Biz2credit was extremely slow in reviewing all my documents submitted when I applied for my first loan. The funds took much longer than expected to be received and dispersed to my employee I was unable to contact anyone via email or by telephone unless they contacted me for more information about my bank or to verify different things needed once the loan was already approved but funds were still not received. Then when I applied for my second loan I advise Biz2credit that I was now using a new account and gave them all the information. I was reassured that my funds would be deposited into that new account, When the time came the funds were deposited in the wrong account and because of that there was a hold put on the funds and I had to wait three months just to have access to the second loan. However the process to applying for the forgiveness was fast and earlier than expected and I was actually approved.

As a business owner in this time we are in it was so wonderful to have a company so ready to help. The process was fast and easy. My PPP loan was approved and funded very quickly, if I had questions I received an answer within hours. When it was time for my forgiveness it took less than a minute to apply and I was approved in less than two weeks. This made it so my business stayed open and running and continues to operate today. They helped me get funding for my business very quickly in a time of dire need. Their customer service was a bit lackluster as I had to play a game of cat and mouse with whomever my lending specialist was. He was never reachable by phone number and also they made obtaining the second loan impossible due to their inability to work with certain banks for whatever reason. Nonetheless, I am still very appreciative of what I could receive.

They take you by the hand and walk you through all the steps. If something is off, someone will call you to inform you. After the loan, they do the same when applying for forgiveness. Unlike some companies, these people seem to care. Best financial experience I ever had.

I applied through their site when they were accepting applications not much was need but the basics to my business affairs and within the month if I'm not mistaken I was approved and funded. The forgiveness was even easier. Just showed them my numbers from the year prior and they pretty much did the rest. I would highly recommend to apply thru them but they closed down their application acceptance, so if you were like me you got in and got lucky.

Could not have had a better experience with obtaining a loan AND making the loan forgiveness process extremely fast and easy. Good company, very professional. My only issue is it takes them a long time to respond to you. I got a very small loan that was forgiven. However, once I tried to get a second loan the guy responded to me like I never got a loan to begin with.

They have a very robust web interface that walked me through all the necessary steps; it clearly outlined the documentation I needed to provide, and visually tracked my progress so that I knew, at a glance, how far along I had gotten and exactly how many steps remained. Because there were so many people going through the same process, it was not possible to talk to someone on the phone to ask if I had done everything properly. I had to trust that their system was guiding me correctly, and trust that the documentation was being reviewed (and that I would be informed if something was wrong or missing). I reached out to Biz2Credit for help with loan. All and all it was a good experience. You just have to know up front that everything is handled online through email and you will not be given a phone number to reach anyone direct. However, if you are patient, send your email request, they will always get back to you (normally within 48 hours) and if they do not have an answer for you, they will escalate for you and find you the help you need. Biz2Credit helped me when the big bank (JP Morgan Chase) would not. I would use Biz2Credit for any future needs I might have.

Applied for a PPP loan in January. Reached out dozens of times with little to no response. When there was a response they basically told us it was under review and not to apply through another lender or it could delay things further. They just reached out this week and said there was some type of error and the funding is over and it was too late. So, we lost out on getting any type of help. I was not aware of Biz2Credit which were forwarding the applications for Forgiveness Loan. I had difficulty in the start of my application. Then I contacted one of the gentlemen in customer support who has helped me a lot in completing my application and the complete process. I received a mail saying that my application got approved and in 24hrs they will transfer the funds to my account. And it happened which was useful for me at that critical moment. For the PPP loans, Biz2Credit executed the disbursement extremely quick. There was no confusion and from start to finish, funds were disbursed within 5 business days. Anytime I had a question, I emailed. While it may have taken a few hours to get a reply, especially with the volume of customers they had, I did, nonetheless, receive a reply. I am a small business owner and my first PPP loan went through just as it should have for the most part; the only thing that I would really have to complain about would be this company's lack of communication and disregard for customer service. (In regards to the first draw). My second draw loan was not the case as the first at all! I applied for my second draw in March and was given an SBA E-Tran # on March 15, 2021 (plenty of time for things to happen or so I thought). I followed the company guidelines to a T. I was using the same bank as my first draw loan, the same lender as the first loan (which stated would make things easier), this company kept sending me in circles and back and forth for over a month and a half!
