The setup was very streamlined and simple and the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything very well. I like their price, the additional services that they offer, and the package deal that the offices have. I like the fact that I'm able to rent a conference room and I can share co-working space when I need to.

I used to have a different company before and they increased the price. Alliance's price was reasonable compare to them so I chose them and the setup process was pretty easy. They asked me a few questions about my business and then I filled it out. Within 24 hours, it was all set up. They did a great job. Also, the rep set up a nice extensive call with me to go through the onboarding process. I never had that in my previous company and I was surprised that Alliance does that. I love the way they do it and I'm hoping that things will get better with Alliance.

Getting set up with Alliance Virtual was a pretty straightforward process. They had different representatives that would help you along the way and I was able to do it in a day and a half. I've also had a few different emails from a couple of representatives that would check up on me and make sure my mail was getting to me okay. I use them for the virtual office and getting mail and the phone number. Working with them has allowed me to have a more professional look for my business even though I'm working primarily out my garage right now.

My experience with Alliance Virtual has been great so far. I was setting up a business. So, I wanted to maintain some privacy when I'm applying for public and government forms. I liked that Alliance has a local address that is near me so I can go pick up my mail efficiently as opposed to driving across town. As far as the setup process, they had me fill out some forms. I had to do a background check. I had to do a live notary thing. They did a few onboarding calls to get me acclimated to the service and they explained how a virtual office works. Then they sent me tips on how to promote my business and what directories I should join.
Alliance has a variety of services. They have quite a bit of add-on services to the virtual office product, but they haven't been pushing it. They just say, “We have this and let us know.” They're very respectful. The team who has helped me has been great. They've been patient. The person I most deal with who's physically at the office has been wonderful. I'm happy with the service.

Thus far, Alliance Virtual keeps me organized to where everything’s separate from my home. It makes it look that much more professional on my invoicing estimates saying. “Hey, yeah. This guy has an office.” It makes me look more professional as a contractor. The sign up process was simple and super straightforward. Customer support has been great so far. If I have mail at the office, they send me an email saying, “Hey, you have mail.” When I first picked up the mail, they told me, “Hey, I have some time next week. If you wanna schedule a meeting so they can show you around.”

When I needed some documentation from the rep, she responded fast. She also got back to us very fast with the documents we needed. Since we joined, several people reached out to us and helped us to go through it. If you need any help with the other location or get the permanent or the monthly office in the same location, they help a lot and the customer service is good. The price also is good.

Alliance Virtual Offices was cheaper. But I don't care much for the nagging regarding the bill. They called or notified every day. And it's not on our pay schedule. We're a startup. So, once we had the funds, we would pay it. I already told them that I would pay them on Wednesday. Which this upcoming Wednesday, I would make sure they get paid.

Alliance Virtual Offices made it easy to set up everything online. The virtual signing and notarizing made it easy. Also, all the people were friendly. After we signed up, I took a tour of the facility to see where everything was, what was there, what was available for a meeting room should we need it. It was all great. The offices were presented very well.

I utilize Alliance for the office address and the phone. I like that I'm able to have a nice office space that I can rent rooms if I need to do stuff and it looks professional. I have an 800 number too. Everything is working great. It's all set up the way I need it. I also like that they're able to report so that we can build our business credit, that makes it a big plus for any business and that's a big thing for me. I'm looking forward to continuing to do business with them.

I like what Alliance Virtual is offering. I'm doing the virtual office, the mail pickup, and the meeting room. I like the location as well. Everything I did was online and it was easy. I'm not technical savvy but I didn't have a problem. We did an initial welcome onboard which was virtual. That was cool. I've been pleased so far with their customer service. They've been right on point. Any time I had an issue, they got right back with me.

My experience with Alliance Virtual Offices was good. The only thing that is a bit misleading is I tried to open a checking account, and I understand Alliance is a virtual office, but the banker tried to look them up and it got bad pictures. When she tried to look up my business owner or look at the building, the pictures were not on there for the building. I looked at it with her, I said, "No, that's not the building." It's in Maryville, Indiana. I'm in Indiana. I had to get a new address because of that. I couldn't use it.
You can't open a bank account unless you have a legit business address. So, it made it look fraudulent if you're using that and the pictures pop up and you can't see it. They gotta fix that if they wanna be one of the top ones. Other than them needing better pictures, everything else is good. The receptionist is pricey. But as far as what I got and what Alliance told me it would do, it serves the purpose. The price is okay.

I've only been with them for two months and it has been decent. They call me if they wanna let me know anything new or help me with anything. They're cool and very helpful. I plan on using it for more things. They let us rent out office space for by the hour. And I plan on having a couple of meetings there. I pay only 50. So, $50 a month is nothing. They don't charge extra tax. It's just $50.

He spoke SO FAST as if I was the one who scheduled the call. He didn’t have the right suite number based on my records & he had no real interest in why I signed up. Just to upsell me on the different offerings. So I let him ramble nonstop until the call was over. I’ll just read online what all you offer and go from there.

Setting up with Alliance wasn't hard at all. They just had to verify my identity. The thing where you verify from the Secretary of State was open 24/7, so that was very nice. I was able to verify it at whatever time. I like having Alliance because I don't wanna use my own address for my business.

Alliance has been good. I'm working on some behind-the-scene things and Alliance has helped me with my infrastructure being a new company. It's very user-friendly. I had a conversation once or twice with them and they followed up and made sure things were going fine, which is good. You get your own mail slot. They recommended that I go on a tour and in the early part of December. I was able to go and meet with Jenna, the manager, at the site. She was very friendly. Alliance also stated that you are in good credit as you maintain your account so it reports as a positive tradeline on the business credit profile, which is great. It’s a win-win. It's good to get credit for doing what you normally would do as far as maintaining your business. It's like reward points from a credit card.

I wanted to have my business a little bit more professional because I was using my home address. The image of having a virtual address would also give me a better chance of getting approval for loans for my small business. Alliance Virtual's prices were more competitive compared to other virtual office companies that were offering virtual offices in the area. They have a building two blocks from where I live.
The set-up was fairly easy. From the payment to the confirmation, everything was pretty much done online. However, I had a problem with getting some of the discounts that they were offering. They were doing a promotional discount and it wasn't registering online because you can't do two promotions at the same time. I was able to speak with somebody virtually. Once the payment went through, she was able to see the payment going through and apply the discount at the same time.
One of my virtual reps was Cynthia and she's been good at keeping in contact and sending me a newsletter that's keeping me up-to-date on the latest and greatest that Alliance Virtual has to offer. She has been the one who's been in more contact with me through emails and phone calls. There's another guy called Charlie and he called to follow up with me a couple of times.
The cost of Alliance Virtual's service is fairly good, especially if you are a small business owner and you're just starting out. You don't have a lot of budget and you don't have a lot of finance or upfront money. The cost helps with not having a huge overhead to have an office space. Being a small business owner, I do not have that money upfront. One thing I haven't explored is the fact that the particular building where Alliance Virtual is has amenities that are offered to the people who are in that building. They have a small gym in their lobby area and I'm not sure if we're allowed to use those even though we have a virtual office there.

When I first signed up, I was told that I have to call or text the person in charge of my account so I can pick up my email. I did that one time and I never got a call nor text back. So I had to go to the office and pick up my mail. Other than that, everything has been great and the setup process for my business address was super easy. We currently have a warehouse that we didn't wanna disclose the location of on our website. We ended up using Alliance's services as a good solution to have all the mail directed over there and have a receptionist pick up the phone call and do all the office work from that office. The set-up process with them was easy. It went relatively smooth, quick, and very professional. We're using the services now and it definitely helped freed up our time to do other things like marketing and website development.
Alliance has been great so far and a tremendous help for us. The guys are really on it in terms of customer service and filtering out all the calls so I don't have to get a bunch of spam calls throughout the day, which I used to get a lot of. We haven't fully utilized their services yet. Our website is up and running but it's not up 110% yet. Once it gets into full gear, we'll see the benefits of Alliance's services. We're interested in seeing how the actual service maintains with a bunch more calls and topics throughout the day.

Alliance Virtual has been awesome and they're very convenient to use. Getting set up was easy. I filled out the information then I had people reaching out for recommendations and the other products. You do everything yourself, then you talk to a person that changes your information over for UPS. You also talk to a notary on a camera so that it’s certified and they make sure it’s you. The person that I talked to sent me a lot of information, so that was helpful. I could also call him any time within his business hours if I need any help with anything. The cost is pretty cool, too and I went with them versus anybody else that's a competitor.

For the type of business that I was setting up, I didn't need a physical location or a brick-and-mortar type of establishment. I just needed something that would tailor to my online business and I went with Alliance Virtual. They have better presentation of services, I like the pricing and the reviews show that they were more reliable than some of the other services.
The setup process was simple. I just got to click-clacking on the keyboard and on the mouse. Everything was self-explanatory. It took little to no effort, which was even easier or better because as you're trying to navigate through all the processes and the documents and everything that you need to set up your business, having such a straightforward way to get to your virtual services is a lifesaver. It helps you to focus on the less minute details without having to exert yourself.
Everybody seems to be very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I've been a pain in the butt for the voicemail portion of it. I've been trying to get everything together and have the right information available before they put in the voicemail. It was a whole situation that lasted a couple of weeks but I never had any issues with getting it together. They were very patient with me even though I kept messing up. I'm very pleased with that service. I'm very pleased with how professional they treated me and how professional my voicemail and phone services have come out.
Some of the venues were a little expensive. I would have hoped to have gotten one that was closer to where I am. I live near Norfolk, Virginia, but that was so expensive. I'm sure it's because of the area, but it was so expensive that I couldn't. So, the area I picked is close to three and a half hours away. It's close to an area that I love to visit. I'm very pleased.

Part of the reason why I went with Alliance was not only affordability, but presence. They are in a great location. I frequent that area a lot when it comes to business and it's a perfect fit for me. Initially, I called and spoke with someone out in Nevada. Within a few hours, everything was done. It was really easy. Everybody was friendly. I just spoke to them, got the information, signed the information over, and had an online notary put everything together. The next day, I received the information about my virtual business address. Alliance Virtual has been excellent. I set up a virtual office with them, and it didn't take long at all. I put in all the information for our company and paid for it. We had to get approved, then after that, an email was sent out and from that point, everything was a go. It was simple. Making payments is very easy as well. Everything is set up online.
My first time visiting Alliance, when I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very warm welcoming smile by the young lady at the front desk. She was very pleasant and kind. She took her time, showed us around and gave all the information that we needed. She gave her business card, and she's very accessible. Anything we need, we can give her a call, and anything she can do to help us, she's definitely willing to. Feeling comfortable from the moment we stepped in the door was definitely a major plus.

Alliance was able to address my key concerns. Also, I wanted them because of their price point. They also offered several benefits of why you should have a virtual office, things that were outside the scope of what I knew, and how their own services would be tailored to small businesses like ours, with things like working on the business credit score and an order. They had a lot of resources, not just filling a service. They were also very keen for me to actually have the best value for whatever I paid for on how to best use the service. I have a dedicated account officer who gets across to me with mails, even if it's automated. Even the times I try to follow up on something I find interesting, he's quick to respond.

I liked the product that they offered. When I read the reviews, they stood by their product. If you needed help with something, they'd be there, and it was. When I was on their website, I did an online chat with one of their reps and they were there to help me out almost every step of the way. I was surprised. They emailed me a lot, which I liked because they were staying in contact with me. They told me that I could use the address to open a business bank account, which I have. I really like that because that makes a huge difference in getting funding for my business and putting an address on my business license as well. So it has impacted my business on a good note.

When I first set up the service, the rep walked me through holding my hand. He broke down everything I didn't understand. But after that, that door was closed. I needed someone to walk me through the process of where do I go from there because there are a lot of different things that come with it but I'm clueless. Also, I wanted to upgrade my service and I needed someone to walk m I couldn't get anybody from their customer service. I was calling the rep who I signed up with but no one ever got back to me. I took it upon myself to go with another third party company for the phone and website services. Alliance's service is great, though. The office is a beautiful office and they're great people there when I go there. I was never able to complete the virtual walk-through and I explained that to the gentleman at the front desk and he did it with me. But I may not continue with Alliance once my service is over.

They tell you all their offers or how you can advertise your business and ways you can get customers. Then, you have to do a notary and make sure you sign up with USPS. They make sure you're legal and your business is standing. Then, I went to the State of Secretary to put my address down and that was it. It was a pretty straightforward process and things have been great, so far. The price is awesome, too. The office is 30 minutes away from my home and I haven't even went in. But it is an area that I grew up in and I could physically go there and pick up mails.

When I was setting up with Alliance, I had to log in, put in my information and go through a notary process to verify the business information. Two days later, I got my email from Alliance saying they got the information from the notary and everything should be done within 48 hours. And it was. I had questions and I was able to go to the chat easily to get those answered and then finish the process of setting up the office. So, everything was easy and smooth.
The guy that I'm assigned to calls me at least once a month to see if there are any questions or concerns that I have and to make sure that I set up an appointment to come in and look at the virtual offices. My significant other is trying to establish a business as well. So I asked questions to the guy about getting him registered with Alliance as well as the business address, and he said just give him a call when he was ready and he would make sure that he got set up with no issues. We'll look to see if there's some sort of discount that he can apply since we'll be using Alliance for two businesses.

Alliance's prices were in alignment with my budget and the particular office that I chose is fairly close to where I live in the area that I needed to stay in throughout the day. Also, once I contacted them, the representative that I spoke to and I worked with, was amazing. With them, I have access to a physical space and they handle my mailing services as well. I pretty much have a personalized team through Alliance when it comes to answering questions and supporting me, like with my business credit. They have a really great concierge-type of setup with their customer support. I just received the email stating my payment was declined so I need to go back and look at it and try to click on "Update my payment information". But I enjoy Alliance Virtual. I have the pros and benefits that come along Alliance being that the virtual offices give you an established address. It comes with a lot of perks and has affected my business in a number of ways such as being able to put yourself in the catalog to where when consumers google your address and your business name, they see the address and see Prime Real Estate. I liked Alliance's pricing, and as soon as I chose them, they did an onboarding call. They showed me the ins and outs and the different features that they had. The setup process went very smoothly. They give you a first-time phone call, and they go over everything. I sorted that out, then I had an onboarding call. That was a bit booked out into the future a few weeks, but it was fine with me because I was not in any urgency. That went well too. Alliance Virtual Offices provided all the information that I needed. I went on the website, I put the area code close to where I would like to be. And it generated all the virtual offices that were located in the area. It had some promotions going on as well, which was amazing, because I paid little or nothing to start to get that experience. And my next month I had to pay the full price, but I didn't mind because I knew what I was getting was worth it.
I told the rep how great he was. He answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. I appreciated that because everything was very informative. It was detailed. So, it made the transition of coming from my home as my business office to the virtual business office a smooth sailing one. So, all my documents were provided the same day that I needed to open up my bank account with the proof of address, so I had no issues.

Alliance is convenient and easy to use. The most surprising thing was that it was only a six-month contract. They have very easy prompts that came into my email and guided me through the next steps. I signed up for the virtual office, in hopes of being able to actually use some of the on-site features. The directions were very clear on the website and all of the links made you feel safe as you were clicking through. The options to set up through email were great because you could do it all types of day and night. You weren't relegated to a certain window of time during the day and I appreciated that. But it was disheartening that I signed up for a promotion and didn't get it. Other than that, the cost is very doable.

Setting up the service was 100% digital. It was online and easy. However, I have been trying to update my policy, but I can't get ahold of Alliance Virtual. I left a couple of voicemails and I sent two emails. I have an email tracker, and they're not being opened. I have the mail forwarding, but I'm trying to cancel it because they haven't forwarded my mail. My second billing cycle is coming up and I'm wasting money on things I'm not getting.

I spoke to Dermond at Alliance, he walked me through how to set up my voicemail and gave me information after information. I had questions and I wrote them down as he was speaking about the company. And he covered a lot, so there weren't a lot of questions that I had to ask. So far, Alliance is very good. A lot of the other companies don't have the phone service like they do and that's amazing. I also love their customer service. Their reps are hands on and very knowledgeable of the job that they are working. That is a very important part that anyone can have when you work for a company where they let a customer like myself call and have a question, and they're able to answer the question. Even if they don't know the answer, they still address the question where it makes sense and that it is answered. It’s also very easy to get a rep, for them to call back, and to do a follow-up.

The website was a little confusing at first, but after I called someone about it, it was simple. Alliance Virtual also sent emails and said, "We can schedule a call," but it was simple online once I started to navigate my way through. I already knew how to do it and didn't need anyone. When I started my account, I viewed the plans, the different levels and what they offer, and chose which level fit my needs best, then I started paying my monthly fee. I would recommend Alliance Virtual's services, and I plan on adding the mail package to my service as well.

Alliance Virtual was more convenient than other companies and the price point was correct. The setup process was really easy, even the notarization. It was all online except at the end when they wanted me to go. They mailed me something to show that the service works. There was a little hiccup in the beginning, though. I reached out because my business name wasn't updated and I was trying to get it updated. The actual paperwork didn't have my business information on there. When I tried to reach out to the representative that was on the email, they didn't get back to me. But when I did call the actual number and left a message, they got back right away and they took care of it. The only problem I have with it is they don't offer enough minutes. It's only 50 minutes a month and I would like if they had more options that weren't so expensive. Other than that, for a new start-up, a small business, this is really good to look for a business front.

I signed up with Alliance for a business address. Setting it up was easy online. It was a little bit difficult to speak with somebody in person. Then when I did speak to somebody in person, it took a little bit to get back in touch with someone. But based on the reviews, it was better than I expected. Some of the reviews were saying the customer service sucks, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. So, I'm happy about it. My experience, so far, has been good. The cost could be better just because all I need is the address part, but I've been able to get some things done with the business address. So, I appreciate that. I like that they had an online notary.

Alliance had a great deal for an awesome building. I had worked for companies in the past that rented shared offices, so I was familiar with the concept already. I had a little bit of a hiccup getting ahold of someone because I had a question, but I finally did. The reps were super responsive and everything was remote, which was great. I had an orientation call with my representative who was there to answer all my questions and his communication was great. I took notes, but I realized everything that I took notes on, they emailed to me. I like that he checks in with me.
Even though I had the cheapest option from Alliance, it doesn't matter. I still feel good about it. They even sent me a test mail to make sure that I would get the mail and the notification and I did. So, it was cool. The service is totally worth it. When I first started working, I wasn't doing contracts. So, I didn't worry about my address even though I looked up my business online and I realized that people could just look up my address exactly where I'm at, which I didn't like. It didn't occur to me until I did the contract. So, I wish I'd known about it in the very beginning because I would have done it from the start.

I like the service that Alliance Virtual provides. I am getting into real estate investing and they have virtual offices where I can set up and meet anybody anywhere and I can get office space to sign documents because they're everywhere. I had a problem with the young man when I was trying to get set up, and I just told him I wasn't gonna talk to him. "Send me back to the person that I've been dealing with," and we were done. He sent me back to the young lady who helped me. We're still structuring, but Alliance Virtual is still good for me because now I have a place where people can contact me. I've changed everything, and it was very easy to switch all that information over with Utah and the state of Ohio and the IRS. It's been good, and I would recommend Alliance Virtual highly.

They were the closest in location to where I live and the best price without a super long contractor agreement. I asked some questions via chat and then I filled out an application and made a payment. I have a mailbox with Alliance and then I can rent office space or conference room if I need it. They have nice offices. My rep has been pretty good. Although, there was a question in one email I sent that I didn't ever get a response for, so it was disappointing. But I was able to figure it out by just reaching out to their customer support and asking someone else. I did chat, and it was pretty fast.

I started a small business and needed a space that I could receive mail as well as for a professional address. Though I do my services online, I still needed a physical address. So, I went looking and Alliance met my price point as well as the service needs that I had. I started doing chat with one of their reps that walked me through even their sign-up process. So, I was able to sign up. They answered my questions. They assigned me an additional rep, somebody completely different than the sales rep that I was working with, that specifically is assigned to my account. I jumped on a call with him. He walked me through every option that they had, the services that were available to me, any upgrades that I may wanna do, and what was available with that, and answered my questions.
We made sure that the address, as far as my home address, contact information, was correct so that I could receive any additional mail to me. After we did that, he sent me an email with some additional information. I get a weekly email that highlights the different features that they have with Alliance. I told him about different cities that I travel to, and he informed me about the offices that they have in those cities and what the process would be to reserve space if I need an office space for the times that I would be in those cities.
The service is very valuable to me in the sense that the benefit outperforms the cost. I don't feel like I'm getting the bare minimum. I feel like it's definitely valuable with the price point that they have it at, and it's something that's feasible for a business that's just getting going and has additional fees. If I wanted a premium package, they have the different value packages that I could grab ahold of that would meet my needs. But for where I am right now, the price point and what I get from it is on par for what I expect. Alliance has been very responsive and pretty spot-on with any requests that I've had. So, it's been a great experience so far.

I went out to one of Alliance's offices and I liked what I saw. They had actual addresses and not PO boxes. I wanted to be able to be able to schedule my meetings and go into the office. They have conference areas as well so if I wanted to do training for my agents, I could do that. Then, once my business starts growing, I can have my office in the actual building if I choose to. Also, everything was professional and they had good customer service. If I call and they don't answer, someone will always give me a call back -- usually, the person that's assigned to me. If I send him an email, he will respond promptly and help me with whatever I have an issue with. It's a little expensive just for an address but for all the services that they do offer, it evens out. And they've impacted my business in a positive way. I have been able to get business credit because I have a physical address and I have been able to place my business on Google.

Alliance seemed to be the better option out of all the others. They seem to be more convenient for me because it is in a location that I frequent, so I figured to have a place there would be the best thing for me and for my business. It's been awesome ever since I did it. I'm happy with the service. I'm happy with everything. The setup was great. It was easier than I thought it would be. I thought it would be a little bit more complicated than that, but it was easy filling out an application, getting a phone call, and getting everything done on a timely manner. The reps' demeanor was great. They were very helpful and forward-going. They were willing to answer any questions I had and show me the ropes on how to navigate within the company. So, it was a great experience talking with them. I'm learning and getting used to the service and so far, it's been great.

Alliance Virtual had a better rate and they offer services in one bundle. I also liked their customer service a lot better. I needed their service to cover my business. I needed the address, phone number, receptionist, a place I could use from time to time, and forwarding mail. Customer support has a good response time. I had concerns about the initial setup like getting my phone number. I get my contacts through email or phone calls. I gotta call and check on my forwarded mail weekly. I haven't received anything. That aside, I'd tell others to come on over to Alliance Virtual.

The process of getting things set up was very quick and efficient, and it was effortless. Most places, it takes days. With Alliance Virtual, it was a matter of minutes to no longer than a couple hours. When I spoke to everyone, they were very professional and they knew exactly what I needed without me having to go into detail and educate. I could see using them in the future because my business is multistate and I want a one-stop shop. I can always call them and say, “Hey, I need an office here.” As time progresses, I'm gonna need a more physical office, as soon as I can hire someone and put them in that area.
I just got a beautiful location in a very beautiful, clean place, and I see the perks of being with Alliance Virtual as far as boardroom usage and same day notification for office usages there. I would also really love to form some type of affiliation with them, because I will use them as well as other businesses I encounter in the health care and professional business world.

Doing a virtual office made the most sense because I didn't need a physical office for my business. I did that with Alliance and it's been good so far. The set-up was easy. I went through their website and filled out the form. I reached out once or twice via email. I ended up connecting with someone from Emerge212. Alliance is a reseller for Emerge212 or they have some kind of agreement. Overall, Alliance provides really good customer service. They have been responsive. Their emails are timely and they provide useful information to onboard the customer. I've been happy. I'm currently not using their live reception, but I'm considering it. I would recommend them to others.

The setup process seemed pretty straightforward and easy but I will say that I didn't realize they were a third party. I learned that when I got to my space and met the office manager there. Other than that, everything seemed to go smooth. I added a mailing service where they mail my mail to me and they had that figured out in 24 hours.

For the past 26 months, I have subscribed to services with Alliance Virtual Offices for a virtual office for my LLC. I have paid an extra fee to have my mail forwarded to my personal address. During the course of the past 26 months, I have not received one piece of mail at the virtual office in Long Beach, CA. I have attempted to rectify this issue with Alliance directly for the past couple of weeks. I have also requested a refund. In the interim, I have sent several test pieces of mail to the location verifying that they are not processing or forwarding any of my mail. They have also sent a piece of test mail and they indicated that this mail was also not processed by the office.
Each time I call, I am told that I will receive a response by close of business on that date. Then when they never call back it is blamed on the location for not picking up their phones. This has gone on for a couple of weeks and it’s unacceptable. Their lack of due diligence and professionalism has caused myself in my company to lose revenue. Do not do business with this company. If you do have any business related issues, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When someone does get on the phone, they will place you on hold for an unacceptable extended amount of time just to eventually hang up. Each time they have done this I have been told that they or a supervisor will contact me back. They have not called me back one time.
All has been initiated by me without any assistance being received on my end. And to add on to this they eventually stopped talking calls from my primary cell phone and I was forced to call from another phone for someone to pick up. Then was able to reach someone and offered only a refund for the "mail forwarding" add-on and not the full services. When their policy clearly states in part, "Mail receipt and local pickup" as being part of their most basic services provided. They also state the have a "Lobby receptionist to greet visitors", which is not true as I have visited the location on multiple occasions to find that no one was there. Do not give your money to this business. It will only cause headaches and make you and your business lose money.

I walked in on Louisiana Street and Alliance was telling me about the opportunities I have for my business. It was a pretty straightforward process and there were no hassles. I got my virtual address right away and began using it. It's been going pretty well so far. Right now, I'm using the virtual address and meeting office. In the near future, I'll be using a receptionist to take phone calls for me.
Working with Alliance has made me more professional as far as to my customers. The cost is not that bad too. When I get into the process of using the office space and things like that, I will have a better understanding of fees. I look forward to seeing Alliance in other cities. I tried another virtual office and they were definitely not up to par with Alliance.

I went through the process and made the payment. Before I could confirm the office, they had to take my identification and some proof of address. Then somebody called me, and we went through that process, so I got all of that approved. I've had other people get in contact with me since just to make sure that I'm okay with all the setup, to see what services are required, and to explain to me how a virtual office works because it's the first one I've had. For the cost, the quality of service has been good.

Alliance seemed to have a fair offer so I bought into it. The appeal of a virtual office was because of the feasibility of the time because I don’t need to secure and invest all this money into an office just yet for a business. I have a security business and I have to have an official business address in order for me to get my licensing for the company. The signup with Alliance was quick and easy. The gentleman who spoke with me explained how it would go and what the pricing would look like.
I got my authorization letter within an hour of me signing up. That way I could finish filing my paperwork with the State of Texas and get all those authorization forms filled out and get the licensing process. I just have the address at this time. The quality of service is good. Overall, Alliance takes care of its customers. The pricing was not significant at all as to what I was expecting to be spending. It was easy to fit it into my budget, a lot easier than having to secure and worry about maybe $250, $300 for an office space.

Durham was Great. He answered all of my questions and gave me detailed information on all the services offered by Alliance. He takes his job seriously and has a great mindset for service. When I wanted to cancel service I could not find anywhere on their website to achieve this easily. When calling they told me I needed to do it on the website and could not assist me by phone. Because I could not find it easily I resorted to emails that would not be responded to however, they did manage to continue billing me. I resorted to having to move my funds to another bank account and when they made several attempts to Bill me that failed they reached out to me directly. This is when I was able to have the conversation.
The representative informed me that there is another FAQ at the very bottom of their website in fine print and if you click on one of their categories the information on how to cancel is there which basically states you must give them 30 days notice before the beginning of your billing month. And if you miss this time you will be charged for a full month. I requested cancellation through email on January 31st. The representative told me that it needed to be done on January 1st. Even while I was requesting before the new month. The representative refuse to accommodate and honor my request. I informed them that their cancellation practice is deceptive and not in the best interest of the customer. I'm sure they are aware of this and how they trick customers into pain and additional month before canceling.
I also noticed that online they have raving reviews. This review system does not allow you to create a review which led me to believe that they are controlling that as well. So, I had to come to Consumer Affairs to make my review only to discover that they have very low ratings, not a surprise! I just had mail service and would have been fine with their service if I were able to cancel easily. This experience showed me a lot about how this company operates. This is the reason for my very low rating. I will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone that I know.

Mail forwarding is sporadic and magically happens only after I call and complain. Out of a year, they have a less than 40% success rate with me. My clients send important documents to me and I have to call them up and ask them if they received the mail. Most of the time they do not answer the support phone line. When I get a hold of someone finally, the mail will be forwarded to me within a few days. I am now terminating my agreement with them (after a year of struggling with them). I still am dealing with "missing mail" with them. The client sent the documents and has proof, these guys said they forwarded them (with no proof they did). The documents have been resent but these guys will not respond to requests (through their website) or return calls. There are more responsive companies out there that actually have a live person on the other end of the phone and e-mails.

THIS IS A SCAM, they will have you on contract for 6 months and they say they will provide you with GMB verification which they will never do...! The most important thing that they will never let you talk to a manager. It looks like they don't have a manager. Alliance VIRTUAL OFFICES IS SCAM.

Working with Alliance Virtual Offices has been the absolute worse experience, good luck closing your account. They make the process long and extraneous. They will call collections agencies over the smallest sum of money. I cannot believe I got a call from an attorney saying I owe them such a small amount of money. Never working with Alliance Virtual Offices again. Also, I did not get any mail, I’m not sure if they’re throwing it away or what but I got nothing. Do not work with them, find alternatives because they are not it, save yourself from ruined credit and headaches.

I cancelled my virtual address box and still being charged and Its has been over a month now. When your rep called me she knew that I was cancelling service and moving, The representative never said to put anything in writing. She told me she would note my account and that was it, But today a collection lady emailing me, This is not good business practices.
Contacted Alliance Virtual Office Customer Service today 6/1/2021 and she then say put it in writing so I sent a email to cancel today, I referred so many people to use this service after I thought they were a honest company, But they are thieves and have customer service that must not be doing their job. It's sad that a company would lose their reputation for failure to document a phone call from a customer. I'm gonna pay the $130.00 but stay far away from this company. They have to be broke during Covid to be dishonest knowing the rep should of said, "Put the closing request in writing." I will never refer any of my customers to use them either,

I regret subscribing to their services and I will never do any business with them in the future. Right after I subscribed I requested the cancellation of the service and was informed that they won't cancel anything and now I'm stuck wasting money on them for the next 6 months! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I called the main office to see if any mail had arrived at my virtual office. They were not able to get in touch with their local virtual office. Said they sent an email but nobody got back to me. The following week I personally went to get my mail, but the door to the office was locked and it looked like no one was there. I called Alliance's HQ, they still could not get in touch with the person who job it was to manage the virtual office at 18-20 Lackawanna Plaza in Montclair, NJ. The headquarters gave me the local office number, so I called myself.
I could hear the person answer the phone through the door!! He tried telling me that he was not at the office. Said I needed to make an appointment two days in advance to get my mail. (Nobody told me this when I signed up for their service, and I had already called the previous week.) He refused to leave his apartment and open the office so I could get my mail, which is very time sensitive. Told me to call alliance. I left, and then when I was outside he called me back again saying he would call the police if I came back.
This place is run like a joke, I wish I never signed up with them, total waste of time and money. And there's a 6 month contract. They even charged me a $50 set up fee. The set up was supposed to take 24 hours and took closer to a week! Stay away from this company. They are extremely unorganized, unprofessional and unethical. I still have not gotten my mail and no one has called me even though I have requested a follow up multiple times.

This company is the worst on the planet. Customer service is awful. They don't listen, they repeat the same thing over and over again offering no help what so ever. They say they reach out and they don't then send you to collections. Horrible company, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I will be filing court proceedings and any other way to get a bad review out. They should not be able to take advantage of people like this.

You will not receive your mail. I'm not sure if they have stolen mine or just thrown it in the trash, but if you want your mail forwarded, do not use Alliance. If you call them, they will not even try to help you. It's a complete scam.

So on the front end, this company's prices are a bit high and if you skim through their terms and conditions, you'll find that it is very challenging to cancel service with them. They require a 30-day notice to cancel service, so be aware of that if you do go with them. First off they aren't a VOIP provider, the "service" is provided through some agreement with Phone.com. They are basically a middleman between you and Phone.com. Second, they sold me on having a 411 listed business. Thankfully I listed myself with ListYourself, Google, Bing, etc. so the number did appear on 411, but they didn't do that.
When I called them to ask if it was listed, the agent basically did what I'd already done and submitted the number to listyourself. When I figured out what was going on, combined with the high fees they charge per number, I ported the number over to Grasshopper. They offer a similar service for less, especially annually. Their customer service didn't give me much hassle though with shutting down, so I'd consider that part of the experience as a plus.

Customer service did not understand business or how things operate. Continuous attempts to work with them and they chose to play games and waste my time. Supposedly there was an outstanding bill for less than a 100.00 dollars was not aware of it. So instead of just saying there was an outstanding bill they chose to play dumb and continue to waste time and not provide services. They are weak, not educated in business on any level and the SOS IL needs to seriously look at there practices here in IL. Just resolved billing issues with this company and the BBB and now I just received a bill from them for services again. I am located in Chicago, IL and I think it's time these guys learn the Chicago way.

Alliance offers some of the cheapest rates on virtual offices, but beware they are cheap for a reason. Their approach to customer service is deplorable. If they communicate to you that they offer a 30-day termination option, don't take their word for it but read their terms and conditions carefully as they will stick you for an additional month (termination takes effect upon the last day of the month following the month in which notification was received).

I'm using Alliance Virtual for mails for six months now. Price-wise, Alliance Virtual is cheap. And once they set, they go out to an agreement. Alliance Virtual definitely helps my business and it is working for me. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend Alliance to my friends especially if they’re looking for a virtual office.

Alliance seemed legitimate. So when I started a business, I decided to get a virtual office address from them. But I started another business and went into a different direction. I was trying to see if I could cancel the contract with Alliance and do it over under the new business name. But when I called to cancel, I found out that I was under a six-month contract. I should've read the print so it was my fault. But I didn't like the fact that I couldn't cancel when I wanted to. So I was stuck with this. Maybe they should offer a three month option. I'm sure they would get a lot more customers if it was once a month and they wouldn't have them locked in a contract. They probably would make it up by getting more people.

We needed a more corporate mailing address. We signed up with Alliance and it was really affordable. The process was easy, too. I just clicked on the website, made an account, and filled out the mailing forwarding form. I've been working with the Alliance folks and talking to Alfonso who has been super great and helpful. We canceled our subscription and it's ending in April because we moved to a non-virtual office. It kind of caused a transitionary mode and helped us for that purpose. I'd tell my friends that Alliance is a great virtual office.

I launched a mobile app and I'm a start-up so I needed a virtual office since in the app world, you need to have a suitable address and not a P.O. Box. I’m pre-office based right now so I need an address and not have the whole public know exactly where I live at the same time. I did a quick search and looked for Alliance Virtual and I lucked out. I was able to set it up with Alliance within one business day which was what I needed although the notary was a little much. The cost was higher than I expected but I haven’t had any problems and I would recommend them if somebody was looking for a virtual office

Alliance Virtual Offices was cheaper and I set the service with them online to have a different location address for my business. It was basically just to receive the mail, but they won't accept all of my packages and they said that my mail was too big and bulky. Then I had to go off on the manager that was there and she accepted one package, but she told me that she was not going to be able to accept larger packages anymore. They handled the situation poorly.

Alliance Virtual Offices seem better than the competition and we have them for the office address, mail forwarding, and live answering services. They are personalized and their location and service stood out for us. When setting up, you look on their website and if the address fits you or whatever city you want to be in, you call them and they email you over the paperwork. Then you sent over your identifying documents and it would go from there. Everything has been very pleasant and professional for us and it has helped my business tremendously by picking the phone calls and receiving the mail. I like it very much and I would tell my friends to choose them.

I have a business development manager in the Tucson area, Jonathan, and I wanted him to have an office address. Getting it set up with Alliance Virtual was pretty simple. I ordered online and went from there. We're a Canadian company so the process for mail is a little different there. You have to fill out a lot more paperwork in order to get your mail delivered and arranged for pick-up. But otherwise, it’s been a painless process. They're a little expensive against other virtual offices but I ended up going with them for proximity for Jonathan’s sake. It was about 25% more expensive than the alternative, so I would consider that a con. But generally speaking, it has worked fine for us. We use their mail service and I see the notifications, but we are digital so we don’t have a whole lot there. So other than having the convenience of the address, our experience has been very minimal.

I needed an office for my business and getting a virtual one was real convenient. A friend recommended Alliance Virtual and said they were a good company. So, I called them and their process was very easy. They set me up with an office that was close by where I live and it looked good on paper. It's a way to keep things more professional and it helped me out a lot. They were giving out live receptions, too, but I didn't jump to it quick enough. That may be the next route I go. I went to the office only few times but it's been a perfect experience and I liked it. Everybody was nice and welcoming. However, they're charging $75 a month so the cost could be a little bit better. Around $35 to $50 would also be good. Other than that, I would tell my friends that Alliance Virtual is a good company.

We do a lot of business in California but we’re not located there. I found Alliance Virtual online and setting up a virtual office with them was easy. They sent us some paperwork to fill out, we filled it out and sent it back, then we were set up. Danielle, from the Alliance team, was real friendly and professional. She sends us everything that comes in the mail. Everything has been real good and Alliance has helped us get more work in California. And should anyone ask me about them, I’d say, “Try them. They're good and professional.”

I started a business and I needed to have a place to have meetings and to receive my mail. Alliance was more cost-effective and I signed up and paid the fees online, which wasn’t difficult. I also went and visited the office. I use them for receiving mail and I plan to hold any business meetings there as well. The office and the conference rooms are beautiful. Their office has a nice business atmosphere too.
I talked with Arturo from Alliance yesterday and the Alliance team has been really great. They’ve been really responsive and helpful. If there's an issue, they always resolve it immediately. But I have a consulting business so I get my check payments for my services mailed and I've had a problem every time I've had a check sent there. That’s not good when you're running a business. I don’t think it's an Alliance problem though. It's a Premier problem. There's some kind of partnership in my contract with Alliance and the office is a Premier Business Centers office and they are not as responsive as Alliance. So the quality of service hasn’t been good at all.
Alliance is doing what they are supposed to do and is expected to do at a high level, and they should continue. I'm happy with Alliance but when I have problems with the company that they are partnering with, it can be a reflection on Alliance negatively. I've actually been thinking about canceling because I'm not really happy with having to go to Premier. I'm thinking about just trying to lease my home address for my business. It seemed to be a lot easier. I would tell others not to use Alliance for mail service if they're going to need to pick it up from Premier Business Centers if that’s convenient.

I didn’t want to have an office where I pay a lot of rent because I’m only available part-time and I was looking for a less expensive alternative. When I was setting up with Alliance, they sent me some information and I had to do some confirmation about who I was, which wasn't difficult. Plus, every time I call, they’re very courteous. They're very easy to get a hold of and if I have any questions, they’ve been able to answer them. It’s been great to have an alternative address to be able to use if I'm not comfortable with using my home address. The cost is reasonable and Alliance offers a valuable service.

Getting a virtual office is cost wise and the place is very convenient for what they have to offer over there. If I have to do it again, I’d do it again. And the setup process was also very easy. You just go through the process that prompts. I use the telephone over there for when I want to call the system and I have a place where my package can be delivered. But I applied for 20 different vendor accounts and one thing I discovered last week is that because Alliance is a virtual office, I get questioned about it and two were even turned down for credit. Otherwise, everything has been a good experience. Alliance has a nice, clean facility, and it’s been great. The people are also very pleasant and that’s very important.
