Customer service and follow up is tremendous. The product pricing is very competitive. The only thing that I have been disappointed with is the Caller ID for my call forwarding of my own business line shows up in Caller ID as SPAM. I would have given 5 stars otherwise because that is a basic marketing tool that should either be just a blank phone number ringing through or it should highlight the business name, not SPAM. Otherwise a great service so far and I have already received an alert for a piece of mail for my mail forwarding. Super cool service to use as you build a business from scratch or expand into new territories.

The appealing aspect for me of Alliance Virtual was the benefit of them reporting to the credit bureau, which was a feature my friend wasn't even aware of. The setup process was straightforward and easy.
Though I've only been using the service for about a week, I've found the quality to be satisfactory. Every time I receive mail, they're consistent in informing me. As for the cost, it's a $50 monthly fee, which I consider fair given the service so far. Customer service has been exceptional, and their reach-out when issues arise is commendable.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my decision to use Alliance Virtual Offices.

I got a referral from a friend to use Alliance Virtual Offices. My primary need was for office space, and I found the setup process to be a bit cumbersome—but in the end, they were helpful. It took about three days to get everything sorted.
The person I spoke to was quite helpful during the setup. They were able to resolve an issue where not all my information was correctly filled in the forms. This mishap almost led me to use an independent notary, but luckily, after consulting with them, they quickly updated the form and facilitated the process for me.

You're able to do meetings and they have the fax machine, copier machine, everything that you would need. When I searched online, Alliance was one of the top results, and among the few I looked through, it just seemed to fit best with what I was looking for.
The setup process was pretty straightforward and simple, which was great. However, there was a downside. Despite opting out, I ended up on their marketing email list and had difficulty getting off it. It was a bit frustrating, as I kept getting emails and calls even after unsubscribing. Calling them crazy may be a strong sentiment, but that's how I felt at the time.
Overall, I'd give my experience a 3-star rating. Advantageous as it may be, they could improve the communication aspect on reducing their marketing messages when requested. Still, I'd say it’s been "so far, so good."

We began using Alliance on January 25, 2025, for a virtual address and receptionist services. The agreed combined cost for monthly service was $221.12, with a prorated cost of $56.63 for the last few days of January 2025 (debited from company account as agreed). A little over a month later, on February 28, 2025, $402.21, was taken from our account (total $623.33 taken in a month, for a virtual address and answering service). After going back-and-forth via email and telephone with "customer service," it was determined that some receptionist charges were inaccurate and I would get a credit, and the answering service would be canceled (resulting in being assured the invoice due on March 31, 2025, being "only $15 plus taxes").
Although the answering services were canceled, and my no longer wanting or needing anything further from this company, I was informed that our "contract" would be amended to reflect only a virtual location ($89 per month), until the cancelation of the "contract" at the end of 6-months. On March 29, 2025, I received an invoice advising me that $141.30, was automatically taken from the bank account (total thus far charged for 2-months of service $764.63). I am currently seething, and again going through the "customer service" email process. I too saw many negative reviews before moving forward with this company Alliance, but for some inexplicable reason, decided to move forward with them anyway. The decision was to my office's detriment. I urge whomever may read this to strongly consider STAYING AWAY from this company, and utilize an alternative option.

The setup process was simple. It was basically online and then for the mailbox part, you had to do a virtual notary. The reps were all very nice. The cost is okay. The prices are decent. Everybody was very nice. I will recommend them.

I do a lot of traveling and I need to have a virtual office. So, I researched a couple of them and decided on Alliance. The office is closer to my home address, so I can easily go there and grab any mail that I may have. The price was about the same, if not maybe a couple of dollars cheaper than the other place I was considering. I use the mailing address and the phone number. I haven't used the office space yet, but I may end up using it at some point.
Everything was good with the setup process. They had a video explaining how to do it. They have instructions on how to do it. I followed everything that they provided and it was very easy. So far, the cost is what I expected. The quality of the service is fine. I just had a little question of when I actually called my voicemail and the pronunciation of the business was not exactly correct. So, I sent over something advising them to correct it and they did. So, that was prompt.

Initially, I was looking for office space away from home. I can't afford an actual brick-and-mortar building, so I was researching and I found Alliance Virtual Offices online. Initially, I rented a PO box for the industry that I'm working in. I didn't like the PO box, so I tried Alliance and so far, so good. I may need to change a few things but as far as just the product itself, this lease and everything I have going, it's working out decently.
In my opinion, if the customer needs support in any areas, the company is happy to provide it. I have phone numbers of theirs that I can call. They do pick up. So, as far as my experience, they have good customer support. If you need a virtual office or a virtual mailbox, and you need something that's relatively affordable, you could call their sales promotions to sign up. I feel like it's relatively a new industry, but these guys are doing it right. They give out discounts and deals, too.

I had a terrible experience with Alliance Virtual Offices. Choosing them was the biggest mistake for my business, as crucial mails were never delivered, putting my business at risk. I still haven't received important correspondence, leading me to feel scammed and cheated by them. They haven't fulfilled any promises, and I realized they're likely a data-grabbing operation targeting businesses for sensitive information. Despite countless efforts, including visiting the post office to track missing mails, I've faced significant financial losses and lost clients because of their inefficiency. Even my state's articles of organization are still missing. Spam emails and calls increased suspiciously after engaging with them, further suggesting they're mishandling vital data.
I plan to report them to the postal police due to the potential risks to my business's confidentiality. They never responded to emails, which is alarming as efficient communication is essential in my industry. I wouldn't even rate them a '1' if I had the choice; they've been a major liability to my business operations. They need to be exposed for their unprofessionalism, as they're only good at pretending to offer services and targeting business owners with strategic needs.

However, the setup process was challenging. Online registration was not straightforward, and contacting a representative to arrange semiannual payments proved difficult. It took several callbacks to resolve issues with card charges and system errors before everything was corrected.
I initially engaged with the chat system, which was helpful, but transitioning to phone support was more problematic due to the errors and multiple follow-ups needed. Despite these challenges, the staff tried to fix the issues and went out of their way to support me.

Denisse needs more training on how to deal with her clients. She is very unprofessional. When I asked her about a $15 discount she sent me by email, she replied that I should disregard it and she didn’t know why that was sent to me. I am not a child and that is not how I should be addressed. During our onboarding she was speaking very fast so I asked her to repeat what she was saying. She prefaced her reply each time with, “I said….” There were several things wrong with this experience and I hope she gets some help.

I am a new small business person and I saw Alliance Virtual’s prices was reasonable and affordable. What I'm gaining in that price is unbeatable. It’s better than the other competitors out here. But the main thing was the social media and the marketing. I saw them on Facebook, Instagram and wherever I watch social media. The setup process was easy and understandable. It was a learning experience. I could come and sit there, and utilize every inch of that property of me doing business and receiving business mail. If I pay on time, they report to the business side of the credit bureau the monthly payments I'm paying. So that's good too. I'm building up business credit. I just want Alliance to keep on doing what they're doing and to keep on improving the customer service and to be there for their customers.

When I did my research, many people and entrepreneurs consider Alliance to be the best virtual office option in comparison with the others. An address is needed to register a new business, and I'm using it as my virtual address. That is very helpful. Setting up with them was very easy. The agents that reached out helped walk me through it. It was very straightforward. When I had a question, they were very helpful with it. I've already told a number of my family members and friends about the company. So far, it's very good feedback. It's serving the purposes that I need it for until I further grow into some of the other offers that the have. I like that it is an actual space and not just getting to use an address and have my mail sent there. I can go into the space and utilize it.

I needed a registered address and I chose Alliance Virtual because they popped up on Google first. I also liked how their site was displayed. There are other sites out there that try to do a better job, but simplicity goes a long way. I had an initial call with someone for about half an hour to go over things, which was very helpful, and the setup was very easy. The only challenge I had was I accidentally purchased two offices at the same time, but that ended up getting resolved and I got the money back as credit.
Alliance Virtual is the best. I made a request to see if there's anything in my mailbox and in less than 48 hours, I got a response. However, they could offer weekend or after 6:00 visits. Other than launching a startup, I work full-time and my work hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. If there's mail that comes in, they offer the option to ship it over to my house for an additional fee. Still, I'd like to check out the office building one day. I currently don't have that option because visits are only during business hours, Monday to Friday.

I was using my home as a office and was trying to have all my ducks in a row as far as my business so it’d be more legit getting a virtual office. I saw YouTube video where a lady recommended Alliance. She was saying that she uses Alliance and the reason why she likes it. And then she was talking about the virtual office. I figured the way she got it up, she pretty much explained a lot of the things that they had to offer. I was on the road while I was doing the set up and it was pretty easy. If you can do it while I'm driving, it can't get any easier than that. Kate called me last week to explain some things to me. So far, so good.

If you need to set up a virtual office, call Alliance as they could be very efficient in setting that up for you. However, it was not very efficient with the online notary process. The technology part would not work. That could have been my system, so it was time-consuming. Also, the number of emails that I get from them is like spamming. I understand that there's marketing and upselling they wanna do, but it's too much. Other than that, it was fine. If I reached out, somebody would timely respond.

We recently started our business and it was set up under our home address. That was because we were trying to get everything done in a timely fashion. We read about Alliance and the things that they could offer us. Even though it's not a physical building, if we want to hold meetings, they offer that as well. We thought that was beneficial. We like separating our home address from our business address. They answered all of our questions, too. It was a smooth transition into the virtual setup. Everything was good. Their service has been excellent. The little discount they got with the setup is a win. That's a lot because I've looked at others and they're more expensive.

I left my law firm after 21 years and opened my own. We're virtual, but we wanted people to think we had an office and we needed one location for all our mail to go. We went with Alliance Virtual Offices and the few people who have called and been put through to me by the live receptionist have been pleased. I said, "Was the person polite?” They said, "Yeah." That part is going well.
Overall, the service is good, except there was a miscommunication on what service I ordered. I ordered a death certificate and I needed it and it was sitting down there. Alliance Virtual mails me stuff once a week, and I was under the impression that I was paying for them to open my mail every day and scan it then email it to me. However, I don't think that's what I have and I'm confused. They told my paralegal, Morgan, that we don't have that service. I can either come and pick up the death certificate, which I'm far from Carmel, or just wait for them to mail it to me.

Alliance was referred to me when I got my business license back from Inc Authority. I wanted to get a virtual office instead of using my home address as my business address so it wouldn't be attached to where I live. I had a couple of different situations where I had to call and change my address for different reasons and Alliance was very understanding. They did what I asked them to do. I explained to them why I needed to do it like this or like that and they were very helpful with me still getting everything situated and set up the way that I want it to be set up.
This is my first time doing this and it's not an extremely large amount of money to do it, and it's fine. Some places charge more. Alliance also have some different office spaces too that charge more. I chose something that would be more within my budget to be able to handle it. It's a new business just getting started and just trying to get that revenue starting to come in. So, hopefully, everything works out for me. I'm appreciative and I've had great dealings with Alliance thus far.

We needed a virtual office because we couldn't keep on using the house as the house office and we didn't want to spend all the money in getting some other office space because we don't actually go into an office. Everything that Alliance Virtual offers is exactly what we needed and getting set up with them was the best thing I ever experienced in my whole life. I'm still thinking about it to this day. I might take a meeting there, but even so, I could just meet people in coffee shops, and I like meeting people in coffee shops better than that. I'm also using the mail service there.

Alliance will assist you with all your business needs. I'm a new business owner and I came upon them when I was looking online at some virtual addresses of companies that provide that service. Alliance provides all the services that I need and I had a good experience signing up. I will be using all of their service and I like that after a few months they will report your space and do some type of terms of business credit. I also like the environment. The building is nice and clean. And they have a live receptionist to answer the phone.

My husband has an account with Alliance Virtual. I just opened a cleaning business so I signed up with them too. The process was thorough and easy. I have the mailing services. I'm allowed to use their meeting rooms too. The rep reached out to me. He told me that there was a promotion. I said, “I know. That's one of the reasons why I choose the office where I choose it.” He said, “Okay.” But at that time, I was busy, so I told him, “If anything, you could email me this information.” Which he did and he followed up and made sure everything was okay. If I had any questions, he answered. It was smooth.

I just opened up a business and was trying to have a place so that I can host meetings and also have a legit business address. I like the way that Alliance marketed its products. I just started a new business. In order to structure it properly and if I needed funding, I wanted to it look professional and to have everything done right. I spoke to Denise at Alliance and she was very informative. She explained everything and she was patient with me. She was friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her. I've had to call her with questions and if she couldn't answer me right away, she texted me or made sure she followed up. As far as price, there are other companies that might be a tad bit cheaper than Alliance, but other than that, I'm very happy with them.

They make the cost reasonable so I can be able to pay for it every month. The price and location of Alliance Virtual were good. The setup process took two weeks, though. That gave me a headache. It was something with their billing team. They said it was my credit card at first, but it wasn't because they took the funds off and they just weren't showing. I don't know what they had going on with that one, but it took a while for them to get started on my paperwork. But other than that, I was fine once it was set up. I like their service. It's good. It's an address and my things get sent there, I get my job done, and customers are happy. I got more customers because of that location.

The initial setup and the people I dealt with from Alliance Virtual Offices were great. We just had to do the notary call, which took a couple of minutes. I had a small issue that we were trying to deal with because when we signed up for it, it was because we were opening a business in the United States. We're in Canada. I've been trying to switch it because our immigration attorney needs us to switch it to my wife's name. The person named Daniel emailed me. But I don't know what happened after we had the initial conversation about switching over to my wife's name and having to go back with the notary. I haven't heard from them. Other than that, Alliance's rep spoke clearly. Explained everything well, well-communicated, knowledgeable of what was available and how to do the process.

Alliance was also conveniently located in the area we were looking for a place, and the pricing was good. The customer support was very cooperative. They were able to provide all the information I needed for and the set up was very easy. Alliance is professional. They keep me updated about every information. They tested the mail that this new address is working. The mail is forwarded to them and they have professional staff. So I didn't have any difficulty in setting it up.

I registered a virtual office with Alliance for my business. I don't want to use my home address, and this building is where my real office is, so it's convenient. After doing the setup, someone scheduled a meeting with me later to walk me through the different features. It's a good thing that I can pick up my mail going to the office. I haven't done it, but it's good to know there are options. I don't have to get my mail forwarded. The cost is manageable. I have a business partner, so it's in our price range. So far, Alliance does what it's supposed to do.

I got a virtual office for my business and to be able to obtain more business funding. I chose Alliance Virtual Offices because it seemed affordable. I found out about it via Google search. There were also other options that came up, but Alliance seemed like it'll be beneficial because they claim that I can rent out rooms if need be for meetings. They let people choose different locations, but when I tried to get access the virtual office that I chose, there was a lot of difficulty. I'm able to retrieve my mail, but I was unable to get access to the building when I needed it, and ultimately, it hasn't been resolved.
Alliance Virtual gave me a number to call, but the guy wasn't answering the phone and they began to call the person. He then just told me he wouldn't be available until the following week, and I could schedule a meeting at that point, but by that time, it was already too late. I definitely wish I would have gone with somebody else, and I would tell people more homework needs to be done in terms of availability of a particular address to use. They should make sure that Alliance Virtual has the meeting rooms available to be booked prior to registering their business with that particular address that they will choose, because it's not like I could just switch it to something else. My business is associated with that particular address.

Alliance is awesome. I love their products because it helps me to expand my business. I'm trying to get to the point where I’m trying to take my business more seriously and work my way up. Alliance Virtual Office is for when you need a professional address for your business and when you have an LLC and you want to register your business through the Secretary of State. I enjoy being addressed to the office and all that good stuff because it is the greatest opportunity. It is the most incredible step that I took as a business owner. The cost is $54 a month, which is not bad. That price is fair.

I signed up for this service over a year ago and opted for the additional add-on of mail forwarding. I noticed that I wasn't getting any of my mail forwarded for months and found stacks of my mail at the building never forwarded. I requested this service be stopped and a refund they I was denied a refund. Then I discovered a few months later that the Alliance never actually had an agreement with the Property (which I have in writing from the propery owner) and they had no clue that Alliance was using their property. What happened was a random person rented some space at their office and created an illegal sublet of the space. Thus, why my mail was never being forwarded by the property.
Upon discovery of this, I requested an immediate cancellation of service and a refund. Again, I was refused a refund and told my services have been cancelled and that I would not be charged after April 30th, 2024. I have been charged twice AFTER this occurrence. At this point I will be getting my attorney involved to resolve their inability to continue charging me.

I want to set my business up properly so I can prepare myself for some things that I'm wanting to acquire down the line. I want more professional presence to prepare myself for funding and establish some business credit. Alliance works out perfectly for me with everything I have on my business model. It is convenient for me to get to the office if I need to to pick up some stuff. It also has different options available like the email service and the virtual assistant. The setup process was a little strenuous in the beginning because there were a few moments of miscommunication. In the beginning, I was being charged for a phone service that I didn't have for the first few weeks. I should have been compensated a little bit for that. Also, some people were supposed to have some things set up that wasn't set up. But after a time, they got it all corrected for me. The few times I've had to use customer service, they got me squared away.

Getting set up with Alliance was smooth. I found them online, called the toll-free number and the very first person that I spoke with was very welcoming. She provided me with all the details that I needed to get started and ran down the process of how everything works. I was starting my business and wanted to be able to have a stable business address to go with it. I also wanted to have the option to have a meeting room. Those are at an additional cost, but I like being able to have those options. They have a phone line if one wanted to purchase a phone line through them. One can also have them answer the phone line. I've had a good experience so far and referred somebody to them yesterday. She's starting a tutoring business and she needs to get a business address as well.

You go online and as you secure the location or the space that you want, Alliance would reach out to you and provide a notary to verify certain information with the process. Then, they would secure the office space. It was a very quick and easy step process. There was an individual who reached out to me and made my acquaintance but just introducing himself and saying that he would be the primary point of contact for the office. So far, when I have contacted him, I've gotten a response at least a day later. We are given a mail key and then permitted to use the meeting spaces that they have inside the physical location. But I don't need the space for holding meetings. I need it more for the location itself and that non-residential address. I wasn't aware though that I was expected to notify 24 hours before I wanted to arrive to pick up the key for the initial introduction to the space, which I still haven't gotten a chance to do.
It’s a little bit inconvenient that you have access to the space and the key but you are unable to access it outside of a certain time frame and it's only during the week. So, for people who are new entrepreneurs, there isn't much leniency. If I have another job or if I'm busy during the day and I'm only here on the weekends, I cannot access the space. So it limits your opportunities to utilize everything. But I would recommend Alliance. It is a great opportunity to get started with having a physical office space and a virtual address. It has allowed me to progress in a way that I otherwise wouldn't have. So, it gives you the tools that you need initially to get started.

We have two offices with Alliance. We like that we can have our own suite number. Setting up the first office was straightforward, and we appreciated the help that they brought us. We ran into a little issue when we were setting up the second office. We were not able to get ahold of someone so they could explain some things to us. Luckily, we were able to clear that up and get the office. Someone called us after the first time we got our virtual office, and he told us he was going to be our agent. We tried to contact him but he never picked up the phone though. And when we called, we had a hard time getting ahold of someone to get our questions answered.
I really like the offices. They're a solid place you can go to. You can use them. We went to the first one. We saw the building. We saw the offices. Someone explained that we could have meetings there, and we were super convinced by that. On the second one, we did it virtually. We liked that we could have the virtual office separated from the registered agent. That was one of the main things why we decided to go with Alliance. Another thing that we liked was that the offices were near where we are. As far as the pricing, they were a little bit higher than the competition, but we were okay paying a little bit more of what they were offering than the other companies. The only thing is they could try to include mail-forwarding in the same price or they can scan and send an email to us instead of trying to charge everything separately.

I was a client with this company for years and never had an issue until today. I reinstated my account with them in April, today, I came to the office to pick up my mail and was told that they have been returning my mail for the past month. I spoke with Daniela who claimed that she has been trying to contact me to get a Notarized signature but lied because the notary request was sent to me at the end of May, a month after I reinstated my account. So now I have to chase down my mail and find a new office because of their dishonesty and incompetence. I asked what services was provided and was told NONE. Asked for a refund and was told no. Truly frustrating. I see why they are not BBB accredited and have a F rating.

I would not use the organization. They will take your money. Not let you out of your lease. The website has constant problems and agents will not take ownership of an issues you have with billing or service. My experience has led to following up with responding with a letter with my attorney to dispute the cancelled lease. DO NOT USE this SERVICE.

Even though it's expensive, everything that Alliance Virtual Offices offered was what I needed. They offer a good value for a business address and phone number and I like that they report my payment to my credit bureau. That is a plus. Also, the people were helpful. I like that when I had an issue or questions, I could email or call them and they would be responsive. The young man who assisted me made everything seamless.
The only issue I have with Alliance is the way they have my payment set up. It's just end of the month. And for a lot of people, that doesn't work. My bank knows that I want to pay Alliance and I will pay it, but I would pay an overdraft fee. Payment should be more flexible because not everybody is equipped to pay at the end of the month. Other than that, it is worth it. Whenever I have to write it down or use it for something, it looks more professional. You know it's a real address. So somebody would go on to Google Maps, they would see it's an actual building.

I set up everything with Alliance over the weekend and it was very smooth. There was a notary person for the mail forwarding. We got done within the first hour and got the confirmation on Monday. It was easier than anticipated. I thought it would be more effort to sign up and get up and running. I received the first and second mail forward on time, which is a big deal for a business owner instead of having to drive to the virtual place. Right now, I'm not utilizing the whole thing but it’s been good so far. Denise, the person I worked with, was very helpful and nice. She guided me through the program and the upgrades such as a telephone number.

Alliance Virtual has good services to offer and is affordable. The setup process was efficient. Everything was cut-and-dry. I just had to do a certain number of tasks to complete the setup process. If anything was incomplete, they responded to me and let me know that it was incomplete and I had to go and finish it. They leave their name and number at the end of each email and I am always able to reach out to them.
Every time I called, someone picked up the phone and I was able to get somebody to assist me with any issues that I had. They do put you on hold for a little bit. But once you get off the hold, there's somebody available within two to three minutes. What I don't like is I can't register for government services. When I went to SAM.gov, they stated that because I have a virtual office, it's not a real office and that I would need a physical office. I need to take some time out to contact Alliance and figure out how I can register for government contracts and grants.

I was exploring online, and I found Alliance. I read, I looked, reviewed the website, called a couple of members in their team, and was sold. I tried it out for a month and I liked it. The setup process was straightforward. It was a dollar sign-up fee, so I was psyched about that. Everybody's also been very communicative. They were able to keep in contact with me, let me know when the virtual office was gonna be ready. I also had some payment issues with my card, and they were able to rectify that as quickly as possible. The overall experience has been great. The cost is great too. I like the fact that if I needed an office to go to for a temporary meeting without any interruption here at home, I like that feature as well where I could pay an extra $15 or $25 for that service.

I had a virtual office previously and I've moved and Alliance was the only one that I could find that offered mail forwarding. Signing up with them was fairly easy. The setup process took about 10 minutes. The mail gets sent to me every Monday and I don't have to contact them for anything. It's delivered directly to my house. I use Alliance for my business address and because I work remotely and I don't like leaving, Alliance just forwards the mail to me. Alliance is very efficient and I can count on getting my mail on time. It's very convenient.

The setup process was easy, but the notary was a bit difficult. Everything else is good. I love the customer service. There was a person who helped me set up my account, and she was helpful. The only downside is she's not there all the time and and sometimes, no one picks up on their customer service number. So I have to wait until the next day, which is a bit of a bummer. Besides that, having Alliance Virtual has been very helpful. Having a location is always good, especially if I need to do a conference. People love the location that I've chosen. I would not recommend, they discontinued my service without any notification. I have called several times to speak with a manager and no one has returned my call. It's not worth it. Better services with better prices. Very Unprofessional.

Alliance had the exact building I wanted the virtual office to be in and it was a reasonable deal that they were offering. We had several email conversations when we were setting up and they sent me some forms to fill out. Then, they had me speak with the reception service to set it up. There were some miscommunications regarding the phone setup and I had to reach out to them about it. It shouldn't have happened and I was a bit annoyed at first. But they responded very quickly and handled it.
Alliance had different groups and I was dealing with different people. The people that I was speaking with were very centralized and couldn't handle general questions, which was one of the reasons why the phone issue came up. It didn't make sense that I was working with the team to do the reception service without having the phone set up. The rep said she knew nothing about that and I said if she wanted to go this route, we would start here. It didn't make any sense to me but she did it and then told me she would have somebody get back to me to work on that phone part. No one ever did until I reached out to Alliance. But they jumped on it when I complained. Right now, I'm happy with the service. The costs are reasonable for the services that I'm getting and I have no regrets.

The setup was very streamlined and simple and the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything very well. I like their price, the additional services that they offer, and the package deal that the offices have. I used to have a different company before and they increased the price. Alliance's price was reasonable compare to them so I chose them and the setup process was pretty easy. They asked me a few questions about my business and then I filled it out. Within 24 hours, it was all set up. They did a great job. Also, the rep set up a nice extensive call with me to go through the onboarding process. I never had that in my previous company and I was surprised that Alliance does that. I love the way they do it and I'm hoping that things will get better with Alliance.

Getting set up with Alliance Virtual was a pretty straightforward process. They had different representatives that would help you along the way and I was able to do it in a day and a half. I've also had a few different emails from a couple of representatives that would check up on me and make sure my mail was getting to me okay. I use them for the virtual office and getting mail and the phone number. Working with them has allowed me to have a more professional look for my business even though I'm working primarily out my garage right now.

My experience with Alliance Virtual has been great so far. I was setting up a business. So, I wanted to maintain some privacy when I'm applying for public and government forms. I liked that Alliance has a local address that is near me so I can go pick up my mail efficiently as opposed to driving across town. As far as the setup process, they had me fill out some forms. I had to do a background check. I had to do a live notary thing. They did a few onboarding calls to get me acclimated to the service and they explained how a virtual office works. Then they sent me tips on how to promote my business and what directories I should join.
Alliance has a variety of services. They have quite a bit of add-on services to the virtual office product, but they haven't been pushing it. They just say, “We have this and let us know.” They're very respectful. The team who has helped me has been great. They've been patient. The person I most deal with who's physically at the office has been wonderful. I'm happy with the service.

Thus far, Alliance Virtual keeps me organized to where everything’s separate from my home. It makes it look that much more professional on my invoicing estimates saying. “Hey, yeah. This guy has an office.” It makes me look more professional as a contractor. The sign up process was simple and super straightforward. Customer support has been great so far. If I have mail at the office, they send me an email saying, “Hey, you have mail.” When I first picked up the mail, they told me, “Hey, I have some time next week. If you wanna schedule a meeting so they can show you around.”

When I needed some documentation from the rep, she responded fast. She also got back to us very fast with the documents we needed. Since we joined, several people reached out to us and helped us to go through it. Alliance Virtual Offices was cheaper. But I don't care much for the nagging regarding the bill. They called or notified every day. And it's not on our pay schedule. We're a startup. So, once we had the funds, we would pay it. I already told them that I would pay them on Wednesday. Which this upcoming Wednesday, I would make sure they get paid.

I utilize Alliance for the office address and the phone. I like that I'm able to have a nice office space that I can rent rooms if I need to do stuff and it looks professional. I have an 800 number too. Everything is working great. It's all set up the way I need it. I also like that they're able to report so that we can build our business credit, that makes it a big plus for any business and that's a big thing for me. I'm looking forward to continuing to do business with them.

I like what Alliance Virtual is offering. I'm doing the virtual office, the mail pickup, and the meeting room. I like the location as well. Everything I did was online and it was easy. I'm not technical savvy but I didn't have a problem. We did an initial welcome onboard which was virtual. That was cool. I've been pleased so far with their customer service. My experience with Alliance Virtual Offices was good. The only thing that is a bit misleading is I tried to open a checking account, and I understand Alliance is a virtual office, but the banker tried to look them up and it got bad pictures. When she tried to look up my business owner or look at the building, the pictures were not on there for the building. I looked at it with her, I said, "No, that's not the building." It's in Maryville, Indiana. I'm in Indiana. I had to get a new address because of that. I couldn't use it.
You can't open a bank account unless you have a legit business address. So, it made it look fraudulent if you're using that and the pictures pop up and you can't see it. They gotta fix that if they wanna be one of the top ones. Other than them needing better pictures, everything else is good. The receptionist is pricey. But as far as what I got and what Alliance told me it would do, it serves the purpose. The price is okay.

I've only been with them for two months and it has been decent. They call me if they wanna let me know anything new or help me with anything. They're cool and very helpful. I plan on using it for more things. They let us rent out office space for by the hour. And I plan on having a couple of meetings there. I pay only 50. So, $50 a month is nothing. They don't charge extra tax. It's just $50.

He spoke SO FAST as if I was the one who scheduled the call. He didn’t have the right suite number based on my records & he had no real interest in why I signed up. Just to upsell me on the different offerings. So I let him ramble nonstop until the call was over. I’ll just read online what all you offer and go from there.

Setting up with Alliance wasn't hard at all. They just had to verify my identity. The thing where you verify from the Secretary of State was open 24/7, so that was very nice. I was able to verify it at whatever time. I like having Alliance because I don't wanna use my own address for my business.

Alliance has been good. I'm working on some behind-the-scene things and Alliance has helped me with my infrastructure being a new company. It's very user-friendly. I had a conversation once or twice with them and they followed up and made sure things were going fine, which is good. You get your own mail slot. They recommended that I go on a tour and in the early part of December. I was able to go and meet with Jenna, the manager, at the site. She was very friendly. Alliance also stated that you are in good credit as you maintain your account so it reports as a positive tradeline on the business credit profile, which is great. It’s a win-win. It's good to get credit for doing what you normally would do as far as maintaining your business. It's like reward points from a credit card.

I wanted to have my business a little bit more professional because I was using my home address. The image of having a virtual address would also give me a better chance of getting approval for loans for my small business. Alliance Virtual's prices were more competitive compared to other virtual office companies that were offering virtual offices in the area. They have a building two blocks from where I live.
The set-up was fairly easy. From the payment to the confirmation, everything was pretty much done online. However, I had a problem with getting some of the discounts that they were offering. They were doing a promotional discount and it wasn't registering online because you can't do two promotions at the same time. I was able to speak with somebody virtually. Once the payment went through, she was able to see the payment going through and apply the discount at the same time.
One of my virtual reps was Cynthia and she's been good at keeping in contact and sending me a newsletter that's keeping me up-to-date on the latest and greatest that Alliance Virtual has to offer. She has been the one who's been in more contact with me through emails and phone calls. There's another guy called Charlie and he called to follow up with me a couple of times.
The cost of Alliance Virtual's service is fairly good, especially if you are a small business owner and you're just starting out. You don't have a lot of budget and you don't have a lot of finance or upfront money. The cost helps with not having a huge overhead to have an office space. Being a small business owner, I do not have that money upfront. One thing I haven't explored is the fact that the particular building where Alliance Virtual is has amenities that are offered to the people who are in that building. They have a small gym in their lobby area and I'm not sure if we're allowed to use those even though we have a virtual office there.

When I first signed up, I was told that I have to call or text the person in charge of my account so I can pick up my email. I did that one time and I never got a call nor text back. So I had to go to the office and pick up my mail. Other than that, everything has been great and the setup process for my business address was super easy. The cost was reasonable and I love the location.

My onboarding call experience with Durim went exceptionally well. He was thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. He addressed all of my questions and concerns regarding mail and delivery options. We currently have a warehouse that we didn't wanna disclose the location of on our website. We ended up using Alliance's services as a good solution to have all the mail directed over there and have a receptionist pick up the phone call and do all the office work from that office. The set-up process with them was easy. It went relatively smooth, quick, and very professional. We're using the services now and it definitely helped freed up our time to do other things like marketing and website development.
Alliance has been great so far and a tremendous help for us. The guys are really on it in terms of customer service and filtering out all the calls so I don't have to get a bunch of spam calls throughout the day, which I used to get a lot of. We haven't fully utilized their services yet. Our website is up and running but it's not up 110% yet. Once it gets into full gear, we'll see the benefits of Alliance's services. We're interested in seeing how the actual service maintains with a bunch more calls and topics throughout the day.

Alliance Virtual has been awesome and they're very convenient to use. Getting set up was easy. I filled out the information then I had people reaching out for recommendations and the other products. You do everything yourself, then you talk to a person that changes your information over for UPS. You also talk to a notary on a camera so that it’s certified and they make sure it’s you. The person that I talked to sent me a lot of information, so that was helpful. I could also call him any time within his business hours if I need any help with anything. The cost is pretty cool, too and I went with them versus anybody else that's a competitor.

He was very polite and patient as I had many questions and he clarified many of the uncertainties I had with their services as they pertain to my business.
