Susan has been very helpful and will go over the top for you when needed. She’s always helpful and gets things done when I call or text her. I’ve signed up 2 of my other companies and have also had several friends sign up. The only thing I think Hibu should do is offer a referral or discount when having other people sign up or if you have multiple companies signed up with them.

Couldn't believe how easy it was... 2 weeks ago I needed a new site. They interviewed me for an hour and sent me something so professional that I barely had to make any changes. The rep Greg was also there to help with the interview and also came back again when I got my proof to make things even easier.. Very helpful and customer service oriented. Low setup fee for something this state of the art.

All I can say is, the dashboard is nice, but the numbers are useless. Over 100 clicks to my site in from digital ads and clicks from my search campaign, 16 calls which more than half are completely bogus. People calling from other areas outside of my service range. Calling asking for companies. I’ve spent more money than I’ve made with this marketing. I sent emails in regards to how I feel about the marketing performance, sales rep offers more broken promises. So I called to see if I could just pay in advance and be done with the six month contract. They said someone will call you. Never did! No one has called me since I’ve made that phone call.

Absolutely worthless. No increase in calls, or sales... Was told I could cancel after six months...now it is 12 months... Don't waste your time or money... You get no service, just an automated original setup that is not explained nor tweaked.

I recently rebranded my company at the beginning of 2021 and was skeptical about getting traction in my new niche right away. Usually from my experience it takes 3-8 months to become established in any given market. Working with Tom and HIBU, however changed that. Since the rebrand in January of this year, it is now early February and I am booked out to early April. Not only that, but I am netting a 150% increase in profits due to the high quality leads I am getting! The service is phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Great appearance and functions are pretty easy to use. It would be nice if it was more SO friendly for us to work on that. I really like the look and link navigation of my website. Please keep improving on it, I like what I see up to now.

Covid-19 rules and guidelines set forth by the State and County governments made communicating our plans for our weekly service quite a challenge. Without the use of the Hibu listings dashboard, things would have been more difficult. It is possible to change our hours on hundreds of internet search engines from one dashboard. That made things a lot easier. Hibu's listing management tool is a great investment.

It all sounds great, but words are as they say, cheap. Let's start at beginning. They drop names like Google and Microsoft. They toss out "Business Partners", "Certified" "Only" and wow you with stats and impressive numbers. So you sign up. They interview you (mine was 3 1/2 hours) with a "specialist" to get to know your needs and your business model. And then all the hype has to be met with the actual work.

I have had my business in another country and moved here to Las Vegas. In my years as a business owner I have learnt that the one and only thing that matters in business is integrity. Without it you have nothing, our guy Larry and Hibu staff DO have lots of integrity. Promises were made and delivered, extremely professional, saved my business, thank you so much.

Towards the end of September, 2020 I contacted Debby ** about the services she had to offer related to digital marketing. I was looking to do online advertising and I had worked with her before (she was not with Hibu at the time). I went with a package that included listings, reviews and Google ads. At the time, Debby failed to inform me that there was a 6 month contract. I didn’t know about this, paid for the first month at the begging of October 2020. After I got zero results from the campaign, I decided to cancel. Called Debby on 10/29/2020 to inform her and her response has “I don’t know. I will need to talk to my boss, he is in meetings today so I will get back to you tomorrow" (10/30/2020).

From my personal experience, this company deliver a great looking dashboard and convincing sales conversations and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE! After four months of subscription to three of their products, they have delivered NO LEADS at all! I have considerable experience with pay per click, SEO and campaign marketing and have run a parallel campaign with good results to compare. Despite multiple complaints there are still no results and to add insult to injury, the company just repeats the contract terms so I have to keep paying for NO RESULTS until the contract expires! Buyer beware!

So many times you get a lot of attention and help when a company is trying to get your business but they disappear after you sign up and pay them. This is not so with Hibu. My sales consultant, who was the first person I met has stood by and answered all my questions as I went through the processes and has stayed by me like a good friend when I was not sure what to do next. I noticed my page hits begin to climb within days of her fixing the listings and working with me. As we continue I am confident we will get some good results when the site is finished and the ads are up. I know she will make it happen!

They will promise you the world and deliver none of it, we are a small family company just starting out that strictly relies on the internet, Hibu Promised us everything and they delivered nothing. We barley received 2 calls per week. Sometimes we received nothing. We were charged thousands and told numerous lies, they also will hold your website hostage, while we were using them we had to use another company to generate business. They have over 226,000 negative reviews. Do not take these bad reviews lightly. They have earned every single negative review.

Spent $5800 for development of website. Thinking that was a little too much but came from a coworker that they were good and would do great things with our company website and getting recognized on the internet. So we started with it and found out that my logo that they changed the solar and font I didn't own they did and could not use it. Only they could, then found out I don't own the design of website. That they do and if I canceled they delete the website and that money is out the window. Then they started seo process and worked a week and got leads then they found out a mistake with the form fill and had 23 leads in it and could not get info took a week to fix.

Jeremy was accommodating and has the rare ability to be persistent without being annoying. The process thus far has been smooth.. I have not been a customer long enough to rate the effectiveness of their services.

After thorough review of services I was getting with Vivant, my representative Stacy ** informed me I was paying way too much for that service and would do much better with Hibu. I put my faith in her honesty and am very pleased with what Hibu is now doing for me. I think I had roughly 330 hits to my Website last month and saved about $500.00 in the process! Stacy is an exceptional, professional individual and I always enjoy her input. I recommend her if your business needs exposure in this competitive world!

I am not a Hibu customer however I inquired about their services. I was given incorrect information actually a lie. I was looking into doing Paid Google Advertising with them and was told there is NO MANAGEMENT fee for their services as they were compensated by Google. That did not sound right so I pushed and was finally told their dashboard shows 100% of my advertising budget going to Google Ad Words but their documentation says "a portion of the fees paid by you as our management fee." I was later told by a manager is amount is 20% fee of your spent but that is not in writing, so if I was misled about their percentage in the first place saying they don't charge anything how can I believe them about the 20%. Needless to say I did not go with Hibu as like every other company they were giving me incorrect information in the hopes of gaining a new customer.

We have been more than pleased with the service we receive from Hibu, and our service rep, Charlie, is so attentive and responsive to us. We get a lot of bang for our buck with Hibu and appreciate the personalized service with them.

Beyond thrilled that a Hibu representative Pete ** came by one of our locations one day. He came by with his Supervisor to explain the service they offered. At first we weren't sure if this is something we wanted to do. However I can assure you, it was a fantastic decision to sign up with Hibu. Not only did they redesign our website completely, they gave me tools to market our company on the next level.

I was misled by the sales agent who took my money, never informed me of the correct contract time and then they completely mess up my campaign with incorrect information and wrong landing pages. The sales rep even said my website sucked and then him and fellow employees of Hibu started leaving bad reviews on my business. I was lied to by customer service of hibu as well multiple times. Ine employee told me they would extend my pause for longer than 2 weeks and he never followed through. Hibu is a RIP off and their sales agents play fraudulent tactics promising to use portions of their commissions to help boost a customers campaign. Never designed the campaign correctly and I lost money with no sales in return. This is the worst company I have ever seen! Stay far away from hibu!

I have been using Hibu for some sort of advertising for years, this past year my salesman Randy convinced me to let Hibu run my website and online campaign. I can tell you I have more business now than I have ever before and the first job covered the cost of the advertising. I am a completely satisfied customer.

This is the worst marketing company I have every worked with and they do not care about their clients at all. The only thing they care is their 6 months of contract. Plumbing and heating. I've been using Hibu for a short amount of time but so far so good. Jamie ** is my contact person. She has been great. She follows up with me and is very consistent. Im going to activate my advertisement in two weeks because the pandemic. I think it will go fine with Jamie on my side. I feel it will go well.

Wish I could give negative stars. When it came down to cancelling our subscription, Hibu continued to charge us! The rep kept claiming it was cancelled, but they kept charging our card. Literally had to block them from our card and dispute charges. And they had the nerve to fight the charges!! I’m almost certain they would still be charging us if I wouldn’t have blocked them from our card. After multiple email and verbal communications with their rep saying the account was cancelled and assuring me we would get a credit. And mind you, we were faithful paying customers for like 4 years. Greedy company, consumer beware!!!!

Jamie was very patient and accommodating during the process which was trying at times as Register.com was not being helpful at all in the ownership change over process. Stasi did a great job on setting up the new site, made any changes very promptly that I wanted.

I purchased display advertising and reviews management from Hibu, and within a month, I realized that what I was promised was not at all what was delivered (I have confirmation of this in emails). They used stock photos that were not even relevant to my business - without my permission - and repeatedly fumbled everything. Things I was supposed to have approval over were never presented for my approval (I also have them admitting this in emails).

It has been 3 days since my email service has been working correctly. They open tickets, then they have no record, things are working on their end but not on MINE! They have costed me THOUSANDS of dollars by not being able to keep in contact with our customers. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS TYPE TREATMENT!
