I needed an address to get mail. I went with Alliance Virtual Offices but the process wasn't seamless. Their interface wasn't user-friendly. It was not a 123 process, the fact that you have to be connected with a representative. I find their processes to be cumbersome.

A business recommended I register for Alliance Virtual Offices because they said it would be a good idea, and they helped me get it registered. I haven’t used it for very long yet, but so far everything has been okay. They send me my mail once a week, and nothing has gone wrong.

Alliance was a good option to choose since I was part of a program for getting business funding, Fundable360. They informed me that there's several options that I could do for a virtual office. That a basic thing like Anytime Mailbox isn't good for this service. They want an actual building and not just a PO box, basically. Alliance Virtual set us up with the Zoom and we can make all the addresses match with our EIN and with our secretary of state. I got the mail forwarding. I would recommend them to anyone for the purpose of business funding.

The office that I had in downtown Tampa was pretty expensive. I had the office for a year and a half, and my employees never came in there, so there was no point in keeping it. And since I can go this route of using a virtual office, I thought this would be better. Alliance is less expensive than the other options. Now I just need to get up there and get my mail. Customer service and follow up is tremendous. The product pricing is very competitive. The only thing that I have been disappointed with is the Caller ID for my call forwarding of my own business line shows up in Caller ID as SPAM. I would have given 5 stars otherwise because that is a basic marketing tool that should either be just a blank phone number ringing through or it should highlight the business name, not SPAM. Otherwise a great service so far and I have already received an alert for a piece of mail for my mail forwarding. Super cool service to use as you build a business from scratch or expand into new territories.

We began using Alliance on January 25, 2025, for a virtual address and receptionist services. The agreed combined cost for monthly service was $221.12, with a prorated cost of $56.63 for the last few days of January 2025 (debited from company account as agreed). A little over a month later, on February 28, 2025, $402.21, was taken from our account (total $623.33 taken in a month, for a virtual address and answering service). After going back-and-forth via email and telephone with "customer service," it was determined that some receptionist charges were inaccurate and I would get a credit, and the answering service would be canceled (resulting in being assured the invoice due on March 31, 2025, being "only $15 plus taxes").
