The phone screen cracked and was replaced instantly. The instructions to get my new phone up and running were very easy to follow and accomplished in no time. There also was a support number provided in case I needed any assistance. I called just to make sure things were good and the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I lost my iPhone X on Wednesday, 22 August 2018. I informed Asurion about the incident and was promised 1-3 business days for a replacement phone. My service ID is **. Have now waited one week that includes 5 Business days and yet I do not even have the tracking number of the replacement device. I have called the customer care thrice and all they say is that call after 24 to 48 hours. Today I was Surprised when the representative told me to call after 4 days!! What am I supposed to do with such Pathetic service?? Highly dissatisfied.

There’s an 800 number where you will never get the same representative and no one will follow through with anything except give you the runaround. After almost 1 year of trying to get my washer repaired... still no resolution. I bought this protection plan through Home Depot. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I sent this Galaxy S8+ away for a simple cracked screen. It comes back as repairable and the back glass is scattered. Called them and there was nothing they would do but tell me to pay full price to get another phone.

The process of getting a replacement phone was relatively easy and fast. Even when I made an error transferring contacts, they helped me out. I appreciated the reminder to return my old phone so I didn't get charged $50! I'm glad I had the insurance. I would recommend Asurion to friends and family and would use the service again if necessary.

I have a Samsung washer that is not working and had a replacement coverage. Asurion is looking for any excuse not to pay for the repairs. I had a case that was denied in another washer and they automatically placed That old incident into this washer that had never been repaired. My advice, don’t buy appliances at Home Depot because you will have to deal with this unprofessional insurance company. Go to Sears instead which I got extremely good quality service.

Overall, it was a great experience. The only thing I would change is the process to originate the case. It was kind of cumbersome going back and forward between the Customer Support number and the email and filling out a form manually, and fax it back instead of filling it and sending it as a pdf. But once that part was done things progressed very quickly.

My phone screen broke and was very badly cracked. Since I was covered by Asurion, I was able to easily fill out some forms and they sent me a new phone (and I had send them the damaged phone). The experience was easy and quick. I received my phone within 48 hours. Well worth the coverage!

I had to have my phone replaced after it was stolen. The individual answering the call was very helpful. Everything went smoothly. It only took a few minutes to get things cleared up. The phone arrived the next! I was so pleased. I normally dread having to deal with things like this; however, this was actually a awesome experience.

Laptop battery reported malfunction in 18th month of 24-month insurance coverage, and also reported suspicious hard drive indicators. Called support, just to see that they want to duck. Were not interested in hard drive at all, and they stated that laptop batteries are not covered, being replaceable (non-sense, since they repair items, meaning, replaceable by definition). And these are not AAA, AA, C or D batteries, but the ones made specifically as part of the computer. Classic con game. Avoid by all costs.

All good! However, one issue was the replacement device an Galaxy S6 was shipped in an S7 box with no SIM card! Fortunately we had a new SIM card from a previous replacement! The activation went ok with the assistance of your expert! This was the second experience with Asurion in the last few days as we just replaced a screen damaged phone then this incident where the device was stolen! Thank you for your assistance!

There was an issue with setting up the phone with my previous Apple ID, so I lost a lot of my information, but I was just happy to have a phone. The woman that helped me was kind and helpful. I wish she could have helped me with the Apple sign in issue but she said she would send me to someone else and I didn't have time to get transferred.

My daughter's phone battery started to overheat and smoke after being at the pool. I was sure she accidentally got it wet. Filed a claim, entered the information and paid the deductible. Received the replacement within 2 days. Phone works great and filing the claim was really easy. THANK YOU!

Filing the claim was a bit of a process because the phone was destroyed but required information was needed. Spoke to several people before getting it completed and filed. Most of the people were pretty helpful but I kept getting messages we needed to turn off find iPhone. Couldn’t do it because of destroyed phone but finally spoke to a knowledgeable person that took the time to walk me through and we did it. Getting the new phone was quick.

They keep putting every item you insure under review making it impossible to file a claim. I uploaded all my receipts to their website and they magically disappeared. Then they ask you for a copy of your receipt AND donation receipt. This company is nothing but a scam.

My wife's phone was dropped and the glass cracked. The person on the phone was very nice and helped in collecting the necessary information. We had a replacement phone the next day. Phone was lost and I was unable to find it anywhere, contacted Verizon and found out that Asurion had my back. Contacted them and started the process to get my phone replaced, this was fast and easy. Shortly after I completed the form and got it sent in, I received a new phone the next day. Great. I thought the process would take forever and be difficult but to my surprise it was fast and easy. I'm now enjoying my new phone thanks to Asurion.

Perfect on every aspect EXCEPT the cost of the deductible. It used to b 50 dollars which was perfect. Now it's 200 dollars which is outrageous. The folks at Russell Cellular are perfect. Thanks. 200 dollar deductible is robbery. The cost of the phones is ridiculous in the first place and then y'all do this to us.

Very helpful with getting the claim filed and approved and replaced in a timely manner. Once I go past the automated direction the claim went much faster and easier when talking to a person. I had my device replaced after I broke it. After receiving my new device within the first week I noticed that it wasn't charging correctly. Called Asurion, told them about the problem and they replaced that device with another new one without question. I recently filed a claim and my phone was reported lost. As I am required to do my claim was denied because my phone wasn't on my account. It's the only phone on there. I'll be billing Asurion for the phone. I have premium insurance. It's not worth it. I will always pass on it now because of this experience and I'd recommend this to everyone else as well.

First phone received was a pre-paid model, I was unable to use it. Second phone is satisfactory. Only question I'd ask is why the Asurion supervisor didn't catch the problem - it being a prepaid phone - right away. Verizon representative solved the problem in minutes. Happy with service overall.

We placed a claim, paid the deductible and got the phone the next day as promised. The CSR was a little hard to understand, but other than that, no issues. I do think the monthly cost for insurance is getting a little too expensive considering the deductible is so high, but I guess it’s better than having to pay full price To buy a brand new phone.

Tech came to the house and repaired right away. Very responsive to our needs and professional. At first I was concerned having a tech come to the house - but it was fine. Only drawback was the time spent on the phone and transfer of data. It worked out in the end but I thought it would be simpler to complete the task.

Asurion did all that was required per the terms of the agreement and I am satisfied with their performance. Phone came on time and well packaged. I am taking a star for sending an aftermarket charger and cord that felt cheap to me. I tossed the charger and cord in a drawer and will save it for an emergency.

My experience with audition was good they're very great. They was very good when my wife need a new cell phone they got her a phone within a few days. Two weeks later I needed a new phone too. I submitted claim on my Note 5 and received a new phone in just a couple of days. Unfortunately that phone stopped working a couple of days later; I contacted Asurion and they sent me a new phone the next day! Now my claim has been satisfied and I couldn't be more satisfied with Asurion's prompt service as well as getting the protection I am paying for. I would totally recommend this type of coverage for anyone with a cell phone!

I must admit that my expectations were not very high going in. A prior experience with Asurion a few years ago left me a bit "sour." Coupled with the fact that I killed my phone the second day I had it, I was braced for the worst. I was anything but right. The experience was fast, painless, and unexpected. I was more than satisfied with the result and how easy the process was. I won't cringe so much when I see that insurance charge on my bill now!

My phone was damaged on a flight in July. I filed a claim as soon as I got home and within 24 hrs I had a new phone. The phone came with directions about transferring my info as well as a hotline to call in the event I had problems. Great service!

Lost my Phone in river after I flipped my kayak. Called and explained the situation. I received new phone the next day. Fast service, good communication. I was walked thru new phone setup. Had no issues. I would recommend this service to anyone with a high-end phone. The price is a little steep but cheaper than $1000 phone.

I called customer service explain what was happening to my phone. Said they were very sorry, send me a new phone the very next day. Wonderful customer service. No hassles. I received the phone in a timely manner and they helped set it up. I did not wait long on the phone to accomplish this. Our phone cracked and the new one works fine. The first time I was on the phone the issue was not able to be resolved. However, the second person handling the call was professional and helpful. Phone was damaged and return made but had some difficulty turning off the find my phone option. Second person was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The service was expedite and customer service were very polite, I got my phone replacement the next day. Nevertheless, the battery of the refurbished phone replacement I got does not last for a full day. That is a big disappointment since I need to use my phone all day long, and since I got this replacement I have to refrain myself from using it as I was used to with my original one.

We were caught in a torrential downpour in Washington, DC and my husband's phone got wet. I went into the Verizon store, who gave me the instructions to get a hold of Asurion. SO EASY! While my kids were ordering lunch in the food court of the mall I was able to make our claim. The phone arrived the NEXT DAY! Talk about service. I was really impressed with how quickly I received my replacement device. Easy setup. Phone was in equal condition except for one thing. I'm really disappointed with the battery life of my replacement. My phone that was swapped I kept charged and the battery life lasted so long. This one drains even when I'm not using it for more than communication and I've checked the background settings ☹.

The application for replacement was easy. The new phone was shipped quickly. It was easy to charge the phone and add the new data card. The only issue we had was the old phone was broke and we couldn’t get the memory card out. We had to have Verizon reactive the account.

The screen replacement service offered was not available... and it took several weeks for the insurance company to figure this out. The refunding of money paid was very slow and took several attempts for that to happen. It is wrong to be sold insurance services that are available in very limited markets or not at all.

When my screen cracked Verizon Go Wireless and Asurion staff were very helpful. Verizon contacted Asurion who sent a technician to my house to replace the screen. When the repair failed and I went back to Verizon the staff contacted Asurion who arranged to replace the phone at no extra charge. I would recommend Asurion and Verizon without hesitating.

My phone was stolen on my vacation to Italy. Verizon and Asurion were prepared to have a phone waiting for me as soon as I returned to the states. Within 48 hours of completing my claim form, I had another phone. Couldn’t ask for more! Process was painless and speedy.

The instructions were very clear, however, I had difficulty with removing the phone from my account. Even with help from an Apple associate, Verizon Associate, and an Asurion associate, the option was not working to remove the phone from my account. Thankfully, I was given another opportunity and an Asurion associate assisted with the removal of the device.

The day I called my claim in the online service was not working so I had to call to finish my claim. I was on hold for almost ten minutes waiting to talk to someone. It took over a week to receive my replacement phone for my daughter who was leaving to go out of town. I received a message that says if we don’t turn off find my iPhone on the old phone we will be charged 500$ but we did that before we sent the phone back. Not happy with the overall experience.

After our initial contact, we experienced some difficulty not due to Asurion, but UPS. We had to have our TV replaced; it was delivered by UPS, carton damaged. Due to having to wait on UPS determining it was damaged in shipping (duh), replacement took longer than anticipated; then the original replacement was no longer available so another was substituted resulting in an upgrade of the replacement. No complaints with this action and I would highly recommend Asurion to anyone, not for the upgrade but because they were courteous and helpful in trying to solve the issues that kept arising. We have dealt with them in the past and have always been more than satisfied with their services.

So quick and easy!! The phone arrived the next morning with a padded return envelope. The new phone was working within 10 minutes of receiving it and it could not have been easier to mail the old cracked phone back. I was not inconvenienced in the slightest. I was putting off visiting my Verizon store to repair the screen. It turned out I didn’t even have to go into the store. I literally filled out the Asurion form during lunch.

My phone screen was cracked for a long time and was on the fence to either go through warranty or visiting a local repair shop. I went the cheaper route thinking that a screen replacement would be smooth and simple... I was wrong. The tech came to my work and repaired the screen in a matter of 20 minutes, confirmed the phone was working properly. After about an hour, I noticed that the touch screen wasn't working at ALL!!! I contacted Asurion and went through the whole mundane troubleshooting process. After requesting for a replacement on the screen (since it was covered under warranty) they told me that since the back of my phone was also cracked. I'd need to pay the higher deductible and although the Technician wasn't supposed to fix my screen because of the damages on the back... I'm left with no option but to pay the higher deductible. Way to go Asurion, you guys are terrible.

I received a replacement iPhone 6S through AT&T's insurance company, which I later learned is Asurion. When I received it, I remarked that it looked and felt counterfeit. The Apple logo on the back was just a metal sticker on top of the phone, and the edges were incredibly sharp. The phone was laggy from day one and was clearly not up to the standard I came to expect from Apple. The phone also came in a cheap cardboard box, which I had hoped was just because AT&T needed to put my SIM card in it before shipping. Though they were not forthcoming about this fact, I later realized that my phone was a refurbished iPhone. When I researched what this meant (knowing that the phone's build and performance were incredibly sub-par), most online discussions were very quick to say that refurbs are probably BETTER than new iPhones because Asurion takes the time to certify them. This is speculation, but I suspect that those commenters were shills for one of the companies involved. No one who received a refurb like mine would be happy with the service.
My phone began to shut down at 70%, die within an hour of being fully charged, shut down when I tried to send a message or open any app, and refuse to turn back on due to insufficient charge. Light leak began to appear on the sides of the screen. I took it a to an Apple certified repair center, who checked for water damage (they didn't find any). After opening the phone, they found that nearly all of the internal parts, including the battery and screen, were third-party parts. Moreover, the battery had swollen so badly that it pushed the screen outward and off of its adhesive strips. That explains my problems, but they said that the phone is riddled with issues and cheap parts.
AT&T said they couldn't repair iPhones and Apple said it was counterfeit and not covered by their repair policies. That leaves me to file a claim with Asurion. Transparency is NOT one of their concerns, I guess. Their online claims process is maddening and I was told to try calling instead. Hello, my phone is broken! That's why I'm here. A company that cares about its customers would want to give them the best product and service, and Asurion has fallen extremely short in this regard.
Long story short, my phone won't even turn on anymore, it was in poor condition when I got it. It's not comparable to the phone that I had before and I still paid money for the insurance and the replacement. Consumers beware: you're better off buying a new iPhone from the Apple store. Third party parts would be okay with me if 1) Asurion was forthcoming about the refurbished status of my phone, and 2) the parts performed anywhere near as well as Apple parts. Save your money and skip the phone insurance.

My daughters phone was damaged. The big issue was trying to disable the find my iPhone app. The phone was sending a signal but was not able to be operated enough to cut off the app. I worked on this for several days and went to Verizon store for help. I feel like there could be easier ways to help customers with issues like mine.

Seemed efficient and knowledgeable. My only worry is that resetting my old phone didn't work. Apparently didn't input the right password. The threat of being fined $300 or $500 if "find my iPhone" is not turned off provokes a lot of anxiety. I was able to just turn off the "find my iPhone" on the old device. The last rep I spoke with assured me it was enough.

Prompt and efficient. Received refurbished phone the next day with easy instructions. Only problem was download from iCloud. With my rural location it is slow and I also used up a lot of my 4G. I am very pleased with my receiving the phone and how the insurance worked to protect me. The only part that was a little troubling was the call with the agent to get me up and running. Since I was using an old phone of my dad’s iPhone I had a few snags with the Apple ID. My call was dropped with the agent and she didn’t call back. I had issues and Googled questions for answers. I’m sure the agent had other things to do on an evening call. That part was a bummer. Overall, I love my phone.

I am having the most horrible experience with Asurion. The representatives are incompetent and always state contradictory information to me (on record). Yesterday, representative confirmed they received the fax with information from me. Today I call in to verify the status and they claim "we have not received the fax". How can it be different today if they confirmed it yesterday? The fax thing has been going on for a week now, and I have sent it in 3 times. Each time I go to FedEx and get confirmation pages and Asurion confirms the receipt on the phone with me. Next day they claim they didn't get the fax - AGAIN.
I am losing my patience and it's been a week of this horrible incompetence by now, and nothing I can do. I don't know what happened to Asurion, it used to be a good company. I can't stand this incompetence, the representatives are wasting my time, and the [very simple] claim is still NOT resolved. On top of it, one of the representatives just decided to CLOSE a claim about a week after it was opened and open a new one, without any explanation or any warning to me. Extremely, extremely, extremely incompetent people.

The only issue we had was making sure it was the right phone in the dropdown. It was listed a little differently than on our phone account. Other than that, it was a simple and fast process and we didn't even need to call but we did to make sure we did it correctly. LOVE the sim card, it's 3 different sizes in one, just keep breaking away plastic for the correct size you need.

Where to start... Well, I have been calling from 10 am - 8:30 pm with no help WHATSOEVER. I have uploaded documents, faxed documents called and spoke to 13 different people. 13!!! EACH ONE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. At one point I asked for a rep to stay on the line while I try to upload the documents up for the 5 time and she said "well I can't. I have other customers waiting." WHAT?! I said, "Ma'am please, I've been trying to fix this since 10. Just please help me out." She sighed and said "okay". Still no help, she said the website was down and I had to fax it. AGAIN. I got a Smartphone Samsung Galaxy J3 mainly because my little flip top one "accidentally" went through the washer when I changed my clothes, in a hurry. I loved that little phone, small enough for my pocket & I wasn't dialing # when I didn't intend to do that. This new one does not come with instructions, although the person at Verizon did give a few tips, but being I am older, I don't comprehend so quickly. I've always been hesitate about getting insurance, and when I purchased a new phone made of mostly glass, I decided it would be smart to have it insured. Within 2 weeks the phone broke and was cracked on the front and back. I was able to submit a claim online in less than 10 minutes, get it approved, and was assured it would ship overnight. Sure enough I received shipping and tracking information later that day, and received the phone next day. The trickiest part was just setting up the phone, but the Asurion customer service team was extremely helpful. I would never have thought that a claim could be completed so quickly, and very thankful that I did purchase the insurance.

I would really recommend that instead of bouncing from one automated message to the next, or trying to talk via e-chat that doesn't work, customers have the option of speaking to a live person directly.

I shipped to Asurion a perfectly functioning new original iPhone 8 with a cracked screen, made me pay $169 for it and they sent me a replacement phone that makes eerie noises and constantly shuts off, clearly a refurbished or non-original iPhone 8. It got to a point where the phone doesn't turn on anymore. I tried to get a replacement for the replacement, but it's "abuse of service". Now I'm stuck with a defective iPhone 8 that doesn't turn on anymore, and that I'm still paying off to Verizon. I'm also still paying a monthly service to Asurion, although I'm not sure what for. I asked them what I'm getting for paying the monthly fee if they're not providing any new devices to me at this point, they said it's my choice to continue paying.

My only difficulty was with initially getting the claim started. I chose the wrong category and had to call and then restart the claim. After that, everything went very well. We filled in the affidavit, I was able to scan and submit the paperwork. We then received the replacement phone for my son very quickly. We were pleased with the process.

It was my son's phone that was damaged and the person we talked to did giggle a little with us over how the damage happen but was very nice and concerned that my son was also ok. Although initially, I received a defective replacement device, Asurion was also quick to replace it once I reported it. Asurion exceeded my expectation by providing me with a working device, not charging me further deductible, shipping both the return of the defective device and the replacement at no cost to me and I received both the first as well as the replacement device the very next business day as promised.

In May of 2017 Samsung issued a long list of service bulletins for refrigerators with defective ice-makers. I owned one of these refrigerators, and complained to Asurion (appliance extended warranty) that my ice-maker constantly froze up with large blocks of ice due to leaks, preventing the ice from dropping into the tray, and that I had to manually defrost the ice-maker. They sent out a Tech from Mid-Service America, not once, but 3 times. On the third visit, they claimed they would void the warranty and not fix the unit because I had defrosted it and caused damage. In addition, their customer service was horrible. Nobody ever followed up on any of the service calls, I always had to call and ask what the status was.
I will never purchase an extended warranty from this company as they only seem they want to find a reason not to service. What was ironic was on the 3rd visit the tech had all the replacement parts, used a steam heated device to defrost the ice-maker (yes because it was so jammed up he couldn't even remove the defective parts) and then proceeded to tell me that heat damage voids the warranty and refused to even attempt to replace the defective parts with the new unit he brought with him (even though 2 previous visits by techs never saw or mentioned heat damage).

The website was a little buggy, and did not take me step by step. But once I figured out the documents it was after I used the search bar to find them, and was able to complete my claim. The rest of the process was fast and easy. The new device showed up within a few days. And I was able to send the broken device back with the prepaid envelope they provided.

Buyer beware. No accountability with this company whatsoever. They require payment and reviews of their company upfront. They send you to only one of two locations available for repair on a Verizon phone that you have been paying insurance on for years. They lied about their requirements. On hold (yes 2 hrs and twenty minutes). I'm an idiot. They literally are the most unprofessional and unethical company I have encountered in 60 plus years. Verizon has had numerous complaints... I will never take insurance again as it appears it is quite useless. I will tell anyone who will listen. I will post everywhere. I will hold them accountable.

While on a family vacation at Grand Lake in Oklahoma, I was in the process of tying up our pontoon boat to the dock and in the process kneeled down and my iPhone 8 came out of the belt clip holder for the phone. It took one bounce and in the lake it went. Since we had the insurance on the phone, it only took a telephone call and a few days to secure a new phone. I don't always buy this type protection but am happy that I did this time.

The Verizon salesman discouraged me from submitting a claim for a new phone via Asurion insurance. I bit and "purchased" an $800 phone from him :(. Three days later I contacted Asurion. I received a replacement phone the next day. The tech that helped me activate my phone was SO patient with me! I returned my water-ruined phone in the envelope provided by Asurion. I like the plan being able to do everything online. The affidavit, sending my personal info on behalf of the company is why I gave a 3 star. That should not be a requirement as our company has been with AT&T and Verizon for many years with very few claims. AT&T does not require the affidavit.

It took me a week to receive a replacement. The screen was cracked but the phone worked in my vehicle THROUGH my vehicle. I was told it was repairable. I drove the next day to the appointed repair center and was told “that part I don’t have until Tuesday, THEY should have told you”. So I call and set up an appointment for the tech to come to my house (another day). Tech shows up and says “That phone is not repairable and today is Friday they are closed now and closed for the weekend”, so I go online to try and buy a replacement and they tell me they are no longer carrying my phone and the screen is light gray (when something is not an option) so I could not even proceed.
Updated on 08/15/2018: They ended up sending me a newer model phone, however, they also gave me the wrong size SIM card so now the card is stuck in the phone and they have to ship me a new phone. This is going on 2 weeks.

I broke my iPad Pro 10.5. Submitted a claim through Asurion and paid the $200.00 deductible. They sent me an iPad Pro 12.9, which does not fit my Keyboard. I called them and explained what had happened. So they immediately sent me another iPad. Opened the box only to find they had sent ANOTHER 12.9, not my 10.5. A month has gone by and now they want another $200 to send out an 10.5. They told me their system says they sent a 10.5 both times, even though the Model number is for a 12.9. Now they want me to go purchase my own 10.5 and send them the bill for reimbursement. Sorry, I don't trust them enough to reimburse me after all the reviews I've read. I gave them the model number of the ones they sent. They told me that if I order another 10.5, they are just going to send a 12.9 because that is what shows up in their system as a 10.5. Completely inept service.

I would suggest downloading smart transfer as an appropriate app to make files and photos easier to transfer on phones, tablets etc... One day I suddenly crack the screen on my phone causing it to glitch and flash lights constantly causing it difficult to use. I was able to get a hold of an Asurion Agent right away and they helped me through the process and what needed to be done to receive a new phone. When I bought the protection plan for my Apple Watch I was told it was for 4 years, if I break my watch then I send it in and it will be fixed and sent back still covered. I crack my watch and send it in for repairs. A month later I was told that it can’t be repaired and I will be receiving a check. How can they spend a full month not fixing a cracked watch? If they can’t fix a cracked watch I don’t believe they can fix anything. So after I got my check I called and made sure that all I would need to do is go get a new watch and move over my protection plan, however once I bought my new watch and called to do so I was told it can’t be done. Instead I was told that I was unprotected now and that I should have read the fine print that once I cashed that check my contract is terminated. I expected better service considering I bought this protection plan from the base exchange. This is a shady read the fine print or go ** yourself protection plan. Complete scam.

I purchased my phone in June. This is a brand new iPhone 8 Plus and unfortunately the screen was cracked. I was advised that I had no choice but to mail in my still working phone so the screen could be replaced. Now without a phone I did as I was asked. I had to reset my entire phone and turn of my Find My iPhone feature as they would not work on it if it was not turned off. Lo and behold I get an email message indicating that they would not work on my phone because it was they were not able to repair it. Nothing else was said as to why it was not repairable although the phone was still working when it left my possession. I called the next morning, spoke to someone who could not tell me why. She said there were notes saying what happened and told me to call back after 7 am. I called back, spoke with someone who then informs me that it was broken on their end when trying to fix the screen.
Again brand new phone, that was on their error. She then told me they would send me a replacement but could not guarantee it would be new. I told her this was unacceptable since I sent them a new phone that they broke and demanded to speak with a superior. She then put me on the phone with Jessica who also was no help and said that I can purchase a new one. Why would I purchase a new phone when I had one already that they broke? Then she transferred me to Chris the supervisor who was helpful and told me he could not guarantee a 100% but in stock he saw there was a new one and that he was 95% sure it would be a new one I would be getting. I then asked for his ID number and direct line which he gave me in case I have an issue going forward. I called later to get his email address and of course the number was incorrect. I am still waiting on my phone. What a disappointment and frustrating experience.

Recently I have lost my mobile and claim for it and I pay $225 for deductible. I have received it in next day shipping. But after 2 days I have found my lost mobile. So I have contact them to cancel this claim and unbar my lost mobile so I can use it and return them their device. But they telling me that I need to return their device first and when they received it they will unbar my mobile. I tell them I don't have any other device to use, but they don't listen to me and say, "It's not our problem." I tell them I can put more security deposit for unbarring my lost phone but they said, "We can't unbar lost device" until not received their device. So what is the meaning of this insurance if they not understand customers situation. Please don't buy any insurance. I had paid $13 every month as premium with $225 as deductible.

We paid the deductible online at the Verizon store and within a couple of business days my daughter received a brand new phone... mailed right to our front door! Had her current phone not been available, Asurion would have sent her an upgraded model.

Although we were a little confused about the claim process, when we were dealing with the online customer service, we were told the phone had no air time. It was not explained to us what this meant, and I felt the customer service agent was brusk, unnecessarily, we had a damaged, and insured brand new phone. The claim ended successfully because we received a new phone the next day, once a trip to Verizon was involved.

You guys made this whole ordeal magnitudes worse than it needed to be. While filling out the form you guys stated you don't ship to any PO box nor military bases. Well guess what. I'm military, on a station, and use a PO box. So instead of being able to receive my phone promptly I had to send it to my mother and have her send it to me.

Broke my phone, using my Telus Device care to get a new one. I tried to do the online claim but needed to change my address, it gives an update my address option but kept telling me the address was invalid. I called in and waited on hold for help, the gentleman told me I can't update my address online (then why did it give me the option?) but that he would update it for me... I repeated the address to him about 3 times to ensure he had it correct. Fast forward to me getting a shipment confirmation with the wrong city and the wrong postal code listed on the address. So I called in again, the lady said she would fix my address, which she then repeated back to me after I told her a few times what the correct one was and she STILL had it wrong... HOW?
She then puts me on hold a few more minutes and then tells me she can't update it until they get the one they sent to the wrong address back, then I can call in again (and wait on hold some more) to change my address and then they will ship it again... I asked how would I know they got the phone back from the wrong address, answer is that I won't and have to just call back in a few days cause they 'should' have it in a few business days. Lovely. So I asked if I would get some sort of discount since I already paid the $250 for this replacement phone and they made a mistake on their end that has now been a hassle on my end and now I am waiting longer for this replacement. She said 'No we don't do discounts.' Overall extremely unimpressed.

I couldn't go to the repair shop closest to my home. I had to drive 11 miles away. There is the same store 3 miles from my home but couldn't go there. Also Verizon misinformed me about going to the repair shop first and directed me to the closest shop. But returning the one that was replaced went super well.

This was by far worst service ever! My tv went out and would not turn on suddenly. After 4 days Walmart sent someone to repair the tv, they replaced the power board and the very next day it blew out again. 2 weeks later the repair center comes back out to replace it a second time and in moving my tv he popped my screen and caused more damage but saying we did it even though the tv sat in the same spot and was not touched. I am getting nothing but the runaround and Walmart saying it is now not covered and there is nothing they can do about it.
This is a accredited service center they hired not me and they caused more damage to my tv and now I’m responsible, how can that be! These plans are very misleading and it is his word against mine they say and they are not covering it, so I’m out a $600 tv plus a $100 svc plan. I have now been out a tv for over a month and no one is getting back to me, I just get the runaround. Do not buy these scam plans!!!

The replacement came next day and was great. It is kinda a problem on the internet to not be able to continue with the claim if you can’t get the “find my phone” turned off. I ended up having to call in and complete the claim. But it was easy :)
