We heard about the Davinci Virtual from an attorney who uses that system. It was a trial, but since we had another service and we weren’t happy with them and this was a referral from another attorney, we thought we’d take the chance and try them. We use the system as a receptionist for inbound calls and our experience with their team has all been pleasant.

I was interested in having a virtual office space and Davinci Virtual seems to have most of the listings. They were a broker between me and an office space right around the corner from me. It's a fine service but I'm probably not going to renew with them once my contract ends because they charge an ongoing monthly fee for the service. If I renew with Davinci, I'd have to pay them as the broker whereas if I go directly to any of the virtual office providers, then I can get it for 30 bucks cheaper a month.

For my business, I needed a physical address that wasn’t my home and I had an excellent experience with Davinci when I set it up to find out where the location was. I don't use their business phone system though. They cost way more money than what it would be for me to set up my own.

Davinci Virtual had several locations so I was able to pick where I wanted to be in business. These places were close to my house too. That was the biggest thing. The price ranges was another factor in my decision to contact them. I use the building and the address right now and so far, everything has been really good

I have used a local company but I wanted somebody that had longer hours. I went with Davinci and we use their live answering service the most for inbound customer calls. With Davinci, I'm not missing any calls because I have a live person answering them most of the time which is helping. They've been wonderful.

Davinci Virtual was a lot more professional than what I was looking at. Everybody was nice, very helpful and answered all my questions really fast. The entire service was great. Plus, the office was located close to my home. I use the address and mail features, and working with them has provided my business with a professional place to have meetings, which was what I needed the most. I love Davinci Virtual.

We use all of the features of our Davinci system, for outbound and inbound calling. I dealt with the team in the beginning, as far as learning how it works. Then I took it from there. Everything has been all good. They have good rates too.

A virtual office sounds better on paper than a PO box for a business address. I use Davinci Virtual mostly for the address, and they have been very professional. My interactions with their reps have mostly been via email and for the most part, it has been very good. Every time I contact somebody, they're usually quick to respond and help out with whatever they can. I get to pick up anything from my virtual office box and it seems to be going okay. However, I was told that I would be notified whenever I receive mail in my mailbox. I sent a debit card over to the virtual address, but nobody contacted me about it and I had to disable the card because I was not sure if they actually received it or not.

We're a new startup and we use Davinci mostly for mail forwarding and reception. Basic was pretty much answering our needs and so far, everything good. I would definitely recommend Davinci. I’m kinda familiar with this kind of office system. We needed it at the office and it worked very well. Compared to that company we used prior, Davinci has better customer service. Whenever I called, there was somebody there to help me out. They also had good reviews.

I saw a guy on YouTube, who was starting an online boutique, and he recommended Davinci Virtual. I wanted to have the service as well so that I could use the address. For my privacy, I don’t wanna use my own home address. The staff at Davinci are really nice and very polite. They work with you and keep you informed. They keep reaching out. They followed up, gave me beneficial information and sent everything that I need through emails. They also sent emails to make sure everything is fine. It's a good experience for me.

What started out as a smooth process ended in my worst nightmare. I rented a virtual office space with DaVinci for my new business. The package I secured was a monthly contract with an initiation fee for the first month. What I didn't know was that hidden in DaVinci's terms and conditions (and displayed nowhere else in their package offer on their website) was a SIX MONTH CONTRACT upon purchasing their MONTHLY package. I only signed up with DaVinci so that I could get a professional looking business for my customers to see when looking up my firm. Starting up a new business isn't easy, so I decided it would be easier to use a P.O. box instead. Upon that decision, I called in after about four months to cancel my MONTHLY subscription.
Unbeknownst to me, they threw the terms and conditions my way. BE WARNED people... If you're going to sign a contract with DaVinci Virtual, be SURE to take the TIME read through their fine print (THOROUGHLY) as they will HIDE the fact that you're signing up for a much LONGER contract than your original intention. Also, in their terms and conditions, the SIX MONTH CONTRACT was NOT highlighted, bolded, underlined, or even capitalized. Unbelievably SHADY COMPANY!!

I loved my experience with Davinci. It was great. I researched them and they were highly recommended through a program I'm in that gave some suggestions on office suites or executive addresses that we could use for our business. At the moment, we use them for an address for the business and a young lady named Brittany helped me out. It went very well. They've been sending emails to me and I've been in touch with them.

I had an exceptional experience with Davinci Virtual. I found them going through the internet, and there was another company that I looked at, but Davinci fits my needs better. They also answered any question that I had. I use the system for sales, and I used the mailing address, too. But the place that the mail goes to does not offer the office services and they said that the people are rude. So, they no longer use it. So now, I have to change my address because I can't use the facility as an office if needed. That was a bit of a downer, but I'm okay.
My experience today was great. I did speak with someone yesterday and they were supposed to get back to me this morning. But it was after hours yesterday, and I was getting a little antsy because it was approaching 11 o'clock and I haven't heard anything yet. I got on the app. Then I made my own appointment and spoke with someone. I called them to make sure that the appointment was fixed. They made the phone call, and everything was good. When I got to the facility, it was very nice. The office is clean. The receptionists were wonderful, smiling, greeting and they told me my client was already there. She gave me the key and walked me through the office. I set up my laptop and hand my information over to the client. Everything went seamlessly well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Davinci.

Davinci's reps have been good and helpful. Whenever I have any questions, they would answer them and would take care of any issues. The voicemail system with them was a little bit weird though. I get all kinds of weird seven-minute voicemails that don't make any sense. They have to get fixed. But other than that, things has been okay with Davinci Virtual.

I work from home but I wanted to find a place where I could see clients. Davinci Virtual was close by my home so I use their virtual office. Their reps were good when setting up my account and taking all the information I needed. They followed up on everything as well. However, the cost could be a little bit less. But the market determines the cost so there's nothing we can do about that.

We were looking around for a couple of business phone systems. I talked to other companies, but I didn’t like the way they perform for everything they offered. Davinci Virtual was a lot more professional. My partner uses the system and he uses all of the features. I made one phone call because I was asking for help and they helped out a lot. I helped call other companies before and from what my partner said, Davinci Virtual is the best. They are the most professional, most courteous, and most helpful.

We've booked a few meeting rooms through Davinci over the years and it's always been a simple, easy experience. The first time I booked one, I called into their support line with some questions and their team was awesome! Since then, I've just booked directly online and never had an issue. Davinci Virtual is great. I like its price. It’s a bit more affordable for me. Also, their customer service is better processed than my previous virtual office too. I needed a virtual office for my business and although the Davinci Virtual prices were higher than if I were to just contact the virtual office and do a contract with them directly, I decided to stay with Davinci for my company phone number. Davinci directs calls for me to my personal number. Having a company phone number looks more official and professional for customers. I provided Davinci a phone script for when people would call the company phone, what I wanted them to hear and Davinci was able to fulfill that. Davinci Virtual definitely helped.
I corresponded with two ladies there and they were very professional. The first person set up the account and the second one is who I communicated with to record the message that I wanted. It has been a really good experience. Davinci Virtual was very easy to find and to put up an account with. They were very patient with me as I had to change my appointment from time to time. I’m very satisfied at this point.

Davinci Virtual knew what they were doing. They had their online thing together. The interactions that I had with the team at Davinci were very positive. I haven’t used any of the features in the system, just the address, but I’ve got my eyes set on the live office space for some meetings this year. I just wish that they keep their platform the same and that they don't mess around with their website. It’s worked good.

Right now, we run a business out of my home. We’re a virtual team and we have resources all over the country. But the address of the business is my home address, and so, the entire purpose of the exercise to get a professional address was to get an address that looked good. And if somebody were to do a Google Street Map search of the address, it would look like a professional business. We used Davinci because of the price point and how pretty the address sounded for the vanity.
We had a number of calls with their reps going through the setup process and two of the interactions didn't go as smooth as I would have hoped. One was a follow-up from the team and they told us there was stuff we needed to do that didn't need to be done. So, when I called them back, like, “I thought we already did this.” And then, they acknowledged that there was some glitch on their end that caused them to re-contact us, but it was indeed already done. And then, there was some paperwork they asked us to fill out for something and it didn't feel right that I needed to get the driver’s license. It felt inappropriate that I had to get the driver’s license information from my co-founder to set it up. So, I just stepped out of that. But the people were pleasant, cordial, and professional. It was just those two misses, but they weren’t enough to bother me.

Updated on 03/07/2019: This review is related to my review posted on March 4, 2019. In response to my review, Ms. Summer ** from DaVinci Virtual wrote to apologize that my mail was lost and asking me to call her so that she can do everything possible to resolve the issue. Well, I called, and she told me that the office, which mishandled my mail, was not cooperative and that there was nothing DaVinci could do. She made sure to tell me that under DaVinci's General Terms of Service, they are not responsible for lost mail. She also advised that for further questions my attorney can contact their attorney. So, for anyone who considers opening an account with DaVinci, if your mail is lost by them or their agents, no one will take responsibility for anything.
Original Review: I rent virtual address at Avenue Business Center (ABC) through Davinci Virtual and sometimes, I use their mail forwarding service to have the mail received in ABC' office sent to my home address. When I make the request, I attach a pre-paid, self-addressed FedEx label to expedite the delivery of my mail. Two weeks ago, I made a request for forwarding of my mail and attached a pre-paid, FedEx label. After not receiving my mail for a few days, I followed up with Davinci, and a customer representative told me that they could not get any information from the office that had may mail.
After an exchange of several emails, ABC' office called me directly and told me they were not sure where my mail was. They indicated they had the pre-paid FedEx label and they could use it to send the new mail, that was received a week after my request. I agreed. I received the new mail the day after, but the original mail from the week before was still missing and no one knew what had happened to it. After several more emails back and forth, here is the explanation that I received from DaVinci:
ABC office deposited my mail in the FedEx drop-box, located in their office building on the same day I requested the forwarding service. FedEx, however, failed to collect the mail from the drop-box for a whole week (craziest thing I have ever heard). When they deposited my mail, they used the FedEx label that I had sent. A week later, when the office talked to me over the phone, they deposited my new mail, using the same FedEx label. They claim that FedEx collected both envelopes of mail on the same day (I wonder how they knew FedEx collected the first mail on that day) but somehow, the mail from the week before got lost and no one knows where it is.
I spoke with FedEx and they assured me that the mail at that location was collected twice per day. FedEx also assured me that when they collect mail, they scan the label before they accept that mail; and that if there were two envelopes with identical labels, their system would have given an error while scanning the second envelope. FedEx did not find any error in their record and told me that there was no way the drop box had a second envelope with identical label. I confronted Davinci again, telling them that the information that they had given me contradicts FedEx's records and just does not make sense. Their response was that there was nothing they could do and that they were sorry. So, my mail is lost and no one is accountable for it.

It has been four months since I started working with Davinci Virtual. The set-up process over the phone was very easy to do and I liked the notary service that they have, via webcam. The flexibility and the services that are provided made me go with them. I get the emails from the answering service. They send us an email when somebody contacts the company. We just started with Davinci Virtual so it hasn’t given us any impact yet, but I’m sure that as we acquire a contract, things will get better. All the people we talked to and the different people who helped us out were very friendly and knowledgeable. While I need a military discount on the monthly charge, I still recommend Davinci Virtual.

I've been working with them for 3 months now and I use their virtual office service. I use their address so that I don’t need to put my personal address for my business. The whole process of setting everything up was very easy and the interactions I've had with their reps have been very straightforward. My experience with them has been okay.

Davinci has a lot of locations here in South Florida, Miami area and I use them for their address and if necessary, their office space. But the third-party notary was a pain and it wasn't very intuitive. I was online all day dealing with these things and if one hadn't done the process before, it was very easy to get lost. The reps also don't reach back to me right away. They left me there in the queue for 10 minutes and I didn't understand what's going on. Also, the link they kept sending me wasn't working so it took a week and a half to get it done. Still, I am happy with Davinci and everyone that I dealt with is great.

I was looking for virtual offices and I went to Davinci's website. Eventually, I had a representative call me back. There was some confusion with the forms I had to submit but I spoke to their customer service representatives a few times and in the end, they made everything right. The process has been okay but the monthly cost, for the service level I have, is a little on the high side. That’s my only criticism though. In terms of value, it's very nice otherwise. It's basically a PO box and it's perfectly adequate. It's convenient and that’s the primary thing for me. I'm on the road a lot so it's nice to have somebody sort of look after all my mailings.

One of my friends recommended Davinci to me. I signed up and I use the virtual office for the address purpose. Davinci gave to me what I was looking for and whatever I expected. They're doing fine. We had a need for a virtual office and I remembered hearing about Davinci from somewhere. So, we signed up with them and we mostly use the address and mail forwarding features. However, I wish there was more flexibility changing virtual office addresses because I'm paying the same rate for a virtual office in one building as I am in a city in another building. Also, I had a need to switch fairly quickly and I didn’t realize that I was locked into it for six months. Other than that, their reps were all pleasant and professional.

I’m an authorized retailer for a couple of Fortune 500 companies but we do sales from our homes. I didn't have a physical location so I needed a virtual office to technically have a location for some of the requirements for some of those contracts. I got quotes from other businesses but Davinci is my first company in that regard. Their pricing and how quickly they would contact prospects led to me sign up with them.
I use them for inbound calling and when I was setting it up, they were really on it. So it made the process very easy. Then for any concerns that I had, they had the answers right away. Or if they didn't know the answers, the managers on duty knew what to say. So it was a really great experience. They were very professional. They also seem to do a good job of making you aware of the different features that you may not already have. I get emails of their promotions. If I needed an office, I could probably get one but since I don't really need it, it’s more for meetings. The features I would use more than anything else would be for sales meetings and renting by-the-hour like if I need to do a sales presentation or I happen to have an interview out of town.

We use Davinci to answer after hours calls. It keeps us up to date with our patients that call in after hours and I love the fact that they are able to send us emails and we’re able to look at them, listen to them and reach out if there are any true emergencies. But they only serve up to certain hours and we would prefer 24 hours. Other than that, their team is good to work with and it’s nice to know that there is an actual person on the other side. They relay information as often as we get phone calls and they’re solid.

Davinci was referred by a friend and we like their virtual office. We use the receptionist service the most. I own some property and I rent it out to people I work with and to people abroad. And when they call the 1800 number, that number is sent to my number and we'll coordinate everything that way. I signed up with a consultant firm and in a class I was taking through them, we were told how to build business credit as well as how to establish our business and build that business presence. Utilizing a virtual address is one of the foundations of changing everything company-wise and utilizing an office space to have an office front instead of having a residential address reflects my business. I signed up for the virtual office solution as I told the sales representative I needed more than just a mailbox. I was told I would receive a full business presence and have an office available at an additional fee if I needed it! The startup fee was $150 and the $75.00 a month, I went down to see the location and check the mail and walked up to the secretary. She told me she wasn’t able to show me around but gave me my mailbox key and said I could walk myself around! I asked where my business name was and she said it would be on the downstairs directory! I looked and it wasn’t! Then I was told that was an additional fee! I then receive notice they are raising my contracted rate by $5.00 per month! Wait I’m contracted at $75.00! Apparently this is Davinci Virtual's status quo.

Davinci Virtual was very affordable compared to others and it was a really good address so those factors moved me to go and close with them. We have been really great so far. I use Davinci Virtual mostly for the address that I need in town. Other than that, I have no other use for the infrastructure, at least at this stage of the business. It’s a starting business but if I have to expand on utilizing their infrastructure, I would definitely go with them. My interactions with their team was mostly through email. The signing up was very straightforward. After that, I constantly received communication from them, not only sales communications but also making themselves available to help in case we need any. So, I do have access to local contacts as well as support infrastructure that Davinci keeps nationwide.

I needed to have a good business presence so we signed up with Davinci Virtual. Working with them makes me look good. I use their FreedomVoice service, a virtual phone number. I just pay $50 a month for the virtual office and I don’t get mail forwarding or call forwarding. None of that. But I’d like to find out more about the calling so I’ll look into it. So far, my interactions with their team has been good. Everything has been nice and easy. One time when I called them about upgrading my plan, I was done in about 15 minutes.

I started up a new company and I was trying to figure out how to do a lease office space. I found out about the market of virtual office spaces and started searching around the Houston area, and I came across Davinci Virtual on the internet. I'm using Davinci for the virtual office. I’m paying them to utilize their office address and to also have them forward any business mail that they receive to wherever I happen to be at that given time. I’m an independent consultant so I don’t have a typical storefront. Without Davinci, I would have to list my home address, if not business address, and I would get a lot of correspondence from companies that had them on public information. So, from that perspective, Davinci is saving me that hassle and it is pure convenience.
I came to realize that Davinci doesn’t own or lease the office space. They are a middleman and the company that owns and operates the space that my address is tied to is a totally different company. I’ve had first-hand interactions with the company. I went to their facility to pick up a package and they were very nice. They were staffed normal business hours and they had available office space and conference things. If you want to come in there and utilize physical space, you can do so on a scheduled basis. Once I signed up with Davinci for the service and everything was set up on AutoPay, I had no correspondence with them other than the upselling emails that they send out on occasion trying to get me to subscribe to additional services. They are not calling me every day and not creating a whole lot of extra work for me.

Davinci Virtual is absolutely worthy of anyone's consideration. I needed space and they were one of several that I contacted. They were on my list because of the referral from a friend. My initial need was access to conference rooms, PO Box mail services, and a place that I could potentially expand into using other services, like more permanent office space. Now, I am currently mostly using Davinci's post office services, but that may be changing soon as I am currently looking into new space. I've spoken mostly 90% of the time with Lucy, the office manager at my location and she's just been very helpful in terms of showing me around and orienting me to the space.

I had a lousy experience with Regus in the past. And then Davinci Virtual had an offer for an address that I could use in a nice building local to me. I use the address for an LLC that I haven't really been able to get off the ground yet. They only do mail forwarding once a week and I've been dealing with the fallout from that for the past 45 days. Even though I've hit the skids with invoicing, once everything is back up to speed again, it's going to be a big deal because I've got the business down south in Texas. It's possible that I might be moving to one of the rocky states, but I'll keep the address in Fort Worth.
Davinci Virtual needs to work on a way that they could either open my mail and scan it or if there was some administrator solution where I could open the mail on a daily basis and a scan gets sent to me within a couple business day. It may entail more administrator overhead on their end, but if it was priced that was consistent with the idea that they could cover the expense and make a profit, they might find that people would be receptive to it.
Anybody who's gonna have a virtual office is gonna be joining for a couple of reasons. One, because they're probably working from home and trying to get something off the ground. Two, because on occasion, they need to come in and have a professional location. I recently passed a building where you can join an occasional meeting. And it's a bit of a hassle to go down to 777 main which is downtown Fort Worth and physically retrieve mail. Some people will need to do that if they either have privacy concerns or they need the hard copy documents for some transactions taking place or original documents that have been signed by a client or counter party.
Also, I got behind on the billing and they were really fast on the trigger to say, "We're shutting you down. We think you're in fault." I was 30 days out and they were sounding like they were gonna sue me and I keep sending people messages telling them what my situation is and I'm gonna be current this month, and then, they never respond to that. I simply continue to get vicious collection emails. Other than that, everybody at Davinci has been polite and helpful.

We’re located in Tracy, California and we wanted to have an address for Sherman Oaks, California and a phone number. We are using the address right now which is our virtual office. I searched on the internet and I saw that Davinci Virtual had a nice location. We like their system and it gives our company a different look. We do a lot of our work remotely. We use Davinci Virtual for the address as our business address and mainly so that we can claim the address on Google. Before it was like a home office and now, it's more of a central easy location. And also any mail, we can just go and pick it up by hand. So we’re paying them about $50 a month. I started a company and I was looking to have an office. Davinci Virtual's price was about the same as everybody else, but it seems to be a lot easier to sign up and use. Their online chat was really helpful and the person that I chatted with online was the same person that was in the office when I called, so I liked that. Speaking to one person about everything seemed to be a lot more helpful than random people whom you have to re-explain the story to every time. We needed a virtual office. I saw online that Davinci Virtual was affordable and I decided to go with it. I use the address for advertising. If I need to meet someone in person, I can go there and meet someone in person. It’s good to have a virtual address and I’m happy with Davinci Virtual.

Davinci Virtual forward my calls to me if I get a call on the weekend. They send me an email saying that I got a call. It was good for what I needed for my business. We use their auto-receptionist feature the most and we use their phone system for office use. Davinci has improved my business a lot because I can be in several places at one time on the weekend. The weekend feature is more important to me. Their reps had been good. Every time I had a question, they answered it. They were really efficient. So far, everything is good. I've told several people about Davinci. It’s cost-efficient.

We're a general contractor, so sometimes people drive by our sites and wonder if they could bid with us. We get a lot of junk calls, like Google or Business Loaning Money, that we wanted to be filtered out. So we use Davinci's phone answering service. It was more reasonable than hiring someone to answer a phone or forwarding a call up to my phone. So, we work off our cell phones more now for a business. Someone needed to get that line forwarded to their phone because that's got our marketing staff number.
Initially, I had to talk to them about the contract and getting signed up. But they just either call or send me a text when I have a call and it worked out really good. I've had no trouble when I call in. I once had to call in and had them correct the spelling of our name and they were really pleasant. It all worked out perfectly with Davinci. Their charges are reasonable, too. If I have a friend who really needs a service like that, I would tell them I'm really happy with what we went with.

Working with Davinci has improved and helped my business a lot. We are using them for phone answering services. It took away off my shoulders the last couple answering services that I had. One was actually an in person in an office situation and they just never worked out right as they weren't answering the calls right and weren't getting messages to me. Davinci’s representatives are very polite and professional, too. Davinci was more professional in the way that they handle their business as opposed to a different comparable service. If a friend is looking for services, I’d tell him to hire them.

I had been interested in virtual office and the first one I came upon was Davinci. Interestingly enough, when I first find out, the company I signed up with wasn’t Davinci. I made a mistake and signed up with a different company. When I went to finalize the whole deal, I found out that some information that they had given me and some offers they had made weren’t there. So, I proved to them what I was supposed to get and so we agreed to just cancel the deal and walk away as friends. Then I came back to Davinci, and what I’m doing now with them is primarily the virtual mailing address where they receive my mail and then I go and collect it.
I’ve been in business for quite a while but I’m getting at that point in my life where I needed to downsize a bit because I’m pushing 70, and I’m not the boy I used to be. So, one of the main reasons for going with Davinci was the cost of the service and to make sure that somebody is up at the location where if the mail comes, somebody will receive it for me. When I started working with Davinci, I did almost everything online. But then, I went into the office and I spoke to the lady who was there. She mentioned to me that she is a be-all and catch off for everybody so she reached out to help me. Also, I had some interaction right there at the desk with the personnel and they have always been very professional. I have given Davinci a referral because I have a friend who is thinking to do the same thing and I told him that he has got to check them out.

The experience with Davinci Virtual has been great so far. I’m doing an educational course right now, and they referred me to Davinci Virtual to set up my business as I needed an office space for my business so I can have a correct setup and get business from Davinci to a couple of my guests. I have mail forwarding on there right now. As far as the calling, I’m fine with it since I already have service set up for that. Davinci Virtual would improve my business. I told other people that they're good and better than others. I like their service much more. Anything that I needed to know or if I had any issues, they were there. They answered me and took care of everything. As far as my payments, everything went through fine.

On certain times of the day, our other answering service would take about two minutes and it was causing complaints. Davinci Virtual was referred by a client and we signed up for a month. We tested them thoroughly at different times of the day where we know our peaks are and they were picking up in 15 seconds. That was the benefit to us. They do what they're supposed to do. Two weeks ago, right around the holiday, we transferred the phone because we were off and then we had an auto dialer that made 53 calls in about 20 minutes. The number was blocked and then Davinci was called to be informed but they had already blocked the number. They were proactive and that was impressive considering Davinci is paid by the minute.

Davinci Virtual provided me with a steady address so I can have my business transactions and mailing done through there. If needed, I can go there too and rent a meeting room. I have talked with their rep and when I was setting up, she suggested that I have mail forwarding set up too so that I don't have to drive there to pick up our mail, which we did. Recently, they contacted me about adding a phone and fax line connected with them but I already have that. I only got the basic service, which is a virtual office, and it's affordable right now. I'm a sole proprietor business and not a big company so it feels right where it needs to be.

When we needed a local address, I found Davinci Virtual on a Google search. I needed a receiving address, just using the mailing address and without using the virtual office, so Davinci Virtual is a virtual mailbox we use in Italy. And their cost for the service is competitive.

I looked into getting a virtual office & mailing address for my business. I checked out several companies & ended up going with Davinci. What I didn't realize is that the mailing address they give you, is shared with everyone at that location. I was under the impression based off their website that I would be getting my own mailing address, not one that is shared with hundreds of people/businesses. I have been unable to use this virtual office/mailing address because of that. No services have been rendered, but they are not letting me cancel out of the 6 mos contract. I paid a $150 setup fee, but have never once been able to use their services. I wasn't even asking for the $150 back, just asked them to cancel the account, but they keep saying no. So now I'm stuck with a service I can't even use. The problem I have with it, is that they NEVER ONCE stated it was a shared mailing address. DO NOT USE DAVINCI. I'm going to be going to Regus.

I started my business earlier this year and I was using my home address for business. I needed a business address, but from what I'm doing right now, it's not necessary for me to go and rent a commercial space. So, I use Davinci Virtual for the mailing address and for validity. Davinci Virtual is serving its purpose and everything is fine. And I'm going to need to use their facility for meetings possibly in May or June.

I was using my residence as my office address but I didn't want that to be the case anymore, especially after I moved. I looked for a virtual office for my business, went to Google, saw Davinci, and tried them out. So far, Davinci is a good virtual office for business. No one's going to know it's not an office until they get there. And it's professional. Now, all my business mail goes to one place. Another thing was that, I had an issue when I first signed on and one of the managers got on the phone. The process usually takes 48 hours but she said she would make sure it got done that same day.

I've used other virtual office companies in the past and Davinci Virtual is better. With the last company I had, there was either no communication or there was too much communication and I seem to always get bombarded. But communication with Davinci is right in the middle, which is perfect, and I enjoy them. I use their service for the address I needed in the state as well as for mailing. I utilize Davinci Virtual's live answering and call announcing feature almost exclusively. Their pricing is slightly better than others. Also, what I really need is a live operator and someone to call me and announce the call. We have a really busy time in September, which we needed some help with and I didn't want people to go to voicemail automatically.
So far, they worked as advertised and all the operators are fantastic. There were a couple that seemed to mispronounce the business name initially. But they corrected it. The only thing that would be a criticism is that when my client's call is forwarded, there's a delay between the speakers so, we end up talking over each other. Still, I'm glad I used Davinci. I don't know if we're going to have a need to keep using them. But if we do, we would use them over anybody else.

Davinci Virtual seemed the easiest and most convenient for me. We needed a virtual office in Atlanta to do billing out of and that’s what we’re using them for. The reps have all been great. But I have told them that I don’t need any of the phone services and I still continue to get emails about that and an occasional call. But that’s okay. So far everything's been great. We use Davinci Virtual mainly to have some type of representation for our business. There’s always a chance to have an office without having to be there and pay so much for it. Davinci gave us the option to if we ever need to have someone there and that’s also a really good thing. Their reps were great and very good on following up on everything. I love the online virtual notary thing that they have and they made it possible very quickly. It was a pretty fast-paced transaction and they made it easy. I didn’t have to be there to do anything. Everything was done on the phone so that was great.

I have used Davinci Virtual for a physical address in South Carolina, but the pricing for their service is a little higher than what I got elsewhere down the road. For the service it’s priced a little too high. But so far working with them has been great.

I first contacted Davinci Virtual when I was looking for a virtual setup and that went very well. We did some notary on the web which was very fast. Then, I have been interacting with the front desk girl with the address and she'll mail stuff. I use just the address and so far, so good. They're working out just fine. Plus, the quality compared to the price is pretty reasonable. I had a very good experience with this company. The only thing that might improve is if there's any mail that comes in, they could maybe send an email where I can see that I received mail actually.

I was starting my own company and I was looking for some virtual office spaces, and I saw through Google that Davinci Virtual had good feedback from former and current customers. I ended up using them as a mailing address for my LLC. The people at Davinci were all very helpful. One representative, in particular, stayed on the phone with me for a while when I was first thinking about using one of the office spaces. She made sure that I found my point of contact at the location. It was extremely helpful and was above and beyond what was really necessary. The only thing is I get a lot of marketing emails and newsletters from them and it doesn’t bother me too much, but it's a bit of a pain to go through all of them and get through the stuff I need. But all in all, my experience with Davinci was very positive.

Getting the services from Davinci on board was a seamless process and I didn’t have any problems registering the online notary. Davinci Virtual has locations everywhere, so it’s a one-stop shop, and I find it convenient. I’m a broker and I use them because I can have multiple locations in Texas without having high office rent. Three incidents, straight out lying in writing, changing options and now bait and switch of prices. 1st incident, they omitted to disclose additional fees (for 2nd signer) and surprised me after signing in, I let it slide (I have e-mail). 2. Misinformed and lied to me about specific suite # (I have e-mail in writing). 3. Now about only five months into it, they raised 25% from $60 to $75/month (this one perhaps they can and it might be in contract) However, still unethical to work like this and increase right out of the gates.

I'm a management consultant and I help European companies enter the US market. I don’t have a physical office in my firm and having Davinci certainly made my appearance a lot stronger now that I have a Chicago location versus previously when I had an Iowa one. So in terms of that, everything has been worth the dollar with Davinci. I’ve had email interaction with customer service and everything has worked out well. I haven’t really used any of the services yet, I just pay the bill and use the address. But so far, I'm satisfied.

We needed someone to answer phones and to have an office address and we wanted calls to go directly through that number when I’m not able to take calls and mail delivery. The Davinci Virtual team were very professional in the start-up. Since we started a couple of months, I’ve only received one phone call and we didn’t get very much mail there though I was very impressed with the one phone call that came through. I got an email and I was able to click on the link and hear the voice message. It was very efficient. The problem was we really haven’t optimized their services at all since we’re in the process of updating our website and it’s taking much longer. The new number doesn’t appear anywhere and people are still calling my number.

I had a terrible experience with Davinci Virtual. Last month, I scheduled a room to do a seminar in Knoxville. We have been really pressed because we moved offices. I sent out about 500 postcards and what I needed Davinci to do is to make calls for me about the seminar after the cards got to the attendees. I called their call center a week before and asked what I needed to do to get them to make calls for me. I said I haven’t got the time to call and go through everything. The guy said that I should either call and tell them what I want to do or I can email them. So I just gave them all the respondents but first asked where to send it.
He gave an email address and I wrote it down. I sent all the information for them to do calls for me and about three hours later, I hadn't got any confirmation. I sent it again. When I went up to the seminar the next day, I called in advance to make sure everything was set-up and it was. But I found out that they haven't made any calls. In fact, the email the guy gave me was the wrong email. It was davinci.com and not davincivirtual.com. The horrible part is that because I thought Davinci was going to call and no one called, I've never had a seminar when no one showed up. I didn't get myself and my staff to make calls to make sure we had attendees. I depended on Davinci and that was stupid so that cost me about $2,000.
The second thing was when I got to the meeting room itself, it's absolutely terrible. It’s in an office park that has five different huge buildings. There are no real directions to get to the office except it says, "Building D." And you go into Building D off of a major road that is on the back of that building. Then you got to go down and find where to go into this building. It is two stories from that standpoint, fairly a basement in a high but it's on a hill. So when you go in, there are absolutely no parking spaces. And finally, when you go out to the entrance, which is really in the rear of the building, there's a whole line of parking places but they're all been taken up. So, there's nowhere for me to park.
And I know, if anybody comes to the event, they're not going to drive all over the Oak Ridge trying to find parking places. The lady that runs the place said there are plenty of parking places and I can go there. But it's behind another building. I know my customers aren't going to get it clearly. And even if they were, they're probably not going to walk for half a mile to come to one of my seminars.The best thing for any of these buildings is to have a guest parking that is convenient. So, when I go in, and if people at Davinci had made the call, they would just be with the receptionist and she'll escort them to the meeting room. But although they have parking around this building, it's all full.
When I went in, the lady said the meeting room was in the back and I had to go down an aisle. What she meant however was, I should go down the aisle all the way to the back of the building to find it. There's nothing out there saying, "Daniel’s Financial Seminar or Daniel's Financial Lunch and Learn." Nobody would know where to go. It’s just one of the rooms down the way. And the room was just like going into a manufacturing room to do a seminar. Just tables and chairs and they're dirty. The tables where they had lunch before had not even been cleaned. I'm sure if anybody had come, which they did not, they would have seen how dirty and terrible it is.
It isn’t working out with Davinci, to be frank about it. I paid for this phone call for about four months and never used it. They have gotten two calls in for me and that’s it. I should have been using it every day, or at least, got an email back from this guy that gave me the instructions saying what I needed to do about the seminar. What I've just done is lose a lot of money. I had paid for nothing. There are some service issues and that’s what I was concerned about when I called them about a month ago. Their marketing program is good because they're getting all these things and then offer them to you. But when it gets down to really what meets the road, they ought to have a service that follows-up and make sure it’s done correctly. Also, when I called in to talk to customer service, the lady came back and told me that I used the wrong email address. That was something I didn’t make up.
As for the guy I spoke with, everything would have worked out had he done any follow-up. He could have called back. He could have sent an email with all the details we talked about but he didn’t. Maybe he didn't know what it was and he'd been on the hook so he didn’t. Lastly, why in the world would somebody have conference rooms and parking and not have particular parking for guests? Customers aren't going to park or go to wherever building they can get parking. If I'd come over there to come to my seminar, I would just have left because I had to drive around just to find a place to park.
Overall, somebody needs to change what they're doing. A couple of months ago, I called in for something and the lady has obviously no sympathy. That's not a problem, though. I can deal with rude people. But it’s personal when it affects my business. There needs to be some degree of empathy if you're going to be customer service and somebody is calling about a problem. This shows massive failure. Going back, I read the email I had sent and there I asked the guy about the information he has to send. What I should have done was follow-up since it was the first time I sent it for some calls. Now, I will have to send more stuff because I’m going to have to call him every day. I’m going to get what I paid for.

We opened a business for the first time and my husband needed someone to answer the phone. He found Davinci Virtual and we use them to take a message for us. Once the phone rings, they will take a message and e-mail directly to us so we’re able to return telephone calls to future and current customers promptly. We also use the e-fax. A friend saw a link for Davinci Virtual and was using their setup in Atlanta. I needed an actual location in my city and so we decided to go check out Davinci online ourselves. Davinci was the most convenient and their price was reasonable. The representatives set me up and answered any questions that I may have had and I reach out to them periodically for an update. I use the mail, and I don’t get a lot of phone calls but it's perfect when I do. I travel a lot and all of my mail and packages come to my house so it’s really convenient to have a central location and to be able to send packages out.

I googled online for a virtual office and the Davinci Virtual's building at North Orange Ave. is pretty close to my fire station which is my other job so I used them. I'm still kind of a startup and so I haven’t really seen a huge difference in having that address yet. But so far, I use the box and it’s going pretty good. If somebody’s mailing me something, I have them mail it to my boss most of the time. I do legal consulting and if I needed to use the office, it is really nice. But I haven’t had to yet because most people that hire me are attorneys and they want me at their office. But Davinci's pretty user-friendly and their customer service have all been very nice.

Davinci Virtual was set up to make us look more like we were further along as a company than we were. The only feature we use is the live answering, where Davinci acts like we’ve got a secretary sitting there and forwarding the call to us, which is all we need it for right now. Prior to Davinci, we just used ourselves, but we set up Davinci ‘cause we thought one of our clients would be calling more but they just call our cell phone number rather than going through the operator. The few times that we’ve needed it though, it worked. I also called and checked on it a few times to see if it’s still working. It’s been what we needed and hopefully, we'll be using Davinci more as we grow more.

I have an online business and I needed an address for licensing and documents. I heard about Davinci Virtual from a friend and so I got a virtual office from them. Every interaction I had with the customer service team at Davinci was pleasant. Everybody was professional and answered most of my questions. Furthermore, if I decided to cancel tomorrow, I can. I was looking online for virtual offices and came across Davinci Virtual as an option because of the location. My business mail and packages go there. They have a professional setup that uses non-traditional businesses to get into business. They are always professional and helpful when I go there to get my packages. We were using Regus before but we decided to change over to a Davinci system because of the location we were looking at for the office. We use their auto receptionist feature the most. However, the compliance requirements to get set up is a lot more difficult than it was with other companies. It took a lot longer than I wanted to, but we got the feedback from their team and now that we're set up, it's fine.

I have a home office so I needed a business address that was not my home office address. I talked to the Davinci team a few times and they were nice enough. They dropped the call a couple of times so they asked me to fill something out that I had already filled out. But after that was taken care of, all was well.

I had prior experience with Davinci Virtual with one of my other companies so I used them again for a brand new venture. We use their system for people who are interested in volunteering, donating to any of the causes that the America First Foundation runs and use it to take in calls when we're unable to do it. Davinci sends us messages of those phone calls and we're able to communicate with the donors. Their reps were very informative, helpful and attentive to what we were looking for. They answered all of our questions so we were very comfortable going with them.
I love how Davinci has a live operator on the other end of the phone and they answer the phone representing the non-profit or any companies and take those messages in the absence of our staff. I also love how they have the virtual office online that even the offices in physical locations are able to go in, retrieve mail and other messages that may not have been put across and the resources that they provide. Overall, it's a fantastic company and I had an excellent experience. I have recommended this service to the CEOs that I know.

I researched online and compared various services that offered the same thing, and then I interviewed Davinci Virtual and felt like they were the best fit for our new organization. Then they set it up right away. And we've been using their phone system for inbound calling and the auto-receptionist feature where they can route calls sequentially to 21 of us in the organization. Overall, they have great customer service and ease of setup.

Talking with the representative Rihanna at Davinci Virtual is pretty smooth and she was very helpful. The person who’s processing my virtual office will know immediately what to do after making an agreement with her. They always get it together on time even when I give them very hard deadlines. I like the company because everyone is willing to help, courteous and very polite when they answer the phone.

Davinci Virtual came up when I searched online for a place that has an inexpensive virtual office. They had one for 50 bucks and it was right around what I was looking to rent for price-wise so I contacted them. The initial conversation I had with them was very good and haven’t had any reason to speak to anyone since then because everything has been fine. It is good that they keep their promises. The guy that I talked to did everything he said he was going to do to get it and he did it at the time time he said he would. I use their virtual office service now. They send periodically an email to see how things are going as well as promotions they're having. Overall, my experience with them is sufficient and effective.

I had used Regus and their fees were too much. So, I did an online search for virtual offices in my area and Davinci was offering a special at the time for a couple of free months. Furthermore, their pricing and services were what I needed. I didn't need anything other than an address and they were one of the few who offered that at a good price. And so, I decided to get in contact with them.
While Regus and Davinci are comparable as both of the services they provided were the same, Davinci's customer service has been really good. Their sales representative was very helpful and their setup of the system was speedy. I appreciated that. Overall, working with Davinci has been an easygoing experience. It's pretty simple and self-explanatory as far as what they offer and what I'm using them for. I really enjoy them.

I searched for a virtual office space and Davinci had one office pretty close to where I wanted the virtual address to be so I chose them. But the business didn’t actually get off the ground, so I didn’t really use the service so much except for the mailing address. The rep that I worked with, Heather, was very courteous, friendly and eager to help, but it was also a bit overwhelming. She would contact me two or three times a week to get the paperwork done and I had told her I needed another week to do it and she still kept in contact with me twice a week. So, it got a little pushy, but it was fine. It wasn’t overly negative and would prefer that than the opposite. I just didn’t have the time and I felt bad not being able to get it all done in time. But if I had another business or if the business got off the ground, I would have stayed with them.

We've always had standalone offices, but we travel a lot when we do more public relations in other countries, so having a physical office really didn’t serve any purpose. So I searched for a virtual office and Davinci was the first one that seemed reputable since the rest of the companies were all over the place. So, I use Davinci more as an office. I don’t have to talk to the people at Davinci on a regular basis, but when I did, it was a very pleasant, laid-back and cut and dry experience. It's almost like a seamless operation for me, so it works out.

I needed to have a business location for my mail to be delivered to. I didn’t want to have my home address as my business address. I called a company and I didn’t speak to someone directly. They were transferring me and I was in a rush. Then I called Davinci and the one I spoke to was quick to answer. She was extremely smart and helpful and it seemed like a perfect fit. The set up and training went super smooth and very efficient. I use the virtual office and the mail. And the person who picks up my mail once a week from them said that they’re extremely pleasant and that it’s a pleasure to go in there. All in all, I’m happy with my experience.

I contacted Davinci when I needed their product. Their team was very cordial and professional, and were very clear and never bothersome. We needed an answering service. Davinci Virtual was the first one up when I Googled it, and they look like it was very simple. It was a great experience. I owe them a phone call because the owner of our company has gotten a little squirrelly and decided to cancel the way we pay certain things. We went into default and then they cancelled, but it's not their fault, it’s ours. They do a great job. We use the answering service where they transfer calls. It legitimized our startup. It’s very simple and fast, and they were very responsive.

We use Davinci's virtual receptionist. We reply to customers by taking in phone calls and half of it is automated. We make sure that we contact Davinci's team for things like email. We had a key account manager and one of their people is calling us regularly because the email update is supposed to be receiving the most quality program.

We use Davinci Virtual as an address for our virtual office and as a temporary work space for other staff who’s visiting from out of town. It helps that we’re able to market ourselves as a more local firm which is true, but without putting in the investment of setting up a full time dedicated space. We’re still new to the space but as far as my experience goes, so far it's pretty good and there’s no reason not to recommend them.

We were looking into Regus but the expense was too high so we switched to Davinci. We use the virtual office for where we can get that LLC in our permits. We changed the mailing address for Yaseem’s house. Everything was perfect. It’s the cheaper route to go and I like them a lot. I'm the one that help build Yaseem’s business for him but I have a business of my own, too. I’m their documenting agent and I have a contract with him. I’m paying $150 for a virtual office in LA because I need a DOT license and you need an office in the city to get one. So I’m looking for a Los Angeles City office and if Davinci can find one, I need it in the city of Wilmington-Carson area. It's a lower part by the harbor area.

We were letting go of the person that was answering the phone and we needed somebody to answer our phones, so we contacted Davinci Virtual. Right now, we just use the answering service. The team at Davinci has been really good and I've been happy with them so far. I've actually recommended Davinci to a few other small companies like mine that don't have enough money for a full-time person for phone answering.

We started our business in 2015 and I needed a secretarial service to answer the phone. I was not gonna be able to attend to that. Once we decided to go national, we decided to use Davinci. They provided a number of options for my needs that I think were in sync with one another and that's why I'm currently still doing business with them. We have multiple phone numbers with Davinci that we use for our clients. We also set up masked numbers so that we sell a service where we can actually field most of the phone calls for the client company, in this case, a golf club and those services will focus and center around membership enrollment.
Also, I use it for the secretarial function and I use it strictly for incoming calls. It seems to work but it's not cheap. It's $100 a month and then there's a setup fee associated with that as well. So, after you do eight or 10 clubs, it starts to get pricey. If I'm gonna be a multiple user, I should get a better deal. But they're service-driven and their service has been very supportive in terms of the folks and their communication and administrative skills.

I like how Davinci Virtual could put my business license there. I enjoy having a place where I can meet clients if I need to and not have to rent a space for so much per month, that instead of paying $500 a month, I just go pay $20 and meet people. It's very professional. I use the mailing system and might use some room rental as well. I would try the phone services too eventually, but right now they're too expensive for me.

I did not want to put my home address as a home business. I have a P.O. Box but I did not really want just the post office location. So I use the virtual office part of Davinci Virtual and it is a very nice and convenient location. So far, so good. Everything is working fine and they let me know when I have mail. It's great being able to have a facility that I can use for a board meeting where I'm not paying for my own office place. Some of my other places cost me $12,000 a month. And having an office space in Bethesda for $100 a month is great. I'd recommend Davinci.

We went with the Davinci system mainly because of the receptionist services. They're our back-up secretaries and, whenever we're not able to get to the phones during office hours, we have a live voice answering the calls. So far, they've been great. Everything has been good. They're very responsive whenever we make any changes to our instructions or I need anything modified. It doesn't take them very long to respond back.
Our boss had Davinci temporarily since we didn't have a big office then. When our office got bigger, he was the one that recommended to keep Davinci on board. I'm the main go-to person, and the team at Davinci call me all the time to ask me questions if they have somebody on the phone that they're not sure who to route the call to, and that's a good thing.

We're using the virtual receptionist part of the call services of Davinci right now. We chose to go that route because it was a better fit for our business. We've had some little hiccups here and there with call quality and some of the things that we signed up for that I came to find out were extras, but nothing too major to sit there and moan and groan about. They've been booking. They're missing out on one thing that we were asking for, but I haven't even bothered to double check or triple check. For what they've been doing so far, they've been great.
My interactions with the reps have always been very good and pleasant. Melissa, specifically, has been great, and Wendy has been super awesome. I've spoken to Samuel a few times and he's been awesome as well. I would definitely suggest Davinci to someone. However, I would make sure that they're aware of the pricing and increases, and how they manage with such good work when it comes down to their business.

They have a disconnect between the nice staff and the very aggressive emails they send out one day after a payment is due. I do feel heard and will upgrade my rating from a 1 to a 4 star.

The staff at the facility I get my mail at is great. I have a problem with the home office billing system. My payment is due on the 2nd of every month. They have a credit card they bill it to. If for whatever reason, the charge is not successful on the 2nd -- they will PERSONALLY CALL YOU. This is the same day it was due mind you. They don't even give you a couple of days grace. If the account is not paid by the 7th of the month, it account is suspended and then terminated by the 9th. I am so steamed by this ridiculous policy I am cancelling my account. It says to me that they don't value my business at all, even though I'm a long-time customer.

My experience with Davinci has been good. One of their partners handles my virtual office in Florida. I'm using RingCentral with my phone system so I use the Davinci Virtual as a mail drop. They've delivered the mail a couple of times and any questions that I've had were answered right away.

Davinci Virtual had a pretty good answering service and service value. We've used their virtual offices and conference rooms, and live answering service. Their people have been very responsive and informative. It's nice to have the business address and the phone number on one bill. Everything has been pretty pleasant, and we haven't had any issues so far.

Davinci was referred to me by my attorney friend. I needed a virtual office and they offered it, so I gave them a call. I use my Davinci system for receptionist calls. I would continue to use their service until I need it. They're very responsive and so far I'm satisfied. But one time I needed to pick up my mail from my virtual office location and I was told that they're open until 6:00 but when I got there they actually closed at 5:00 p.m. So, I was not happy at that time where I traveled half an hour to the office and couldn't pick up my mail. However they were courteous enough where they Fedex'd the mail to me right away. So I got it in two days and they waived the shipping fee. I think maybe it's better for them to update the office hours online correctly to avoid the same thing happening again.

I needed a virtual receptionist to make sure that I can get those messages from phone calls while I was working at a client site. We use it for customer service calls since they do have some FAQs that they answer for me. So I've provided them responses to scripted questions. They also connect me with folks that call me on my business line. I use it to relay the messages that any customer client has called me into. Their customer service has been good. It's a helpful service for a small business owner like myself and I think they're pleasant to work with.

We use the DaVinci system for inbound and outbound calls, and the virtual receptionists that answer phones and direct calls where they need to go. It's an easier way to do things. Their customer service has been good. Any time I had an issue, they were able to fix it. At one point, I had a problem that took me a couple of times to call back and get right, but they were all super nice. So far, it's been good.

I use Davinci Virtual for inbound calls. Everybody there has been polite and professional. They’ve had some changes where some components stopped working, but it got addressed and fixed. I've been with them for five years now, however, I have been thinking about reevaluating my contract. When I signed up I like that it was all females receptionists. Now, they have males. Also, the pricing at the time was a lot more attractive and now it’s gone up continuously. They’ve changed some of the stuff so they’re managing their business the way they do. I just don’t know if it’s the same kind of fit and I haven’t gotten back up the market. But I like the system and that nobody had a dialect. Overall, I’ve been satisfied.

I have been paying Davinci Virtual for months, but I never use them and they never follow up with me to see what's happening, or if they can do a better service. When I signed up, I paid them to make and receive calls. Four months later, they told me I needed to upgrade my packages, but they do not allow me to pay for 15 days. I was going to set up on Dec. 15, but I need to pay the whole month before using it, and I can't. Also, I need to call them to upgrade my packages as I can't do so online, and it's very complicated. I'm going to call them today and cancel.

We have our own service but needed to make a change, and Davinci Virtual is simply an opportunity to have our phone answered by somebody somewhat professional-sounding rather than having it go to a voicemail. They were a bit better, but they were also significantly more expensive. They offered more services, most of which we really didn’t need.

I started a small business, and was answering phones myself. But I got too busy and couldn't do that constantly all day so I needed someone to answer calls on a professional level. So I've had the Davinci team for a year and a half now and I’ve only had one small issue with them. Last week someone called me and left a voicemail message, and I was waiting for their call. I guess Davinci never answered the phone. But my business has improved. Having the secretary really helped me a lot. As far as professionalism goes, I seem bigger than I actually am, by having a “secretary” to answer the phones.

When I entered into this company, the Davinci Virtual system was already in place. It was the first business phone system used by this company. Before using Davinci, they did everything internally. I like them better now than I did a few months ago. There was a couple of staff there that was not what we were hoping for - how they answered the phone and switched lines before you were even done talking. But right now, it’s gotten a lot better. So it represents our company well. It's absolutely a great service. We appreciate all that they do.
Their team responds very quickly to emails and any requests that I have. I like Lindsay, the steady staff that we have. We've had her since I started here in 2014. Their staff turnover is rather high, but as long as we have the main person there responsible for our account, I feel at ease. Call forwarding is the feature of the system that we use the most. They answer the calls and forward these to our consultants' cell phones. We also use the voicemail system. The only negative experience that I've had with the Davinci team was with mail forwarding. They forwarded the mail and it was not secure, so things were opened or not packaged properly. But that happened only once, and the rest of the time, it's been pretty great.

Davinci Virtual has a good SEO presence and had an interesting offer in terms of virtual assistance. I have two startups from them. One is a live receptionist and the other is the automated one. For the type of calling, the system is used mostly for inbound calls. The people over at Davinci have been very helpful, prompt in their response and constructive when given any criticism, and immediately they resolved any issue. So, I've been pleased. I just think that they could turn around and monitor more client usage and suggest what’s best for the client even if it’s not to their benefit like by saying to their clients “you're overpaying for something”, or “this could be a better plan for you because you don't use this specific service as much”, or “We've noticed you using this. How about if we cater for your business needs.”

I was looking for a space and when I started this start-up about six years ago, I needed a phone number. I could not use my own personal number. I needed an address and I heard about virtual office and found Davinci Virtual. They were very nice with me and I had a good relationship with them. I moved my address from New York to Los Angeles, and everybody was very helpful. We use it for phone calls, which are forwarded and a few emails. Once in a while, there is an envelope forwarded to an initial address and we never had a problem. I'm not a big user but for the little need that I have, it has been very helpful.
