    I'm quite satisfied with the service that Alliance Virtual provides. I'm using the mail pickup service currently. They receive my mail, and then I pick up the mail every week. That's the only service I can use. But I plan to use another service in the future. The person who manages my mail is also quite kind.     I wanted a virtual office so that I would have somewhere for my business, which I opened up instead of using my house address. I just Googled virtual offices, and Alliance was one of the top ones that came up on Google. I went with them, and it was very easy to enroll in. They made it pretty easy, and having the notary made it very official. Some of the features I'm going to use going forward are having a meeting space. Renting a meeting space if I need to interface with my customers. They're amazing. I would definitely recommend others to use them.

    My wife and I run a business. She's a psychologist and we needed a virtual address because we want to work from Mexico. We lived in the French Quarter of New Orleans and we wanted an address that was similar to the one that we had and Alliance had a place that had a virtual address in the bywater, and they also have facilities in the city I'm in in Mexico. I set this things up online several months ago and we went through a whole process of getting the notary public to confirm everything and I received an email about the next steps. I thought I was setting up an address. Then, two months later, I'm still not set up. My account hasn't had any attention paid to it. I've been getting charged. I asked the staff at the location that I'm looking for mail. We received checks and we received billing notices and nothing was coming through.

    It took someone at the location to get a sales representative to call me and I was told I am all done and they just need to do something. So, there was nothing on my end that was required doing. A couple of months being unable to receive mail was detrimental to running a business. I'm more than a little upset that our business credit card has reached its max. So, I have to transfer funds. They immediately didn't get billed and then Alliance jumps on me saying, "Hey, where's your payment?" It's been frustrating and all I wanted was a virtual address.

    I've had to jump through hoops. I don't know if I needed to sit and have a phone call meeting about setting things up. The young lady who called me introduced me to everything, but that could have been an email. I had to take time to stop and work with her on that. So, my whole experience with Alliance has been a little bit less than enjoyable up to this point. It's doing what it's supposed to do and everything's been administered. My experience has just not been ideal, but it's not the end of the world either. We're trying to run a business and there's nothing streamlined about the getting-a-virtual-address process even though we did everything. We went in and I spoke with the notary public and the next steps were with Alliance, and nothing happened until I started calling and getting upset on the phone.

    I'm in a real estate program. They mentioned how Alliance was a good organization. I did my own due diligence and compared it to a couple of different organizations and I decided to go with them. They are more professional. When you're starting as an entrepreneur who's coming from corporate, you have to lose this corporate mentality of plug and play, and to have Alliance is a realization or re-emphasizing that you are the CEO, you are the owner of what you do.     It was pretty easy to contact Alliance the few times that I had to get in touch with somebody. I kept getting a bill even though my payments come directly out of my account through Alliance. I still get them but I just ignore them because I know that they're paid. Other than that, I like the convenience of having the virtual address and the physical space. I have the ability for people to leave messages or to get my mail. There was a lot of things that I was reading that I wound up to choose Alliance, but that I wasn't able to actually take full benefit. I was starting a business, but things didn't go as planned. I've been paying for space that I haven't really been using. But Alliance said that I have to be locked in for six months before I can cancel. I don't know how long it's been but at some point, I need to cancel it because I don't use it.

    I moved out of my building and I'm currently working from home, but I needed a legitimate brick-and-mortar office space. I looked up options and realized there was such a thing as a virtual office. I landed on Alliance as I was searching and researching, which is how I ended up reaching out to them to get the office space. I liked that the virtual office was in the same ZIP code as I was in and there was an opportunity to rent an office space if I needed to. I also liked that I can go pick up my mail rather than have them scan and send it to me.

    However, I have had the worst problem, going to the office to check and see if I have any mail. There's nobody there at the office. I've gone several different times, and the rep's never there. There's just a little clock that says, "Closed." It doesn't tell me the office hours. It would be helpful if the rep would post that 'cause I'm not there all the time. I don't need her to sit there 24 hours a day, but it'd be great if there was some other way to know when the office is closed. The rep gave me her card to be able to call her, but I don't know where that card is. I could go by, get the card and call her to see when she's gonna be at the office, but it's inconvenient to have to do all of that.

    I'm a mental health provider with 14 different insurances, and I'm adding two more. Being able to have an address that's not affiliated with my personal address is very important and Alliance Virtual has helped a lot. Plus, if I have clients that need to pick up workbooks, I have a physical location. I can go to somewhere public, but having an office location where they can meet me and pick up those items is good.

    Alliance Virtual's price for their office space is not expensive at only $20 an hour, but in this economy and with the clientele I have, I can't use the office space at that rate. The only reason why my clients come to counseling is because they can use the insurance. They barely want to pay the co-pay, let alone anything else. I don't wanna come out of pocket either, so I'm not stressing myself to meet with clients in person with them inevitably going over the hour and having to try to collect additional money from them. Overall, Alliance Virtual's been really good. It's been a positive experience.

    I like the ease of access to the service, but there was a bit of a language barrier when I talked to a representative. I could tell English was not the gentleman's first language.     Alliance Virtual makes it convenient for me to have a so-called office address. It's low cost and low maintenance. I just have to schedule whenever I need to use an office space, which I haven't had to. I don't have to pay outrageous amounts of money to open up a physical office and I don't have to use my personal address for my business. The mail forwarding, and eventually, the conference rooms are great features that they have too.

    It's easy to communicate with Alliance Virtual. They always pick up the phone. However, I find that I have some problems if I was to get some mail at the virtual office. I have an address that they gave me and I pay for, but it's sometimes hard to get in touch with the lead person over that office so I can get in there and get my mail out. Other than that, Alliance Virtual has always been helpful to me. Any time I have a problem, they are always there."

    "Mark, a rep of American Standard, was more than happy to come and give me an estimate on the project for one of my clients. My client had a tub shower arrangement. She is 93 years old and she still lives alone. She does have people that come and check on her. But for the most part, she's in the home by herself. She was in the fear of falling. So, we helped her with a walk-in shower conversion.

    The contractors were very professional. They were conscious of her being in the home. And it only took one day. I was really surprised 'cause they said it might take two days. It’s also very high quality. For the quality of the material, it was very well put together. I am very familiar with American Standard products. I have been working in quite a few homes, and I noticed that a lot of their products are still in good working order. They just probably need some updates. But other than that, the products are long-lasting. And that was another reason why we went with them. "

    Everyone, Beware of this service. The customer support is subpar. This is nothing more than a virtual PO Box. They up-sell all basic office functions. Mail forwarding in 2025 should be electronic and easily accessible. Customer service is an AI assistant for all functions except billing. This is a money grab and a poor business model.

    A friend told me about Alliance. Customer service is good, but I’m having a issue right now. I wasn’t told upfront that I wasn’t able to use the address. It’s stating that it’s a P.O.
