The service has been really good. I needed the address for my LLC and to receive mail. Working with Alliance gave me peace of mind and efficiency. It's pretty easy to get in touch with them. When I call them, I'm usually able to speak to a real person.

I moved out of my building and I'm currently working from home, but I needed a legitimate brick-and-mortar office space. I looked up options and realized there was such a thing as a virtual office. I landed on Alliance as I was searching and researching, which is how I ended up reaching out to them to get the office space. I liked that the virtual office was in the same ZIP code as I was in and there was an opportunity to rent an office space if I needed to. I also liked that I can go pick up my mail rather than have them scan and send it to me.
However, I have had the worst problem, going to the office to check and see if I have any mail. There's nobody there at the office. I've gone several different times, and the rep's never there. There's just a little clock that says, "Closed." It doesn't tell me the office hours. It would be helpful if the rep would post that 'cause I'm not there all the time. I don't need her to sit there 24 hours a day, but it'd be great if there was some other way to know when the office is closed. The rep gave me her card to be able to call her, but I don't know where that card is. I could go by, get the card and call her to see when she's gonna be at the office, but it's inconvenient to have to do all of that.
I'm a mental health provider with 14 different insurances, and I'm adding two more. Being able to have an address that's not affiliated with my personal address is very important and Alliance Virtual has helped a lot. Plus, if I have clients that need to pick up workbooks, I have a physical location. I can go to somewhere public, but having an office location where they can meet me and pick up those items is good.
Alliance Virtual's price for their office space is not expensive at only $20 an hour, but in this economy and with the clientele I have, I can't use the office space at that rate. The only reason why my clients come to counseling is because they can use the insurance. They barely want to pay the co-pay, let alone anything else. I don't wanna come out of pocket either, so I'm not stressing myself to meet with clients in person with them inevitably going over the hour and having to try to collect additional money from them. Overall, Alliance Virtual's been really good. It's been a positive experience.

I like the ease of access to the service, but there was a bit of a language barrier when I talked to a representative. I could tell English was not the gentleman's first language. Still, Alliance Virtual Offices is the best solution for my business needs even though I'm not in a position to take full advantage of the lines like I should because I'm doing a whole lot of other things. I know there are things that I should be utilizing, but I'm one of those people that have 15 things going on all at once. As for those who are just starting, Alliance Virtual is a resource they can utilize to start their business. It could have a good impact. If they had resources to make new business owners or entrepreneurs into, that would be helpful as well.

Alliance Virtual makes it convenient for me to have a so-called office address. It's low cost and low maintenance. I just have to schedule whenever I need to use an office space, which I haven't had to. I don't have to pay outrageous amounts of money to open up a physical office and I don't have to use my personal address for my business. The mail forwarding, and eventually, the conference rooms are great features that they have too.
"Mark, a rep of American Standard, was more than happy to come and give me an estimate on the project for one of my clients. My client had a tub shower arrangement. She is 93 years old and she still lives alone. She does have people that come and check on her. But for the most part, she's in the home by herself. She was in the fear of falling. So, we helped her with a walk-in shower conversion.
The contractors were very professional. They were conscious of her being in the home. And it only took one day. I was really surprised 'cause they said it might take two days. It’s also very high quality. For the quality of the material, it was very well put together. I am very familiar with American Standard products. I have been working in quite a few homes, and I noticed that a lot of their products are still in good working order. They just probably need some updates. But other than that, the products are long-lasting. And that was another reason why we went with them. "

Alliance has a southeastern presence that allows me to use the services outside of my home area. The cost is fair. So far, I have used their phone system. They're answering the phone and collecting my mail. They accepted a call from a potential client yesterday and gathered all of the necessary information. We've booked an appointment with that client this morning.

Everyone, Beware of this service. The customer support is subpar. This is nothing more than a virtual PO Box. They up-sell all basic office functions. Mail forwarding in 2025 should be electronic and easily accessible. Customer service is an AI assistant for all functions except billing. This is a money grab and a poor business model.

A friend told me about Alliance. Customer service is good, but I’m having a issue right now. I wasn’t told upfront that I wasn’t able to use the address. It’s stating that it’s a P.O. Box on some people’s website, and it’s become an issue for business purposes. But it's being worked on by Alliance.

I was in the process of becoming licensed for my home care agency. I needed a virtual office address and discovered Alliance through my search. I like the location that Alliance Virtual Offices is at downtown. It seemed perfect for what I was trying to do. I did have some bumps in the road when I did finally sign up and learned that I had to pay more money to just do different things like come in office and also reroute mail. Those were some bummers that I didn't really like, but I still continued on because I still got other goals using Alliance's virtual address. As of right now, I'm just using it for tax purposes. I like that with my business being on Google, it's able to show it as a legitimate business.
Communicating with Alliance has been fairly easy. Overall, Alliance can impact your business as far as tax purposes and just to show that you're a legitimate business. It helps smoothen things as far as getting mail. Because when I did go there, it was an easy process. I didn't get a chance to come up to really speak to the representative. She came down. But to me, it's smoother. Going with Alliance is a good starting point, especially for the location.

Alliance Virtual was recommended to me and my experience has been great. I needed an office to conduct meetings, and I also need it for my business credit, and it helped out greatly. Plus, everybody was attentive and the conversations were good. Everything was nice. I would tell people to use them. It's like they don't have to get a whole rental property. They can just use them, and it'll help a lot.

I was in search for office space and Alliance Virtual Offices was one of the groups that showed up first. I reached out to them. They responded within the hour and started to explain to me what they were offering for service and what I was looking for. The feature that I got and was in search for was specifically a virtual office. I needed somewhere that I can receive my mail, rather than receiving my mail at home, and phone service that would have a receptionist. They said they provide that package. So, I signed up for that package. I never got around to using it for a very simple reason. When they finally got me to be able to use their service, it wasn't something that I had to do. I never have used it up until this point.
The only reason I haven't gone into it is because what I told them I was in the market for was to move from virtual to actual physical space. They told me that with the same location that they were servicing me for virtual space, I could get office space with the place. They would serve as the catalyst to do that. It never became something that was done. So, I just got stuck with them for the first month.
The other thing that captured my attention was what they explained to me on the phone. It would be a month to month contract. If I found that I didn't need it anymore or didn't want it anymore, it would just end at that point. So, I said, “Okay. That would be something that I can try and see how it goes.” I never used it. Overall, their people were very courteous and very professional. It worked for the time being that I would have access to this virtual space.

Sergio was very knowledgeable and helpful and went over a few basic things that helped answer my questions before I had them. He clarified which address to use for mailing purposes versus banking. He was thorough yet succinct with our time, and sent an e-mail follow-up with a detailed outline of all we spoke about. It makes starting business so much easier. He also provided a list of regional banks which is in line with my funding goals.

We’re going on for the second month now with Alliance Virtual Offices. I do business. I got it because I need an office, a virtual office. It wasn’t too hard to get started, but I still have not had adequate service. I feel like everybody in the Virtual Office team says they're resolving an issue, but the issue still exists, like my phone line. When I called in, I did a couple of test calls. I told them it was test calls at that point.
And then, when I had fake customers calling in, they did not tell me that those people called. Some of them were speaking different languages. They just said that they don't understand anything they’re saying. Well, that's not really good.
Right now, 50% of my clients don't speak English. And I put in the notes where they're supposed to go and route the calls to if it's Spanish or French. And then, the message I got back was like, they’re not gonna really figure out if they speak French or Spanish. Not all of our people are trained to differentiate, and I understand that. But they could just ask what language the customer speaks. I think most people around the world know that phrase.
This month, I told them that I don't feel like I should be paying for the receptionist service because it's not perfect. I gave them an outline, and no one's following it. No one's messaging me when people call. Well, that could be a good reason why nobody would even want to call.
I am kind of dissatisfied. Other than just using it, I haven't actually scheduled anything at the office. And that's another thing. No one's calling me about how many people went or have visited or anything like that. None of that is happening. I'm not really getting any feedback from them about what's happening. They need to at least have a receptionist call, but we really haven't seen anybody come through the office for us in a month. Maybe what they're doing isn't working.
I have to call myself to figure out if somebody was coming there, if I received any mail. I'm sure I received mail there, and there's no correspondence.

I needed an address to get mail. I went with Alliance Virtual Offices but the process wasn't seamless. Their interface wasn't user-friendly. It was not a 123 process, the fact that you have to be connected with a representative. I find their processes to be cumbersome.

I’ve had a good experience with Alliance Virtual Offices. It’s great. I was originally online looking for Regus, but Alliance popped up on the search engine. I decided to click on them since they were located in the same city as I am.
The customer service has been pretty good, and both the cost and the quality of the service are reasonable. Whenever I get hung up with a problem or an issue, I just give their representative, Christy, a call. She is very helpful and does the best she can to rectify the situation.

Being a first-time owner and not having a lot of information, Alliance Virtual is very helpful. The phone service is not bad. So far, so good. I looked at reviews and I was told about the virtual office for my lawyer, and I went from there. We went in and filled out a couple of information. It's pretty easy. Alliance was a good option to choose since I was part of a program for getting business funding, Fundable360. They informed me that there's several options that I could do for a virtual office. That a basic thing like Anytime Mailbox isn't good for this service. They want an actual building and not just a PO box, basically. Alliance Virtual set us up with the Zoom and we can make all the addresses match with our EIN and with our secretary of state. I got the mail forwarding. I would recommend them to anyone for the purpose of business funding.

I wanted to try out a virtual office to see as far as the address and everything, and I chose Alliance because I saw them online. Setting up over the phone was a little bit challenging because of a lack of communication about the cost of everything, but the interactions with the team were good. As for the cost, I was told one price, and then it ended up being another. Also, with the package that I had, I was supposed to be able to utilize the conference room once a week, and every time I tried to book it, there was always a miscommunication. Then, I was finally able to book it, but not for the day I needed. Even after it was booked, the office didn’t know and had to go look at the email and contact people again instead of waiting on me.
The prices are decent, especially for a starting business that needs this type of service.

The office that I had in downtown Tampa was pretty expensive. I had the office for a year and a half, and my employees never came in there, so there was no point in keeping it. And since I can go this route of using a virtual office, I thought this would be better. Alliance is less expensive than the other options. Now I just need to get up there and get my mail. A virtual office was necessary for my mortgage business. I needed to have it as compliance with a state. One of the things they required was that I had to have either a physical office or a virtual office. And it could not be zoned residential in any manner, shape or form.
I'm still going through the set up process. It was getting license in another state. I'm almost at the goal post. I'm 99% finished. I've just got one little thing left to do and everything's great. And I have not yet been over to the location yet. I need to go over there and check things out, look it over and see what the plan is.

Customer service and follow up is tremendous. The product pricing is very competitive. The only thing that I have been disappointed with is the Caller ID for my call forwarding of my own business line shows up in Caller ID as SPAM. I would have given 5 stars otherwise because that is a basic marketing tool that should either be just a blank phone number ringing through or it should highlight the business name, not SPAM. Otherwise a great service so far and I have already received an alert for a piece of mail for my mail forwarding. Super cool service to use as you build a business from scratch or expand into new territories.

I was impressed with Alliance Virtual Offices. They were very thorough. They walked me through the whole process, and it was very simple. They sent the link, I got on the website, scheduled my appointment with the notary and did the face-to-face. From there, they processed it and then activated my business address. I had a follow up call with orientation to go through the whole back-office end of it, so that was good. Compared to other places, the price is reasonable, and they offered me a discount for paying it six months in advance, which helped out. But they charged my card for a monthly fee, and it shouldn't have been charged. It’s coming back up again, and if they don't charge this time, then they got everything taken care of.

I decided to get a virtual office because I've always had my business from my home address and I wanted to change up. I heard good reviews about Alliance, so that's why I chose them. The setup process was pretty basic. I put in my area I was looking for to have my office, and they set up everything for me. I paid the fee and they sent me all my information that I needed, my lease, and everything. I had to call and talk to one of the representatives. They explained a lot of stuff to me. That was pretty much it.
I will plan to use the meeting rooms, eventually. I use the mail service. It has the customer service line that I can call if I need any help with anything.
I called and it took them five minutes to answer. I went through a walk-through. They gave me all of the information that I needed in an email.
As far as the actual setup and the customer service, Virtual Alliance is great. They explained everything to me, so I was not blindsided. For anybody that needs to have a business address, Alliance would be a good company to go with.

We began using Alliance on January 25, 2025, for a virtual address and receptionist services. The agreed combined cost for monthly service was $221.12, with a prorated cost of $56.63 for the last few days of January 2025 (debited from company account as agreed). A little over a month later, on February 28, 2025, $402.21, was taken from our account (total $623.33 taken in a month, for a virtual address and answering service). After going back-and-forth via email and telephone with "customer service," it was determined that some receptionist charges were inaccurate and I would get a credit, and the answering service would be canceled (resulting in being assured the invoice due on March 31, 2025, being "only $15 plus taxes").
Although the answering services were canceled, and my no longer wanting or needing anything further from this company, I was informed that our "contract" would be amended to reflect only a virtual location ($89 per month), until the cancelation of the "contract" at the end of 6-months. On March 29, 2025, I received an invoice advising me that $141.30, was automatically taken from the bank account (total thus far charged for 2-months of service $764.63). I am currently seething, and again going through the "customer service" email process. I too saw many negative reviews before moving forward with this company Alliance, but for some inexplicable reason, decided to move forward with them anyway. The decision was to my office's detriment. I urge whomever may read this to strongly consider STAYING AWAY from this company, and utilize an alternative option.

The setup process of Alliance Virtual Office was simple, and its price was decent. It was basically online, and you had to do a virtual notary for the mailbox part. I just started. So I haven't actually used the services yet.
It's just that I need to get it worked out before I can actually have customers. So, my account may be past due. And I don't have the money yet.
I will recommend it. Everybody was very nice.

I needed Alliance Virtual Office for the business because I do a lot of traveling and I need to have a virtual office. Their office is actually closer to my home address. So I can easily go there and grab any mail that I may have.
Their price was about the same, if not maybe a couple of dollars cheaper than the other place I was considering. I use the mailing address and the phone number. I haven't used the office space yet, but I may end up using it at some point. But right now, that's not what my options are.
Everything was good. They had a video explaining how to do it. So I followed everything that they provided and it was very easy. So far, the cost is what I expected.
The quality of the service it's fine. I just had a little question of when I actually called my voicemail and the pronunciation of the business was not exactly correct. So I sent over something advising them to correct it. They did it, and that was prompt.

I was looking for office space away from home, and I couldn’t afford a brick-and-mortar building. I rented a PO box for the industry I’m working in and didn’t like that, so I tried Alliance. So far, I have a good experience. I may need to change a few things, but it’s working out decently. I think they're doing it right. They have good customer support, where when I call them, they do pick up. If a colleague of mine needs a virtual office or a mailbox that’s relatively affordable, I’ll tell them that Alliance gives out deals and discounts and they can jump on board.

Choosing Alliance was the biggest mistake of my life because my business almost collapsed, waiting on mail that was never delivered. To this day, I still have unanswered emails and messages from them. I'm still having my mail undelivered. I feel like I got cheated. It’s a scam company, they’re good at hiding who they really are, and I fell for that. I was rushing, I didn't take my time to do my research, and I feel like an idiot every day. I didn't expect that from them.
My company has lost so much money ‘cause I've lost so many clients and I'm still missing some serious, critical mail for my business. Even my articles of organization that were sent by the state are missing. I feel like they're just targeting businesses to grab their critical information because since I started working with them, I've had so many spam emails and spam calls. They ignore my emails like it's nothing. I'm a businessman and I understand how critical responding is. They sugarcoat everything, telling me they're gonna forward my mail, they're gonna handle my business online, I don't have to worry about my business address, they're gonna do their work. They were also pushing me to sign up for their business credit building and that made me think ‘cause they can't even respond to my email, let alone respond to my business credit.
I went to my postal office to trace my mails and they're not there. Next week I'll go to the postal police and report them because those are critical mails attached to my businesses. I'm a record label, so I owe it to my artist because I can't let some agreement or record deal leak anywhere. I'll be in big trouble. I go to cities to record artists. Right now, I'm in New York. I gotta figure it out because February, I’m going to Kansas City, and I need that badge of business like crazy. So, Alliance, they know that there are people that require such services and they're just playing a mockery on our faces, pretending to be something they're not.

I decided to get a virtual office because I have businesses and I’m not gonna use my personal address for it. I chose Alliance because it was recommended. The setup process was a little painful because there’s a lot of back and forth and took at least two weeks which is a very long time. I needed to change my address with the state and I was looking for the address certification letter. That took a long time to come because there was a wrong address on the notary thing. I also was unable to get ahold of an agent to help. So there’s a lot of pain points there that I think could definitely have been avoided.
Interacting with the representative wasn’t bad because they always had information and they always spoke to me. When I was in a conversation with them, everything was fine. But I just couldn’t get a way to reach out to them as synchronously without having to be a phone call. It’s when we get off the call I’m pretty much left.

The setup experience with Alliance is pretty straightforward. I was opening an LLC and wanted to have an address so I could open a business account. The virtual office is for the office address and to have a location that isn’t my personal address. The team I’ve spoken to is friendly and helpful. I’ve not had any problems.

I found Alliance Virtual Offices online. I chose them because of their proximity to the airport. Every company is basically the same, but their pricing and location were what I was looking for.

A few months ago, I heard about Alliance Virtual. And I was interested because I would be opening up a janitorial service within the next two or three months. And I just wanted to have an office space before I eventually open up because I didn’t wanna use my home address.
And signing with them was pretty simple. There were different packages, and I just took the package that I think would fit what I needed. So, I needed a phone line, and I needed an office area where I could conduct business, as far as meetings. And it was close to where I stay. It’s maybe a mile and a half from where I stay. So, it was convenient for me to have the space in the area I was in.
But I haven’t used them yet because I’m not even opening yet. So, I’m just getting everything together right now. We’re looking to open up at the beginning of April.

I needed an address for my company and I picked Alliance Virtual’s service for that. The setup and signup process were pretty straightforward. It took longer than 15 minutes because after doing the initial setup, there is a notary that you have to do. That took an extra 10 minutes. I only spoke to one person who reached out after I did the signup and then they told me I needed to do the notary stuff. Alliance Virtual gives us more of a local presence. We have an actual address and office space that we can use. What I need Alliance Virtual for is gonna expand over time and I will probably end up using all the services that they provide. I highly recommend them.

I started my own small business and I needed to find a virtual office. While I was looking at other virtual offices, I saw that Alliance actually has a business card. I was like, “Oh, this is perfect.” When it came to payment, I'm able to pay either every week, every month, or biweekly, which was really helpful and which I loved. I've seen more qualities in Alliance than others. It was the top choice for me. I love it and enjoy it.
When I first tried the setup process, I was doing something wrong so it was easier to speak to someone to go through the process and it didn't take long. All Alliance needed was my information. Other than that, it took at least 10 minutes to get all my information. They got back to me. I was supposed to complete it on a Friday but I forgot. Something happened so I called on Monday and everything was completed. I was able to get all my information by Tuesday.
The cost for the service is not that bad. I'm paying $20 for the mail and for the office, it’s $75. I like the payment, which is easier for me. I go on their website occasionally to see if there are any changes or when I check the bill. It's easy to log in and everything is straightforward. It would be nice to have an actual office but I see that Alliance does have actual offices. You can find a location that's nearby. The office that I chose isn't that far from me and I can get there on the bus and walk. I still need to choose a day when I can actually go inside the office. I wanna see how everything is. They told me that I would be able to have a walkthrough in the building and know who is who. I'm like, “Oh, this is gonna be exciting. This is my first time.”
I recommended Alliance to one of my friends. I'll actually tell friends that Alliance has an easy process, mainly speaking to one of the representatives. They'll tell you everything step by step. No matter what the question is, they'll answer it because they actually know everything. They won't have to deal with difficulties. If there are any questions about payment, they'll be able to have a clear understanding. If something happens, they can cancel the service so there wouldn't be any difficulties.

I like that Alliance is a real office. Most of us in our team work from home, so the fact that there is the opportunity to use a conference room or to arrange a day when we could be in the office appealed to me as well. I did need a little handholding from one of the salespeople because the forms that they had me do for the post office were a touch confusing, and I did end up needing a little bit of an assist on that. But they were very helpful, and they’ve been a pleasure to deal with.

I'm a business owner and I run businesses in multiple areas. I needed a certain agent in Delaware. I heard about Alliance online. I looked it up and I was able to find it. I like the fact that Alliance has an office in the area where I could not only have an address, but an actual receptionist who answers the phone. That was a plus. They also have a space where I can have meetings. That was another plus.
The setup process with Alliance was very easy and everything was done online 100%. I'm using the total package that includes the address and the reception. The cost for the service is amazing compared to Manhattan, which charges upwards of $1,000 a month. The cost for this one was only $200 a month and it's really not that bad for the same service. Alliance is great.

I was looking to build my business credit, and Alliance Virtual Office came up as one of the sponsors offering a virtual option. They mentioned that Alliance is the one who reports to Dun & Bradstreet and is better equipped than some of the other services or IPOs.
The online setup process wasn’t very easy. I did speak with someone at the office, which was simpler, but setting it up and paying for three to six months at a time online was complicated. Getting in touch with someone to help set it up that way wasn’t easy either.
Once I got a representative, there were a few mistakes, several callbacks, and it wasn’t processed properly in the system, which led to a couple of charges to my card. By the time everything was resolved.
Hopefully, it will help bring more awareness as I build my business. Having a true virtual address for everything instead of using my home address makes things easier, and I hope it will help my business grow further.

Denisse needs more training on how to deal with her clients. She is very unprofessional. When I asked her about a $15 discount she sent me by email, she replied that I should disregard it and she didn’t know why that was sent to me. I am not a child and that is not how I should be addressed. During our onboarding she was speaking very fast so I asked her to repeat what she was saying. She prefaced her reply each time with, “I said….” There were several things wrong with this experience and I hope she gets some help.

I am a new small business person and I saw Alliance Virtual’s prices was reasonable and affordable. What I'm gaining in that price is unbeatable. It’s better than the other competitors out here. But the main thing was the social media and the marketing. I saw them on Facebook, Instagram and wherever I watch social media. The setup process was easy and understandable. It was a learning experience. I could come and sit there, and utilize every inch of that property of me doing business and receiving business mail. If I pay on time, they report to the business side of the credit bureau the monthly payments I'm paying. So that's good too. I'm building up business credit. I just want Alliance to keep on doing what they're doing and to keep on improving the customer service and to be there for their customers.

When I did my research, many people and entrepreneurs consider Alliance to be the best virtual office option in comparison with the others. An address is needed to register a new business, and I'm using it as my virtual address. That is very helpful. Setting up with them was very easy. The agents that reached out helped walk me through it. It was very straightforward. When I had a question, they were very helpful with it. I've already told a number of my family members and friends about the company. So far, it's very good feedback. It's serving the purposes that I need it for until I further grow into some of the other offers that the have. I like that it is an actual space and not just getting to use an address and have my mail sent there. I can go into the space and utilize it.
