Davinci has been good. I use their service for a physical address. The follow up is not very often, but that's how I like it. The only caveat I have against it is when I try to get verified to Google, I can't because I share an address with other people. But this is not Davinci's fault. It's a very good performing system, and it's very affordable. For what it offers, the $85 plan that I have is perfect. They've been good with getting my mail and letting me know when the mail comes.

I like the diversity of Davinci's locations and price points. The setup was easy and thorough. There were a number of security measures that they had in place that I thought were really effective to make sure that you are the true business entity, and I thought that was really important to do that.

What got our attention with Davinci was having a physical address and having access to a number of meeting and conference rooms nationwide. That way, then we can always have a place to meet with our customers. Right now, all we're using is the address but we may expand that as we get going. The only thing is we have to work around the timing but that's not bad. It's not like it's East Coast or Pacific Time.

I'm trying to get everything structured right with the business and with life, and get everything the way it's supposed to be. Everyone at Davinci Virtual has been really friendly and helpful, so far. There's never been any problem. They always answer the telephone. It also sounded like I was talking to real people. It felt good. Everyone is also polite. They always let me know what else they can do to help and what other services they offer. They had good rates too.

Davinci Virtual's website looks very clean and their communication is very good. When I showed a little bit of interest, they reached out. They were not just sending me a mailer but also giving me an individual that I could go ahead and contact via phone. They seemed more professional than the other company. I asked them for a letter required by my city and they communicated the same day. We had a back and forth due to what they could and could not provide me, but the issue was resolved within a day or two. It's been a positive experience.

I used Davinci because I needed an address outside of my home to do the LLC. I've got the website set up but I don't have much mail coming through to even use it and I don't have a need to use the office. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

I like a lot of the features of Davinci that work for me personally. So there's a lot of flexibility with how I'm set up with them. Location choices were good for me as well. The reps were all responsive to the questions that I asked, which means something to me because it saves me time. Davinci has facilitated things well for me. I'm still new in this whole thing and it takes me a while for everything to fully be impacted, but very smoothly, which is helpful. I've had a good experience and one of the big factors is the service has been very good.

I build websites for my clients, and when I looked at Davinci's, I thought it sucked. Besides that, the price is good, and once I got my account up and running, Davinci was okay. It's on auto-pay now. The thing that I don't like is that I can't pay for the 12 months straight out. What's so wrong with that? I'm not even asking for a discount. They're telling me how I have to pay, and I'm saying, “Here. Listen. I'm gonna give you all the money right now. Don't bother me until next year.”

We rent a virtual office space from Davinci Virtual. We signed up with them in October and we got a 50%+ increase in the rate. That's absurd. Another thing is they have a tremendous amount of turnover at the front desk, so their front desk doesn't recognize that we're tenants. They return our mail to the senders all the time, and that's not a good thing. It's hurt our business a little, but it is what it is.
It's also hard to get ahold of anybody at Davinci Virtual. They don't call us back. Where has customer service gone today? I don't understand. We signed up for mail forwarding, and they immediately charged us for the service then sent us over a form, but then we couldn't get anybody to assist us to help fill out the form. It's a very convoluted postal form and we needed their assistance. We've asked, called and emailed multiple times, and then we got an email back saying, "Well, I can't call you, but I can help you through like email." All in all, we've had a lot of negative things about the experience, and had I known what I know, I wouldn't have went with Davinci Virtual.

I was trying to build business credit up and I set this Davinci stuff up. I started a new business and I paid these people 10,000 to try to build my credit business because it's a brand new business, and I just wasted $10,000. They were supposed to find me different loans for the business that we have, and to find different access to get me on the fast track. I've had businesses all my life, and I got sold out, retired about three years ago, and started back with a new corporation. I wish I wouldn't have. I wish I’d have started it with one of my old corporations that was still there, but I didn't know, so I thought, “Well, I’d pay these people all this money to get me on the fast track,” and I ain't been on the fast track. They ain’t done one thing for me.
I got a virtual office where mails were dropped. I haven't been impressed at all. The deal there is all right. Every month, I go by and pick up about three letters that I got sent there. I don't get anything out of it. It's just that I needed a business front office. As far as the customer service, it’s all right. The lady at the office in Hattiesburg was very professional and helpful.

Right now, I'm using mail features through Davinci, but I plan on using other features like office rental because I have access to hundreds of different offices in different cities that I'm able to access for a daily fee or hourly fee. My experience was a little rough at the beginning of the setup process, but everyone was helpful and we got through it. Teaming up with Davinci has been great. Rather than using a mail center, I can utilize that address as an office address legally and have clients drop things off for me at an actual office rather than have to worry about mailing personal information. I would definitely recommend Davinci.

My experience with DaVinci Virtual has been deeply troubling and costly. Over a year of service was plagued by repeated billing errors and mismanagement of critical mail, with sensitive documents often being misdirected or given to the wrong recipients. This negligence has resulted in considerable financial losses for my company.
The lack of internal continuity costs business owners like me hours of wasted time; each call to their support team feels like starting from scratch, with no record of previous issues. Management promises have consistently fallen through, adding to the frustration. More concerning is the continued billing to my credit card even after canceling my contract, an unacceptable practice that raises serious ethical questions.
DaVinci Virtual’s service agreement offers little in terms of accountability, leading to a pseudo-mail service that frequently fails to deliver on its promises. The absence of effective oversight has led to delays and errors that a business simply cannot afford. I strongly advise against using DaVinci Virtual. Their failure to provide reliable services and rectify ongoing issues and continued fraudulent billing makes them a horrible choice for any professional seeking dependable business support services.

My experience with Davinci has been good. I use their mailing system for my business mail to go there. The last time I went to pick up mail, the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended a couple of clients. So they have great customer service.

We chose Davinci because they have a location that was convenient for us and we liked the building where our virtual office is gonna be in and how we could use that in our materials. The enrollment process was really simple and it was all done online. Now, we have a dedicated physical address that we can use on our promotional materials. We also take advantage of their mail hold service and when people mail things there, we can pick it up on a monthly basis. Also, they have good customer support. They email us once a month just to check and see how we're doing. Davinci is a good company, easy to work with, and has reasonable rates.

I was moving out of an office, but I needed a mailing address for my clients. I looked up PO Boxes and various other mailboxes and found virtual offices. Davinci looked like the best option. It's not the cheapest option available, but it's a secure option. The one I go to is local and easy to access. They have other resources if you need physical office space or meeting rooms. However, I was told I would be notified by email every time I received mail, but I only get an email once every few weeks.

We use the system for customer assistance and it as improved the way people see the business. The fact that I have somebody in control of my mail for me is pretty good. They pick up my mail, collect my mail for me, and forward my mail to wherever I need the mail to be forwarded. Also, customer service is very good. When I call them asking question about how to pick up my mail, they direct me and if there's anything that they don't have answer for me, they transfer me to somebody that can guide me better.

I'm using Davinci for the virtual address and their reps are really good. But it doesn't hold all of my people if I have to have a meeting and they're not open on the weekends. That doesn't help because I do home care and most of my aides are out during the week. So, the ability to be able to access during the weekend is what's a little bit more needed in order to not pull my people out of work to go to the meetings. I've also looked at using the ability to rent office time for meetings but unfortunately, the office space that the location that I am at is too small. Then the price is a little bit too high for me to go in and do interviews because I don't have a lot of interviews back to back to back. So spending $60 an hour to have two or three interviews is just a little bit much for me.

I regret going with Davinci. We're a new nonprofit and we had to get an address. This is something new to us, so it's a whole learning experience for us and we were feeling our way through. We were speaking with a lady on emails and we thought that she was leading us in the right direction and helping. Now, I feel like she was just trying to sell a product. She didn't care if we were happy or satisfied. Not one time has she ever asked me if I was satisfied or happy, but she has clearly sent me emails asking me to buy more stuff, like office space. I would never.
Davinci doesn't correspond with people well. If you don't call and ask them something, they don't tell you, and if you call and ask them, you're not gonna always get the complete truth. When I was looking at Davinci versus Regus, I did not know that when I was going with Davinci, I was actually going with Regus. The building is the exact same property. It's just that they lease out. Also, I was told that as we get mail, they will contact us. However, if we contact them, we will be charged. We can't contact them. We have to wait for Davinci to email us and tell us that we have mail. It was crazy, but we went about our business. We have been applying for grants and different things, and I haven't been receiving any mail.
I kept contacting Davinci, and they kept telling me I had no mail. I even sent over stuff to the IRS to get our stuff changed, trying to make sure everything was changed over, but still no mail. In the beginning of December, I went by there and checked. We had mail, checks and a grant that we had been approved for back in October. That was just sitting there. Needless to say, I was very fierce. I just got an email yesterday that the price for Davinci is going up, and I spent time going over my contract to see the process for getting out. I'm very dissatisfied. I wish I could give them no stars, but I have to give them 1.

Signing up with Davinci Virtual was straightforward. I was able to do it myself without help. I was starting a new business and I needed to send out my information. I needed reception and a physical address. So far, their service has been useful. The cost isn't bad too.

We are using Davinci Virtual for postal, to receive mail and forward the mail to my home address. The rep I work with has been great and professional. She always calls me back and answers my questions. If I shoot her an email, she replies immediately. She never makes me wait for so long. They provide great service. It is a business anybody that needs a visual office should have.

Davinci was very timely. They told me that they didn't have an open spot till later on that evening but something came open earlier and they contacted me immediately and asked if I could do it earlier. That was great. They didn't miss a beat. The communication was very clear. I was fully informed about every step of the process. However, they had some other places that I would have liked to have used, but they had a higher price on them because of how they look. It was unfair that the cheaper prices look like cheaper buildings. I want my clients to see the same professionalism. I didn't feel like I should have had to pay for a higher price to have that look.

I've looked at other services and Davinci Virtual's is the cheapest. I would get the most options if I wanna do add ons too. I spoke with someone and he answered everything. And Davinci Virtual had a fast turnaround time. I was surprised. It was a great experience. I filed to have an Employer Identification Number. I didn't have a chance to get it because I was out of the country. So I would pick up the mail in person. They saw it was IRS and they mailed it to me. That was nice. Because they didn't even charge me. So, I was impressed.

I was looking for somewhere to send mail and have an address that allowed me to not have it be my personal house. I was looking for a place to go in and be able to get ahold of my mail and anything that was sent for my business. I was looking at a couple of different companies and I ended up going with Davinci specifically because it was the closest in proximity to my house. Also, the overall cost was cheaper than other teams.
The best part about Davinci is having the ability to put the address on the applications. That has been very helpful as far as getting business funding and being able to utilize that as an option for those types of things. As far as the facility goes, it's been always usable and it's a clean facility. From an address standpoint, everything works out well. The hours are open from 8:00 to 4:00 for that specific site, which makes it difficult for me because I'm working a separate job as well as my business. But that's not a huge issue. It's just for me to figure out when is a good opportunity to go get my mail.
However, I have some level of frustration with the site that I am working with. Oftentimes, the doors are actually locked when they should be open. And no one ever answers the phone. On top of that, there's no clear direction. I've literally never seen anybody in there. Even when the doors are open, I haven't seen anybody in there. When I do go in, I'm basically just having to search for my mail when I walk in the door. But everything else has been rocky.

I liked Davinci's prices and the office location. I use the virtual office. I get mail there. I use it as a physical address. Then I got offices there that I can use, and conference rooms. They come at a separate price. You pay per hour for the office if you need it, or a conference room. It's got a really cool lobby where you can go to. I can go there pretty much every day and do whatever I gotta do and not have the cost of paying for a big office. I get emails every now and then where Davinci offers me different things. They inform me about different options that I have. But I'm happy with what I got, so I don't need anything else yet.

Davinci Virtual has a few offices in a good structure. Signing up with them was straightforward. They answer the phone. They're kind. But one of the few things I don't like is how much they nickel and dime. They would charge me extra money each month just to let me know if I have mail there. If I have mail, I would only know if I drive over there and check it.

I subscribed to this company for two years and had nothing but problems. They referred me to a shared office company that had more employee turnover than sand in a windstorm. When issues cropped up Davinci could not resolve them or refused to work with me to resolve them. Instead they cancelled my agreement with 7 day notice. They are unprofessional, immature and full of cancel culture kids who cannot deal with people or problems. Buyer beware.

I use the mailing option but I am looking at the phone and marketing options. I spoke to a representative, so I'm working out some financing, but that is something that I'm considering doing with Davinci. They're pretty great and I never have an issue with them. At the point where when I go to pick up my mail, they already know who I am. They follow along with my business and they ask me if I'm moving to a different location. So, it's been pleasant since the very beginning. I was lost when I had first started the process. I did everything online and I got a lot of follow-up emails, which was good.
I also ended up getting some phone calls from representatives just to kind of check in, assure me that everything was legit, and told me how to change anything or if I have questions. Other than that, even though Davinci has a really good reputation and awesome locations, but the price point in comparison to some of the other places is a bit higher. I know one place that costs 20 bucks for a service that Davinci's charging 70 bucks for. But I don't mind paying more for something that is easy sailing.

I needed a different address to use for my business and Davinci was one of the first things to come up on my search. The signup process was straightforward and I finished it in a couple of hours. Customer service is pretty good. I have the number for the building that I'm using. I'm satisfied with Davinci.

I had a new business being started that I needed a physical location for and it’s what I use Davinci for at the moment. I signed up online and I got an email confirming everything. They emailed me saying that I would have to speak to somebody to further set things up and I got the call quickly. It was a Saturday too. It was simple and super easy. When I have had questions, the reps were very responsive. I have emailed Davinci before and I've gotten responses very quickly. My only gripe is that the website is lacking. I don't even know where I can find my information on it. I would like to be updated if I have a lot of mail or just a profile of some sort that says the address and email box number.

Right now, I'm just using the virtual address. Once a month, I'll go and pick up my mail. I've only been there twice. I thought it was going to be more professional. You walk in and the admins at the front know exactly why you're there. But when I went, I noticed was no sign. I tried to say to the lady at the front that I'm with Davinci and she didn't understand. When I said, “I've got a virtual address,” she then said okay and went into the closet. That aside, my experience has been good so far. The emails are fairly responsive. But if it's simple and they're not doing much, they should be able to respond back to me within a couple of hours. I've only talked or reached out to them a few times and each time, it's about a day and a half to two days.
When considering Davinci, check the address so you have an address and a suite number. I thought that I would have Suite 320. What I didn't realize was they have Suite 300 and a PMB number, which is an extra three-digit number. That's my mailbox. That annoys me, but it's too late and I don't wanna go through the paperwork of changing the address everywhere.
I know other people that use the Intelligent Office and they don't have that. It's more professional where it's just the suite number and it’s 301, 302, 303. It makes it sound like it's an actual office. This PMB made it look like it was some extra mailbox. I wish I had known that before I signed up. I would have paid five bucks extra with Intelligent Office and done it that way instead. Davinci just happened to have a location that was close enough where I could drive. I didn't have to drive an hour into traffic to pick up my mail. I didn't wanna pay the $25 for them to mail it to me, which is excessive.

Davinci was more affordable than other companies. They give notifications when I have mail. That's really convenient. When I call, they're always able to help me with great customer service. Anything I need, I get an answer in the right time span.

If someone needs a virtual office address with mail forwarding and meeting rooms they could rent, they should use Davinci Virtual. I found their website to be a bit more consumer-friendly and their booking process is much easier. We use them for their virtual office and we rent meeting rooms at times when we need them. They also forward the mail to our corporate address, and we've haven't had to reach out to them for anything, which is the way I like it. There's a couple of other benefits to using them as well. Davinci functions as it should, and it's good enough for me.

I love Davinci Virtual. I use it if there's mail, for the mailing address, and if I need to host a meeting. I've been with them about three months and I like the fact that it's a different address for my business and I could just go over there and pick up the mail. They're good to deal with. The reps are very nice. I went there just last week to pick up my mail, and the woman at the desk and even the people in the building were very helpful.

I wanted to expand my business. I have a mobile service. I cannot get it on the map so I was looking and the only one that I found was Davinci. Customer support has been excellent, A+. Davinci helped me on the phone and they helped me with the set it up and with the background as well. It was perfect. I wanna extend with Davinci. I'm about to get a second location with them in Brandon, Florida. I'm never going to be at one of the locations. It's probably for one or two mails every seven months. That's the whole thing I got Davinci.

Davinci didn't do what I was looking for. They said I had my own address but I still couldn't register it with Google 'cause they already have their Davinci site registered with Google. I thought it was gonna be my Post Office Box and have something different to separate it but it wouldn't work. Plus they told me I had to be in a six-month contract. I'm not using them.

Davinci had a better deal than if I had even rented directly from the business center, which was why I decided to go with them. I'm in Memphis and I'm about to do another one through Davinci in Knoxville. I use them for virtual office only. It saves a bunch of money on office space for something that I do mostly from my office at my house. I’ve had a good experience with Davinci and I got another buddy of mine to go through them as well.

I use the mailbox, and I'll use the 1-800 number soon. I like Davinci, and I've told two people already. It's a good place where you can have your business address at. It's very convenient. I can go there, and a receptionist is there all the time to assist me. I like the part about the updates too. They notify you when they're not open.

We needed a virtual office based in Maine and Davinci seemed to be the best put-together of all of the options. It was a great facilitator. Our integration with Davinci is not huge. If I have questions, I just send an email or give a call and, usually, they're answered pretty quickly. Davinci is an efficient solution to our remote business problem.

Davinci is $15 cheaper a month than my previous provider. Currently, I'm utilizing the virtual address. I have an option if I want to rent an office space. Anytime I reach out to them, they get back to me quickly. I just signed up for their affiliate program to refer people.

We have had a very difficult experience working with Davinci to secure reliable mail forwarding services. We are paying for a bi-monthly (2x per month) forwarding service. Setting up and the service and being billed is easy enough - but we have had repeated issues over the last year with actually getting our mail. Sometimes we are told that the mail was sent but 'returned to sender' and on two separate occasions our forwarding address was changed by Davinci without any instructions. When mail does get forwarded it is sporadic and rarely if ever twice per month as we are being billed. I understand Davinci has to contract out the forwarding to their local providers - but this only results in finger pointing whenever we try to get answers, solve issues, or simply communicate regarding our account.
For example - Davinci can't - or - won't tell us when our mail is actually supposed to have been sent, or worse, they don't actually tell us if it was 'returned to sender.' If it actually was returned to sender - why not let us know, confirm the address, etc.?? When we are forced to ask and try to figure out what is going on they don't provide any information, dates mail was forwarded, proof that mail was returned, or a date when it will be re-sent... just that "They will be sending it out again." Of course, our forwarding address has never changed, which compounds the frustration when they claim forwarded mail was 'returned' but don't provide any details that would allow us to even try to determine if there is an issue. Just the slightest bit of customer service would help us - but based on our efforts to work with them they don't seem built for the customer service side of providing virtual offices and services.

With Davinci, I like the reception and being able to have interaction going to the office to pick up my business mail. I don't use the reception services, though. I’m thinking about it, but I haven't subscribed. I'm planning to navigate to the Davinci phone system because I would like customer service during business hours. The only time I had to contact them was in the beginning, and that was to set up my account, which was for several businesses. They gave me the education that I can have everything in one account. They were very gracious and timely in communicating everything that they needed to get my account up and running.
I would love notification, though, because I made inquiries about having a dedicated office space, and I was told that those were like a first-come-first-served basis but there wasn't anything else to follow that up. I know that I can utilize the rooms for interviews because I have some interviews coming up. I just have to book ahead of time. I would like to know for things like that where I can put my name. Other than that, I've had not a single issue with using Davinci’s service, which is why it's encouraging to get the phone answering feature.

They're pretty helpful but one thing I don't like about them is that they charge me every time I check my mail online. Also, they don't work on weekends which sucks. They also close their office at 4:00 which is soon. That's a little iffy.

Davinci allows me to have a business face. But, it's gone up in price within three months of using it. The confidence that that won't continue to happen is low. So I haven't had a chance to gauge its true impact without seeing this other side effect of the fact that prices are going up without any discernible increase in quality. Other than that, if a colleague has similar needs to me of needing a face on the web that exists in the manner that my business operates, I'd recommend the service. It gives me a layer of being legitimate that's necessary for businesses in this environment.

We've been using Davinci’s services for about a year and it's been good. We use their virtual offices. The only thing is sometimes, you're being juggled from one customer support rep to the other. Therefore, follow-ups aren’t actually followed up on because maybe one person wrote it down but the other person is helping me now and they need to go through the notes. There's really no automated follow-up.

We set up a virtual office with Davinci. Right now, I set up the business and we are still building our website. I need the address. It's gonna take another month to be ready but I'm paying for the service already. Customer service sends me any correspondence that arrived over there. Later on, we could use their phone answering service. The service is nice. I'm very satisfied.

I'm using their office space right now because I'm still waiting on my license to be issued. I'll be using it for meetings and having my agents who work with me able to use it for the same purposes. I had really great service and interaction with them. All of them over there have been helpful. You have to get them in the morning though because their lines get busy as the day goes on. So, it's hard to sometimes reach somebody. But with the way business operates now and most real estate is done in the field and on the phone and online, this is the perfect, ideal alternative to having a brick-and-mortar space because the office itself is really beautiful and very accessible. You can go there anytime and use the space for a nominal amount of money and still claim that as your office.

I'm a truck driver and I’m on the road so right now, I use Davinci mainly to have my mail sent. But I was looking to set up a phone service as well in the future. When I used Davinci Virtual's phone service, the techs did great. If someone is looking for a professional look, I would mention and recommend Davinci. I had been considering transitioning from Swyft Filings to possibly Davinci because that’s where my office is to be my registered agent. I’ve been their services a little over a year. But I’ve never received any mail or correspondence from the actual physical office, even during the year when I was paying for the mail to be sent to me. So, I stopped paying that 30 some dollars a month.

We're using Davinci Virtual for virtual addresses, so to conduct any kind of calls going in, and mails. The reps are very helpful and attentive. They’ve been receiving my packages and mails. I like them. It's a benefit for me to be able to run the business smoothly, and it’s very convenient for the location of the office they have me. And since I run everything, it's so much easier. Everything so far works very smoothly. And that's exactly what Davinci Virtual promoted, so that's very good.

By using Davinci, I have a post office/office I could rent out for a couple hours a day. But I'm able to use that as a business address for licensing. At first, when getting the licensing stuff done, they didn't know who to put down for the main owners of the building. For the licensing, you need to have a leasing agency behind it and it took a while to get that too. I was the middleman between the city and Davinci to get all that squared away and that got squared away, so I can't complain.

I got a virtual business address from Davinci and I did it so that I can keep my home address private. I get mail at the address and I pick it up weekly. It's 10 minutes from my home. Once I signed the lease and the documents, they have been automatically charging me every month and they send me an invoice monthly, but no one calls me. I was supposed to be paying $50 a month but they just sent me an email saying, going forward, it's going to increase by $15. Still, I would recommend Davinci.

I used their services for yrs. One office always worked & my mail was forwarded in a decent time frame. I got four more offices & recommended them to associates & never received mail from the others for years. My associates either. I sent someone to an office location & they had no clue that I had a box there. I called to cancel it took months. I kept my original box but the other four took months to cancel.

We had an actual physical office but we finished the lease and we made it virtual with Davinci. We get the mail delivered there and we collect it. They have a friendly receptionist and the experience has been good so far.

Using Davinci has helped me big time by setting up my business because I wouldn't have been able to if I didn't have their virtual business office. Then, one time, a payment went through on the wrong card. I called and it was good customer service. It was really good being able to stop the pending charge.

I started this process in March so that I would be set up by May 1st. Provided the funds requested although the amount quoted changed after I started the process. Having provided all of the information required and requested. I was sent yet another e-mail "suggesting" that I submit certain information and informing me that I was now in the billing process but the account was not set up and I was unable to use the virtual address that I had paid for. It's a little disturbing at best because I sent the information and received a confirmation that it was received.
Two days later I get another e-mail from what I believe is customer support. This has been incredibly disappointing and not worth the headache I am getting to set up a virtual address. My P.O.Box and 1-800 number services me better than the chaos I am experiencing. Of course, it's after they got the money!!!! DAY ONE I HAVE NO SERVICE AND SINCE IT'S SUNDAY CAN NOT CONTACT ANYONE TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVE NOT SERVICE AND WAS INFORMED I AM BEING BILLED. Typical.

I'm a telecommunication guy and I use Davinci for the call services and the office space. It's convenient. I don't have to get locked into a lease in a building or something like that, especially if you don't use it a lot. This type of feature is really good for small business people, even big businesses that don't want to have the responsibility of a monthly lease. Also, they have a nice team over there. They're really helpful and they know what they're doing. Davinci gives me visibility in different parts of the country.

I didn’t have an office and I was sort of moving through the area. The bank said I have to have a physical office so I talked to Davinci and they said they qualify. I asked if they were sure and they said it would absolutely work. But it didn’t work and I had to go get a physical office for my bank to accept my documents. I hate Davinci.

Their customer service is good. They follow up relatively a good amount and they helped me out pretty quick, too, in the process. They accommodated in terms of the first office not working out. They looked for a second one right away and I was able to get a virtual office in a couple of days.

I’ve been using Davinci as an address for an LLC that I set up and the customer service has been prompt. There are things that I don't know that they do or things that if they sent me reminders or things potentially that they're thinking of that I didn't think of, that would be great. I use the mailing address for the business that lists a brick and mortar location as a business and the rental of the office spaces every now and again for a meeting. Everything is very well set up and I don't have a problem. They have the proper security precautions in place when you go in. There's always someone at the front desk and they let you know if you have anything if you're just dropping by. 'Cause normally, they'll send you an email. Everything's set up the way it should be, and it's working perfectly for me. Davinci does exactly what they advertise to do, and the reps are always kind and courteous.

I contacted Davinci once 'cause I was looking for the Google code they sent me. I went in the office and the first time I was there, they were telling me that I owe something. So, I called the Davinci office directly and they said, “Don't worry about it. They don't know what they're saying. Just disregard it.” This is the first time we set up a virtual office. I called Davinci and I liked their system and how they made the payment. With them, I don't have to pay two months in advance. So far, I haven't had a problem with them. When I reach out to them, they give me feedback in a reasonable amount of time. They even email me from time to time, asking me, “Everything good? Do you need anything?” They can cut the price a little bit though.
Another thing they can improve on is that they only allow so many phone calls per month. It's not unlimited phone calls. That's a stickler. I've thought about cutting my phone service with them and going with someone else. But I don't know if I can keep those same numbers. The two numbers I have are an 800 number and a local number. I'm trying to establish my business, so keep changing your numbers is not good starting off. 50 calls is not a lot especially after you get your business up and running. I'm in the transportation industry and a broker might call me five times on one load.

I use Davinci for virtual office and mail. Their staff is very professional. Whenever I go into the office, everyone is nice and courteous. When I talk to people over at customer service, I get my questions answered. If I need to forward a response via email, they respond rather quickly. Davinci's convenience stands out as they have spaces all over the place. What I liked about the space I chose was that they have a parking lot and so that was a major plus for me.

The location was convenient, just a few blocks from where we live. Keeping the same address, we could get a permanent office in the same building. Right now, we just utilize the purely virtual office for our mail as we haven't opened our business yet. We've gone over to check our mail a few times. There was a little bit of hassle getting into the building ‘cause there was no code. It could have been a little smoother, but we've worked our way around there. Then I wasn't very happy yesterday when they sent an email saying that in 15 or 30 days, the monthly rate would be increased to $15 a month, which percentage-wise is pretty steep considering we've only been renting it out for a few months. Otherwise, everything's fine.

I liked the pricing and the location of Davinci. I used them in the past too. I'm just using them now as a virtual address while I grow a business to the point that I can have the revenue to afford a real office. The process of getting set up was really easy. The lady that I spoke with, Mary, had really good customer service. I originally contacted her in January and I told her I would like a February 1 start date. She was able to do that. Everyone that I dealt with and worked with has been really positive.
Davinci's service is fine. With the expiration of my six-month contract, they were trying to raise the price. I said, “We don't even have money and I'm trying to justify this.” If the price goes up, we were just going to cancel. But Davinci was very accommodating and they allowed us to stay at the price that we're at for the next six months. It's been an overall pleasant experience.

There was a lady who was talking on the phone who helped me a lot and emailed me for details. Davinci Virtual also offered to send the mails to me. My mails doesn't go the office that I rent from them and I didn't know that. But they offered that to me, so it was good.

Davinci provided me a virtual office for my business. I have everything automated at this point. I have the mail forwarding, the live receptionist, the virtual office space, and just in case I need to go to where I have it set up at Valley Stream, I can conduct meetings if I need be. They have just increased the price, which was a very unhappy surprise. I certainly didn't read the fine print of the contract, which is on my list to do. Davinci Virtual provides a more human touch as far as the answering service. The only complaint that I have is there have been some messages that they've been sending from people who are calling my number that were assigned to me. And if they look at the script and at the business type, which the callers are supposed to look at, they will clearly understand that they will let those folks know that they have reached the wrong number. I would prefer that the reception people get a bit more familiar with the fact that if somebody is calling to see if I have car parts, that I'm not going to have car parts because I am a computer consulting company. There are people calling to see if I have car parts and all this other stuff. And they're sending me messages, which is also charging me money when they send those.

I needed mailing and a place to meet clients. I like the amount of location that Davinci has. In case I'm doing work out a state, which I regularly do because I'm located in North Carolina, I can find a convenient location. We’ve got license in both North and South Carolina. I've even looked into the possibility of meeting a client while I'm out of town or I’m further away from both states.
The Davinci team is always personable. They always tend to know who I am and what my needs could be. I've never really dealt with them and had to explain background a lot before I was able to be helped. Davinci is a lifesaver, especially for someone who's going from a traditional office down because of not only the current situation of the market, but also with the pandemic. I like having the flexibility to have an office whenever necessary.

Da Vinci Virtual has many different locations all over the world. They charge you a setup fee of a few hundred dollars and 50-100 bucks per month typically. Then they try to charge you for everything under the sun. You can't even mail forward without them charging you about 10 bucks per month and charging to open all of the mail and package it up again and resend it. By open up I mean remove it from the package itself. So any letters any invoice any anything. I asked if they could just put it all in a box and mail it. They said no. I tried mail forwarding and it doesn't work. Missing almost 200 bucks worth of checks now. Also, you get stuck on the hook for 6 months minimum. Not worth the price, not enough benefit, too much hassle. This is my experience with using their service for over a year on the East Coast. You might want consider looking elsewhere.

Davinci Virtual charges my account on a monthly basis and I've been with them for about six months. It's gone pretty smoothly. I've got a relatively basic requirement, which is a virtual business address that is different from my home address, not only because I don't necessarily want to plaster my home address on every piece of literature attached to any business that I do, but also because it adds a layer of credibility and an additional layer of professionality to the organization. So it's helpful for businesses which are mostly done remotely, like mine, to have at least a virtual office address where people can send mail or payments. And they can track you down and get ahold of you. All in all, I would be happy to recommend Davinci at least for the purposes I use them for.

Davinci sent me a notification 15 days prior that they are going to increase the cost of the service by $15. From a bill that is $65, do the math. You are increasing 25%. It’s a huge increase. They have sent me some reasons like because of pricing and others. I totally understand. I have my own business. I know that it’s not easy either. But it’s not a good fit for me anymore because I am a very small business and I am not able to have that increase of a pricing. I have been starting to shop around and see if I can have the same deal that I have with Davinci, or even better. I received an email from them that they just needed to have a 30-day notice by email, and that's what I intend to do.
We have been with Davinci for three months. It was good so far. But what caught my attention was that in three months, I received that increase with no feedback, just out of the blue. I don’t feel comfortable with that. That's not a way to communicate with their customer. I am disappointed with that increase out of nothing, and such a huge increase that comes with a huge impact in my cost in a month.

A gentleman and I had this beautiful meeting in a conference room in Los Angeles. When the meeting was over, I told the guy that held the meeting, "Man, this is such a beautiful office space." He told me, "This is my address for my office." He explained it to me, and then he gave me the information to the secretary that sits in the lobby area. That person was the one who told me it was through Davinci, and then I was given their number. I've been working with Davinci for so many years. I have a lot of vendors and they are one of the best that I've got. I'm always sending out letters on how some of my vendors can improve themselves and I've never done that with Davinci. I have three corporations and I'm using Davinci for all three. For me, it's perfect.

With Davinci Virtual, I like the ability to switch different virtual locations. It was scalable. Right now, I just need pretty much mail services, but I could eventually go all the way up to having a dedicated assistant so I like the scalability. Davinci has helped develop a professional image for my business. I would tell others, "Consider Davinci. I've had no issues."

The remote office with Davinci Virtual is great for the real estate business that I'm in. I have an office but I need a remote office address to be able to accept mail, things and the every-once-in-a-while meeting. So I didn't need my own dedicated space and it worked out perfectly for me. I got a notice four months in that the rent was going up and that was a little surprising. It's not my favorite thing there since I haven't even used any services. Also, I did the one-month mail. But I have not received anything from them yet. I'm four months into it and I'm supposed to get mail once a month. My office is in another state, so I don't know if I haven't received mail or if I have. So right now I'm in the dark. They should have some type of notification of no mail or mail coming just so I'd know. Other than that, the virtual office has been great so far. It was exactly what I needed.

I was doing a Google search, and I stumbled across Davinci. I wanted to research their industry because I was unaware of it, and see if there were any other virtual workspaces that existed. I leaned towards them versus the others. The internet line of work that I'm in, being able to have that business address works perfect for me. The only issue that I'm stumbling across is lost mail. I liked that I can have mail sent there, but there are times when I don't get notified. I was informed that it could be the in between process from Davinci to the actual location where things may get mixed up.

I'm using Davinci's virtual office. The customer service is okay. I just feel like some things weren't told to me before I signed up for the office. But they're very polite. They could do 100% disclosure about the fees involved, specifically from my mailbox. It's a $5 fee just to call and check to see if there's mail and that wasn't told to me. Other than that, the experience is pretty good.

I got Davinci Virtual for a business address I can use on my business cards. But when I signed up for this thing, they sent me a notary public to sign the agreement, which I thought was overkill. Other than that, everything's been fine.

I just got an email from not too long ago saying that they were going up like 15 bucks. I'm about to cancel that because it's kind of a little bit too much for me to pay something and I can't even get mail at that address that much. But my experience was good. For what I use it for, it works out.

I budgeted the virtual office for a year and with little room as the business grows for more services. I'm still working on a business and I'm doing multiple things at once so I haven't upgraded my services but they hit me with a $15 increase. It's not a problem but it was unexpected. I didn't like it. And I have already budgeted the bill out for the year. They said it's all in the terms. I asked if I can expect any more increases this year and the rep said that he doesn't think so. But I'm concerned now. I'm thinking I'm going to be paying one thing and then in April, they'd say it's a different amount. But the rep was nice and he did the best he could as far as answering. Besides the surprise, I have no problem with the service.

I wanted to use the virtual office so that I could just look more professional on my listings and Davinci Virtual seemed exactly what I was looking for. It has been pretty good except they sent back a check to one of my clients and marked it as no longer at this address. That was something I wasn't very happy with because the client started to question why I had him send the check there and then they were saying that I didn't occupy that space. So it wasn't really the way I'd like to start off projects. Originally, I came in there and my name wasn't on the list of businesses in there. Other than that, I also pay for the virtual assistant and the phone reception has been good and I've been enjoying that. They ask for the phone number, they take a little message, and they get the email address.

Davinci is doing extremely well. The lady that we went through to go through the whole set-up process was very pleasant and very helpful. The call log is not as much as our previous experience though. The traffic is lower because our people are still getting used to the number. They've been used to just calling the pastor and the order leader directly but the goal is that we want them to start utilizing the Davinci service. I spoke with the pastors and the leaders, and so far, everyone is satisfied with the service. If you're looking for more reliable virtual office where you don't have to go through the headache of establishing your own office, Davinci can perform the same service for you even with a higher quality compared to you having an arduous task.

Davinci Virtual had an office location that was near me and their prices were reasonable, so I decided to work with them to have a business mail address. That was my number one concern. There are certain things that I couldn't do without it. I'm in startup mode and there are companies that just won't ship things to a residential address. Davinci Virtual always notifies me whenever I have any mail there and they're always there to help.

I use Davinci Virtual for my virtual office, receiving packages, being my front office. It's been good. Their customer service was pretty quick and smooth. They followed up and they were very thorough. But the notification for receiving mails is an additional service. Something as simple as that should be included in the monthly service already. Other than that, we've had a great experience, excellent customer service, and an easy setup process.

I needed a virtual office because of the nature of my business. I don't need much infrastructure and I don't need something that has a lot of permanence but I need flexibility. Davinci Virtual had the cheapest price of the multiple companies in Richmond so I decided to go with them. They've done a good job. I get regular updates on things from them and I have reached out to them. I've visited the location where my virtual office is and they've met me where I've needed to be engaged. And at the same time, I'm like a teenager that just wants to be left alone and they’ve left me alone.
People are interested in what a virtual office is, especially companies that are trying to grow right now. But infrastructure, permanent offices, and large amounts of square footage just aren't going to fit the bill. It has been intriguing for people when I say I have a virtual office. I'm a lobbyist and a consultant, and I had someone call me concerning a client that I represent. And then separate from that conversation, we had a whole conversation about virtual offices. So, it's been good.

I was starting an LLC with LegalZoom and discovered that California doesn't do P.O. boxes. They require a valid mailing address. But I didn't wanna use my personal mailing address. I wanted a business-type address. The LegalZoom operator referred me to Davinci. There was a little bit of friction at the onboarding process. I was referred to a third-party company and it was a little bit confusing in getting scheduled with her. But it ended up getting figured out in a couple days.

I do basement waterproofing, so I really work out my garage. But when you put my LLC on Google, it comes up with my house. I didn’t want my house to come up for my business address. I wanted to outsource all the front desk services. I was doing some research and Davinci had a pretty decent review so I went with them. They were quick to respond to my questions. Their customer service has been perfect. They did answer my question straight and give me all the data in simple bullet points, and that's all I needed. We use Davinci mostly for the incoming calls for clients through the website. We're still a startup so actual call volumes have not picked out. God willing, soon phones will be ringing pretty crazy then I'll be able to get a good feel of things. Right now, it's a little too early. But so far, good.

The opportunity to expand to more comprehensive services was available with Da Vinci. I'm not ready for those at this point but should I be, it would still be within one company's offering. Right now, I use their mailing service and for the future, the meeting space and the phone services stood out to me. The person manning the desk in the location that I am registered with is not very professional though. I'm not expecting an extremely high level but it looks like a teenage after-school job.
When I say professionalism, it's greeting people who are entering into the office space. They weren't dressed inappropriately but I cannot identify them as an employee. So I didn't know if they're just another person who is in this office suite today or if they were the person who's supposed to be behind the desk. By not being behind the desk, I couldn't figure out if they were supposed to be behind the desk. When I spoke to them, they said that I knew what was going on and that I should go pick up my mail. I said that it was my first time and I didn't know how to do those things, because I've not interacted with them before. I was disappointed with that.

We have a WeWork office and decided that if no one is going to be there given the pandemic, we needed to move out. But at the same time, we still wanted to maintain a presence in the downtown area. We did a quick search for a virtual office space that would allow us to have a presentable business address. Even though we're a software company, everybody works remotely. It's still kinda important when you fill out paperwork to have an address that's not your house. From that perspective, we looked at Davinci and they seemed to be fairly competitive. They also had a great address downtown. I had good service and very presentable from the standpoint of the mailbox. Their customer service is pretty good. They were very responsive to set things up. And since then, we've been receiving stuff in our mail. It's been okay. We're using a very basic service and it works. It's great.

I use a virtual location and it has had a great impact in a positive way. Not only is the facility monitored for security, but also the mail is safely locked into locations that only I have access to it. Davinci is doing a great job in regards to communication and making that location available for everyone. When they set up the whole organization, the whole paperwork, it was very well-coordinated. They were also the only one that listed the location that I needed. The other locations didn't even have the city and state that I was looking for.

One of my friends referred me to Davinci Virtual. When I started a new business, I needed a business address that’s why I contacted them. The girls are great. Each time I go in there, the young lady that sits at the front desk is great. The lady that comes up front is great too. I never have a problem picking up my thing. All of my mails go in there. It's easy in and easy out. It's been a good experience thus far. I'm very satisfied. The only thing is probably more location in the city. I live in the suburb so it’s close for me but others that live in Chicago, they wouldn't have a lot of options.

I was looking for a virtual office and a friend of mine directed me to Davinci Virtual. I like that they get the call, and then they triage the call to me and allow me to decide if I really want to take that call or not before passing it through. I got a few calls coming from outside that they route to me. But before then, they will ask me and see if I am interested in taking the call. And if it’s a yes, they pass it through. If it’s no, they take care of it and I don't have to worry about how they took care of it, which is good. The few people I have worked with have been very professional. I like their promptness. Also, they are very courteous on the phone and that is a very good plus.

I use Davinci Virtual for virtual offices and an answering service. Their receptionists are excellent and with them, it's like having a secretary in my office. Whenever I need a space to meet with somebody, I can call up, set an appointment, and go over to use a conference room or whatever I need. Davinci has been a lot better than Regus where they would try to make me use up all my time within a week. With Davinci, there is no limit on how many times I could rent a virtual office or conference room. Also, I can work from home and save a lot of money.

We work remotely so we needed an office where we could rent, have people show up at a nice looking building and have our mail there, and kinda rent a room if we needed it. We don't need much but I wanted what we had to look professional. I needed a virtual office and I heard about Davinci Virtual through a representative of LegalZoom. I did a little bit of Google research and saw a lot of good reviews. I need someone to answer phone calls and accept mail and such and they provide all the services at an affordable rate. The setup was quick. Everything about it made it pretty simple to transition from potentially having a real office here in New York to a virtual one. I had an account rep, initially, and she helped set everything up for me, which was fantastic. I needed an office in Baton Rouge because I'd be doing work there. It's hard to contribute grants to nonprofits that do not have an address. So I needed an address because I would be reaching out to the gambling places to rebuild two of the houses down there. A friend of mine out of Houston sent information about Davinci Virtual to me and I just called on the phone and somebody helped me rent an office space. I love the office setting and I love where it's located. It's just about three blocks from where I'm gonna be requesting funds. So it worked out for me.

We needed a physical address and location that we weren't gonna get a real address with then my cousin was saying something about Davinci Virtual. He used them for something and that's how I first heard about them. I went ahead, did it and it works out fine to me. We're getting our mail forwarded here, so we’re good to go. It was 100% perfect.

Davinci was recommended by a friend and they seemed to be pleasing. When I looked into them, they seemed to provide the services that I would eventually need. They were amazing from the beginning in terms of asking how I would like them to respond to certain telephone calls and in what language. They've been very attentive to what my needs are and what they may be, needs that I may not even realize. They stayed on top of it much more than I expected. They've always been there and they reach out all the time to ask what can they do for me. I suspect that they will in the future as well as I expand with them. I'm not using it at the moment in this COVID world but at some point, it'll be a great connection. It's something that'll be good in the future.

I was able to get my own suite number with Davinci Virtual. They do a cool job. They were prompt and very fast with emails and did a good job with that. I just wish they would improve their prices.

Somebody doing some promotion about how to be a success and how to think about the big picture on business suggested that you always have to have a virtual office. That was the first time that I heard about that and I loved that. The people at Davinci were accurate with information, how it would work and they were not hiding fees. They were straightforward on how it works. Something that I don't like is that Davinci has all the virtual offices and Google knows about them but they don't let you use that address like you are there. They will block your page. Due to the Coronavirus, they blocked the two Google pages that I put down. It took me almost two months and a half to get it all straightened out.

I'm part-owner of another company and we used Davinci’s services and we like it. So, we went with them. I’m using the answering service. It's nice to have a customer service representative speak with the customer and for us to get an immediate email or voicemail from Davinci's rep. Dealing with them has been good.

I was referred to Davinci through a third party and I was able to see the prices and the fees on the website without having to talk to a representative. When I was setting up with them, everything was easy to do. I was able to reach out to a representative for any questions that I had and on the website, there was a pop up to be able to talk with somebody. They even called me to let me know that my credit card on file had expired, and that I needed a new one. I’m using the mail service with them because things go to the virtual address. Someone sends me an email saying that I have mail and they’ll hold it there. I forgot I had mailed there and I was able to reach out to a representative, who responded quickly, to let me know what my options were.

I liked Davinci's location and the overall operation it had for the pros. We're using the actual office space. It was good to get a local office space that I can use in the area that I work in. Everything's good. I've only been there a couple of times, but they let me know my mail's there and the location when I needed is good. When I dropped in and took a look for the first time, the reps introduced themselves, showed me around, showed me the mailbox and talked about what they can do for offices. I'm very satisfied.

I'm selling on Amazon so I just primarily need a presence there, and sometimes, for meetings and addresses. There was a little confusion at the beginning. It took a little while to get things going. But it seems to be okay right now. So far, so good. However, I don't know if it's related to the Coronavirus situation, but I have not received any mail at my office. And I thought that was a little strange because, usually, you even get junk mail. Because of the shutdown situation, I haven’t visited in a few weeks, but I am expecting some banking information to be sent. It's just a matter of getting over there because I'm in Chicago and we're still technically under a stay at home kind of situation. But for the most part, things were okay. I'm just a little concerned that I might have an issue with my mail.

I use Davinci for virtual office space and telephone services. The space that they're in is beautiful. They're leasing space in Pleasant Grove, and it has really high-end furnishings and decorations. So, it’s a really lovely space. It’s very impressive when you're meeting with somebody. As for the telephone services, I found it difficult to configure but once up and running, it’s perfect. It works really well.

There aren’t many providers here in Arkansas. I was just mainly looking for someone that would be able to assist within that area and Davinci Virtual was one of two that were available. I used to be a district manager for RadioShack and when I left, somebody reached out to me from Davinci to try to hire me. I looked at the services and I knew exactly what it was. So, when I was with my company and we were trying to find a virtual office, it came to my mind right away. So, I just Googled it and it was the neighborhood that we were looking to rent a place from. We’re just a young company and we have the virtual office and the address with Davinci. As time goes on, when we need more services, I know exactly what they offer. But for now, we’re not at that state yet. We just filled out an application yesterday for the DSP service with Amazon. So, once it gets approved, then we’re gonna need some more service.
The people from Davinci Virtual have been reaching out to me to see how things are going and have reassured me of assistance in case I need them. When I went to the office, they gave us a pin just in case we need to come and use the room for a meeting. The two ladies were almost at the front office and we told them that we were there for that. We also asked them if we could take a look at the offices. So, she showed us the office that was available for us. She worked with us and they both checked to make sure that we had the right code, and it went quickly.

i was googling some virtual offices and I was looking at Regus, but Davinci Virtual had cheaper price as far as my area. So, I just went with them and the experience has been well. I always get emails, mail or packages and it’s affordable. When I have questions, all I do is call and ask them. And I get emails from them, then some discounts they have. It was always prompt and easy, so no hassle. They could improve though money-wise on possibly knocking out some change out of the virtual office per month. Even $5 or $10 off a month would be fine, down to $40 or $45 of what I’m paying now which is 50. But other than that, everything is fine. Now, I’m recognized as a business without having a physical address. I get stuff from vendors. If I wanna set up meetings, I can do that in an actual space, and I have a professional look. And so, it has helped a lot.

Davinci is not the actual office space provider. I joined Davinci last year. I was told I would have to put a deposit down, which was never refunded. When I asked about the deposit it no longer was a deposit but a finder's fee for locating office space. In addition to not being transparent, I was told that my mail would be sent to my home address. When I kept getting notices from Google to register my business I called and asked why my mail was not sent to my home as they said it would be.
The agent at the 877 number told me that she would call the main office. I was like, can I just call them? because the main office was not listed anywhere on their website. The agent claimed I had to go through her. Week goes by, so I call again, another agent tells me that she left several messages and sent the admin an email. I was like.. How is that helping my business?"
So I decided to go up to the office which is called "Titan Business Suites" so they are not even affiliated with davinci, they are just a broker. I cancelled my relationship with Davinci when I found I had 1 year of mail piled up at their office. No note, no email, no notification whatsoever to let me know I had mail. I opened some of the letters to find checks from customers and vendors. Before you decide to go through these guys I suggest you find out who "really owns" the office. Because they had me sign up, pay a deposit only to find out, they are not part of this office.
