    Initially the process was a little rocky. I had called in multiple time regarding my screen that was replaced incorrectly (I presume) by one of your tech. I was unable to log into the screen to complete your repair steps. After the 3-4th call some was able to help and the phone was replaced.     Although you guys didn't have my phone anymore you guys issued me the newer version to compensate for not having my phone which I didn't ever think would happen. You guys exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to provide me with a even better phone. Although the price is pretty hefty it was worth it. I just recommend you guys add the screen replacement for Google pixels as well.     While placing groceries in the trunk of my car, my phone fell and cracked. After a couple of days I couldn't get any type of service on the phone, not even the screen would appear. I contacted Asurion and they told me the process to go through to get my phone replaced. For a small fee (compared to the price of the phone) I sent another phone and was back in business 24 hours later.     Phone prices keep increases. It's better to have the insurance for those moments when your device is damaged, and especially when you still owe payments on it. It does not snow often in Houston. I'm not happy that the price is going up monthly, but at least the deductible is going down some.

    My iPad Pro was stolen. Fortunately, I discovered this fact fast enough that I was able to find the device using Apple's 'find my phone' app and was able to have the device erased. Asurion's online process was simple and easy to do. My device was no longer being manufactured, so Asurion said they were replacing it with the newest iPad Pro, the 2nd generation model, which also had twice the storage memory as my original.

    Asurion didn't have any samples of the iPad Pro 2.0, so it was backordered. They kept me updated for the week or so it took them to get one for me via progress emails. When they procured one, they overnighted it to me, and it arrived on a Saturday. I was very impressed and satisfied with how Asurion handled my case, especially getting me a newer model than I had, doubling the storage space, and that they overnighted the device to me.

    Instructions a bit confusing, but it worked, you cannot clear your old phone if you turn off Find iPhone first, I turned off Find My iPhone then sent phone. Back then read further that you should clear the phone was on the phone with iCloud for a while.

    Iphone 6 replacement - I received my new iPhone very quickly but the first one that they gave me had an internal problem and couldn’t get service so I got another one (my current one) and when I got I realized that there was a lot of light coming through the area between the screen and the casing and it turns out that the screen is almost coming off because of how bad of a job they did refurbishing the phone they gave me.     Today I woke up and my screen wasn't responding to inputs. It would light up and I could see what I wanted to open, but it wouldn't allow me to open anything. I just received this latest phone 2 days ago and had that phone for about 3 weeks and before that phone I had the initial replacement phone for less than 24 hrs before it stopped working. I went to Asurion's page and opened up the Chat window to be greeted by Valerie. I explained this situation to her stating I sent my last replacement phone in the mail yesterday and she apologized for the inconvenience. She stated that another phone would be sent out in 1-2 days. I then asked why should I believe that this next phone would work. She stated that these refurbished phones were tested and cleared for use. She stated that a new phone would be sent out as long as the account holder sent in verifiable information and gave me a list of what was needed.

    I explained to her that this requested information was sent in last week and that she should just use that because the account holder has better things to do than to send in the same information from last week. She stated that there was no way around this policy and that she is sorry for the inconvenience. I then told her that the account holder would not be submitting new documentation because of how recent the latest claim took place. She once again stated there is no way around this policy and apologized for the inconvenience. And ended the chat without completing my claim. I filled out the survey after the chat ended and requested a transcript of the chat. I have yet to receive that transcript.

The tech was not able to get the phone working and we had to contact Asurion again. They again sent a refurbished phone, but again there were problems, the warranted another phone call to Asurion. This time a new phone was sent. So far this phone has been fine and works great. I appreciate all the help I received.

    2 yrs ago my cell phone died during the intense heat storm we were having here. The screen was not cracked but there wasn't any picture. I used Asurion to get a new phone replacement. The first phone overheated upon charging. Got a second. The second phone was fine until I got a new car and discovered that the Bluetooth did not work. I was in the process of getting that resolved when I went on a Medical Mission to Ecuador. During the trip my phone was lost/stolen. I contacted them via the Verizon website and they sent a replacement.

    I just received the replacement and it came without a SIM card slot. How does one use a phone without a SIM card carrier. Called Asurion, they are sending me another phone but had to take a credit card just in case I don't return the one that is not usable. In the fine print, they are not obligated to give you a new phone, just one in equal value. I had a Samsung 7, but it had all the part. I attached the phone right out of the box. So far I have not gotten a fully functioning phone from them and am very frustrated. We shall see.

    As my iPhone stopped working due to some software issues I recently used Asurion insurance claim to get a replacement. They sent me a certified device instead of a new one and said that they didn't promise to give me a new phone and the customer support were very rude. When I said I didn't want to use that phone & will send it back, they said they will charge me the $112 deductible anyway. All this service when I'm paying $33/month for insurance. This is the worst service ever. I'm never going to use their service again.

    I got a replacement (iPhone 6 Plus) from Asurion April 2016. The phone started having lot of issues. The WiFi stopped working and recently phone constantly flickers making the phone totally unusable. I had taken the phone to Apple and they claimed that Asurion did not use genuine Apple parts and won’t provide a replacement phone. I tried calling up Asurion and they argued that I signed up agreement with them that makes them use fake Apple parts. I am not aware of signing up documents with them.     Two weeks after we replaced our broken iPhone, the replacement phone stopped working so Asurion agreed to give me a refund for the deductible back, if I sent them the replacement phone back.     After filing a claim for my iPhone 6 and refiling four more times to Asurion and paying for the insurance even at this date, I am told that I need to pay a deductible of $149.00. This deductible has got up from $89.00. The complaint is that Asurion has the most incompetent people I have ever spoken to. I recommend that no one should insure an iPhone through them. First you buy a phone for $600.00 plus. Pay almost the $600.00 and be charged almost $150.00 deductible. Why have insurance at all. This is my experience, others may have more or less of a problem with Asurion. I recommend that consumers look up on the internet to see if there are more complaints.

    I found paperwork very easy online for the claim. When the phone arrived something wasn’t right and Asurion answered after hours to help my daughter. When it was made clear that the phone was broken, they sent a new one. A surprisingly positive experience. I would definitely recommend to someone else.

    Received replacement phone timely. Very happy with this quick response to the claim. I had some difficulty with finishing the claim process. I'm not sure what was not doing correctly. Was able to finish claim request and received the replacement phone in 24 hours. Returned phone with cracked screen. Replacement phone is functioning fine. Pleased with service. Just feel the deductible for a cracked screen was high. I understand this may be changed. Just not before our claim.
