claim process in general was a bit lengthy and more difficult than I thought it was going to be. I had to submit my claim at least 3 times before it got accepted. My daughter's screen on her phone cracked. We paid the deductible in addition to the monthly charge we've been paying for 1 1/2 years. The phone they replaced it with failed within a couple months, which they replaced. That replacement was defective upon arrival and they did replace it but then sent it back along with a $529 charge added to her bill saying she had dismantled the device. She is 19 and doesn't even know how to put the SIM card in. The device was never opened. I tried escalating and there was no one that I could talk with to explain the situation to get this resolved. I would never, ever use this service again. Much better off getting screen repairs or even a refurbed phone from some place else.

Very simply, I dropped my screen and it cracked. I contacted Asurion and a repairman (Ted, I think) came exactly when scheduled. He was polite and thorough and a delight, but about a week after he had repaired my phone, I again dropped my phone and the screen this time came off completely. I called Asurion, talked to very helpful representatives and got an entirely new phone for free. The process was always easy and the prices were fair. Highly recommend to anyone who has phone problems.

The micro-usb port stopped working with every cable I tried and would also no longer charge. The phone was less than a year old so I I tried to take it back to the store but they basically told me to use the insurance so I filed a claim. The replacement phone was delivered the next day (a Saturday!) and I had no problems switching over to the replacement. My replacement was up and working in no time.

Purchased LG 7100-60 TV and Asurion 4 year protection plan through AFFES online 19 Dec 2014. Filed a claim for repairs for no picture, no sound 29 Dec 2017. Repair tech picked up TV 3 Jan 2018. He has been the only person to contact me throughout the lengthy repair process. Not one person from Asurion or AFFES has initiated contact with me. He stated that normally he has a TV repaired within 3 to 10 days. Because he is under contract with Asurion he must get their approval on each repair part needed on a step by step basis. This process coupled with in transit parts' shipping delays the entire repair timeline.
On 27 Jan 2018 the repair tech notified me that the 2nd motherboard that was shipped to him did not fix the TV and he would send in notification informing Asurion of the failure. I then called AFFES protection plan and spoke to a supervisor named Natalie. I asked what happens next after having gone 24 days without my TV. She said that my claim would be handed over to a resolution team office and that I would be contacted within 3 business days (NLT COB 31 Jan 2018) as to whether I would be offered a comparable TV to my satisfaction or a full refund of the original purchase price of $1249.00. By 3:15 on 31 Jan 2018 I had not received any contact from the resolution team so I called to find out what was happening.
To my surprise I was informed that their technical team advisor believed that the two previous motherboards where suspect faulty from the factory so they ordered another board which is suppose to arrive at the repair shop today 1 Feb 2018, assuming the repair tech can install it today. Now I am without a TV a total of 29 days with a possibility of three more business days before the resolution team office makes another determination as to how they’re going to proceed. THIS process could be as late as COB 7 Feb 2018 which will put me at 36 days without a TV.
It is midday and I am waiting to hear from the repair tech as to the results of the latest repair attempt. I felt assured that purchasing an Asurion protection plan was the prudent thing to do at time of purchase. I did some research and even discussed the merit and quality of Asurion's plan with a customer rep from AFFES before I made my final purchase. Convinced I made the right decision then, but now I am not a happy camper. I feel Asurion does not care about their customer's inconvenience of having to do without. This is way too lengthy of an attempted repair process and I am not satisfied. I shall await word from both the repair tech and/or Asurion's reps. The service was amazing. I called the toll free number and the representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gathered all my info and advised that I should receive a new phone in a couple of days. She described the new phone in great detail. I am very happy with this service.

You were awesome at getting a replacement phone out to my son, plus wonderful on the phone taking care of the transaction. I appreciate that I was able take care of the replacement request as my son was on his college campus when he lost his phone. Glad our Verizon account is in my name, but again, very happy that it was all taken care of as quickly and painlessly as it was.

Within 48 hours of filling out a claims form, I received another phone. I am very pleased with the service. Paperwork (via computer) was easy to complete, not very time consuming, and I received feedback every step of the way. Overall a great experience.

My teenage son lost his phone during a basketball tournament and we couldn't find it anywhere. Called Verizon to see if the could help find it through the find my phone app and that didn't work. They directed me to Asurion and my experience was awesome. Phone was replaced quickly with little questions asked. Actually brought to my front door.

I had a really good experience with Asurion, claim was easy to fill, delivery unfortunately crossed with a weekend and New Year so I had to wait 3 days to get my replacement device. I honestly feel like my replacement device doesn’t have the same battery efficiency compared to my stolen phone but it works. It was also really sad that I couldn’t get the same phone color as the one I had. Other than those details my experience with Asurion was good.

Lost my first iPad at home (I think it was stolen but am unable to prove it, thus I shouldn’t falsely accuse). This one came right away after I paid the deductible. Thank you, it is amazing I love the new one, wish I didn’t lose the old one. Now I use my iPad to maintain my spot on the server I rent www.cjb.tokyo.

My daughter’s phone was physically damaged and Asurion was able to replace her phone the next day. They also provided wonderful customer service. The ability to ship the old phone back was simple, no hassle. We were also given the option to get the phone repaired locally, which is great for simple repairs.

How is it possible you want me to troubleshoot a broken phone you sent? So now I am tech support after paying approx. $396 insurance for three years, then another $150 at your request to get a "new" phone which is really refurbished from the garbage dumps in Korea I am quite sure. As soon as I started the phone it had a loud SIZZINGLY SOUND on the camera like it was going to blow-up. ALL volume goes high after press one time and blasts you out. If this is not poor customer service, I don't know what is. RIP-OFF CITY!!

Everyone is always very helpful, and efficient in getting us a replacement phone right away. I have had amazing customer service every time I have called. They are always very pleasant and helpful. The devices that are given for replacement always come with easy directions. I have had no problems trying to get them figured out.

Very helpful explaining the process for getting a replacement phone for my lost/stolen one this past December. The only complaint was the first refurbished phone's volume did not work so we had to go through the process a second time. The overnight delivery was great on both occasions. We however, were not expecting to receive a used refurbished phone.

I received a placement phone very quickly and it was easy to activate. The replacement phone has been working great and was in good condition when I received it. People with Asurion were pleasant to talk to on the phone when I needed assistance. The phone even came with a charger which was better than the one I had used previously. I would recommend to other that they insure their phone.

I took out the insurance policy and they did not stand by it. My screen broke and I need a replacement. They want me to return the whole phone and pay the higher deductible because they didn't have the part. That is not acceptable. Also they couldn't replace the phone with the same color. I told them to replace the glass, that, their authorize center does have the part. They told me no. I told them Google has the part. They said no. This is ridiculous. I live in a NYC vicinity and they could not replace the glass on the Google Pixel 2 because the part was not available.

My son's phone started 'glitching'. Call Asurion, was given instructions to mail old phone. New phone arrived within 2 business days. Asurion notified me in writing that the original phone for replacement was received. Charges were explained and deductible for new phone was paid at the time of the call.

I never knew this could be so easy! Asurion had a replacement at my door before 24 hours! The return was just as easy with the enclosed postage paid envelope! I will always have this insurance. You can be certain that your same device will be replaced within 24 hours. The deductible is MUCH cheaper than replacing your phone at a retail price. Thank you Asurion.

After calling in and completing my claim, I was informed my current phone was out of stock and that it’d be a couple weeks before Asurion would get any in. The representative was very helpful in laying out my options. In the end I was able to get an IPhone 7 Plus and I haven’t had any problems with my “new” device. I had to replace my phone and that went fine - except the replacement didn't work. I got a second replacement and now everything is fine. No hassles, phones arrived quickly, minimal time contacting Asurion to set everything up. The only advice would be to let people know not to call from the phone with the issue. That would have saved me some time and aggravation but overall I am pleased.

Most of the people I had to deal with were wonderful except the first one. She totally lied to me. It was like she was using a scare tactic. I really didn't need that kind of stress, since I have been recovering from breast cancer surgery. But of course she had no idea, however she should have never lied about the policies. But after her all other CSR's were wonderful.

Asurion replaced an iPhone 7 Plus with a shattered screen for me. The service was swift and excellent. The customer service representative was very helpful in expediting my claim. I would recommend insuring your phone with Asurion. The cost of replacing an iPhone 7plus without insurance would have been far more had I not had the phone insured.

I ordered a replacement phone for my daughter on 12/21. Asurion did not have her phone in stock. They told me they could not give us any other phone model besides the exact one she was replacing. THE PHONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 22 DAYS!!!! Completely unacceptable and Asurion did not do the job they promised to do - which was provide a replacement phone. Customer service did not care and did not offer any other replacement device. I paid for a service from this company that I did not receive. I also paid for 22 days of phone service when my daughter didn't even have a phone. Awful!

More than the best of reassurance whenever my first phone y'all sent me didn't work correctly immediately send me another phone. Help me get it going and also had difficulty with returns they were more than helpful in helping me out. One of the phones is returned in the wrong card and they were more than helpful to reassure me that things would be okay and the phones would make it.

I am very impressed with how quickly I received my replacement phone. I placed my claim around 10 PM on a Friday night and had my phone by 10:30 AM the next morning. This was done in a very quick fashion. I am very happy with this service in replacing a damaged phone. This is a good insurance to have for replacing broken phones. The replacement fee is a tad high, I think for the first year it should be free. This phone shattered from being out in the cold and then going into the heated room for this person to warm up.

Phone stopped working and it Was replaced at a net cost to me of $100.00. Hardly worth the cost of insurance coverage over the past several years when I could have purchased one off the net for less total money. I won't make that mistake again.

Received replacement phone quickly with easy to follow instructions for transfer of data from damaged phone. Placed damaged phone in mail and sent it back. Very easy and straightforward. Only thing that wasn't clear was the sim card. Whether to use the new one in the new phone or transfer the sim card from the damaged one to the new one. We worked it out.

I accidentally broke the screen on my iPad and Asurion could not replace the screens they replaced the iPad with a new one. When they offered to replace it with a new one, it sounded too good to be true. I usually say no but decided to agree with the exchange. This all took place in Less than 48 hours. Far exceeded my expectations. We are still carrying the insurance.

I bent my phone which caused the sim tryna to bend and made the phone unable to get consistent service, sometimes resulting long periods of disconnection. However, I went to the Verizon store, and they recommended that I replace my phone so we filed a claim and received a new phone the next day. Overall, it was easy to file a claim and the phone came very promptly.

I had an issue with a screen repair that didn't come to my attention till a few weeks after. It was a major issue that I was willing to take part responsibility for being that it's something one would have noticed beforehand.
