I was charged 4 times of usual for one page of translation. Also they refused to cancel the job within one hour of order claiming it was already begun! Despite the fact they say it takes 2-3 days! I do NOT recommend this to anyone unless you want awful customer service and being charged extra a lot!

In my fourth time using their service, I paid extra money for a certified UK translation but they did not send the translator certificate as usual. I had to send emails for 3 days with no response and when they responded in their chat room, they told me to wait because my job is complete!!! I paid more than 110 USD to get incomplete job. I could not find 0 or minus to rate them.

They have a large selection of languages to choose from. So you have multiple options so that you can learn any language your heart desires. The accuracy is on point. Everything they show you is very descriptive and understandable. Also comes with pictures to help you understand even better. The price is very fair. You get way more language learning content than you deserve for what you paid. It's a great language site that is very well priced compared to others. The service gave me lots of values. I needed to be able to learn a language fast for work. I've heard of other sites like Rosetta Stone. I tried it out and didn't work well for me so I moved to this company and it has worked wonders for me. I love it.

The variety of languages was helpful for many people I know and in my line of work. It makes things much easier. It also helped with family members who are not from here. For the most part the accuracy was good but it definitely could have been better. I only had some glitches with family members and friends using it. Thankfully there were no problems when I was using it for work. The price is very fair for what you are getting. Any lower and I would have been a bit hesitant at first. But any higher and I don't think I'd be using it. I highly recommend this product. Not just for private use like with family and friends but also for business. It can help you accomplish so much.

They have English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Mexican. I love to use the Spanish, most things come in Spanish. I also like French. I love to try and speak French and English. The accuracy is great. They don't mess up on any of the words with French or Spanish or English. I would consider using it again and I would suggest it to others. The prices are very reasonable, it's not too expensive. I can afford it and I'm sure others will be able to afford it also. I will recommend to others. The value is very important. Without this you will not be able to read certain things that are posted over the internet on games and other various places.

I was impressed how many languages this company offered! Even multiple dialects of languages were available to use. Also easy to select the language you need. Translator services I have used in the past have not always been accurate. This one was perfect. Able to have a good conservation with out losing important pieces in translation. I'm fine with the price. A lot of programs you pay a lot of money for something that isn't accurate. So I don't mind the price because of the convenience and ease of use of this product. Makes my job so much easier. I can now have full and accurate conversations with all of my clients. Without this I would really be missing a lot of important details.

I didn't find what I was looking for with this company. They didn't really try to help me. I couldn't afford it. Maybe they need to lower prices. I would try to do something, but it usually never worked. A lot of the time I couldn't understand what was going on. It was a big dissatisfaction. I had to spend too much money on this product. Two whole trailer payments, and it didn't even work the way I needed it to. A massive disappointment. I would say if it was cheaper, it would be worth the price. Like half of the price it is now, plus another 40 dollars off. But at the price it is now, not worth it.

They translate into and out of English. They translate Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, and Turkish just to name a few. They also have more languages that are less used as well. The accuracy was very good. Every word used was translated to the best word for me in English. There are very few mistakes made through this translation service. I was very satisfied with the results. The price is very reasonable compared to other services like this one. They will translate per word or per hour which gives you a good option to get a great price for your needs. It is worth the cost and time. It is very valuable. It will help translation be a breeze to get through.

There is a lot of choices of language ex. French, German, Spanish, Polish. It took couple hours to translate my work. I was very satisfied and happy to used it. I used it and I was surprise positive about accuracy. Was perfect. I think people should trust them and give them work. Good work and good price. Always could be better but doing great job and its cost ok. Very great pricing for this work. You should trust them.

They translated a variety of languages. I think they covered just about every major language but minor languages not so much. Wouldn't hurt to branch out and add some more. As someone who learned several languages myself the accuracy was a little off. In general it was okay but it wasn't precise and that's what any translation should be - precise. For the quality I believe personally it should've been a little cheaper. For all intensive purposes it got the job done but not as precisely as I would've liked it to have been. It was helpful even though it wasn't all that accurate or precise. Price wise it wasn't worth as much as I paid. Value wasn't all that great.
