I've been a B&H customer for decades. 90% of my equipment has been bought online and only once was I able to visit the store in-person, which was an amazing experience (I hope to visit there again someday because I was like a kid in a candy store--wanting everything!). As far as my experience ordering online, it's been great. If I know what I want, I search, and it to the cart and pay. If I need some help deciding between a couple of choices or need recommendations, I've never been let down by the people who chat with me. Everyone there is knowledgeable.

What a great company. I wish more would use B&H as a model for their operations. Great customer service and always have the perfect products with great prices and daily deals and extremely fast shipping. What more could you ask for?

Shane on the expert line was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. He was clear and concise and understood why I was asking technical questions. All in all, a good experience. I hope that when I get the product, it will be even better.

I am always impressed with B&H's selection of products across multiple disciplines - Photo, A/V, Pro Sound, etc. My experience has always been top notch whenever I have reached out for assistance of any kind (Pre-sales generally) and have never had a problem returning items I later decided I did not need.

B & H's prices are comparable with other vendors but the service makes the difference. Nearly everything purchased has free delivery and shipping is fast. The carrier(s) they use are responsible. In my one experience with a product I didn't like, it was exchanged quickly for another item; no questions asked. This is a top-notch, customer centric, service-oriented supplier who provides old-fashioned service through new electronic channels.

I easily found what I needed but it was out of stock. A few days later I received notification from B&H that it was in stock and I purchased it right away. Going through the purchasing process was easy to do and with Payboo. I saved on tax and shipping was free.

As always, B&H is Great! Order on a weekday and I almost always get it the next day! Even for small items, not just the multi thousand dollar orders.. Customer service is the best. Call or Email, you always get an answer quickly. Product selection is outstanding, if you want the loaded MacBook, they have it in stock, ready to ship.

Products easy to find and product descriptions were excellent; easy to understand and thorough. I was interested in purchasing an OM-1 Mark II and 100-400 zoom lens. Information provided made it easy to decide on the appropriate components.

Smooth and easy, as usual. Best film prices plus free shipping. The best! The website works perfectly every time, and provides quick, logical paths to all the different products B&H carries. I've made several purchases here and all have been excellent.

Scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM B&H. I bought DJI action 4 magnetic mount base from them. Never arrived. Fed Ex won't open a case and won't help me because B&H has restricted the shipment information. Since the first didn't arrive i ordered a second set. Same thing; shows arrived but didn't. And they restricted the shipment information so I can get absolutely no information from FedEx. Amazing.

I sent my Godox V100 flash to this company for repair using a shipping label they generated, which correctly listed my address as the return address. This confirms the company had my correct address on file. When the item was shipped back to me, the company sent it to the wrong address. After I asked for confirmation, they stated that USPS delivered it to my home. However, USPS confirmed this was not true and that the package was delivered to a different address. Despite being informed of this, the company continues to deny where the package was delivered and has ignored my follow-up emails for about a week now.

I can always find the photographic equipment that I am interested in, and the item will be competitively priced. The website is easy to use and the filters work well in sorting through the items.

We have been buying from B&H for over 30 years. The product selection is very comprehensive as are the pricing options. That, along with their customer service, support, ease of ordering and doing business with them is best in class.

As always a fantastic shopping experience with B&H. I did place a phone call prior to making my purchase online though it was to inquire about an "open Box" offering of the same item that I purchased new. Isaiah was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The gift that keeps on taking: a new camera. Lenses, accessories, batteries, memory cards. I knew what I was getting into. Glad I’ve got B&H to go to. Selection of products, as well as advice is generally excellent. I’ll be adding reviews as I get some hours of experience with the new system.

Web site easy to use; one of the best! I like using the Payboo credit card as it saves a bit in tax. Many times, shipping is free, which is another benefit. Again, the website is one of the best I have used for ordering.

Ordering is always quick and easy with B&H. Also, I had contacted B&H on an issue I had with my printer. Abe, the representative, was extremely helpful and took the time to help me through each step to get my printer set up. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and assistance. So quick and easy to Order from B&H. I have ordered lights, batteries, wireless mics, all with no hassle. Why go anywhere else? I need light domes for some new lights and I'm on the site and find what I need quickly and it's order with just a couple of clicks. Saving money with the Payboo card is also a plus!

The computer came damaged with a line in the screen. I returned for an exchange and it took a while so I called back. They sent it back since my password was still on there. I have no email from them and they won’t refund it since it didn’t come with the original box even though I sent it in the original box.

Your Chat staff was rude and inept and failed to answer a simply legitimate question, twice hanging up on me after I told them politely I was a longtime customer. I've been shopping at B/H since 1984. I've purchased many cameras, computers, lenses, software, TVs, etc., etc. I bought my first Canon T90 from you. I shopped at your location on 16th Street, was it? Today was the worst customer service I've ever received from a company I've recommended dozens of times. You're slipping in a world that is slipping, in which manners, courtesy and respect are slipping. Now's the time more than ever to be kind and helpful and respect your customers.

I found a wide range of options for the affordable, compact ball head (and a few other misc. items) I needed to go with a monopod and new lens I recently acquired.
