We had no trouble replacing a phone after my son accidentally swam with his phone. The service was great, the lady walked me through the whole process. The phone came exactly when said and the technician walked me through setting it up. Thanks Asurion for your quick service and great help.

I had to actually talk with someone and she was wonderful and resolved an issue we were having. We were very pleased at how fast the phone was sent and my phone was no longer sent, so another phone was sent and it is great.

I contacted this company as I had purchased an extended product protection when purchasing the product at Walmart. I sent them a copy of my receipt as well as requested pictures of the small pool of water where my pool is leaking into our yard. I was contacted by them today and informed that I would need an actual photo of the hole. I explained that my pool was filled with water and that I was not sure where this hole was, just that we were losing water. Zach informed me that it was not their problem and that some people have drained their pool in order to send them a picture. I asked him if there wasn't someone who could come out to our property to verify the leak as I could not afford to waste that much water and then have to refill it again. He informed me again that that was not their problem.
If you are going to offer an extended warranty for a price, I do not feel that it's the consumer's responsibility to have to go to the expense of proving that they received faulty equipment or damaged goods. And since this is the case, it should be made clear at the time of purchasing additional warranties that it falls on the consumer to prove their product is faulty and not the insurance company.

The Asurion claim was easy to submit, and we received the replacement phone within 24 hours. The new phone was the same color and model of the lost phone. Very smooth process. Losing a phone is never easy, but Asurion made the entire process easy. The only piece that was a little more challenging was activating the new phone.

We were away on vacation and Asurion still made sure they got us the replacement phone delivered to the hotel when they said it would be, and getting it up and running was quick and painless. The whole process was easy. I simply made sure to turn off location services on the phone, and mailed it back in the envelope provided.

This process for getting my phone through this company was very easy. And I didn't miss very much when I received my phone the very next day. I didn't have any issues. It was great that my damaged phone was easy to return. Again, the entire process didn't take any time at all.

First we called Asurion and the person was not very helpful. They did not make it very clear we should call Verizon first and said it did not qualify. Then we called Apple, then Verizon and the second person was very helpful and took care of all issues. The service was great when the ball got rolling correctly and it was a great transition to the new phone at that point.

Filled out claim on website. Called and was told my phone would be delivered the following day. Can’t ask for better service than that. So happy I got this insurance. I would recommend to everyone. Was having a problem canceling find my phone and they were very helpful with that as well.

I am not satisfied with Asurion because I lost my phone on 24/07/2018 and they didn’t send me any replacement yet. Moreover, I don’t have any mobile phone and sim card because of which I missed an important appointment and am unable to access Google Maps which is the biggest headache. And now I am using someone else’s phone.

This is the second time I have had to use your service for the same child's phone (she's 26 by the way yet still my child). Each time I have been quite impressed with your phone staff as well as how quickly we received the replacement devices. I couldn't believe that we talked with your service representative at 6:30 on a Friday night and we had the new device in our hands by 10:00 the very next morning.

They were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a replacement with no problem at all. Very fast turn around as getting our phone to us. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Especially if you have younger kids and teenagers that go through phones like mine do.

Damaged phone was replaced quickly and easily! Although the same phone was not available, Asurion quickly got an equivalent phone to me. I was able to quickly set the phone up, retrieve all my contact information and get back to business as usual! A pleasure to deal with service reps and tech reps!

Was super easy to set up my new device and tech support was helpful with all my questions as well! It was nice to only have to wait only one day before having to get my phone back so I wasn't disconnected forever. I would recommend this service to anyone if they ever had issues with their smart phone.

Asurion kept saying that my phone did not have my name associated to me. They could not help me out and I had to call Verizon. Verizon said my information looked fine. I called Asurion five times in one day. I was disconnected twice. I had to submit two claims for the same dropped phone and my claim was eventually refused because of a paperwork mistake by Verizon. Verizon was happy to fix the mistake on their end but Asurion was unwilling to work with Verizon.
I asked to talk to an Asurion supervisor but April never got one. She just changed the account to my name but when the claim was denied she acted like sorry you are out of luck and there is nothing she could do. Stick to SquareTrade and read the fine print. Better yet save your money so you just can pay for your cracked screen out of pocket. I paid Asurion over $100.00 for 9 months of nothing. Funny they got my name and address correct when they sent me a notice that my monthly fee was being increased.

I had a broken screen for a week but only because I couldn’t afford to pay for the replacement but once I had enough to pay it, Asurion came through fast! But I mean fast. I contacted them one day and the next day I had my new replacement. :) Thank you Asurion!

My phone was stolen from me in Barcelona Spain on the second day of my holiday. I was given the option of either having one sent to me within 5-7 days in Spain or delivered to my home in 24 hours. I elected to have it delivered to my home as I did not know where I would be in that time frame in Spain. It was delivered in time and was waiting for me upon my return. Your service was exceptional and I highly recommend that everyone utilize Asurion as their insurance carrier.

Husband had a broken glass on his phone and they did a great job replacing it. I can't complain a bit. Thank you very much for your help as he has some dementia and needs his music on it. It was not possible to repair my damaged phone so I was able to purchase a new phone for $89. After it arrived I had it activated and all my data transferred from my old phone to the new one. I was just disappointed that my calendar appointments could not be transferred. I took it to Verizon to remove the battery of the old phone so I could send it to you, but they said it was not possible to remove the battery in that particular phone so I sent it to you with the battery in it.

The online process was hard to handle, customer service didn’t want to help much, just told me to go online and fill out forms. Once all the forms were filled out, it was easy getting all the information transferred from the new phone. Then I had to update my SIM card, because the one Asurion sent me was not connected to my account! Big headache, but worth the insurance.

I have had this insurance for many years with Verizon - and I have not yet been disappointed. The customer support is exceptional - when calling for help with setting up phone or any question on insurance coverage - they are knowledgeable and most importantly Patience. I expected a bureaucratic and frustrating experience as I've had with other types of insurance. Even as I write this, I'm still surprised at how quick and easy it was to file and process everything. Asurion customer service excellent, replacement arrived within 48 hours during a holiday. They gave excellent instructions on the return process and followed up to make sure I completed return correctly to ensure I was not charged any additional fees. Highly recommend, they also helped fix issues on my return caused by Verizon.

Customer service rep, was very professional and pleasant. She explained the process and I received another phone I believe it was new (Note 4) phone, back in the warehouse somewhere... Lol I had a new case, new earphones, new battery, new sim card, new charger... the works. It worth it to me to get refurbish phone as long as I can call, text and get on the internet I'm good... No one stealing Note 4's, customer for life!

My phone had water damage and I had my phone delivered via Federal Express. Set up using iCloud worked out with a bit of confusion but overall everything went smooth. I started the process with a phone call to Asurion and made sure the "Find my iphone" setting on my phone was off.

The service was great, they helped me set up the phone and made sure my contacts were transferred. It didn't help that I cracked the new phone within a week of receiving it, but I would still recommend the service. They wanted me to download the app, which helped as the first time it reset my phone and did not have all of my backed up data.

They send me a flimsy envelope for my iPhone X to be repaired. The phone is being sent in to repair the screen ($29). I get an email 3 days later to say I have to pay to replace the phone for more damages. I call the first level (customer service) and she is trying to get me to pay for the replacement. She try to say the phone did not work properly. I told her the top of the screen was cracked and the phone functioned fine and you could barely tell that the screen was cracked. So now I'm forwarded to another department and she tries the same thing and says it's too late to find out what happened to the phone. I told her if the phone was damaged more than it was probably the flimsy envelope they sent me to FedEx the phone to them. Magically she gets the notification that the technician broke the phone (the website updated to say they will replace it). What a scam!
Here is the kicker. Now they are going to mail me a new phone and the broken phone. And if I don't return the broken phone to a different warehouse I get charged $300. If they broke my phone, why to send it to me so I can mail it to another warehouse... What kind of process is that. What rocket science would waste money sending a broke phone to the customer only to have the customer resend it back to them. The level 2 support did apologize for their ** process and then wanted me to do a survey. Sweet baby Jesus and this is the insurance I pay every month to Verizon. It was suppose to be a 3 day process. I never got the envelope on Saturday to mail off my broken screen phone. Then I send it to them on Monday only to be told on Wednesday I have to pay for a full replacement. And I will not have my phone until Friday. And I still have to mail off the broken phone to them once I get it from them... WTF.

I lost my phone and filed a claim on a weekend. Usually, Asurion has next day service but that wasn't possible, obviously. I had my phone on the next business day which I thought pretty amazing. The replacement was less than a quarter of the price and placing the claim was very easy, which is convenient for such a stressful time. 10/10.

Communication is key. Im happy to have Asurion. They backed me up when I couldn't communicate with family, friends or business. Phones have become expensive, and fragile... but Asurion... changes everything. Seriously insure your smartphones. You never know when they will hit the floor. When they do Asurion is worth it.

I submitted a claim for a damage Samsung phone. I received prompt response. Packaging provided was easy to read to ensure I sent back the damaged phone to the right place. Timely confirmation of receipt provided via email. It is worth the monthly fee to cover damaged phone with a new replacement.

My iPhone home button stopped working. I called Verizon and they referred me to Asurion. The representative was very friendly and helpful, she knew her product very well. She ordered a phone replacement immediately which I received the next day. I could not have been happier. I would recommend anyone to Asurion. The clerk at the Verizon store in Charles City, Iowa was very nice and got us back up and running in no time. Our new iPhone was there the next day and the whole process was so easy. I also like the follow-up emails that Verizon sends out. I would recommend Verizon to everyone.

I have lost my phone for the first time about 2.5 weeks ago and they haven't send me anything yet... They keep telling me that my claim is under review (for the second time). They said it will take 24 hours on their website, while they said 48h over the phone, but it's actually 24h to 48h BUSINESS hours which is up to 6 working days. Please don't trust this insurance!

I send my printer in to be fixed under the Asurion service contract I bought from Amazon. When Asurion received the printer I got an email confirming its receipt. When I called a week later I was told the printer never arrived and it was a glitch in the Asurion system. After several phone calls, it was established that the printer, in fact, was there. I was told that the printer was being worked on and that it would be completed shortly. When I questioned the rep about the status I found out that the latest status was received by Asurion on the day the printer was received July 20th. I was further told that the consumer site does NOT match the internal Asurion site and any status that I receive on the consumer site may, in fact, no reflect the true status.
I was then told by both managers and reps that the only communication with the service center was via internal email. They sent several emails to the service center and have not yet received a reply, therefore, could take no action to resolve the issue until they received a reply from the service center which has already taken 8 business days. Many times I was promised a return call an NEVER got one. Only my constant calling result in a call to tell me that your emails to your service center have not been returned. The stream of misinformation is unbelievable and the fact that you do not know the status of my repair is, to say the least incredible.
Your Website clearly states that the information I will receive about my repair is real-time. It is NOT. Your website state that a repair will take 5 days after receipt and only if parts are needed will it take longer and that you will inform me. I was never informed of any delays. Your website states that if the repair cannot be complete that I will receive a "gift" card to replace my printer on Amazon. I have NOT. Your reps to put it bluntly lie to get you off the phone. The story about the glitch in the system is a perfect example. I was told by a manager that she would listen to the tape to confirm my descri[tion and call me with a resolution. She never did.
For a company of your size to have systems that cannot provide the exact status of a repair is incredible. The constant flow of misinformation and misdirection to blame other parts of your company for the problem is beyond belief. Your customer service reps are blaming your repair department for your company's failure to meet its service obligations. As of today Aug 1, the only information I have about my printer as confirmed by your service department is from July 20th. I am waiting for a return call, that I was promised for this morning. I doubt it will happen just like many other promises your company has made. Please note on the image that your website claims real-time updates.
Updated on 08/01/2018: Today I request the corporate number for Asurion from the customer service department. The number I was given was a nonworking number. Yes, nonworking!!! When I called back and confronted the manager with this information I was given a different number. It was an Asurion number, but the customer service department was unavailable. No surprise. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will simply lie to get you off the phone Example: (Rep speaking I do not have the information you need), you will get a call back in x hours. I have NEVER received a return phone call when promised! DO NOT use their non-phone services, If their customer service is any sign of their quality, I predicate many more phone calls.

I could not ask for better service! Lost my watch On a Weekend and Monday morning bright and early the new one showed up exactly the same as my last and worked flawlessly. What more could I ask for? Took a week and dealing with your team was horrible. They treated me like a crook then I had to do 5 claim sheets. I now have found my lost phone and I don't know what to do because I'm scared of your people! I had a stroke a few years back.

Very quick response and replacement of the dropped phone the only thing that was frustrating was not getting actual help at the local Verizon store. Also having to pick an option for a call for help late at night did not work for my husband as we both go to bed early for work in the am.

I filled out the claim on my phone with spotty reception from a restaurant on vacation as my son and husband were sending me details of the incident that broke the phone from home via messenger and everything came through amazingly accurate despite the situation. Thanks Asurion for making your online filing process so user-friendly. Everything was easy to return and when we had to call to activate the new phone, customer service was very helpful with that process as well.

My phone broke Friday afternoon, and I was going out of town on Saturday. I had my replacement by noon the next day. The customer service rep who helped me set my phone up was great too. All around great experience. I was hesitant to get the insurance on my phone, but I'm so glad that I did!

My device was recently stolen and was very easy to put in for a replacement through my insurance that I have with Verizon. Took a few minutes to find the process on the Verizon site, but once found and submitted, Asurion was great! The process was really easy. Claim submitted online and processed promptly. Replacement fee is expensive but happy to get phone replaced. Issues with delivery. Delivery address got cut off on label so delivery showed failed. Ended up having to go call for them to hold for pick up and going to get it. Still had the phone in 3 days.

The whole process was very quick and easy! I got my replacement phone the very next day with detailed instructions on what to do. The deductible that I had to pay was very fair and I got a whole slew of extra accessories as well! My phone came in a box, within the box there was a mail out back to the company. It was there the next day. I sent the broken phone back to the company, they tell me how to disengage phone finder. So I did everything you told me to and I’m glad I had no more problems with the new phone.

The people over the phone are very knowledgeable and make it very easy to understand the steps involved. Great personality and love how quick the new phone comes and very easy to set up new device and return old damaged phone. Overall love the service. Keep up the good work. I lost my mobile. I called Jul 23 now today date July 29. I didn't get any mobile. Paid protection plan too. No response in your side. It's very super slow process. This is actual 2 day process. You take a 6 day process. I feel disgusting. Really disappoint.

This was my second claim in the last year for our family plan for 4 phones. In both cases the replacement phones were sent quickly but unfortunately, both replacement phones were defective right out of the box and needed to be replaced again. This added to the ordeal that was already a stressful situation. I would suggest Asurion start testing the phones before they ship them.

The replacement phone came right away. It was very easy to follow the update instructions and my initial experience would have been 100% except I did not see where I was supposed to replace the SIM card with the one that came in the box. I kept getting "no SIM card installed" even though I had my old SIM card installed. When I installed the replacement SIM card my phone worked properly.

We have the Asurion Total mobile protection thru our carrier - Verizon. Our tablet became unusable. We think due to some liquid being spilled on it. Asurion replaced the tablet with another comparable one very quickly. It paid for us to have this protection on our devices. I recommend this coverage for peace of mind when devices fail! The phone was dropped and the screen was broken. Verizon said it was insured to contact Asurion. We had a new phone the next day. The Asurion helpline helped us activate it and transfer everything. The next day we realized a few problems with the phone still existed so we called back to Asurion. They did great straightening it out Asurion was great. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

1st replacement phone did not operate properly and had to be replaced. Based on this your quality control process could use some improvement. The 2nd replacement works fine; however, I had to spend a lot of time transferring data, etc. to each phone not to mention the frustration associated with doing this. So glad to have Asurion Insurance on my phone but I did have a couple of issues this time. My phone was sent overnight next day via FedEx on Saturday 7/21 but wasn't received until Monday 7/23. When I looked into the tracking history I found the phone was sent from Ft Worth (15 miles from me) to Dallas then to Memphis and then finally back to Ft Worth. Craziness!!! Blackberry Priv requires a special tool to open SIM and SD slots. My original tool was long gone and the replacement phone didn't come with one. I improvised with a paperclip, but it was very difficult to get the SIM tray open. Finally managed it. New phone up and running great. Thanks!

My original Phone would not charge, damage to the port on the phone. The replacement phone only worked a few days then totally died. With the first replacement I did have some difficulty trying to get Asurion to understand that the phone was damaged. I have a contract with Bell Mobility and purchased a iPhone 8 64GB with Bell on a new contract and when asked to add insurance I did considering the phone is valued at around $1000.00... So I recently lost my phone and put a claim in with Asurion and they’re denying my claim because I used my other number (SIM card) with the phone. I have 2 lines with Bell, and I literally added a new line to get this new iPhone 8. When adding insurance I figured it covered the phone, not the SIM card I’m using even though they’re both on my line under my name. Even the Bell reps didn’t know that would be an issue and weren’t aware of this.
Now I’m stuck paying for a phone I don’t have on a 2nd plan that also doesn’t have a phone because Asurion doesn’t want to cover my lost phone because I “used my other Bell SIM card in the phone”. Is it just me or is Asurion not that bright? Just looking for excuses? I thought the whole point of insurance was to cover the phone not the SIM card??? Please help as Asurion is really screwing me over right now and not helping me at all. The Bell Mobility agents are even attempting to help me with no results because they weren’t aware of this bull that Asurion is trying to pull on me. Thanks!

I called and abruptly they told me my option was to get it fixed at my cost initially and the submit receipts. This is not how my insurance contract reads. The first issue I brought to Asurion was a cracked screen. A tech was sent to repair it and he was prompt and professional. Unfortunately, by the next day the phone was having new issues. So I do believe your phone screen repair practices need improvement. I called customer service to report the issues (could not hear incoming caller when calls came in). They ran some tests and decided to send a new phone. The new (refurb) phone arrived and I transferred everything over. The process was tedious and time-consuming, but Asurion's customer service was very good.

I am thankful but it was some confusion with sending the phone. I had to call several times to find out what the decision was on the phone. I was constantly told I would receive an answer in 24hrs. The 24hrs end up being over a week. I had to call back and ask if my son could used my other phone while we wait on the decision. The CSR said yes but this only made things worst because then they forgot the phone that I was waiting on a decision and deductible on. We had ordered a replacement phone for a broken phone. The phone came it was not new it was refurbished and it stopped working within 10 days. We called for a replacement which came damaged with a loose port. We called again and they said that they would have to upgrade us because they didn't have any more of our Galaxy 7. I filled out the claim form they sent and they notified me I had to pay a second deductible. This is craziness! I pay for insurance on multiple lines. If they continue to collect insurance payments on a retired model then they are responsible for replacing it. I am writing this before I've completed my claim as a warning to other members. This company is not to be trusted if you are insuring older phones.

I first went to my local Verizon store to file a claim as I have done before. The gentleman first told me the phone was covered then he said it wasn’t. I left and filed the claim directly with Asurion. I highly recommend Asurion but after this incident I am changing carriers.

They were absolutely amazing and helpful in every way! Everything that I needed was taken care of quickly and easily. Phone conversations were consistently polite and friendly. I could not ask for better help! I was able to call at any hour of the day and the phone that I was trying to get replaced was sent to me quickly and without any hassle.

Not sure which device this is for but we've replaced 3. Two of the experiences were fine. My husband's phone we had to fax in paperwork, which was a pain. Also my phone was replaced with another type of phone and didn't come with any type of manual, so that didn't seem right either. Other than those things everything was fine.

It was easy to put my Claim in online and I got my screen fixed right away at my home. They were able to fix the screen but there were still problems with the phone. I called the rep. and told her about the phone was not working correctly after they had fixed the screen and I received a new phone the next day.

Very helpful in getting phone replaced. Quick shipment!! Very friendly customer service. Explained process to understanding. Polite rep. Who responded to my concerns. Only issue is cost to replace phone is a big pricey. Explains how to ship back phone that was not working. Helped. Me with turning off located phone feature.

My daughter had dropped her phone in a water puddle. Called late and was helped right away. She asked a few questions, didn't take too long. She was helpful and very polite. There wasn't a issue with the claim, the only problem I had was they had trouble running my card, it had to be manually ran. She had to put everything on paper, that took time. But still would recommend you.

My son's phone had issues where he couldn’t make or receive phone calls. An agent tried to troubleshoot the problem and it couldn’t be repaired over the phone. A new phone arrived in 2 days and all is well. It’s all set up and ready to go. Great service indeed!

When I brought my son's phone to Verizon, they were very helpful to call Asurion right there in the store. Everything went very smooth and efficiently in receiving my son's replacement phone. It only took 1 day from the time I called to receive it. The phone came the next day, and was in perfect condition. I would recommend Asurion very highly. Thank you very much. It is definitely worth the cost of the insurance.

As a part of Asurion's partnership with Verizon they've routinely advertised, "If it cracks, you're covered with Total Mobile Protection. As fast as same day cracked screen repair in select locations. We'll come to you or you can come to us. Mail in option available." Apparently, this doesn't apply to iPhone X devices. With a cracked screen, Verizon's insurance provider, Asurion, quickly dismisses claims for iPhone X users, stating they do not have parts available for what should be a $29 repair, instead advocating a total replacement at a cost of $199. Buyer beware - apparently 'Total Mobile Protection' doesn't actually mean... Total.

It was fast and easy. I was surprised that I did not have to jump hoops. The operator spoke English! The new phone was automatically insured. The new phone was new and had no issues setting it up. I am glad that I use this insurance on my all kids phones. The operator was pleasant and understood it was not my fault and I was just the parent who was glad that I had this insurance.

Fast, reliable service, the only thing that I'd recommend is lowering the deductible for the replacement phone, other than that, I have nothing negative to say. When we first called my husband had a hard time and did not get satisfaction. But we called the next night and everything went smoothly and we had no problems. Not sure what happened the first night but we got our new phone in a short amount of time and it was exactly like the old one.

My phone fell and cracked just over the camera. I could no longer take pictures and I hated the crack in my screen. I filed a claim through Asurion and just as promised I received my replacement phone the next day. There were no problems reconnecting and my new phone is working well. I have nothing but praise for Asurion. I questioned whether to put insurance on the phone, but I certainly am glad that I did!

I got a little frustrated that I ended up having to talk to so many technicians online, but once it was resolved it was so easy to get and send phone back. Overall, I was satisfied with the service that I was provided. Thank you for taking care of me and sending a new phone promptly.

Customer Service representative was knowledge, and very good at explaining how to complete process over the phone. New phone came in a box that was self-explanatory, I liked everything was labeled. Starting the process could have been slightly easier, application was difficult to navigate on a phone. Overall good experience.

Asurion warranty that I purchased through Walmart keeps giving me the runaround in not paying my claim. It has been over 30 days. I waited for them to find someone to repair the item and they couldn't find anyone and are stalling in paying out my claim. DO NOT buy their warranties. It is a rip off company located in Nashville.

It was a very easy process and provided a quick replacement of the damaged phone! The phone arrived a few days after the claim with great directions and the opportunity to discuss the setup the new phone live with a representative. Asurion delivered great service and got us back to a working phone in no time.

Our technician worked very hard to solve the problem and get my phone connected. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She answered all questions quickly and tried several different things to connect the phone as we had a couple of issues arise. She remained patient as she tried several times to connect email and transfer all the data from the previous device.

Replacement was very fast, not a hassle to fill out the website forms, and just very proactive in helping me get back up and running. Nice replacement phone was sent, and we appreciated that. We did make one call to Asurion to ask some questions, and they were very quick to respond and tell us what to do. Overall really excellent program and service.

I (and my family members) have all had a great experience with our claims and recommend Asurion all the time. I miss my flip phone but I am getting use to my smartphone. I have found it hard to find a case for my LG so next time I will know to pick the Samsung which seems to have more support out in the world. Been waiting a week for my LG case to arrive, fingers crossed nothing happens to my phone before it comes!

I was so very happy that I had insurance when I lost my phone due to an accident and extra thankful for an insurance company that was able to replace my phone very quickly and a very smooth and easy process from A to Z. My son's phone was lost on the beach out of the country. We contacted Asurion and completed the online claim. Once the information was verified and upon paying the deductible, my new phone was sent within 24 hours. It all went very smoothly. I was very satisfied with the transaction.

This company goes out of its way to having a very quick response time. Everything was done perfectly. Thank you. Cracked iPad, though the exact model wasn't available, they accommodated with a great model then worked with my wife helping her set it up without issue. Online setup wasn't working initially so we had to call a couple of times when we had the time. Not the services fault.

My phone fell off the counter and shattered the screen. After getting them to understand the problem and that the phone was still under warranty things went very good. I was very glad to find out that the phone was still under warranty per CS. Thank you for all your help resolving the problem.

Upon going to Verizon store and the associate helped complete the claim which went very smooth. Within days, I received my new phone and then went back to Verizon and associate got it up and going. We will continue the insurance. I have received a call pertaining to sending the old phone back, I really would like to collect my contacts and pictures that's on the old phone, but Verizon says that can't be accomplished. Can you help? Thank you.

After accidentally dropping my iPhone 7+ on a tile floor (which, sadly, happens somewhat often due to my house having tile floors and my being clumsy), instead of finding no resulting damage, my phone’s glass was shattered and the metal frame was broken/twisted. To my surprise, after paying my deductible and completing the Asurion paperwork, I received an identical phone within 24 hours. Because they had advised me to do a backup of my phone, they were able to talk me through the successful restoration of my data on my new phone. I was and remain, grateful.

Reported my phone lost to Verizon and my replacement phone arrived the next day! Worked with Verizon agent on the phone to go over activation and set up which was very easy and quick. Not having to go to the Verizon store and have the employee help with the setup was very helpful.

Customer service and delivery was excellent. Only issue is reconditioned phone does not perform as well as old phone, drops calls in my house and is slow to change functions. Am deciding if it's worth effort to call and ask for another phone and go through setup again?

FILING A CLAIM has been the most painful experience of my life. I'm now on day 4 and latest response: "We are reviewing your documents. We will contact you via email or automated message within 3 hours regarding next steps." Next Step, now what??? I am beginning to believe this is all a possible scam. Is there really a phone replacement available??? Or have I been paying monthly for 4 devices for nothing?

I’ve had coverage on my phones since 2014, and they are claiming there was no activity in my smashed phone after I tried to file a claim. Obviously there was no activity as it was broken. I’ve never dealt with ruder more unprofessional people in my life. So now I have to argue with my wireless carrier to get them to get my claim approved. Let’s see $13 for 48 months is $624 I’ve paid to be told no?!? You’re joking. It’s easier to take a chance and forego it and suck it up and pay what you have to. How freaking crazy!

I want to thank you for such extreme customer service. I had my replacement phone in less than 48 hours from the time I made my claim. As it turned out, the Samsung S7 had been discontinued and Asurion replaced it with an S8, for which I was also grateful. The only thing I would like to have seen different would have been a user manual, as the S8 came with only a phone and a charger.

Very quick responding as to handling my claim, no issues, no problems. Soon after me filing my claim and submitting the documents they needed, they responded right back and I had my replacement phone within a day. Can't thank them enough. Service very poor and very expensive. No problem with any one person just the process. And the program itself. Lost phone was sent back to me 20 days later and Asurion would not take back phone and give me back my $150. Service very poor and very expensive.
