Alliance is awesome. I love their products because it helps me to expand my business. I'm trying to get to the point where I’m trying to take my business more seriously and work my way up. Alliance Virtual Office is for when you need a professional address for your business and when you have an LLC and you want to register your business through the Secretary of State. I enjoy being addressed to the office and all that good stuff because it is the greatest opportunity. It is the most incredible step that I took as a business owner. The cost is $54 a month, which is not bad. That price is fair.

I have two businesses using Alliance Virtual Offices and my representative Denisse ** is fantastic. From day one in onboarding she has been very knowledgeable and helpful. She is also proactive in addressing questions relevant to me. I feel I made a great choice with Alliance as she has made me feel so welcomed. So thankful to have her!

I signed up for this service over a year ago and opted for the additional add-on of mail forwarding. I noticed that I wasn't getting any of my mail forwarded for months and found stacks of my mail at the building never forwarded. I requested this service be stopped and a refund they I was denied a refund. Then I discovered a few months later that the Alliance never actually had an agreement with the Property (which I have in writing from the propery owner) and they had no clue that Alliance was using their property. What happened was a random person rented some space at their office and created an illegal sublet of the space. Thus, why my mail was never being forwarded by the property.

I want to set my business up properly so I can prepare myself for some things that I'm wanting to acquire down the line. I want more professional presence to prepare myself for funding and establish some business credit. Alliance works out perfectly for me with everything I have on my business model. It is convenient for me to get to the office if I need to to pick up some stuff. It also has different options available like the email service and the virtual assistant. The setup process was a little strenuous in the beginning because there were a few moments of miscommunication. In the beginning, I was being charged for a phone service that I didn't have for the first few weeks. I should have been compensated a little bit for that. Also, some people were supposed to have some things set up that wasn't set up. But after a time, they got it all corrected for me. The few times I've had to use customer service, they got me squared away.

Getting set up with Alliance was smooth. I found them online, called the toll-free number and the very first person that I spoke with was very welcoming. She provided me with all the details that I needed to get started and ran down the process of how everything works. I was starting my business and wanted to be able to have a stable business address to go with it. I also wanted to have the option to have a meeting room. Those are at an additional cost, but I like being able to have those options. They have a phone line if one wanted to purchase a phone line through them. One can also have them answer the phone line. I've had a good experience so far and referred somebody to them yesterday. She's starting a tutoring business and she needs to get a business address as well.

You go online and as you secure the location or the space that you want, Alliance would reach out to you and provide a notary to verify certain information with the process. Then, they would secure the office space. It was a very quick and easy step process. There was an individual who reached out to me and made my acquaintance but just introducing himself and saying that he would be the primary point of contact for the office. So far, when I have contacted him, I've gotten a response at least a day later. We are given a mail key and then permitted to use the meeting spaces that they have inside the physical location. But I don't need the space for holding meetings. I need it more for the location itself and that non-residential address. I wasn't aware though that I was expected to notify 24 hours before I wanted to arrive to pick up the key for the initial introduction to the space, which I still haven't gotten a chance to do.

Setting up with Alliance was painless and the entire process took three days. I just had to get something notarized with an online notary and it took a little while to set that up and get it done. I’m impressed with the service. It’s been good.

We have two offices with Alliance. We like that we can have our own suite number. Setting up the first office was straightforward, and we appreciated the help that they brought us. We ran into a little issue when we were setting up the second office. We were not able to get ahold of someone so they could explain some things to us. Luckily, we were able to clear that up and get the office. Someone called us after the first time we got our virtual office, and he told us he was going to be our agent. We tried to contact him but he never picked up the phone though. And when we called, we had a hard time getting ahold of someone to get our questions answered.

Signing up with Alliance Virtual Offices was easy. We use them for our mails and they have been great so far. We're also planning to use their office space.

I've only been a client for a month and a week, so I haven't explored the full benefits of Alliance Virtual yet, but considering what I've experienced so far, it's just what I needed. I use the telephone and virtual office features and the customer support is amazing. A guy named Roger helped me out a lot. I liked it.

I was a client with this company for years and never had an issue until today. I reinstated my account with them in April, today, I came to the office to pick up my mail and was told that they have been returning my mail for the past month. I spoke with Daniela who claimed that she has been trying to contact me to get a Notarized signature but lied because the notary request was sent to me at the end of May, a month after I reinstated my account. So now I have to chase down my mail and find a new office because of their dishonesty and incompetence. I asked what services was provided and was told NONE. Asked for a refund and was told no. Truly frustrating. I see why they are not BBB accredited and have a F rating.

I would not use the organization. They will take your money. Not let you out of your lease. The website has constant problems and agents will not take ownership of an issues you have with billing or service. My experience has led to following up with responding with a letter with my attorney to dispute the cancelled lease. DO NOT USE this SERVICE.

Even though it's expensive, everything that Alliance Virtual Offices offered was what I needed. They offer a good value for a business address and phone number and I like that they report my payment to my credit bureau. That is a plus. Also, the people were helpful. I like that when I had an issue or questions, I could email or call them and they would be responsive. The young man who assisted me made everything seamless.

I set up everything with Alliance over the weekend and it was very smooth. There was a notary person for the mail forwarding. We got done within the first hour and got the confirmation on Monday. It was easier than anticipated. I thought it would be more effort to sign up and get up and running. I received the first and second mail forward on time, which is a big deal for a business owner instead of having to drive to the virtual place. Right now, I'm not utilizing the whole thing but it’s been good so far. Denise, the person I worked with, was very helpful and nice. She guided me through the program and the upgrades such as a telephone number.

My experience with Alliance Virtual has been good. I use a virtual address and they're very accommodating. The set up process was good. They walk you through it and they were very professional. Any questions I had, they were more than happy to give me a call.

It was easy to sign up with Alliance, and I got the basic service. I have access to an office if needed. The office is beautiful. So far, so good. They occasionally call, check in and ask if there's anything I need. I wish it’s cheaper though.

Alliance Virtual has good services to offer and is affordable. The setup process was efficient. Everything was cut-and-dry. I just had to do a certain number of tasks to complete the setup process. If anything was incomplete, they responded to me and let me know that it was incomplete and I had to go and finish it. They leave their name and number at the end of each email and I am always able to reach out to them.

I was exploring online, and I found Alliance. I read, I looked, reviewed the website, called a couple of members in their team, and was sold. I tried it out for a month and I liked it. The setup process was straightforward. It was a dollar sign-up fee, so I was psyched about that. Everybody's also been very communicative. They were able to keep in contact with me, let me know when the virtual office was gonna be ready. I also had some payment issues with my card, and they were able to rectify that as quickly as possible. The overall experience has been great. The cost is great too. I like the fact that if I needed an office to go to for a temporary meeting without any interruption here at home, I like that feature as well where I could pay an extra $15 or $25 for that service.

I had a virtual office previously and I've moved and Alliance was the only one that I could find that offered mail forwarding. Signing up with them was fairly easy. The setup process took about 10 minutes. The mail gets sent to me every Monday and I don't have to contact them for anything. It's delivered directly to my house. I use Alliance for my business address and because I work remotely and I don't like leaving, Alliance just forwards the mail to me. Alliance is very efficient and I can count on getting my mail on time. It's very convenient.

The setup process was simple. The only problem is when I try to set up things, it always says that it's a PO box and some businesses won't let me use it. But my experience with Alliance Virtual Offices has been fine.

The setup process was easy, but the notary was a bit difficult. Everything else is good. I love the customer service. There was a person who helped me set up my account, and she was helpful. The only downside is she's not there all the time and and sometimes, no one picks up on their customer service number. So I have to wait until the next day, which is a bit of a bummer. Besides that, having Alliance Virtual has been very helpful. Having a location is always good, especially if I need to do a conference. People love the location that I've chosen. My only concern is I paid for three Beverly Hills numbers and the numbers say Lomita and that's not good for my business. I'm trying to see how I can fix that.

I would not recommend, they discontinued my service without any notification. I have called several times to speak with a manager and no one has returned my call. It's not worth it. Better services with better prices. Very Unprofessional.

Alliance had the exact building I wanted the virtual office to be in and it was a reasonable deal that they were offering. We had several email conversations when we were setting up and they sent me some forms to fill out. Then, they had me speak with the reception service to set it up. There were some miscommunications regarding the phone setup and I had to reach out to them about it. It shouldn't have happened and I was a bit annoyed at first. But they responded very quickly and handled it.

The setup was very streamlined and simple and the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything very well. I like their price, the additional services that they offer, and the package deal that the offices have. I like the fact that I'm able to rent a conference room and I can share co-working space when I need to.

I used to have a different company before and they increased the price. Alliance's price was reasonable compare to them so I chose them and the setup process was pretty easy. They asked me a few questions about my business and then I filled it out. Within 24 hours, it was all set up. They did a great job. Also, the rep set up a nice extensive call with me to go through the onboarding process. I never had that in my previous company and I was surprised that Alliance does that. I love the way they do it and I'm hoping that things will get better with Alliance.

Getting set up with Alliance Virtual was a pretty straightforward process. They had different representatives that would help you along the way and I was able to do it in a day and a half. I've also had a few different emails from a couple of representatives that would check up on me and make sure my mail was getting to me okay. I use them for the virtual office and getting mail and the phone number. Working with them has allowed me to have a more professional look for my business even though I'm working primarily out my garage right now.

My experience with Alliance Virtual has been great so far. I was setting up a business. So, I wanted to maintain some privacy when I'm applying for public and government forms. I liked that Alliance has a local address that is near me so I can go pick up my mail efficiently as opposed to driving across town. As far as the setup process, they had me fill out some forms. I had to do a background check. I had to do a live notary thing. They did a few onboarding calls to get me acclimated to the service and they explained how a virtual office works. Then they sent me tips on how to promote my business and what directories I should join.

Thus far, Alliance Virtual keeps me organized to where everything’s separate from my home. It makes it look that much more professional on my invoicing estimates saying. “Hey, yeah. This guy has an office.” It makes me look more professional as a contractor. The sign up process was simple and super straightforward. Customer support has been great so far. If I have mail at the office, they send me an email saying, “Hey, you have mail.” When I first picked up the mail, they told me, “Hey, I have some time next week. If you wanna schedule a meeting so they can show you around.”

When I needed some documentation from the rep, she responded fast. She also got back to us very fast with the documents we needed. Since we joined, several people reached out to us and helped us to go through it. If you need any help with the other location or get the permanent or the monthly office in the same location, they help a lot and the customer service is good. The price also is good.

Alliance was convenient to sign up for and their website was easy to navigate through. I use their mailing service and the rep I work with has been really good at customer service.

Alliance Virtual Offices was cheaper. But I don't care much for the nagging regarding the bill. They called or notified every day. And it's not on our pay schedule. We're a startup. So, once we had the funds, we would pay it. I already told them that I would pay them on Wednesday. Which this upcoming Wednesday, I would make sure they get paid.

Alliance Virtual Offices made it easy to set up everything online. The virtual signing and notarizing made it easy. Also, all the people were friendly. After we signed up, I took a tour of the facility to see where everything was, what was there, what was available for a meeting room should we need it. It was all great. The offices were presented very well.

I utilize Alliance for the office address and the phone. I like that I'm able to have a nice office space that I can rent rooms if I need to do stuff and it looks professional. I have an 800 number too. Everything is working great. It's all set up the way I need it. I also like that they're able to report so that we can build our business credit, that makes it a big plus for any business and that's a big thing for me. I'm looking forward to continuing to do business with them.

I like what Alliance Virtual is offering. I'm doing the virtual office, the mail pickup, and the meeting room. I like the location as well. Everything I did was online and it was easy. I'm not technical savvy but I didn't have a problem. We did an initial welcome onboard which was virtual. That was cool. I've been pleased so far with their customer service. They've been right on point. Any time I had an issue, they got right back with me.

My experience with Alliance Virtual Offices was good. The only thing that is a bit misleading is I tried to open a checking account, and I understand Alliance is a virtual office, but the banker tried to look them up and it got bad pictures. When she tried to look up my business owner or look at the building, the pictures were not on there for the building. I looked at it with her, I said, "No, that's not the building." It's in Maryville, Indiana. I'm in Indiana. I had to get a new address because of that. I couldn't use it.

I've only been with them for two months and it has been decent. They call me if they wanna let me know anything new or help me with anything. They're cool and very helpful. I plan on using it for more things. They let us rent out office space for by the hour. And I plan on having a couple of meetings there. I pay only 50. So, $50 a month is nothing. They don't charge extra tax. It's just $50.

Virtual Alliance has amazing representatives. They are very detailed and gave me all the information I needed to get the process started. Charlie was helping me set up the phone. It was straightforward. The platform is easy to navigate. It made it easy to put in my information, do the payment and get the verification and the notary. It's nicely set up.

He spoke SO FAST as if I was the one who scheduled the call. He didn’t have the right suite number based on my records & he had no real interest in why I signed up. Just to upsell me on the different offerings. So I let him ramble nonstop until the call was over. I’ll just read online what all you offer and go from there.

Alliance Virtual walked me through anything and followed up. The reps are considerate, organized, and proficient. If I don't have questions, they call me and ask me, "How are you doing? How can we help? Is there anything anything else you need?" Alliance Virtual has made it easier for me.

Setting up with Alliance wasn't hard at all. They just had to verify my identity. The thing where you verify from the Secretary of State was open 24/7, so that was very nice. I was able to verify it at whatever time. I like having Alliance because I don't wanna use my own address for my business.

Alliance has been good. I'm working on some behind-the-scene things and Alliance has helped me with my infrastructure being a new company. It's very user-friendly. I had a conversation once or twice with them and they followed up and made sure things were going fine, which is good. You get your own mail slot. They recommended that I go on a tour and in the early part of December. I was able to go and meet with Jenna, the manager, at the site. She was very friendly. Alliance also stated that you are in good credit as you maintain your account so it reports as a positive tradeline on the business credit profile, which is great. It’s a win-win. It's good to get credit for doing what you normally would do as far as maintaining your business. It's like reward points from a credit card.

Durim ** was extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning my account. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns. He helped me when I encountered issues accessing the website. I appreciate his patience and wonderful customer service in walking me through how to check for incoming mail, explaining how to go about reserving a conference room, add my business to the phone directory, as well as the various business search engines. Lastly, I appreciated that he offered to enroll me in a program that will allow me to gain potential business credit.

I wanted to have my business a little bit more professional because I was using my home address. The image of having a virtual address would also give me a better chance of getting approval for loans for my small business. Alliance Virtual's prices were more competitive compared to other virtual office companies that were offering virtual offices in the area. They have a building two blocks from where I live.

When I first signed up, I was told that I have to call or text the person in charge of my account so I can pick up my email. I did that one time and I never got a call nor text back. So I had to go to the office and pick up my mail. Other than that, everything has been great and the setup process for my business address was super easy. The cost was reasonable and I love the location.

We currently have a warehouse that we didn't wanna disclose the location of on our website. We ended up using Alliance's services as a good solution to have all the mail directed over there and have a receptionist pick up the phone call and do all the office work from that office. The set-up process with them was easy. It went relatively smooth, quick, and very professional. We're using the services now and it definitely helped freed up our time to do other things like marketing and website development.

Alliance Virtual has been awesome and they're very convenient to use. Getting set up was easy. I filled out the information then I had people reaching out for recommendations and the other products. You do everything yourself, then you talk to a person that changes your information over for UPS. You also talk to a notary on a camera so that it’s certified and they make sure it’s you. The person that I talked to sent me a lot of information, so that was helpful. I could also call him any time within his business hours if I need any help with anything. The cost is pretty cool, too and I went with them versus anybody else that's a competitor.

He was very polite and patient as I had many questions and he clarified many of the uncertainties I had with their services as they pertain to my business. He was especially helpful and detailed in talking me through the steps for some of the other services I inquired about. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!

He gave me other options and services that are offered by the company which I am pleased to sign up for and continue business with them. I wanted to choose an address other than my home address, and I ordered it through Alliance Virtual's website then somebody reached out to me and walked me through it. The virtual office is good.

They have a different address system where you won't know it’s a virtual address. They also have a good customer service. They were right on point answering the question that I had.

For the type of business that I was setting up, I didn't need a physical location or a brick-and-mortar type of establishment. I just needed something that would tailor to my online business and I went with Alliance Virtual. They have better presentation of services, I like the pricing and the reviews show that they were more reliable than some of the other services.

Part of the reason why I went with Alliance was not only affordability, but presence. They are in a great location. I frequent that area a lot when it comes to business and it's a perfect fit for me. Initially, I called and spoke with someone out in Nevada. Within a few hours, everything was done. It was really easy. Everybody was friendly. I just spoke to them, got the information, signed the information over, and had an online notary put everything together. The next day, I received the information about my virtual business address. I really enjoyed the experience. Alliance is the premier virtual company in the metroplex.

Alliance Virtual has been excellent. I set up a virtual office with them, and it didn't take long at all. I put in all the information for our company and paid for it. We had to get approved, then after that, an email was sent out and from that point, everything was a go. It was simple. Making payments is very easy as well. Everything is set up online.

I have a dedicated account officer who gets across to me with mails, even if it's automated. Even the times I try to follow up on something I find interesting, he's quick to respond.

I liked the product that they offered. When I read the reviews, they stood by their product. If you needed help with something, they'd be there, and it was. When I was on their website, I did an online chat with one of their reps and they were there to help me out almost every step of the way. I was surprised. They emailed me a lot, which I liked because they were staying in contact with me. They told me that I could use the address to open a business bank account, which I have. I really like that because that makes a huge difference in getting funding for my business and putting an address on my business license as well. So it has impacted my business on a good note.

I was having some trouble with my EIN because I didn't fill out the form correctly, and I had to fax it. Then they sent me something in the mail, which was the one I picked up at the virtual office at that address. So, it's nice now that I could get mail there. I've met the receptionist, and I really like that chat whenever.

When I first set up the service, the rep walked me through holding my hand. He broke down everything I didn't understand. But after that, that door was closed. I needed someone to walk me through the process of where do I go from there because there are a lot of different things that come with it but I'm clueless. Also, I wanted to upgrade my service and I needed someone to walk m I couldn't get anybody from their customer service. I was calling the rep who I signed up with but no one ever got back to me. I took it upon myself to go with another third party company for the phone and website services. Alliance's service is great, though. The office is a beautiful office and they're great people there when I go there. I was never able to complete the virtual walk-through and I explained that to the gentleman at the front desk and he did it with me. But I may not continue with Alliance once my service is over.

When setting up with Alliance, you go online and pick the office that you need that fits your business. Once you do that, you get an appointed associate who would contact and help you through, which is pretty great. They tell you all their offers or how you can advertise your business and ways you can get customers. Then, you have to do a notary and make sure you sign up with USPS. They make sure you're legal and your business is standing. Then, I went to the State of Secretary to put my address down and that was it. It was a pretty straightforward process and things have been great, so far. The price is awesome, too. The office is 30 minutes away from my home and I haven't even went in. But it is an area that I grew up in and I could physically go there and pick up mails.

I'm perfectly happy. Alliance Virtual is awesome. The customer service has been great, and the communication has been outstanding. We're all set up, and it was very easy. There was almost too much information at times though. Most people starting a company don't have a lot of time to peruse and contemplate. Still, all of it was great.

When I was setting up with Alliance, I had to log in, put in my information and go through a notary process to verify the business information. Two days later, I got my email from Alliance saying they got the information from the notary and everything should be done within 48 hours. And it was. Alliance is convenient and easy to use. The most surprising thing was that it was only a six-month contract. They have very easy prompts that came into my email and guided me through the next steps. I signed up for the virtual office, in hopes of being able to actually use some of the on-site features. The directions were very clear on the website and all of the links made you feel safe as you were clicking through. The options to set up through email were great because you could do it all types of day and night. You weren't relegated to a certain window of time during the day and I appreciated that. But it was disheartening that I signed up for a promotion and didn't get it. Other than that, the cost is very doable.

And he covered a lot, so there weren't a lot of questions that I had to ask. So far, Alliance is very good. A lot of the other companies don't have the phone service like they do and that's amazing. I also love their customer service. Their reps are hands on and very knowledgeable of the job that they are working. That is a very important part that anyone can have when you work for a company where they let a customer like myself call and have a question, and they're able to answer the question. Even if they don't know the answer, they still address the question where it makes sense and that it is answered. It’s also very easy to get a rep, for them to call back, and to do a follow-up.

Alliance Virtual also sent emails and said, "We can schedule a call," but it was simple online once I started to navigate my way through. I already knew how to do it and didn't need anyone. When I started my account, I viewed the plans, the different levels and what they offer, and chose which level fit my needs best, then I started paying my monthly fee. I would recommend Alliance Virtual's services, and I plan on adding the mail package to my service as well.

Alliance Virtual was more convenient than other companies and the price point was correct. The setup process was really easy, even the notarization. It was all online except at the end when they wanted me to go. They mailed me something to show that the service works. There was a little hiccup in the beginning, though. I reached out because my business name wasn't updated and I was trying to get it updated. The actual paperwork didn't have my business information on there. When I tried to reach out to the representative that was on the email, they didn't get back to me. But when I did call the actual number and left a message, they got back right away and they took care of it. The only problem I have with it is they don't offer enough minutes. It's only 50 minutes a month and I would like if they had more options that weren't so expensive. Other than that, for a new start-up, a small business, this is really good to look for a business front.
