I mostly used the mailing system of Davinci. I used it for business, inbound. Their team is very helpful. I learned about them from a family friend that has an office space with them.

Davinci Virtual is a good, cost-effective way of having a virtual office and it’s a very flexible model as well. If I need to move, I can find another one somewhere else. They were recommended to me. I got the office and the mail, and the representative was very good. The way that they handled the whole process was quick and very efficient.

Keeping it short and simple, we have had zero issues with Davinci Virtual. They're great. We would give them 5 stars.

I’m just trying it out for my business 'cause I've never had a virtual office. If it starts generating revenue, then I will keep it. I’m using it for dropping and picking up mail, but I haven't gotten any mail yet, so I'm just waiting. Customer support has been absolutely excellent.

Davinci was very ideal for us because we work remotely. The price is good compared to other places. I was exploring other places and spoke to somebody who told me that there’s one close to my house. I found that to be very convenient. I didn’t even have to make an appointment, and I was accommodated the same day. The people at Davinci were very proactive. I got started on the same day. The processing for paperwork went smoothly and the system was just perfect for me.

The price is expensive just to utilize one simple service such as mail. If you call to inquire if you have an email, they charge you a fee, which is one thing I don't like about it. They do offer like I can go there and host meetings for my small business. But I don't use that service. It's not an advantage point for me. But, Davinci does its purpose. The services are good.

In the city of Bakersfield, I was able to search Davinci Virtual, and after some due diligence, they turned out to be what I was looking for. I went ahead and purchased their services for the the mail pickup and physical address location. They also have options as far as me wanting to use the conference room or booking anything of that nature in advance. That's neat. I don't use it much right now as we're still in the growing phase. But I'm sure, down the line, it would be a good feature to have. Their customer support is fairly nice and accessible. If I have any issues or anything, I can email the representatives. If it's not late, they'll usually respond the same day. But if it's late, they'll respond the following day. They're receptive and on top of it.

Davinci is extremely expensive for a virtual address. It's $80 a month for a virtual address and that seems crazy to me.

I have been using Davinci Virtual Office Solutions' virtual office address since April 2023, consistently paying $65 per month just for the address. A little over a month ago, I signed up for their mail forwarding service, and I was informed that mail would be forwarded on the last day of the month. I had an extremely important piece of mail sent to my business and have been following up with Davinci via emails and phone calls to confirm whether or not my mail was forwarded on August 30th. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls, I’ve received no response. When I do get a reply, no one can confirm whether my mail was forwarded. I’ve been told repeatedly that they’re "reaching out to the virtual office," but I’ve yet to hear anything back. Even after speaking to a manager, I received the same poor level of service.

I have a virtual office with Davinci. So, I just pick a mail over there. It's good. It's an office address that I can use. I used to have an actual office, but after the pandemic, all my staff works at home. So, I figured it could save some cost. We may get a office again in the future, but for now, it's sufficient.

When I was looking for a virtual office, I liked Davinci's pricing and convenience of location. However, the times that you can pick up your mail varies. I had to go three different times to get my mail. I thought they closed at 6:00. The first day, I went at 5:30. The next day I got there, it was five minutes to 5:00 but they were closed. The next day, I went at 4:30, but they were closed. They're supposed to be from 9:00 to 5:00 when I finally found the hours.

Davinci's customer service has been amazing, and I like the one-on-one service I've gotten. Whenever I try to book a room or change something, they're very on top of it. I really like the fact that it's American-based service as well. I like the fact that it's just like talking to normal people. It's great.

My only issue was when I went to get my mail one day and they said that Davinci wasn't there. They didn't know they had Davinci, but I got it straightened out. When I went back, I spoke with the owner, and she let me know that they had it.
