I really enjoyed using the Stepes platform for a quick document translation. It's hard to find fast reliable translation services and the fantastic UI that they have built is a pleasure to use. Great follow up by the team as well... It's nice to have an actual human check in afterwards and I've found them to be very helpful.

Stepes is fast, reliable, and accurate. I enjoy the online platform, where I'm able to easily upload my documents and receive them when they're complete. I also like seeing the profile of my translators. Stepes was responsive the time that I received a document back too late and they provided a refund.

Our production company has used Stepes a few times now to translate scripts to various languages, and the service has always been top notch. Most importantly, the translations have been accurate. But more than that, they've been able to translate material that covers a wide range of topics (from healthcare to the mining industry), and have very professional and prompt in their service. The service has gone above and beyond, and we've been nothing but happy with our time working with Stepes. My only wish is that they covered even more languages (even though they do cover plenty), because if I could make Stepes my one stop shop for all my translation needs, I would.

I've been using Stepes' translation service since March, and it's been great. Their terminology tool makes the translation more consistent, and the translation is always fast. When there are any questions, it's easy to communicate with the translators. Another plus is Stepes' support staff and client service manager, who are very helpful and strive to improve the quality of their service.

I think Stepes is a great platform! I think there could be some UI updates aesthetically, but overall the platform is pretty seamless. I really think being able to clearly label what each translation would be a nice addition. I know we can already do this, I just think it needs to be clearer and cleaner.

I have used this service numerous times and have been very pleased with the results. The translators are thorough and prompt, and if there is ever an issue with a project, the Project Manager is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Stepes to anyone who needs professional translation at an affordable price.

The main reason for choosing Stepes for our needs is that there is no minimum word count for a translation project. Also, the turnaround is really quick and the UI is straightforward and easy to use. I did not give 5 stars, as some of the instructions given to translators were not followed in the past and we experienced significantly poor quality translations from some French translators. We appreciate Stepes stepping up and fixing them free of charge - but as we don't have much knowledge about some of the other languages, as we have with French it is concerning.

Stepes has been a good translation service and I would recommend it to other companies/individuals. Both the translators and our account manager have provided excellent service. I've been using Stepes to translate short product descriptions from English into Spanish and French, and the translators have provided quality work within reasonably tight timeframes.
