    The worse company to get involved with, very crooked!! I was forced to sign a contract when they bought out the company I was advertising with! And from the first day on nothing but problems and 6 months later lost all 319 5 star reviews and 150 pictures and videos !! Could not get them because they didn't know what happened? So I terminated them, now they threatened me monthly for balance!! I will see them in court!! Run as fast as you can from these folks!!

    Hibu breached the terms of my contract and agreement. I signed up for Hibu in 2018. The past few years I have tried to cancel individual services and have finally been told that they bundles all services into 1 in 2021. They have not provided me with any documentation regarding a notice of bundling and being unable to cancel individual services. Included in those services are website assist, a discontinued service and Appts/Call-Request/Scheduling, also a discontinued service. Hibu responded that even tho the services were discontinued they were still available for me? Which clearly undermines contract Term 2C under Hibu Websites which states:

    (c) If we are unable to supply you with a Service, for example because that Service is no longer available, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your Order. If you have already paid for the Services, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible. The response I got back from hibu about the services being discontinued is: "At no time did any of the products you were using previously become unavailable to you. You have always had access to our Support Team to make changes as you see fit."

    I have tried to cancel individual services but since they were bundled into 1 in 2021 I have been denied multiple times. Hibu has also not provided any communication to show I was informed of merging my 6 services into 1 even after multiple requests and them saying they would get that information over to me. Hibu only has the original contract signed in 2018. My services are under the legacy legal terms of agreement which do not include price increases and states that after the minimum term any individual service may be cancelled. I have requested a breakdown of the services they have listed but they have not provided me with it. And I am still waiting on the communication where I was informed about the bundling of services and price increases.

    HORRIBLE! These people will lie out their teeth to sell you anything. We got hustled. We were told the contract would not renew saying they could make things right if we just gave more money. These people are like used car salesmen. I would be so cautious of this company if you actually work hard for you money and are hoping for good marketing.

    Reason I would not reccomend using Hibu for marketing services is that I Actually had to pay to create a new website which supposably would be linked to their google ads etc. That alone was a shame because original website we has as awesome and I now I had a website that a tenn can make. It gets better.. Once I decided to cancenl contract after few years they told me I could NOT keep the website unless I pay a monthly fee of $250. RIDICULOUS!

    This company is nothing but a scam out to get as much money as they can from you without delivering any results. Communication is nonexistent as soon as you tell them you are done with them. And from all the reviews of other sites, this is completely their MO to doing business. I just wish I had known this before getting suckered into signing up with them. Don't waste your time or money! Your phone will do nothing but blow up with telemarketing calls and other third party companies that are similar to Hibu trying to poach you away from them.

On 11/06/24, when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. Your Display ads averaged 311 clicks per month, with expected results of 90 clicks. Your Local Ranking keywords before Hibu started at a placement of 999+. Your three keywords ended with a rating of two, seven, and twelve. On 06/23/25, when you agreed to a new contract, a new SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the new program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations on the most recent contract as well. Your Search ads have averaged 155 clicks with an average cost per click of $5.39. The expected results would be an average cost per click of $13.67. The Click-Thru-Rate (CTR), which we would expect to see typically greater than 1%, while your CTR was 4.78%. Your Display ads at the new budget averaged 362 clicks, with expected results of 80 clicks. Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email, should you have further questions or concerns.

Don’t sign contract with them. They will charge you cancel final fee even you give them the notice 2 months ago. I put a lot money on them but my business is dead.

When we first partnered with you, you were given a Statement of Work that said the Search would have a Click-Thru-Rate >1% and Cost-Per-Click of $3.50. We exceeded that with a CTR of 9.12% and CPC of $1.08. The SOW also said the Display would have 12,000 to 15,000 impressions with 90-125 clicks per month. We exceeded that with over 77,000 impressions and 261 clicks per month. We expected Social to have 100-210 clicks per month, and we exceeded that with 615 clicks per month. Our records show that you requested to cancel in May 2025; however, you were still within the terms of your 6-month contract. A cancellation has now been processed for all products and services.

    Stay away from this scam!! All the good reviews they have they write themselves. They promised a great service and I decided to try. For the first month I asked for a little bigger budget that they suggested so we can see some results. After the first month no phone calls or email and my website disappeared two weeks after. They were notified about it but they still charged me for the full month of pay per click and they charged upfront for the next month even though they knew that my website is gone. I asked them to stop the service since my website is gone but they said you still have to pay for 6 months ahead because you have the contract.

    The budget for pay per click was optional and they still charged me the big amount without my permission. Even the first two weeks we got not even one phone call or email from Google Pay Per Click. When I did the same on my own I always got some phone calls. Those are scam artists and very bad customer service. Stay away!!!!
