Asurion sent my replacement phone immediately upon my request. I received it the next business day. The replacement package included everything needed to set up my new phone, including a new sim card, new charger, and new protective case. The instructions were so simple that I was able to transfer all of my old data, pictures, and apps to the new phone without assistance from the Tech Dept. Awesome Service.

They tried to repair my iPhone 7 red and instead of fixing it they ** broke it cause they are **. They gave me some iPhone 7 with broke speakers, many little cracks and lots of scratches even on the camera. Do not trust this phone repair company and they do not know what the ** they are doing.

Service was easy and efficient. When I called, I was immediately connected to a customer service rep who walked me through the whole process step by step. The new phone arrived VERY quickly. I was impressed with the speed and ease of service. My only complaint was the cost, but that was on Verizon. It was not explained to me when I purchased the service that there was a deductible. Still very much worth the low monthly fee.

Dropped the phone and cracked the case. The sent me a brand new one and the prepaid envelope to mail the old one back to them. All I had to spend was $199 for the deductible and they were great! I've always kept insurance o my phone, but was wondering why I paid for it since I've never used it before. Now I know why.

My son accidentally closed a car door on his phone. Asurion sent us a new phone within 24 hours after approval of the claim. The claim process was easy and most of the customer service reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely keep the insurance on our phones!

Great service, helpful call center. I was amazed how quickly the whole process took. And when I had to return the replacement phone because the battery died within 3 hours, there was no hassle canceling the order so I could buy a new phone. GREAT COMPANY ACTUALLY WANTED TO HELP WITHOUT ANY HASSLE. Please stay that way.

A teenager dropped his phone hard, and the screen cracked, becoming dysfunctional. Getting a replacement through Asurion was very easy and fast -- super user-friendly procedure. It couldn't be easier. I am very happy that I had decided to go with full insurance through Asurion. I had been on the fence about it, but the ease of replacement makes it very worthwhile, especially with a teenager on the phone plan.

It was an easy process when I was dealing with this. Wish the deductible was lower, but it is what it is. Converting the old phone with the new phone was a little tricky, but it worked out. The instruction that they send you can be a little confusing so make sure you read them carefully.

After having my phone stolen they went through amazing measures to make sure that I wasn't scamming. They sent my phone out fast so I was able to reconnect with everything again. They made sure that I didn't have to wait too long to get my phone. They were very nice when talking with them.

So I called before I started my phone claim to explain the issue with my phone. I went through with the claim to repair my screen and paid the $29...great! Wrong. The day after they got my phone they emailed, not called, to tell me to contact them. I didn't see it until the next day. I called and they proceeded to tell me my phone couldn't be repaired, I had to replace it for an additional $170 or they send me my phone back minus the 29 I already paid. Safe to say I was LIVID! Had they told me that I wouldn't of bothered. I could of gotten my screen replaced here for half the price for replacement! After this experience I will wholeheartedly be cancelling my service through Asurion. I'd rather pay Samsung, way better customer service and at least I have better options for them to come to me to replace my phone so I'm not unnecessarily out of money! I say again Asurion, YOU SUCK!!!

My son broke his phone on 3/5/17, so on 3/6/17 I filed a claim. Just so happens that Asurion's new price plan was to go into effect on 3/6/17, how convenient for me. When I got to the check out though, instead of being charged the new price of $89, I was charged $149. When I called to discuss this with someone in their customer care department, they said the price was effective for when the phone broke. So beware folks - do not say your phone broke prior to the new prices effective date.
In addition to that, I have gone through the book that they sent regarding their policy and nowhere does it say it is in effect for the day the phone sustained damage. That's fine, money wasn't the issue but rather the company's integrity - of which they have none when it comes to customer service. Ultimately, they lose in the end, as I have found another phone insurance company (SquareTrade) to sign up with for less, and I will tell everyone I know of my experience with Asurion. One more thing, my son is 15 and breaks his phone often, so to honor their new price plan, would have benefited them in the end.

I recently needed to use my insurance policy to replace an iPhone that was damaged. Asurion reviewed and processed my claim in minutes and I had a new phone delivered the next day. The service rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Asurion to anyone who has an iPhone. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do, I will look forward to the service. Outstanding service!

My phone quit taking a charge. Went to Verizon store. They did all the stuff for me. New phone arrived in 1 or 2 days at my home. All very easy and the return was easy. Everything all filled out sent out in the mail box. The process was very simple.

Tablet charging port broke. Quick replacement of device. Filled out online, chose my replacement and two days later a new tablet was at my door with a new SIM card and charger, did not have to call and haggle or turn in several pictures. Came with a return envelope to send the old one back.

I had to pay for a phone that should have been covered 100%. I was told that $150 is better than $500. I pay for insurance and should not have to pay any out of pocket. The phone was also under warranty which wasn't even acknowledged. The process was difficult and aggravating.

I recently filed a claim with Asurion. The claim was approved but the phone I am replacing is on backorder. Their solution was to wait 3-5 days for the backordered phone (which is unacceptable), or take a downgraded phone (which is also unacceptable). I called Verizon and there was no shortage of the phones. They had plenty available. Asurion alluded that I could purchase the phone and be reimbursed for the price less the deductible. However, they refuse to allow me that option. I am paying a monthly insurance premium and will have to pay a $200 deductible to have my phone replaced and not get a phone for 3-5 days unless I want a downgraded phone. What a rip off.

Initial call to have the original phone returned no help, even after told them that there was files/pictures/text needed. After talking with a VP the phone was returned, so info could be retrieved. The VP made sure that when phone arrived at your recovery point, it would be returned back to me, allowing me to have the required info retrieved.

My Husband phone screen came away from the phone and moisture got into it and quit working. Your service was fast and a easy process to follow to get the replacement. And everything was there to send the damage phone back. Your responses in email let me know exactly when to expect the phone and that you got the returned phone. I dropped and shattered the glass on my phone. The tech who came to my home could not replace it since the back was also cracked. I then had to order a refurbished phone which arrived very quickly (next day). However, the replacement phone's microphone did not work. I had to order another phone which, again arrived next day. I then had to return 2 phones. No problems so far. I would suggest that before shipping out a replacement it is checked out by a technician so it doesn't have to be done twice. Otherwise, very pleased.

I received my replacement phone very quickly after filing my claim. I had cracked my screen and it wasn't able to be repaired because it's one of the newest phones. Very happy with my replacement phone. Only thing I wish is that the deductible wasn't so high, considering that I pay a monthly fee and never had to file a claim before in the 12 years I've been with Verizon.

I have been through nine refurbished phones and three times had to have extra phones sent because the "new" refurbished ones were faulty out of the gate. Verizon is evil. I got multiples to send back again and all Verizon does is okay games. I want a lawyer.

Thank you for asking. I was initially upset when I received the first replacement device because it was way smaller than the original device. I had Sony Z2 Tablet. I had to pay $149. Was a small 8” Samsung Tablet. I called customer service to see what my options were or to wait for a larger replacement. You all took my concern into account and replaced my defective device with something comparable. I still had to pay $149 a second time. I hope you credited back the first payment. Thank you, I was not disappointed.

They sent my replacement phone the next day, and I was super happy it came when it did. I have a growing baby that I often have to video chat with her father, and because Asurion makes it extremely easy to file a claim, I was able to get my replacement phone before any more of my screen was to break and injure her.

Easy Claim and No hassle questions ask, and met customer highly Satisfy. The replacements units come pretty fast. The only concern is delivery or courier service did not given the customer signature just leave the replacement package outside the door and knock the door once then left. This day so many thief stealing package from the people front door. So if your company requests customer signature, then the deliverer did not do their job correctly. Hope Your company should enforce the delivery (UPS) or (FedEx) Carrier more profession. That all.

The website was a little sketchy when it came to finalizing and paying... it kept taking the card info, saying there was a problem with the claim, and sending me back to try again. I contacted “chat support” and yay! Got it finalized and done. This was time consuming and no one likes getting to the “enter your card” phase, entering it and being booted because it was showing on my account as a pending transaction BUT the CSR assured me we were good and it would only take my funds once, and that was correct, the other authorizations fell off. The phone is good so we are happy???

My phone screen was cracked severely. Opted to have the phone replaced because there was no guarantee the phone would be waterproofed after repaired. The phone arrived very quickly it was as good as a new one. I was very satisfied with the entire process. I would definitely recommend Asurion to my friends.

After several attempts to file a claim eventually everything was completed and the claim was finally resolved. I would recommend Asurion to anyone. I was quite satisfied with the outcome but was frustrated at the beginning but that was not the fault of Asurion; but Verizon Wireless paperwork. The cell phone 423-544-9896 under my account 423-605-3558 was damaged during a motorcycle accident. Asurion replaced the damaged phone and sent me a postage paid envelope to send in the damaged phone. Service was satisfactory. The local staff at Verizon was very helpful as well. I would recommend Asurion to my friends and family.

Lost my phone and my insurance company sent me another one. It's a Samsung note 4. I was glad I had insurance because it was only 149.00. Without insurance it would have been way more and I couldn't afford it at this time. I will continue to cover my phones with insurance. Thank again.

Going on my 5th replacement iPhone in 1 month - I will say I am very pleased with the speed of the replacement phones they are sending me. The bad news is it takes me 3 to 5 hours to get the replacement iPhone 6+ 64gb set up, only to find there is something wrong with it. My first replacement phone kept giving a message “no Sim” and I had to turn the phone off and back on in order to activate the Sim card. See photos. I took screenshots when I got the message about No SIM card while using the phone. You will see my current Replacement #4 iPhone is active with a SIM so I could show the dates, times, and frequency of the disappearing SIM card. One is a screenshot of a text I tried to send before I realized the SIM card had “disappeared” and in upper left you see the NO SIM indicator.
The 2nd replacement iPhone camera did not focus well enough to deposit a check. Big problem for me. At that point, Asurion apologized for the trouble and offered me an upgrade to iPhone 7 128gb. I really didn’t want a 7, but they had me at 128gb!! After 5 days and several phone conversations where I was told it was hard to hear me or understand what I was saying, I realized this replacement #3 was the problem. Asurion could tell when I called, and they sent me a 4th iPhone right away. I guess I’d complained too much... I was downgraded back to the 6+ 64gb, but I realized I really like the larger screen.
Replacement phone number 4 got extremely hot during the restore and while I was using it. The other phones got quite warm but not like this one. I took it to an AT&T store twice, to let them actually FEEL it. Both times they were busy with other customers and after 20 minutes I left. I was told the refurbished replacement phones have a 1-year warranty so I asked for a copy of the warranty. They are mailing it via snail mail. Really?
I’ve been paying $8.99/mo for insurance for 34 months, and never had a claim ($305 to date). Asurion is requiring me to send them my original iPhone 6+, which had been typing double characters, not zooming entire screen, and seeming to not be recognized when I was on a call and had to press 1 for English (etc. etc) no matter how many times I’d press the number, or enter my Zip code or whatever. Probably a screen issue that could be fixed for $100 (I’m now realizing). Asurion is billing me a $112 deductible!! for an old model iPhone that I can probably buy for $200 now, and NONE of the 4 replacements have worked properly!
I told the Asurion rep I want my insurance premiums refunded, along with the $112 they added to my February bill, and I’ll just get my original phone repaired or buy a reliable refurbished iPhone. All the reps have been VERY polite and as helpful as they can be. Therefore I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. I agreed to ONE MORE replacement phone 3/2/18. Please send me a decent iPhone!

My Grandson's phone was stolen at school. I gave the school a few days to investigate, no luck. I went online, did the claim, paid the deductible and the phone was there in 24hrs. My grandson was so happy. Thank you for making the replacement process so easy. For a 14 year old, not having his phone was worse than punishment.

I submitted a claim online and sent the documents required but had a little trouble with your communication loop and whether you actually got them or not. I had to resubmit them again, and once that was done, it was a timely process and shipment of my phone by your company.

How many hoops does Asurion make you jump through to get a replacement on a refurbished replacement phone that you pay $150 for? Well...I spoke to Andy, Nikki, Lisa, Kristin, and Nikeisha today, while on vacation. Each person had their own level of competency and none were consistent. First phone call, verifying that I was allowed to be talking about my own account. Never mind that my name is on the bill. She literally wouldn't let me talk about my own account and transferred me to Verizon. I hung up and redialed the same number only to find out that the next person could find my name...
Second call, this guy had me download the new iOS, which of course took 30 minutes so he asked me to hang up and call later because he had better things to do. I even told him I was at a ski lodge and not connected to fast wifi. Third call, she told me to go to an Apple store or connect my phone to a computer and restore it to factory settings. Since I'm on vacation up in the boonies, that was nearly impossible. I know exactly what's wrong with my phone...it has the same touch disease that my last iPhone 6 Plus had.
Fourth call, I restored it to factory settings with a borrowed computer in the ski lodge and this lady didn't even ask if I restored it. Didn't seem to care! Just proves that they like to make you jump through hoops according to how they feel. But, since I'm on vacation she let me know that it would take 24 hours for the verification process on sending it to another address...even though I could verify that I was the owner on the account right then. This mysterious verification process is a must. Hmmm.
Fifth call, verification process and I should be receiving the phone! (We'll see!) I spent about six hours to get a replacement phone because the refurbished iPhone 6 Plus also has the TOUCH DISEASE that Asurion acted like they had never heard of this problem before. Just google Time magazine iFixit.org Apple support pages and see what a huge problem. Asurion is awful and they were awful the first time I called to get a replacement iPhone 6 Plus. Paperwork, emails, phone calls. That took a few days and now they send me a refurbished lemon and waste even more of my time. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for suggesting Asurion.

I am happy with the ease and quickness of reporting and receiving my replacement phone. My only negative comment is that the phone I received has a glitch that has not self-corrected even after updated and restarting the phone. It automatically reverts to "Speaker Phone" mode when I make an outgoing call. Even if I turn off speaker mode while it's ringing, as soon as the recipient answers it immediately goes back to speaker mode. I've jolted my eardrums a couple times until I realized what was happening, and now I just have to pay attention each time I make a call.

My experience was painless. It was very easy to get the ball rolling. I signed on to the website that is very easy to navigate through. Asurion mailed me a replacement phone, I mailed it back in the provided envelope. It was fast and I am very satisfied. When they received the phone I was notified.Thank you Asurion!

Super convenient and painless! It was very quick and easy to receive refurbished devices that looked like new. To return our old devices, we just had to take out the Sim cards and a battery, and send them back with postage-paid envelopes through the USPS. I highly recommend this service.

Our water pipes froze and busted in a house that we purchased only 6 months prior. We called and made a claim with Asurion. The process when very well in getting the repairs done and the house back to usable condition. The only suggestion I would suggest would be a suggested plumbers list. We were new to the area and the closest town was 40 miles away that had plumbers available. We did not mind using the yellow pages, but it would have been nice to be able to pick from quality plumbers in the area instead of having to go with whoever we could find. The customer service person was very helpful. My only critique would be that I am authorized on "My Verizon" account to make changes, however, when I called Asurion, they said I was not authorized. Otherwise, I got my new cell within a day and was ready to go. The postage paid envelope made it easy.

I had dropped my new phone that I got for Christmas and cracked the corner of it. Thankfully my husband purchased the Asurion insurance when he purchased my phone. We called the number on the card, answered a few questions, and in days I had a "new" phone delivered to my home. Asurion even sent an envelope with a paid stamp to send the old one back in. It was an easy process, great customer service. A lesson learned for all, buy the insurance on your phone when offered, it was totally worth it.

The screen on my Google Pixel got broken. The replacement came very quickly and easily. I have had no problem with the replacement. Sending the broken phone back was no muss no fuss. I don't understand why the screen protectors don't protect the screen. My phone fell off the seat of my car and cracked. That was the second time. I am kind of disappointed these phones are so fragile. I thought it would be more durable. Buy another refurbished phone. You can say this phone is paid for. No it's not. So bummer. Oh well I love the phone but it has to be handled with care. I horseback ride so I will have to figure what to do to protect it.

Daughter dropped phone and it quit working. Contacted Asurion and they quickly helped replace the phone with little delay and quicker than I thought possible. Great service and helpful all the way. The insurance is worth every penny that it costs and the proof was in the replacement of the exact phone insured.

I dropped my Droid Maxx and contacted my provider for the insurance I carry on my phone. They put me in contact with Asurion. The person I spoke with was very helpful and gave me options to repair or replace my phone. I opted to replace phone. Arrived in 2 days. Been great from there.

Needed new phone. Mine fell in toilet on a field trip with 200 8th graders to Disneyland. :-) You responded very quickly and I was back in business. I have Cricket Wireless and they offer insurance through Asurion. My Galaxy S6 failed today, and having paid for the insurance for the last 3 years figured I'd file a claim and get it replaced. Asurion said the deductible for the claim is $250 and I'd receive a refurbished device. You can get a new Galaxy S6 for $220 and refurbished ones for $130-160. Their support didn't care and wouldn't help with the exorbitant deductible despite their site saying, "Saves you money!" and I quote, "Avoid paying full retail cost for a replacement phone if the unexpected occurs." What do you get in reality? You get to pay their insurance for years and not use it because doing so would cost more than a new device would. Check out the pictures I've attached for proof. Ridiculous.

The people that helped us were very helpful and we were totally satisfied! It was 10:00 at about and they were willing to help us and got our phone delivered to us the very next day. In the meantime someone found our phone and returned it to us. They had told us we could either keep it or return for credit. Haven’t decided yet what we want to do.

We received a replacement iPhone 7 after the screen broke in our original phone. Was shipped a replacement and Got it very quick but shortly after had a problem with the new iPhone and it wouldn’t turn on. Called customer service and answered very a few easy questions and was sent a new phone covered under our warranty the very next day! Very easy to work with.

Talked with a rep personally who was really courteous and friendly, wish I could remember her name. Hooked me up with another phone when the first one wasn't working quite right. Fast shipping, phone was like new as far as I could tell. Learning to live with the gold, kind of a Vegas glitz and I would have preferred black but it wasn't in stock in the size I needed.

The process of submitting a claim was so easy. I didn't need to call anybody. I could easily submit the forms. Anytime I thought I had a question, it was already being answered on the website. I got my phone very fast - the next day I believe. And it was clear instructions on sending the old one back. Thank yoU! Great product.

The response was excellent and far faster than I anticipated. I am totally satisfied. I was able to activate my new Android device over the internet with Verizon. The one mistake I had made was not backing up my contacts phone numbers and email addresses in a "cloud". I wish to say "Thank you" again.

Asurion is definitely user friendly when replacing a phone. We had an issue with a phone. Step 1 - logged on to the website and filed a claim. Step 2 - received my replacement the very next day. Step 3 - got back up and running with service without missing any data from the other phone, who can beat that?

Honestly it was a bit of a lengthy process. However, beyond that, service was very good and the phone was comparable to the one that was damaged. The phone arrived in a timely fashion and it was easy to return with the prepaid envelope. The only downside was the paperwork process... going back and forth with email and such.

I lost my tablet and filed a claim online. It was very easy to file and claim and received my replacement the next day. This is the first time I have used the insurance and it had to be one of the best experiences I have had on any claim. Could not be happier!!

Replaced phone that my daughter had a broken screen on and the new phone was sent in a timely manner. The replacement phone was in good condition and works well. I would only ask that the amount of paperwork would be looked at and possibly streamlined to enhance the process.

Immediate turn-around time. Phone was backed up properly and wasn't delayed at all. I would recommend it to anyone that has phone issues. Fortunately, we have never had to use it before but since we had to, it was a smooth process. We did take both phones to Verizon for them to transfer everything over since we aren't extremely tech savvy.

My only critic was the mailing part. It was recommended by Asurion that I have the replacement sent to my office rather than my residence for reasons stated and I agree. However, when I entered the floor to my business location and the system didn't take (and several times the system didn't take my floor). On Monday, the carrier couldn't complete delivery because he didn't have the floor. That left me to call your company's customer service who referred me to the carrier and the carrier's Cust. Service referring me back to you. Fortunately, after a 2nd call to the carrier the delivery returned later that with the correct floor. (Co-worker intercepted and obtained my package). Make sure your system accepts the floor or section of a particular business if Asurion is recommending to the user that the device should be delivered to one's place of work. Thank you.

Asurion was able to deliver me a replacement device within 1 day and allowed me ample time to back up and restore my device. They were considerably cheaper than my manufacture and I would recommend them to any and all customers thinking about their service. They answered any and all questions that I had.

I'm very thankful I had replacement insurance when I lost my phone recently. It took no time at all to get the new phone. The most irritating part of the process involved my service provider. I had to make a 35-mile trip to their corporate store to have my claim filed.

I had my Galaxy 7 for a week and dropped it. The screen had cracked. I have the phone insurance but still had to pay $200 to get a replacement. I'm glad I received a replacement, but $200? That didn't make me happy. Also, for the insurance to go up from $7 to $11 didn't thrill me either.

It was so simple and the quickest warranty that I ever had been involved with. Not one issue or even had to explain why. Even though I just had the phone a week. It had been damaged to the point where it was not working. Within 24 hr I was shipped out a new one.

I received replacement phone next business day after waiting over a weekend. The refurbished phone looks and works like new. Returning the broken phone was easy and I received more than one email to remind me to remove it from find my phone. I wish we could receive new phones because we do have a large replacement/deductible fee.

The phone was so damaged it could not be accessed in any way to get to "find my iPhone". We have had to deal with Apple, some helpful and some not so. Last young man really went out of his way to try and help us. Niece couldn't remember her password so he set her up a ticket. They were supposed to contact her no later than today.

I placed the claim online and the procedure was very easy. The phone came within two days and was brand new in perfect working order. I placed the Sim Card in the phone, placed the activation call and I was up and running on the new phone within minutes. I would definitely use Asurion again. Customer service was great. Was done start to finish within 10 minutes or less. My only complaint would be it doesn't hold charge as long as my previous phone I broke and being a logger not near power not cool. Otherwise is very easy to return the broken device due to the prepaid padded envelope so it's cost-free ty.

You should allow your customers more time to return their old phone, allowing them the ensure they have moved all files from phone to phone. I felt rushed. Other than that it was a great experience! I would definitely continue to use them as my mobile insurance provider. I'm curious about how much to replace a lost mobile phone and do you insure tablets as well?

I first tried to process my claim through the online portal. Failed several times at various stages. Consistent rejection. When I decided to finally call, the individual that assisted me was calm, helpful, and efficient. Basically saved this review. The online system needs help badly, but the company definitely trains their individuals well.

My son had broken his phone when it fell off his lap and he stepped on it getting out of the car. My daughter dropped hers off a boat into a lake. I was able to do each claim from home. The process was quite simple, very convenient and the new phones show up within 24 hrs of completing the claim ready to be activated from the convenience of home. No complaints here.

My major concern was that device protection & replacement wouldn't be worth it if anything ever happened to my devices. I am extremely pleased with Asurion. Performance and professional with their prompt service and response to my situation. I am pleased that Verizon uses them for the insurance protection program. The only thing I am not pleased with is the amount of the deductible. I feel the price is a bit high. Simply because I pay already monthly to have Asurion, Protect my phone.

Over the years I've had 4 refurbished phones which haven't worked properly. While once finally getting ahold of someone competent they have been replaced promptly. The inconveniences of resetting up the new one several times in the same couple week period becomes both irritating and tiresome, additionally rather than fixing the issue in one call I find it stupid to be forced to go through useless steps (factory reset) just so they can get me off the phone to keep their call times low.

Went to Verizon store thinking they could help me file claim but not. Call number store clerk gave me and experience was not bad over the phone. The process was a little quirky but ok. While on vacation, my purse with my phone was stolen. I was in a foreign country and there was no way to call and report the phone stolen. We contacted Asurion through the computer and my claim was accepted and then the company responded by stating that a replacement (with the payment of $149.00) would be sent out immediately. Although I did not have the phone while away it was waiting for me when we returned. I cannot thank you enough and add that when I bought the phone I was VERY happy that I took Verizon's advice and bought the insurance.

My Samsung phone screen got cracked but still functioned without any problem. After calling Asurion, they set up a technician appointment at my home to replace the screen glass. The technician was very good but after replacing the screen glass, the phone did not respond to touch in certain areas. Asurion agreed to replace the phone without extra charge. Even though the replacement device was sent rather quickly the instructions on how to activate it didn't really help. We had to go into a Verizon store for assistance. Although we were at Verizon store the main thing that we needed to do the changes was Wi-Fi. We sat at friend and family homes for hours doing all the transfers and downloads. My iPhone somehow fell off my belt at work. Someone found it and kept it. I use it daily as I travel, so it is important to me. I called my service provider and they connected me to Asurion. I lost my phone while snowmobiling. I visited the local Verizon dealer in Roseau, Minnesota and was able to get my phone replaced in 24 hours. Both Asurion and the Verizon dealer made the whole process easy and simple. I would recommend them both and highly recommend the insurance. It is well worth the expense.

I had to pay $200 for a replacement Note 8 but at least it was here the very next day. It's a great service, easy to file a claim, and it gets to you quickly. I just wish the replacement wasn't so expensive but I guess it's better than paying full retail price.

She told me the deductions for both scenarios. The repairman looked it over. Told me I need a new phone. I called Customer Service Back and I had a new phone in 2 days. Great service.

I dropped and broke a cell phone... No... I dropped and SMASHED a cell phone... When I visited the dealer from whom I purchased it, I was told it was beyond repair... BUT still under Asurion protection... The folks in the dealer office called Asurion, made all the necessary arrangements, no fuss, just some shared contact info and sent me home... Twenty-two hours later I had a brand new phone. Total cost was a very small co-pay (actually less than what the shipping alone would have otherwise cost). To say that I am pleased, does not even get close. Highly recommend this company.

Do not buy the cell phone insurance plan. They will ask you to pay $80 on top of the $130 or so you paid for the plan and will send you a refurbished phone. My claim has been outstanding for over a month. Do not purchase from them.

I've had a few issues with the new phone, but overall, it's been good. Sometimes when I get out of my car after using bluetooth, it thinks it's still connected & callers can't hear me when I answer. I have to power down the phone and turn it on again.

My nephew's tablet screen went out one day while he was using it, all that came up was lines on the screen. We took it to a Verizon store not knowing how we were going to transfer all the information over but they did all the paperwork with Asurion and when the new tablet came they just switched the sim cards.

Son's phone - It froze up and would not do anything and then the screen went blank... Could still do things but didn't know what because you could not see... Asurion got us where we needed to go and ended up getting a replacement in a few days. He was about to go away for the weekend so the phone coming as quickly as it did was great.

Super fast turnaround. Couldn't believe the replacement phone showed up at my son's house in 16 hours. He put the broken one in supplied box and sent it back. Very easy. Thankful I took the insurance out. 149 dollars is better than 650 dollars for a new phone. Everything handled at the Verizon store.

This was my first warranty and my last. This company wasted a lot of my time. They had a form that needs to be filled in and every week they would send the form back requesting additional information even if the information was above... This claim started at the end of Dec and still isn't finalized due to my phone almost made it the 2 years and it would cost them a lot to send a new phone is the thought of why they are not honouring the warranty promise. There has been numerous complaints about this company and Costco no longer uses them. I put a complaint on their website but noticed they only keep 5 star ratings up. I recommended just paying the difference on a new phone.

I contacted Asurion after our phone was accidentally dropped in water. It still worked but had some glitches. I contacted Asurion, paid the deductible, and received a replacement phone, along with complete instructions for new set-up, the next day. I had 15 days to clear the memory on the damaged phone and return it in a postage-paid envelope. Great service!

I Really like this option of fixing the cracked screen on my phone for $29 versus paying $199. Great stuff! Repair was fast and easy. Less than an hr to be exact. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The company that contracted with Asurion really did an awesome job.

I have had to deal with Asurion several times before due to accidentally damaging some phones. There is always a very quick turn-around with a new device, with very clear instructions regarding the return of the damaged phones. I am always very pleased and I always recommend Asurion to my friends and family. Today's phones are much too expensive to not insure them.

Went to several places and was told my camera couldn't be repaired so I called Asurion and they sent me a new phone in one day. Return of my old device was easy and here I am with a new phone enjoying a functional camera and an overall better experience. Service was great. The customer service person was very helpful. I was just disappointed that I had to pay an additional $199 for a replacement on top of finishing paying off the contract due on my phone. I was told that there wasn’t a replacement screen because the iPhone 8 Plus was too new.

We were able to get our phone replaced but not before we were rejected by the customer service representative. Luckily, I also had a rep from my carrier on the line and he asked to speak with a manager. After that, we had no issues. Unfortunately, the tech who came out to repair the glass screen broke it during installation. We had a brand new phone the next day.

Had a tv break down. Filed a claim. Had the repair man come out to assess the issue and was told I should get a result in a few days. A week later I got an email that stated my repair was complete. I called and was told the repair was underway, the email was an error. Another week went by and I called again after not hearing a word and still having a broken TV. This time I was told a replacement TV was ordered. I questioned this with what I had been told previously. I was told that this would be escalate for follow up and would receive a call in 2 business days. Missed a call the following day and returned the call within 15 minutes. Was told I'd receive a call within another 2 days. Decided to call back and was hung up on. Called again and was told the TV issue was not covered. 2.5 weeks and 3 stories later and that's it? What a joke. This is crummy service and terrible follow through. Not what I'm paying for when I pay an extra fee for a care plan.

Asurion was great. I Forgot my phone at a restaurant and when I went back it was no longer there. Asurion responded to my claim immediately. I was not expecting my replacement phone to be sent out the very next day. Everyone should have it and copay was also lower than I expected. They get 2 thumbs up from me.

I had 1 claim in January 2017, the service itself is great. However I received a phone that had no wifi, Bluetooth or GPS operation. This 2nd claim in January 2018 was excellent, everything worked fine. That's the reason for 4 stars. I'm not sure on the quality assurance procedures but if that phone was inspected for proper operation I would have given 5 stars. Thank You.

I received 4 iPhones from Asurion before they sent me a fully functioning phone. The first I received, the screen would not work in different spots. I called, and they sent me a new phone. It came in, and the home button was uneven and felt lighter than my original iPhone. It worked for a day or so, and lost service, so I tried to update my phone. It went into recovery mode, and apple tech support told me the best option would be to visit an apple store so they could restore it with the proper equipment. The Apple Store employee weighed the phone and was significantly lighter than it should be, and had been proven to be missing hardware. Apple instructed me to contact Asurion to get a new device. I did.
The representative insisted that I turn off Find my iPhone before I would be getting my new device, but the first two times they sent me one, I would only have to turn it off before I sent it back, but there is absolutely no way to do that with a non-functioning phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor, which sent me my replacement without turning it off. The last time I was on the phone, they insisted that I turn off Find my iPhone again. Even though I knew it would not work, I tried to turn it of via iCloud. No luck. I waited on hold for an hour with Apple to get Find My iPhone turned off. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy. Great customer service, HORRIBLE service.

Never thought it could be this easy. Held on to a phone with a cracked case until it literally died on a Friday afternoon because I assumed the insurance process was a hassle. Went to the Verizon store and was urged to use the insurance policy instead of just upgrading. Left the store, filed the claim on my Husband's phone on the way home. I expected to be without a phone for a week or more, it arrived to my office Monday before 12 PM. They included a posted envelope for my broken device and confirmed via email when they received it. (My battery wouldn't die and my Work Alarm was still going off when it was picked up by USPS so... sorry for that.) 10/10. Would totally exchange a defective device with this company again.

The keypad broke off the phone. Phone could no longer be used for calling receiving or texting. Asurion made it easy to report the problem and they also were quick to respond on the situation. The replacement phone was quickly shipped and a great replacement. They also made convenient the return of the damaged phone.

I was so embarrassed that I accidentally damaged my phone. Yet, Asurion did not drag me through a bunch of questions, nor were they accusing me of any bad. This really eased my mind because iPhones are expensive. They gave me the filing claim guideline and voila! I had a new phone with 48 hours. Even let me keep track of them. I am so glad that Asurion was there for me. If you buy a phone, please consider investing in insurance. Ask the salesclerk for information and if it’s Asurion, take it!!! Paying the deductible was nothing compared to the service they provided to me. Thank you for being there for me!

We went right to Verizon after the horse kicked the phone. Verizon promptly handled the claim. My daughter had a replacement phone in less than 24 hours. The phone in my daughter's pocket protected her from getting a broken hip when the horse kicked her. I was happy to pay the $19.00 processing fee.

I was satisfied with everything. One issue is if you have owned your smartphone for years and never had an issue maybe the fee could drop a little. Instead of 99 maybe 60 bucks for owning and keeping insurance for five or more years. My phone still had the original screen protector on it from new. Just an idea. But still better than having to buy new phone.

I have had your coverage for years. I have never had one minute of trouble filing a claim. The representatives are helpful if you have to call and the website is so easy to use! I have no complaints. The replacement phone was shipped very quickly and we were not without use of the phone.
