I googled Alliance Virtual Offices. Despite considering different companies for about a week, I was particularly drawn to Alliance due to their positive features and customer reviews. This is my first experience with a virtual office, and so far, it has been great using their services. Primarily, I'm utilizing the virtual address provided by Alliance. I opened my business because of the address.

Everyone, Beware of this service. The customer support is subpar. This is nothing more than a virtual PO Box. They up-sell all basic office functions. Mail forwarding in 2025 should be electronic and easily accessible. Customer service is an AI assistant for all functions except billing. This is a money grab and a poor business model.

I encountered a challenge when I learned that the address provided appears as a PO box on certain websites, which wasn't disclosed initially. This created some issues for my business needs. I'm currently in touch with their customer service team, who is working on resolving the situation. On that note, I've found their customer support to have been fairly good so far. Overall, due to the unresolved address issue, I'd rate my experience a solid middle-ground, acknowledging that while there have been challenges, there’s also ongoing support to address them.

I was in the process of becoming licensed for my home care agency. I needed a virtual office address and discovered Alliance through my search. Initially, I considered a couple of options including one other service with locations in Little Rock and North Little Rock. Using this service has been an uplifting experience as it offers exactly what a new business requires. One of the standout features is the ability to keep home addresses and personal information separate, safeguarding privacy effectively.
I’d advise others to contact Alliance Virtual Offices before even considering setting up an LLC. The difference compared to other services, where their offerings were simply additional addresses, was quite significant. Unlike those, Alliance grants you a proper business address, which I found useful.

Alliance Virtual Offices responded promptly after I reached out, within the hour, explaining their service offerings which piqued my interest. I was specifically looking for a solution where I could receive mail and have access to receptionist services without needing to use my home address, and Alliance offered exactly that in their package.
Despite signing up for their services, I did not get around to utilizing them. It was primarily because I intended to transition from a virtual setup to a physical office. They initially mentioned that this would be possible in the same location, acting as a facilitator, but this transition never materialized, so I stopped using the service after the first month. One of the appealing aspects was their month-to-month service offer, allowing me to end the service if it didn't align with my needs.
Though I didn't use it further, the sign-up process and initial interaction with Alliance were smooth. They were courteous and professional throughout, leaving a positive impression. Overall, their customer service was quite satisfactory.

After much thought, I opted for Alliance Virtual Offices for my evolving business needs to have a virtual office setup. Though the acquisition process wasn’t terribly difficult, the service has fallen short of expectations. The team often promises resolution but the underlying issues persist. I tried conducting some test calls through their services to see how efficient they were, especially given that a significant portion of my clients communicate in languages other than English, like French and Spanish. Unfortunately, the language support has been lacking, and an important aspect such as noting down and acting on these diversities isn't prioritized, resulting in unmet client expectations.
Furthermore, communication concerning activities occurring at my virtual office location is practically nonexistent. Neither am I informed about visitors nor am I updated about any received mail, which has left me quite disappointed. I feel like customer service could be enhanced by keeping me informed and actively providing feedback or updates about such logistics, which is a basic service I expected.
Given that my experience has not matched what I was led to believe, I don't recommend Alliance Virtual Offices at this moment, which explains my dissatisfaction.

Nice lady, good backend and easy to understand prices. Very good service, we’re happy right now. 😀 We will try some more options with Alliance and definitely need more things done and we hope alliance offices is the right way to go. 1 small thing: onboarding could be easier and more intuitive, especially in connection with the notary. For people outside a bit hard to understand, but still understandable. Otherwise, good work.
