I looked up Alliance because they offered virtual office that was in my area. I use it as a place for mail and licensing because it gives me the ability to have an address that doesn't reveal my house. I mainly work from home, so I'm able to use that address and I don't have to have my personal address online. I know that Alliance has the benefits that are there that I could potentially use in the future, such as a meeting and office space. I haven't utilized those features but it is good to know that they are available when I need them. Aside from that, the sales manager answered questions and called me back.

I needed to find an office to be able to see patients and manage their care, as well as having an address that can be used for the pharmacy. Alliance filled that void and in a big way! What may this really work for me was the personal attention to making sure that everything was done correctly. This was done through a wonderful customer service person, Natalia! She went out her way to get me scheduled and set up and even guided me through the additional process of getting my domain set up. She did not have to stay late to help me, but she did. I do not think it was a sales gimmick, but she really did want me to succeed in my business and went that extra distance to help my business. I will be referring her and Alliance to everyone I know.

I needed a business address and when I googled, Alliance Virtual Offices came up. I like that they had better address options than other companies, so I signed up with them. With them, I am able to separate business and personal information, like my home address. It's also great to be able to have a business location where the packages could be received or where you can have meetings. There was an address that I had that was switching management and Alliance's rep helped me switch that address to a new one. Then they gave me a free month for having to switch. So, that was good.

With Alliance Virtual Offices, I have an official address now. My mail is provided to me timely, and I really like having a service. They're not really pushy with offering upsells, but they do have them available. So, I really like the service. Every time I call or have a question or come to pick up the mail, they're very prompt. My husband picks the mail and they recognize him now when he comes in. So, I like that. Alliance is very easy to use, and I like the no pressure. When I signed up, they offered me the toll-free number, the phone services, all the different things, and the different benefits I could have gotten. But since I didn't need them, they weren't pushy. Then a week or so later, they did do a walk through with me on how to use all the services. So, I really like how they help you out with that. Then I do get emails, periodically, saying I do have space available if I need it.

My interaction with Alliance has been marvelous. I like how they have a success coach. I haven't fully opened up, and I'm still setting everything up. I'm formulating how to roll everything out. Being that that's what I'm going through, I really like the experience that I had so far. I found that I should not rush with what I'm trying to do, and take my time. So, in that regard, it works for me with Alliance. I had a situation where they double-charged me, and when I called and told them about it, they addressed it. So, my experience is perfect. When I gave Alliance a chance, it was a breath of fresh air for what my experience was with Regus.

My business is very small. I don't need any big office. The virtual office kind is sufficient for my needs. However, the customer service is not good. When I signed up with Alliance Virtual Offices, during those few weeks, they actively engaged with me. But it has been a while, and nobody has called me. I'm having some issues with the phone number also that I got from them. Everything else is fine. The people are not bad. They probably are too busy and forget that they should be engaged with the customers even beyond the time when you sign them up.

I chose to go with them rather than the local office directly because we would potentially have the opportunity to book spaces nationwide. But it is not as simple as it seems. We've been with them for a couple of months and it's hard to book things through them. Also, I was quoted a price, but my bill is different every month. So, I'm looking to move away from them. Even in our local office, I could not book spaces through them. I tried it online through the portal and was not able to do it. But when I called the office directly, I could book a space. I've had my address with Alliance for two months and I'm still getting the hang of it. I haven't even been inside yet to check it out. But I'm trying to see if I can use it for an office space and upgrade my services. So, I'm still debating. Other than that, their price is not too bad, though they should improve the location. Also, I talked to their reps one time about payment and getting my card added on file. My experience with them has been good overall and I would tell others to give them a try. I would also love to see what else Alliance has to offer as far as services.

Alliance made it much more convenient to have an office address other than my home address. Through them, I am able to receive mail and have an address, so my home address isn't identified with my business. But in the future, I am planning to look into more of their services. Aside from that, their price is really reasonable and their team has been very good. I talked with the person at the location when I went and got my mail, and she was very pleasant.

McLean is the office where I'm at and that is where most of the technology companies are that's why I picked that area. I've been using Alliance for their virtual office service for 6 months now and they've been really good. They always update me when it comes to the mail and all this key stuff for my company. I’ve been working with Alliance for one month now. The experience so far has been good. I don't like the rules regarding the PO box. But the staff has been pretty good. I have to pay another fee for my assistant to go and pick up the mail, to have access to the PO box, and I'm really not understanding that one too well. Then, having to make an appointment every time my mail comes. The customer service has been good. It's just the company itself. I don't like the fact that I have to make an appointment every time my company receives mail. I'm used to getting a key and keeping it to move. I wouldn't recommend them.
