Company reached out to me & they pay my pending payment.

Submitted their task, did exactly as they instructed, double checked everything. Took me 3 days and about 3 hours. They refused to pay me. Said the recordings were "too quiet" even though I listened to them before submitting and they were not quiet at all. They instructed me to take them inside a car with the a/c on and want to complain about the quality?? They won't compensate me like they promised.

Did their little task back in July ‘22, supposedly a $25 payout. They’ve said that I never registered, that I asked to opt out, and that I never did the task (even with multiple screenshots showing that I registered, did the task, and why on earth would I opt out on something I’m waiting to be paid for?) They had me create another account with a different email, then said I couldn’t be paid because I didn’t do the task under that email (it was no longer available by this point).

I participated in a study with Transperfect (name should be changed to Transflawed) on 1/11/22 and have yet to be paid. Transperfect asked how I would like to be paid and I indicated via PayPal and then was told that I would receive payment in 5-16 business days which I found peculiar because PayPal is an instant payment platform. It seems that this company is disingenuous and I will never participate in another study with them. Save yourself the hassle and frustration by not even bothering to participate in any of their studies or research opportunities. A waste of my time and money to travel to their office.

After completing a study Transperfect data force refuses to pay me unless I join their database. They want to sell more of our personal information without any compensation. This was not stated before the study. They are holding our monies hostage which is illegal and a bad business practice. They even blocked my number from their phone so as not to pay me. DO NOT USE TRANSPERFECT. This is a complete SCAM!!!

They have all the languages you might need and it is very easy to do business with them. The program is very easy to use. Out of around 25 different jobs that we gave them, there were no mistakes, no errors. I would say that their accuracy is 100% even in specific phrases and local sayings. Their price is fair. It is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The quality of the job is amazing. This service is very valuable for us as we deal with people from all over the world. This service helps us to communicate better and do better business.

The variety overall was good however there were quite a few sections that were difficult to understand the directions. As far as I can tell the accuracy was sufficient. It's hard to describe the accuracy when I had trouble following what I was supposed to do. I think the price was fair and comparable to other language learning packages similar to the one I had chosen. I am rating the value with a dissatisfied mainly because of the trouble I had following what or how I was to do things as well as navigate through things.

It's easy to use and simple to use. I have used a decent amount of translators and this has more variety than most. It takes the strain out of really trying to figure things out. It was overall accurate but it doesn't give multiple meanings and various translations to the languages that are more slang terms, which would come in handy in day to day travel. The price was outrageous for the minimal service that it provides. I was expecting more, although giving a lot of translations, it didn't provide for what they were charging. There is no value within this product because it overcharges for basic translations and doesn't give more for what they charge for it.

It had a lot of language to choose from but I only needed one. I need a French to English translator for my grandparents and I was very happy with them. Their accuracy was on point. The person translate handled everything flawlessly. No issues. Everything went super smooth. I'm not sure about price. I don't think I paid too much. I went with the best available for what I needed to use the service for I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

I needed a translation from English to Danish. I was happy to see how many languages were available. It made a daunting task easy. I do not know a word of Danish. I was not completely sure of the translation until I got a response. In a follow-up I asked the recipient if the translation was accurate. And it was. I did not price many services since time was a huge issue. The price was in line with what I expected. Again a daunting task was made easy. It was a great value. Without this service, I would not have been able to complete this task. It was great to find a service so easily.
