Alliance Virtual offices had been a blessing on my behalf since day one of choosing them. So far, my experience with Alliance has been good. I was introduced to Alliance by a friend. The sign-up was okay and I got the mail forwarding service. I was told that, after three months, it will start reporting to the credit bureau.

I just started my lease at this location almost 2 weeks and the staff has proved to be professional, informative and kind. The space is clean and the location is sufficient for my business needs. I changed from a UPS STORE to a virtual office and I should have done this years ago. This was an excellent experience and being able to have an actual office to work from is fantastic. I love the option to have a receptionist to answer calls and obtain a dedicated line.

Alliance Virtual has been really good. I went with them due to their prices and location in downtown Chicago. I use them for virtual services and have the payment deducted automatically. It's perfect, and I'll definitely recommend them to people.

I like Alliance Virtual Office. I am only using the virtual address, and I have had more revenue in the last three months. I get more business to my website and more traffic versus when I had it linked to my home business, which exposed my residence to the internet.

The service has been really good. I needed the address for my LLC and to receive mail. Working with Alliance gave me peace of mind and efficiency. It's pretty easy to get in touch with them. When I call them, I'm usually able to speak to a real person.

I like the ease of access to the service, but there was a bit of a language barrier when I talked to a representative. I could tell English was not the gentleman's first language. Still, Alliance Virtual Offices is the best solution for my business needs even though I'm not in a position to take full advantage of the lines like I should because I'm doing a whole lot of other things. I know there are things that I should be utilizing, but I'm one of those people that have 15 things going on all at once. As for those who are just starting, Alliance Virtual is a resource they can utilize to start their business. It could have a good impact. If they had resources to make new business owners or entrepreneurs into, that would be helpful as well.

Alliance has a southeastern presence that allows me to use the services outside of my home area. The cost is fair. So far, I have used their phone system. They're answering the phone and collecting my mail. They accepted a call from a potential client yesterday and gathered all of the necessary information. We've booked an appointment with that client this morning.

Everyone, Beware of this service. The customer support is subpar. This is nothing more than a virtual PO Box. They up-sell all basic office functions. Mail forwarding in 2025 should be electronic and easily accessible. Customer service is an AI assistant for all functions except billing. This is a money grab and a poor business model.

A friend told me about Alliance. Customer service is good, but I’m having a issue right now. I wasn’t told upfront that I wasn’t able to use the address. It’s stating that it’s a P.O. Box on some people’s website, and it’s become an issue for business purposes. But it's being worked on by Alliance.

I was in the process of becoming licensed for my home care agency. I needed a virtual office address and discovered Alliance through my search. Initially, I considered a couple of options including one other service with locations in Little Rock and North Little Rock. Using this service has been an uplifting experience as it offers exactly what a new business requires. One of the standout features is the ability to keep home addresses and personal information separate, safeguarding privacy effectively.
I’d advise others to contact Alliance Virtual Offices before even considering setting up an LLC. The difference compared to other services, where their offerings were simply additional addresses, was quite significant. Alliance Virtual was recommended to me and my experience has been great. I needed an office to conduct meetings, and I also need it for my business credit, and it helped out greatly. Plus, everybody was attentive and the conversations were good. Everything was nice. I would tell people to use them. It's like they don't have to get a whole rental property. They can just use them, and it'll help a lot.

Sergio was very knowledgeable and helpful and went over a few basic things that helped answer my questions before I had them. He clarified which address to use for mailing purposes versus banking. He was thorough yet succinct with our time, and sent an e-mail follow-up with a detailed outline of all we spoke about. It makes starting business so much easier. He also provided a list of regional banks which is in line with my funding goals.

We’re going on for the second month now with Alliance Virtual Offices. I do business. I got it because I need an office, a virtual office. It wasn’t too hard to get started, but I still have not had adequate service. I feel like everybody in the Virtual Office team says they're resolving an issue, but the issue still exists, like my phone line. When I called in, I did a couple of test calls. I told them it was test calls at that point.
And then, when I had fake customers calling in, they did not tell me that those people called. Some of them were speaking different languages. They just said that they don't understand anything they’re saying. Well, that's not really good.
Right now, 50% of my clients don't speak English. And I put in the notes where they're supposed to go and route the calls to if it's Spanish or French. And then, the message I got back was like, they’re not gonna really figure out if they speak French or Spanish. Not all of our people are trained to differentiate, and I understand that. But they could just ask what language the customer speaks. I think most people around the world know that phrase.
This month, I told them that I don't feel like I should be paying for the receptionist service because it's not perfect. I gave them an outline, and no one's following it. No one's messaging me when people call. Well, that could be a good reason why nobody would even want to call.
I am kind of dissatisfied. Other than just using it, I haven't actually scheduled anything at the office. And that's another thing. No one's calling me about how many people went or have visited or anything like that. None of that is happening. I'm not really getting any feedback from them about what's happening. They need to at least have a receptionist call, but we really haven't seen anybody come through the office for us in a month. Maybe what they're doing isn't working.
I have to call myself to figure out if somebody was coming there, if I received any mail. I'm sure I received mail there, and there's no correspondence.

Nice lady, good backend and easy to understand prices. Very good service, we’re happy right now. 😀 We will try some more options with Alliance and definitely need more things done and we hope alliance offices is the right way to go. 1 small thing: onboarding could be easier and more intuitive, especially in connection with the notary. For people outside a bit hard to understand, but still understandable. Otherwise, good work.
